Stay was good up until the last day there. Had an issue brought it up to lady at the front desk, proceeded to get loud with me and blame me for the issue. Decided it wasn't worth arguing with her and just left.

My wife and I stayed one night and left because the outside staircase is unsafe. It's built well of concrete, but I Dan near killed myself using them. The first flight of stairs is easy with a 6” riser, but the second set after the landing is 10” and difficult to manage at my age with a cane. I've never seen two different heights of stairs before. As other reviewers have mentioned, the towels are tiny and rough. The bathroom light worked intermittently and we notified the staff, but nobody cared. What they did care about became really annoying as they badgered us for 30 minutes through numerous calls to sign the guest register. My wife had already signed it, but it turns out they gave us the wrong room and blamed us for it! They wanted us to initially swap rooms, but eventually settled on just signing a new room registration.

Late landing and needed a place to sleep prior to going south. Affordably priced hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast was of typical fare. Staff were friendly. Ample parking, walk in motel style hotel. Pool area outside looked nice but didn't lose. Centrally located and area seemed okay!

Attended a graduation at Hamilton High in Chandler and this could t have been more convenient. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was clean and updated with good wifi and clean comfortable beds. (didn't use TV). Nice breakfast with hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful staff! We had a comfortable stay here and the breakfast was great. This place is located at a convenient location. I would stay here again and again. My husband and I were very happy here!

This trip was an unplanned visit to the Phoenix area. The Motel was convenient to the areas we had to get to. We were pleased with getting a ground floor unit that was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had at least some Gluten Free options, since I am a diagnosed Celiac. As is usual we were welcomed as Rewards members.

Carpet is gross and old, needs to be updated. Bathrooms are incredibly small and rooms are huge. Bathrooms could be bad bigger. All around updates need to be made. Needs to be cleaned better. Lovely staff.

Kind of a cramped somewhat run down facility. Close to a noisy road, and next door to a fast food drive through lane. The front desk woman ws nice and I thought the biscuits and gravy was pretty good. this hotel was not my first choice, I got bumped from a different BW early the morning of our reservation.

I was impressed with how clean and tidy the hotel, pool area and parking lots were. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a convenience store. Housekeeping was very thorough.

If you are looking for a basic place to stay and a center to return to for sleep and a shower… this is it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Room seemed clean and it was decently quiet. The room was designed to enter from the outside of the building so that was convenient and there was more than enough parking near the room.

The grounds were immaculate and the room was nice and clean and well maintained. Everything worked well, including the TV (many, many channels to choose from) which was easy to use. WI-fi worked great too. We also liked the large, for a hotel, in room refrigerator. Microwave there too, but we didn't use that. Lots of restaurants and retail stores nearby. A very good stay and a great location on the main street of Chandler.

Eventhough it doesn't look like much from the outside, the stay was SUPER... Everything you need, and very clean. Beds comfy, we had no problems with noise, and the breakfast was the basic one you get at all BW's.... but I really appreciate it!! Also, if you have time to see Old Town, it's a must! Great Restaurants!!

The room was clean and there are plenty of restaurants and amenities close by. Located right off I-10 so easy access to which ever directions is your end destination. Chandler is located on the SW part of greater Phoenix.

We stayed in Chandler for the Thanksgiving holiday in 2021; we have family living nearby. This hotel was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be during those 4 days. We were able to check-in about an hour early with no trouble; staff is very accommodating. The hotel is an older building, but very well maintained and clean: I saw no trash or debris anywhere on the property. The landscaping is also neat and tidy. The breakfast in the mornings was presented well, and the food always freshly prepared. The cleaning staff did not interrupt us at any time, except on the day of Thanksgiving, when we stayed later in the room; they only took away used towels, and came back later when we had left. Even though it's located at a busy intersection, it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Restaurants are close-by. The beds were comfortable, the A/C quiet, the bathroom adequate, the TV well-functioning. We will stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. It was quiet, and we were able to enjoy being in the room and not be disturbed. The breakfast had a great selection, and it was a good meal to start the day with. It was an enjoyable stay.

Not the most fancy, but Best Western Inn Of Chandler was everything we needed for a three day visit to AZ. Good sleep, good breakfast, nice well lighted room. plenty of parking. Staff very helpful and friendly!

We will not stay at this location again. The odor of cigarette smoke the moment we opened the door was terrible and it was supposed to have been a non-smoking room - it did have a non smoking sign but clearly someone had smoked heavily in it. It was terrible!!! The spout in the tub was loose, the handle on the toilet was loose, the bulb in one of the bedside lamps was out, the message light on the phone was blinking when we came in - we tried retrieving the message but there was not one and it just kept blinking. We ended up putting a cloth over it so we wouldn't see it while sleeping. I have stayed in numerous Best Western hotels and this was by far the worse I've ever seen. Certainly not the standard we expected. We did not notify the office of anything as we were in town for a family situation that took precedence and we were not up to dealing with it or changing rooms. But very disappointed in the room.

The location of this hotel is it's primary advantage to us with family and work associates in the area. It is on key north south and east west access roads. The fact that it has exterior entry doors was a little concerning, but we found the room very comfortable at one of the hotter times of the year and the exterior door was not a problem for us.

In need of accommodations due to an unexpected emergency, I contacted Best Western, and they offered me the safe harbor I needed. Thank you to Justin, TJ. Harry and the incredible staff, including Carolina.

Hotel was fine and a good location for the area we were in. Seemed a little pricey, but must've been an event or something because all the other hotels were even more. Room was extra comfortable, but bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But was not the worst.

Very pleasant stay. All the basic amenities provided. Check in was not the greatest as lobby was closed at approximately 10:15PM and night desk clerk took a long time to answer the Phone. Other wise great stay. Found rooms to be very clean.

Not a bad place to stay, but also not great. Reasonable clean and staff was good. Pool area is small but adequate. the area is noisy at a major intersection and a McDonald's drive through right next to the motel.

The lobby was inviting and check in was easy. The room was nice and quiet. Doubtful very many people there when I stayed so I didn't have to worry about noise. Shower pressure was weak and adjusting the shower head did not help much.

I liked my stay here. The room was clean and we didn't have any problems checking in a bit earlier than expected. I will probably stay here again. Parking in front of the room on the ground level was really convenient as I have trouble walking far. Thank you to the friendly housekeeping who made sure the room was clean.

I paid less then $80 for one night for two queen beds. But the service was cold, and the ICE was not available. We had to be out early to get to the baseball field, so we could not enjoy the "Free" breakfast. The office was a ghost town when we left, so there was no one to help with breakfast or ice.

I love it! I have been staying there every weekend now for the past 5m and I'm happy. There very nice an let you enjoy yr stay. I would recommend! The rewards program is awesome I got my free night an only paid $33 for 2 nights!!

We were traveling for a family event & found the accomodations outstanding, for the price & location. Four adults slept comfortably in the two queen sized beds and the front desk was always available to assist with any requests.

Room was clean but was still being cleaned when we check-in. We had two rooms so we just moved into the cleaned room and waited. We only had to wait about 20 minutes and the maid was very nice about it. Check in/out was at the night window due to COVID but it was smooth. I was using points. On-line it said there would be pre-packaged breakfast instead of the normal breakfast due to COVID but the was no breakfast at all but that didn't really affect us.

The breakfast buffet is closed down due to COVID-19, but we are offering the pre-packaged breakfast in a grab and go bag. We're sorry that this wasn't offered to you at either check-in or check-out. We'll be sure to make sure that the front desk is reminded that guests should be informed of that when checking in.

We stayed here several years ago for Cactus League with the whole family. It was a good value then. Thankfully things haven't changed for the worse. The hotel still offers a hot breakfast with even more items than last time we were here. The rooms were upgraded since the last time we were here. We had to cut our trip short because of the unfortunate cancellation of spring training season due to the ongoing virus. I want to thank them for not charging us for the entire non-refundable 6 day trip we had booked.

Run down, area feels sketchy upon late check in, traveled with a friend, would recommend avoiding, cancelled our next two nights and will stay elsewhere. Someone needs to investigate the accuracy of the listing as portrayed.

Bethy, if the area inspired such thoughts that you decided that you would rather stay somewhere else even after spending one night and not reporting any specific incidents of danger or lack of security, then that is fine. I'm glad that you found a place that didn't make you feel uncomfortable or you didn't think was "run down". It seems that you based your entire perception of your stay with how you felt about the area or other things that were not related to "the listing" online. Did you believe the service you received was poor? Was the room exceptionally dirty or run down? Were there amenities in the room that were lacking or not in good condition? We have taken photos of the hotel back in November 2019, so I cannot imagine we have declined so significantly in less than one year that the listing online is vastly inaccurate.

We stayed for 5 nights , no issues even with the truck stop in area. Great rest ! Overlooked the fuel islands of truck stop and for most part very quite . great mountain scenery to look at (on back side of hotel) Front side faces I 10 and not even noise issue. great outdoor patio with BBQ. Although area could use some maintain and general cleaning.

Thank you for your review. However, we do believe this review is for another Best Western as we are not located near a truck stop or near the I-10. Nonetheless, we are glad that you had a good stay in the Phoenix area.

The picture shown on TA for this BW property must have been taken at its inception. It looks nothing like that now. We booked our room because other places were full due to a golf tournament. Our room was spartan and had illogical placement of light switches. It lacked bedside phone charging facilities too. That is inexcusable in 21st Century America. The breakfast was okay but not exceptional. We won't be going back.

Thank you for your review Allen. I don't know why you think the photos were taken at the hotel's inception when they were taken just a few months ago. I don't think I've ever heard a guest complain about illogical placement of light switches. That's a first. Most of the switches are near the entrance doors or at the light fixtures themselves. I wonder where you think light switches should be placed, but we would love to hear more about that. I hope you find another place that's more suitable to your needs. Thanks.

I loved it here. I'm super picky, and had no complaints. Breakfast was yummy and my room was very clean. They staff was very kind and the outside was very clean also. And I love this place is so close to my dad's house.

The person who handled the breakfast buffet in the morning was really nice. She made sure everything was well stocked and still found a way to answer phones. It's a small hotel but it offers good rooms and an great breakfast buffet like other Best Westerns I have stayed at. I will stay here again when I need to visit Chandler.

After driving a semi-truck for over 11 hours this was an awesome place to stop over before heading back on my journey the next morning. The clerk at check-in was quick but friendly. I appreciate the useful directions and area information. There was no truck parking however. I had to park in front of the hotel and it was really difficult as cars were entering and leaving the parking lot from the mcdonalds and hotel.

Large rooms, clean layout. The front desk was really warm and welcoming. This was also not a pet friendly Best Western which was good for me because of my allergies. I didn't have to deal with weird pet smells like some other hotels. Restaurants and bars are only a few minutes away.

I paid way too much for this hotel rooms per night should be 35 to 50 a night. My DND sign was ignored and there was a language barrier from housekeeping. The toilet paper was terrible and the towels seemed very old, thin and small.

There are not many, if any, hotels or motels in Chandler that have rates as low as you believe you should have been priced at based on your experience, but if that's the case we are sorry your expectations for price didn't match what we offered. The rate you received through the online travel agency is fairly typical of our standard rate through most of the year and we didn't receive suggestions that our rates should be changed by other guests around your date of stay, so it's surprising to hear that you felt you received such a high rate. We are sorry that you did not have a satisfactory stay with us. We use towels and toiletries that are standard across all Best Westerns, so we are sorry that was not to your liking. We use the same brand of hotel specified toiletries, towels, and bed sheets that other Best Westerns use. It's surprising that you felt that our towels seemed old, as Best Western instituted a change recently, so most of our towels in stock were purchased in 2019. If you find that the quality of products used at our Best Western was not good, then you are more than welcome to express your concerns to Best Western directly as the hotels themselves cannot use different products for certain guest room amenities. All Best Western branded hotels have to follow brand policies. We take guest feedback very seriously and we use it to make whatever improvements we can. However, your complaint about the type of toiletry and towels used are not the choice of the individual hotels. If there were any issues with housekeeping and communication problems, the front desk would have been willing to help you with that, but I'm sorry that you were disturbed by the maid. The maid should not have bothered you when you had the do not disturb sign on your door. I will try and see what caused the maid to do housekeeping when your sign was on display. The maids do not have a reason to enter the room if the sign is on the door, unless the sign has fallen off or the guest has informed the front desk that they would still like the scheduled housekeeping. It's possible there was some simple misunderstanding on the maid's end, but that should still not happen. We appreciate your feedback. All of us here, are very sorry to hear about your recent experience.

What a great find. The owner/manager is very nice and helpful. The room was nice: shower had great water pressure, toiletries were of good quality and housekeeping services was spot on. The best thing was the breakfast! I've traveled internationally and domestically for decades and I have to say that the breakfast here is the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen! Bacon, eggs and sausage, along with gravy for bisquits, all kinds of bread, plus bisquits and English muffins,cereals, juices and even fresh made to order waffles! I looked forward to the breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this property, and I will be back the next tiime in Chandler. Thank you for a great stay!

When I knew I was going to be in the Phoenix area, I wanted a location that was central to lots of things (like Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix) but with a good economical advantage - I found this place! Very colorful, the property is clean and quiet even though its off a main street. Just minutes from several shopping centers, and 10 minutes from Mesa (with more shops, restaurants and more!), this place was ideal for me. The room was big, clean, spacious and well decorated. I had a micro and fridge, too, so late night snacks were taken care of for me. The pool and jacuzzi are most inviting on a warm day - or evening - and the lobby is welcoming and adjacent to the dining area for morning breakfast (hot and cold items for you). Overall, a great stay - will be back in Phoenix area in Spring and hope to stay here again!

I was here in Gilbert to visit my mother and her partner. I needed to place to stay last minute as I decided it would be more comfortable for me to stay at a hotel. This Best Western was located just two miles away from my mother's home and it was perfect for my needs. I stayed for two nights and had breakfast both days. It was good enough for being free. It was nice to have hot food like sausage and eggs. The eggs didn't taste like rubber which was awesome. But the sausage and bacon were really greasy and needed to be properly cooked beforehand. I would consider staying here again.

We were in Chandler for the evening to view a concert at the Performing Arts Center. The hotel is about mile from the center. This Best Western is nothing fancy but had good comfortable beds, individual room AC and clean bathroom. On the Northside of hotel about 100 feet is a McDonalds. Was nice after the concert to park car in front of room and walk next door to get a snack. Hotel offered breakfast and we had coffee and some rolls & fruit before our departure.

This BW is a nice property. It is clean and smells good when you walk in. That is a testiment to how the whole property looks too. Clean, rooms have fridge and microwave. Great breaksfast options, something for everyone. I travel with my own pillows but they had a varitey. Will be staying again whenn in the area.

I stayed overnight to attend a church conference in Gilbert, and the Best Western worked very well. They had a GREAT breakfast buffet and were close to restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet and well appointed.

I stayed here for the past three days and was not informed I was going to be without running water for several hours. I was their for work and returned after a long hot day to try and shower and there was no water. Also was charged three different prices after I was told It would be the same price for those days and found out on my statement I was charged more. Trying to get some kind of compensation for all the inconvenience I asked for a double bed to accommodate my family who is coming to visit I was told that's not an option I would have to rent another room at regular price. Will check out tomorrow and highly recommend not to stay here.

We explained to you the communication issues we had with the construction workers doing bathroom renovations at the property and offered a discount for the trouble. We stayed here during a family reunion at a nearby recreation center. The price was reasonable and the location was perfect for us. We booked here and were pleasantly surprised. We didn't spend much time in the room but it was clean, comfortable, and the A/C worked well. That's all we were looking for then we got a great breakfast too, which really sealed the deal. We have family here and will be sure to stay here again.

We drove in from Ventura, California to attend a funeral for our nephew near Phoenix, Arizona. The manager, Harry, made us feel welcome and made our stay hassle-free, which was great after a 7 hour road trip. He made the purpose of our trip a lot easier to deal with. The hotel was located near our venue in downtown Chandler. The only negative of the location was that it wasn't closer to downtown. It would have been nice to have establishments within walking discount for eating or sight seeing.

Pricey PLUS deposit, nice very nice room, comfortable bed, only stayed 5 hours however. Would have liked to have gotten my money's worth. That's basically my only complaint and soggy food, the rest was pretty good. Thank you!

Although I have often stayed at a BW in Tempe, this was the first time I have stayed in BW in Chandler and I was pleasantly surprised. I was in Chandler for a conference and opted to stay here instead of where the conference was because the rate at BW was better and event location waas only 5 minutes away. Although it is a small BW with outside entrance to rooms, it was pretty quiet with few guests which was nice because the dining room is tiny and can't accommodate too many people. Although hotel is located near two main roads, we were in a room in the back and it was quiet. The pool is a little close to a road, but still nice for a quick dip plus the jacuzzi is an added plus. Unlike my experience at the other BW I had no trouble connecting with wi-fi here and overall just found it a relaxing experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and overall location was great, It was within walking distance to anything I needed. The breakfast spread was better than most hotels I have stayed in this year. I would recommend staying here.

We were attending a conference at the Crown Plaza Resort and booked our room there. It was so unpleasant though. ( They are suppose to do a renovation this summer so I'm sure it will improve) We drove over to the Best Western nearby and even though it is a basic hotel, the experience was SO much better. We parked right next to our room with a beautiful flowering oleander tree overhead. Clean up to date room, wonderful staff, quiet, convenient. Elsa made sure we received a great price and we checked in right away. For 4 days we saved hundreds on the cost. When people asked if we were staying at the resort, we said "No, we upgraded. We're now at the Best Western."

Our King room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable ; heard that the rooms have recently been refurbished. There was the usual choice of breakfast items, even Soy milk, which is not often found. The hot breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. Good choice of breads, muffins etc, and the fresh apples and bananas not bruised. We were in breakfast room when breakfast ended, and the staff were there washing and cleaning everything - absolutely spotless. Plenty of parking. This is an older building in that the rooms are accessible from outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel on the corner of very busy roads - would recommend a room at the back furthest from traffic.

I was a little nervous after booking because the price was so much lower than other hotels. Once we arrived, we found an exceptionally clean and well run establishment. The room was spotless every day when we returned from outings. A malfunctioning toaster in the breakfast area was replaced the next day and the breakfast area was always spotless. Plenty of parking (free), pool & hot tub area were clean (NO DAILY RESORT FEE!) WiFi worked (free) and close proximity to all kinds of eateries. This was a good find for affordability. They offer a discount for military veterans too.

I had a good time at this Best Western. The rooms looked recently remodeled. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The property is showing it's age on the outside and needs some updating on that end. You also have to enter from the exterior which was a minor concern for me. Otherwise, a very clean and comfortable hotel.

This was my third time staying here. It was just as good as the first two times. Friendly front desk man at check in, clean room, and good breakfast. My only complaint is that the ice machine is inside the lobby and there aren't any other machines, so it's annoying having to walk from one side all the way to the front. The doors were closed when I went to get ice around midnight and I had to call up the clerk, who looked tired and put off. Not really going to complain about that considering it's a late night shift. I would recommend this place. I wish it was closer to Downtown, but I have taken the bus from the bus stop near the Best Western and it was less than five minutes.

All good! Well run operation! Breakfast was available early in the morning and provided coffee, juice, milk and everything else that provides for a full breakfast. Management was very helpful and the grounds well kept. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The mini-refrigerator came in veryhandy as well. Location close to down town came in handy as our event was downtown Chandler.

The stay started off poorly. The lobby is locked at night so you have to check in through an exterior window. I had to pick up a phone to contact someone to come to the window then pass all information and forms back and forth. Not sure if it was for security but if so why wouldn't you employ a security guard so your customers aren't vulnerable. Went down for breakfast the following day but the lobby was still locked and it was after the posted start time. I had to go back to the phone by the small window to get someone to let me in. The walls were thin, you could hear the TV in the room behind the bed. The walls around the shower were starting to crumble away. This has not been how the other Best Westerns have been that I have stayed at.

It is for the particular reasons that occurred at this establishment that when I travel I typically try to stay with friends or drive straight through to my destination. I was in town for a wedding and because I could not get off work I had to drive through the night and in to the morning to get in to town on time. My boyfriend and I wanted to stay somewhere close so we chose here. We arrived for check in around 4:30am on Saturday, November 18th so I can imagine most people on a graveyard shift are a little tired or somewhat grouchy. That's okay, I've done graves before, I understand. However, the attendant at the window was so completely rude, disinterested and so detached from giving good customer service that my boyfriend just wanted to get the room and get out of there. We were charged 120 dollars for check out on Monday morning which was understandable for the whole day and checkout in the morning, or so I thought. On the confirmation it showed that we checked in on the 17th of November!! Which was why we received a wake up call to check out the same day (the late morning of the 18th - 11am). When my boyfriend tried to explain the situation and communicate what date we actually wanted to check out on the lady said that it would cost an additional 130 dollars! So my boyfriend then asked “so we paid 120 dollars to sleep for 6 hours?” Which she then responded with “that's correct.” When I heard this I wanted to leave, she called back to offer a different room at a lower rate but I was livid and did not want to stay in that building any longer. All in all, I am never going to be staying at a best western ever again. If you find yourself traveling avoid this company like the plague. Worst hotel experience ever!

Hello emilioe35, I would like to apologize for your experience. I want to explain the situation a bit further. When checking in very early in the morning that is considered a check-in for the previous day. There is a reason why many hotels have a specified time for check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 3 PM. We often allow guests to check in early around noon, but we do not accept check-ins in the early morning as a stay for the remaining day and next morning. Those guests have to check-out the same morning. Our check in time is 3 PM and you arrived at 4:30 AM. That is a 10 and a half hour difference. We have many guests who are late night check-ins that leave at check-out time. I'm not familiar with many hotels that allow someone to check in over ten hours before the day's official check-in time and allow those guests to stay until the next morning. I'm very sorry this wasn't conveyed to you by the night shift clerk. I will look into your booking and do my best to make this up to you. I understand your frustration. Great stay, but bed a little hard and small toilet. Good price and close to everything. I will stay there again, but will ask for a comforter to lay on to make the bed softer and ask to be on the side away from McDonald's.

Best Western in our first go to hotel. The hotels are always clean and the staff very friendly. Again we have used this chain across the US and always found them economical and well priced. Consistent service and a friendly staff always.

I found myse.lf heading to Gilbert unexpectedly. I looked for a nearby Best Western. This one seemed to fit my needs best. I enjoyed the King bed and jet tub. I also had some good conversation with another guest about 1/3 of the way back toward office

Stayed at this hotel on a last minute trip to Chandler due to family emergency. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pleasant. AC worked well, important consideration with temperatures 110 and above during the day and getting not much below 90s at night! Breakfast was normal BW type. Not crowded.

I stayed here on my way home from NEw Mexico. I enjoyed a relaxing nights sleep in air conditioned comfort. I will stay here on future trips. Great staff with friendly attitude and helpful suggestions.

Great value hidden by the neighborhood which is nice on one block then sketchy the next. I know we would definitely stay here again. Staff is friendly, professional, and willing to help. Motel rates during spring training are extremely high. Theirs are extremely reasonable. Great staff, Internet , and cable tv.it is in an odd location off from most expressway. Also on the same street in the Chandler , a real dump with a bad reputation.for the most part this is a great hotel.

Needed a hotel near Phoenix, but next day heading for Tuscon. Prices in Phoenix were high, I felt. Booked this hotel in chandler. We arrived on the late side, and were greeted by a wonderful staff. Everything was great. The breakfast, the beds, etc. Best Westerns have really improved!

Staff was helpful and nice. Good location and room was clean. Make sure you specify smoking or non. Didn't realize you could still smoke in hotel rooms. Front desk got us switched quickly to a non smoking room. AC blew "cool" at best, smoke alarm started chirping at 5 AM.

I'd like to apologize that you weren't informed about the room type being smoking or non-smoking. We often get accidental smoking room bookings, when guests actually wanted a non-smoking room, largely because most guests don't expect hotels to still have smoking rooms. If that were the case, I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. We are removing smoking rooms from our inventory later this year, so we shouldn't have issues like this for much longer. We're also sorry about the smoke alarm being an issue. I hope that was resolved and you weren't disturbed for the rest of the day. We hope that you will give us another chance.

The front staff were great on both departure and arrival. Housekeeping is great. It is handy to leaving town and shopping. Biggest shock is that I was on the second floor and had to lug my suitcase up the stairs. Breakfast was good. Then I had to lug my suitcase back down the stairs!

We completely understand your surprise and disappointment in finding out that we don't have an elevator. It is a concern for many guests as it is a bit difficult to carry large amounts of suitcases up a flight of stairs. If you ever book with us again, don't hesitate to let us know that you would like a first floor room. Due to a room scheduling conflict, I found myself traveling to Chandler without a place to stay, less than 3 weeks before a big event. The plans were originally made in November. Of course everything was either booked solid or sky high. I searched and found this hotel. The pictures on the internet looked good & the price was very affordable. This is a chain I don't use so I was very skeptical. However, upon my arrival I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was of a nice size, clean & no funky smells. Plus there was a refrigerator & microwave! The hotel offers free breakfast, which also was very surprising.....almost everything you could think of was presented. The staff were very accommodating when extra towels were requested & a late check checkout as we were doing a half marathon, which ended around the normal checkout times. I would surely stay here again....within walking distance to a market, Walgreen's, Fast Food & only 1 mile from Downtown Chandler. This experience completely alters my perception with this chain. Money well spent. Oh & the have a private pool too!

My husband and I stayed in a 1 king room for 1 night on Christmas Eve because it was close to family. I prefer a very soft bed and found the bed to be too firm for me to sleep on, but my husband was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, wall-mounted hair dryer, iron & ironing board. It wasn't anything fancy but it suited our needs for the night. Breakfast area is compact but well-furnished with cereals, yogurts, breads & pastries, bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee, juices, milk and a do-it-yourself waffle iron. The hotel is right next to a McDonald's. Two stories, no elevator, exterior corridors.

While visiting family in Chandler, AZ. I needed a hotel for 4 nights. I like BW so I chose this one. It was also the only hotel in the area under $100.00 per night. I was very pleased with the service, the room cleanliness and comfort and most of all, the kitchen. This was the cleanest and best managed kitchen I have seen on my travels. When breakfast was over I saw all the staff thoroughly cleaning equipment and cabinets. I was very impressed.

Clean place to stay. I thought that this BW was the cleanest one I have been to in the past year. The staff were on top of all matters of concern. Breakfast was excellent very good. The rooms were serviced in good time. Great staff.

This hotel is pretty good. It is right next to McDonalds so late night cravings for food are easy to take care of. I felt like I wasn't in the best part of town but I also felt safe in this hotel. Definitely not a place if you are looking for a high end ritzy location but a great place to lay down your head for the night.

This property is a good stopover while I was on a business trip. I would say don't be fooled by the looks. Its a little older property but the staff is professional and helpful. The bed is comfy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will stay again when in the area.

this hotel is small and needs upgrade but very convenient to stores, eateries, freeway access. staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs, I have gone there about 5 times this year and have not been disappointed.

The Best Western Inn of Chandler has a friendly, responsive staff and reasonable rates. Very clean, good amenities, decent enough hot breakfast. Only drawback is exterior doors, but locks are secure. Walgreens, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Burger King all easy walk. Chandler has a good bus system too. Only about a mile from good restaurants downtown as well. Give it a try if you're staying in Chandler.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. They offer express checkout. Overall, a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The room was kept clean. Their complimentary breakfast was good. The establishment was very accommodating with helping me transport my medical equipment. This motel was conveniently located to the place I needed to go.

We had a family crisis of sorts when my sister in law . who already suffered from Dementia then had a stroke. the family gathered when she was transferred to a Hospice facility in Chandler, After spending the first night sleeping in our vehicle in the Hospice parking lot, the Best Western Inn in East Chandler was so wonderful! We got a good shower, acceptable wifi speeds, a comfortable bed, with a good night of sleep, and the complimentary breakfast was not too bad, even if the coffee was a little light. No big deal, as we later supplemented the first round wake up with a stop at a nearby Starbucks. Yes, I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to others who need a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced option in Chandler, Arizona!

Stayed at this hotel many times.. Like it for the location. The location for me is great. It is right next to a McDonalds at a busy intersection. It's great if you want something to eat real quick. The down side is it is very busy. The rooms are nice, but the internet can be hard to get into, but after trying about 6 times it finally let me in with no problems after that. In the winter months the prices go WAY up because the spring training for the baseball teams starts and getting a hotel is almost impossible.. If you stay in the summer it is way cheaper... They do not have a lounge or room service..... BUT most hotels in the area don't

The Best Western in Chandler was in a great location. The pool, room, and breakfast were better than average. Our stay was very pleasant. It was also a goof place to sightsee in Sedona and Grand Canyon.

This motel appeared to have been recently refurbished. The room we had was larger than normal with table, desk, refrigerator, microwave. The flat screen TV worked great with a nice selection of channels to watch. The Wi-Fi seemed to be faster than most motels I have stayed in.

not my first stay at this location, time for upgrade.room is small , bathroom is cramped . i reserved a standard King bed room !,room is not sized for the furniture that is in it. if two are at the sank one will need to stand in the closet .

Reasonable value for money but not up to the usual standard of a Best Western property. Room was adequate and clean but breakfast was disappointing. Food was of a low standard and didn't seem fresh. Check-in was impersonal and sleep was disturbed all night by the noise of a TV in the next room, pointing to thin walls.

Great location to get around the area. Stayed 3 nites. Easy access to highways.Very clean with nice big rooms with fridge and microwave. Regular free breakfast. It was fine nothing special. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again, greed of the almighty dollar reared its ugly head as the management jacked up their rates because of an "event" in a nearby town, the NCAA tournament, even though it was over the day before. They raised their rates by over 50%. That's sad for those of us that have to travel for a living as we try to be loyal to BW but only get screwed by local "events" and/or holiday rates.

The room was nice, the location was good and close to the venue I was attending. McDonalds is right next door and CVS is across the street. They do serve breakfast in the lobby. I was there for a Dixieland Festival, so it was a fun activity and the motel was only blocks away, which was very convenient. Close to Freeways, shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast little dry but many good quality products, appearance of Teleboy checking out was not very professional. Use of the Internet complementary was convenient. The overall rating of the unit was average .

This was a short trip from Hereford, , AZ to Winslow, AZ to Sedona to Phoenix with my sister from MN who had not seen the meteor crater and red rock of Sedona. Nice stay in Phoenix as always. I love this hotel on Ray road and Arizona .

Needed a place to stay during a quick trip to Chandler. Overall this was a very good experience. That said - The rate was reasonable given the condition of the rooms and the location. If you like McDonald's then you are in luck - it's next door. The rooms are getting a bit dated but were clean and as well maintained as possible. The breakfast was more than reasonable with the staff keeping the food fresh and hot. They were able to give us both an early check in and late check out - we were there seeing family so this helped keep our trip on course. The pool was clean, ready, and unfortunately unused as we ran out of time. Will Stay Again if we need a place in central Chandler.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff was friendly and professional. We chose this hotel as it was close to family and centrally located to the area we were visiting. There is a McDonald's right next door and plenty of other restaurants nearby. Located on a major street made getting places very convenient. The "seating area" for the breakfast buffet was small but it would be hard to enlarge it considering the building itself. We had a good visit and would return to this hotel.

Great looking place to stay with McD's right next to it. I asked for an early check-in and got my room. Spacious room with a king size bed. Very, very clean and price was reasonable. The Main Lobby was locked when I checked out at 4:30 AM. I was expecting a long wait when I picked up the phone on the outside ring up a receptionist and she responded in a timely manner. I was a little concerned being outside that early in the morning but it was well lit and the rapid response made things all okay.

I hate not being able to understand the clerk.........I am a member of BW Rewards, usually gets an upgrade, but here a bottle of water and some cookies. Decent area of town, but only food near by is Micky D's. Room was large but needs some upgrading, floor in bath is damaged and shower curtain is "just" too short. I should have known better, there is a newer, cheaper BW very close by.

Although location is on the main street the area is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The Hotel close to freeway for easy access on and off. there are many retail stores close by such as groceries, pharmacy, retail. only a 2 miles from downtown nightlife and restaurants. nice place to stay for business or pleasure.

I have stayed in many BW properties and this one was one of the best. Very friendly staff, seemed happy to have me as a guest. Seemed to go out of their way to make any request happen. Free cold water at check in, what a plus. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had all the extras expected. I would definitely stay again.

I have to say that the Chandler Best Western was very clean and the staff very attentive. We came to Chandler from Florida when my son passed away to bring him home to Virginia. The manager was very kind to us during those 2 days. Not only was our room very clean and well stocked, I felt very safe there. I saw the manager on multiple occasions walking around the property. When we left and went to the airport, I realized that I had left my IPad in the room. They went down to my room and did a thorough search and found it wedged between the bed and wall. They easily could have kept it, but called me to let me know it was found and held it for my son's girlfriend to pick up. I can't thank their honesty enough.

There was construction going on and we were first directed to a floor where we couldn't even get off the elevator because of construction debris. They moved us to a new room and that worked out fine. The pool was also closed, but they gave us the option of using another property four miles away- not a good solution. If I had chosen the hotel for the pool and had younger kids I would have been angry. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was good, the location had lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of discounts available. We used a senior discount and had a handicapped room.

After 7 hours of driving we arrived at this BW just before 3pm to find that our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes past the advertised 3pm check-in. We were not offered a different room. Once we did get our room, the door handle was extremely hard to operate just to open the door. Once inside the décor, sheets and bed were about 5-10 years behind other BWs. The bed sheets were a faded white/yellow. The pool was clean however you must go to the lobby to get pool towels. You must then return them to the lobby as there is no where to place these towels. Additionally, the lobby is locked for the evening and does not open until breakfast. You cannot get coffee or use the business center until the lobby is unlocked for breakfast. Speaking of "business center"...it is a desk next to the front desk with a computer and printer--calling it a "center" Is misleading. Bottom line stay in Tempe. The hotels in Tempe are way better and about the same price

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The people were nice. There were no issues with using our $25 BW coupon. The breakfast was fine. There were eggs, waffles, several options of cereal. Our room was clean. Good shower. We had no noise issues. It was a quiet nights sleep.

This was a good place to stay... I can't say great, but it was good. Pros: - Clean room - Spacious room - Comfortable bed and pillows - Free breakfast buffet - Good overall value Cons: - Seemingly disinterested check-in staff - Had to go to front desk window for ice - Near busy intersection - Breakfast was pretty basic This is probably a pretty good choice for a family. Worth considering.

I stayed here for a wedding in the area. The majority of the guests stayed at the San Marcos Resort which was out of my price range. The Best Western was rated higher according to the Google reviews, had a more affordable hotel rate, and was still very close to downtown Chandler. I was very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of my room, and I found it much more spacious than my friend's at the San Marcos Hotel. We both had single king bedrooms.

need some new towels, they were hard, dingy, rough and old.They were awful. In close vicinity of restaurants and shopping by car. Room was newly renovated but they desperately need to invest in some new towels ASAP. Need longer drapes when air conditioner was on it was blowing the drapes up and open.

My hotel stay was excellent. I slept like a baby. No noise or distractions. The breakfast was very good! Hot food was served and was well prepared. The parking area was well lit and easy to get to even from the second floor. Lots of stores nearby for any last minute items needed.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the small side but were nice and comfortable. Would definitely be returning to this hotel on our next visit. Pool and spa were very nice ,rates were not bad for the area.

We were in Phoenix during Spring Training. Needless to say, there were not many hotels, motels available at a decent price during this time. This hotel fit the bill, price was right, location very good for what we needed, staff accommodating, helpful. Amenities good. I could not honestly rate the breakfast, as I am very picky, with dietary restrictions, however, they had fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, good coffee, etc. For sure I would stay here again. Clean rooms, good, caring staff, convenient.

I was in the Phoenix area to visit folks who were in town for spring training baseball. Most of the hotels in Tempe and environs had jacked up their prices IMHO substantially, so I was looking for something a little more reasonable. This BW fit the bill. Clean and comfortable, the breakfast was enough for me. Too bad it isn't just a teeny bit closer to the old downtown of Chandler but c'est la vie.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast marginal. About a mile from Downtown Chandler. Was not a bad walk in the afternoon. Take a cab in the evening, do not recommend walking in the evening hours.

We were very pleased with this hotel and felt that it represented an excellent value. It was much less expensive than many hotels just 10 miles further north in the heart of the Phoenix area. Since we were traveling to Tucson the next day, it was on the right side of town to avoid the morning traffic jam in Phoenix. There is shopping conveniently located at the same intersection, as well as fast food and sit-down restaurants.

I chose this hotel for the proximity to freeways and accessibility to the places we planned to go. On our arrival, we drove by it completely missing the sign because it is so small and low. We found ourselves doing this twice more during our stay. Our room was clean and the king bed was comfortable but it was nothing special and felt overpriced to us. The pool and hot tub area was small.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. On busy North Arizona Avenue near a large shopping mall. Located beside a McDonald's restaurant, but it is not a problem Grounds and room are all well maintained. Otdoor pool is not heated. Hot tub. Internet connection was good. Office has an automatic coffee machine. Breakfast was surpisingly good.

We have stayed here twice this month. Food is great, staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. That was the highlights of our trip. We've stayed at the same hotel several times we love staying here.Highly recommended for both business and family.

I have been visiting this particular Best Western property for a little over a year now. I have always been satisfied with the level of service received and you certainly cannot beat the location close to downtown Chandler, shopping and restaurants. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

This hotel is fairly decent for the price and is located close to many restaurants and shopping. We were attending the Lost Dutchman Invitational swim meet at Chandler High School so this hotel fit the bill. The front desk staff was very accommodating by starting the breakfast early so our swimmers could eat and make their morning warm-ups! The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit small and there's no door for the sink and vanity so if you turn the light on, it lights up the whole room. There's a McDonalds next door, a Walgreens across the street and other nice shopping centers within a few miles. Overall not a bad hotel to stay at in Chandler.

This hotel, though not new, is very well kept up. The bed is very comfortable and the property is clean and well kept. The location is good. I needed to be in Apache Junction early Saturday morning. I was only a 30 minute drive away. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The breakfast was nutrisious and hot. There was a variety of food that would please anyone.

When we checked in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean and well decorated. wifi was readily available which made it easy to do computer work. Several restaurants in the near vicinity.

We took a night here going cross country on I 10. Our original reservation had to be cancelled , so we had to book on short notice. No problem. The room was lightly more than expected, but was spacious enough. Chandler is a big town, so good eats are plentiful and nearby. Hotel staff were helpful in booking and service. Because we drove 1900 miles in four days, we were tired to say the least. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed our stay and got ready for the drive to LA the next day.

We used the king suite room that had a sofa bed. Most sofa beds are double but to our surprise, the sofa bed in this room was a twin! We weren't too happy about that so this is a heads up if you're looking for an extra double bed sleeper sofa. (Room 122) We heard a little traffic around 7am. The rooms was clean and spacious. We thought the variety of the breakfast was nice. It had oatmeal, French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.

The Best Western Hotel in Chandler is an older hotel but has large quiet comfortable rooms and soft comfortable beds providing a restful night sleep. The breakfast area could have been a little more spacious to accommodate all the guests; I had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The breakfasts were fine, just enough to get you going, choices included: dry cereal, eggs, waffles, beacon, sausage and oatmeal. Service was friendly and the room rates were a great value. The location isn't in the best in the area but seemed safe.

I like BW hotels. They're clean, comfortable, and since they must meet a standard, uniform in their services and amenities. The Best Western Inn of Chandler is good option for the business or pleasure traveler. Located in an area of Chandler with a strong latino influence, the Food City supermarket sells groceries and goods aimed at that demographic and linguistic group. The hotel is located within walking distance of a McDonald's, a Burger King, and a Pizza Hut, so if you don't want to get back in your car and drive to a restaurant, you have some convenient options. The room that I had was very clean and comfortable. The bed was supportive without being hard and the pillows still had lots of good support and comfort in them. The heater, which I ran to warm up the room, was quiet, and even though the hotel is located at the intersection of 2 major streets, I didn't hear any traffic from my room when my door was closed. I felt safe too. The breakfast options were not too varied, but adequate and one could find some healthy options if you're watching what you eat. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rate that I paid for my stay was inflated, but that was due to the Phoenix Open going on while I was there on business, so I'm rating the value too high, but that's not the hotel's fault entirely. Overall, a very good place to stay near downtown Chandler.

We stayed here for one night and the room was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a 'Jet Tub', this is NOT a Jacuzzi, but a wide tub with jets of water. The morning breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast good not bad.

Good hotel for a "home base" stay for multiple nights. Value is good and the finer details appear all in order. Service was attentive. A few off things that come to mind is the possible elevated area noise level on the north side of the building. The room carpets appeared to have maybe above average wear.

The Best Western in Chandler is a great place to stay if you are in the Chandler area! The staff was so helpful and all the amenities were spectacular! Quiet location and easy access to all the major freeways. We will be back!

Staff went above and beyond during our stay. The breakfast was very good with hot items as well as fruit Danish yogurt, etc. I accidentally left my phone charger in the room and realized it the next day after checking out. I returned to the hotel and staff searched for it and did find it still in the room! I would stay here again.

Location was easy to find. Clean rooms, area and lobby. Bed is comfortable. Wait staff was accommodating, always making sure that if we needed anything they would supply. Many lights within the room, so you were able to do things without being dark.

Perfectly clean, comfortable, convenient - and not so busy we couldn't get in. Breakfast was hot, with varied options, and serviced by very hospitable hosts. The owner took personal pride in providing clean and efficient service. We really appreciated her friendly and warm attitude. tim

It was my second stay, the first was in 2010 and I was surprised to see that everything has not been changed! This place has been well maintained! I have liked this place the first time and I have still been liking it. Food, cleanliness and service are great! I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been frequenting Best Western for many years now, but I have never stayed at this particular location before. The service was excellent and the location was ideal. Very close to downtown Chandler and plenty of restaurants close by. I will definitely be returning to this Best Western of Chandler again soon.

We stayed here briefly while in town for the night. It's pretty average, but was well-priced and suited our needs. It's right next door to a McDonald's, so you can walk over if you want. We did not eat breakfast here (seriously, head down the road a couple of blocks to the Hoosier Cafe--you won't regret it), but checked out the offerings--again, pretty standard, but the area for dining is very small. It was clean and well-priced, and in a good location, which is what we wanted for this occasion.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Inn of Chandler while have some specialty work done to my car. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rates for a clean, safe Chandler inn were very reasonable at ~$85 per night. The room and grounds were clean. It seemed as though there was always someone sweeping or tidying things up. My room, 121, was ground floor, and perfect for parking a special car or motorcycle right by your window/door. The room was larger than most sub-$100 inns, the TV and remote worked flawlessly and the fridge was super-cold and roomy! Hot water was instant and water pressure was good. My king-size bed was very comfy, as were the 4 pillows and sheets. Most importantly, the air conditioner was perfect. No waiting for the room to cool down with this unit. Also, the large, glass window actually opens wide! Breakfast was good! The usual cereals and such accompanied bacon, eggs and sausage. There is a small pool and I did not note a workout room. I'd stay here again, for sure!

we went to the city or phoenix,Arizona for a business trip .we have used this motel before ,we liked it just fine . i will continue my business with them as i travel. , I have an adjustable sleep by number bed at home , it would be good if i could have one at the motel.

Excellent customer service provided by hotel staff; check-in and check-out process very easy; associates were very helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable, my sincere compliments to all staff members; and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone especially those flying out of Sky Harbor airport .

This hotel is always a comfortable place to stay. Great customer service and ammenities. The price is always good and not only is it well built, but the quality is great too. Nothing cheap. For everything I get, as in quality of comfort and peace of mind, I won't stay anywhere else.

Great little place. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Only problem I had was the bed was really firm. We are use to a pillow top mattress but, it didn't effect our stay. McDonald's next door. WiFi was fine during the day. A little slow at night! Shopping within walking and quick driving. I would stay again.

Good value. Only issue would be that the bed wasn't as comfortable as other Best Western's beds. However the service was excellent and the room came with a fridge and microwave. The location was very convenient to downtown Chandler as well as restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed this particular location, easy to find, convenient to shopping. The breakfast area was adequate and the food was constantly resupplied by courteous staff. The room was clean down to the most hidden corners. Believe me, I checked. And the landscaping? I particularly enjoyed the beautiful southwestern landscaping.
