Renee was fantastic. Recommended wonderful food establishments nearby, very nice. The hotel was perfect for our few days getaway. Perfectly located. Room was perfect. AC worked great. Newly remodeled room, getting away from carpeting. We will stay again if we are in the area.
This hotel was recently converted to a Best Western. It is in a location convenient to Massena and St. Lawrence river attractions and not too far from Potsdam colleges. The proprietor was attentive to our needs even though it was a busy time for them with a pro fishing derby taking place nearby.

Heat was not in. Room was freezing. Three hours before it was warm. No hot water in shower. Carpet was filthy. Outside doors not secure. Would never stay or recommend that place. Front desk was was not open and friendly environment.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Excellent place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Love it. I will definitely return to this place. Comfy sofa and chair. Rain shower is awesome. Lots of window with great view. Overall it was great experience

Room was in excellent condition. we were stayed there for two nights and people were amazed us by their hospitality. In addition, they have nice breakfast area. although the breakfast area was closed due to stuff like COVID-19.

First I want to thank the Manager Trupti for her kindness. We stay at this hotel when ever we visit Massena and the surrounding area. We are always very satisfied with the service, the room ,the breakfast. Everything is to our liking. All the rooms are on the back side so no noise from highway. The room is always clean. The furniture has been upgraded and is very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and we sleep very well.The location is perfect to get into town or to visit other areas such as Potsdam or Ogdensburg. We will stay here again on our next visit and would recommend this hotel.
