SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Litchfield, Litchfield

While pricing seems high for Litchfield, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, the room was immaculately clean and even with pets allowed there were zero noise issues on a fully booked evening. There were more breakfast options than I expected there to be and it was hot/cold as it should be and tasted great. Pool/hot tub area was clean, easily accessible and open late into the evening. Overall, I was initially off put by the price ($180 all in) but in the end I would say I understand the value received for the money and am happy with the spend.

The hotel was very clean and well kept, however the staff were a nightmare. During our 2 night stay, I dealt with two different gals at the desk, and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Usually I can overlook this when staying at a hotel, but they made our stay miserable.

We enjoy staying here!!' It's so clean and comfortable! Nice staff too! The breakfast is super good! Wi-Fi works good. Your by Walmart and places to eat. It's so relaxing. It's like your not even staying at a hotel! ;)

I enjoyed a good night's rest in a clean, comfortable room. The facility was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold choices. I would recommend this as a reasonably priced, nice place to rest your head.

The staff were very helpful. One quick note. Do not put your room key card in the same pocket as your phone! My key got demagnetized the first half hour I was there, but Anna at the front desk was very quick to help me and set up a new key.

There aren't many options for lodging in this quaint little town in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, but Sure Stay is the only option in my option. Their facilities are clean, organized, and very well managed. They are evenly spaced between the grocery store and Walmart which is very convenient for replacing everything that you inevitably forget to pack, and have their own parking lot with more than enough space to accommodate all their guests. They offer a considerable number of conveniences for your comfort including a large, clean pool, indoor and outdoor tables, a working business center, 24-7 access to warm and cold drinks in the lobby with caffeinated and caffeine-free options for both, laundry facilities, ice and vending machines, and complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am daily. The real reason to stay here is the friendliness of staff who will gladly have a ten minute conversation with you when they aren't busy, answer any questions you have, recommend restaurants, give directions, and even lend you a phone charger when needed. This is an overall very pleasant facility run by a great team of people, and no other hotels in town would be worthy of even two stars. If you are reading this while planning a stay in the Litchfield/Atwater area you should save yourself some time and book with Sure Stay immediately.

Stay was perfect for our hockey tournament weekend. Room was clean and comfy, breakfast good and great location. Our front desk woman was a gem. She was so accommodating for our large group and was so happy and friendly. I wish I could bottle her up and put her behind every hotel desk! She made our stay exceptional.

Front desk staff exceeded my expectations. They were kind and conversant and I could tell how they genuinely cared about the hotel and the customers. The rooms are not new but very well cared for and clean. I will definitely be staying here in the future if buisiness brings me back.

If you are looking for a place to stay with a group of kids. This would be the place. Such great customer service and they made our team feel wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be recommending this location to our other teams.

Great hotel- efficient, clean, friendly, good breakfast! My husband and I were in need of accommodations and decided on this hotel. They gladly took our reservation when our phone connection wasn't good, telling me they would hold the room for us without a cc # being given (due to the difficulty with connection). Always nice to talk to a live person who is helpful! We were pleased with the room and the breakfast was very good.
