"Hidden Gem"

User 24/08/2019

The Ferrari Hotel is what I would call, a hidden gem. It is a very clean, beautiful, updated hotel with a wonderful, new plunge pool that came in handy during the heat wave we had, while we were on vacation last month. It also has a gym that has various weights and equipment to meet your daily workout needs. Also, it is centrally located to many of Italy's beautiful sites to visit. It's 20 mintutes from Naples and within an hours' drive to Sorrento, Pompei, Mt Vesuvius, the Royal Palace of Caserta, etc. I have stayed in many hotels but I have never met such wonderful people like the hotel staff that works at the Ferrari Hotel. They make you feel not only welcomed, but treat you like family. We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and the food and wine in their restaurant was spectacular. They are very accommodating to all of your needs. All in all, we give this hotel 5 stars and look forward to going back next year. ~The Iossa's

"Clean and comfy"

Tinez_Tinez, Jersey 06/11/2017

We stayed here for a night on our Italy road trip after the day in Pompeii. We wanted to avoid the crazy mess of driving in Naples so picked this hotel. The reception clerk upon check in was very nice and friendly and check in was a breeze. On our way to the room the corridors were a bit dark but the hotel is trying it's part to save energy and contributes to a greener planet so that's okay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit squeaky but that was okay. We had breakfast with our stay and there was a nice selection of foods at the buffet to chose from. The breakfast attendant was not as friendly as the check in clerk but I think this may have been a language barrier thing as our Italian goes as far as politeness and pleasantries. Hotel had onsite parking which was great for us. We didn't explore the area around us as we had been awake for a long time so just wanted to go to sleep when we got there but it didn't look like there was much going on in the general vicinity of the hotel. Would recommend for a short stop over if traveling the country by car. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

"Dark and Dingy"

not a very pleasant part of italy and the staff seem to mirror that not very helpful and not around much. most of the time we were there the place was dark and there were considerably few guests i think maybe one other party came down to breakfast. the area surrounding the hotel is industrial not much of a safe place to go to as there is not very clear footpaths the hotel does do a shuttle servie to the airport for 55 euro which is very expensive for a 30 minute trip

"basic at best"

douggie254, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom 19/10/2017

This hotel is very basic and the rooms are long overdue a much needed update. The Location is not good and there is nothing around the hotel so very limited with options for eating out and even a shop to buy things

i liked my two-day stay because it was quiet and my room was very clean and neat. but staff isn't always available, they're few in number too. no pool or any access to anything fun. location is poor as well.

"a good place to stay"

"Pleasant staff, excellent breakfast"

Gaston_and_Pamela, Simcoe, Canada 07/10/2016

We booked the room for two nights with Air Miles. This is the first hotel that we booked through Air Miles that had a separate section for people who booked through Air Miles and other such plans. We went to the main section of the hotel and it appeared to be nicer that the section we were it. Our room was spacious, had a fridge, very clean and nicely decorated. This section was at the front of the hotel so we had a balcony that we could sit out on and view the mountains. The bathroom was a decent size but looked a little dated, it could have done with a face lift. We received some towels that should have been discarded. They were the white towels with the purple stripe. Those towels appeared to have been well used and not very clean (looked grey), while the pure white towels appeared to be newer. We received a mixture of towels on both days. The the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The two gentlemen in the dining room were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, there were a variety of fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, juices, egg, yogurt and lots of fresh fruit. We (Air Miles) had to pay a very small fee for breakfast but it was well worth it. Breakfast is free for the other guests, We had a car so the free parking was nice.

"A welcomed Canadian. "

As we are travelling throughout Italy, we have come to expect a different kind of hotel experience than what I am used to travelling within the US and Canada. The hotel Ferrari decides to break the mold. We selected a hotel off the path, and was extremely concerned about getting around. The hotel ended up being extremely accommodating, with staff members like Lorenzo, Christian and Noemi at the front desk who was not only our host but ensured that our Italian adventure was met with ease. Getting around they introduced us to Sabotino who was able to tour us to the different destination we needed to go to for a small price. The hotel felt luxurious as compared to what we had been exposed to during our stay, and it was only enhanced because of the spectacular staff at this very clean and inviting hotel. I knew that I had to immediately write a review because of how happy this place made my lovely wife. For business or pleasure I would highly recommend you stay here.

"Very helpful staff"

funda_london, London, United Kingdom 26/09/2015

Christopher at the front desk is excellent, super helpful, very professional. Tumbs up for him. The hotel looks luxury for the area and very clean but Nola has nothing to offer for travellers like us. All the hot spots like pompei, sorrento etc is far away. The train is from naples every an hour. And shuttle servise €10

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Stayed 2 nights while touring the area. Had problems with the front desk regarding A/C. Breakfast buffet looked like it had been out for days. There is nothing in the area, city i=of Naples was a cab ride $50 cab ride away.

"Clean, comfortable, economical choice"

PhilColorado, Colorado 28/06/2013

We stayed here the night before a flight out of Naples, and it was a good choice. The hotel is just off the A16 highway from Bari to Naples, about 30 minutes away from Napoli airport. The area near the hotel is nothing to be excited about, but the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff efficient. There's underground parking (for a few Euros, not busy while we were there though the hotel itself seemed nowhere near full), good internet, and decent breakfast. One piece of advice: the hotel is indeed very near the autostrada exit, but if you go wrong you can (and we did!) circle around for a good while trying to find it. A proper map or GPS are very useful unless you're a local in this part of Italy.

"Nice relaxing hotel"

Burt79, Girona, Spain 03/05/2013

I found this hotel relaxing on the outskirts Naples. I stayed for 3 nights with great food and serving up the best mozzarella di bufala of course as we are in the region for it. I would recommend a room non street side for less noise as the hotel is on a quite busy street.
