Pasamos una noche por un vuelo cancelado y todo estuvo bien. La habitación estaba cómoda y el servicio fue bueno. En el desayuno nos atendió Adelita, quien fue muy amable y atenta con nosotras. ¡Gracias por la atención!

Desde que llegas al hotel te atienden bien, todo muy limpio y buen servicio, queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, la persona encargada de los desayunos es Adelita y nos atendió muy bien, recomendado.

Adelita from the breakfast team is the best, she is the reason that I am giving 5 Stars. She was very kind and very helpful. Adelita quien atiende el área del desayuno, es una señora muy educada, super amable, nos ayudó mucho y más con la comidita de mi bebé de 8 meses. No hay muchas opciones para ellos, algo a señalar al hotel, pero ella hizo todo lo posible por darnos una opción. Por ella doy 5 estrellas en mi comentario. La habitación no muy bien iluminada, las cortinas funcionan bien, no cierran, y el control remoto de la TV no funcionaba adecuadamente. La srita de la recepción en el turno de la noche no fue muy amable o servicial. Si funciona el traslado al aeropuerto.

Solo estuve una noche ahí debido a una demora en mi vuelo, la habitacion limpia y muy bien equipada, la atención durante el desayuno por parte de Adelita es de 5 estrellas, la comida la considero de buena calidad y suficiente para arrancar el dia. Recomiendo el hotel ampliamente.

Excelente servicio, incluso me pusieron toallitas desmaquillantes, cosa que no había visto en otro hotel. El desayuno rico aunque no muy variado. El café es lo máximo y la atención es espectacular. Las almohadas son cómodas, no unas pinches piedras.

El lobby es moderno y sencillo. El cuarto es amplio, muy limpio. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, el check in y check out fue rápido. Cuentan con una alberca y ofrecen un desayuno que no pude tomar porque mi salida era muy temprano. Solo estuve una noche, pero volvería.
