Booked for a ball tournament, could not accommodate for wheelchair, rooms were FILTHY, blood on to and in the bed, lights didnt work just filthy
This place is so unprofessional I called asking about prices for rooms and the first thing the guy asked me was my age saying age matters to get a room he was also very rude on phone I was trying to fill my husband in on pricing and he kept asking are you taking the room or no
This is one of the better Best Westerns for many cities around. Clean, well maintained, great staff. Owner takes pride in this property and it shows. Many other BWs are tired and threadbare. This one isn't. Super convenient location too.
I am a Best Western Rewards highest level member so I stay in a lot of Best Westerns. This one was OK but could have been better. Stayed here for one night. Check In went OK but the key would not work at the room. Walked back to the lobby where they had to go check it out for themselves . I am walking back and forth carrying several items that I had retrieved from my car. Then they decided that the problem was the battery in the lock so back to the lobby where they gave me another room. This time the key worked. The light next to the bed was burned out. I got it to work by replacing the bulb with another in the room. These minor things should be noticed before a guest checks in. Other than that the room was OK and I didn't stick around for breakfast so I can't speak to that. Would probably stay here again if the price was right.
Once I got an individual that I could understand, the registration service was what one has come to expect, very routine. The understanding is partly my hearing that has real problems with thick accents. The personnel were accommodating and responded easily to questions, they volunteered nothing but were willing to help. The room was an average hotel room, nothing stood out positively or negatively.
Because we were traveling with a pet, we called prior to making a reservation to be sure pets were ok and we were assured they were. When we arrived, the front desk clerk (FDC) seemed surprised but they did allow our pet. There didn't seem to be an "official" pet walking area (i.e. with bags and a receptacle) and the grassy area around the hotel was very limited. I couldn't get the A/C to come on but the FDC promptly came to the room and pressed a button on the plug to reset it. The room and the entire facility seemed dated but was clean. The breakfast area was small but the breakfast was the standard fare: cheese omelet, sausage, breads, some cereal, coffee, tea. It was conveniently located next to the interstate and there were several fast food places and gas stations around it.
the room was very clean, property was clean outside as well. the breakfast was very good. if traveling this is a great stop. easy off and on to the interstate. lots of food choices at nearby restaurants for meals other than breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful
The room had a wet stinky smell to it. There was stuff on the bathroom walls that looked like poop, but couldn't be too sure. The shower didn't look like it was very clean either.. It was an great room but the smell was hard to get over, in the room we stayed in.
Honestly, the cleanliness of the room was top notch. Also, it was a pretty quiet hotel. I was a little nervous with this being an older property and having the doors on the outside, but everything was great! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to my friends/family as well.
Dawn who checked us in is very nice & friendly. We have stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Room very clean and breakfast was very good and hot. Plenty of clean towels and nice hot water for a shower.
It's an older hotel, with outside room access. Wife and I stayed in a mobility accessible room. The room (and it appeared likely the whole hotel) seems to have been fairly recently refurbished... new paint, new carpet, and new vanity, floor tile, shower/tub, and lighting in the bathroom. But all the room furnishings were the original well-worn, beat-up furniture. The AC and heat worked well, the TV was newish, and everything seemed to be in good maintenance. The bed was the usual quite firm mattress that seems to be typical in these BWs. Breakfast was adequate but not much variety. Many restaurants very close by. But in and out access is very poor; located on a very busy multi-lane highway interchange. Can't comment on the staff; had no inaction with them other than a quick check-in.
I was hesitant a year ago about booking this hotel due to the negative reviews, but the reviews got better so I thought I'd try it out. It was great. SO clean, smelled great when we walked in. The bed was a little hard and that worried me, but my daughter and I slept all night long! Very please with our stay. We slept through breakfast so I can't review about that. If in the area again, I will definitely stay again!
What a great stay at a reasonable price. I travel a lot and stay at what would be considered very nice hotels because of their name. This Best Western is right in the game with them. What a nice staff and clean motel with a great bed, pillows, linens, towels, etc. The pool and surrounding area were perfect.
I stayed here during my cross country trip. I had my son and my cat with me during this stay. When you walk into the lobby everything seemed beautiful and nice. The man helping me was very nice but had lack of training and kept reaching to his phone to contact his superior on what to do so checking in took me more than 15 mins. After getting my key I proceeded around to the back to my room. I entered through a door and once I entered the stairwell there was dust and dirt all over the floor. After entering into my room I noticed a small odor about the room. This room was a pet room but still disgusted me that this odor be a number of things. The bathroom wasn't cleaned all the way. There was dirt and dust on the floor and shower. The rub itself was all chipped and old. The shower head was disgusting. I personally didn't even attempt to take a shower. The mini fridge was broken inside. The sharp edges of the broken plastic inside could of easily cut me. I found ants around the nightstand and floor. Overall my personal experience with a pet room at this hotel was disgusting and disappointing.
Cold eggs and sausage watery waffles staff on their phones and could care a less that you are there room was great check-in was great the next morning all went down the tubes was not pleased with the morning staff
Great service rooms clean. Staff is cool and understanding.. good breakfast bring your own syrup lol Prices are alright whenever you in need staff is there for help Rooms are alway available….. I have a great time
I would never choose this hotel based on exterior looks, but the owners have invested in really nice remodeling of the interior spaces. It's clear that great care was taken with the details - there's even crown molding in the rooms, along with updated furnishing and fixtures. It's all beautifully coordinated and housekeeping is on top of their game. A warm and caring vibe overall, and I felt secure. I'm travelling with 2 dogs and this offers parking right outside the room, a big plus with my nervous puppers.
Dated building but still ok. Interestingly, right across the main road, there is a Motel 6 that looks very similar. Small ,technically, breakfast buffet. Make your own waffles. No eggs. Looked like microwaveable burritos. OK coffee. No assortment of sugars and non sugars Bed excellent. Very firm. Not sagging. The usual hotel/motel pillows that are all fluff and your head sinks. A very few spots of mildew on the caulking around the tub. Slight musty smell when starting up the heater but went away quickly. The sidewalk from the entrance to the parking lot around the corner has a serious obstacle for tall people. The decorative mansard-style roof above the sidewalk has a sharp corner that would give a tall person a pretty serious head wound. Good for the price.
Our room was very clean, with beautiful decor. We stayed in a smoking and pet friendly room and you couldn't tell that it was a smoking room. It was a very clean smelling and there were no pet odors either. Super comfortable bed also and a great value for the price we paid.
Ivan at the front desk was the professional, cheerful and welcoming, placing me in the "just right!" room. It'd been years since I'd been here but it was everything I remembered it to be ie spotless, comfortable bed w/nice linens, fridge/micro, zippy wifi signal. So glad I opted to getting a good night's rest rather than push on through !!! Next morning, continental was standard but well tended ~ I just grabbed a banana & coffee. Sorry I didn't write down the name of the gal @ checkout because she had those same qualities as Ivan, friendly & efficient. All in all, a great room at a great price !!!
Very friendly and personable Staff. Specific request for a first floor room was accommodated. Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a convenient and quiet location with a lot of services nearby!
Room was very nice & clean. The staff were good, especially the two morning guys. Very helpful. Full breakfast would have been nice, but the grab & go was good. Would recommend this BW to anyone traveling through. Would definitely stay again.
This place is a dump! Exterior is tired, inside is drab, a/c is loud and not working up to par, mini fridge freezer frozen over, it was awful! There are a lot of good motels in Conway for the 87 I paid and several I've stayed at were less. Big mistake!
Long day of travel, found this BW online. Called front desk dinner time to make reservation - super helpful. Friendly & cheerful in person. Checking in was quick & easy. Lots of parking, restaurants close by, everything we were looking for. Highly recommend this hotel.
It was a great hotel to stay at. The cleaniness was great also and the internet was Excellent, had no problems getting internet. I would really recommend anyone to stay at Best Western, and we would definetly will stay there again.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room overall seemed clean, but there was a stench that seemed to be a mix of some kind of fumigation and mold? I'm not sure. Due to personal circumstances we stayed the night there, but customers should know about this. Under different circumstances I would have requested another room or left the hotel. Everything else seemed meh to ok. Walls and ceiling were fairly thin. Breakfast is nothing to rave about; standard packaged faire. No fitness center.
Over all I didnt really have any issues, I sleep light and it was a little noisy but not unusual. Walking across parking lot to restaurants was a big plus. Lot of traffic in area so that made things easier. I really liked parking right in front of my room.
This is a older motel and excellent place to stay. Check in and out was easy. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. Also very quiet and good location.
The rooms are very clean and everything works as it should. Faucets and towels appear to be brand new. Location is excellent and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is a "to go" bag with water, muffin and granola bar. Juice and coffee is available, too.
We stayed in this motel on the last leg of hauling our broodmare back to Texas from Kentucky. The front desk clerk was pleasant enough but really gave us poor options for parking our attached horse trailer despite a slow night at the property. We were instructed that we could only park in the very back of the hotel with our trailer, but that spot was already occupied by a trailer. That was a shame because the parking lot was very available for our trailer to be parked on the far side of the parking lot where we could see it from our room. Instead, we had to unhook our trailer where we boarded our horse and rehook our gooseneck trailer in the morning. Quite a hassle. I know that hotels need to limit trailers in some circumstanced, but this was a bit much. Despite that, the clerk was friendly. I was a little skeptical of her answer that the two cars full of young people sitting in cars in the parking area (right outside our room) were guests of the hotel. One young man asked me for a lighter...a little concerning. It was right by the stair case (no elevator). Despite the condition that no one other than guests be in the room, the room above us had constant foot traffic until about 4 am. You can hear every step of any footsteps above you. Poor night of sleep and I wish the clerk would have spread the handful of guests out a little bit. The refrigerator was oddly located in the rooms closet, but it worked great. The wall unit AC had some type of plastic hood on it and it seemed to limit the air flow in the room....so it was a little stuffy. The TV was small as it seems to be in most Best Western hotels, but the familiar DIRECT TV offerings were nice. The channels included several HBO options. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel property. The parking lot was brightly striped and in fantastic shape. We were disappointed by our "queen" bed. We sleep in a queen bed at home and this bed was smaller. It felt more like a full sized bed so we were not very comfortable. The shower water pressure was average with plenty of hot water. The location is wonderful with a Golden Corral next door and a Walmart within two miles. Plenty of nice restaurant options in this very nice community. Breakfast continues to be a horrible disappointment at most Best Westerns and this hotel's offerings were unusually skimpy even by BW standards. Needs to be better. Don't think we'll stay again.
Property is hotel with recent updates. Rooms are outside access and very small. The Grab N Go breakfast is a joke. the ingredients were stale and dry, no fruit offering and watered down juices were nasty at best. Staff was very cordial and helpful but the property is not up to the standards I have come to expect from Best Western brnad.
It's been years since I've stayed at a Best Western. I was very pleased with our stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean! Quick check in and quick check out! I would stay at this location again if I'm in the area!
This is the first Best Western I have stayed in at any time. The front desk individual was very pleasant and helpful. The place is not fancy. Price was reasonable. Very clean. Would recommend. Could use some updating in the future but served my needs. Felt safe.
Right off the highway, easy to find. Have stayed here several times over a period of several years. Several good place to get dinner near by. With all the tax and add ons, the price was $74. I'll stay here again as I pass through the area on fishing trips.
have family in Mayflower but was not enough room for four more people. This motel was right off the highway,so very accessible. It is not fancy but was comfortable. Also there is a Waffle House next door. We enjoyed our stay!
So I stayed here thinking it would be dog friendly but not so. There is no dog station for dog bags or trash cans. There was not much grass to use. I had to use the neighbor (Golden Corral) grass. The lobby is quite nice and smells good but that is about it. Our desk chair in our room was duct taped back together I guess since it was black and the tape was black they did not think anyone would notice. There was stuff on our tile floor by bathroom. As we walked into room I had to step over cigarette butts. The beds were not very comfortable. The towels were tiny I am not sure who they are for but even my 10 year old could not cover herself. The room was somewhat clean but the grounds were not clean. Additionally, the lock on the room would not turn but luckily the chain did. I was shocked that they received such high reviews. The staff are very friendly.
Family lives close but we needed room to stay. This was a great choice. It was clean and spacious. The office staff were friendly and happy. Our room was clean and kept clean every day. The pool was nice and was open even due to Covid. The water was nice and warm. No problems even when we had to extend our stay by a day.
I have been waiting an hour and a half to check in. Attendant is incapacitated. No other staff member available to check in multiple guests. I am out of hours and cant leave because im out of hours and drive a semi. Please send more help.
Everyone was kind and rooms were clean and contained necessities required. Our Family has traveled 3000 miles from South Carolina to California for my husband's work and we will continue to stay at best Western as much as possible
Always choose this hotel. Easy access and comfortable beds A good bit of stores and restaurants are within walking distance People that work there are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great and enjoy the atmosphere
We satyed at the Best Western in Conway Ar. The ammenities are nice. Check in and out was a breeze. The front desk people are always very nice. We have stayed here several times. I reccomend this hotel
We stopped into this location on a trip without a reservation. We had stayed at this location several years ago and it is 1/2 way point on our drive so perfect stopping point. The room was VERY clean and had a very fresh smell. There was no mildew in the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. A great place to stay! Our room was on the backside so we didn't have any of the traffic noise from the interstate. The breakfast food choices were very good.
We stayed in Conway while my father in law had hip replacement. Besides a musty smell to the rooms they were super clean and super comfortable. The hot breakfast was filling and had some variety. Special shout out to Alicia at the front desk for all the extra help with the in laws.
This is a normal Best Western. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms were very nice and clean. Check in was easy as always. I travel for business so I don't use may of the other amenities but it was good!
Stay was good. Room was quiet and clean. But it is a older hotel. The only thing I didn't like about it was the door to the room was on the exterior of the hotel. Instead of being on the interrior of the hotel which was a little odd. And the hotel is not really on the best side of Conway. We stayed there for one night because our A/C went out at home.
Very nice stay and GREAT value. Plenty of places to eat within a few blocks. ONLY problem was trying to turn left out of lot. Of course the time of day has a lot to do with that. Would DEFINITELY recommend to others.
This was a very nice place. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very accomadating. The first room we were given had a very bad odor, which I reported and we were immediately given another. It smelled nice and clean and it was. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
A female friend of mine and I rented at Best Western in Conway Arkansas for 3 days. The day we checked in I noticed a Coffee machine in the lobby and I asked the gentleman checking us in if the the Coffee was available 24/. He said, It sure is. Drink all you want. I'm a bit of a Coffee fanatic so this was great! He finished checking us in and said with the AARP discount it would be $67.50 a night. They wound up charging my debit card $80 a night. I let that slide because the rooms are quite nice. I just went to the lobby at 8:50 this evening, November 15th 2019, the lady working the desk got extremely snotty with me about coming back for another cup of Coffee. Newsflash! When I'm charged $13 a night more than the rate I was quoted, AND I'm told when I originally rent to drink all the Coffee I want, ILL DRINK ALL THE COFFEE I WANT! While ur at it maybe have the lady working the desk actually work instead of sitting around playing on her personal computer!
Alisha was so helpful and professional. My wife is handicapped, but the room wasn't. Alisha set us up in a room that was easy access from room to car. The beds were very comfortable, not hard like other hotels.
Clean, convenient reasonably priced room. Close to restaurants, Golden Corral is right next door. There is parking if you are pulling a trailer. Waffle House (closed at the moment) is also right next door.
Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Very clean rooms with amenities. Direct TV. Outdoor pool is small, but very clean. Pet friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Very good coffee. I enjoyed it very much and will stay again.
This motel is very convenient from the Interstate. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and all worked as should. Parking is great, can park right outside of room. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Check out was also fast and easy. Will stay here again.
Rooms are accessible from the outdoor parking area. An older hotel the has tried to modernise. The rooms still have an age old smoke door. Front desk is friendly. Located in cheaper area of town. It's a basic budget hotel/motel.
This was a last minute trip to take our daughter and grand daughter to meet up with her husband and mother-in-law in Liberal, Kansas. It was a long ride from North Carolina so we spent a total of 4 nights in two Best Western locations. Both hotels were just what we expected and very happy with the amenities.
My wife and I have stopped several times at the Best Western Conway on our way to Branson and have always had a good experience. The staff is always pleasent and friendly and the rooms are always clean.
We stayed here 1 night. The room was a little tight but functional. Some kids played outside our room and did a version of doorbell ditch. The office took care of that. Breakfasts was sparse; no hot food but toast.
I always stay at this Best Western motel every time I am in town on business, and or pleasure. It is a wonderful location, a great hotel and excellent service at check-in and check-out, as well as their room staff. Can't say enough positive about this location!
The staff here was phenomenal and the room was clean and cozy. I slept like a dream!! Breakfast was hot and tasty and staff was very attentive to guests during breakfast too. I give them props and wish all hotels measured up to them!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean beds and carpets. Walls needed to be wiped down- it seemed like a previous guest(s) had spilled some coffee which may have been overlooked by housekeeping. This property has DirecTV which we enjoyed. Wall outlets are few so bring your serge protector. Continental breakfast had many options that were good. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay here next time we are in the area.
Im stay 1 night ,passing through. Convenient place. Staff good. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Wifi works. Breakfast basic. Maybe more care with the breakfast items. Gravy did not taste very nice. Parking lot ok.
This hotel is right on the highway and the road noise is really bad. Add to that the refrigerator that gurgles and bubbles all night, and the fact that you can't control the a/c to be running on fan all night to cover the noises, I struggled to sleep when I usually don't. I had to play music on my phone and cover my head with a pillow. It may be better if you get a room that doesn't face the highway. On the plus-side, it's a convenient hotel to downtown Conway and Hendrix College, and it was clean enough. The breakfast was ok - maybe even good. There's a Waffle House and a Golden Corral on either side of the parking lot, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We have stayed at many BW over the past few years. This BW needs a total overhaul or rebuild. We are both almost 70 years old & had to stay in a upstairs room with NO elevator. The stairs were extremely steep. Then had to go through 2 more doors to go OUTSIDE to get to our room. The shower had someone else's hair on the wall. TV had sporadic glitches.
Long Story Short: Musty/Moldy Smelling Damp Air/Hard To Breath In Ant In Bedding Loud a/c Rude service Just save yourself the heartache of dealing with BW customer service and getting hung up on or left on hold for 40 mins. Book elsewhere.
Ankur Patel the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my stay. I accidently booked a smoking room. He offered a refund but due to our baseball group all staying there, I declined. He made sure he gave me air freshener and a fan to help. He also made sure at check out that I was satisfied. I will stay at this hotel again solely on the customer service.
I usually stay in more expensive chains when I'm Conway. However, my stay would be 12 hours at most and the rest of the team was staying here, so I tried out the Best Western. I've been very pleased with check-in, room cleanliness, COMFORTABLE MATTRESS (yay), and safety. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. They washed the teams jerseys for a reasonable price. The parking lot is lit up enough that it looks like daylight. I'm in a motel that opens to outside and I don't feel unsafe at all. I can hear a little noise from the Waffle House when employees are outside on break, but the just means they could hear me if I yelled. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here one night when my daughter was doing a college visit. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and adequate; albeit a little outdated. It was nice to be able to park right next to our door when carrying heavy luggage in after a long day. My only complaint was that breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 9:08 and everything was already cleaned up. I thought breakfast was out until 10. Most hotels at least leave muffins and fruit out a little bit longer. However, there is a Waffle House right next door and other restaurants nearby. It is also located near a major highway which provides easy access to get to the Little Rock airport.
Check in and out was a breeze. Hotel staff was friendly and personable. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall stay wad wonderful. Great location right off the interstate, which made it convenient I would definitely stay here again .
Very easy access from freeway. Can park at room door. Check in was pleasant and went great. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was very good with good presentation and good quality. Eating area was clean. Check out went very well.
I loved my stay. I took my son to college in this town. Went to the hotel and met the nicest staff person ever. I would like to recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. I will definitely stay here again !!!!!
I went through on my way to Branson..The stay was wonderful the food was. Great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The lady at the front desk very really helpful with my reward points.
Some of the rooms here have outside entry, which makes this feel more like a motel than a hotel. The building itself is a bit older, but it's kept quite clean and it appeared to be undergoing some updates or renovations when I was there a few months back, so it may look quite different by now. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was thorough. A good, if not exciting stay. A good value for the price, for sure.
I was very impressed with the updates to this hotel. It was very nice. It was conveniently located to the interstate and restaurants. The bathroom remodel was especially nice for an older hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
Very friendly staff. My room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast and loved the outside pool. The price of my hotel room was a great value compared to other hotels/motels in the area.
Hotel is good enough. Desk Clerks and staff were very nice and courteous, and my room was clean and comfortable. Located in a very urban area, sandwiched between fast food places - lots of concrete around. Room was relatively quiet for its location. For one night, it did the trick. Would stay here again.
Because of the low rate, we really didn't expect the excellent service we received. The staff was limited, but great. The breakfast was sooooo good. We even learned how to make the best waffles and the staff showed us how. It really was a great experience. The service was better than some of the more expensive places we have stayed. I would definitely stay there again.
I left my mac book pro in my room. I didn't discover it until the end of the day and hundreds of miles away. I called the front desk to find that housekeeping had gotten it and turned it in! I stay here weekly and am so thankful for honest employees.
I was excited to get a great rate for this room. I didn't realize that it's a motel and not a hotel, but that wasn't a big deal; it's a safe & quiet area even though it's right next to the interstate. It's too bad I had the issue I did, or the rating would've been higher. Here goes: The good: clean & nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Surprisingly ample breakfast. Quiet location. Not as good: motel setup with doors outside building. No elevator (I'm healthy but if I had heavy luggage it would've been frustrating). Low shower pressure. The ugly: the air unit was unplugged when I first entered the room, and the room was hot. I plugged it in & the room cooled off by the time I went to bed. The unit was loud, but many are. The ugly part is that I woke up early to a hot room with a burning smell, and the unit was blowing hot air. I unplugged the unit and left it off for a while, and when I plugged it in it cooled off again. I normally would have said something, but the fact that it was unplugged when I first entered the room means they knew it was a problem and still gave me that room. They should've fixed it or given me a different room. That said, this property is a great value for anyone coming to Conway; had I not had the issue with the air I would definitely go back.
Check in easy . Personable front desk , sorry forgot her name. Room was clean , spacious and you don't have to duck under the shower head . Restaurants within walking distance. Bed could be a pinch better but slept soundly. Would stay here again if ever this way .
The ONLY reason I did not give this motel a 5 was because I had a little trouble getting the wifi to work. Our room was very nice sized and clean. It had everything... Microwave, Hair Dryer, Coffee Pot, Mini Fridge. Bed was very comfy... hot water was great with awesome pressure. The pool is small but very clean and well kept with plenty of places to lounge. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Full breakfast... everything you would want to eat. If you are staying with a family you can probably make up 50.00 per night just in food... Check-in and check out were smooth. Great service... Like I said up top... the only reason I did not give this place a 5 was b/c of the glitch in the wifi... Don't stay in Little Rock if you are northbound on I-40... drive another 20 minutes and stay in Conway. Plenty of shopping and dining right there.. It has a Waffle House and a Golden Corral within steps of the motel.
Nice clean non smoking facility. Nice no charge breakfast available. Near other eating facilities for other meals besides breakfast. Quiet heating/airconditiong as to not disturb one's sleep. Not much traffic noise.
Got in late at night and the service was excellent. the rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. In case you wanted more there was a golden Coral next door. We had a good stay and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling that needs a good place to rest and get back on the road.
Great staff, very accommodating. Always willing to help and went way beyond to make the stay great. Our first room had a bed that was too soft, do no hesitation our room was changed to a great firm mattress. Ran out of eggs when we showed up almost late for breakfast. The cook ran and got more, the eggs were great Very happy this was our hotel choice Will defiantly return to this place, so wonderful to us Thank you to all of you.
I checked in late, and the on-duty manager was a delight. Janet was very friendly and helpful. I went straight to my room and fell asleep. The room was nice, clean, and well-appointed. I had plenty of hot water. My only gripe was the shower curtain was too short, and it was installed improperly, making it difficult to move back and forth on the rod. I would recommend this as a great place to stay on a long trip. The staff were all extremely friendly.
My wife and I were traveling from Tennessee to Oklahoma. We needed a place to stay overnight. We just left Little Rock, Arkansas. We opted to bed down in Conway, Arkansas. I checked out options from my smartphone searching on TripAdvisor.com. I selected Best Western because of the recommendations and price. The hotel representative was very friendly and helpful. In fact, Janet, provided us with a great price for the night. [I later found out that Janet was actually the hotel manager. She went out of her way to assist me with my room). Check-in went smoothly. The hotel is in an excellent location for travelers traveling through Conway. It is easy to reach! We stayed in Room 123, which was a standard studio with two double queen-sized bed and one bathroom. The room was very quiet. The hotel amenities included complimentary Wi-Fi access. There's a complimentary breakfast in the morning. I found the breakfast very good with a variety of hot foods including eggs, waffles, gravy, and sausages. Overall, the hotel experience was very good. It's a great overnight stop with incredible value. Don't expect more for the valued price. Yet, the hotel staff is a lot better than some 4-5-star hotels. I would recommend this location due to its excellent location, price, and cleanliness.
Appearance was good. You can tell this BW has been/ still undergoing remodeling. I love the newer BW's. I would stay again if need be before any other chain. The front desk clerk was very clean and professional.
In town visiting family. There was no hot water when we went to take a shower. The housekeeping crew knocked on the door at 9am to clean. The local fire department was removing the roof from a building next door. The last part is out of the hotels controls, I just found it interesting to add to the mix. While the logo may be updated on the property, the rooms are very outdated and have an odd smell to them. I would eliminate several other options before I stay here again.
Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for work. The location is right off the interstate with plenty of food options nearby. The Room was very good size with what appeared to be recently updated furnishings. The Shower Head was well above 6 foot high which was a plus. For being right near the interstate it was very quiet. The breakfast served was well stocked with a variety of options. The breakfast offerings included Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage, cereals, Fresh fruit and variety of breads and Muffins. Breakfast was ready before 6 on the mornings I was there, which worked great having to be on the road at 6 each morning. Overall it was a good value for the cost of the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.
I enjoy going to this particular hotel due to location, friendliness, cleanliness, maintenance, service and upkeep. The people are friendly in a comfortable atmosphere, as though you actually mean something to them, rather than just a paying customer. They treat you as though you are a person, not baggage.
We travel the same route between Oklahoma and Tennessee several times a year and we have tried several motels along the way, but no more trying to find a decent place to stay. The Best Western in Conway, Arkansas is our motel of choice from now own. The rooms are clean and neat, the clerks are attentive and nice, and the prices are great. This will be our regular stop from now on.

Diamond Select Member 12-7-17, I went into hotel at 7pm after a very long day of work. Upon arrival a lady was sitting outside desk. I assumed she was a guest until she said, just a minute. After that she FaceTimes someone and starts laughing & cutting up. Talking about eating Subway and shopping. I'm patient. I waited and waited. 10 minutes I stood there, felt like an eternity. Finally I looked over and said, I sure hope you have a fabulous evening on the phone. Got in my pickup and drove to Holiday Inn. Please after reading this, Do Not Stay at Best Western in Conway Arkansas.
We were very satisfied and happy with the staff and the accommodations during our stay. Will defiantly stay at this motel the next time we visit Conway. We highly recommend this motel this for your next stay in Conway.
Great and attentive host and staff. Would definitely stay again. This was a group stay with mother, two sisters, wife and myself. Very satisfied. Just off I-40 freeway, but minimal noise. Shares a parking lot with Golden Corral restaurant -- does not interfere with hotel at all.
We were pleased with this hotel from the very beginning when we walked in the door. The desk clerk was so welcoming and helpful about eating establishments nearby. The lobby and breakfast area were very pleasant as was the room.
This Best Western is located just off I-40 making it very easy to get on and off for your travels. The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful and breakfast was very good. There were several excellent restaurants close by.
Thank you so much for another wonderful overnight stay while we were in town. We love how close this hotel is to everything that we need and always clean. Wish we would have had time to stay and eat breakfast it looked really good. Thank you again
This hotel is nothing fancy, but the room was clean and nice. Lobby area is plain, but functional. Breakfast was fine, but there were fewer choices than as some similar hotels. Egg "patties" with cheese are always too salty for us. Overall, though, a fine pace to spend the night.
My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night. Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful (especially Janet and the woman who did the breakfast bar and checkout). We will definitely plan to stay here again.
Upside: Friendly staff, great amenities, clean linen, great cable package, working wifi, and tasty breakfast the next morning. Downside: hard and uncomfortable bed, water leak in bathroom, and curtain that failed to block the light.
We drove through Conway for a soccer game. We needed a last minute hotel room. This hotel is very conveniently located for many restaurants. We were able to get a room for $63 that was incredibly clean and updated. Staff was very friendly, Janet was very kind when she checked us in. Very good morning breakfast. Internet was a little slow. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds that we have stayed in. I could hear a little bit of the road traffic since it is conveniently located right next to the highway but since it was so hot outside the air-conditioner drowned out most of the sound. We stayed on the second floor and there is no elevator but that was not a big deal.
My husband and I stayed here along with another couple, we were only there for one night....just passing through. Our rooms were great, very clean and nice for the price. However the lady that was working the front desk at check in was extremely rude. She had a very poor attitude, as if we were an inconvenience for her. She was reading a book and we disturbed her. We then were bringing our things to our room and she step outside to smoke and told us that we needed to keep it down or she would call the police. Ummmm we were only trying to unload our vehicle. We had to be up early the next morning to be on the road so it was definitely not a party. There was no way we were doing anything wrong, there was a group of kids that were staying at the hotel also...some kind of high school sports group and the kids were running all over the hotel and not once did I see her say anything at all the the kids. I definitely will not be staying here again!!! I would suggest finding a friendly front desk attendant.
I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and was greatly impressed when I visited this past weekend. The rooms are remodeled and the entire facility looks so much nicer! We enjoyed our accomadations and were pleased with the rates.
This was a one night layover. There wasn't a good visible sign on hotel, so we initially passed it. Stay was great. Room clean. Desk staff friendly. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. A number of restaurants in the area.
A former high school friend and I had not seen each other in a few years and since we were both under a great deal of stress, we decided to meet in Conway, AR. I booked the reservation on line and could not have made a better choice. We were close to shops, restaurants, etc. and the hotel was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. All that we needed for our perfect "girl's get away".
After a not so satisfied night at a cheap motel, I was thrilled with the warm reception even as late as we arrived. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated & the beds (and pillows) were extremely comfortable!
I enjoyed the use of Trip Advisor. I didn't know how great this service really is. I found some great prices for my trip and was quite satisfied with the research I had conducted. Will use this feature or service again for my most important travels.
My husband and i were traveling on bikes and we came upon this hotel. The employees were very friendly, rooms looked older but was very clean. They had a very good breakfast. This was a very good price.
The room was very, very clean and the BED WAS AMAZING. I didn't know BW had such comfort and nice quality of linens. The front desk clerk was so sweet at 0400, when i was so tired from travelling all night. Thank YOU.
This property is great. It's right off the highway, easy to get to. The price is very affordable, yet the room was very nice. The bed was awesome! It was quiet, so I slept well. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by, so it was ideal for someone just passing through.
When we checked in to this hotel, we had one of the most friendly greetings we've ever received. Janet greeted us in the most cheerful and friendly manner, that made us feel like returning family members. It added so much to our stay in Arkansas.
Very Nice hotel. Close to highway exit, close to shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff on check in and very helpful staff on checkout. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times opting for the quality of this place over less priced hotels.
This is one of our go-to hotels when visiting family in the area. Comfortable, clean rooms. Desk staff is helpful. Housekeeping staff is fast and efficient. The facility is showing some age, but bearing it well. Room were comfortable. In-room wifi connected without trouble and performed well. Good choice for the area.
The bed was luxurious and the bathroom was great. We had a great rest and felt very refreshed the next day. I would recommend this to all of my friends. The free breakfast was also amazing with gravy and biscuits that were almost as good as my wife's.
The hotel is convenient on the hiway. Free breakfast with hot food & a variety of fruit, cereal, breads, danishes. The coffee was great. Wifi was fast & free. Room was large & very clean. Really comfortable beds. Quiet. Lots of parking. Starbucks across the street. Will stay again
Very good. Enjoyed our visit and staff were very pleasant and professional. We only stayed one night, however it was the perfect place. Breakfast was a little less than expected but still sufficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
If you are travelling on 40, it is an easy on and off....HATE the "round abouts" in the city of Conway, which is not the hotel's fault. Conway needs to know that getting around, ie spending money while there is not something we did as we were already mad about the "round abouts" trying to find the hotel! Per the hotel staff we were not the only ones...
A++++ Loved this BW. Super friendly and very clean. Staff is very informative and offer free WiFi. The location was perfect and was surrounded by different restaurants and shops. This specific BW offered free "hot" breakfast. They offered several variety of pastries, cereals along with a waffle maker. The room was super clean and updated.
the motel was clean. checked in in pm and Janet was at front desk. she was wonderful. and immediately felt this was the place to stay. excellent breakfast. best i have seen recently. had fresh strawberries, cantaloupe, and grapes. cheese omelet, sausage biscuits in addition to regular breakfast items and waffles. kept replacing food which some don't. staff in am very friendly and helpful.
Stayed in Conway on our way across the US. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! They had a display of fresh cut fruit that included watermelon, sweet pineapple, and fresh strawberries. It was a nice way to end our stay. The bed was a little dated and not that comfortable and the pool was freezing cold. I really would have liked to use a fitness center, but they didn't have one at the facility. Overall, it was a good stay for the value.
Because we had such an early appt.. at Childrens hospital for my granddaughters broken leg we needed to be closer to the hospital. The staff were awesome, offering us directions and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet . Will stay there again if needed.
Janet at the front desk was engaging and informative. She set the tone for excellent service and really good facilities. The bed and linens were very, very good (at our age we are picky!) Was very happy with our stay and the value of the room. Well done, BW.
Watch the entrance from highway, take it slow or you may bottom out! I love that you can park at the door to your room. The hotel area seemed safe. near shopping & eating. The room was clean, The breakfast was ok
Great room at a good price. Very clean and quiet. Good A.C. and comfortable beds. Pillows were best I ever had a a hotel. Shower was great too. Breakfast was super with lots of choices and very very fresh. Highly recommend this hotel.
This Best Western Hotel located in Conway, Arkansas is a very nice and clean hotel at an extremely reasonable rate. Rooms open to the outside so you can park in front of your door making it very convenient on the ground floor.
Excellent room for the price. We were looking for a clean nicely located place to stay for the weekend to attend a baseball series for the weekend. The motel is very clean and a friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent.
Very nice Hotel. Easy to find. Easy to get to from interstate hiway. Very nice staff. Will stay again for next years family trip. It was very well located for finding restaurants and shopping. Great stay.
The hotel room was nice and clean and the breakfast was above average for a hotel, there was a waffle shoppe right next door and a golden corral on the other side, other then not having conditioner in the room it was great and will stay there again. It is kinda of in the middle and close to good food and pedicures and manicures and a Harps grocery store close so it was a perfect stay, the front desk was very good and very accommodating.
When looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay while out on a ride, this fills the bill to a "T". Add that it is not very spendy, and has a very helpful desk agent and you get all you need. I will keep it in mind the next time I travel through the area.
Traveling through AR on our way to AZ. Easy access from interstate 40, staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Good breakfast area and selection. As I have stated before wish motels would carry unsweetened almond milk and gluten free cereal.
During our stay with this Best Western we found the room to be well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and check-out. The full breakfast was very good. I would use this hotel again in my travels.
This is an older style hotel with exterior doors, but the facility is well enough maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast is fine. Room rates are reasonable. The location at Interstate 40 and Highway 64 (Oak Street) is convenient for Hendrix College.
We always stay at this hotel when in town. There is friendly staff, clean rooms, and most importantly, comfortable beds. There are many eating establishments nearby as well as a mall with major name brand stores. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
The person at the front desk was very nice and did a great job. Also we could not make the TV work. After calling the front desk the lady came down abd fixed the problem. The room was clean and cool. The location is close to food and stores.
Hotel was clean, well-maintained, easy access, and a good value. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was good variety, well stocked and kept warm. Ours was a last minute reservation, so not sure how things would be, but we were very pleased.
This hotel is pretty nice for the price and pet friendly! Just when you think this chain is a thing of the past, you try it and like it! Clean rooms, comfy beds, pet friendly! Lobby is clean and the breakfast was really good. Located in the middle of Conway, easy access to shopping, food and Hendrix College. We will stay there again!
If you want a clean but average motel, this is your place. Good location in Conway. It was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and no road noise from freeway. Free breakfast was awful. Instant coffee and powdered eggs but we didn't book the place for a free meal. Go 5 minutes and eat at Bob's for a great breakfast.
We stayed on a Friday night. Hotel is older but recently updated. Very close to interstate. Traffic was pretty heavy during evening rush hour. There is a Golden Corral right next door and a TGI Fridays close by. Morning breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, waffles and sausage. FYI is you like a nightcap, BYOB, the county is dry. The TGI Fridays does have a bar. Not sure where the logic is for a business to serve, but can't buy your own. Rant over. Would definitely stay there again friendly staff and fair price.
Upgraded hotel over the last 4 years. Had a pleasant conversation with the owner. Best coffee at a Best Western for quite some time. One thing I noted was a well kept parking lot. No butts, no trash. Breakfast was a little above normal for the free thing. Next door to Waffle House.
The front desk clerk, Amanda, was very nice, pleasant, and helpful, as always. We always stay at this hotel when staying in Conway and Amanda is one of the reasons for doing so. It also helps that the beds are VERY comfortable!
We have stayed here before. Pride of ownership. Good parking and spacious room! Comfy bed. Quiet location and I slept very well. Wall A/C worked well. We were there on a hot and muggy day. I would stay here again. Glad to have the Golden Coral next door. Got take out and enjoyed the food. Grateful.
Check in is great. the rooms are clean and nice. the breakfast is good. the check out was quick. the staff did everything they could to make you stay good. There are a lot of places to eat that you can walk to. It is close to the Interstate
Clean and affordable hotel with good breakfast and a great staff. The hotel does have the room entrances on the outside, but it was still very quiet and clean. Our door did have a gap, but it was still very safe--just a little light coming in. Wonderful breakfast and a very clean room. Right off the interstate, it was perfect for our one night stay!
I booked a room about 2 hrs before arriving, this place was very clean inside & out. The lady at the front desk was very nice, & extremely helpful. The room was prepared very well. The bed is very comfortable. I will definitely be back, & I highly recommend a stay here
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The person at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. I will continue to stay at this hotel when in town. Also, it is close to a mall with some major-named stores as well as being close to the Interstate. We also like the free wi-fi.
This motel is located right off the interstate this is a perfect choice when traveling farther north toward Missouri or west toward Oklahoma. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room had a king bed that I should have found out the name of the mattress, it was that good.
Had planned to just drive straight thru from Galveston to Rogersville. Too tired to go all the way. Conway was the happy cut off for the day. Very nice hotel and the employees are the best. Did appreciate the sign on the highway telling me that this exit i would find Best Western.
We stayed here overnight on a Saturday. Our room was very clean and renovated from the ceiling to the carpet. The bed was cozy. We paid $88 plus tax. This was one of the cleanest best westerns that we have ever stayed in. Would recommend anyone to stay here .
Very nice, clean, convenient and comfortable. The price was very affordable. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! The bed was very comfortable. The a/c was quite. The room was big enough for both of us.It is located right on I-40. This is where we will stay on our next visit to this area.
The staff was pleasant, funny and informative. The room was wonderfully clean and inviting with the bathroom in it's own little corridor off to the side of the room. There was a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. It was a wonderful change from our past two hotel stays on our roadtrip. Internet access was good, pool looked good but too tired to get there. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a great selection. I was satisfied with biscuits and gravy along with a fabulous waffle I made on the griddle provided. We'll be staying at Best Westerns all the way back from Oklahoma City to Tampa.
Stayed in a very recently updated king room; 1 king bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, very sleek bathroom. It was very clean and the bed felt brand new. Breakfast had hot items, and had a waffle maker. Good value for the price.
This facility has a Golden Corral on one side and Waffle House on the other, both a short walk away. It's right off Interstate 40. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Strongly recommend to all travelers.
Affordable place to stay, clean, serves a good breakfast and has a pool...the only thing I would have like to had was a washer/dryer area so we could have washed uniforms there. Besides that, it really is a good place to stay that won't bust the budget.
The place was clean, room was nice, bed was good, that's the most important thing for us, would stay again. pulling a trailer and needed easy parking access and a lighted parking lot. walking distance to many food options. made reservation online and that was easy. we are part of Best Western points club.
On the BW site, we reserved a 2 queen bed room for our family of 4. Unfortunately, when we arrived (after 10 p.m.), the front desk clerk informed us that we were actually getting 1 queen bed plus 1 sofa bed. When we asked for what we reserved, my husband was told that they have been trying to get "them" to fix the site, and that all the rooms for four were 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. I would have NEVER booked this motel, if I had known that we were only getting one actual bed. On the plus side, the room was in great condition, and the breakfast bar area was clean and the food was delicious. For us, the stay was a quick overnight stop on a road trip from the South to the West, so we stayed for a very minimum amount of time.
This stay was very enjoyable. The people are friendly and make me feel wanted. I had two dogs and the staff were very friendly towards them. The room was clean, the shower had good pressure and hot water! I was concern about my dogs making noise for other visitors, but the staff placed me in a room that was away from other visitors and we all had sleep! The area in which I parked was near my room, even though I had to park in two places due to pulling a trailer. The only thing I would recommend to the Best Western is to place a dog area in so I could walk them.
We stayed here a few days ago, and enjoyed our stay. We had a nice room and a very comfy bed. We are traveling from California to North Carolina, so a good nights rest is needed....and we got one. The breakfast they offer wasn't the greatest. Would definitely stay here again. Plus, it's a quick jump on the I-40. And there is also a Golden Corral adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel is very pleasant to stay in. It is quiet and peaceful allowing for a good nights rest. Beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are clean and amenities are in working order. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Air conditioning worked very well. As it was sweltering outside a poor a/c unit would have been terrible.
Had booked online but made an error, The nice lady Amanda checking in was exceptional in straighten out my mess on trying to do online. She sorted the issue and got us and excellent room on the lower level right outside. The bed was plush and the with many comfy pillows, the room was very clean and supper all around. Very nice fridge and flat screen tv along with coffee pot. There was plenty of towels and nice sink area. We were traveling on motorcycle and the area was very secure and no issue at all. The room we had was west facing so sleeping in is very good. Even though close to interstate the room was very quiet. A bonus is the golden corral right outside the door for eating.
I stayed at this hotel last year and it was great so didn't even consider staying at another hotel this year - in fact, we went out of our way to stay here. The morning desk clerk was outstanding on this trip. If I'm in the neighborhood in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.
Internet very important to me (business related} It was decent speed. Sorry, I did not do a speed test. Breakfast was average Best Western. No complaints Staff was helpful and friendly. I have no complaints except the TV channels had weird number selection.
First of all, we had a great stay. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed, (I have a lot of trouble with beds because of arthritis) and I slept great with no pain. Also, the next morning they had a great breakfast. But the best thing of all, they have an honest staff. My son left his backpack with an apple computer in the room. Over a week after the stay, he started looking for the computer and realized he left it at the motel. I called the Best Western and was told it was locked up. The next morning I called, and the computer and backpack were there. Management was glad to box it up and take it to UPS to send back to me. In my opinion, you will not find a better place to stay in Conway, AR.
We stayed three nights here and were pleasantly surprised. We normally go for indoor room entrance, but most BW do not have that. Our room was in the last building at the back on ground level. It was very quiet and had a corridor in front of the rooms so no cars were parked in front of our window. This made it even more quiet. The room was two queens with micro, frig, tv, wifi. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small table and two chairs, also a desk with chair. It was nice having a place to eat a snack. One negative was the bathroom. All the sink and tub etc. was updated and shiny clean, but the toliet seat they put on was a little smaller than the base. This made things a little chilly on the legs when seated. But we made it. And the shower curtain was a bit too long and dragged in the tub. It was very clean though. The water was hot and the drains were clear. At breakfast there were the typical items: sausage, egg patties, biscuits, cereals, instant oatmeal, fruit, juice, yogurt, bagels, waffle maker, pastries, and coffee etc. The management was very cordial and helpful. Our room was non-smoking. I heard a dog one morning, so I assume they have pet-friendly rooms also. Check in and out was quick and easy.
Room was nice, clean, comfortable. We were downstairs and could park right at our door, which is what I like. There was some noise from outside occasionally but not that loud. The free breakfast in the lobby was pretty good, it was a full breakfast and the coffee was great. There was also coffee in the room, it was fair. The room had a frig, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, desk with chair and stuffed chair with ottoman. Fair amount of room, had enough room. Had plenty of towels and pillows. Lady at the front desk was very nice. We stayed one night, King bed, smoking room. Room smelled good, it did not smell like smoke. Golden Corral right next door, parking lots were connected. The street out front was heavy traffic all day Sat. I would stay at this hotel again. I would recommend it!
I know that Best Western is trying to improve their image, and surprisingly this hotel is a great example of a job well done. We stopped here very late one night and was expecting just a so-so stay, but we're very happy about the room we got. The room had recently been redone (and if not, they're doing a fantastic upkeep job!). All new furniture, fixtures, paint and linens. The room was wonderful. Comfortable bed, good shower, exceptionally clean. Well worth a stop!
Excellent stay at a very good price. The Breakfast staff girl was FANTASTIC at serving everyone and keeping things stocked and the place clean. Food was quite good (although I hate their brand of milk gravy) and would prefer waffles over pancakes.
We had to stay at Best Western, Conway, Arkansas for 11 days while our RV was being locally repaired. What a great choice. The entire staff, housekeeping, desk clerks, general manager went out of their way to make our long stay pleasant. Breakfast was always hot and continually replenished. All through the day there was bottled water and fruit available. Our king bed and pillows were super comfortable - they don't use those heavy bedspreads that we know do not get washed between customers and I really like that. We would definitely stay here again.
Ladies we spoke with while making reservations and during check in were both very nice. BUT Hotel did not give us the discount we were told we could when making reservations. Pet friendly but yelled at us for having a small pet in the room. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Best Western. Morning shift counter person was very hateful and acted like he wish we would have never darkened his door. TV would only get one channel. Had to make it search for channels twice. This one should be call Worst Western.
It all starts with fantastic customer service. Great room at a great price makes it even better. Fresh, modern decor & everything absolutely spotless. We seek out motels like this with exterior entrance doors so we can park in front of the room for EZ in & out with luggage, laptop, cooler, etc. because loading everything onto an unwieldy cart & into an elevator, then down a long, carpeted hallway after a long day on the road is not fun, only to discover something important has been forgotten in your vehicle after you have taken a shower & changed into your pajamas. But I digress... Fridge/micro/free wifi with great signal. Triple sheets, lots of fat, fluffy pillows & super comfortable bed. ALWAYS our first choice in the area!
Standard Best Western. All the amenities. I still have one gripe in that they assume only one person is staying in the room. One regular coffee one decaf. Well, there were two of us. Alarm was not functioning when we got there. Biggest complaint. Room window wouldn't close.
Clean property, nice folks, however a small property, congested area surrounding the hotel. Traffic heavy and the noise level was high. Breakfast area was, as well, small, so I decided to walk over to a Waffle House. Many other motels in area to choose from, however, I am loyal to Best Western, regardless.
The rooms were clean and laid out great. The bed were firm yet comfortable, the pillows never collapsed, the heat/ac unit worked great. The lady that worked the breakfast buffet was really helpful. The man that checked us out on Sunday morning was really nice and made suggestions from the questions I had asked about the community. The price was about $10 cheaper than the Marriott, it was more like a down home feel. My kids slept great!
The stay was great. The internet was great. The rooms were clean and the clerk was great, helping with all my questions. I enjoyed the time spent there. The breakfast selections were also good. I would recommend anyone to stay for business or travel.
We came in without a reservation. Off Interstate 40. Easy to get to! We got a room on the first floor. We were surprised with the room. It was mostly updated and very clean. The only thing we were concerned with was that there was some mold around the caulking of the bathtub and the drop ceiling over the shower head. Internet was average. Breakfast was very good!
I have stayed here before and would go back again. Right off the highway and not all the traffic of Little Rock. Good Breakfast and staff. I really like the beds. Have not been disappointed at Best Western
We had been traveling for most of the day on Interstate 40. This hotel was right off the expressway. It was so QUIET though. The room was spotless and nice and cool. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
