SureStay Plus by Best Western Berkeley Springs

This was an excellent place to stay. The rooms was very clean and the people was friendly! We took a motorcycle trip to Berkeley springs WV , we went to the park nearby,and toured the museum.We was planning on eating at Ox and Ales but it was closed. But the BW was excellent!!!

Best Western uses a third party for booking even when you go to Best Westerns web sight. Just deceiving! Booking.com screwed up our reservation and I only found out that it wasn't Best Western doing the reservation. I never go to booking .com they are very difficult to work with. Overall disappointed.

I for some reason did not enjoy my stay here. The windows did not open and I do not know if that is regulatory in this State but with the gorgeous mountain air, it was disappointing. Breakfast was served late (7 A.M.) and there is not the fabulous Grab N Go that some thoughtful Best Westerns have assembled for early departing travelers.

We were a little concerned not having ever stayed at a SureStay. This place was the best. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We have to say that the restaurant right in the same parking lot as the hotel was phenomenal. Great to be able to have a craft beer and walk back to our room. If all SureStay by Best Western is run the same way, we will continue to look for another SureStay when we travel

I went to visit my sister in this town. The hotel is an older hotel, but seemed to be very clean. The staff was very nice. There is a nice restaurant in the same parking lot as the hotel. The downsides for me: really firm mattress. I did not sleep well on this mattress TV was old and blurry. Remote was hard to use. they have breakfast but not until 7 AM. I was already out before 7 AM on my departure day, so for me, this was not a perk. The toilet seemed to be kid sized so uncomfortable for an adult.

This was my second time staying at this cozy and comfy hotel. My friends and I came for a girlfriend birthday celebration weekend. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I usually have trouble with hotel beds but I slept quite comfortably on my bed. The hotel is situated up on a hill and kind of hidden away, which was fine with us. It was quiet and serene. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The water was wonderful! The temperature was just right. Oh and don't forget to eat breakfast! We were impressed with the variety and quality of the food. We highly recommend staying here. It's great value for the price.

The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staffs were nice. We will be there again.

The room was very clean and well maintained. It was such a nice room that I was a little surprised when I saw the poor quality of the towels. They were dingy and very rough. Looked like something you'd toss in the rag bin. Honestly, buy some new towels! Also, I did not like having a $50 "incidental" charge added to my bill, even if it gets removed later.

We stayed at this hotel while searching for a house to relocate to Berkeley Springs. It was clean, provided a nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again during our moving process.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet setting away from the main road. Staff was accommodating with personal request. Provided suggestions for shopping and local tourist attractions. Restaurant within walking distance.

This hotel was clean, beds and linens were comfortable and service was friendly. Breakfast was good. I like the coffee and tea 24/7 availability by the front desk. Only negative: You can really hear noise quite loudly from the hallway and neighboring rooms. I'd suggest bringing earplugs just in case!

We stay at this hotel every time we travel through. This time on our third night when returning back to our room, and settling in for the night. We had very loud and rude neighbors, after making the front desk aware, they asked us to move at 10:30pm, and our children were sleeping. Woke up next morning to the same thing, and the guest service Janet, was rude and said “you chose to not move.” This hotel was far from full, they could have moved the problem, not us. I'm waiting patiently to hear back from them, as I emailed the hotel.

Had to stay here due to weather - couldn't get home from work. The hotel isn't brand new but it was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth and quick and the room was a nice size. Not gonna lie... sort of hoping for more bad weather...

Excellent front desk experience, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast met expectations. I would've like darkening shades but overall very good experience. Room was very clean. Will stay again next visit.

Nice stay but a little pricey. Could hear next door talking in bed. No hot water at first in shower. There was no tissues in the bathroom. Rear door to hotel was never locked. Breakfast area was small and should be opened up some. (If not a load bearing wall between the seating area) Instead of Pepsi products need COKE!

Our group had 3 rooms, one with a whirlpool and king bed, one with a king bed, and one with two double beds. The double room's bathroom wasn't as nice as the others. The hotel was not the easiest to find half-way up a hill, but once found, it is just a short way from both of the State Parks in the area. The internet was not the fastest but we had lots of electronics with us. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, I didn't have high expectations and was pleasantly surprised by our stay and was happy to have a relaxing Labor Day holiday!

My stay here was a visit to see family that moved to Berkeley Springs WV. I was extremely impressed and surprised by the outstanding welcome and acknowledgement of myself being a gold member of Best Western. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are also very clean. Beds are comfortable. Very nice relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was also perfect. Just overall absolutely pleased with my stay at this particular hotel.

Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Wifi was spotty at best. Room floors were dirty, and so were the halls and staircases. Our one bed was broken. Price was high for the conditions.

We stayed 1 night. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, there was good wifi and comfie beds. We had the room with the bedroom and didn't hear other people. We always get a hotel with breakfast included and I LOVE those waffles! Coffee was plentiful and hot and available during the day. We will be back in the fall when the leaves change and we have more time to explore Berkley Springs

This SureStay (by Best Western) is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my many travels. Great, friendly staff, very clean rooms and a great free breakfast every morning. The only downside is that now I am spoiled and will end up trying to find other hotels that are up to the standards of this one.

Coffee was very good! Delores was very helpful with making a reservation and overall value for cost was very good and I definitely would recommend. Not super fancy but definitely clean and adequate and affordable.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was great! breakfast was impressive. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The location of Surestay was perfect. Berkeley Springs is greatvlittle town. Definitely will stay at Surestay in the future..

The lady ay the front desk, Delores was an absolute amazing woman! I came in without a reservation and she accommodated me with a room while she was dealing with computer malfunctions, phone ringing and someone else waiting for something. I cannot express my gratitude enough after I had just driven some 750 miles and just needed to sleep for the night. She did tell me that there was breakfast available in the morning, but I had to leave before it was ready. I must say that the beds are a little hard for my liking, but I have back problems. The abundance of pillows helped with this. There was plenty of parking and it was very quiet since the building is far enough off the highway. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Couldn't have been better for the price. Everyone was pleasant and the place was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good with many selections, including fresh fruit. 24 hour coffee was nice too. Air conditioner was quiet. Shower pressure good.

Dolores was the best part of our check in! Breakfast was nice even though the young guy in the morning was not even dressed professionally for front desk work. He also was not very friendly either. I work for Quality Inn and Suites and well we would have not tolerated the unprofessional attire of his choosing of shorts and tshirt smh. Dolores you rock! Ever up this way check us out! keep smiling!! Had a Great stay other than the young lad should be fired and hire someone morning an smiling and dress much better you would go far :))

very friendly, efficient and caring staff. best night sleep that I have had in ages. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and went back for seconds. The lobby has been updated and I like the new furniture and tables in the eating area.

Stopped here on our way to the beach for spring break. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. It was a great overall stay. It was during the week so it wasnt super crowded. Amanda and Dolores were great! We always stay here when in the area!

This hotel is very clean. The hotel is in Berkeley Springs, wv...which is many miles away from Hwy I-81. This was very inconvenient for us in transit to Georgia and Florida. Nevertheless, we had a good stay.

We stayed for two nights using points. I had low expectations but they weren't met. We booked a "two bed" which definitely wasn't even a two bedroom suite, it wasn't even a one bed. It was a single room with a lumpy king bed, sink and microwave, plus two twin beds in an attached area that was connected without a door. No private bedroom. No sitting area. Just old tired furniture and uncomfortable beds. The twin beds were saggy and way past their prime. Fortunately my kids slept anyway. The breakfast was as expected. A mediocre buffet. Front desk staff though were very friendly.

We were visiting for the Christmas holidays - the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Ample, convenient parking, and check-in and out was quick and easy. Nice TV, updated bathroom. All good, and at a very fair price.
