SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Berkeley Springs, Berkeley Springs

Our group had 3 rooms, one with a whirlpool and king bed, one with a king bed, and one with two double beds. The double room's bathroom wasn't as nice as the others. The hotel was not the easiest to find half-way up a hill, but once found, it is just a short way from both of the State Parks in the area. The internet was not the fastest but we had lots of electronics with us. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, I didn't have high expectations and was pleasantly surprised by our stay and was happy to have a relaxing Labor Day holiday!

My stay here was a visit to see family that moved to Berkeley Springs WV. I was extremely impressed and surprised by the outstanding welcome and acknowledgement of myself being a gold member of Best Western. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are also very clean. Beds are comfortable. Very nice relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was also perfect. Just overall absolutely pleased with my stay at this particular hotel.

Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Wifi was spotty at best. Room floors were dirty, and so were the halls and staircases. Our one bed was broken. Price was high for the conditions.

We stayed 1 night. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, there was good wifi and comfie beds. We had the room with the bedroom and didn't hear other people. We always get a hotel with breakfast included and I LOVE those waffles! Coffee was plentiful and hot and available during the day. We will be back in the fall when the leaves change and we have more time to explore Berkley Springs

This SureStay (by Best Western) is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my many travels. Great, friendly staff, very clean rooms and a great free breakfast every morning. The only downside is that now I am spoiled and will end up trying to find other hotels that are up to the standards of this one.

Coffee was very good! Delores was very helpful with making a reservation and overall value for cost was very good and I definitely would recommend. Not super fancy but definitely clean and adequate and affordable.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was great! breakfast was impressive. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The location of Surestay was perfect. Berkeley Springs is greatvlittle town. Definitely will stay at Surestay in the future..

The lady ay the front desk, Delores was an absolute amazing woman! I came in without a reservation and she accommodated me with a room while she was dealing with computer malfunctions, phone ringing and someone else waiting for something. I cannot express my gratitude enough after I had just driven some 750 miles and just needed to sleep for the night. She did tell me that there was breakfast available in the morning, but I had to leave before it was ready. I must say that the beds are a little hard for my liking, but I have back problems. The abundance of pillows helped with this. There was plenty of parking and it was very quiet since the building is far enough off the highway. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Couldn't have been better for the price. Everyone was pleasant and the place was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good with many selections, including fresh fruit. 24 hour coffee was nice too. Air conditioner was quiet. Shower pressure good.

Dolores was the best part of our check in! Breakfast was nice even though the young guy in the morning was not even dressed professionally for front desk work. He also was not very friendly either. I work for Quality Inn and Suites and well we would have not tolerated the unprofessional attire of his choosing of shorts and tshirt smh. Dolores you rock! Ever up this way check us out! keep smiling!! Had a Great stay other than the young lad should be fired and hire someone morning an smiling and dress much better you would go far :))
