We were in town for business for few days. There was little confusion with our reservation but staff was extremely helpful and very patient with us. Guided us through the process and got us checked in. Very thankful for that. Room was big, bed was very comfortable.

We had some work done to my house and needed a place to stay with my family, this hotel provided that for me. Price was very reasonable, rooms were super clean, pool and spa was great to keep the kids busy. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked and pre paid for a room. The clerk ran my credit card for a $50 hold. Then she tried to photo copy my credit card and driver license. I would not allow her to xerox my Credit card so I was refused the room I paid for. The manager called me the next day from a foreign phone number. Hummm, glad I didn't allow the copy.

There was mold on the air conditioner. There were hairs and dirt on the sheets when pulling back sheets to go to bed. It did not have the look or feel of a Best Western PLUS. The bathrooms had the dark stuff around the edges. Everything seemed old and musty

Got screamed at during check in, told I was cancelled and not welcome in her hotel during check in because I asked a question about the deposit. This woman was seriously feral. Finally made it through that to find this place is disgusting and falling apart, couldn't get bedding for the sleeper sofas in the suites that we paid extra for. Will never stay here again and will think twice about staying in any Best Western

Never had a bad experience with Best Western until the Tulsa visit. Room 326 had filthy carpet and noticed three small live bugs throughout the room. Shrugged it off and killed them thinking bugs happen. Looked to be beetles. Wrong! The next morning, when the cabinet door hiding the refrigerator was opened, a large number of live roaches, large and small greeted me in all their glory. Left immediately and did not stay the second night. Won't stay at Best Western Woodland Hills Tulsa ever again, because I will never trust that they will have that roach problem fixed.

I showed up from Socal frazzled and loopy from the road. I needed a room promptly and my phone was giving me issues booking. So often receptionists "say" and "do" the right things but with a perfunctory tone that comes across jaded, and even insulting. It was so refreshing to see Cassie empathize with me in the purest way. It was clear she not only wanted to help a lost visitor, but I genuinely felt she wanted me as a guest in a place she clearly had a deep personal attachment and responsibility to. It was an excellent encounter with someone who changed the course of my whole day, whole trip. What a lovely hostess Cassie is, and a dream employee for any company that needs a face, a soul, to represent it.

No one was ever at the front desk to help with questions or check us out. Break fast was limited and not diabetic friendly. I could not even find anyone so I could request an extra blanket.

Hello Best Western - Danny G., Good Morning! My name is Norman Bennett - I have Status and Almost 800,000 points with Best Western. I received your card from the night clerk... It was BEHIND the counter instead of ON it, Not sure why. So, I certainly hope you are someone of position at the Best Western Woodland Hills Location? I say this due to the fact there is no Title on the Business Card I received... Not sure why. If at all possible, I would like YOUR Superior's Email address as well please? Just a quick line to say... With 4.1 out of 5 Stars I decided to give you my money. Being a Best Western PLUS I picked you over 10 other hotels in the area... I was not recognized or welcomed as a status member... I was not offered any gift or amenity such as my Check in Points or a bottle of water... I was not offered the best room (which I purchased) at a lower rate as a default upgrade... I requested a high floor with an ice machine and was placed on a mid floor level with NO ICE machine... I had to walk downstairs for ice and noticed there is no pantry here... The filtered water machine is BROKEN and The cheesy vending machines do not take a card... Only cash? You know This is 2024...? I believe Your vendor contractor is doing you, and all your guests a dis-service not accepting cards at the machines. I am a diabetic so I need to have a sugar from time to time and cannot believe I actually had to LEAVE the hotel at 230 in the morning for a refreshment and snack... Room 217 has a ten year old OLD TV which is very difficult to watch because the picture is so dark. There is NO channel guide... so I spent a good hour switching through nonsense trying to find anything good to watch... With all this in mind I'm wondering just exactly What is the PLUS mean here again? Maybe the Low Paid Young People have something to do with it? I checked out and the Desk Girl was Nice but... Never asked about stay or invited me to come back or suggested Breakfast... not even a 'have a nice day'. Just a 'ready to check out', Bye! I am an older generation yes but maybe just a little couth, some tact, some caring would be nice... I know, 'It's just a Best Western' right? It was only $90 right? What do I expect...? Maybe too much? Which is not an unreasonable thing... It should be the S.O.P. of any Hotel. The Hotel Business is considered a Hospitality Business... It's so much more than just Customer Service. It's about Comfort and Convenience.

I went to Tulsa for the Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan Centers and took this hotel, a bit outside from downtown, but not too far away from thes insitutions. Normal hotel of this class. I had a room at the end of a long aisle but the exit door there did not work with the keys. So every time I had to get or bring something freom or to the car, I had to go a long way around the building. Thats the only negative thing.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews. Ever. Even when we've had similar issues... other hotels made it right. We checked in after 7pm and was told the pool closed at 8pm (opens at 10am with an 11am check-out.) We booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids and location. We rushed to our room and quickly changed the kids into their swim suits. That's all they wanted to do. We took maybe 5 steps into the room, set our bags down, changed, and ran down to the pool. When we got to the pool it was artic cold. The kids wouldn't even get in it and that says a lot. We did get into the hot tub and it was luke warm. There were no towels down at the pool so we went and grabbed two towels from our room. When we got back to our room from the pool is when we began to notice all the issues. The fridge did not work. The sink did not drain. There were stains and sticky stuff on the floor, couch, and the tables in the room. The hotel is outdated but, I started to really feel uneasy so I went to check over the bed and their were stains and hair all over the sheets. There were places in the wall that were cracked or had small holes. There was some sort of blue plastic looking tweezers on the floor next to the bed and that is when I was just like nope. We're out. The cleanliness is a disgrace. We grabbed our things and went to the front desk. The young fella with a fuzz mustache at the front desk wouldn't even look at us. He was smirking as I told him about the room being dirty and the other issues. He told us he would have to go check out the room and that we would be charged if we used the room. I let him know about the towels we used for the pool and about pulling back the sheets on the bed so he shrugged and said we would be charged.... 150 some dollars, I might add for one night. I booked through Best Western.com. We were in town for a sports tournament and ended up with an 8am game was our reason for coming and staying in town. The hotel was outdated but that usually doesn't sway us away. Needless to say, we left and went somewhere else. We were with another family who also booked here and ended up leaving due to same issues. All I can say is read the reviews. My mistake for not doing so. Learn from me. Take your family, yourself, and your money elsewhere.

They have bed bugs and when you report it and ask for your money back they tell you that you have to wait for manager to come in so you don't leave and when her nappy headed self comes in she tells u that to get your money back she had to call her bug guy to come investigate because you could have brought them and how come you stayed ! I stayed to wait for manager ! This place is nasty full of bedbugs and un professional as they come

We wouldn't stay here again. The room was just ok. The sheets were scratchy , there was a cigarette burn on the bedding. The breakfast was an awful mess. 1 waffle iron in the entire breakfast room. They didn't refill anything. They had the most horrible potatoes I have ever tasted. Not many options. We ended up leaving and went and paid for breakfast somewhere else. My biggest complaint is that someone was smoking pot down by our room. We reported it Saturday evening before we went to a concert and again when we got back. Their front desk employee never went to check it out, just wanted to spray air fresheners. Anyone that has ever smelled pot knows air freshener doesn't help. I reported it again on Sunday morning, they still did t investigate. The front desk employee was more concerned about talking to her friend that was there than what I had to say. Also, we are diamond select members with best western. No water of gift bag was offered, no room upgrade was offered. They said they put 500 bonus points on our rewards but that is truly pointless. We have stayed at many Best Westerns in 31 states, and the last couple we have stayed at are not places I would return to.

The evening front desk crew are warm and friendly. The owner/manager Danny and his wife are very unkind, literally yelling at their customers after overcharging them. The indoor pool is handy, but the chlorine used is overpowering, making it unusual for small children. Pillows are worn and uncomfortable but location is nice, close to the mall. The single luggage cart has wheels that don't work. Go to a different Best Western Plus, there's one down the street.

We had stayed at this hotel long time ago and enjoyed our stay. We were coming back to Tulsa and decided to stay here again, although we were bit sceptic because we had seen some online reviews. To our surprise, it was better than our previous experience. Beds were comfortable, breakfast had good selection, kids enjoyed the pool. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Husband and I booked the room for some weekend getaway activities in area, this hotel because I am a Best Western Elite rewards member and it had a hot tub. I have stayed at many Best Westerns and no recognition of rewards member at check in or check out. Ok cool, that has happened before. No biggie. We get back to hotel at 7:55pm from our evening activities to head to the hot tub, told by front desk staff it closes at 8 pm!!! They can provide no reason as to why it closes so early, no cleaning or maintenance being performed....absolutely ridiculous and then it opens at 10 am, with a check out at 11 am so really just do not want you to have access to hot tub/pool. Reasonable hours would be 8 am-10pm, also sent this to corporate as they inquired about my stay. Room was clean enough. Floors need updating and a deep clean. Heater worked well and allowed for constant fan noise which I like. Breakfast was okay, had eggs and sausage patties for warm food, option to make a waffle, some cereals, yogurt and pastries. Did have a nespresso type machine for coffee, worked well and tasted good only trouble was it only made like 2/3 cup and no option to adjust cup size. No liquid creamers to add and no lids to cups in breakfast area. Lobby coffee area did have lids. Breakfast server/worker was not very friendly or helpful. Area was close to several things to do/eat and easy enough to get access to, does have a side road entrance as there is a carwash directly in front. Front desk staff at check in was nice, other than could provide no information about reasoning for pool hours. Check out person was meh, acted put out to print a receipt and then the one she gave me was not correct, still showed balance owed instead of balance paid. Overall I would stay here again. Does have some things to improve on for sure.

HONEST REVIEW- The only place I will stay when visiting Tulsa. William was so accommodating during the whole stay the vallets were so quick even in 20 degree weather. The entire staff from cleaning, maintenance, bartenders, and vallet were extremely courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a very nice pool that is only a little over 4 feet deep at the most which is excellent for my young grandchildren. We stay here several times a year for a weekend retreat with the grandchildren. They recently upgraded their rooms and mattresses. Everything was clean and working well. The location is excellent - quiet area around the hotel and many restaurants and shopping stores within a 5 minute drive. Price is excellent as well.

Poorly maintained. Sheets weren't properly on the bed, toilet seat was not attached to the stool. Shower head clogged so had a low flow. Breakfast (when we could actually get someone to bring any food out) was lukewarm.

Firstly the parking lot to the hotel was not easily accessible or labeled we drove around the block a couple times before finding the turn in, check in was quick and fine, there was a clump of hair in the hall by our room, our room smelled bad as soon as we opened the door. There was not a remote in the room so we went to the front desk 2 times to get one that worked but once turned on there was no picture on any station. They said they wouldn't be able to get maintenance out until the morning when we would already be checking out.

The bathroom sink being stopped up is an issue that the manager and desk clerk should have known about before Renting the room. Also, 40% of the cable channels wasn't coming through. Reported these issues and desk clerk said he couldn't do anything until the next day, that he would send maintenance up around 8:00 am, well maintenance never showed up....I had plan on staying another two days. However, I decided to book at a different hotel. I will say that breakfast was very good with a choice of hot food.

Bed bugs in room. Nasty smell in bathroom. Unfriendly staff. We got bit by bed bugs and we captured one of them to take downstairs. The lady at the desk stared at us blankly, threw it away, and said she would tell manager to call me. 4 days later and still no call. Called corporate & they said nothing they could do but have them call us. Look at the Google reviews and see how they talk about the customers

I have stayed at Best Western Plus Woodland Hills during my Tulsa trips. Staying there puts me at the center of the South Tulsa places I want to visit. I do not take my laptop with me on trips, so I especially appreciate the hotel's computer terminal. The breakfast buffet is always open at 6:00 a.m. and eating there helps my budget when I have to eat a restaurants for my other meals. I am a walker and I always make use of the fitness room's treadmill.

For our family trip to Tulsa and surrounding areas we thought we had found a great deal on a Queen suite. Our family has 5 people including 3 children. 2 of them being teenagers. We booked this hotel quite a while in advance. Once we arrived I went in to check in. They told me that there was a problem with our room. Our room is suppose to have 2 queen beds and a pull out to accommodate us. But they said they had moved us to a single king with a pull out. I stated that would not work as I had 5 guests and would really appreciate another queen room with pull out. They found one. Great! Once we entered the room we realized it was quite warm. Which we figured was because the room hadn't been used so the air was up. It was sitting at 74 degrees. My husband turned down the air and we took the kids down to the pool after the long drive. We were down there for an hour and in that hour our room had went up 4 degrees. We were leaving to see some family so I asked if they would have maintenance to check the air in the room while we were gone. They said sure! We were gone for 4 hours and when we returned the room was 80 degrees. I went down stairs to the desk and rang the bell. The lady who I had talked to earlier was sitting on the couch with other people and asked if she could help me, while still sitting on the couch. I asked “was maintenance able to come look at the air? Because it is still quite warm.” She then proceeds to tell me that there is no maintenance on site and she has not been able to get a hold of him. I asked if there was another room we could move to. She, still sitting on the couch all comfy mind you, said no. The amount of unprofessionalism was astonishing. If you couldn't get a hold of your maintenance man you should have called an air company. You also don't just sit on a couch when dealing with a paying customer. You try to come up with a solution to the problem. Not just sit there and act like we can deal with the hot room in the middle of July in the south. I then told her I would be packing up my room and coming down for a refund due to no accommodations being made. I then had to move my 3 children at 9pm to another hotel across town. Even though I asked for a refund and have a receipt of $0 I still have a $550 bank charge still pending. I hope it falls off soon because that has cut into our vacation balance since we have 2 hotel charges.

Do not recommend this hotel!!! The entire second floor smelled so bad of marijuana and our room was so bad we could not stand it so we requested a room on another floor so we were given a room that the air conditioner did not work. When we told them we could not stay in a room without a working a/c with our infant, the employee wanted to go smell the original room for herself and walked in and said oh wow that is bad, but recommended we stay there rather than the heat and they could not accommodate us any other way or offer a discount or refund. Needless to say we left and stayed at another hotel.

First of all, I want to commend Austin, who was working at the front desk when we arrived. We were missing the air conditioner in our room . When I stopped down to mention this (in case the previous customer broke it), he told me they had two extra covers in the office and weren't sure what rooms they were meant for. He took care of it immediately. Thanks Austin. The girl in the morning (didn't catch her name) was also very pleasant and helpful. Parking was great, as was the location. Bed was comfy as well. On the downside, the way that you turn on the shower is really strange. Took me a few minutes to figure it out the first time (you need to turn a ring on the underside of the bathtub spigot and then pull down). Couldn't get it to work a second time. No instructions in the bathroom explaining how it worked. I've stayed in lots of hotels in my days, but have never seen this method. Had to just wash my hair in the morning, since I couldn't get it to work. There were also small stains on our bedspread. Not the end of the world, but is the first time I've encountered this. Finally, it seems like the water filter in the hot tub needs replacing. The water was not clear. In my previous 2 stays this week, I used the hot tubs in two other hotels and the water was crystal clear. Nice hotel, just think that a little more attention to detail is needed. However, the staff need to be commended for their helpfulness. Some of the other bad reviews seem exaggerated to me.

We took a family trip to celebrate our grandsons birthdays. Hotel staff was very friendly, clean rooms, breakfast was great. Pool was a little to cool, but we still enjoyed it & the hot tub. Big storm hit & hotel staff was very courteous & tried to ease everyone's mind. Gave us blankets to sit in hall with kiddos.

Good: *Bed was comfortable *Hot tub was nice and hot (believe it or not, this is often an issue w with hot tubs only being warm at best at many hotels) *Hotel overall looked in good condition and clean. *internet seemed fast and stable for my needs. Bad/Not so good: *While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were extremely small and not very comfortable. Their size is similar to couch throw pillows. *While the location was good for what we came to the area for, access to the hotel is a bit odd. You have to turn in at a car wash and then dog leg over a bit to get to the access drive to the hotel and the signage doesn't really indicate that. We spoke to several other guests during our stay and many commented about taking lap through the car wash before they figured out how to get to the hotel.

When we checked in on 12/22/22 in the midst of an Arctic front, the front doors were locked. There were signs taped to the doors instructing entrance was around back. The ramp to the back door was NOT treated for snow or ice. The back door was unlocked and this situation remained this way through our stay (check out on 12/28). We were told the employees were staying at the hotel so it could remain open (due to the storm), but the owners had not prepared for the storm.. no ice melt or anything to keep the entry ways safe for guests! Although the pool was clear, the hot tub was cloudy in our first use on the 23rd and was progressively more disgusting as the days went on. I reported this to the front desk on 12/27 and a call was made to the manager. It was reported to me that he claims the hot tub was cleaned the morning of the 26th. There is no way that is true. We have stayed at this hotel before and the pool and hot tub have been cloudy and nasty the entire time. The problems at this site are ALL sure to the owner, not the employees - who we've never had a problem with.

The staff were nice. The fridge had mildew/mold and did not work. The room appeared clean but trash was left behind door that was overlooked and the ice bucket was left full of water. I was exhausted so I didn't bother complaining to anyone. I just wanted to get some rest. I had to go to another floor to the ice machine so I could have a cold drink.

I've been loyal to Best Western for many years, and this Tulsa visit saw me stopping at a different Best Western location for the first time in a long while. I decided to reserve a room at this Woodland Hills outpost. From a location standpoint, it is very good, and close to a major freeway (US 169) where you can be anywhere in fifteen minutes. Check-in and check-out experiences were very good with some fine personnel who were reasonably friendly. They had me in a first-floor room which rarely happens on my trips, so no elevator evaluation this time. As for my room, I have to chuckle a little bit because I use a dolly for my travel bags and shirtbag, and once I arrived in the room, I couldn't get the dolly past the entry and into the sleeping and living area. Hilarious. So, I worked my way around it to get settled, but there was so little wiggle space in the room. In this particular room, it had a quirkier design, in that the walk-in shower actually jutted into the living area. Crazy in one sense. Now, otherwise, the room and the shower were fantastic, and you can never go wrong with a walk-in shower (which I do prefer on my vacations). TV was decent, as was the bed and the fridge. The toilet worked here (a refreshing change from a BW in another town where you had to manipulate it). It would have been nice to have had a few more square feet to at least get the dolly around. From a comfort standpoint, I ended up doing fine, as my room's amenities sufficed greatly. My only other real concern was that the front awning to go in the hotel was pretty dirty. At least, that was the case on the first day; by the time, I left, those mats out front looked a little bit better. And to access the hotel from East 61st, you had to enter on a one-lane road from a car wash and you sometimes had to let an oncoming car in the opposite direction through before you could proceed further. Scrunchy, but they did have plentiful parking. Their main entrance does come off a side street to the east (South 104th East) which is a little better than the aforementioned, but just be warned if you do come out here to just use some caution either way. All in all, the hotel was very good, and there are numerous restaurants and shopping within two miles of this Best Western, so you'll experience some of Tulsa's very best and not have to drive far. Do check this place out, though. And if you reserve a room, then be sure to examine double beds before the single beds. That is, unless you don't need to pack a lot.

First time staying at this amazing location. Just off of 169, very close to mall. The updates that they have made to this property is noticeable. The staff here are trained and ready for the ultimate customer guest experience. We had breakfast with family and offerings were awesome and so too was the taste.

Very disappointed in this Best Western Hotel and I have never had a bad experience. We had rented 4 rooms and they were filthy. I think our room was the worst. The carpet was sticky and crumbs everywhere, dirty washcloth in the tub, and beer left in the refrigerator. Another room had sticky food in one of the beds. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable. The only staff we saw wer the front desk attendants. Friday night desk attendant was very nice, and she was really friendly. I complained to the desk attendant on Saturday, and he just stared at me. Very Disappointed.

The hotel has lots of company workers booked here and it really drags the hotel down. Lots of dope being smoked near entrances. If you don't get to breakfast early the food is all gone with little or no restocking by the staff. They seem to be ok with this. Our room was clean and in general the hotel is not located near any major roads so, except for the HVAC, it's quiet. My wife who could sleep through anything couldn't sleep through that racket. HD ear plugs and two pillows for me. Because of my error check-in was a nightmare. The front desk was as helpful as she could be. But everything in the "business area" was out of order which made it impossible to print out the correct vouchers except by a long process which aggravated everyone and ended up not working. By the time we got through the process a second time the reservation had been cancelled and everything had to start from scratch. Needless to say it took over an hour for check-in. While we were there we witnessed some of the worst customer service ever. A traveler had bugs in the room. She took pictures and showed it to hotel staff. They did nothing. She tried again with new pictures, no effort by staff to rebook her, spray the room or anything. She showed pictures to the custodial staff, again nothing except blank stares. If I hadn't witnessed this two day long epic cluster I might have rated the hotel as average.

Worst experience at best western. Got in at 4:00 am. Pamela the weekend mgr. Open door at 11:10 yelling I need to check out and check back in for points stay. I was getting shorts on and at 11:15 am she opened door again yelling I said now and she's not leaving until I come with her to desk and hope she doesn't call security if I don't come now. I called best western today and made a ticket. The GM just called me and said always two sides of story. Never let me tell my side. I have never felt like this as a customer. Please don't stay at this place. Friday night outside workers smoking weed. Location is bad. Not safe. Workers rude and management rude. Please stay away

I booked this room thru the app our sport team uses not realizing it was non refundable but it did say pay when you stay..Well my grandaughter pulled a ligament 6 days before the booked date to stay so I called mgmt to ask to cancel . I sent a picture of the doctors note and her in walking boot. but he said it was your choice for non refundable . but then he charged my card 4 days before the stay date..

I would give this less than 1 star if possible. I booked a room through Expedia for 1 night and paid. I received a phone call that a family member was dying and I had to cancel my trip in order to go be with them. I looked and the cancellation time was 4pm and it was about 4:20pm. I quickly contacted Expedia and they were able to cancel but said the hotel would have to approve the refund because of the cancellation time. When I contacted the hotel, the manager was extremely rude and insensitive to my problem and said there were absolutely no exceptions to the cancellation policy and would not refund my money. It was a full day before I was expected to arrive and yet he still would not be flexible at all. I had planned on re-booking my trip and using his hotel, but when I told him I would not be using his hotel, he just laughed and said "thank you" and hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for a business.

My family and I checked in last night. We were there less than 4 hours. My mother saw a bug crawling on the bed. I immediately packed up our things and took them outside. I went through everything and found a couple more in our bag. I even had some crawl out of our suitcase the next morning at our new hotel. We threw out the luggage. We were told by the gentleman at the front desk he would give us a refund. have now found out that was a lie and were only credited the $50 incidental hold. My husband called best western corporate who were of no help and said the manager would contact us by next Frisay. We then called the hotel and the gentlemen at the desk told my husband to F*** O**, someone might call us on Monday. Please do not ever stay here. The roach problem must be bad if there were in our stuff after just a couple hours.

The kid at checkin was rude when I asked him why he was photocopying my credit card and drivers license on an approved electronic transaction. He said it was the policy. I asked him what he did with the info. He said when I check out he gives it to the owner who will shred it. I said I would like to have it back at checkout and shred it myself, and he said No, we can't do that. This is very sketchy. And then an additional $1.50 for a safe I won't use??? They charge everyone the fee, and at checkout, you have to REQUEST a refund of the fee. Sketchy. Plus, my room has a broken lock and a broken refrigerator. I reported it this morning. When I came back to hotel in the evening, the fridge still wasn't working. I asked the same kid if he could switch the fridge out. He said he couldn't. I told him to show me where a working one was and I'd do it myself. He said no, you can't do that. So I told him to switch my room out. He said he doesn't have anymore queens. I told him I would take a King. He said, no, it doesn't work that way. Like, what??? I can't tell if this kid is just lazy, or if the hotel owners are really this crappy to their customers. I love OK because the people are so nice. But clearly, this kid isn't a true Okie. I even asked him why he is so unhelpful. He just said, “It's the policy.” Worst customer service of my life here. Plus, from reading all the management responses to customers' poor reviews, it is painfully obvious they don't care about customers, don't care about keeping their hotel in clean, working order, and don't care about safety of their customers or their customers' belongings. Literally, I laughed out loud at how pathetic the management responses were. I'll expect a terrible response to my review, as well. Clearly, hotel management makes up new email accounts to leave stellar reviews on this poor hotel and staff.

This Best Western was by far worse than any other we've stayed. Ants in room, dirty, shower curtain only with no liner, no exhaust fan in bathroom, phone didn't work, no ice bucket. A bunch of people having a pizza party in pool area and a child threw up in the hot tub. No roll away cot at all or rolling luggage carrier in the whole place. They make copies of your DL and credit card to keep with the promise of “it will be shredded “ later. Will never return.

This Hotel from the minute you pull up is filthy. The staff is unprofessional. The hotel and rooms smell of mold. Carpets are wet from leaking ac units. Carpets are so filthy they don't appear to be cleaned as going from shower to bed it was like I had walked outside barefoot. Just absolutely disgusting. Missing a closet door, painted and wall were gross. The towels are old and hard. Some lights were not working or missing light bulbs. The elevator barely worked stairs were the better option. The pool was not chlorinated or shocked. Nasty film residue over it. The washer and dryer were filthy. Trash all over parking area. Breakfast was unclean and consisted of cereal in containers and yogurt with apples. Not appealing. Definitely would not recommend this even as a last resort.

We booked this hotel through Expedia using our rewards and we were pleasantly surprised. It is in a great location, close to the highway and just mile away from all the restaurants and mall. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and room was quite large. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay again.

On 4-2022 me my husband and a dear friend went to an event in the Mabee Center. I booked our 2 rooms far in advance. I was able to use my reward points, I was so happy about that! For the most part I AM A VERY POSITIVE person. EVERYONE who knows me, KNOWS THAT. Well, we drove for right at 12 hrs got to our rooms. MY ROOM WAS DIRTY. Dirty counter tops, toilet seat almost falling off. The bed sheets/blankets were not made nor cleaned. There was trash left inside a drawer. Plus the mirror had something sprayed over the whole thing! I went to the front desk the lil guy named Austin was as polite as he could be. I tried assuring him I am not a person to complain but this was unacceptable. Well, I asked him for cleaning spray and clean sheets and I would go clean the room. The reason was my OLDER WIDOW FRIEND, had NOT stayed in a hotel room in many years and she wanted a room NEXT to mine. She had a few complaints about a mildew smell in hers. But was willing to stick it out and try not to conplain. As I brought the cleaning products back to the front, he offered to show me another room on the first floor, I went to view it first, it was smaller than what I booked and didnt look too great either as to veing cleaned. So, instead of loading everything back on to the ONE rolling cart for the entire hotel. We were going to stick it out. Plus, the event was the next day. We bought febreeze and sprayed everything. Plus lysol. And they also wanted a total of 200 bucks to hold on my card til we checked out. When I got home I filled out the survey. THE TRUTH. I was emailed back saying if i wanted to talk about it to call. So, I did. First time was told He was not there leave a number . I did, NO CALL BACK. I waited several days, decided to call again, this time he was there. When he answered the phone, he was VERY RUDE, and immediately said, IF YOU DONT LIKE OUR HOTEL DONT COME HERE. In fact, He said that he put me on a DO NOT RENT LIST. Never in ALL MY almost 59 yrs, have I had a business owner be so RUDE MEAN & DISRESPECTFUL. For no reason. I simply wanted to give some positive advice that might help them. And complemented the lil guy at the desk. But AGAIN… HE REPEATED that he didnt want to hear about it and to NOT come back. So, my advice to the PUBLIC? JUST BECAREFUL IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING AT THIS LOCATION IN TULSA OK. I had NOT planned on going back there. Just hated the fact that I used GOOD HARD EARNED POINTS on such a lousy place with a horrible manager & my dear friend had to experience this!

First off this should not be a Best Western Plus. The breakfast was the most pathetic breakfast we ever had. There was no waffles, bagels, toast or any such thing. No fruit except about 3 apples. we had to ask for coffee as it was most often out, For some time, they were out of eggs and sausage. The second morning, even less coffee available and nothing but whole milk, and they counter was covered in cereal. Very few tables, except those high tops that most travelers do not like. I had to ask when breakfast was, as we were not told where or when that was or the ice or anything. Could not adjust the heat. The TV remote did no work. The shower wouldn't work, No "Do not disturb" sign. And it was difficult to access the hotel as well. Find some other place.

My vehicle was broken into (smashed out the window) at the property and that bothered me but not as bad as the way the front desk person handles it. I reported it and all that was said was "OK". I was told to call the non- emergency police number and report it. THAT WAS IT. No direction after that but i was told they have cameras on the property. That is a waste.

First of all, they photocopy both your drivers license & credit card. If we had not had a long day of driving & we were tired, I would have told them to forget it & we would have stayed elsewhere. That is a great way to have your credit card information stolen or worse, have your identity stolen. The breakfast mainly consisted of greasy eggs, etc. They did not even have butter for their packages muffins. Lastly, upon checkout I told them that they needed to spray for ants in the bathroom. They did not even apologize for that, let alone offer a discount! We travel to Tulsa four times a year on business, staying 1 to 4 nights each time. This hotel lost all of that future business.

The smoke detector did not appear operational. The cover was off and had wires showing. I have stayed at this motel when in Tulsa for years. Not sure I will stay again.

1) Our request for a quiet room away from traffic was met with a room right across from the elevator on the traffic side of the hotel. 2) Checking in, we were told we couldn't use our Best Western gift certificates because the manger was on vacation and we would have to wait until he came back to issue us a credit back on our Visa. How does a hotel run when no one is in charge to honor Best Western's own gift certificates? Miraculously someone was found to use the certificates by the time we checked out. 3) entering the room, we were tired from a day at the aquarium and the carpets were filthy to the point when I reached under the desk to plug in the desk clock my fingers left a mark in the dirt on the carpet. 4) We took our grandkids down to breakfast at 7:15 the hot breakfast bar consisted of dry crumbly scrambled eggs and no sausage. A less than acceptable stay for us, did not speak well for Best Western

Breakfast has scrambled eggs and breakfast sausages as a hot food option; limited but better than most for the price point. I noticed that the base of the tub had not been deep cleaned in awhile; overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The location was convenient. Property presentation was average; barred entry to the check in lobby due to a supposed malfunction of the automatic door mechanism- Forced patrons to enter by a side entrance. At checkout, the clerk tried to add a charge that was not on my original online reservation- I pointed it out and she corrected it…Buyer beware!

My room smelled like cigarettes. When I called the clerk he told me he would write it down so I wouldn't be charged for the smoke smell instead of offering me a new room. The carpet had various stains and made me uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. The walls are very thin. I literally heard someone next door taking a poop while I was in the restroom. Very disappointed with this one night stay

Very disappointed! Not sure how this hotel is a Best Western Plus. Upon check in we were given a room directly behind the elevator. Very noisy when the elevate would operate. We were moved to a different room on the first floor and it was extremely dark and not fully functional. The toilet did not flush unless the tank cover was removed and manually lifting the lever to flush it. Breakfast was a joke as it was what appeared to be powered eggs and sausage patties. No milk, no coffee, no fruit, no cereals, etc. which at that point we left and bought breakfast. Room was clean but not as we have experienced at other Best Western hotels. This being a Plus hotel we thought it would be as nice as the others we have stayed in. We are Elite Reward members so this is not our first stay at Best Western, but will be our first and only stay at this particular hotel. There was no manager on duty to voice our concerns and the front desk people didn't seem to care. Yes, we paid full price for one night and used points for the second night. What a waste of our money and our points. We DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money at this hotel. Find another Best Western!

Looked like a nice place to stay, but it wasn't. I normally stay at Best Westerns and this by far was the worst experience I have had at one. We get checked into our room that smelled like a cigarette lounge with burns in the sheets and then a cockroach ran across the top of the TV stand. At that point I went to the front desk with the now dead roach and asked for a different room, which they gave me. We move all of our stuff to the new room and the blower fan in the ac/heater was so loud that we had to shut it off. The hot breakfast was only sausage, powdered eggs, no waffles, no toast, no bagels, no potatoes, no biscuits and gravy. We have given this hotel a few tries and have had some type of issue each time. This will definitely be the last time. No refund or discount even offered.

Firstly, I am an avid Best Western fan. I have been for many, many years but this is about the last of my stays. Our room had roaches, the room's door did not have a security lock on the inside, the ceiling had mold stains and the shower had glass tiles so that if you were in the room with the bed, you could see the person taking a shower although distorted. This was the worse room I have ever rented. Breakfast was a huge disappointed also. There were no biscuits, gravy or bread to make toast! There was scrambled eggs and sausage. Oh, and there were ants on the table. AND, no one at the desk to point this out.

The rooms had sterile needles left on the floor (found by my 4 year old) and an AC they did not work. The staff argued about the AC working and put someone else in the same room we complained about. Those people had the same complaint. The manager was never around to talk with us and we were told each day they would be in the next day. They never came in or attempted to speak with us by phone. This was a horrible hotel to stay at bases off service and cleanliness.

My cleanliness standard for hotel rooms is that I should feel like I'm the first person to ever stay in the room, and this property certainly didn't meet that standard. The room wasn't so filthy that I couldn't sleep, but it was pretty bad. The common areas at this hotel are pretty dirty too. They were supposed to have grab and go breakfast, but there was none available and no one to be found at the front desk at 8am. They also have really strict security as if the hotel was in a really bad part of town. The doors are all locked pretty early and if you have any guests coming to your room you have to go outside and escort them in. It seems unnecessary. The front desk worker also questioned me severely to make sure my guest wasn't planning to spend the night. It was pretty rude.

Not happy with my stay. Room was dirty. Looked like it wasn't vaccumed and had grass and a used bandaid on the floor when we walked into the room. Room had an odor of mildew. Had to wait for 15 mins for the front desk person to check us out and wait for the grab and go breakfast which consisted of a frozen breakfast sandwich that we couldn't heat up because we had already checked out and no microwave available to use in the area. Coffee was empty when checking out

This hotel was awful! If I could rate it a 0 I would. We dropped our luggage off, turned the air conditioner on and left for several hours. When we got back, the room was still 74 degrees. We asked the desk clerk to change rooms and he said there were none available. He would report it to maintenance in the morning. I asked for a fan, which he did not have. The next morning our son got up to shower and there was no hot water. That evening he went to the desk to get towels so he could hopefully get a hot shower and they didn't have any. Said he would have to wait until morning when the maids got there. They have no extra towels? Ridiculous. There was black flaky stuff on the bed sheets when we turned the bed back. The carpet looked really dirty. The shower head comes straight down on you so unless you stand directly under it, it is very difficult to rinse off. I would not waste my time or money on this place. Very disappointed! Oh, one last thing. We went to dry our hands on a bath towel and my hand went right through the towel! I would say this hotel needs to replace some of the thin towels. Had to have the door keys redone several times over the 2 night stay.

While the price was low for a whirlpool suite, you get what you pay for. All sheets/bedspreads had spots on them. Ceiling fan had dust all over the blades. Tub drain took almost 30 minutes to fully drain.

Booked 5 nights for my mom for proximity to St. Francis. Paid 5 nights and left after 2 for medical reasons. Manager REFUSED to refund even though we asked to cancel more than 24 hours in advance. 3 agents at Priceline told me their refund policy did allow for cancellation and they would gladly refund if he had given the ok. I highly suggest not paying for more than 1 night at a time. The security locks were broken off the door, the shower did not work properly and the heat would not turn. All things I would let slide if not for the terrible experience we had with the manager.

Check-in was good, Austin was nice, and it was fast. The room was dusty and did not look like it had a deep clean in a while. There was a sign in the lobby that said masks required, this was not inforced. The front desk worker on the night shift did not wear a mask, and I only saw one guest with a mask on. The covid restrictions at this hotel are a joke! There were no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed called the front desk, and they said we could get them at the front desk. Then our toliet was clogged and would not flush, the front desk said we could go down to the front desk and get a plunger!! What?? I paid $120 to stay here and I have to fix the toilet? It was late and I was tired so I got the plunger. The plunger didn't work and the toilet overflowed. I went down to the front desk, and they said they didn't have any more rooms, and they would send maintenance up. Maintenance came fixed the toilet, it worked for about an hour, and then it was clogged again. It is now 2 am and we are all exhausted. We went to bed and used the toilet throughout the night without flushing it, myself, and three teenagers. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

This hotel is only ok. If you are in Tulsa stay at the Best Western Plus downtown. That is a great hotel. The pool was cloudy the lobby floors needed mopped and there was mold around the bathtub. Our keys kept deactivating no where near our phones.

Clean and affordable, that's about the only two things I could be positive about. The staff is friendly with the exception of the old racist man who would rather be argumentative with you as opposed to being helpful. What a jerk. He needs to be taught the customer is always right, and that being a racist is not cool. Let's talk about the rooms: Dated worn out carpet, old refrigerators that don't even work when you get in the room, outdated old LG televisions that aren't even smart TVs. Sink in the bathroom won't even drain properly, nor does it work. Beds and pillows are comfortable, but there's no one here..... I can see why. There's many better choices around this area. What ticked me off about the TV was that it's a dark picture, it needs to be brightened. The argumentative man upfront insisted that the TVs come this way and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not even with the original clicker that comes with it that they don't give you. How annoying is that in 2020? He totally proved himself to be Third World stupid. No coffee out front, and that's a disappointment. Did I mention that he likes to argue with people? I will not come back here again.

Not only were my sheets sticky (meaning yes, when I woke up in the morning my hands felt like I had just handled syrup or honey), but the people working there are so incompetent they changed what room I was in without even telling me, TWICE. I left the hotel to have breakfast with a friend, and when I returned after an hour or two, I found that my door was slightly ajar, and my things inside were gone. I went to the front desk to report what I thought was theft, but was later informed that for whatever reason, they moved me from my room to room 220. However, since the cleaning people found roaches in 220, I was moved to 114. I got my stuff back, and was moved back to my original room (which just happened to be right next to 220, you know, the one I was told was full of roaches). The manager on duty joked that it was a "bunch of screw ups from multiple people," which was not terribly comforting. The breakfast during COVID consists of: an old muffin, an apple, a Nature Valley bar, and a juice box. I do not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go.

We make it a point to stay at exclusively non smoking hotels due to health and allergy reasons. We were surprised that the entire 3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully we only had a one night stay. While the mattress was comfortable, the bedding was prickly and uncomfortable. The location is convenient and at least the day staff were nice. We really don't understand how this property could have been rated as a BW Plus. We won't be patronizing this hotel anymore.

We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights & it was awesome. The whole place is very clean & the staff is great. Sam checked me in & she made sure I got just the right room for a graveyard girl. My room was very clean & quiet. All of the associates are very nice, especially Sam she is very good at her Austin & Branden was also really nice. My team is coming back to Tulsa next week for 5 nights & we are very happy to be staying at this Hotel again. It is also in a really great location. Everything you need is very close. If you're going to Tulsa I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Robbed at Best Western Plus and We the Victim, we're told twice to pack up our bags & leave at 10:30 at night. Had stayed two nights going on the third night with 2 rooms, at Best Western in Tulsa at 10143 E. 62nd St, Tulsa Okla. First 2 nights were fine, in and out all day, then on Monday in and out, no issues, until, leaving at 6 p.m. back at 9:30 p.m. to find our hotel room door left ajar. Our rooms were located on second floor, right off the elevator around a corner, 3 rooms there and the laundry room. Walked in the room to find that it had been broken into, 1 tablet and one laptop taken along with a 36 case of Dr Pepper in their red box. Bags had been searched and nothing else taken. Didn't take the case for the lap top or power supplies, had someone called them & told them we were coming in the door? Hmmm Went down to front desk, requested to talk to the manager that we had just been robbed. We were told by the desk clerk that it was not possible, he would be in the next day between 11 and 4, checkout is at 11. He is the only one to look at cameras. He told us to call the police and he gave us the number. We made the call to the police and they came and took the report in the lobby of Best Western Plus. In the meantime, we called the Best Western Corporate office, have talked to them several times in the past few days, and they took the information and said Best Western was a franchise and they could only relate it back to the Best Western hotel. Have also mentioned to them that we want to talk to the owner, told, they would pass that back to the hotel manager. Nothing has happened with that. After police left we mentioned to the desk clerk that he might watch for anyone carrying the large red Dr Pepper box, since that would stand out, because the tablet and laptop could be concealed. Customer had come in and overheard conversation and ask us if we had been robbed, said yes and she turned around and left. Manager was watching from home, he was furious that he lost a customer, because of us. We go back to the room at 10:30p.m., then a knock at the door by the desk clerk, the manager had called and told him to tell us "I want you to pack your bags and leave the hotel, now". 10:30 at night, we live in Kansas. And, also, the manager is on his way to the hotel. Manager arrives, very furious, telling us again we needed to pack up & leave, right now, that we lost a customer because of us, even though the customer asked us if we had been robbed. He states it will take several hours to go through the videos and he'll do it tomorrow. He does shows on his phone what his camera shows and tells us, they're not very clear, since they're down the middle of the hall, and our room is in a little covey, no cameras at elevator or stairwells. We mention the big red box of Dr Pepper he could look for, and the other person he's brought with him, said "how do we know you even had that or the other items?" Were 68 years old, do you think, we're going to go to all this trouble to make a false police report, we tell them. Tuesday comes, have been able to track Samsung tablet and secure it and find that it's at a Super 8, right across the street from another Best Western Plus. Met with the police there, able to create a long sound on the tablet, don't hear anything from the cars or outside rooms. Five minutes later the tablet does not show any longer, so it's probably been destroyed, which is great. Manager of Best Western Plus calls us, finds nothing suspicious on the videos. States not responsible for any stolen items and will not refund any of the room. Requested to talk to the owner of Best Western Plus, he states " he's not required to do that". Report again to corporate office of Best Western and they state they'd put that in the file to the hotel that we were requesting to talk to the owner. Been 3 days now and no phone call. So much for Best Western vision to lead the hospitality industry in superior customer care with highest levels of service to their guest with integrity and honesty. No one seemed to care & to me he stepped over that line telling us twice to pack up and leave. Then I told him that I would be posting this on social media and he stated "if you're going to bully me, then, I just report back how you lost me a customer". Bully, excuse me, did you forget we're your customer for the past 2 nights & we are part of the Best Western members for traveling. We had stayed several times at this Best Western Plus and the previous manager was very polite & helpful, when we did have a problem with some issues in the room & she really wanted us to give her hotel another try & offered a free night to show that they could be better. New manager now. So, as they say on the TV Show What Would You Do with this kind of service. Sorry for the long story, but, wanted to let everyone be aware of issues out there.

Have stayed at this property a couple of times and will do so again. Rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and I love the mixer in the shower. Grab & go breakfast is the norm. I don't mind, but some properties, as with the hot breakfast some properties do it better than others. Overall this is a nice place to rest and I shall return.

Staying while waiting on home purchase to close. The outside is so trashy with cans and paper trash. 1000s of used cigarette butts everywhere!! They should hire someone to pick up trash outside. I even saw a used syringe on the south side parking lot. People just hanging around back there gave me an uneasy vibe. The elevator had something spilled on floor and just dirty. The halls had a stench of cigarettes. The room was pleasantly nice but also had that stinky old cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room.. All in all the entire room was very clean just a little smelly.

Manager was extremely rude. He wrapped up $700 in holds on 2 separate cards. He refused to give us any verification of the refund. It took a week to get a refund. Rooms are dirty, I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had chunks missing from the walls and broken glass. The second room has cigarette buts, ash, and smelled so bad, and the manager expected me to stay in that room with 2 babies. Internet doesn't work. This hotel ruined my mother's day trip.

I sent this email to the manager so I am no longer allowed at this hotel: I am very disappointed in the hospitality I received at your hotel. Upon checking in, I told Austin I was paying in cash. He first quoted $69.99 a night plus $100 deposit. Then the price changed to $79.99 because he looked at it wrong? I went out to my car and reserved on Best Western site for $65.97 with no deposit. Waited in line 20 minutes to check in then left because there was an issue with another customer. When entering the room it appeared clean but underneath the beds were food, party cups and underwear. I reported this to the front desk who offered me another room but I had already carried everything in. The next morning I requested the room cleaned and it was except for the issues I reported. I realize housekeepers have a schedule and a lot of rooms to clean but I thought someone would be informed and resolve the situation or checked by a supervisor. I did receive a $15 credit but that compared to the service I received is substandard.

Came down for 4 days for a procedure in Ft Gibson. Booked flights and hotel through Expedia, and glad we stayed here. Clean hotel, the manager Rex was friendly, he even upgraded our room without us asking him to. The breakfast was pretty good as well, and the hot tub was hot, which I don't find that often in hotel swim areas. If I'm back in Tulsa again, I'd stay here for sure.

They took the $100 dollar incidental fee. Stated that I left the room in a horrible nasty mess. Which is untrue. The only thing I can think of is they wanted to keep the money since I got it so check through a 3rd party. Consulted an attorney. It's not about the incidental fee at this time it's about their character and how far they would stoop to keep $100. To go as far as to defame my name.

We originally booked two night and we ran away after the first light in the morning! First of all your hotel is old and room decoration outdated. Second get someone to remodel the rooms ... how come the toilet has no sink to wash the hand before getting out of the toilet and people with Sh** on their hand has to touch the door handle. Third AC is not working properly we freezed at night even turning the heat to 75 degree. By taking off the power, AC still running cold not sure how. Forth the floor smells bad! My daughter has swimming event beside the hotel and she ended up being sick and couldn't sleep the whole night and my wife throw up at night as well as the toilet was clogged all night. I recommend you close down and renovate the hotel! What else can I say? Never ever will stay there and will never recommend anyone going there!

I am so glad I chose this Best Western for a recent family trip to Tulsa. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's close to so many different restaurants. It's also in close proximity to several interstates. The Breakfast Buffet had a wide variety of items and as a coffee lover, I appreciated the coffee availability 24 hrs. My only complaint is that the computers in the Business Center didn't work, which the desk clerk apologized for. She said it's an on going problem. I didn't bring my laptop so I was counting on being able to use the computers in the Business Center to check my email.

Do not stay here if you have children! The shower wall between the bathroom and bedroom is made of glass blocks. While it fades the persons body, you can see the naked person in the shower. I had my grandchildren(a 16yo boy and a toddler)with us so I was unable to shower and had to leave the room for the boy to shower. If I had a couple of pushpins, I would've racked up a blanket.

Overall the value of room was exceptional (price vs size vs amenities). While the decor was a little dated and worn, it was reasonable, well kept, and functional. The room was clean with some "long term" dirt (cob webs, etc) that would be the subject of a "Spring cleaning." The room's lighting was a little dim (CFL), but the room's functionality, services, space and layout were exceptional.

Stayed 3 nights. People very nice. The chair in our room had bent casters and would not roll. I mentioned it and the chair was replaced. The luggage cart had a bad wheel which worked but you had to go slowly. After the first day our key cards would no longer open the room door. The desk fixed them. Breakfast was OK. The eggs were very fluffy but totally bland. Sausage was OK. Potatoes with peppers and onions were good. Orange juice was good, not watery. Did not try the waffles. It appeared that they were breaking in a new cook. This seemed to me to be an older hotel that had been remodeled. The closet was small. It was in a good location for our needs and the price was nice. Driving to the hotel was a bit tricky. There is a small lane that winds through the surroundings back to the hotel. You just have to watch closely to find it. There is a small sign, head high when driving, but it was partially obscured by shrubs. There were lots of restaurants nearby on 71st street.

The walls in this hotel are very thin so we could hear the TV from the room next to us. We could also hear kids running around in the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway and there were people arguing outside in the parking lot well past 11:00PM. Needless to say it was not a very restful night. Location was good for what we needed and the pool/spa area was good.

I have used Best Western before, oddly a little busy this weekend (Saturday 04/13) our room was clean,but not many outlets for charges.I had trouble with the Shower head ,so had to take a bath. Breakfast was ok, the usual make your own waffle, bacon , biscuits and gravy...I didn't try it ,but my kids seen to like it. Pool was pretty warm, hot tub was a bit too hot. Only couple issues I had was I accidentally left my charging cord at the pool and instead of someone returning it,they kept as a souvenir. People were loud, I thought I heard a drunken fight down the hall. Pool was really busy,parents wouldn't watch their kids and tell them to have some respect for others,but wasn't surprised. Beds were pretty comfortable .

Very dated hotel. Rooms fairly clean. Could have used another blanket on the bed and found myself waking up cold every night. What was really horrible to see was all the cigarette butts everywhere outside. You would think they would want the outside to reflect what to expect inside. The laundry vents are by the entrance of the hotel and there is lint all over outside. The pool and hot tub was so full of people on Saturday with nobody monitoring horseplay. Sunday a guest was drinking beer in the hot tub with a sign above him clearly saying no alcoholic beverages allowed. Staff were pleasant and got some help from one gal on evening shift with getting a toy out for my grandson. Breakfast mediocre - coffee good. You pay for the safe in your room regardless if you use it. Its a separate fee on your bill.

We've stayed here a couple times. The staff are generally friendly. Walking through one of the clerk's cloud of cigarette smoke to get into the hotel wasn't fun. Both times we have stayed, the hot tub has been broken. This last time we didn't even get a room with a bath tub. The pool wasn't warm enough for me to want to get in. That kind of wrecked our stay for me and my kids. Breakfast was pretty good. It was fairly quiet. Check in and check out were simple. Next time, we're going to look for another place to stay.

Stayed for 4 days, the Hotel was clean, well kept; and the staff was extremely nice. Check In and Check Out took just a few minutes. We received a free newspaper every morning. They had a complimentary Continental Breakfast.

Our second floor room was huge, and nicely appointed with a sofa, and a table with two upholstered chairs, great for playing games, or having a bite to eat. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the room was quiet. The bathroom was spacious, and everything appeared clean. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, nothing special. The indoor pool and hot tub looked inviting, although we didn't use them. There were three machines and a weight machine, in the fitness center but there was no way to adjust the temperature of the room, and it was rather warm for a workout. The tv remote made it difficult to flip through the channels, and there was no guide. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced.

The exterior was not very appealing. But our room was perfect! The shower was huge. The bed was comfy and it was pretty quiet! Denise was super nice when we checked in. She was very helpful. The ladies at checkout were bubbly and nice as well! Overall, the exterior appearance is not appealing. The deco is a bit outdated. But tje room was noce and comfy. The air worked well, the pool was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for one night while the Gauntlet obstacle race was in town. Very nice little hotel. Counter guy was very friendly and even corrected one of my mistakes during checkout, all with a smile and great attitude. Breakfast was smaller, but still great. Had biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, cereal, bagles, and waffles with assorted toppings provided. As well as apple and orange juice, milk, coffee to drink.

The best western located conveniently off of 169 highway is a hidden gem. upon check in we were greeted with a warm welcome and we were pleasantly surprised how nicely appointed our guest room was. Spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had all the right stuff. Coffee was hot and the biscuits, bacon and eggs were excellent. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing thru tulsa or needing a quiet relaxed atmosphere.

There's absolutely NOTHING that went right on this stay. From the minute we checked in EVERYTHING was a complete disaster. The "heated" pool as advertised on the website was ice cold and according to the Front Desk person and the ACTUAL OWNER " has never been heated. The hot tub didn't work half the time. The "free Wi-Fi" was non-existent as it didn't work either. Hot water must not be a necessity anymore because the room had NONE. Shower was ice cold and floor incredibly slippery. The only decent thing they had was breakfast but even that was disappointing after everything else. I've never had a problem before with Best Western but after the stay in this hotel I'll NEVER think about staying at another one again even if the entire stay is comped. Overall just plain HORRIBLE hotel. The ONLY reason they got one star is because negative stars aren't an option here.

We stayed only one night and were upgraded to a suite. The room was very large and comfortable. Our only complaint was that it was dark, even with all the lights turned on, especially after we closed the drapes for the evening. The couch was very comfy, but there was no lighting above or next to the couch, so reading a book or newspaper was not possible - too dark! The bed and pillows were great. Didn't eat breakfast there because we had a breakfast date with family who live in Tulsa.

This hotel was nice enough. There wasn't anything majorly off putting nor was there anything extra special about it. It was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and had a nice free breakfast. The location is maybe a little odd as it sits back behind a car wash and was a little outside of the busier part of town, which some may actually like... it was still close enough to get to restaurants and stores in a decent time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The Staff was very friendly, the hot breakfast was great every morning, the room was spacious (even with our three children!) One thing that drew us to this hotel was that it had an indoor pool. However, the water and room was a little cold, so we got in the jacuzzi but the water in there wasn't much warmer surprisingly... The gym had good equipment.

All the employees were fantastic!! Even thou there was remodeling being done it was still a pleasant stay. The remodeling crew would stop working so any guest could make their way thru the lobby without the noise. The front desk clerk apologized several times for the inconvenience. I found a toenail in my bed at the pillow area when I first got there and sat down to plug in my phone!! Also found a dirty sock under the air conditioner. The day we were out, out trash was emptied, however our beds were not made and the floors were not cleaned. We were given clean sheets that we used to change all of the beds. Appearance and appointments for the room were nice. There was even a ceiling fan with a fold-out couch. There was not enough lighting in the room though. The lobby area and service people were very nice, but wasn't pleased with the cleanliness.

So the location is about 20 minutes from the downtown area, so it is quite and a little confusing to get to. We went though a few wrong parking lots until we turned into the correct one. We got in around 9:30PM hoping to hit the hot tub and pool; however, the pool hours are from 10AM to 10 PM, so we could not use this area at all during our stay. The rooms were big and so are the bathrooms, BUT the rooms are very old and smell odd. I choose to were my shoes the most of the time, not wanting to put my bare feet on the carpet. The worst part was the showers. Even with the knob turned all the way over to the hot side, the shower was only a little warm. The staff was awesome! we enjoyed the woman who checked us in, but the rest of the stay was pretty poor.

Started out bad from the beginning. Made reservations, check-in starts at 2 p.m., arrived about 3:30 p.m., room not ready. Had to sit and wait. Room a little sparse, carpet stained. Mini-fridge was barely cool, no time to call down because we were running behind for our evening event. The next morning the shower was cold, the water only warmed to "almost warm" after running the water forever! Not the way I wanted to remember our 40th wedding anniversary.

The brightness was dark, not correctable, and it was not possible to read the names or numbers on basketball jerseys or even to see if basket was made. The sound went up and down sporadically, and often shut down completely as I reported to your staff. So your response is bunk. This is a good Best Western. It has an indoor pool. We had a comfortable night here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rate was very good compared to other BW hotels in the area. The breakfast area appeared to be large enough, but it was overcrowded at 8:30 am on a Saturday. We were able to find seating at two overflow tables in the lobby. The parking lot is cramped and the property is squeezed in behind a car wash. Some guests had to park on a grass lot between the hotel and car wash. Be warned that they will charge you $1.50 for an in-room safe whether you use it or not. It is not mentioned at check-in. It may have been in the fine print when I booked the room online.

The value and location of the property was very good. Although it is situated behind an automatic car wash, it was easy to access Hwy 169 during the morning rush hour & I was able to get to my first morning business meeting on time. The front desk lady (Quatilla- I'm sure I butchered her name) was very friendly, nice & helpful. She gave me good directions to a store that I was needing to get to the evening I checked in.

They price matched me for the Priceline price, they were very helpful with anything I needed, the room was clean. What more could you ask for? The breakfast was great and you could smell the bacon from down the hallway. The shower had an overhead sprayer. The staff was very friendly. There were lots of children playing in the pool area. It was a good hotel!

Hotel is very nice, although a tad hard to find due to poor signage. The sign in the driveway in is maybe a foot long and very hard to see. Excellent room although it did have a weird thermostat which seemed to STOP cooling the room when you left. Check in was fine, check out was another story. They have a safe in the room and it's mentioned in the info book in the room to mention if you didn't use it at checkout. First thing I told Trillia at checkout was we didn't use it. She goes on about how her Mom says the sign is very difficult to see also, etc. etc. Trillia then gives me the bill to sign and it has the safe charge on it. I told her our conversation started with "We didn't use the safe". After spending at least 10 minutes with her clicking away on the computer, she calls for help. No one came down, but after a couple of pending charges for the wrong amount, the correct amount was billed. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast but once again Trillia was hanging around, not really helping, but kinda suggesting to people that had just come in that it was closing soon. Didn't affect us, but if it's open till a certain time, people can come in until that time right? We will stay here again, as the pool and hot tub were also nice, but like I mentioned watch your bill for the "safe" charge just to be safe!! :)

The slow internet was not the real reason for only 3 stars. The difficulty finding the entrance and the desk clerk at check in were the main reasons. We followed a GPS and still found it difficult to find the entrance. A larger sign or something would be a big help. What really turned me off the most was when we asked where to eat. We were asking for suggestions which have always been good at every Best Western we have used. This time the reply was "Wherever you want." We were told the highway had plenty of restaurants. For a Plus this wasn't a Plus for us.

I stayed for a night as a halfway point on my way to Kansas City for the eclipse. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, I'm happy to say this was the first time I was asked upon check in about my special requests. I almost always write "top floor, best view" especially in places I've never been. No one has ever commented on it but the lady who checked me in on Saturday was so nice and asked me what view I'd like and did her best to get me the best. I didn't know there wasn't much of a view in either direction but she chatted with me a lot and made interested in jetting out to take a look around this town I was passing through. The room was nice and stocked. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good and I appreciated they had labeled recycle bins for everyone to use! Indoor hot tub and pool was why I chose it but it was so comfortable, I'm glad it was on the way.

We took our grandchildren for a minivacation and stayed one night. The hotel was relatively clean and the pool was a huge attraction for the kids. When we finally settled in for the evening we attempted to connect to the wireless Internet. While it seemed as if we were connected, we couldn't access anything. The desk clerk blamed it on multiple users but this was like we were connected to the router but the router wasn't sending the message forward. Sure happy we were only there for one night. Scratchy bedding, thick dust behind the beds, light out in the bathroom, and no bathroom fan were some of the inconveniences.

The hotel we usually stay at (and many surrounding it) were sold out. We stayed at this Best Western Plus (the one in Wichita is great) because it was near the Woodland Hills area. The price was great, but there is a reason for that. The room smelled like smoke, and the bathroom lighting was poor. Water wasn't softened or very hot - it is an older hotel. But the bed was a nightmare, literally. The pillows were super flat and the bed was super hard. This is the worst night's sleep my husband and I have ever had in a hotel. Next morning I had a migraine and upper and lower back pain. I would not recommend this hotel.

Being a Diamond member is totally ignored at this hotel. Even when upgrade rooms are available, the manager declines. No Diamond perks were received. The bedding had holes and the towels were well used. In the breakfast area, the microwave did not work, but required to be unplugged and replugged in the electrical outlet. The biscuits were extremely hard and the hot food was marginal. The fruit was old and over ripe. The Manager seemed to have a negative attitude to all the guest and stared down guest while they were eating. The closet space in the room was really small, less than half the size of a normal room.

Stepped on a nail from the carpet coming up off of the ground. The room was pretty dirty still when checked in. Was there on leisure so wasn't at the hotel too often but when I was hotel staff was not working the desk. She was in the pool during after hours. This time it was not a good stay.Have stayed before all was better except their wi-fi was not good. The agreed upon rate was wrong they did change it but not sure I will not be billed double because did not see a retraction of the old bill. The room wasn't cleaned even after telling them. The food was cold and the serving room was not kept clean and the tables were not cleaned you had to clean them to be able to eat.

Stayed in the suite with 3 other family members. Sheet on one of the beds was stained. Nephew slept on the hideaway bed in the couch, no sheets, blankets or pillows provided. Stayed 2 nights and the stained sheet was never replaced ( had a black stain on it, not large but definitely noticeable), and they only left 3 clean towels. The breakfast hot foods were all lukewarm both days. Parking is a big problem, only room for maybe a dozen vehicles in front of the building. Just not impressed at all.

The room had popcorn on the floor, syrup on the phone, shower was not clean, and a book left by another guest on the floor. The pool was cold and the fridge didn't work. I had a 9 month old baby in the room I was afraid if I put him on the floor he would find something else and choke on it.

On almost every detail, this hotel fails to measure up. The common areas are dirty, the rooms poorly maintained, the staff inattentive, the outside areas uncleaned, and the breakfast area in need of deep cleaning. To cite the individual deficiencies would run on far too long. It's a pity as the rooms and building have many upscale features and could be quite excellent. To say the hotel is mismanaged would be a gigantic understatement. The members of the staff are pleasant and helpful but seemingly lack direction. This is a hotel that I will certainly never contemplate visiting again. In considering value it is also wanting. The rate was moderate ($88/nite) but at half that it would still be unacceptable.

we reserved 10 rooms and as far as I was concerned, they all were great !!!! the rooms were CLEAN and smoke=free of the smell, the breakfast was ok !!!! check=in was quick and easy as well as check-out !~~~

Stayed at this Best Western once before and it was quiet, clean, nice amenities, and no problems with the room, so when we needed a place for the night before a move it was close, so we chose it again and were not disappointed. The controls for the shower were not working quite right, but he staff asked if there were any problems and he was told of this. I feel it will be rectified for the next guest.

We had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast one of the best I've ever had in an Oklahoma hotel. Beds slept like they were brand new and expensive. The hotel itself was difficult to find the first time, but once you get there, you can immediately see an easier way to drive in and out. The TV was top notch, and the remote was one of those waterproof washable ones. Fold out couch was thicker than most, actually fairly comfortable.

A great place to stay for business, or leisure. The hotel has excellent, and a very friendly staff. They make sure that all the guest doesn't have any issues. Also I enjoyed the hot complimentary breakfast they provided, and also they provide a very good wi-fi network, which won't stop you from doing your work.

I stayed 1 night with my 2 kids. The internet did not work with my tablet but the kids had no problem with their devices. The room was comfortable. Breakfast Monday morning was pulled at 9:00 AM. We didn't have to get on the road really early, so was looking forward to a leisurely breakfast with the kids. The waffle batter was very watery and thus did not make a proper waffle. We made it work though.

I only stay at Best westerns when I trail if possible. Was disappointed with this one, Check in was great check out not so good the room ac did not cool down very good and the bathroom was a little dirty and the light in the shower did not work the check out lady asked if everything was ok, said no that the shower was dirty no reaction so I did not say anything about the ac and light. when in the area probe won't stay there again. The breakfast not so good.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very close to our family so that was an extra bonus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was a pool at this hotel but during our stay it was closed for the season so we didn't experience anything with that. The establishment was very clean. The hotel is located on the outer road next to the highway so it is extremely convenient to access. The bathrooms were very clean. There was tile that looked like wood in the room which I think is a very modern look. Over all very clean and comfy and fairly updated.

I stayed in a room with a King sized bed. The bed was outstanding and had a great nights sleep. The design of the room was very interesting. Glass Block between the shower and room was really neat. HUGE shower!! Great service and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back when in town.

The hotel was reletively nice kept. Not as nice as some best westerns I have stayed at before but certainly not as bad! The pool was a little cloudy, but the rooms were nice and clean. Some of the lamps were burned out, which was not the greatest. Air conditioning worked ok. We could not turn on the fan because it was so dusty! Overall it was a good stay, but a little overpriced for the quality of the rooms!

Overall, a nice hotel with a great location and easy access. Pool could use some improvements. Cluttered with loungers and not much room to move around. Breakfast was good, but again could use some upgrades. seemed low on staff; only 1-2 staffers working areas, it seemed. Room was nice and comfortable and the WIFI was efficient, but had to connect to multiple sources, during stay, depending an area of hotel.

We enjoyed our room, was clean and no issues. Room has safe, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical, eggs, sausage, waffle , yogurt, cereal , breads, Milk, juice and coffee. Has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Would stay here again!

The hotel rooms are well appointed with good desk for in room work if needed. The beds had a lot of choices for pillow density. The walk-in shower option provided ease of access and regress along with good water flow for great shower. The location next to Hwy 169 gives easy and quick access to all areas of East Tulsa.

The check out was the worst. They give award cards but these people weren't trained to apply them. It took over 2-1/2 hours and the problem still was not solved. There also were other problems like a broken shower which was solved. Breakfast items not filled. I would not stay at this one again. But we did stay at two others afterwards and were satisfied.

The manager was arguing with another guest in front of everybody when we arrived. Our room was not ready at check in time. The elevator stopped working, breakfast was horrible. Our bathroom was clogged up when we arrived and we have to call guest services.

Thought that earthquakes were the only things that would cause a room to shake in Oklahoma not true try industrial dryers at 11:00 pm. They will also cause you to wake up. That's not the only thing that will wake you up either. How about an unscheduled wake up call at 6 a.m. with the response from the front desk "sorry wrong room" Avoid this place if you can.

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel and I stay in approximately 20 hotels per year. I have never been so dissatisfied with a hotel room in my whole life. We discovered our room was too dirty to sleep in too late at night and we couldn't leave. The sheets were dull of hair and wrinkly and had not been changed. The pillowcases had yellow slobber stains and the sheets had pink stains. There was no toilet paper or Kleenex in the bathroom and the towels were folded but had ketchup stains. The floor was caked with crumbs and food. We tried calling the front desk every half an hr and never got an answer. In the morning after only a couple hours of restless sleep with no blankets on top of dirty sheets, we told the manager we didn't want to pay one penny for the room. He was unsympathetic, unapologetic, and refused us a full refund and instead said he'd make an adjustment. We were charged the full price with no discount. 50% dirty + 50% horrible customer service=100% reason to never go back.

Staff helpful, just slow. They charge for the safe unless you ask it to be removed from the bill. The manager of the breakfast bar handles food with her bar hands, bringing out slices of bread a hand full at a time. There was a line at the counter and there was only one clerk. A second person was called out of the office to answer a question, but did not open up a second check-in station to help people. Room was clean and the windows open, which was great because the weather was very, very nice during our stay. Again, the staff attitudes were fine. They just didn't have great skills/processes.

We stayed here to stay close the the mall. Which was about 2 miles away. Nice location. Hotel is nice and clean. Rate wasn't too bad. Breakfast and fitness center could be better quality but they did the job. The room was clean and beds were comfy. We were satisfied with our stay.

The Best Western was adequate for my week stay. Very friendly staff, the cleaning lady went out of her way to keep my room tidy, a fair price, the bonus of a swimming pool and hot tub(+++), fast internet, adequate breakfast bar and plenty of parking. However, I did not care for the cigarette smell and noisy heater in my room.

Hotel hot tub had something that looked like mold growing in it and the water wasn't very hot. A used bar of soap was left in my shower. A woman's hair clip was found on the floor next to the bed. Seems like my room might have been rented out by the hour before I got there.

You'd never guess this hotel was so close to the freeway unless you drove in that way -- coming in through the city, we had no idea until the next morning because everything was wonderfully quiet. The breakfast room has coffee available even at night, and in the morning there's a great selection of breads / waffles / cereal / fruit / scrambled eggs / sausage / etc. USA Today newspapers are set on a table in case you want news with breakfast. Very hospitable.

This hotel is awesome! The exterior, lobby, and rooms are very nice - especially for the price! I am not sure if the hotel has been recently updated to a more modern look or if it is new, but it was really nice! The King Suite was a great size, and the jetted tub in the bathroom is AMAZING!!! I really didn't want to leave that tub! The service was good, and we had no real issues with the hotel except that there was a pair of socks in the corner between the couch and the wall, so hopefully they will just make sure they double check the rooms from now on - overall the room and hotel seemed really clean! If you are in the Tulsa area, this hotel is a great value if you don't mind being a few miles from the city center - driving to downtown doesn't take long! Give this hotel a try and definitely get the jetted tub option!

It was simply an overnight stay so, to be truthful, we are not as concerned about the hotel as we are about the location and price. But this time it worked out very well. The rooms were small but the decor was very nice and everything we needed was there. Frig, microwave, safe, large TV and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was good and shower was great. All the extras were there - hairdryer, coffepot and all those other items we tend to forget at home. Staff was very nice and the best for last .....breakfast was above board great. Coffee was wonderful, waffles, eggs and sausage plus everything else you could want. Location was great...right off the highway but far enough off so no noise. Shopping was a very short distance away. Lots of restaurants nearby. The true review is that any visit to or thru Tulsa we have found our hotel.

We stayed three nights during the summer, and the AC in the room was working sporadically. The manager said he'd work on it, and he tried, but didn't resolve. He gave us a discount and offered to make up for our experience during our next stay. We took him upon it. Our next stay was in the fall, and we did get a better than listed price. The rooms are very nice, modern, and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The internet works great. The walls are a little thin, so it's somewhat noisy. Breakfast could use some variety besides powdered eggs and sausage. Yes, there is yogurt, instant oatmeal, waffle mix, a toaster, some fruit, all varieties of tea and coffee, but real eggs and occasional bacon would be nice when you stay more than one night. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the freeway, but the driveway is really convoluted with a blind turn. I was always worried that there would be a car coming toward us that we wouldn't get a chance to see ahead of time. You have to turn in like you are going into the car wash next door, but then veer to the left to get on the hotel driveway. A little weird. Didn't use the pool or the fitness center so can't judge.

We stayed there this past weekend and nothing but disrespect, unprofessionalism and rudeness. The manager Rex seemed racist and refused to help us in way. He had the worst customer service ever.When I asked a staff member who is the manager, she informed me Rex was. I asked who was over him, she said he is also the owner. I informed him that I did not want to deal with him because he is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of trying to resolve our issues or even attempt to apologize he told me to take my business somewhere else. I was there on a weekend getaway with about 25 other people. We all had the absolute worst experience ever at a Best Western. We go to Tulsa every year and every time we stay at a Best Western, there always seem to be an issue but this last visit was utterly the worst ever. Rex kept telling us he can help us and when asked for sheets/blankets for sleeper sofa's we were told all they had was sheets. When asked what are we suppose to do for covers, I was told by a staff member "I can't help you". All weekend long that is all we heard. Upon checking out, we stood at the counter but Rex never acknowledged any of us. He just stood there and ignored us. Keep in mind he was the only one at the counter. I also saw him disrespect other people that were not in our group. He had an attitude when it came to helping white people in general. You see Rex is from Eastern Asia or somewhere to that nature. I am by no means racist but I know when someone is being discriminated against and this was definetly one of those moments. The hotel may be clean but it was the worst customer service experience we have ever dealt with. If you get rid of Rex, I would return.

Great stay for the money. My daughter (11) loved the giant chandeliar in the front lobby. Clean, quiet, friendly. I'd stay here again.

The room was very nice. The rest of the property was well maintained. The amenities were new and looked very nice. Honestly, this hotel was as nice as many of the more expensive properties we have visited. The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult. It looks like you are driving in to someone else's parking lot, but once you get there the parking is all convenient the rooms. The staff went above and beyond for the people in front of us that had a tricky situation. That is always nice to see. For those not from the area, the Woodland Hills area is the shopping hub of Tulsa. Movies and just about any kind of store are within very short drives. Also just about any kind of food you would want.

Tuesday after Labor Day weekend and the breakfast bar was devoid of eggs. But the pool was one of the nicest around. Clean and tidy. Helpful checkout staff. We did enjoy the bagels and cream cheese. My daughter liked the fruit loops.
