SureStay by Best Western Oklahoma City West

Arrived at hotel around 1:30am after flight from Denver. Reception was difficult because the man had a very thick accent. I was trying to under and apologetic but he seemed very frustrated with me. I just wanted to get to my room and sleep! Next morning I discovered that the Hot breakfast was instant oatmeal. Website indicates hotel has full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. This seems like an older building that has been nicely refurbished. My room was clean and quiet.

Had a reservation at different hotel..Days Inn not far from this place....good grief don't even! Got lucky my daughter saw this one online. It turned out to be great. My husband has COPD and uses a O2 concentrator at night which is a bit of a haul. This is the exact fit....park in front of room. The room was extremely clean. Front desk folks are great. This first stay was on our way west and we made it our stop on way back east towards home. Don't let the closeness of the I-40 scare you away....never heard any traffic noises. Lots of food choices nearby. If ever in OKC again and need a place to stay this will be our choice.

the staff at the desk were so helpful very nice i drove 9 hours and my coupon wasn't working I don't wanna deal w any BS after driving 9 hours they said don't worry we will handle it in the morning. the room was nice.

Room was worn and dated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not eat breakfast, lobby looked dirty. Did not use internet, but I never use hotel internet. Location was convenient……would not stay again.

Non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke, tissue paper stuck over front door eye hole, ceiling so thin I had to put up with guests above stomping around until 1am, brutal ultra-bright LED lighting, bedding that wasn't clean, cheap, thread-bare towels, TV promote battery cover hanging open by scotch tape. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to stay at this property.

This hotel was very comfortable place to be. The rooms were clean and stocked with everything I expected. The staff was amazing during my check in and check out. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I will be back as well.

Staff is trained at this property to challenge ADA guests with service dogs, demanding documentation & violating HIPPA laws regarding your health issues. They tried charging my card for full room and tax, though I was using points & showed clerk the reservation that says I owe hotel nothing, all she said was that my card was declined. That's because it's locked. Security deadbolt in room did not work, bedside lights made flickering noise when turning on. Housekeeping still entered room, though do not disturb sign was on door. Your also across from an Emergency Department, so expect a lot of noise! Pay your deposit in cash, still waiting for them to return mine, better yet stay away from this property!

When I stayed here the worker in front was very nice and very helpful she was very polite and answered any of the questions that we asked when we got into the room the room was very clean and was a quiet place

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Stay was great stay and a wonderful time. Construction was on the main 4oad. But once again no problems with the staff or room. No loiters or loud residents. I slept through breakfast or id mention it.

This is the cheapest place of the best western brand I found in the Oklahoma City area. just perfect for the solo traveler doing cross country. The room are basic with all the essential like fridge TV,etc. The room was cleaned the bed was comfy. The breakfast is basic with oatmeal cereal, danish, muffin, yogurt and fruits and other basic food item but that was enough for me to start the day and hit the road.

Newly remodeled rooms, very comfortable and affordable price. Friendly staff, easy and swift checkin and checkout. Safe and quiet location, near lots of restaurants. Internet was fast, well lit parking. Highly recommend.

My stay was wonderful. The location is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helped me with all of my needs. The rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone at anytime. Thank you.

Nice and clean. Good customer service. We were very happy with the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance of the outlet mall. It was very clean and comfortable for my families. The staff was amazing to us and our kids.

While the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the A/C kept up awake all night; lighting gave us headaches; furniture was shabby and worn; toilet seat was loose; no stopper for tub; staff had difficulty understanding, speaking and reading staff computer screens.

The rooms were renovated and clean. Shower water pressure was great and the water was hot! The free breakfast does not have many items, but that was not a big deal for us. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.

I had a great experience. The rooms was clean and freshly upgraded and redone. The t.v. was big, the beds comfortable, convenient location. Despite other reviews saying so, I found the property to be pretty quiet. No person's lurking around. No people making me feel uncomfortable of unsafe. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had more than I expected. Overall a great experience.

This motel features the minimum accommodations for a reasonable price. Don't expect it to be a Wyndum, Hyatt, Hilton for other 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for in this case. But it has the bare minimum necessary for a stay.

I went there to stay the night before working in Oklahoma City. The cost of the room was decently priced. The rooms you could tell went through a remodel. I will stay here again when going to Oklahoma City to work

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend my son's BCT graduation. It was a great experience. The Staff were nice, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was maintained clean. It looks outdated but it was safe to stay there. 9 mins away or less from Fort Sill.

Deadbolt on the door didn't work. Parking lot/outside was a little sketchy. Nice rooms overall tho. Rooms are updated. I had no idea where the ice maker was in the hotel. Lobby is small. There was no one at the desk to check in so I had to call to get someone to come

flooring work was being done from 9 to midnight in room above us, keeping us awake. Bed was not very comfortable. This was already the second room because the TV in first room didn't work. After long day on the road I was too tired to gather up our belongings for another move, so I didn't call the desk. Poor planning on their part to have this work done at night. we won't go back.

Room clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Location noisy & scruffy, but convenient. Do note that you have to make your own coffee in the room in the morning (Oct. 2021). I'm sure I will stay here next time I visit family in the area.

Great staff who goes above and beyond to do their jobs. I have been coming to this specific location for 6 years. Same staff who is doing tremondously well as a team to keep things upright and in position.

The price was a little high for what we got. The room is in need of serious repairs. No breakfast... again. It might be time to consider other brands. In fact, I have figured it out that without the breakfast that almost any other brand offers the same value for less money.

I like the location.Ok rooms.But they had burnt holes in the mattresses.Only had one face towel and two big towels. I checked in with kids and I still couldn't get another face towel like we was all suppose to share that one towel.They say no pets allowed but I seen some big pitt bulls,heard dogs barking during the night and the morning.They will find any petty reason to keep ur deposit.They kept mine cause it's two trash cans in the room and I had trash in them plus an extra little bag of trash.I mean I did stay three nights and have kids.I want ever go back.

Made it easier with kids staying at SureStay , Room is very clean, comfortable, morden and looks like just been renovated . It was very convenient to have nearby many choices of restaurants and plazas to shop in.The best thing about our stay was that rate was very reasonable and clean room. We will definitely stay again.

Way greater then expected. The room was very well kept and clean. Did not have to think twice if room was sanitized. Great location easy off and on from freeway. I would and will recommend this place to stay without spending fortune.

we really had a great experience staying their for 3 nights. My friends really the like the wallpaper that's was in one of room it was refreshing to see that type creativity on rom and the tag is friendly and caring. I would really recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable room. Seems like recently renovated. Wish they serve breakfast, so we don't have to spend time to go to restaurants around. Surely will stay there again. The property is well maintained.

We have stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The service was great, all the accommodations that we asked for were met and we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff is also very friendly and willing to make sure that the stay and time at the hotel is enjoyable. They don't hold back making sure if the customer is satisfied and happy with their stay. So glad that I ended up booking for my family to stay at this hotel! I would 10/10 recommend my friends and family to stay here! Also during this time as they keep their rooms and all the public spaces within their hotel clean and sanitized. It really made us feel safe within the premises.
