LOVED this hotel! The staff is absolutely incredible, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, & the location is perfect! I would stay here again. Walking distance to beach access, coffee, & local stores.

Mary at the front desk was very helpful and very nice. My granddaughter and I loved our visit and we will come back again soon with my granddaughter's cousin. Thank you Mary for all of your help! Mary worked very hard to make us feel welcome. Very clean hotel, nice complimentary breakfast. Great location. Walking distance to the water park, beach and many nice restaurants.

Convienence, cleanliness, friendliness, and so much more. The breakfast is amazing, the pool rocks, the hotel and rooms are beautiful. Walking distance to an awesome water park and great resturaunts. You just can't get any better! Just don't wait too late to reserve!

The hotel was very clean. We really appreciated the separate bedroom/living room area. Great location; only a five minute walk to beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return again!

The accommodations are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is right on Emerald Drive after you come across the bridge. The separate living room had a TV , fridge, microwave and Keurig for coffee. For those who aren't ready to go to bed it provides an area to stay up and keep from disturbing the sleepers. The self serve continental breakfast was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable! The pillows & bedding were fabulous. Rooms were spacious Wonderful smell in lobby. Very clean environment. Staff was great. Breakfast offered great variety. Waffles were delicious

Friendly and attentive staff. Great location that was walkable to the beach and food options. Room was very clean and had a great setup with a separate sitting area and bedroom. We will definitely look to book here again when visiting the area.

This hotel is extremely clean and very family friendly. The staff is great. Ms Donna on the night shift is the best. She made the family feel like we were staying at one of our relatives. She gave us tips on were to eat and things to do. We were playing cards in the breakfast area when Ms Donna brought over goody bag she decorated by hand. The next morning on of the guest turned 8 and there was a goody for her with staff member Dianna had Happy Birthday playing in the breakfast area. I heard the Ms Donna decorated the bag and even pays for the fancy ribbons herself. The bag is filled with snacks the hotel provides. The bags are such a nice and friendly gesture The room are very spacious even for a family of four adults. The hotel is two blocks from the beach and a water park is across the street. We will return

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was beyond amazing. It was my daughter's 8th birthday and when Dianna from the front desk found out, she went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. She put a birthday song on the speaker at breakfast so everyone could sing to her and then even gave her a little gift in a very cute hand decorated bag. Not only did this make my daughter's day, but I was in tears just out of the pure generosity everyone showed. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in area. You will not be disappointed.

I loved how close to shops and the beach we were. Also, everything was very clean and everyone was very kind; everyone was so hospitable and so informative. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and happy, the common areas and rooms were spotless, the walk to the beach was short. Breakfast was simple but everything we needed. It was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Our room was great! The room was big, the bed was super cozy, and the view was perfect! The bathroom was AMAZING, particularly the shower. The BEST shower EVER! There was a rain shower water head and 4 jets….all I can say is WOW! The continental breakfast was perfect! The front desk staff were very pleasant and inviting. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will continue to go back.

My family and myself stayed here on 9/15 for our anniversary. Beautiful and clean . It's not too far from beach. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Rooms was clean and smell nice. Hotel was a good deal if you looking for somewhere nice close to the beach and like 30 minutes away from the aquarium.

This is a wonderful up-scale Best Western property. We loved the 2-room suites with a2 TVs ( one in the bedroom and one in the living room area). The hotel is a short walk to the beach and to shops. There is a Waterpark next to the hotel. The hotel staff was gracious and very helpful. I only have two complaints. We could not enjoy coffee in our room. The cord to the coffee maker was too short to reach the outlet. We had to move it to the coffee table, but even after plugging it in, we could not get it to work. My other issue was the breakfast. We appreciated that the hotel offered breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed with the selection. I expected at least a few hot options such as eggs and bacon. Unfortunately the only options were prepackaged breakfast bowls and sandwiches, prepackaged muffins and yogurt. There is only one microwave in the breakfast area, so a line quickly forms as people had to wait to heat up their microwave breakfast. Despite those two minor issues, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel very close to the beach.

This hotel is conveniently located on Emerald Isle. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room has a cozy sitting area with a tv, as well as a tv in the separate bedroom. All stays include breakfast, something for everyone - hot & cold cereal, pop tarts, bagels, croissant sausage egg & cheese, granola bars... AND our room was very clean!

We arrived early and our room was ready! We were delighted to see some roses, heart shaped towel and Happy 30th Anniversary sign on our bed. Dianna was just delightful. From check in and throughout our entire stay. She even put avocado toast on the breakfast continental breakfast choices since we talked about it. Our room was clean with nicely updated furnishings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. She recommended a great place for lunch and just made sure we didn't need anything. We met the owners in the morning and they were so nice and friendly. They recommended another Best Western in the area we were traveling to next. We will stay here again and highly recommend. This location is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

The appearance of the building as you arrive was simply awesome. It fits the area just perfectly. Once inside you feel as if you are at a five star resort. The staff was engaging but not bothersome and ready with any assistance we needed. The room was simple but nicely arranged and color coordinated. Clean doesn't come close to describing how "clean" this place is. The bed was loaded with extremely white comfortable pillows, sheets and spreads. The mattress was a little to soft for me, but I never sleep good away from my bed at home. The owner, Jerry and I had a very nice conversation and found that we have some friends in common. I felt wolcomed and the experience couldn't have been better. Will gladly stay again when back in Emerald Isle.

Started out with a poor experience by trying to book on air b n b and reservation was never accepted/ignored. Called the hotel though and the experience was very positive - spoke to Jerry (the same person hosting the air b n b listing) and he guided me to booking the best room to meet my needs. The staff on site were both very pleasant - and most importantly, the room met my requests of being quiet & spacious and it was very clean. The towels are served in bags, the toilet paper/tissues/cups/etc. could use an upgrade - but for what it is, this property delivered very well and we would return.

Lovely boutique hotel! Friendly, accommodating staff. They worked with me a little on my rate, as I had just ditched my previous hotel b/c it was nasty and had bugs and no way I could sleep there. Hotel is very clean, suites are spacious, continental breakfast is fine....all I really cared about was good coffee. Bed is extremely comfortable. Quite, relaxing and lovely place to stay

This place filled our needs just right. It was very clean, the breakfast was good. This location was perfect to all the places that were on my list of things to see and do. Staff was nice and knowledgeable about places to see and where to eat. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, depending on your age, you could do it faster. The grounds were clean, and looked well kept. Would love to visit the area again, and would definitely stay here again.
