Best Western Plus Augusta North Inn & Suites

The front desk put us in a room of the first floor though I had already requested a room in high level away from the elevator. The room card did not work and we were unable to enter. Workers were drilling concrete floor making vibrating noise. After reporting the front desk they moved us to the 6th floor room. A cleaner was vacuuming carpet. We had to wait. After we got into the room, we found there was someone else's leftover in the fridge. I went downstairs and tried to get some water. The front desk receptionists said water was used up and only two tiny bottles left. It was 10 o'clock at night and we tried getting back to the sixth floor. The elevator could not be used. We had to take the stairs. The room faces the highway. We were awakened at dawn by the outside highway traffic. We had very bad experience with this hotel. How terrible this hotel is!

Nice stay, and Deborah in the breakfast area makes sure everything is so fresh and ready, keeping the area tidy. We are repeat customers, so this is just to be thorough. The room could have used a thorough edge vacuuming, and the sink drained a little slowly, and the tv didn't work well, but overall we like this place.

Was charged too many times for a pet fee. Old outdated room. Curtain tore off track. Dirty couch with stains. Dirty coffee table. Only one wash cloth in room. I asked for a bath towel and a hair dryer. They told me they would charge for a cleaning fee. Was charged more than what was posted online.

Breakfast great, The rest was mediocre. Cheerful, do little staff. They need more supervision and to be held accountable for their time. When 55 rooms empty that day and only two workers are there to do them up for other guests there is a problem! I did see improvement outdoors as the weather turned to spring.. Liked the spring flowers and the freshening up around the pool. Good potential.

Not what I am use to for a best western plus. Seemed like someone was using the room before we came , not what I expected. Would not have expected that . Both beds were halfway off of the stands that they were on if we hadn't noticed it could have hurt us.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile, the staff were very professional and helpful. Wonderful to interact with. The maintenance in the room was terrible. There was stuff that was broken that there was no effort to fix it or correct it by the maintenance staff.

I booked the room through the main Best Western using a $50 Gift Card and after checking in I noticed I did not receive the credit. I also tried to use a $50 Travel Card and did not receive credit for that as well. When trying to resolve this at the front desk and after checking out I told them I still see it as a charge and not a credit. They told me not to worry and it would be resolved after checkout. I never received my total of $100 credit and after contacting Best Western customer support and I was told the balance was $0 for both of them. This was the 2nd time staying at this location and they had trouble using my Travel Card the first time back in Dec 2022.

We arrive late and were happy to have the room waiting for us. However the bathroom wasn't very clean. We were to tired to switch rooms and dealt with it. Recommend checking out the bathroom for cleanliness before settling in.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was served by a very nice lady, and was very good. Batteries went out on smoke dector and began beeping at 1am. It took a couple of hours to resolve, and i could not go back to sleep. Made my long drive, the next day exhausting.

I wanted to like this hotel, as the staff were so friendly and it has so much potential. However, the room was disgusting. There were big crumbs all over the countertops and in the floor. Human hair was all in the sink and tub. It was gagging. It made me wonder if the sheets and towels were even washed. What makes it worse, is that numerous others have referred to the “hair” in other reviews and nothing apparently has been done about it. Please beware!

Stopped for a quick, one night stay while traveling across multiple states. First room given was bad, dirty carpets, toilet paper left inside the toilet, the smell inside the room was very, very bad. TV was turned on and no remote in site upon entering the room. The smell was coming from the ac unit that was turned on. You could tell the filter was old and smelled of mold and mildew. I sat in the room for about an hour and tried my best to ignore the smell, but after my head started hurting, I decided to call the front desk clerk and request a new room. They were very helpful but the new room also had a smell, not as bad and it was cleaner, so I decided to stay. The bathroom plumbing needs repair as the tub did not drain well at all. While taking a shower I was standing in about a foot of still water as it would not drain properly while in use. These issues made for an unpleasant stay. During my return drive home, I did not return to this hotel and I will not in the future.

gave use rooms where beds were not made and trash full and no clean towels etc... switched it for us but no one came to make our rooms for 3 days and we had to check out early but they still charged us for all the days and manager never came on phone or contacted us to resolve.

We stopped here while traveling home. The staff is wonderful all were attentive and willing to assist to meet needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Love the couch sitting area in the room. The breakfast was great eggs sausage waffles ect. The young woman taking care of the buffet was making sure everything stayed stocked and cleaned after people went through and wiped tables down when you left.

Sleep deprived since the AC was loud and louder when it recycled. The room smelled like wet dog. I was here for a funeral and it was really bad that I had no sleep the night before the funeral. The room was clean enough. Pool was GREEN the second day so the time I needed to swim most I was unable to with a green pool. The swivel chair was broken, one of the rollers cracked off.

My husband and I cannot say enough about our stay at the Best Western Plus. Jasmine at the front desk was so welcoming and such a fresh breath of air. Greeted us and made us feel at home. We paid the $25 pet fee to bring our yellow lab. And we were beyond happy with our stay. The housekeeping staff was smiling and sweet. Would stay here again in a second.

They put me in a second floor room so if there was an emergency I would be stuck bc I'm wheelchair bound. No button to open room door, standing water in roll in shower, they stopped the elevator for 20 min to clean and I was stuck.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The overnight woman is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Internet was good. Did not really have alot of channels but i plugged in my fire stick. Did not really have anything to complain about. Stay there weekly for a week.

I liked everything it was all good. The workers was all nice. The windows was very nice and clean. The Room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. I stayed at Hotel Before for Soar Youth Rally.

Perhaps the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The shower would not drain on the first day. Moved to another room and it had mold. The front desk agent agreed to come and clean the mold from the bathroom. The next day I went out for an event, but returned to find a roach crawled my across the duvet cover on my bed. I won't ever book with Best Westwrn Plus again!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean with new towels. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. My only concern was that the room had a pet order. I asked the front desk for room deodorizer spay and they happily obliged. Lesson learned. You have to remember to ask for a non smoking and non pet friendly room upon making the reservation. I was told they typically put guests with pets on the first and second floor - my room was on the first floor. With that said, I would definitely stay here again. It was a nice hotel with friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk staff.

Beware! Be sure to ask where the room is located before checking in. If it is located near the elevator it will be the noisiest room. The sound went nearly all night and after a long day of driving it was a terrible nights sleep. The rooms are also not very clean. I guess you get what you pay for but the front desk staff should warn guests about the elevator noise before check in. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Thank goodness it was only for a night.

Hotel and staff totally great. One thing we did want was the pool which wasnt working. Thee staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good but in the south did not have grits and only grape jam.

After an exhausting 12 hour drive, I checked in only to find a bathroom sink covered in hair and clearly had not been cleaned at all. The mattress pad did not appear to be clean, the carpet is filthy and made my grandchild's white socks black on the bottom, the walls are thin, the noise from the interstate at night is too loud if you are like me and have trouble sleeping. The front desk attendant had on jeans and T shirt with nothing of any kind to indicate she was an employee and seemed very overwhelmed and although she was pleasant, not very informative or helpful. The bed was comfortable, the space was adequate, the price is reasonable. I didn't report the sink, just cleaned it myself but, it should never have happened at all.

After an 8 hour trip to the location. The check in process took over 30 minutes. Employee was rude , overcharged, and had to speak with two different managers and the head manager for the location told the front desk to just try one more time to overcharge me while she was in front of me on the phone with him. I absolutely will never return to this place as it is clear that the do not treat customers with respect. I will now be watching my credit card for additional charges as I would not put it past the company to illegally charge my card.

We left this hotel about 6 months ago and said we would not return. Staff was terrible! Due to the cheap rate we got we gave it another chance and we're very surprised. They have a whole new staff and this stay was great!

I stayed in the Fall 2021 for work and I had booked ahead of time as I had stayed at the property before when it was ECCO suites (which was great). The day of arrival, BEFORE I even checked in, my bank account was charged for the full 3 weeks I had booked. Even though it was a Pending charge, it still took it out of my bank balance so I literally had a few dollars left in my bank account to last me another 2 weeks until I got paid again... I stayed in the same room as previous trip, except on a different floor. Water pressure was terrible, when I mentioned it to the guy at the desk they brushed it off saying it was because I was on a higher floor. There was only 1 dresser/desk and it only had 3 drawers. this is not enough space for someone who travels extended times for work to put clothing, etc. After 1 week I left and went somewhere else.. will never be back

The service here was top notch! Even though we had a slight issue with the bathroom the Manager took care of the issue immediately! Everyone at the desk greeted you with a smile and was eager to help! The breakfast was hot and fresh. Not something that spent time in a microwave! I will be back.

The room was very clean and service was exceptional. The only thing was the room could use is more lighting. It just seemed dark around the kitchen area. The location of this hotel to excellent restaurants is well located. Location allows easy access in and out of Augusta. Overall a very good experience.

I was overcharged by over $100 and then charged daily for the deposit so I needed to use a different card to pay to extend one day and was not helped even though it was staffs fault. Phone was broken and never repaired

We showed up without a reservation. The gentleman working the front desk gentleman was very pleasant and accommodating! He went above and beyond. Our room was missing the ice bucket, and he filled and brought one to our room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

We took a short trip to Augusta, GA and having stayed at this hotel before, we chose to stay there again. It is clean and attractive, pet friendly, has a free breakfast in the mornings, has a front desk manned 24 hours, a workout room, and so much more. It is also quiet! Good for sleeping late.

Upon arrival, we found out the one of the elevators was out of service, the gym was out of service. When we went to swim we found out the pool closed before the posted time. And breakfast, if you arrive 15 min before they stop serving at 9am you won't eat because they will not put out any more food. The cable in our room did not work and the carpet in front of the bathroom was wet.

Everything was great. Would differently stay again. Everyone was great with all the kids that were there for the games. Close to a lot of restaurants, gas station, etc. They have a nice pool & gym. Pets are also allowed.

Room was very comfortable and roomy, only thing is that bathroom is a little sparse on counter space, none to set your toiletries. But other than that, had a good stay and the breakfast was very good. Staff was okay and helpful. I would stay here again

Front Desk Customer Facing Manager not friendly or accommodating! Room issues with lighting issues and didn't do anything to correct or move to another room. Put in reservations to be near the rest of my party and was like 18 rooms away! Manager had little or no personality! Others were calling her Ms.Personalality! Pool was closed including area to sit around the pool.

The stay at Best Western was great the room was spacious, bathroom clean, bed was great as well. Stag was very nice and approachable, amenities were great as well. We had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend others to stay as well. We will be coming back very soon. Thanks!

Mold in the window seal, no stopper in tub couldn't take a bath, elevator horrible sound and drop, 6th floor smell like weed for the entire 2 night stay. Our room smell like old moldy. When we checked in the lady at the front desk, she was Caucasian after I ask did they have a room close together or on the same floor she had a attitude right off. I told her we had 2 families together and I know it wasn't guaranteed it if she could. I let her knew we had kids which my step daughter and grandkids are 16, 15, and 14., she immediately said just let them know (with her attitude voice) 9 o'clock is quiet time no running and loud noise.. I told her I didn't know what type of kids she was use to but these are straight A quiet kids and I don't play that. But when the group of Caucasian kids checked in right before us she didn't say a word with all the noise they were making.. Sounds a little prejudge to me.. But the nice African American lady who checked us out when i addressed the situation to her was very nice and very apologetic. So to say if I wanted to stay at a no smoking hotel it should be.. Time you step off the elevator you smelled Marijuana. So this is why this hotel get a 1

We had a group rate/discount which was NOT honored at check in. GM refused to honor the rate. My reservation email did not say my rate was subject to change. I have 3 small children. The difference I had to pay was their dinner money. The bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. Overall, worst hotel experience!

We were in town for my grandson's surgery so it was an extended stay. We made the right choice with this particular Best Western location. The amenities were great and the staff very kind and accommodating whenever we had a need. It's very decent for the price and we will definitely stay again if we're in the area again. Thanks!

First impression wasn't good since the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Why do all the pre check in crap if she still has to do everything all over again? The room smelled bad and there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The sheets had stains in them and the internet did not work. I would not suggest staying here.

We were in town for a funeral. Everyone at this hotel made us feel comfortable. Very friendly staff. Hotel very clean and exceeded my expectations. Also allowing pets is a plus. As me and husband like our small Chihuahua to go every where with us. Thank you all for making this difficult time very pleasurable.

We rented a "pet friendly" suite. . . yuck! Walking out to pet area, poop on the sidewalk. . . .poop all over the place. . .junk and trash all over. TV in the "suite" was so cheap (maybe $99.-) the sound was tinny, the "guide" non existent. The room lacked amenities. . .poor quality coffee service, poor quality bathroom amenities. . .not a pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast over at 9:00am the day after the Super Bowl. . . . seriously? And the room was DARK. . . very poor lighting

Best westerns are my favorite hotels to stay at because they're always clean and have suites available for a reasonable price compared to hiltons and Marriott's. The kitchenette was fully stocked and functional and the space in the room in general was fantastic. Definitely plan on staying at best westerns for any future trips.

The Best Western Plus on Clauseen road in Augusta, Ga, far exceeds the name/collection of the Best Western brand. I have visited many other locations across the South East from premier brands to signature collection this is by far the best, most affordable out of the bunch.

Great hotel!. Rooms were always clean, comfortable and quiet, travel nurse rate was reasonable, staff were professional and friendly and location was perfect! I will definitely visit again and it's cool that I can apply points towards next stay!

Great place to stay for a night or two. Ultra comfortable beds and great amenities. Internet works very well and fast, parking is plentiful and staff are very courteous and professional. Definitely a place worth considering for your hotel needs.

I had stayed here before when it was ECCO suites, and I never had any issues then... Boy was I in for a surprise! As Best Western Plus, i was set to stay for 3 weeks for work, working night shift 6 days /week, and set to PAY BY THE WEEK. As i drove in and parked, I found I had a pending charge for the ENTIRE 3 WEEK TRIP at check in, and it was held for 7days! Was told it was their policy and that it would fall off in a week and it would charge for the past week..this limited my available money immensely! Lack of clothes storage for more than a couple days, only a small desk with just TWO drawers..and approx 5 Hangers in the closet. Not enough storage space for an extended stay, had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcases. Staff was rarely seen at the desk on my way to/from work, they were either out of view completely or on their phones in the eating area. Breakfast was hot, but limited. Only had eggs/omelets with peppers in them, and waffles/sausage for the hot meal.. I cant eat peppers so was never able to eat the eggs. The waffles were premade by the staff so after sitting in the warmer were soft and soggy. Bathroom in the corner suite was extremely TINY! The door opens in and there is less than 5-6" clearance from door to the toilet, and everything is so close together in the bathroom.. Poor water drainage/toilet flush (it was explained/gave excuse that it was due to being on top floor). Bed was HORRIBLE! Like sleeping on concrete, had to add a mattress topper so I could actually sleep and not hurt. The room itself was pretty visually, with the color scheme, but disappointed in everything else.. Left after the first week due to found another place that had a bigger bathroom, bigger tub, dresser AND armoire with several drawers, and it was cheaper/night! Unless something changes WILL NOT BE BACK in the future! If u are only looking to stay a few days it won't be that bad, but if u need a place for more than a few days, look somewhere else!

The full hot breakfast was nice considering most hotels are just doing grab and go bags. Our room was pretty nice but the lighting was terrible. Definitely needs more/better lighting. Also could've been a little cleaner as I found hair in the bathroom, that definitely wasn't mine. But all in all a pretty spacious room and comfortable bed.

The Best Western Plus in Augusta has all the usual great features of Best Westerns. I know and trust this hotel chain. The check in was fast. The front desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good.

I booked based on others reviews. The sheets had dog hair (I'm assuming) and when we flipped a pillow over there was obvious blood. We called the front desk for new sheets and we had to go down Stairs to get them because they were “too busy”. When we took the sheets off the bed there was an obvious blood stain (fresh) on the bed pad. There was a dog poop spot next to the bed that I cleaned because I was grossed out. We had our old dog and two toddlers with us and I was completely grossed out. The girl at the front desk put us in a different room next door. It still had some hair on the sheets and and some random ants but it was way better than the first room. If I had the option of another hotel we would have left. We were already there and it was getting late so we stayed.

I came here for a show that I needed to attend. The hotel was very nice and up to date. Room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Loved the fact pets were allowed. Will be back !

We arrived in a torrential summer rainstorm and found ample parking near the entry to the hotel. This hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Our room on the top floor exceeded our expectations, with the bedding, pillows and design features all superior to other BW properties we have visited. The hotel was fully booked for a weeks long basketball tournament, but the staff assured that all guest needs were met. As a frequent traveler, I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Augusta. We plan to return to this hotel again, whenever traveling nearby.

The sunfilled lobby, professional staff, updated & clean room, and convenience to Downtown Augusta made this the perfect choice after a long COVID hiatus. Pleasurable breakfast experience with a nice variety. Well-lit parking lot, quick check-in & check-out, and extremely friendly staff.

Please read this entire review before you decide. Stayed at this BWPlus, 1062 Claussen Rd. Augusta, GA for 3 nights over Memorial Day 2021. 5 people in our room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. NEVER changed sheets or linens. NO SERVICE. Manager used COVID excuse. Stated they only do that every 3 days. I had to grab towels of service cart just to get fresh ones. I left dirty towels in hall to get them picked up. Was double charged for room. Booked and prepaid through Priceline, weeks earlier. On 2nd day they charged my account for pet fee, which I validated. However, charged my debit card for 3 nights room charges. So I paid DOUBLE. Then once I got home charged me for a 4th day. Wrong, I left @ 5AM after 3 nights to drive home. Gross incompetence, PERIOD! Still working to clear up erroneous charges. Warning. I'm 71 yrs. old. I stayed at more than 100 hotels worldwide during my career at Ford and GM. NEVER had any experience this bad. Trust me, I had some pretty bad ones in Europe back in the 1980's, however overall, nothing like this. I will NEVER, stay or even consider Best Western again!

The rooms are above average size. Some rooms offer a sleeper sofa in a separate sitting area and mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator. They have resumed the hot breakfast in additional to the continental. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will fix any issue you may have with a room.

This is a wonderful quite, relaxing, great people. The hotel is very clean, with a great atmosphere. I'm very glad that Best Western bought this hotel as it gives the city another place to stay with excellent amenities and wonderful workers

It really was disposable and I would never stay there again I felt like even though we are in a pandemic that their house keeping should have been better at their job and that they should have done a better job and management should oversea these rooms so that they do t have these problems again

My stay at best western was great I love there rooms and service, wouldn't want to stay any where else.I been staying there every since last year,they never let me down.I would tell anybody if you looking for a great hotel Best Western is the place. The service is Wonderful and quick.

Not a bad option for the price. Comfortable and convenient large fridge are the pluses. Loudest rattling AC ever but consistently so and do we slept fine. Especially slight breakfast even compared to to two BW plus we stayed at a few weeks ago. Who eats a plain oatmeal packet with no toppings? Fun night by the baseball stadium made it all worthwhile

This hotel could be a lot better with some attention. I liked some things, but there were lots of little problems. The girl who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly. Although she had a mask on, it was down around her chin, where it doesn't do any good. My room was very clean. The hotel is situated along an interstate highway so even though my room was all the way in the back I could still hear a constant flow of trucks. Inside the hotel I did not hear any noise from other guests. There is a laundry room but one of the two dryers was out of order and the room was like a steam bath which tells me that the working dryer wasn't vented properly to the outside. Having a dryer overheat isn't a good thing. There was one of those combined heating air conditioning units built into the wall of my room, and even if you press the off button the fan continues to run. The only way to turn the thing off was to unplug it from the wall. The room was quite dim at night as they have very few lamps and tiny energy saving bulbs. It was impossible to work at the desk that night so the next morning I called the front desk and asked them to bring me a desk lamp like the one that is in the pictures on their website. Within an hour an employee brought me one of those desk lamps which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was good for Covid times. Although not a hot breakfast it was still nice to have something to munch on. There is a coffee maker in the room as well as a refrigerator freezer and microwave oven. The bed was quite comfortable and had high quality sheets and pillows. Their website describes this as a suite but the addition of a dividing wall does not turn a hotel room into a suite. Nevertheless it was nice having the sofa and coffee table to sit at. The bathroom is quite nice especially with the quartz counters and the polished chrome faucets. The room's window can be opened about 4 inches which lets a little bit of fresh air into the room. There is a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall at an angle that it can be seen from the bed or from the sofa. The screen is hideously bright so combining that with the dim lighting in the room can lead to eye strain. They apparently have disabled the possibility to reduce the brightness using the remote control so you have to live with it the way it is. Another problem with this TV is that when you advance channels they don't go in numerical order from 1 to 100. For example if you're on channel 27 and press the up button it goes to channel 37 and then to 11. There is no printed or on-screen guide of channels. When I checked out of my room on the fourth day there were three or four maids in the hallway just outside my room, every one of them with their mask on their chin; not covering their nose and mouth. When I checked in and checked out the employees at the front desk were doing the same. Not very reassuring considering the pandemic we're currently in. I liked the fitness center because it had a range of equipment including weights and a cable station. Air filter in the AC unit needed to be cleaned when I was there. It wasn't a horrible stay at all, but because of all the little problems, I can't rate it above an average.

This property is also known as "ECCO Suites by Best Western", but the room we got was not a suite. Two queen beds, yes, but definitely not a suite. My son and I actually laughed in the elevator about the hotel's posted signs. Pool? No, it is empty/closed. Business Center? No, it has been replaced by vending machines. Ice Machines? There are two, but one of them never worked. We stayed for six nights and our room was only cleaned on the third day. My requests to get the room cleaned on the fifth and sixth days were simply ignored by staff. This hotel is not cleaning rooms every day due COVID-19 but I was told we could request room cleaning each day at check-in. A very big reason for selecting this particular hotel was the current gift card promotion being offered by Best Western (buy $ 100 gift card and get a $ 20 Bonus card free). So the good news was that my $ 720 hotel bill got effectively discounted to $ 600, but we also traveled with a dog. The bad news is that hotel staff have never been trained to process these BW gift cards or how they are supposed to work. For example, I was told my gift cards could not be used to pay for the dog fees. I was told my gift card had to be used "completely" or not at all (i.e. use a $ 100 gift card to pay a $ 70 hotel bill and the remaining balance on the gift card gets forfeited). Finally (and most upsetting), I was planning on a very easy/smooth check-out on 11/17/2020 and then I am stunned to find out that $ 600 of my gift cards had simply been "removed" by unidentified staff without explanation. Unfortunately, it took a very long time to get that problem resolved. I did complain to the Best Western corporate office a week ago and never got a response from anyone. Based on my personal experience, it just seems like nobody cares.

My stay was great overall the only things slightly off was the television because the channels were basic and the remote control was a bit funny and the bathroom was very nice and clean but vent made a funny sound.Overall I enjoyed my stay the staff was very nice and helpful and I enjoyed the suite so much it fit me and 6 other friends perfectly will be retuning in the future.

I gave 4 stars because even the most expensive hotel has something to work on....but let me tell you all something.. this hotel has the potential to remain augusta's GA. best kept secret. if you decide to stay here and you are a local DO NOT come and mess this hotel up you are being ignorant and stupid to do so. The prices are of a low quality hotel which is a compliment and the hotel is the quality of any hamptons. The staff are so awesome, the decor and smell of each room yes the smell of the rooms is of good quality and all equipment works and if it dont they will fix it quick and wont give you attitude.... DONT you come here and mess this hotel up travelors or local augustians.. go stay at the dirty weed smelling sleep inn or suburban dirty hotel chains if you want a sub par weed and room smelly hotel. Come here be mature, be polite, dont smoke in the hotel, keep the elevators clean and stay humbled.. this is the BEST hotel on this road and within 75 mile radius for the price and quality. I am still here but when i leave i will be writing a positive review on the staff as well. i warn you DO NOT come and mess up this good thing you have augusta. go to the sleep in for a ratchet dirty life style and loud bumping music if thats how you like your life because this hotel is not the one ...stay away i hate how we always mess up a great thing ... this hotel staff, building, looks, decor and rooms are ALL quality STAY AWAY if you like messing things up in life. The staff is friendly & location accesible to restaurants. Rooms comfortable. BUT.... Construction is LOUD & drilling at all times (including Sunday morning) makes it VERY hard to rest after working all day or during a day off. Channel line up missing key channels like ESPN. Weekends have multiple loud occupants at night. Some questionable people looming around parking lot in the evenings. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying here.

My disappointment comes from several areas of concern. Biggest problem was that no breakfast was put out. We arrived a little after 8:25 am and there was only yogurt, juice and coffee. Then our room was missing the TV remote and it took two contacts to finally get one. The room was comfortable, the bed was great. Room was spacious. The staff was ftiendly

This property used to be clean, friendly, and full of amenities. I spent months at this property a couple years ago and this was the opposite experience from the past. The Staff is still friendly, but everything else has changed for the worst. There was large construction material outside blocking the sidewalk into the lobby causing me to pick up my suitcase and walk it through mulch to enter. There were additional mounds of materials around the front entrance and throughout the lobby. The HOT breakfast was maybe the hot water for plain oatmeal "flavored" packets. I try to start the day eating healthy but there was grab and go pre packaged muffins or fruit bars; not items I would want to eat to begin my day. If I was prepared for this kind of breakfast then it would not be a big deal, but the advertising states HOT BREAKFAST. The elevators were in terrible condition - only ONE worked as the second one was under repair. The floor was broken and the walls/ceiling were damaged. The one elevator was often in use or full of workers/Guests, so I often used the stairs to my 6th floor room. I needed to do laundry and the Staff told me it was $.75 per load... it was $2.50 for the one working machine and $2.50 for the one dryer. The television didn't have a guide to the channels and seemed not to work properly. The front desk located a tv guide and made me a copy, but not all the channels worked. When I returned to the room each evening the tv was on with a static noise that I could hear from the hallway. I left the do not disturb sign out each day and reported this to the front desk; it may have been a remote from another room? When I left, there was a roach on the wall so I ended up bringing my items home but right to the laundry and kept the suitcase in the garage to spray and avoid bringing any of these into the house (just incase one came home with me). This property used to be wonderful. This experience was terrible and I stayed the week due to my memories of how it used to be and because I was working long hours without time to locate a different place to stay

Stayed here for 3 weeks while I was doing business in Augusta and it was very pleasant stay but what stood out to me was their customer service, Especially from my man Chederick! He's always goin out of his way to make a guests day and while I was there I never saw the man take a break! Needs a promotion ASAP!!

Ok, so this is my family's GO TO HOTEL. Most websites still list it as a ECCO HOTEL, but name is now BEST WESTERN PLUS. Big difference. Firstly , I would have liked to have known this before booking on line ( still listed as Ecco Hotel ). Pricing is still the same as Ecco Hotel, but I definitely get a feeling of this hotel not meeting the BEAUTIFUL STANDARDS it once held before. It's looking a little shabby in addition to being in the process of renovating. I was very disappointed. Definitely will no longer be my family's GO TO HOTEL.

Excellent all around! We were told the hotel was undergoing renovations when we made our appointment. At first we were hesitant but decided to go ahead. I am so glad we did! In spite of work crews bustling around, our floor was quiet and uninterrupted. Our super clean room was a corner suite with a view of a woods. About the staff, they left us very impressed! Everyone was friendly and cheerful. If we needed anything they were ready to help. In fact we were greatly impressed with one employee, Chaderick Eubanks. When getting ready to check out we needed a luggage cart. None were in the lobby. Chaderick searched floor by floor to find one for us and delivered it to our room. No where have we ever received such service. Best Western is truly the best!!

Last night I went into the hotel after requesting a New room and being told by leslie that I would get a newly renovated room I was offered a old room. I was getting ready to leave but Justina stepped right up and helped me she assisted me with a newly reno aged room that my family and I enjoyed. Great job stepping up and helping us out. She has the best vibe she made us feel like family and I appreciate that as it is a rare trait. Keep up that and we will forever be customers!!!

Spacious very clean room with comfortable King bed and many amenities: TV, microwave, coffee maker and a full size fridge/freezer. The only negative is the bathtub/shower should have a safety vertical grab bar especially for seniors.

Knowing that this hotel was in renovation mode I had an idea of what to expect. Staff and service were excellent with a good breakfast to start the day. Had a large area to walk out dog which was great. Our room had not been renovated and you could tell it was needed but it worked just great for us. Bed was comfortable and that was most important to us. No noise from construction. Our room had no smells which was had to believe due to it's age. I will plan my next stay in Augusta at Ecco Suites. Can''t wait to see the project finished. Excellent location!

Checked out Friday February 21st the front desk agent Kris smelled like weed I couldn't even enjoy the coffee and I wouldn't dare sit to eat and have to smell that the bed was hard as well other than that nuce hotel for price

We stayed here numerous times for our "hurrication" when we had to evacuate Charleston, SC. The staff is amazing although new ownership has changed their flexibility for customers who evacuate. That was disappointing.

This property is already nice and every room is a suite. But is undergoing a full renovation. (noisy at times but can't be helped) Can't wait to see the end result! I did see some of the new furniture and looking forward to when it is complete. I have stayed at this property when in Augusta for many years. It just keeps getting better. Staff is awesome also!

I chose ECCO Suites Augusta for a business trip. I was extremely pleased with my stay here. The only issue that I had here was that they were doing some renovations, so amenities, such as the guest laundry, was not available. However, the room was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. It was so much larger than I thought it would be and was extremely comfortable. I felt safe in this location and was very pleased with my stay. I less than 2 miles from shopping and restaurants and about ten minutes away from the medical district. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay - especially if it is for an extended stay!

We needed to be in Augusta for an appointment and decided to spend the night even though we don't live that far away. The Ecco Suites was a really good choice. The location is very good and the our room was really comfortable. The hotel is renovating but the noise wasn't bad. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and would be great for a long-term stay. Breakfast was good and the breakfast hostess, Deborah, was fantastic. She was always smiling and friendly and made sure everyone had what they needed. She's quite an asset to the hotel. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly and efficient so we had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice King room with a small fridge and sectional sofa. The temperature was just right and the bed very comfortable. The room and facility was very clean and breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly and professional. I would stay here again if I pass through Augusta again. The hotel itself was not very far from a road with lots of restaurants and movie theater nearby.

The staff was generally amazing. Kayla, Kimberly, Chris and Chedrick were always kind and helpful. I did have an issue with one person at the front desk who I felt was disrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up reporting this issue, and felt I was not taken seriously. Also the hotel was going through renovations, which lasted all day into the night 7 days a week. Noise, and water shut offs were inconvenient.

Ms KAYLA did an awesome job with the reservation issues we had . She kept us calm and also did a great job explaining what the issue and solution would be. Kayla had a Great Attitude and even better Customer service. I felt right at home from the time I walked in. I would definitely recommend this location to my business partners. Coming back soon!!!

Kayla, Kenneth, and Chederick were some of the most friendly, accommodating, and truly engaging staff I've ever encountered. Breakfast area, however, is too small for the size of the hotel. Corner sweet was a little dated in the bathroom and lack of lighting in the room was a little odd. I would, however, stay here again without hesitation,.

My family chose this hotel bcuz of the location and appearance online. Needless to say the receptionist fail to inform us there will be construction early morning; so no rest for us. I asked the front desk for ANY suggestions, she just plainly said there's nothing she could do... no refund,or discount, not even a suggestion to move on a different floor. She was just rude, which forced my family to indulge in early morning activities verses relaxing.

The staff has been amazing. Kayla has been so helpful to us in finding a place to buy. She went above and beyond what could ever be expected. Our room has always been very clean and we love the fact that we were able to just relax after traveling and long days at work. Thanks to everyone for making that possible! God bless you all! Shout out to all the wonderful staff at Ecco Suites! They have a friendly and accomodating staff like Kayla (best server too!), Kimberly, Charmaine, Leslie, Sabrina, Kiki, Ms. Joyce, Chedrick, Mr./Mrs. Estes. The property is always clean (and doesn't smell bad at all!), bright lights all around, friendly police dept. to patrol frequently, pet friendly, and great business center. It is the best hotel with large suites. Anytime you visit, they are always friendly and will always treat you right.

The staff at Ecco Suites are so amazing. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance all made sure are stay was perfect despite noisy renovation work. Charlene at the front desk and the maintenance guy, I believe his name was Chadwick, made sure are stay was extra special. Our kitty escaped our room during the stay, and they took extra time to help us find him. They are so caring. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Augusta.

Enjoyable stay with these folks and Leslie was great at checking me in that evening. Room was nice and clean and at least mine was conveniently on the ground floor. Location, just off I-20 in Augusta and quick trip down into Augusta later in the day for me.

So the pictures online give you one impression and then you get there. I give them an E for Effort but they can put some elbow grease and paint to the place and it would live up to the pictures. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was a bit cramped. The cabinets could use a coat of paint. Not a bad stay all in all. Very quiet

At the last minute we had to pack up the family to go to the Ecco with grand kids and the puppy. We could not have been more pleased to have found a pet friendly hotel on short notice. The accommodations comfortable and not smelly like I thought it would be. Best pet friendly hotel in the state.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, Large rooms. Large refrigerator. Large, Well lit parking lot. Great Wi-Fi . Very good breakfast with large dinning area. Large lobby. The only complaint I would have is that the TV is too small and not positioned right in such a large room

Beautiful large clean room, great breakfast, and very convenient to the interests. The property has many amenities, heated pool, sofa in room for added lounging area, plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as gas stations and stores.

We've never been to Augusta before and we were pleasantly surprised with Ecco suites. We had reserved only 48 hrs in advance and received a great rate. Most importantly we were able to bring our Shih Tzu with us. We arrived late(11pm) and check in was very quick and painless. Parking lot is well lit and plenty of grassy areas for the dog to do her business. Beds were comfortable after a 9 hr drive and room was clean. The breakfast was good with everything from cheese omelets with sausage to pancakes/waffles. Also fruit, bagels,breads,oatmeal,cold cereal and coffee/juices. Checkout was quick and painless. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area.

The exterior of the building and the lobby look amazing, very eye catching. The room however was very basic. The breakfast was extraordinary in variety with a good taste to compliment the meal. The price was fair for the trip.

Very nice property. Nice atmosphere, subtle lighting at night, nice landscaping, and good parking. I think that staff members are being trained. The evening staff was a bit distracted while checking me in. The morning staff was more focussed, explaining to me then working with her trainee. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were plentiful. Actually has a fridge with a freezer, something I really appreciate. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Out of all the hotels my family and I have stayed at, this is the best one. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way for their guest. The breakfast is amazing and the environment is just all around relaxing. The hallways smell pleasant and you can barely hear any noise when you are in your room. We loved it here!

Stayed at this hotel just last week. Hotel itself is very clean, breakfast foods were great, staff at the front desk very friendly. The day we checked out, we noticed that a piece of our personal property was missing. We double checked everywhere, we even had them let us back into the room to make sure we had not misplaced it in there. The item was GONE! To have found this item, the housekeeper for that day HAD to "pilfer" to find it. We asked to speak to the manager, but told they were in a meeting, but they did get the housekeeping supervisor. We were told there was no way to tell who had cleaned the room (which was not cleaned). I'm sure there is some type of system to tell who had what rooms to clean that day, and if not, they do have security cameras in the hallway that will show who has been in and out of the room. Long story short, a police report was filed. I had to find the number to the corporate office myself. Got in contact with them and told them of the situation. We still have not heard anything back at all!!! They did not even offer to compensate any of our stay. It appears to us that having personal property stolen is not an important for them. So, just beware. I'm sure that if they went through our personal belongings that day you can probably bet that we were not the only room that was searched.

This is a most excellent hotel and has been every time I have stayed here - about 5 times since 2015. Everything is excellent. And every place within this hotel is always perfectly clean. I love it here.

Advertises as Augusta's Newest but it actually is the old Jameson just has a new name and ownership. The lobby is very nice and clean. Lobby staff was polite. When I tried to pay cash for my room over the credit card I used to reserve the staff told me that they don't take cash. I told reservations that I was traveling with a small dog and she said she added it but when I got to the desk the rate was $30 more because she didn't include it. Which is fine but I was lead to believe it was already accounted for. However, when you get to the floors it's a different story. Carpet seams are unraving, spots all over. We stay in a lot of pet friendly with our dog and she normally is ok, but this time she couldn't quit sniffing everything which tells me the carpets are not very clean. The room smelled not a fresh clean smell. It is hard to describe the smell - almost chemical from the air conditioner. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was also wet/damp. The "pillow top" bed was non-existent and was so hard that my husband slept on the couch the second night. The breakfast was ok. Gravy was the best part! Have stayed in better in that area as we frequent Augusta a lot since our daughter is in college there and will not stay there again.

I was staying out of town for work and we decided to stay here. Never would have thought we would be treated as nice as we have been. Most hotels wont remember a certain person but kayla remembers me everytime and her being so friendly makes the checking in process much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here! This is where I will come everytime.

Very pleased with this facility and happy that I gave it a chance. I have found a new home(hotel) to stay in while on business in the Augusta/Aiken area. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities in close proximity to this hotel. It's very easy to access I-20, I-520 and other major arteries to reach all parts of Augusta. The staff was very friendly, inviting and attentive to my needs. The breakfast was satisfying with a cheese omelet, bacon and breakfast potatoes. There were also other offerings at breakfast. I will be back as a guest next week!

Having never been to Augusta or an ECCO SUITES Hotel, our expectations were exceeded. Kayla, James and Kimberly were not only friendly and helpful but went out of their way to be supportive and made us feel like old friends or family. The heated pool, pet-friendly atmosphere and breakfast made our evacuation feel more like a vacation. The rooms were super clean, large and comfortable in every way. We did not know if we would be away from our home for an extended time and this is the place we would want to be. This hotel will be our go to for ALL hurricane evacuations(hopefully there wont be anymore) and some great new couples or family mini vacations. Thanks again to the staff!

Decided to stay here at the last minute and so glad we did. The hotel feels as if it may be fairly new. They allow pets, and although we don't have one, it was cool to see the pups around the property. :-) Nice room, great size fridge! I expected since it was a suite that there would be a few "kitchen" type things, but there were only disposable coffee cups - DO NOT PUT THESE IN THE MICROWAVE. (Who knew you had to read the cup before doing this?) We enjoyed the pool, but being heated, it would be even nicer in cooler months. (it was pretty warm in the beginning of September!) The breakfast was good, pretty run-of-the-mill. Encountered friendly staff and we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was great from check in till checkout... I planning on coming back. I wish I remember the staff member that checked me in, she was very pleasant kind and caring when check in in. even the housekeeping on the second assigned to my room was Great! i don't remember her name but just on checking out never met the housekeeper.

The last couple of hotels had ok breakfast. And being that it was basically thw same everyday didnt make my day start off any better. But being my first time at Ecco suites. I loved it. The whole staff was amazing and friendly. They engaged and build relationships with their guest. But Ms. Deborah won me over. Even tho a employee may not have much say so to maoe changes as they would want to, Ms.Deborah does her job so well all whole making sure ahe keeps the breakfast lively. Feels good to actually wonder what beeakfast as instore for me in the mornings.

Finding a pet friendly hotel with good reviews isn't easy. The Ecco suites were perfect for what we were looking for. The room was comfortable. The staff were great and the pet walk area was good size.

This used to be a nice hotel but has quickly turned into a 1 star dump. Our first room had brown stains on the pillows and dirty/stains on the sheets. We were moved to another room and were met with the same problem. Do Not Stay There!!!!

Everything about this place was great. My only desire would have been a better breakfast and a more comfortable mattress. The location is great, near many different restaurants, and the service was outstanding!

The hotel staff were great at the check-in but after my 2nd night. I realized the bed was incredibly disgusting. On the underside of the bed sheets, I saw there were blood stains all over it and also noticed there were cockroachs in my bathroom. I had to buy a new toothbrush

The hotel was a hotel in as much as it was a room with beds and a bathroom. And I had read in a previous review that the sofa bed was the cat's meow...(not so according to my son)....but the breakfast. Now that was worth the price of admission.

We had many choices here and looked at all reviews. We tried ecco for first time and am very impressed. Clean and comfortable, great folks at desk and convenient to park. Elevator and easy access to ice , laundry, work out. Stay here you won't be disappointed

Stayed 1 nt en route to Charleston. Yes it's not near any restaurants but for us it was only an overnighter, we went to Walmart for Carry Out (which was truly disgusting). We had a problem with checking in , Booking.com price v receptionist price, asked to see the Manager Mathew, who totally took charge of the situation, admitted there was a problem and refunded us the money plus a little extra in compensation, Mathew you were brilliant. Breakfast was standard in an extremely pleasant breakfast room but Linda the ‘lady in charge' was beyond exceptional, she was so pleasant and friendly that I gave her a hug. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Can recommend

We have had a great stay so far! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool isn't fancy, but it is perfect for the grandkids. I am especially thankful for Deborah because she is going out of her way,above and beyond her job, to assist my mother who is struggling with e.o. Dementia. Thank you so much Deborah!

The building is old but has been remodeled to look like a modern hotel. It has elevators. Being an older building an interesting feature of our room was that the window would open to let fresh air in. The window had a safety to not allow it to open but about 2 inches for safety. Breakfast was like what you would find in any Best Western. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds. The sofa area gave space to meet friends and family in our room. Great location between main drag Washington Rd and the freeway to downtown Riverwatch Parkway.

We were there staying for the Masters. GREAT staff, super clean room. Good breakfast. Off the main drag but close to everything. I highly recommend this place. We stayed 3 nights on 2nd floor. Room 210 - directly across from hotel management offices. No noise at night :). Also, they offer a manager reception in the evenings.

Nice, clean, comfortable- our house keeper was wonderful- Felicia. The breakfast ladies were so nice and helpful. Desk folks were very helpful. We will stay here again. Thank you guys. Super nice. We will be back.

Called and spoke with Kayla to see if we could get a reservation for the following evening in a pet friendly room with our cat. She handled our request efficiently, and she was at the front desk the following day when we arrived. She recalled speaking with Husband the day before, and she was very friendly and personable. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Only hiccup was that it was right next to the elevator equipment room, so it was noisy until later in the evening. Checkout in the AM went smoothly with manager Matthew. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Augusta area.

We were very impressed with the morning breakfast especially with our Breakfast Hostess Deborah and her attention to details. When staying in Augusta this location should be on your options for staying. This facility is non-smoking! Wonderful

My family arrived into town around 1:00am and thankfully check-in was a breeze. We had spoken several times earlier in the day and the hotel staff was very accommodating of our situation. Breakfast was a nice selection and everything tasted great. Overall it's a stay I recommend

The desk clerk Matthew greeting was friendly. We were made aware of what rooms were available and was able to select the room of our choice. Matthew should be mindful to make guests aware the wifi code is on the key pouch. Upon entering and inspecting the room it looked and smelled cleaned. The drawback was the mattress was too hard but the pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan should have i a separate switch from the light switch cause it's annoying. The front desk was notified after our return from a day outing that the housekeeper did not clean the room and we were told the do not disturb sign was on the door. Well we left out around 10am and removed the sign and did not return until late in the evening, so not sure what time they attempted to come by and clean the room. The front desk provided clean towels and assured the room would be cleaned the next day, of course it would, it's check out time! The continental breakfast was filling. Overall this is a very affordable, clean, quiet and conveniently located suite. i would stay again and hopefully get to try out the outside heated pool.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night as we were driving through Georgia and this place was perfect! The room was large, clean and comfortable. The check in was quick and everything looked up to date. They allow pets if that is applicable to you. The only draw back was the road noise from the interstate, so you should ask for a room on the opposite side of the building.

We had a nice stay at the Ecco. It was called the Jameson when I last stayed there about 8 years ago. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good. For breakfast there were individual cereals which was perfect for my young daughters. There were omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast. The coffee is available all day. Parking lot was well lit at night and we saw pets were welcome. The pool was as warm as bath water. It was 73 degrees that day. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional hotel. Very nice and friendly and helpful staff. Everything worked!! Room clean and quiet. Swimming pool was heated and clean and awesome! Hot breakfast the best with many choices and helpful staff in there. Microwave and large refrigerator were very nice to have. Fitness room was great. Using the business center with the computers was really helpful. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

ECCO Suites is a must stay if you are traveling near Augusta, GA (home of the Masters PGA). Matthew and his team are very friendly and provide outstanding customer service. This is not a 5 star hotel, but the staff doesn't know that! I travel for business and frequently stay in hotels, this was my first experience at ECCO suites. Clean room, recent renovations, and great staff! You will not be disappointed!

We requested a King and Sofa Bed option. The room was big, very clean and came with a microwave and full size refrigerator. It appears that the hotel has been renovated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Included was a hot full breakfast with cheese omelets, sausage patties,biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, muffins and bread, waffle makers, oatmeal packets, fresh fruit, assorted juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and good coffee. Deborah was extremely attentive in the dining area keeping the selections full and the area clean from spills and litter. Impressive. The price was great as well. We booked the room through Hotwire Hotdeals and got a super great rate, but the regular rate was very reasonable, They have a heated pool, fitness room and business center as well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use these amenities, but they were available. I would definitely recommend this property and if ever in Augusta again would stay here. It is also 'pet friendly' with a $15 pet fee per pet.

We stayed here with 3 kids before a ball tournament. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids even in 50* weather outside. Rooms are nicely sized and had no problem putting 5 of us in a room. Breakfast was good but the service by Deborah was terrific, making sure that each guest had everything you could possibly need and hustling to the back if something was missing. We will definitely stay again, especially for the value this hotel provides.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I may stay in hotels for a week at a time so I really enjoy the large refrigerator. There are a lot restaurants close by as well. The hotel is pet friendly and smoke free. Deborah and Linda keep the breakfast area clean and stocked. Thank you to all the staff.

If you are searching for a great place to stay this is it! A very clean & comfortable place and the hot breakfast served by Deborah was great! An exceptional value for sure! Lacey was so kind when we were running later than expected too!

I'm at ECCO Suites multiple times a week and every time my experience has been OUTSTANDING!! The manager Matthew and staff Helen, Cassie, Alexia, Charmaine, and Kayla are AWESOME! You won't be disappointed.

I conducted a very in depth search to find a hotel that was not only nice, but was reasonable, and convenient to the event I was attending. Ecco Suites was the perfect find! It has been renovated; so we were told at check-in; and it was nice.The room was really nice and included a medium sized fridge and a microwave, along with the usual furnishings. My husband was glad to find that it had a sofa in the room. WiFi was free and was faster than at many hotels where I have stayed. Breakfast was free and included hot and cold items. The sausage and the sausage gravy were the best items to me. The staff-- both when I checked in and out-- were very nice. If I need to stay in Augusta again; I will surely check Ecco Suites out.... Oh yes, they told us that as of the day before our stay, they are part of Best Western.

The photographer this hotel used should win an award. The photos on their site make the hotel look MUCH better than reality. Pros: Affordable, clean bathroom (at least for being an old hotel), close to plenty of restaurants and shopping Cons: Hotel is old and dingy, front lobby is lame and doesn't have a nice common area, bed is hard as a rock, sheets feel like sandpaper, the on-site market/convenient store was weak...only had a few snacks and way more drink options I'd pay a little more to stay at a better/newer hotel.

Stayed here as it had good reviews and was in a convenient location as we were passing through Augusta on the Interstate. Check-in took some time as the hotel had not been advised of our booking by Booking.com but the receptionist eventually sorted things out. The room (King room) was okay, a little smaller than expected and perhaps also a little older than expected but it was clean with a comfortable bed. Complimentary copy of USA Today and coffee available in the lobby. There are also a few computers in the lobby but unsure if these are available free to guests. Breakfast was good, the usual selection of cereals, etc, eggs with sausages and a waffle maker. Staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Helen at the front desk was super nice. Suite Clean. Bed Fresh & Comfty. At Breakfast (Ms Deborah) was warm & personable with a smile. Food Hot & Fresh. Area Clean. Recommend highly & will stay again.

Our room was a cut above, double queen size beds,Large flat screen TV LOTS of HOT WATER!!!!.The room was clean and linens fresh.Very pleasant atmosphere. Only complaint was the bed seemed a little firm but this is a very personal preference kind of area. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly.The catering attendant named Deborah was extremely courteous to my wife after she poured waffle batter out on the counter,Deborah was quick to not only clean up the mess but also to charmingly put Glenda at ease over the entire incident.
