The Vib hotel staff member Dairely was very friendly and helpful to us when we arrived. Dairely helped us out with a problem we had and we appreciated her taking time for us. The hotel room was clean and pretty roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar on trivia night. The happy hour drinks and food were good. Ash was our friendly, fun server! The hotel breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Dairely at the front desk was very helpful with resolving a double-booking problem. There was a coffee counter in the lobby where hotel guests could purchase a voucher for $10 that entitled you to a delicious breakfast entree and drink. The rooftop lounge was nice, and we enjoyed the Wednesday trivia night. It was a pleasant 2-night stay.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was nice and tidy when I arrived, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing experience. First, the location is great, it's very near the train station and also walkable to the art district. The staff is exceptional. They do their best to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is not complimentary, but it does offer a lot of options. They have complimentary Wi-Fi and fitness center. They have a nice rooftop bar. Location is safe. Check in and check out are smooth. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

This is a very contemporary but comfortable, clean room. I slept well and there was minimal outside noise. The room was a decent size. My only complaints are they didn't make up our room and I didn't see anything saying they weren't going to, and the parking (there was none!) situation was bad - you had to find something on the street (everything was full when we got there) or park down the street in a city lot. We got in late and it was a bit scary and a lot inconvenient. Otherwise, a good stay and I would probably book it again.

This property has amazing potential except for it is understaffed. The Roof Restaurant has an amazing ambiance and the sunsets are breathtaking. There are two servers that act as the glue to hold the caosis together. They are high energy, guest centric and have amazing smiles. Their names are Laura and Aah. Hats off to them.

Weird concept but it mostly works. The rooms are smaller than you would usually find in the USA, but there's enough room for 2 people to make it work. If you using the airport, this is a great Denver location because the A RTD train line to the airport stops a 5 minute walk from this hotel at 38th and Blake; no change required and it costs $10 versus $55+tip for Uber. There's a pretty small workout room, but the bike trail is only 2 blocks from the hotel so this is a great spot if you're a runner or walker. We stayed here twice and the first time, we were placed in a small dark room looking at a brick wall. For the second visit, we had a great view of the city so it's a bit of luck. There's a small restaurant at the hotel for breakfast, or you can buy some fruit and yogurt at a Natural Grocer store one block away. Annoying fact: They will deliver a hot water/coffee machine to your room if you ask, but it's not there by default.

The VIB Best Western is located in a Commercial/semi industrial area with many unoccupied buildings near by. To our surprise we discovered at check in that the in house restaurant was not open during our stay Sunday and Monday. The place is not centrally located and we found it difficult to find food nearby as we were with out transportation. Not willing to trek around the neighborhood for dinner we found it necessary to order Grub Hub for dinner. The rooms are a bit stark with some modern type art. Their was small desk with no electrical outlets. FYI, Parking is 20.00. Breakfast is available at a price for all menu items. We were placed in a room with an ugly view facing the alley and Parking garage. However, the Hotel was clean, quiet the shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is upscale Modern design definitely does not give a warm cozy feel. We just felt a little out of place and a bit disappointed in our choice for our stay in Denver.

This hotel is in what is hopefully a brief ownership-transition and I was the patron who fell through the cracks with customer service. Nick, the General Manager made everything right after Joella at the night desk made everything very, very wrong- so, it IS redeemable! The bed was fabulous, the pillows were great, shower products, pressure, and temperature were spot on, the room was clean and temperate, the hair dryer and clothes steamer were quality. However, parking is off site and an extra $20/day, and there is no in-room or lobby coffee/hot tea service at all. There is a limited-offering morning cafe to purchase breakfast from (nothing is included or complimentary at this property) but no one on the night shift seems to know anything about a menu or how the cafe functions, and the on-site restaurant is not open while it is being renovated so the only options for refreshment are to think ahead and bring your own, or use the over priced self-serve mini market in the lobby or over priced mini-bar refrigerator in each room that makes cyclical noise -30 minutes loud, 30 minutes silent- and is a real sleep disruptor, especially when the compressor is failing, and I am guessing from my experience that all of them are about to quit before too long, if they were all installed around the same time (the slurping and splashing noises will make a person insane and exhausted!) Also, the "teens" (ie: 115, 215, 315, etc) queen rooms are significantly larger than the zeros (ie 105, 205, 305, etc) for the same price. You can barely even maneuver around the beds and there is NOWHERE to put luggage. (I know this because Joella downgraded my room for a hot minute, to punish me for disrupting her quiet night at the desk with a problem) I have all faith that Nick that will shepherd this hotel into a great new era, but I recommend making sure the mini-bar refrigerator isn't going to cause you sleep problems before the night shift begins! The whole product they are selling is SLEEP, so if it is going to be disrupted by a refrigerator that is not there for your personal use and is just a loud, price gouging, terrible roommate-- forewarning is fair warning!

As a Locomotive Engineer, I stay here while on business. This is far and away the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. I've never slept better, I've never felt more welcomed by all of the amazing staff, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The bistro is a home run, and the restaurant on the 8th floor provides amazing food and drink items with a beautiful rooftop view. I've been staying here for over a year now, and I look forward to every visit. Everything you need for an A+ travel experience is right here.

Never had a better hotel experience than the Vib Denver, from the manager to the entire staff. Amenities are a plenty and everyone at the hotel is so friendly!

Definitely worth it and will stay every time I am in Denver...front desk is amazing, rooms are clean and its near the venue I atrended....oh and the rooftop bar/restaurant is definitely convenient ...(get the fries)

I reserved a room block for my corporate holiday party, and Liz was amazing to work with. I also stayed at the hotel and the service was top notch, the location is unbeatable and the room was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to anyone reserving a room block.

I contacted the hotel to see if I could cancel my reservation and get a refund and the desk attendant said yes. The next day the charge was pending on my credit card so I called back. They assured me that it was just taking time and to wait 2 days. At that point the charge was on my account so I called AGAIN. The helpful young woman said it would be sorted out by the next day and to call after three if the billing was still there. It was and I did. She referred me to her manager Chris who told me there was no record of my contacts and that he had asked all his staff and none of them had ever spoken to me. A rude man and a liar. I have always had good service at BW but not this one. Now that I have seen it, I am not sure I would be comfortable walking there after dark.

If you're heading to Denver and not staying at the Vīb Hotel, please rethink your life choices. From the moment I walked in, the place looked so clean and stylish I briefly wondered if I'd accidentally wandered into a magazine photoshoot. The staff greeted me like I was a long-lost relative they were actually happy to see—which, let's be honest, never happens at most hotels. My room was spotless and modern, with just the right amount of “cool” without trying too hard. The bed? Let's just say it was so comfortable I considered asking if I could buy one and strap it to the roof of my car. The amenities were great, the vibes were immaculate, and the location couldn't be better. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including good food, entertainment, and probably a couple places where I could've gotten into trouble if I wasn't trying to behave. Special shout-out to the staff—they're absolute rockstars. Friendly, helpful, and clearly powered by some combination of caffeine and pure positivity.

Basic hotel room. No coffee in the room and no breakfast. Ridiculous price for what you get - they've cut expected amenities.

Make sure to book through best western and not third parties that pop up. Also really no parking, the room was very clean, nice and quiet, as was the hotel. Food at the roof top restaurant was good and filling.

Because of the very excessive amount of booze and other beverages in the refrigerator that this hotel is trying to get its guests to buy, there was no room for my leftovers. Also, I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that didn't offer free drip coffee for it's guests. I ended up paying $5 for some of the worst coffee I've had in a while.

The Vib Hotel was a homerun! The hotel is very conveniently located in the Rino Arts District. This hotel is very clean, spacious, and up-to-date. Our sleeping room was very nice and fresh. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and very friendly (from the front desk to housekeeping to the Cafe.....all very warm and welcoming). The rooftop restaurant and bar was another winner.......great tacos, local draft beers, tasty margaritas, and friendly servers. The rooftop also has a wonderful view of the area and mountains in the background. We highly recommend this Best Western hotel.

One of the worst hotels we've stayed at. I don't recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. Definitely pass on this place, even if you like the BW brand. Evidently this is a “Boutique” Hotel. Our many issues: TV didn't work so we informed them 4 separate times. They didn't care and kids were stuck with no TV. No coffee in the room except awful “tea bag” type stuff. Shower dispensers did not work. No microwave. No dresser for your clothes. No fridge except the small one they fill with their own drinks for sale. No place to eat in the area except their own place on the 8th floor or their little coffee shop open 6:30am to 11am. They encourage “street parking” but it's difficult to find a spot near. They have a parking garage for $15 per night a few blocks away but if you're a woman, and especially at night, you're walking in an area dark and frightening. On top of all this, it's overpriced for what you get. My recommendation: Avoid this place.

Stayed here during a week of meetings. Room was nice and clean. Set up is a little weird but still nice. Prices for the beer in the mini fridge isn't outrageous . Good locations for walking or quick uber trip to downtown. Parking for large vehicles for dropping off is tricky but doable.

One of the best hotel stays in quite some time. Many people have a particular mindset when they hear Best Western. This is a *very* different Best Western from you old school thinking. This hotel is modern, innovative, and boasts amenities like a rooftop restaurant, auto open/close shades in-room, clean/beautiful/roomy rooms and a staff that was friendly and professional. Some people have complained about parking being an issue as they do not offer it onsite. There is plenty of street parking in the area. And it's safe. The RiNo District has went through some major revitilization over the past several years. And even if you did have to park, in the enclosed/sheltered garage, it's a block away - and you just got to your daily step count even quicker. Well done Vib in RiNo...Well done.

Clean sleek property in RINO. A safe, short walk over the train tracks to all of the restaurants on Larimer St. Great staff and nice sized rooms. Highly recommended.

Fair hotel, nothing special except that it is pretty new.. The room was clean and the AC blows cold. There are snacks and beverages available for purchase in the room in a fridge that does not have much extra space for anything guest might want to store. Room had a water kettle but no microwave. Lobby is OK with more snacks for purchase. There is a little coffee shop on site with beverages and some food options, but I only saw 1 person working it and there was always a line, The area the hotel is in is building up. Many artsy places being developed but there is not much entertainment or food within a close walk to the hotel. A few times, there was a nasty sewage smell outside the hotel - not sure if it was the nearby river or construction sites but it can be nasty. Hotel has a small gym with a few treadmills, ellipticals and cycles. Some dumbbells but no weight machines. No pool or spa. There is a river trail close by for running but there are many homeless on the trail. Exercise caution if running alone.

I cannot sing the praises of the Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver and its staff, particularly the manager, Tyler, enough! Upon check-in, I had a terrible experience with a third-party booking agency (I beg you to stay as far away from Trivago Deals as possible) and Tyler went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. While it was entirely Trivago Deal's fault, Tyler stayed an hour past her shift to help find a solution and get me into a hotel room. What could have been a disaster of a trip ended up being an incredible time and I credit that to Tyler and the Vib Hotel. Not only is their customer service exceptional, but the hotel itself is beautiful. 10/10 recommend the Vib Hotel 0/10 recommend Trivago Deals. Avoid my mistake and book directly through the Vib Hotel site!

I was informed 6 hrs prior to check-in that half of my reservation had been cancelled, and was made to pay for a more expensive room despite booking directly through the BestWestern site. The staff was rude and unconcerned by my disappointment.

I wouldn't say this place is charming. It's functional and seems clean. Neighborhood not the best but we knew that. No place really for dogs— it's inner city so again, expected. If you like breweries, there's an inordinate amount of them around here. The lights in the room are “European” which translates into you can't figure out how they work. So this place served its purpose but wouldn't say it's nice enough to be a destination. Beware that the dog fee is per dog even though that's not what the website says

Hip, sleek and modern facility but room layout/design lack guest comfort/useability. Bed comfortable and pillows. Nice full length mirror. In-room steamer very much appreciated but fridge stocked stocked with upsale inventory, little space to put my personal beverages in. Ventilation in bath non- existent but space in bath was good. Photo shows the “comfortable chair” provided in-room which was more like a foot stool and is definately not for comfort. Lighting lacked. Best Western needs to reevaluate the Vib room designs as this is standard I believe. Everything was “a la carte”- breakfast, parking (was told was $15/day if validated- choose on street parking which was fine).

It was an amazing experience overall. I think this is probably one of the best hotels that I've stayed in in a very long time exceeded all of my expectations. The hospitality was amazing. Especially the receptionists feel very welcoming. If you speak Spanish he can translate because that is what he helped me with the most, and he was AMAZING!

Folks working the cafe and taco restaurant were wonderful and I think I'm going to miss some of them! A few weird things about the room - overall totally fine but the room lights were either all on or all off. No separate bedside light. I survived. There was also a weird smell that would come up the pipes in the bathroom. I kept the balcony door open a lot. Weather was good so I could. I love using the Lyft bikes to get the National Western Convention Center. Was thankful for the free water refills in the room. Location was great. The tacos in the roof were amazing. Idk I might do this place again.

Outstanding hotel. Clean, well designed, great food and excellent staff! Very convenient location in the Denver RiNo art district. Lots of things within walking distance and not far from the airport. The rooftop restaurant, McDevit Taco Supply has outstanding chips and queso with homemade chorizo.

Excellent facility and friendly, efficient staff. Great taco bar upstairs and breakfast restaurant downstairs. Snack store in the lobby. Innovative room design. Comfortable, effective, efficient. Great lighting and blackout curtains. Highly recommend.

The parking is a multi story car park one block away there is a charge for this which is for the day go in and out whenever you want but I didn't mind as you park your own car and I didn't want to park on the street. Great hotel quite new. Very nice staff and easy check in. Very nice room fully equipped, You can pay for breakfast I didn't as there's always Taco Bell, right. The walk to downtown is quite long maybe 30 minutes, not sure if there are buses as I always used the rental scooters (beware pot holes) or bikes that are usually parked outside.

This hotel is in a part of Denver that used to be bad and is now the hot new gentrified neighborhood. They have no parking. They tell you to park on the street or in a parking garage a block away. They do not offer valet service. Did I mention it was 102 degrees?! They have a roof top restaurant. While the burger was good other stuff was terrible. They are quick to offer a to go box - but the rooms have no microwave. To turn on lights in your room you have to put your key in a slot and leave it there or the lights go out. The bed faced the window - not the giant TV on the side wall. The bed was literally 8 inches from the wall on one side - my rv has more space. The bed was really comfy though. The furniture is the sort of stuff you might find at IKEA. All staff members were great, but they can't compensate for a poorly conceived business concept. It just doesn't work. Overall not impressed!

The hotel was great. It was clean, has a great fitness area and a great restaurant on the rooftop. Staff was very efficient. The restaurant in the lobby had a good and reasonably priced breakfast.

Great hotel with reasonable room and parking rates. Awsome beds and pillows. No free breakfast but not to pricey if you wanted to eat there. Another restaurant on the top floor with more choices. Staff was extremely nice and prompt to any issues. I had a squeaky bathroom door and they came up 5mins after me to fix it. Great service. Street parking around hotel but they do partner with a garage for $15 a night. Very reasonable considering another hotel around the corner sis the same but they charged you $56 a night. You will enjoy your time here. Pretty close to downtown

The hotel is in great shape and it is very modern. The staff was very helpful whenever I asked for anything.

Overall the hotel is decent, it is quite costly for what you get, and there are weird quirks with the hotel such as having to use your keycard next to the door to keep the lights on, which makes forgetting your card in the room inevitable. The hotel is okay on looks. The lobby is mid 90s-esque looking/feeling. The rooms are nice enough, though the views aren't especially with all the construction going on. Speaking off the construction starts early, and loud, and on top of that the alarms go off at 2AM in the morning with no one there to turn them off. I was very displeased with the Check-In/Out process. The out not as much as the In. Because I was charged for my brother's, mom's and my room all in the same day because staff weren't paying attention even though they had my license in their hand. That causes quite an issue for me because my bank account was flagged because of all the large transactions in on day. The staff are friendly enough, but they all seem to be transplants from other properties and don't really have a grasp on familiarity with this on. As far as cost goes, I feel like they are about 15%-18% above what they should be for what they are offering and with all that is going on. Maybe in 6 months to a year they could charge what they are charging but as it stands for what you get the value doesn't match the price.

This hotel is hospitality excellence in action! Every part of the stay was on point, from a caring and helpful front desk staff to a trendy and comfortable room that was immaculate. Food & beverage was also over-the-top, covering all the basis from a craft coffee shop in the lobby to a gorgeous rooftop bar featuring fresh Mex street food. Even the in-room minibar has a great selection of local brews, infused waters and snacks at very reasonable prices. The location at the edge of RiNo is peaceful yet easily accessible to the local area and an easy 10-minute walk to commuter rail (including direct service to the airport.) I'm already looking forward to my return to the Vib Denver RiNo!

This was my first time staying at a Best Western-branded hotel, and I loved it! The hotel was clean and modern. The room was a great size for two people. It was so nice to get complimentary water bottles and a bag of snack mix when we checked in. It's a short walk to the light rail station (maybe 10 minutes) and there's a pedestrian overpass to get over the tracks. The only reason the location doesn't get 5 stars is because the walk is a little sketchy-looking at night but I never felt unsafe. We also used the 48 bus a few times which drops off directly in front of the hotel. I'd read that the hotel has some deal worked out with a nearby parking garage/lot, but we were able to find street parking right outside the hotel for free!

This hotel was perfect for a friends getaway to Denver. Easy access to all highways and downtown. The staff was friendly and the coffee shop and taco restaurant were both terrific. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Denver.

A lot of street noise, parking was a block away and did not feel safe. Trying to get in to drop and pick up luggage was a pain. Reception was not the greatest either. The person checking me in not very welcoming. Room was small and not very much storage.

During my 3 night stay, the elevators had some pretty heavy traffic from non-guests coming and going from the rooftop bar. Sunday, in particular, was filled with drunk men and women sloshing in and out. Breakfast options on property consist of some microwaved, pre-made burritos, or avocado toast. Skip it. Walk around the corner to The Butcher Block cafe on 38th street. Food choices in the area are limited, as are transportation options other than Uber. Hotel has no on-site parking. So plan to use a public parking garage around the corner. Overall, there are better options for $300-a-night hotels in Denver.

A nice stay in a developing neighbourhood Right on the rail line so getting in and out of town was good.

We had a great stay at this property in RiNo. It was very close to a lot of interesting businesses and Mission Ballroom. The hotel was perfect for two adults for a few nights.

Would I stay here again? Yes, if the price was right. It's a nice little hotel, but there are some things to be aware of. Pros: -Cute design. The room was clean and well maintained. -The price of parking in the garage was $15/night, which is much cheaper than other downtown hotels. The garage was closer than I expected based on others' reviews. -The price on the mini bar items were very reasonable and they offer complimentary water bottles. -We enjoyed the rooftop taco place. -The shower was nice with good pressure and two adjustable shower heads. Cons: -The room was very small with almost no place to put our stuff. There was no closet, and three tiny drawers for storage. There was a counter to serve as desk space which we piled our things on. It's just uncomfortable for more than one person for more than one night. That's really my only complaint but it's a big one. -

Pros: -Staff is very friendly, check-in is simple. -$15/night secure parking is more reasonable compared to nearby options. (Pro-tip: Forget about free street parking right now, you are surrounded by construction so you won't really find options...not a "pro" but just a tip on that subject). -They will hold your luggage if you have a later flight & don't want to drag it around town. -Check-out is noon, which is fantastic. -Fitness room is exceptional for a hotel. We went early so there was nobody else. As with any hotel, space is limited. But we had a good experience. Equipment actually worked & free weights/bench were in good shape. -Rooftop taco/cocktail bar is great! We went during happy hour on a Saturday and there was plenty of patio space outside in the sunshine. Staff was friendly, efficient up there as well. Food & cocktails were good! -Walking distance to grocery store, a few restaurants, bars, etc. Fine to walk around in daytime or with group at night. Cons: -Rooms are tiny & non-functional. Okay for one night, but would probably not want to stay here much longer. No fan in bathroom (why?!). No place to put shower items. No towel rack to use for drying hands. Shower door hits the painting behind it. TV is sideways to the bed. Ha! Just a super non-functional design. I think it is supposed to be "minimal" or something which is great in theory only...not practice. -The mini-fridge is full of mini-bar items, so we had to remove those so we could actually use the fridge. No microwave which seems to be an unfortunate new hotel trend. Fridge is very very tiny, smaller than a usual hotel fridge. -We apparently had an "extra large king" but the room is not very large. Bed was fine, but I don't think it was a true king-size bed. -Area is industrial, lots of construction. We were okay because we stayed on the weekend, but I imagine during the week it is very noisy. Not a safe area to walk alone at night if you are single woman-identified person. -Very noisy. The walls are quite thin & you can easily hear people talking in the hallways or the next room. You can hear the elevator dinging even though we weren't right next to it. We had to turn on white noise overnight. Overall: Okay for one night if you want to be in the arts district area. Would not recommend for longer stays or if you need more accessibility... Be mindful of construction. Weekends are probably a better experience. Cost is a bit steep, but less steep than some other options in the area.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant are super nice! The room I was in was clean and comfortable. Breakfast burrito and coffee in the the Cafe was good. Tacos on the roof are soooo yummy!! This will be my go to stop on my next visit.

Great hotel, clean and well kept. Very nice staff. Denver though.........really has gone down hill. Nervous to leave a vehicle parked overnight in that city. This hotel is so nice it deserves to be in a nice city.

The location felt unsafe, parking was a block away in the dark with lots of construction throughout. Room was loud, no noise barriers at all and next to the ice machine which sounded like someone vacuuming right outside the door in the middle of the night. Barely got any sleep all week. Checked out a night early and still got charged for the night I didn't stay. Do not recommend at all!

Visiting my daughter in Denver, in the past I've stayed at another nearby hotel in RiNo. This new BW is by far my favorite now! Very comfortable bed, layout of the room, had a lovely view, walking distance to airport train & helpful, friendly staff and reasonable rate means I'll be staying a BW Vib next trip out.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed! Small rooms. No luggage racks or anyplace to set your luggage on. No closet for coats etc. one desk to put everything you brought with you. No microwave. No dresser. Smallest refrigerator I've ever seen in a hotel room that is filled with drinks and snacks for purchase so we had to take their stuff out to keep our drinks cold (this isn't an upscale hotel). The owner was way more concerned about design than guest comfort! We had to change rooms immediately due to it being soooo small. ADA room is furthest from the elevator so handicapped people with walkers and wheelchairs have the furthest to go…does that make sense? Snowing today and no one bothered to put salt out or clear the outside entrance. Parking is a block away and hopefully your parking pass will work…of course ours didn't so had to walk there, drive car to exit, find out it doesn't work, remark, walk back to hotel and do it again. No turn around in outside entrance so people had to drive on sidewalk and a elderly man and his handicapped wife got stuck and no one from hotel offered help. So much more! Worst hotel stay EVER

The hotel was conveniently located. It has a modern, upscale feel. The staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The parking garage is about a block away from the hotel. But it was fairly convenient. There was a restaurant, but we did not try it out. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our room we had a large balcony and had a view of the mountains. Not to mention the room was spectacular. I have nothing else to say but I have to have 200 characters. There's a dispensary super close and a few really good ones in RiNo.

Only parking options are street parking or pay 15 dollars for a parking garage a block away. Paper thin walls and was given a room right next to an employee conference room and elevator. I was never notified that there would be loud construction in the building next to us up until 12:30am, which started back up again at 7am. Thought this would be a convenient place to stay since it was so close to Mission Ballroom. Walk the few extra steps and stay at The Source instead.

The Vib was phenomenal! We were able to check in early which made it super easy to get rested and start adventuring right away! I highly highly recommend the rooftop restaurant for the best tacos EVER!

Clean. Simple. Friendly. Great location in RINO. Finally found my ‘go-to' hotel in Denver. Booked twice now, June and August, 2023. Second booking with dog. Great pet experience. The add on for pet is only $30.00. ViB- Someone in my family will be back soon! (Likely dog too!)

The hotel is bright, new and clean with a lovely staff. We checked in very late and it was super easy and fast. The beds were excellent! super comfortable. We both worked from home in the room and the internet was great.

This hotel is by far One of the Best!! Clean, friendly,& very comfortable all the way around! Great bar/restaurant on the roof! Best beds!! So comfortable! Friendliest staff on every level……Ryan at the front desk went above & beyond! Staff in the restaurant was very friendly! Even the ladies cleaning rooms were friendly!

Was mislead about the construction by staff then when I was woken up very early in the morning and brought it to the front desks attention I was ignored and was asked “I can't control that, what do you want me to do about it?

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to Zeppelin Station where I was meeting my party bus to Red Rocks (Party Bus CO). Its literally a block and a half away, only a 3 minute walk. The hotel is modern, clean, and has all necessary amenities including a mini bar (with 2 free water bottles), a cute cafe downstairs, and yummy rooftop taco restaurant at which I ate dinner before the concert and really enjoyed my tacos and the service. The neighborhood is industrial, but clearly on its way up, and you can find beautiful street art on most of the buildings nearby. Check in is at 4 but I was able to check in early on the Sunday I arrived, for which I was grateful because I had to meet the party bus at 5:00. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I parked at the off-site garage which was half a block away and very easy, free, and safe. For my needs, it was an incredibly convenient location and also an incredible lovely hotel experience!

This place is promoted as a different style from the typical Best Western. That is a true statement. This is a relatively new place in an area of Denver experiencing major revitalization. Lots of construction and new multi story buildings in the area. We stayed here one night. Our large room was perfect with a firm king bed. The shower was equally good. I like the hard floors throughout since I'm never sure the carpeted ones are clean enough. The checkin went quick and painless with a pleasant and helpful front desk person. A couple of questions though. Parking was either on the free public street or at a garage about a block away. Somewhat inconvenient. There was no charge if you presented the parking ticket. We stay in BW whenever we travel due to the consistent quality. Generally there is complimentary breakfast offered. Not here unfortunately. This BW seems well maintained as the lobby, elevators and hallways are neat and clean. One other unusual event which doesn't affect my rating is the steeped coffee bags. They have a “best used date“ that expired 6 months ago. Seems that a well run BW would not allow this to occur. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this BW.

The internet was horrible, had to disconnect from hotel internet and hot from phone. There is no parking, had to park in a parking garage down the block. No free breakfast. The place was very clean and staff was very friendly but other than that the price was not worth the stay.

The Vib Hotel is excellent. It is conveniently located near the Blake and 38th St station. The hotel is modern and clean, has a separate workspace area, in room kettle, coffee and refrigerator as well as a steamer. It also has a coffee shop, restaurant and good fitness center. Most importantly, however, the staff goes out of their way to help you. In these days of declining service, they are unexpectedly attentive and even remembered my name. I will stay here again.

We (my family) stayed at Vib Denver during Stock Show this year and it met and exceeded our expectations! The location is so convenient - close to breweries, activities, the art district, the staff was helpful and the upstairs restaurant - Taco Supply - was DELICIOUS!! We recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!

Had employees stay there for The National Western Stockshow, room was reserved more than a month in advance. Upon check in a Single king was given instead of the double queen that was paid for.. Also the price was dramatically higher... When the 2nd employee showed up It nearly took an act of congress to get the Manager to put them in a double queen room.... at one point I was told " Its really busy here so please just tell them to deal with it". That set me off .... When asked to have the bill corrected was told they didn't have any control over the bill because the room was changed... WTF??? Maybe someone from corporate will actually see this and make a reasonable and intelligent response

We were in for the Stock Show and had a great time at the ViB and the surrounding neighborhood. We were walking distance to the Mission Ballroom, Great Divide Brewing, the National Western Complex. Light rail is a block away and we were one stop from Union Station and downtown Denver..

I loved staying Vīb Denver! It's the perfect location. And the room was really nice. I had a King bed and a sofa bed in my room. There was also a desk, which was perfect for getting work done. The room was really spacious. The hotel is so close to everything fun in the RiNo district of Denver, Colorado. This neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, and murals. I walked during my entire stay. Everything is about 5-20 minute walk away. Plus, you need to walk so you don't miss all of the amazing murals! We also enjoyed their rooftop restaurant. It's perfect for drinks and beautiful views of Denver.

3 of us at our company had the pleasure of staying at the Vib hotel this past week. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Denver. The Vib is an oasis for travelers looking to stay in the RiNo neighborhood. It's a relatively new hotel, clean, cozy, and modern. Ryan and Cassidy were very welcoming, professional, and flexible in offering their hospitality. Nice lobby and restaurant area. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the VIB Best Western was excellent. We were in town for a 3-day concert at the Mission Ballroom and this hotel was a short 10 minute walk away from the venue AND the train station (A-Line train stop 38th & Blake). The room was clean and comfortable with a mountain view. We loved the cafe and little mart in the lobby for convenient eats. We didn't get a chance to try out the mexican restaurant upstairs but the Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday deals sounded amazing. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! (our friends who stayed downtown and had to drive to the venue daily were SUPER jealous of our deal!) There is a grocery store about 2 blocks away. Multiple craft breweries about 2 blocks away including Great Divide and Mockery, both worth visiting. The food and beverage options are endless! The RiNo Arts District is all accessible within a 20'ish minute walk (in the snow, probably shorter in nicer weather.) We had intentions of hopping back on the train to head to downtown but LOVED this area so much we opted to walk through different streets each day to eat and drink our way to the New Year! Recommended Eats and Drinks within walking distance: *Grabowski's Pizzeria (Located in The Source) *Great Divide Brewing *Mockery Brewing *Osaka Ramen *Bierstadt Lagerhaus *Finn's Manor (Drinks) *Barcelona Bar (Wine & Tapas JUST LIKE SPAIN)

Friendly, helpful & courteous staff. Awesome & delicious restaurant/bar on the 8th floor, with the coolest patio & view. Exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Dog-friendly to boot. Some reviews I had read prior to arrival made it seem like parking was an issue, but I had no problem getting in or out, & found parking just feet from the entrance regardless of the time of day, even with a concert right down the street. Highly recommend this hotel, in fact, have plans to return just for another pleasant experience.

Really great place to stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here coming back from Florida and also for a Red Rocks Concert. The location was perfect for catching the train to and from Denver International Airport. We were able to easily walk from the hotel to the train-station and back. We were also able to walk over to catch the party bus to the Red Rocks Concert and could walk downtown RiNo to visit restaurants and breweries. The Front Desk Staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were super hungry flying in from traveling the first night and the Taco restaurant on top of the hotel is amazing! Delicious tacos and margaritas (McDevitt Taco Supply)- I would go back just for the food alone! The coffee shop in the lobby is super convenient and pretty good, but I am somewhat of a coffee snob so I'd rather go to Thump. But it was nice having that option available for convenience. I loved the room layouts and updated technology in the rooms with charges and lights. The soap in the bathrooms smelled delicious as well, I took one with me because I liked it so much. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next time I'm in Denver!

This hotel had been open 2 weeks when we stayed there. Very modern decor. I like a warmer feeling in a hotel. The staff was nice. The barista, Lois, was great. There was not a breakfast included. There was not a microwave in the room. There was one in the lobby. Closet was 1 ft wide. Bathroom was tiny. Tile floor with 2 different tiles and a ridge at the transition. Don't step there in the middle of the night! There is no where to park but in the street or a parking ramp 2 blocks away for $18/night. What were they thinking! NO PARKING? We were able to find a spot in the street only because the hotel had about 10 guests. There is a lot of construction next to the hotel. Maybe a parking ramp? The view of the mountains is disappearing. See photo. The McDevitt Taco Bar was meh. The margarita was not the best. We didn't have any food. I don't know the Denver area very well but the neighborhood seems a little questionable. I don't want to walk 2 blocks to my car. Might stay here again if the is adequate parking.

Vib is located in the perfect area, located within walking distance to some amazing breweries, art galleries and specialty coffee shops. Along with it being located between Denver International Airport and Union Station! Also it is a 5-minute walk to Denver's light rail train to take you around the city. I loved how spacious the rooms are and they are very dog friendly! They have a great rooftop restaurant serving up yummy tacos, and a good happy hour. [I was gifted a free stay here for my honest review]

I stayed here when visiting a friend who lives in RiNo and was very happy with how nice the hotel and room were. We also went to the McDevitt Taco supply on the top floor and the staff were incredible. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Denver!

Nice, new hotel in the up and coming RiNo neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance, and you must try the Taco place on the 8th floor. Excellent on site snack options, and a place for morning coffee. Easy walk to the hotel from the 38th and Blake train station, which runs to the airport. We were in town for two shows at Mission Ballroom and picked this hotel due to its proximity… easy walk to and from the venue. Hoping we can return in the future!

The staff from the front desk, the coffee shop, and to the rooftop restaurant and bar was so friendly and welcoming. We felt really at home and really enjoyed ourselves! The rooftop restaurant had amazing tacos and wonderful atmosphere.

I love this new, trendy hotel in the charming RINO art district. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious, bright, and quiet. Food and service at rooftop restaurant were exceptional. We ate there three times! We had our little dog with us, and she was treated very well by all. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a huge step up from the other Best Westerns I have recently stayed at. As a Diamond member I love Best Western's Rewards perks and free night stay opportunities. Many Best Westerns are older but good properties. This was very different than the typical Best Western. I've been to a lot so believe me when I say that.

I found this hotel to be very misleading online. Beware- more than likely you will have to pay for parking if they're even slightly busy. The queen beds are not queen. More like full. The floors in our room were dirty- made the bottoms of my feet black. If you're a member- it doesn't seem to matter here. Requests online were not met. For the price not worth it. I didn't even bother talking to the girl at the desk the evening I was there because she seemed annoyed that I asked for extra towels even though it was in my reservation request. No microwave in the room for those who have children and need it. Very tiny cramped rooms. Parking was atrocious.

The is only street parking and this property is surrounded by construction. Internet access is apparently the only amenity. No check-out process. Air quality is poor in rooms and hallways. This is Best Western and everything is cheap about it.

Brand new hotel walking distance to the Mission Ballroom......we stayed one night, the hotel staff is friendly - great experience with check in, rooms are very modern and bright. There is a lot of construction in the area, so kind of loud in the AM, safe area, free parking is available. Walking distance to restaurants and bars as well. The place is very clean, as being brand new- crisp and fresh smells in hallways and our room. We enjoyed an excellent happy hour with good drinks and tacos on the rooftop restaurant, McDevitt Taco Supply! Excellent service and vibe!

The hotel is clean and feels very new. Between the rooftop taco bar and the lobby there's a bit of a hostel type vibe, but it was nice to have snacks available for purchase and coffee bar. The main drawback is the location. It is near the Rhino district, but I would not say it's in it. It is in an area that seems to be up and coming with construction and some empty buildings. You need to cross a pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks to get to Rhino. Definitely a walkable distance (15-20 min walk to the heart of Rhino), but there's no one around at night, so as a single female traveler, I'd opt for an uber. That being said, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff were friendly.

We loved the Vib Hotel and had a great experience! The hotel is small, which I loved, but it has all of the amenities I could hope for. There is a great cafe for breakfast and lunch and a super cool taco bar on the roof with amazing views and delicious margaritas. The cafe has options for a hot meal as well as pastries and muffins and the best vanilla latte I've ever had. There is plenty of seating and a great vibe to get work done or even have zoom or work meetings. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and has great recommendations for things to do in the area. There is even a tiny "general store" for snacks and toiletries. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and it was great to get late night snacks after the show when everything else was closed. All of the staff was so nice and we really felt right at home the whole time we were there. The hotel is in a great up-and-coming prat of town and is surrounded by amazing restaurants, breweries and bars. It's also only 20 minutes from the airport or red rocks and only a couple minutes from downtown Denver. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vib. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant has great food and service. The little coffee bar had delicious coffee and pastries. The location is good, just a five minute walk away to plenty of breweries and food options. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to see a concert at Red Rocks. The hotel itself is new and very clean. The team there took care of us and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. The hotel has a delicious taco restaurant on the top floor which is partially outdoors. It is BEAUTIFUL and modern. The drinks were great and the staff was friendly and fun. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and fresh. We loved the layout and the view was gorgeous of the Rockies. The area around the hotel is a work in progress. You can tell it used to be a rough area, but that they are breathing new life into it and there are many buildings being built all around the hotel. We walked to Zepelins (modern bar and indoor game/food truck type venus) where we were shuttled to Red Rocks for our concert. The whole experience was great and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fresh, new, modern place.

We had a great stay at this new spot in Denver. Hotel was overall great, the rooms were very trendy and spacious, beds super comfortable. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view, which made up for the pretty bad cocktails. Walking distance to some great restaurants and a quick walk to the train stop from the airport and into downtown. Cassidy from the front desk was amazing, and helped make our stay even better.

We had an amazing stay at the VIB in Denver. Landon and Cassidy were a great help from when we checked in until we left. The rooftop restaurant and bar are amazing and once again the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and location was great. Fitness Facility was great. Couldn't say enough positive things about our stay!

From the minute we walked in to the very inviting “resort like” lobby we were welcomed by Landon and his lovely staff, felt like home. Service was impeccable from front desk to room keepers! Loved the roof top restaurant and bar, servers there were also amazing friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms were lovely fresh, clean and roomy, the pillows were awesome! The shampoo/conditioner and soap is a lovely scent and nice large sizes. My group of friends and I will definitely return. Thank you for your wonderful service and accommodations Lindina and friends

Walkable art district and eclectic, minutes to downtown and many cool restaurants and bar within or minute walks. Super comfortable bed/pillows great views, oh the roof bar you'll love. Very inviting place to work, bright and spacious. Many thanks to the staff always warm.
