Best Western Plus Executive Residency Marion

The worst breakfast ever. Fried "eggs" were factory made and terrible. There was nothing executive about the stay. Average stay otherwise and really too expensive. I told the lady at the reception about the breakfast and she had to agree. Why save a few dollars on this?

I booked thru a 3rd party company. Received my reservation and conformation for March 31, 2024. Arrived at the hotel and the front desk person told me my reservation was cancelled??? Went and got my reservation and she said the reservation was cancelled due to credit card being expired??? Even though 3rd party had charged my card??? Then, said reservation was cancelled due to no phone number??? She said I could book a room, but for a HIGHER rate???

About the Best hotel we've ever stayed at . Great facilities and the rooms are spacious. There are elevators beside stairs and plenty of parking. This hotel is right off 55 so easy access. Breakfast has a nice selection and all the staff was great. Would recommend highly

Having been traveling since North Carolina, we were ready to stop for the night but didn't want to stop in Memphis. Found this Best Western in Marion, Arkansas and the reviews gave it a favorable rating. Called ahead to check the price and was happy with what I heard. Upon arriving, the clerk, Abby, was just a godsend. She made us feel at home and welcome. Best thing was that she was there in the morning and made the start of our day even better. I'll definitely be stopping here again.

I hate to write a bad review, however I had a sleepless night. It was not the fault of the hotel, however it was a constant noise coming from the interstate bridge, which was just a short distance away from the hotel. Each time a semi drove over the overpass bridge for the interstate, the trailers would slam down and bounce five or six times. It sounded like someone was roofing in the middle of the night. I am deaf in my right ear, and I could still hear the noise when I slept on my good ear. A lesson learned for us. Before we stay in a room, I will listen to what I hear before walking into the hotel. I would be curious if other people had the same complaint.

Breakfast is always hot and fresh. During the holiday season this hotel puts up decorations to give you that home feeling. The staff always makes sure you are greeted at the door. They always say have a great day.

10/10 would recommend BW in Marion Arkansas The hotel was very clean, AC/Heater worked and wasn't noisy, didn't smell, internet never worked for us,staff was amazing and friendly, breakfast was very good! It has been added to our hotel stay list! Very very happy!

Delicious breakfast. Front desk was very helpful with finding places to dine in the area for dinner. Brenda at the front desk was great. Was there for 4 nights it should have been loner. This is a nice Hotel.

We stayed here as our halfway point when driving from Chicago to Houston. I saw other positive reviews and decided this one reserve with this Best Western. What a great choice it was! The facility was perfectly located right off the highway. The hotel itself was newer and everything was in clean and efficient order. From checkin to maintenance to breakfast every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpfu. The room itself was clean and spacious. A+++ experience.

The manager is very rude the swimming pool water is very murky. The first floor by the swimming pool area smells like sewage. The exit by the patio area nasty the tile is white, but it's got black sticky stuff all on it. The Wi-Fi is very weak runs super slow. They don't vacuum the hallway or the rooms the only perk this hotel has is that there are restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed on June 27th, 2023. Stayed overnight on the way home from Florida. Very Clean! Staff is amazing. Breakfast was great. Property is well kept. Easy location to find from interstate. I would recommend if passing through or visiting the area.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. I travel to visit family and chose this hotel for my monthly stays. I book early due to most weekends are sold-out. The rooms are nice with comfortable bedding. The indoor pool is an excellent place for the family to relax after a day's journey.

Friendly staff.Hotel has received some upgrades but could improve on some minor details. Some areas could use deep cleaning. Table in room and tp holder need repair. Breakfast area could be better with more fresh fruit

Nicest Best Western experience I've ever had. Safe location and lots of nearby restaurant options. Can't wait to return. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Very spacious and included a small kitchinette.

Hotel was very clean & quite. Great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast left alot to be desired. Breakfast started at 6:30. Went down at 6:50. There were no eggs, potatoes, biscuits, very little sausage, and the juice machine was broken. It took several minutes to bring more food out. We have stayed at several hotels and have never experienced anything like this. If breakfast would have been better would have given it 5 stars.

I have stayed here over the last 3 weeks: 2 to 3 days each week. All the staff has been excellent but Keri and Mrs. Wendy (General Manager) who is blatantly RUDE and doesn't care how customers are treated. She defend an employee who was very rude. If you read other reviews, I am not the first person she has done like this

Have always had great service and great breakfast. Staff has always been informative, friendly, and helpful when a problem occurred. Abby at Best Western in Marion, Arkansas was awesome with a problem we encountered.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We find it clean, quiet and easy to access. We think the breakfast is above average. One downside, our GPS can't find Hannah Lane so we use an address on Angelos Grove.

Big suite with full kitchen and everything you need. Laundry conveniently located. Safe area. Perfect if you are traveling with a dog (lab) Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was large, quiet and clean. I opted for the larger King room with kitchenette. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea available all day. Nice, inviting lobby area. Convenient to Interstate and restaurants.

Nothing “plus” about this place. Pool water was cold and we were bitten by bugs. After noticing bites in our skin the night we checked out, hotel staff was very rude, did not help address our concerns

A great location away from the hub-bub of the Liberty Bowl chaos, and away from the Memphis no-water situation. This hotel offered a great accommodations at a fair price. Staff offered insight guides to food, sight-seeing and helping make our stay great.

We frequently stop at this hotel. We always find it clean, comfortable and safe. The breakfast is good, most mornings. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The location is a short distant from the interstate but the rooms are quiet with very little traffic noise.

We had a barking dog on our floor (4). People going in and out of their room,letting the door slam at least every 10-15 minutes for a period of 2-3 hours. Way too much noise from idiots racing their cars from the restaurants nearby. Constant noise from trucks on I-55 and Arkansas's washboard roads. Hotel was very nice but I don't think I would stay again. While we were eating breakfast we counted 8 dogs going out the front door. A grown woman,probably at least 60 years old, outside the front door in a one piece pajama like a child would wear, smoking.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's fairly new and well kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. The breakfast was better than most other hotels we've stayed at this year. If ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

My mother, sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed here recently in a 2 queen suite. The spacious room accommodated the 4 of us comfortably with me sleeping on the surprisingly comfortable sofabed. Between the wonderful room, the courteous hotel folks, the full breakfast buffet, the indoor pool, fitness center, small convenience store, etc., this BW hotel served us perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The lobby was bright and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 younger children) and our dog (thanks for being pet friendly). We were able to spread out and it truly felt like our home away from home. It's located right off the interstate and it's just a short hop (15-20 minutes) to Downtown Memphis. The pool was a bit of a negative for us: the water was quite cold and the pool room had an off smell to it (mildew?). This was a disappointment as an indoor pool was one of the biggest deciding factors for us when we chose a hotel. Also, while they have a great breakfast area, they were out of some basics like yogurt and oatmeal for several days. We've stayed at more than a few Best Westerns in recent years and this location was slightly below average (though still better than a lot of chain hotels). The final issue was that our hallway often reek of marijuana. I don't care if people want to smoke, I just don't want to smell it. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Located just off 55 not far from the I 55_I40 connection. The hotel is in a group of hotel just a block off I55 with a number of places to eat within 2 blocks. We have stayed at the others and believe this Bestwestern is best of the lot.Better breakfast than Hampton(in my opinion) competitive pricing, clean.Only downside was having to wait for a desk clerk to appear to check in . Will stay again

Newer Best Western !!!!! I stayed in the Best Western during a business visit to the area. There were other hotels I could have chosen, but I was curious to see what this one was like. I am a Best Western Rewards Member, and the reviews so far have been pretty good. The rate for one night was fantastic as well. What can I say, It is a fairly new hotel, that is warm and bright when you enter. The room I stayed in was large and spacious with new furniture. The only issue I had was that some of the kitchen utensils were not clean. The bed was big and comfy and the washroom was spotless. If you are travelling for business, this hotel has good wifi and I had no issues connecting. The Fitness center was stocked with equipment for a good workout. In the morning I went down to check out the breakfast which is free for guests. There were many choices, including hot and cold items to choose from. They also had a coffee station that serves coffee after the breakfast area closes. I only stayed one night, but I could have stayed more.

We arrived on July 23. 11:20pm, we saw a bedbug in our daughter's bed. Screenshot from video that we made when it was crawling around is attached. When opening the bedsheets there were food remains and hairs from previous guests in her bed, sheets had not been changed, see picture. Shower and carpet were gross, see pictures. Hannah, the lady at the front desk during the night, took great care of us, tried changing the bed at 11:30pm, but no fitting sheets were available. So we were moved to another room. July 24 8:30am: Found additional charges to my cc, a 2nd room was charged. When going to front desk, turned out we had to get out of that 2nd room asap. We had to move to the old room after cleaning. Manager Wendy Shick wasn't available at that time, didn't get her cell# for a call, no solution. Cleaning had not been ordered for our first room, so it could take hours I was told. At 9am, suddenly manager Wendy shows up. She didn't seem to care about anything that had happened and was happening. Only said she would order cleaning and that we had to be out of our room by noon anyways. I ran into head housekeeping mgr, had not been informed about anything, arriving at 8am. Mentioned never ending lack of communication. Structural problem at this hotel is what he said to me. 9:30am, we could move back to the first room, no special cleaning, other than changing sheets. After finding bed bugs, really? At checkout July 25: No compensation on the final bill, while 25% was promised. Then 2nd bill had a $2 (!) discount. Went back to Wendy. Without saying anything, she adjusted the invoice with a -25% for one night. Overall: We felt this hotel's general manager Wendy Shick was apathic to a problem she should have felt bad about occurring in her hotel. She didn't say sorry. The lady at the front desk was lying with her head on the desk, seemingly dozing off whenever she could, see photo (blurred for privacy). Note that her front desk is direclty in front of Wendy's office - Wendy doesn't care that employees are sleeping. So I filed a complaint at BW Corp when we arrived back home after our holiday. My ask: Please make me a full refund for the whole stay. Secondly, can BW Corporate have a “good conversation” with Wendy and share the outcome with to me? After months I received the feedback from BW Corp customer relations: “The hotel did reach out to our office stating that there were no bugs in the room. Also the hotel did give you a 25% discount off of one of your nights. The hotel is not offering any other compensation.” So: When you complain about the hotel's general manager Wendy Shick, BW Corp asks her to reflect on herself. Guess what's she says about herself? Really BW? No bugs? So why did you give me another room in the middle of the night and 25% off one night? For nothing? This is the worst BW that I ever stayed at. Please avoid!!!!

We came to town for a Funeral, looking for a hotel close enough & Clean to stay in. When we arrived in town, it was great to see we were in distance for everything we needed to do. Hotel was VERY CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF. RESTAURANT AROUND. MICROWAVE in the rooms. GREAT FREE HOT BREAKFAST. WE Will stay here again.

Rooms were large and clean. Had a comfortable night's sleep. Restaurant next door was convenient and the staff was super helpful. They had a nice selection for breakfast and the coffee was nice and hot.

Our group had rented 4 rooms. Something was a problem in each room....from black dog hair all over a comforter to food from the person before in the refrigerator to dirty pans in the cabinet to a very loose hand rail in the handicap shower to shower water pouring all over the tile floor and running under the door for lack of a shower curtain. When I asked for a handicapped person to move to a room with a less dangerous shower, the manager said "I don't know what you want me to do, I didn't design that room." What?!? I said I would like a room with stable shower bars and a shower curtain so the tile floor didn't turn into an ice rink for the elderly guest in that room. They did move her but it was a real hassle and they couldn't have cared less. Not sure how the manager, Wendy, ever became a manager. She would do better as a room cleaner where she would not be forced to actually talk to a guest and try to solve a simple problem.

We did a one nite stay over in Marion, and I selected this hotel based on previous reviews. The hotel did not disappoint, it was clean, looked very new, and had nice amenities such as an indoor pool and fitness center, which we looked at but did not use. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. There are many restaurants in the area, and we walked across the parking lot to a steak house close by which was nice. I would recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable for the quality of the rooms.

Great Staff, very friendly. Very nice large and clean rooms. Nice breakfast selection. Well lit parking lots. Easy access to highway 55 and only 22 mins from Graceland. I would stay at this hotel again!!!!!

I am a repeat customer. This is my third stay at this location. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is always consistent and above average in cleanliness, amenities and lay out. The price is comparable.

After a day of complete driving this hotel was so nice and welcoming. The staff was very polite and helpful and the property was extremely clean. I completely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area!

Couldn't have asked for a better room or workers that greeted us when we arrived. The ONLY complaint we had was the temperature of the pool water. It was quite cold and our toddler's lips were turning blue prompting us to cut our swim much shorter than we wanted. The breakfast was great, with options for everyone. We will definitely stay here if we are ever back in the area. Beds were comfy, rooms clean and spacious.

Great location located on the outskirts before going north but staying out of Memphis. The parking area had plenty of space and was well lit. Breakfast was continental it met our needs before hitting the road.

Clean Room and great staff. The location was great alternative to staying in Memphis. Colton Steakhouse is right next to the hotel which made it very convenient for dinner. There are other choice fast food establishments as well close by.

I have stayed at some nice hotels but I can honestly say that I enjoyed this one immensely. Everything in the hotel was extremely clean, The beds were super comfortable, I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room. It was spacious and felt like I was in a small apartment rather than a hotel room. I really enjoyed the staff at the hotel, not only were they professional but very helpful. After a long day of site seeing it was nice to come in and set outside next to the fire pit and have a drink. There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I did not like and I would recommend looking no further if you are planning a trip to this area. I will stay here if I ever return to this area.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was close to my son's house and my grandkids. Were I stayed was very comfortable. I will be staying again when I come to town to visit my grandkids and my family in July 4

It is in a convenient location and close to downtown Memphis. The pool was cloudy so we decided not to get in. There was also a stain on the bottom of the top blanket that was covered by the throw blanket ( I want to believe it was coffee). I have stayed here before and did not have these issues. There are many restaurants to eat at around the hotel. The hotel is sold out a lot on the weekends so book ahead of time.

This hotel was so inviting, smelled amazing, the staff was so professional and accommodating. The room was glorious, spacious and well worth what we paid. Would highly recommend this place for a family, it was clean, safe, and simply beautiful.

This hotel is 'extremely' clean and very well priced ~ almost like a new hotel. Staff was very friendly as well. The price was exceptional for the quality of this hotel. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. The only thing missing was a 'laundry bag' in the closet for dirty clothes ~ but with the exceptional quality of the room ~ the laundry bag was insignificant.

It was was wonderful stepping inside a beautiful and clean smelling hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was just right, neither too hard nor too soft. It was the highlight of our trip!

Booked online with BW. When I arrived at the hotel, they front desk person asked for ID. I showed my VA card, and she gave me a military rate which was MUCH better than booking thru BW!! THANK YOU for this!! Great front desk service!! This is a newer BW and VERY clean, great size rooms! Breakfast in the morning was the complete layout!! Multiple hot items and cold items to choose from!!

Service was very professional. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and seating was spacious and accommodating due to the ongoing virus situation. Our room had a kitchenette, complete with plates, microwave, stove, sink, mini fridge. Staff were all VERY helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 7 nights and will stay again. Very noiseproof, we didn't hear any noises from any other rooms the whole time. Quick, convenient drive to Memphis, TN.

Hotel is newer (maybe just a few years old) and still very clean. Nice breakfast. My only complaints, someone left dirty dishes in the dishwasher as there was no soap to run it. I told the front desk when we left. And my GPS doesn't recognize the address as the place is too new for my GPS map. Overall, a very nice hotel. Have stayed here several times and would do so again.

Extremely clean, newly remodeled “pet room” on the first floor was quiet. Easy check in and out. My only suggestion would be to use a less harsh cleaning product, very strong chlorine smell, but I admit I am more sensitive than most and I still rate this accommodation a 5! There was a hot breakfast available.

After having a bad experience at the Fairfield Inn Marion AR, the Best Western was a welcoming, pet-friendly hotel. The hotel was top notch and so were the staff. They welcomed me and my pet with a warm and welcoming greeting. The room was very clean and quiet. I felt safe and welcomed. The location was convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

This is a new hotel. We had a very large room with 2 televisions. It is pet friendly with a fee. Convenient for the interstate and close to several restaurants. Very clean. Top of the Range Best Western Plus.

Very impressive! A beautiful hotel, quiet rooms, comfy beds. Staff was so nice. Dogs are allowed, although the fee is $30/night, so a little pricey for a pet compared to other places. Very good full breakfast. Restaurants in the area. Easy on/off the highway.

Stopped at Best Western in Marion, Ark. after traveling from the gulf coast. Good location, convenient to a few restaurants and gas stations nearby. Will stop again on our trips to see relatives in Mississippi.

This is by far the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. The room were absolutely huge, very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was amazing and accommodating of our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing thru. Especially those with pets.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were in great working order. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We have a small dog and the pet service outside areas were very efficient with dog bags for waste. Room was well organized and had everything you need.

I made an on line reservation and decided to upgrade to a suite and called the motel and was told to call the 800 number and not them. I just booked the suite on line and canx the other reservation on line. I was a little early and was met by the rudest unfriendly desk clerk I ever have had the displeasure of dealing with. She didn't even look to see if the room was ready just with an attitude said check in time was 3, When I came back I ask to speak to the manager that was listed on the wall and with an attitude was told she wasn't there. There was a business card for the manager on the desk that I took, she wrote room 300 on the key and when I went there it wouldn't open the door and when I went back down to the desk another young lady was there and said it should have been 200 and redid the keys. I emailed the manager but got no response but it was just yesterday. The place looked pretty nice and actually had a real breakfast and that is unusual these days but after being treated like that I wasn't about to give it a good rating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We met some really nice people and the hotel staff was great! The breakfast was hot and the juice was cold. We tried the local bar b que place and the ribs were great!

Very clean, safe hotel with individual A/C (fresh air) in each room. Concierge was AMAZING! She quickly noted my father has Alzheimer and dementia and took him under her wing. She brought him to his room, showed him how to use the remote and found a channel he wanted to watch, showed him how to use the phone to all her if he had any other concerns. She helped us convert a bed to accommodate my mother, who needs to sleep in half-sitting position. And breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this clean, safe, friendly hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. There are many other hotels in the same area so you may want to check out those places. Here is what I noticed: 1) My hotel room had kitty litter or something all over the floor. Not sure what it was but the vacuum could not pick it up, the housekeeper had to pick it up with her hands. 2) Indoor pool was freezing 3) No toiler paper in the lobby restroom 4) The circuit breaker flipped in the breakfast area (who did the wiring in this place????) 5) Shower was moldy 6) In the stairwell, there was something on the floor - it was gross and I did not look too closely. I am surprised no one from the hotel picked it up. Who knows how long it was there. Extremely disappointed in this hotel. The room was stark and it seemed like an upscale motel 6.

Hotel is a nice one, I have very minor complaints. Staff has always been professional, friendly, and polite. would stay again and I would recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a good hotel.

Upon arriving the manager greeted us with a wonderful smile, explained all services and suggestions for local services. The room was tastefully decorated room heat and AC was quite. Only would have preferred bath tub, room had high quality shower.

This hotel was mostly very clean and brand new, so up to date furniture. Someone's dog had a small accident and the owner (of the dog) didn't clean up the mess, but otherwise, hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay. I would mention that when they say check out is 11am, you better be out. They were calling and knocking on the door at 11am. July 2021.

My family and I showed up here at 11pm, tired from a long day of driving. We get to our room and it was a mess, not cleaned, dirty towels, no toiletries, etc. They did not have any other rooms available so we had no choice but to stay there at that time of night - in a dirty room. Other guests were at the front desk at that time complaining about not having towels in their room, there was trash piled up in the hallways, etc.. The evening and morning staff were friendly and sympathetic to our situation but needed the GM to resolve our issues. I emailed her several times and she merely took of 20%, which is insulting. I understand staffing shortages and exceptions to the rule of clean rooms (in fact, this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I travel extensively, but that is what credits and comps are intended for. She had the chance to retain a future, regular guest and decided not to. Won't ever stay here again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of not only our room, but the lobby and breakfast area. Bed very comfortable, and definitely had a sense of privacy even though hotel very busy! Would definitely stay here again!

There was a pile of towels in the hallway right off the reception area. We stepped out of the elevator on the third floor, and there was a pile of over 10 bags of garbage. There were no signs directing us to reception as there were two desks and the worker was sitting in a chair at a table, so I had no clue who she was. She just sat there and looked at me without asking if she could help me. Dusty room, hair in shower, bed skirt was dirty when I moved the mattress to look for bugs.(None found).

We had a great time staying. Friendly staff from the moment we stepped in until the moment we left. No question was left unanswered and help was always available. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room in our room for everyone. (2 adults, 11,9,6,&4) We would stay again!

It's clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff is friendly and they have security. The only problem is that NOBODY wears a mask or face covering. They may have their vaccine but there is no way to tell. Even worse, they don't enforce masks for guests so guests don't wear one either. It's like walking into a very pretty Petri dish of covid germs.

I don't like hair in the shower and I don't mean from on top of your head. Over the room was very dusty, cobwebs in the corners. I like the decor but I need a clean room. We will not stay again, pick one of the hotels around this one.

This is a brand new hotel however the owner is clearly going cheap on staff especially housekeeping. The room had crumbs on the heater, blood on the carpet, a stain on the bedspread, garbage under the sink, mysterious large goo on the hall mirror, toothpaste on the sink and worst of all, a filled prescription bottle next to the bed. There was only 1 staff member in the entire 4 story hotel when we arrived at 5pm. She tried to clean up. The front desk staff we encountered were nice but the room was terrible

First night service was AMAZING! After that our stay was frustrating. No internet and poor service. Attempted to report to management and she was AWFUL!! Was not helpful. Other than that, Cleanliness was great! Beds were great!

We stayed just one night traveling home from vacation. This hotel was an excellent stop. Very clean, modern and excellent beds. The shower was better than the shower in our vacation resort which we paid WAY more per night. This has changed my thinking on where I will stay for travel. Best Western will be in the mix. Equally as nice or better than any HGI or Doubletree.

New, clean hotel. King suite was great for family of for to eat breakfast, have virtual school on the road, and get a good night's sleep. Bedroom is not completely walled off from living room (it is just a partial wall with a gap on both sides that separates the bedroom). Pull out sofa slept 2 younger kids comfortably, and the pool downstairs provided some fun for them. 4 various fast food and sit down restaurants within sight of our room. Right off I55, but couldn't hear the interstate. Overall great pick!

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was ok, especially in light of Covid. I do wish there was a non pork meat option. I love how families were allowed designated times to visit the pool. The staff was friendly. I'd definitely recommend to others.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was a suite with full kitchen. The room was amazing! I want to redo my bathroom at home to look like their bathrooms! It was very clean all around. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The lady that checked us in and out was very sweet. The rooms also were very quiet. We didn't hear any noises or doors slamming.

We made an online reservation. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were told we were unable to check in and stay there because we live 47 miles from the hotel. What!?! They told me because we live within 50 miles of the hotel that we were not allowed to stay there. This was NOT posted on their website. It should not have let me make the reservation if that was the case. This put us in a major bind. We drove an hour to visit friends and ended up with no place to stay for the night. We were trying to be safe and responsible and stay close to our friends and not have to drive all the way back home. I have never in my life heard of this kind of policy anywhere. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

The hotel is very nice and new and "clean looking" but most of the front desk staff either didn't have a mask on or wore it around their necks.Our room, upon check-in, looked clean but we found 3 coffee stains on the night stand and a plastic tag laying on the floor. This told me it wasn't cleaned very well. I went through and wiped every surface with a clorox wipe! The front desk staff that we experienced were not friendly and even rude.

This was a lovely hotel just didn't sit right with me...I'd requested connecting rooms for our 2 room selection. This hotel does NOT have connecting rooms but the gal checking me in assured me our rooms were side by side. Well, they weren't & we were so tired of traveling I didn't want to mess with going back down to change it! Therefore, we spent a lot of time running back & forth to each others room throughout our short stay. One in our group scheduled a time in their gym-1 at a time so he was happy about that being available. On first inspection, we thought their sack breakfast was awesome but just didn't taste very good at all. Mini biscuits & sausage sliders looked good but it wasn't a biscuit. It was like a bun so needed ketchup & mustard-breakfast??? Ate in our rooms on the bed and an easy chair with a side table worked for the children. The rooms were very nice & comfortable, clean & new. We didn't need extended stay but if you did this is the place-pots & pans, glass 2 burner stove top, MW, mini fridge with a separate freezer. Also plates, bowls, mugs & glasses available in our room. There are 5-6 restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. This was great but we had a hard time deciding which one to choose.

This was the first time we have stayed in Marion on our many trips thru the state. This was the best experience we've had all year. The hotel was new, gorgeous and spotless! We will be stopping at this location every time we venture North. There is an amazing steakhouse next door that you can just walk over to making it even better! LOVE this hotel

I would Rate this Hotel 3 out of 5. Average for Memphis Area. I did expect more, as it was listed as 4 Star. Room Looked good and was Clean, except for a clogged Drain in the shower. Beds were a bit hard, but Extra Pillows !! Staff Was Friendly and Helpful, with the Exception of check-out. I needed to check-out early and the employee at the desk refused and would not give me a receipt and then gave me attitude that I used language with her; I did not. It only made me more upset when she did this.

Everything looked new! Great value. Parking lot seemed very safe. The room was quiet, bathroom and beds were great. Very clean room, and it appeared to be new, or freshly redone. Only thing I could fault were the pillows, as they were thick and lumpy. However, the room overall made up for the pillows.

I was only there for one night, stopping on my way to Louisiana. The hotel was bright, clean and staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the hotel appears to be relatively new, so everything is in tip top condition.

Beautiful new hotel but front desk service was lacking. Upon checking in, front desk employee was not wearing a mask even though the sign on the front door said wearing a mask was mandatory. She made no attempt to put one, even though I was wearing a mask. Employee was friendly and helpful. Upon checking out, I asked if I could have a refreshment from the visible small breakfast refrigerator. I was told that breakfast ended at 9:30. While it was past 9:30, excellent customer service would not penalize me for missing the early breakfast deadline.

I stayed overnight in late May. I was in a room in which the bathroom had just been redone. I want this bathroom in my place! It was beautiful, and worked perfectly. The rest of the hotel was nice also, but I loved that shower and countertop! Very nice manager on the front desk, and she was being very careful of sanitation. They didn't have a real breakfast, as this was during the plague, but they had nice little snack breakfast bags for us to grab and go. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Super clean and spacious rooms! We stopped here traveling from Texas back to Ohio, and this new hotel is one of the best and most comfortable our family of five has experienced! We definitely recommend staying here!

We were happy with everything during our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is up to date right down to the kuerig coffee pot in the room.

We stayed one night on a road trip and everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful and the facilities were impeccable. We were spoiled for the rest of our trip and our subsequent accommodations didn't come close to measuring up. There were lots of food choices close by as well. I will definitely stay there again if I am anywhere close to the area.

I'll always stay at this hotel while working in the area, before I checked in the Manager done everything she could and gave me an exceptional rate. While staying here the staff went over and beyond their abilities to make sure my stay was excellent. I'm and environmental specialist who travels over 250 days a year. To date, this hotel exceedingly went over and beyond my expectations. Hotels need to learn from this hotel how to treat people. This was a very nice hotel, location handy to several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very generous and had lots of choices for everyone. Unfortunately the person serving that day didn't prepare the food with as much detail as they could have. Eggs were barely warm and oatmeal looked like soup. Maybe just an off day. Also were awakened at 5 am by someone above us walking in room, apparently a person who just got off work, but his work boots were really heavy.

This hotel and staff were by far the happiest, friendliest, and cleanest my wife and ai have had the pleasure of staying at. Every member of the staff greeted you when you passed by and were so helpful.

This is a great hotel! It was clean, had a friendly staff and a great breakfast. The bed was wonderful! One of the best nights' sleep I have had in a long time! I will definitely stay here again when I am passing through!
