This place is very nice and clean with great amenities and is close to great restaurants. Good, well lit parking and in a great neighborhood. Rahul the manager is super friendly and accommodating. He offered our family a group rate for the multiple rooms for an undetermined amount of time, he allowed us to hold our rooms from day to day while we were in town for an unexpected family emergency. We highly recommend you stay here, you won't be disappointed.

I THANK the kind and professional staff for an excellent stay. The receptionist was very caring and concerned about the reason for our stay in Little Rock. She wasn't meddling; only showing genuine care. The food, the layout, and cleanliness of the dining room was an 11 out of 10. The room and provisions were more than satisfactory. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone. Thank you for your "BEST" service.

The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. They are helpful with anything you need at the hotel as well as recommendations for restaurants, etc. in the area. Check-in and check-out is super easy. The hotel is in am excellent location, close to everything you need. You can quickly drive to stores, restaurants, medical appts,etc. The hotel is extremely clean with nice amenities. Breakfast is great! The room is clean, comfortable, and with nice sitting area. This is my favorite hotel in Little Rock.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were supposed to be in our room for 3 nights. Our room on the 2nd floor was right beside the stairwell, and since the Shackleford Best Western is located next to a Twin Peaks establishment, the noisy drunks banged up and down the stairwell all night. I understand that a hotel is not responsible for the behavior of it's guests, but the management definitely could have responded to our request for a new room for no extra cost. Instead they told us to rebook through Expedia for $20 extra a night. And I say 'bad form' Best Western management..

Comfy beds, clean, quiet and good breakfast! Peaceful stay. Enjoyed my time there. Beds were very comfortable and all things were in working order. I was able to park under a covered area while it was raining

There was a hole in the ceiling close to the corner over the heat and air unit. It looked like there had been a leak at some point that had dried leaving a stain and an L shaped hole. The hole had obviously been there for a while. The reception desk offered another room when I reported the hole. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed after a long, tiresome trip to LR when I saw it. I stayed in the room. Hinges on the bathroom door were very rusty. There were a lot of worn places in the room, although it seemed fairly clean. There was grunge in the well of the coffee maker water reservoir. Hotel needs repairs. Four good things: Staff was curtious and helpful. The bed was very comforable. Coffee in the breakfast room was really good! The hotel was right next door to the church where I was attending a funeral.

We have to come to Little Rock every 6 months. This makes the 3rd time we've stayed here. It's located in a very safe neighborhood, many restaurants and shopping nearby. We called ahead to book the room this time and requested a different side of the building away from the restaurant next door, and our wishes were honored. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions. This time around, Athena is the one who checked us in. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the front door and was helpful with all of our needs. The next time we come to Little Rock, we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean , very friendly ! Nicely decorated. . Reasonably priced. Would most definitely stay here again. Location was close to some shops and eating establishments. Most importantly close to the hospital we were visiting

Overall, great hotel! Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Minus 1 star for the water damage in the ceiling in one corner of the room and the overall sound in the room. I guess due to the hardwood floors and older building, you could hear every movement from the guests above. Not a total deal breaker, but not conducive to a solid night's sleep when trying to begin recovery from surgery.

Dirty, old furniture with cracks and scratches, thin towels and cheap toilet paper. Absolutely overpriced. Cabinets are open alone, like magic. Just a terrible place to stay. Worst Best Western I ever stayed. It's more like a Motel 6 or similar. Don't book a room...

It was very relaxing. Clean and quiet, great night of rest on our trip. My only suggestion would be better signage in locating the motel. We had a difficult time finding it. I would definitely recommend this motel to any one.

Clean and well appointed; apparently remodeled fairly recently. Nice breakfast. Convenient to places I needed. Price was reasonable for location and the facility. Staff was polite and helpful. Pretty good morning coffee.

I had a good night stay. Room had hardwood floors - nice and cool in room - AC quiet - lighting in bathroom was upgraded and super nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee at a BW Plus is always good and much better than a regular BW. The location was excellent. Nice little drive off the main strip with an excellent restaurant across the street - Tokyo House and a Mexican place down the same road - Maximo Cocina. The only real gripe was my room faced the side where the garbage truck would pick up those large bins around 5:45- 6:00 am and that was not pleasant. I would stay here again.

Terrible! Ants in the bed and on the floor The general manager was not available A worker said he could not locate him He asked if we wanted another room We said no we wanted our money back Since he could not ask the general manager He said to leave a bad review We left and went to the Hilton Garden

The most annoying thing about staying here was the check in process. I'm a frequent traveler at all chains and the reason I don't stay at BW's much is exactly my issue when I checked in. Mr. Bangladesh had the news from Dhaka blaring and zero recognition of BW rewards.
