Overall 9.5/10 The staff at the reception and house keeping were very cooperative. Especially the Food has great taste, excellent service. I would like to appreciation Chef Shamol and Tanveer. Last but not least Bakul has been very supportive and hospitable to us.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks – which probably says it all. The accommodation is very good, and the location is ideal for my business trip. Breakfast: The breakfast is good, and the team really caters to every individual request. I was especially impressed that they even managed to get items that aren't always easy to find, like dark bread. Staff: Exceptionally polite and attentive. Every morning my table was already set, and especially Sazid knew exactly what I like to eat and drink. Truly excellent service! Room: Clean, well-kept, and perfectly suitable for a longer stay. I can highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.
