I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping ensured that every area was neat and hygienic, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. The food quality was excellent, with a great variety of dishes and outstanding taste. Every meal was fresh, well-presented, and prepared with high standards of hygiene. The restaurant team was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience throughout the stay. What truly made the experience memorable was the behavior and professionalism of the entire hotel staff. Every team member was courteous, respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction reflected true hospitality. A special appreciation to the Food & Beverage team led by Akhilendra Verma (F&B Manager) along with Mohit, Vipin, Seema, Nitin, and all team members for their excellent coordination, prompt service, and warm hospitality. Their teamwork and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly visible in every interaction. The Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Kitchen, and all support departments worked together seamlessly to provide an outstanding guest experience. The professionalism, attention to detail, and guest-focused approach of the entire hotel team deserve special recognition. Overall, this hotel offers excellent accommodation, delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience at SureStay by Best Western. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the ambiance was just right. The banquet hall setup was impressive—ideal for events. Great service, tasty food, and a convenient location. Highly recommended!

Not great. Let's start with the positives: room clean, restaurant pretty good. Restaurant slow, though. Room awkward. The door to the small bathroom opens in, and the light switches are on the far wall. You have to kind of "walk around" the door to get in, then you're in the dark. Shower never warmed up. Plus, there's a window between the shower and the main part of the room.. No idea what that's about. It's kind of hard to find, and not much around. Very poor internet. Not much around it. Overall, cannot recommend.

Over-priced restaurant, dirty floors, and incomplete paint and finishes made for a disappointing experience. We stayed two nights. The staff was attentive but could not make up for condition of the hotel. You could probably find better for basic accommodations.

Very nice stay and many thanks to Mr.Donald James for being supportive during our stay. The location of the hotel is good and accessible. Food and breakfast preparations are good and tasty with multiple options. Eggs are on order and can be requested. Overall everything was good.

The food, ambiance and housekeeping are perfectly good. Ms. Nisha helped us a lot in adjusting to the new environment. We came down to Lucknow on a business visit, this is best stay you can find where all the amenities are nearby, like hospitals, transportation etc.

A 4 month old 4 star hotel. Good people, great hospitality. The cafe sure restaurant serves mouth watering food.Housekeeping staff was very professional special the girl kajal. The prices are reasonable across the services. Close to the airport and town. The room was clean with good amenities I would stay at the hotel for its hospitality cleanliness and yes, for cafe sufe restaurant
