Me pareció muy caro para lo que ofrecen, no hay valet, no hay servicio de limpieza, debes pedirlo con un dia de anticipación, es un hotel ya muy viejo con algunos espacios remodelados, tiene muy pocos enchufes para conectar tu cargador de cel, computadora etc, en general mal, no regresaría, por ese precio agarraría otros hoteles por la misma ubicación

Fantástico hotel, en el centro de Chicago, cerca de todo. La atención increíble, Alice nos atendió muy amablemente, hablamos muy poco Inglés y fue fantástica a pesar de que ella no habla español. La habitación espaciosa y comoda, se veía un poquito del lago Míchigan al final de la calle con esos enormes edificios, no tengo pegas con nada, lo recomiendo 100%

es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel en viaje de trabajo y definitivamente volveré. las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas; el wi-fi funciona muy bien. el personal del hotel es muy atento ante cualquier pregunta o solicitud. el gimnasio no es muy grande pero tiene equipos para todos los gustos.

Perfecto hotel con buen servicio, bien situado y con muchas comodidades. Baños algo antiguos pero muy limpios y con mucho espacio. Tranquilo y cómodo, ideal para moverte por la ciudad de Chicago. Está en un barrio lujoso.
