Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel

Incredible location, all public areas were extremely clean, free parking, and a great complementary breakfast. The hotel is just steps away from downtown and an easy walk to incredible, hiking trails as well.

This is a clean, well maintained hotel in the middle of Palm Springs. The room was nice and the beds heavenly. The pool area is lovely and you can eat breakfast outside. Warning: ask for a room that does not face the nightclub in back. There was noise the entire night. I just don't like being up all night.

my 2 queen bed room was tight and that was just for me, if only single person or two ask for a king size bed, the room was much more spaceous. The air condiitoning was great!, the water pressure really good, and the pillows are heavenly

I am told by other guests that the hotel was aware of this but failed to inform guests like me when we booked or arrived - then I was offered ZERO satisfaction or compensation after the fact. A nightclub next door called Dick's blares LOUD music over outdoor loudspeakers through the night - including when it is closed and there are no customers there. This happened for hours before and after 2 a.m. - on one of the nights it stopped at 2:30 a.m. and started up again at 4:30 a.m. and kept up right through breakfast time. My guess is that it's intentional and some sort of dispute with the hotel is going on. When I checked out I was given an assistant GM's name and told to call her - when I did she offered me NO satisfaction and tried to slough it off on Expedia/Travelocity since I'd booked with them. Again, other guests who were there longer than me insisted the hotel has been aware of this and doesn't tell us when we book - I myself witnessed several guests gathered at the desk on two separate mornings to complain about this very situation. Stay away.

This place is a hidden gem, definitely not your typical best Western. Wonderful place to get away and enjoy a romantic trip with your loved ones. Clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious food and drinks.

We stayed at the Las Brisas for three nights in early February. Upon arrival we were impressed with the attractive look of the hotel and the spacious parking area. After a friendly welcome at check in, we settled in our room, located in building 2 (there are 3 buildings but they are all connected). Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, with a large sauna bath. The room was quiet and conveniently located in proximity to the pool and breakfast dining area. Due to cool weather, we did not use the pool, but enjoyed the nice complimentary breakfast provided each morning. The hotel is conveniently located a block away from the maIn strip of the downtown area, and thus it was just short walk to shopping and restaurants. We were also impressed with the staff in the hotel, providing suggestions for dining as well as other attractions. During our stay it was short ride to the Tram, the Air Museum, and just over an hour to Joshua Tree National Park. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, good value, and professional staff.

Location is close to downtown business. Interesting layout, quiet and has a pool and bar lounge that seemed to be busy. I had a business conference to attend this was walking distance to the convention and dinner. Waters are five bucks but are in room. Hotels seem to be charging for water now days. I hear the water is drinkable and clean in Palm Springs, I brought my own water from a local store. Good stay thanks might be back.

We were in a room adjacent to the breakfast area and the rolling carts were so loud in the early morning we woke up around 5 because of that, people talking loudly as well as the pool gate being slammed shut. Horrible insulation as it sounded as if the door and window were open. The only place which would be away from the noise would be on the street side/front of hotel. I was miserable.

Amazing stay! We came to Palm Springs for 5 days for fun & stayed here-Beautiful Brenda at the front desk was just the best! She made fantastic suggestions for us (such as restaurants & local attractions to check out during our stay). She was so lovely & the first person we came into contact with upon arrival! All the staff at the front desk were really great also! We enjoyed the free breakfast & loved the pool & hot tub! Also loved using the hotel bicycles! What a great time & wonderful service by the staff there-They really made us feel like friends! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay in January! For being a budget type hotel it is a very pretty location with several fountains and flowers everywhere. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Infact everyone we encountered on staff at BW Las Brisas was great! The pool was nice. The included breakfast was pretty good with the usual suspects. I'm always happy when there is a waffle maker so that's what I had. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that would have been nicer is if they did daily tidying of the room. Although I've noticed that most hotels on the west coast don't have a daily service. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to blow their budget but stay close to downtown Palm Springs.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel clean and well maintained. The location is great for exploring all Palm Springs has to offer. Unfortunately this is where what would have been an otherwise positive review ends.....due to noise and disinterested, apathetic service. Our initial room, was in C Block and featured an interconnecting door. The noise intrusion from the neighbouring guest room and nearby bar venues led to a severely disturbed night. As a result, the next day, we requested a room swap. The Manager did not seem surprised at our concerns, even going so far as to say he didn't know why those rooms were still allocated to guests! He did however advise his team would identify a quieter room for us. After breakfast, we visited the reception desk. We were advised a new room was not yet available and in the meantime, we would have to clear our previous room and store our luggage at reception. On returning to the reception desk at midday, we were advised a new room in B block was available and we could take our bags there. There was no offer to assist with the logistics of transferring to a new room nor any sign of a proactive approach e.g. moving our bags ahead of our return nor any apology.We pressed for some form of restitution, Brenda offered to liaise with her general manager and true to her word, kept us updated which I appreciate. Unfortunately her colleague Ron was disinterested and apathetic. The new room in B block faced the pool, did not have an interconnecting door and was much quieter. On checking out, again Ron was on reception. His apathetic service continued, I was not greeted nor acknowledged. My key cards were simply taken and a receipt printed. No apology, no thank you for your stay or wishing us a safe onward journey etc. In summary, the levels of noise intrusion and customer service are not commensurate with a nightly rate approaching $200. This has not been our experience at other Best Western Plus branded hotels.

I needed breakfast before 7:00. I needed check-in at 2:30. I needed check-out until Noon. Staff not willing to bend for ONE MINUTE! Trip was for a Senior Softball Tournament over which I had no control of time at the field.

I am writing to share my experience with my stay at Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel on Dec 22-Dev 23, 2023. My room right faced the bar, which generated constant noise throughout the night, preventing a restful sleep for our group. My expectation that the bar would close around midnight, but it continued until approximately 4:00 am. The next morning, I shared my unpleasant experience with the on-duty manager, who expressed regret and promised to contact Chase Travel (the booking agent I used) for possible compensation. However, no compensation was provided. Subsequently, I contacted Chase Travel, and they reached out to the hotel on my behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel manager responded by denying my compensation request. It is disheartening to witness the manner in which they treated their customers, displaying a lack of appreciation and demonstrating no signs of care or respect for their customers.

Las Brisas is One of THE BEST Locations in Palm Springs should you like to park and walk to downtown main street Palm Springs which have many fine different types of restaurants, shops, specialty shops like drinks/cigars/cany, museums, casinos, theatre's, and galleries. Las Brisas is Extremelly SAFE for everyone even your car. All of the staff have been Consistently GREAT over the decades. Sometimes I travel alone and KNOW I AM SAFE. Every Staff member always have a attitude, behavior that is " we aim to please" without saying it, they just DO IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Best Western LAS BRISAS.

This was a average hotel. the weekend crowd were a bit rowdy and boozy. Couldn't relax at pool as there were drunks all around there shouting and jumping in pool. Rooms were ok. Bathrooms very dark and dingy. Average breakfast for a average hotel. Reception staff were nice. Nice and central. But the sour taste I left with was I'd paid a large holding deposit. It was supposed to be put into my bank account when I left the hotel. ( all the other usa hotels I stayed at on my trip did this. This hotel I had to call from the uk to usa. They never answered my calls. I emailed. They didn't answer. I had to go through booking.com and have them do a dispute and also my bank as well. In the end I threatened them with a lawyer and they paid me back. It was very underhanded business. I would never return because of this and fact hotel wasn't that great either.

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. The location is right in the center of Palm Springs,and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and museums. Nice clean rooms, and property, with a helpful and friendly staff. And with the complimentary breakfast and parking, making a stay here a no brainer.

This is a gem of a hotel. If you are looking for a small, quaint hotel, in close proximity to the main shops and restaurants in Palm Springs, this is your place. Our room was very clean. The free breakfast each morning had a large variety of options and all the food was fresh. The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean and beautifully decorated with fresh flowery vines. Looked like a Spanish hacienda. The walk to restaurants and shops was very easy and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment you check in to the moment you check out and EVERYTHING in between, this property is AMAZING! Delicious food, beautiful property, lovely rooms, AMAZING staff.We spent last weekend there and are going again this weekend, we loved it so much!

This was the most amazing hotel. They allowed us an early check in so we could get out of the Palm Springs (PS) heat, and this was truly appreciated. The hotel is just lovely, very beautiful and the room was great, as was the bed and pillows. The pool was very nice although a little warm due to the PS heat of course. The bar service at the pool was a very nice touch and a great afternoon rest area. Breakfast was great - fully cooked, and staff served it up for us. We were able to just walk to the Thursday night markets and all the food and shops, so location is perfect. No complaints and I wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The pool was not crowded and was perfect for the hot summer. We like the fact that the pool remained open for long hours. We love the good quality breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Palm Springs.

This is an ideal hotel. Professional staff and great location for heart of PS dining. This is always the first hotel I check first when staying in Palm Springs. The location is by the street fair on Thursdays, the main shopping on weekends and nice cafes.

Great location right in town next to everything you need within walking distance. Casino 2 blocks away and great restaurants within minutes of hotel. Great pool bar, friendly and superb staff. Will be back.

A beautiful property with lush landscaping and mature trees. From the front desk staff to the maintenance staff, everyone was wonderful. The breakfast featured the typical fare, but also a specialty egg dish with jalapenos, cilantro, etc. Lovely outside area to site and dine. Jumped in the pool for just a quick swim. The pool area is surrounded by stunning bougainvillea and other beautiful plants. We will be back!

So this is the third time I've stayed this year and it's always a great getaway! Ashley and Jeanette at the front always welcoming, the breakfast crew always working hard with a smile on their faces and then having Stephanie behind the bar just makes our pool days more complete! And then as I checked out I was so happy to see Mr Scott back! Sure did miss his pleasant voice! See you soon lol

My husband and I loved staying at this Best Western location! It was in a great area, walking distance to the downtown with many shops and restaurants. We barely had to drive since we could walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool area and bar. They had great drinks and food at reasonable prices. The only thing we could recommend is more misters (they had a few) or umbrellas over the lounge chairs, but this didn't really affect our time negatively, just a suggestion. This would be great for those sweltering Palm Springs afternoons at 115 degrees haha. Overall, we loved staying here and will be staying here anytime we come back to Palm Springs!

My husband and I spent one night here during a recent heatwave. This hotel is great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast room was well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Room was clean pool area was great. Everything is close by, wether you want to go eat, club or play at the casino it's all within walking distance. Me and my wife will be back.

Wife and I have stayed at this location several times thru the years. No need to stay any other place than this one. On site inside bar and by the pool along with a great breakfast. Located downtown walking distance from everything you will need and more. Plenty of places to eat/drink and see the night life of Palm Springs. Local sports casino is badass with the mega tv screens and all sports showing.

The Las Brisas Hotel in downtown Palm Springs is a very nice and clean hotel. We enjoyed the pool, though it is a little small for a fairly big hotel and well used during warm weather. Overall very nice

Had a spectacular visit at the Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel. The pool food and drinks were great, and the staff was wonderful. The pool was so great we found it hard to leave the hotel. But when we did venture out, the hotel was close to downtown which made it easy to walk to the many restaurants and shops. NOTE: The rooms need to be upgraded and I believe there is work currently going on the improve them.

My friend & I loved the entire experience. Attentive staff, great breakfast, delicious cocktails by the pool. Meet several people. Walkable to everything. We were glad we were not on the back of building because of Arenas Bar noise till late. But earplugs do help. Definitely would stay again.

Terrible staff, made every new guest wait for a 3 pm check in and then form a long queue. No room service despite requesting one. Rooms very outdated and so dark, no natural light, our window overlooked the lift. No shower only a bath. Nice swimming pool and hot tub and a nice member of staff serving at the pool bar. Breakfast terrible, staff so unhappy and rude. We have never been to a hotel with staff as rude as this one. Can't believe the good reviews!?

Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shop but still quiet. Lovely pool area to relax. Provides free breakfast and free parking so you can feel less guilty about having a treat yourself moment later. Best value in Palm Springs.

Hotel short walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, casino. Very loud music til 2am especially on the weekend. Avoid bldg A on the road side and take ear plugs. Shower Water pressure poor. However, staff and location and very comfortable bed more than made up for it. Would stay again but not in room A309

The nightly motorcycle groups in Palm Springs makes it impossible to sleep "on the strip." We were able to transfer to another quieter hotel. We will probably not be staying in Palm Springs again until law enforcement takes care of this irritating problem. We have always loved the history and memories of PS.

At first blush the BW here is very impressive. Great design and look. The room we had on the third floor C Wing was quiet and comfortable. Nice beds and sheets. The room design was narrow for walking and working out of suitcases but we made it work. Great lighting. If they had bigger rooms I probably would have enquired (this was my first stay). Staff are on their game and knowledgeable. Pricey but "only what the market will bear" I'm guessing. Great location for the "strip" and hiking right out your door.

What else could an over 55 couple want? The price is fair, the location is dynamite, plenty of free parking and friendly staff. There is a happy hour as well as a nice, hot breakfast. (It is served to you.) The pool area is lovely. This is no party hotel! I only wish it was pet friendly. Most hotels allow dogs and for that reason, I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Very well located hotel near lots of restaurants within walking distance. Full view of San Jacinto Mtn. Heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Very limited food offerings on site. Happy hour at 4:00 PM daily. Club noise on FRI, SAT, SUN nights in January. Probably more later in year. We had an irregular clunking noise from the bathroom wall, more noticeable at night, every night. The maintenance did not take enough time and effort to investigate. We would come back but to a different room.

Stylish group of buildings connected by covered walkways just a block From the main downtown street. Plentiful free parking. Clearly an older structure but well maintained if a bit dated in decor. Our room had two queen beds but was a little tight in space. It also had a single window which faced a courtyard and walkway which meant the shutters had to remain closed for privacy making it very dark. Suggest you request out-facing rooms when making a reservation. No overhead light compounded the darkness problem but there were several lamps in the room. Our room also had a locked door which led to the room next to us- we could hear muffled conversations through it. I don't know if all the rooms are set up as possible double rooms. Closet space is adequate. The sink had a decent amount of counter space but no shelves below for storage. A shaving mirror would have been appreciated. The toilet and shower/tub were separated from the sink by a door. Everything in the room was spotless. There was a retractable line installed above the tub for hanging hand washed items to dry. There is a customer laundry available on site. Breakfast was pretty much the standard fare available in chain hotels- cereals waffles eggs yogurt etc. Coffee was only mediocre but there are multiple better options within a few blocks. The hotel has a pool with a poolside bar. There is another small bar adjacent to the lobby where they have a daily happy hour. Besides being just a block off the main street there is a grocery around the corner. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room refresh and towels were available by request- daily maid service is not automatic. The hotel's free WiFi was weak.

My girlfriend and I came for a 1 night getaway. I overall very happy with this hotel. The location was great; rooms are a little outdated but very clean, this wouldn't stop me from booking again in the future; our room was right outside their fountain which helped me sleep; breakfast in the morning had great options which I was not expecting. Clean, safe, and great value for the location and amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

BW Plus Las Brisas is a great bang for your buck. It has a heated pool and hot tub. Staff is attentive and courteous. Rooms are clean, updated and modern. Free Showtime. Daily complimentary breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Excellent selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, coffee and tea. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything downtown Palm Springs has to offer. We booked three rooms for six nights and has zero problems. NYE was a bit noisy but is to be expected. Would stay here again if I was ever to visit Palm Springs again.

The location is the best, just one block off Palm Canyon Drive where all the shops and restaurants are. The hotel is nice looking and the rooms are fine. Generally quiet, one night there was pounding music from a concert somewhere that lasted until about midnight. The front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly at check in, but later when I asked for a map and some suggestions, the same person was very helpful. For Palm Springs and the location, the rate seemed very reasonable.

Excellent location, well kept property, nice pool area. My room had a view of a garbage dumpster. Could hear everything from the room above, especially people walking back and forth , doors closing,TV, No room service , very expensive for a 10 day stay

Had read trip advisor reviews so decided to stay. It is a great hotel. Lots of variety of breakfast choices. Pool and rooms kept clean. Helpful staff. Walking distance to downtown so very handy. Comfortable beds. Only problem was we were put across the pool and it was quite noisy with the children and my daughter's room was noisy with children running around above her- though realise they were probably unaware. Next visit we will request a top floor to avoid these problems.

We were in Building C on the 3rd floor facing the pool which was supposed to be the quietest location. The hotel is next to a row of nightclubs and the bass from the dance music can be heard clearly in the rooms until 2am or later. The music could be blocked out with earplugs, however the super annoying, constant beeping from the construction site next door which starts at 7am, cannot be blocked out with earplugs and woke us up everyday. This is not the hotel's fault as clearly Palm Springs does not have or enforce noise ordinances, but makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel rooms are spacious with a fridge. The HVAC worked great and we could quickly heat or cool the room. There's no housekeeping service, unless booked in advance. The pool area is nice and open until 10pm - tons of hummingbirds hang out in the garden by the pool. There's a water bottle filling station at the pool which was very handy. There is a grocery store a block away. Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast was good and included a wide range of options. A great hotel, but I'm not sure if I would stay again due to the nightclub and construction noise - there's only a few hours between 2am-7am when it's quiet.

Stayed here 6 days to 12/21. Building C is dated, this place needs a redo badly. Pros lots of hot water very clean close to all the restaurants and bars in PS pool area is great for suntanning bathroom lighting really good breakfast very good Cons hair dryer and iron broken, they replaced quickly thumping music from bar next door, get a room facing the pool mattresses very soft and worn, they need replacement linens are clean and comfy as were pillows take your own beer/drinks to the pool in cans or you will pay $10.80 for a crappy draft beer in a plastic cup no housekeeping, our garbage cans were overflowing, ran out of kleenex and toilet paper, you have to ask for towels or cleaning Not the best BW i have stayed at

I wasn't sure what to expect as I don't usually stay at Best Western hotels. I've been a Marriott Bonvoy member for many years but will probably switch to staying at Best Western. This hotel was VERY clean, comfortable & the employees very friendly & helpful. I also felt "safe" staying here. I would recommend asking for a room in any building other than "A" as the street noise can be an issue. Earplugs can probably fix that though. The continental breakfast is basic: eggs, potatoes, sausage, english muffins, yogurt, waffles, etc....but the quality was good. The location is also good. Everything is walkable.

I love this hotel! Located right downtown, the friendliest staff, great drinks in the bar and best of all no carpet! The room was very comfortable, great mattress and plenty of pillows. Standard breakfast, but plenty of food and hot! Will definitely be back to stay.

Stayed here during a power outage in November. My name ,phone number AND email was on a list that the front desk told me they would be giving to the manger Jason to contact me to discuss reimbursement. I've called several times, left voicemails have not heard back. This is extremely unprofessional.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Quality King size bed. BEAUTIFUL area around the pool with lots of chaise lounges. Beautiful flowers and plants all around. The pool is heated, Spa (Hot pool) is nice an soothing.

Good Lord. This place sucks!!! I have not stayed in a hotel this bad in a very long time. Unstairs stomping and overhead without any insulation. I can hear everything people say. Next door I might as well be listening to whatever TV station he has on. Overall I have to say this place sucks primarily because of the neighbor and traffic noise levels off the charts. Paid $380. Never in my life life stay here again.

stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is clean and well kept even if a little dated. The staff are all friendly and super helpful BUT one of main reasons you stay in a hotel is to sleep and it was ridiculous - we were in a corner room on the second floor in the B building this directly overlooks 3 different bars which are all open till 2am and are absolutely booming - there is no less noise in the room than out of it. Also, the sweet relief of 2am finally comes and your like thank god at least I can get to sleep but about an hour later the trashmen arrive and you hear the thunderous noise of all the glass bottles. There's little to no sound proofing in the building at all, as seems there was a herd of elephants staying above us as well, not to mention the staircase being just outside the door with people who've forgotten how their voice volume works. This would probably be fine if we were partying but we came here to relax and weren't able to do that at all which made are few days in Palm Springs less enjoyable as we were so tired from lack of sleep.

Las Brisas is a nice property with a great pool and pretty landscaping. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of items available for breakfast. We will return.

The one night we stayed here, this area of Palm Springs was hit with a 24 hour power outage, so my experience is somewhat unusual. The good: GREAT location, friendly pool/bar/cleaning staff. Jacuzzi is tiny but pretty perfect. Pool is decent sized and both are nicely lanscaped. Rooms are standard, WIFI decent, amenities typical. The bad part was that the hotel was unprepared for the 3 AM outage. We had to leave early in the near-dark, desk clerk was extremely weird and unrofessional (maybe the stress from the outage...not sure). They should have offered flashlights and texted us to alert us to the outage. Breakfast was included but due to outage, unavailable. After expressing my frustration, Jason, the manager, did respond immediately and positively in an effort to make things right. It's a fun place in a fun town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel is located just off the main street. The rooms are very clean although you want to stay in the inner rooms as the outer rooms are quite a bit noisier from street and alley activity. Overall though when returning to PS Las Brisas would be first on my list of accommodations

The Las Brisas Best Western is located in the heart of Palm Springs. We spent 7 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. Convenient location, with all amenities, excellent staff and ideal location to explore Palm Springs. Located on Indian Canyon Drive. Bike Rentals just a block away. The free breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Fresh fruits, home made yogurt, eggs, sausage plus more. You can enjoy the sunshine & relax poolside. Quiet room overlooking the pool & had restful sleeps!!!

Close to all. Bar in pool area. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Scotty at front desk was and is the Best. Housekeeping was wonderful, and kept our room at its best. Pool and jacuzzi was clean and open til 1040pm

This hotel is better than most. Great staff, good food and rooms, and well positioned. Just because it's old doesn't mean it's shabby. Exactly the opposite. It's like finding an oasis in the midst of a corporate desert of all the other higher priced modernistic clones

Good value for money. Near the airport. Easy driving and parking. Good breakfast spread. Helpful staff. Large room and comfortable mattress and pillows. This property is conveniently located to numerous fine-dining restaurants as well as shopping.

Recently spent 5 nights at the Best Western Las Brisas in Palm Springs. It was excellent - spotlessly clean and obviously well run. Our room was great - had everything you could want or need and was comfortable, cool and quiet. Breakfast was also very good - works well for the operation and we enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the hummingbirds. The staff were friendly and professional - couldn't fault it at all! Ample parking and a prime location a few minutes walk from the center of Palm Springs. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. Great value for money. Thank you to all concerned.

An appropriate polite and smiling greeting would make such a difference to the impression we have been left with of our stay. A curt ‘what can I do for you' as if we were invading her time, is not good enough. A welcoming smile would make all the difference and it's not hard. Rooms were spacious but the foot steps from above during the night were annoying. Loved the bougainvillea and pool.

Positive side first: Great Rooms comfy and location really good to get around Palm Springs Bad Side: Two rooms booked for two couples 23rd Sept 22 . Currently as I write 8th Oct 22 after numerous messages, Screenshots to the Hotel and being completely ignored by the Hotel Management. We are still waiting our $200 deposit to be returned to our Bank card. We stayed in another Best Western in Phoenix a few days earlier deposits were returned straight away so WHY is this Hotel's management being so unprofessional. It's a shame we wont stay at this Hotel AGAIN !!!

This hotel is surprisingly affordable for downtown PS. Staff are attentive, curteous, patient, efficient. BfAST IS GOOD WITH COOKED TO ORDER OMELETTES. Wonderful foliage, hummingbirds, some shade on pool, spa. Great Happy Hr. with good prices, super tasting snacks, Margaritas...

I had a poolside room, super nice, not noisy at ll, the bed was once of the most comfortable I have ever been in, the location was very convenient , the grounds were beautiful . Breakfast can be a little improved upon but everything else was great

Since our first stay in this hotel about 20 years ago some things have changed for the worst. Location, rooms, breakfast etc are still good - but unfortunately during our last trip several groups of middle-aged, drunken americans occupied the pool area, whose drunken clamor could be heard through the whole hotel. They started getting drunk around noon and made such a big noise until the evening, that most of the other guests avoided the pool. And since the pool area has no restrooms and most of them never left the pool, you can imagine, where their gallon of beer and cocktails went. By 3pm the water in the pool was sticky and full of waste. It is bad enough that some people show such disgusting behaviour - especially in an area, where small children are present - but it is even worse, that the hotel encourages them by serving them one drink after the other directly to the pool. The management should make a decision, if earning some extra dollar by filling up a handful of drunkards is worth annoying all the other guests. And furthermore, a new building site on the adjacent lot blocks the view from the 3rd floor.

Great location. The breakfast was very good. rooms are nice and updated. The pool area was nice and great view of the mountain. They had a bar at the pool. The patio area tables and lights are a great place to have dinner.

This place has lots of charm and character, the pool area is gorgeous. We enjoyed frozen daiquiris at happy hour. The barman was extremely friendly and informative about the local area. The room was clean and spacious and well air conditioned although the unit was a little noisy. There was a great selection for breakfast served in a lovely room and courtyard area. Location is perfect for restaurants and Villagefest. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff, one block from downtown strip of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with many choices. The room was immaculate with a single serve coffeemaker and refrigerator. The breakfast was so good we didn't need to use the coffeemaker but all items needed were provided had we wished to enjoy in-room coffee. The pool area was well kept with a nice bar. There is an ice machine and bottle filling station in the pool area which was great. Pool towels were provided.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While it's a little older, it's being updated and well maintained. There's a bar at the pool as well as in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great. It was a great value and I would highly recommend.

This is truly an exceptional property! Beautiful landscaping and an attractive Spanish-style building in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The rooms feel luxurious, with great mattresses, plush bedding and a large tv. The full breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. It was very affordable, too, which I guess was due to special summer pricing.

I love this hotel and we stay here everytime we come to palm springs. They have excellent service, the hotel and the rooms are very clean, the hot breakfast is delicious, they make the best piña coladas at the pool bar, and the price is very reasonable!

I really loved this hotel. Especially how it was not crowded. Pool and bar area were awesome. Breakfast was great. Location was also great. Stayed in the larger room and totally worth it. I will definitely stay here again.

Visited Palm Springs for the first time, the hotel was in a perfect location and was able to walk around town for dinner and also to see some great shops. We were extremely pleased with our stay and the breakfast was a great treat.

The hotel's location was one of the main reasons we chose it. Our check in experience was great and they even let us check in early at no extra cost. Very friendly staff members and the room was clean and well equipped. We love the pool and the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was very good too. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

Great location, you can walk to most of the shops and restaurants. Nice pool and bar area. Plenty of lounge chairs and chairs with shade. Bar also has food and there in a bar /restaurant inside lobby area. Great fitness area with AC a must for summer time. My wife and I come here couple times a year. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Only had one problem this last trip AC was very loud. We have never had this problem in the past.

Excellent hotel and amenities available. Delicious morning breakfast available and included at the hotel. Swimming pool was especially inviting and a beautiful surroundings. I will definitely stay here again while visiting Palm Springs.

The beds are AMAZING!! It was like sleeping on a cloud and the staff was so pleasant. I had some issues with travel arrangements and they made a stressful situation seem like there was no issues at all. Do not skip the continental breakfast, they have to many options and very delicious. There are so many things within walking distance, the location is very convenient. I will definitely visit again if a come back to Palm Springs.

Don't stay on the 2nd floor. Children loudly running back and forth in the room above us. The woman at the front desk said she would credit our card ten dollars for a inconvenience. But she never did.

The hotel is walking distance to most of downtown and the casino if it's not too hot. There is free parking a free buffet breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi are nice but small and can get crowded. Overall, a very good value.

the hotel is located in a very accessible area for food and other activities the staff was very kind and helpful You need to bring an extension cord if you plan to use a computer as plugs are at a minimum there are two usb plugs on the desk lamp but the lamp got very hot when using it. the other plugs are too loose and don't hold your plugs in place Breakfast was plenty and well maintained. Tasted great and had lots of choices the pool is average size and had a lot of people using it. the C building is the furthest from the lobby and pool and breakfast area. During the summer that is miserable to have to walk past all the hot air conditioners blowing by your legs. The elevators are hot inside as well. But it was 115 degrees ice machines were available by the elevators so that was nice and easy to use.

I normally stay at boutique hotels when I visit Palm Springs but this time I was traveling with my friend and her 13 year old daughter. I wasn't sure what to expect staying here but I was impressed how clean and spacious the rooms are. I did ask for a quiet room since I've read reviews about the clubs nearby. The location of my room was quiet (though on one of my nights I did hear the loud pipes).I was impressed, breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, coffee, waffles, fruit, bagels/toast/english muffins etc. I appreciated they had a lobby bar and gazebo bar (for those of us who enjoy a cocktail or two)! Overall, the employees are genuinely nice and happy. You can't beat the location, it's a 5 min walk to Palm Canyon Drive where the restaurant are and shops. Overall, my experience was pleasant.

If you like smelly hotel rooms, a lack of daily maid service, low-grade "free breakfast", and a cacophony bad music blaring from the pool area before 8 a.m., then this hotel is for you. I selected the hotel for its walkability to Palm Canyon Drive. It is indeed two blocks from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Palm Springs. However, it is rather rundown, its lobby is virtually nonexistent, and landscaping, described as lush in other reviews, is shabby and ill-kept. I used the tiny fitness center twice: An elliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill. Oh, and a weight machine that was not usable constituted this space. A galling process: A $100-per-day fee for "incidentals" is placed on your credit card until checkout. Why? Who knows? There is no wet bar in the room and the two bars [one poolside and one dominating most of the lobby] are deserted 90% of the time. Do yourself a favor. Don't stay here.

My husband and I stayed one night for a wedding and loved the location. The pool area was our favorite. So cute and the service at the pool bar was great. All staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back!

I Love this Hotel, always clean rooms, awesome pool and pool bar , bar: when open. Staff is soooo friendly. Best one for years is still front desk Scotty. Hard worker, and always friendly. Close to all you want to walk too.

We have been visiting this hotel for almost 22 years and we always enjoy ourselves. The ambiance is so beautiful and romantic with updated decor, gardens and fountains and the most excellent customer relations. The location is also the best. Park your car at check-in and walk to all of the finest outdoor shopping and dining, this will make your time spent at this hotel very relaxing and romantic. We are looking forward to many more stays, although we have slowed down on the visits a bit due to the increases in rates (understandably) but we will still visit a couple times a year. Thank you for the amazing team you have chosen to assist you in running this hotel!

Clean rooms, no carpet on floors so very clean, beautiful old building with updated interiors. Perfect location for walking around town and to most restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a key for the bathrooms and parking pass since we got there early so we could still be comfortable walking around the city while waiting for our room.

I can't say too many good things about my stay. The grounds are lovely. It was idyllic seeing the humming birds and doves every morning. And the butterflies made my day. My room was clean and quiet. The pool bar was fantastic and the happy hour every night made my day!

We planned a family trip and we're looking for a central location as a home base to explore the area. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. It is one block away from the main downtown and walkable to great restaurants; easy drive to Joshua Tree and other attractions. It was an oasis away from the bustle of the town; our kids enjoyed the morning breakfast - a great way to start each day and using the pool to cool off after our daily excursions. I would recommend this hotel to others looking to get away and for a good value.

Everything was easy and clean. The hotel is the perfect size, with lots of cozy outdoor spaces to sit at or lounge by the pool. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and only 4 miles to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The pool / pool area was spotless. The breakfast room was also very clean and tidy, and the free breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

A lovely compact hotel in a nice setting extremely convenient for nearby shops and facilities in Palm Springs. Breakfast was included and was the only slight disappointment in that the same fare was available and another hot food choice such as bacon or ham would have been welcome. The room was very clean and ours was beside the pool so a short step out to the pool deck. I would recommend this hotel and we would be very happy to book again whenever we travel to Palm Springs in the future.

To be honest it's all about where it is. It's moments from all the action. Good pool and reasonable "free" breakfast. Staff a little too meh to be memorable and for the money your should expect more. Noisy currently (spring 2022) as hotel being constructed next door.. It's OK.. but not great TBH

This review is for a stay during the 1st week of April. If it was all about "location" it would be tops, but there's more that goes into the actual stay. Positives: It's close to the main strip of PS, as well as the Gay area for shopping, restaurants & bars. It's pretty quiet considering it's proximity to everything, other than construction going on next door on one side (progress) & the whine of a "Cooler" on the roof of a building on the other side of the hotel. The rooms are clean & there is a decent breakfast each morning from 7:00-10:00. I like the lateness of the time. The pool is very nice, although small, & the spray misters and cabanas are a very nice & welcoming touch. The pool and jacuzzi stay open to a decent hour (10:30 pm), although I would like for it to be pushed to at least 11:00. Early check-in, when there's a room available is very nice. Negatives: Blackout dates of when you can use points & the cost in general, even for a BW Plus. Cost of location, sure, but BW has a habit of having blackout dates, including up at Big Bear & elsewhere, on those locations. It takes away from being a Rewards member. Also, what's the point of pre-check in if you have to check in again at the desk. If it's about the crazy deposits you have to pay for each night of stay, they should already have that info when the room is booked, with or without points. High deposits for each night just makes it feel snobby and maybe not trustworthy, especially of your rewards members. With Hilton check-in, you use a code they send you to get into your locked room.... No desk check-in. Imagine that? No complimentary water, but there were 2 bottles of water, at $5.00 a piece, waiting for you in the room. lol...My friend's thought it was a joke. As I complimented the hours of when the pool & hot tub was open, the pool boy being pretty brisk about getting out is not. Sometimes you lose track of time & or you don't always have your phone on you. All and all it's a very good place to stay due to it's location of being close to where the action is. Desk Service was nice. Rooms were fresh & smelled clean. Breakfast was good every morning. The pool/cabana area is nice.

We had a great time staying at Las Brisas hotel. The location is ideal. It is in downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance of everything. The pool area is beautiful. There are many little courtyard and sitting areas. We ate breakfast outside everyday and loved it. The staff is very nice and accommodating. This was our second time to stay here and we'll definitely be back.

Have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. Good staff, nice pool, rooms are fine'. Wi-fi is good. Good breakfast ,(free), although the main feature(eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties is the same every day. To be fair, there are waffles, oatmeal, muffins, etc. Seems like downtown Palm Springs is getting a little louder at night on the streets though. Can walk to all bars and restaurants and shops

This is a hidden gem. I'm a repeat guest for over a decade and I've never been disappointed. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Free breakfast has a nice variety

The hotel ground were absolutely beautiful. They are lush. It doesn't feel like you're in the desert. Feels more like Tuscany garden. Plenty of relaxing water fountain features. There is a full bar next to the pool that has happy hour from 4-6.

Last weekend two friends and I stayed the the BW Las Brisas for a girl's weekend. The BW isn't luxury, but it's a great affordable option when visiting PS. Well maintained, clean, and in a great, walkable location - close to restaurants, bars, shopping. The landscaping is beautiful - huge, fuchsia bougainvillea & pretty native flowers really set the vibe of the hotel & make it feel more boutique than chain. The pool is very chill, so if you're looking for a club/Rehab atmosphere, it's not here. But there are plenty of chairs & shady spots. Decent breakfast, and nice that it's included in the room price. I would recommend the BW for weekend getaways with friends, families, low-key/chilled out trips, probably not for wild bachelorette parties or honeymoons.

Noise everywhere: constant loud air conditioners throughout the complex, noisy garbage disposal nearby our room, construction next door. Trying to relax by the pool, and of a sudden the loud a/c goes off in a room behind us. “Service” over three days consisted of perfunctory front desk and no room cleaning, towel change, bed making (we were told these were “by request”—hardly a hotel experience). There were no attendants near the pool, and many guests claimed lounges all day by leaving towels but not lounging (that we saw). Room was clean when we arrived, however. Wi-Fi worked, then didn't until we called. I just think for $730+ For three nights the experience was quite “meh.”

We went for a warm get-away. It couldn't have been better. They gave us a nice, quiet room on the third floor. A new hotel is being built across the street but the noise was very minor. Our hotel was getting major tile roof repair but there was almost no noise. The pool is large and has an adjacent hot tub covered with a shade structure. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The staff could not have been nicer. Location was key. The main street is only one block away with a great variety of restaurants. We wou;d stay there again. We didn't need a car & only 10 minutes from the airport.

We arrived after dark as we had car trouble and other assorted issues. Parking lot was pitch black and you couldn't see adequately to get things out of the car. We were assigned a room far from the lobby but were told we HAD to enter through the lobby which was totally out of the way to get to our room. I am handicapped and always request a first floor room but was given an upstairs room which was difficult to get to. Ridiculously, there are 3 buildings and the same room numbers are used on all 3 buildings instead of every room having a different number. It was VERY confusing.!! We had a hard time finding our room. Ice situation was even more ridiculous. Then, it took MANY trips to get any ice to your car as most RIDICULOUS of all, you were NOT allowed to bring coolers into your room. Had I known this, I NEVER would have stayed here. I do mean NEVER!!!!!!!! I have been traveling for about 2 months out of the year for the last 25 years and have NEVER encountered such a thing. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Both my husband and I have health issues and needed our things but couldn't bring them to our room and had to make MANY trips to the vehicle to get what we needed and try to keep our food from spoiling. Unfortunately, sleep quality was poor. The A/C unit was the loudest I've ever heard. I turned it off for awhile but got too hot so had to turn it back on. At least it covered up the music from outside late at night and the odd popping and creaking noises we kept hearing from the whirlpool area and the neighbors banging around at all hours of the night. I do believe that the room above us was using their whirlpool all night long. We heard lots of noise and water running. It was nice to have a jetted tub for two. The hot soak felt good, but the jets didn't do much for massaging. There were no towel hooks around the sink which was inconvenient. This was the only hotel we stayed at on a 3 week road trip that did have a make-up mirror and adequate lighting to see to apply your make-up. Other good points about the room were that the bed and bedding were very plush. I liked the nightstands and pineapple lamps. However, I REALLY didn't care for the cheap, tacky laminate flooring. It reminded me of a Motel 6 and was VERY out of place with the rest of the decor. If the cheap, tacky floors are the reason you are not allowed to bring coolers to your room then they definitely need to replace them. If you want to sleep late, forget it as the construction next door starts promptly at 7 AM. I was already up as we had a busy day. If you want to relax around the pool during the day, forget it. Heard that the new building is a Best Western, so don't know what will become of this property. The new building is blocking part of the mountain view. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. I did not understand why there was an attendant to serve the hot items but you had to plate everything else yourself. So, how is that cutting down on germs????? No one was wearing masks or gloves. Food was just OK. Eggs were powdered not real. Sausage was surprisingly good, not greasy or spicy. There is yogurt and toast, apples and oranges, but no bananas. At least you could eat in the courtyard which was pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful with Spanish architecture and lots of beautiful flowers. There are many outdoor seating areas. I had hoped to arrive earlier so we could have drinks and take-out dinner in the courtyard, but it didn't work out. The Fisherman's restaurant directly across the street has good food and quick service. Unfortunately, the no cooler policy is RIDICULOUS and sleep was difficult due to assorted issues.

Wonderful location - only a block or two to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Hotel rooms were huge and came with a refrigerator. Room also had a jacuzzi tub which wasn't really necessary; we never used it because it would take forever to fill the tub. Breakfast was provided and while there was plenty of food, it was very repetitive, offering exactly the same thing every day.

Beautifully landscaped. Very peaceful and pleasant pool area with happy hour service! Very comfy beds! Decent breakfast! All staff very friendly and helpful! So convenient to Thursday night market and downtown!

Our favourite hotel in the heart of palm springs. It is in a Great location. Right beside all the downtown shops and restaurants and the Thursday evening Street market. The hotel is also fabulous. Verandas around every floor with sitting nooks with comfortable couches and chairs for an outdoor happy hour or even to eat a takeout dinner. Great breakfast and it is lovely to be able to sit at an outdoor table in the breakfast area or around the pool to eat. It also has a beautiful pool area for a very relaxing and comfortable afternoon.

The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected, there was eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, cereal, waffles, coffee and was fresh each morning. The check in staff was quick and upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The hotel is in a great location close to everything.

This hotel was reasonable, clean, staff was extremely nice, rooms are a great size, great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, breakfast was great. All around best hotel I've stayed in for some time, especially for the price. We had a large group and Jason, the coordinator, was great!

There is a large construction project immediately bordering many of the rooms, the pool, and the breakfast area. Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, the drilling/hammering was quite loud in the room at 7 am and all day. In general, the hotel has a loud location because it's a small lot surrounded by construction, busy roads, and late-night bars. The hotel adds a "utility fee" to your bill, a sneaky attempt to pass off a hotel resort fee as a tax. The front desk agent even (incorrectly) claimed it was a tax. The rooms are fairly small--standard motel layout--but have modern furnishings and were clean. Grounds are limited but nicely landscaped. The pool area has a bar; it's small but nice for a motel. The breakfast was just okay. Covid FYI: We visited 24 hours after Palm Springs lifted its mask mandate, and almost none of the staff wore masks. (At most other places in town, they still did.)

ive been going to Palm Springs for 7 years and this is the only hotel ill stay at. the location is pefect, amenities are good, the grounds are kept very nice. overall a wonderful hotel to stay at. they offer many options for a great breakfast every morning and sitting at the pool offers great views of the mountains. the drinks from the pool bar are good as well.

Loved it! The staff was so friendly (especially Olivia) check in was a breeze. The lobby was clean and relaxing. The outdoor areas (all of them) were so nice. Very pretty flowers and greenery everywhere. Fountains and a waterfall by the pool. The drinks by the pool were also wonderfully made (again by Olivia) I would recommend the breakfast and sitting out doors to eat. It is easily located walking durable ti shopping and downtown restaurants.

We were traveling through from Napa to Phoenix traffic was horrible and we decided to take a break in Palm Springs. We wanted a downtown experience and this location was perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants within minutes. You never know when you're looking online however the other reviews helped us make our decision. There is a construction in process next door. It's pretty obvious because of its size no surprise there. We are not that noise sensitive and the noise from the building in the morning was not bad. They do offer a full breakfast which we normally don't take advantage of. But it was very adequate including a server to avoid food contact with other guests. We had such a nice time we stayed an extra night. They have happy hour, a full bar inside and a pool bar. Nice areas to sit around and relax.

Great location, nice bed/ linens, great poolside w bar service and hot tub. Rooms very clean, fluffy towels and daily service. Vintage Vibe and though not like expensive Modernist hotels today it's a good price w full breakfast. Front desk seemed a bit lo key but nice

Best Western Plus hotels are locally owned, but meet Best Western quality standards. This is a beautiful property with very clean, comfortable rooms. Ours had the largest spa tub we have ever encountered! The property includes a bar, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and complementary hot breakfast. Ample parking. Beautiful three story Spanish-style complex with nice grounds and bougainvillea blooming through out. Somewhat spendy, but much, much more reasonable than the Palm Springs name brand resorts.

Super happy with this hotel! Superb location - many restaurants and shops on the main strip in Palm Springs are within walking distance from the hotel. Staff is just wonderful - friendly, helpful and professional. Pool area is beautiful (though we did not personally use the pool facility). Room was very clean and parking was free! (Unlike other nearby hotels). Tomorrow we explore Joshua Tree NP! Would definitely stay here again!

The Best Western Las Brisas is competitively priced and a good value, especially when compared to other downtown Palm Springs Hotels. The amenities of the pool, hot tub, bar and breakfast make this hotel full service. If you have any issue, even a small one, let the staff know and they will address it quickly. We had a noisy room due to a nearby night club, which then hotel cannot control, but they made courteous changes for us. Tough to beat this hotel for a downtown place to stay.

This hotel has a major construction site next door. There is no communication of this prior to reservation on any BW site. Noise starts at 7am. Most rooms directly face site, as well as, pool, pool bar, and breakfast courtyard. Jack hammering, saws, trucks create a less than pleasant environment for a relaxing stay. I would avoid this hotel for many months to come with the noise issue and lack of local management's transparency.

Spent 2 weeks here 10 years ago. Lovely to return. Staff on front desk were very quick and professional, thanks Scott. Room was dated and noisy air conditioner. But clean and cozy. Won't hesitate to come back again. Love the location, lots to see within walking distances.

So many great things about this hotel, let's start with the location. It's one block from the main drag and surrounded by some great places to each (Bill's Pizza, Sherman's deli, Fish Grotto, etc.). They have a great breakfast layout, no breakfasts in a bag like some places. The pool isn't large but it's quiet and intimate. There is an impressive full bar near reception. And if you like walking or jogging, you can easily map out a couple of loops that take you through Old Las Palmas, one of my favorite places in Palm Springs. Lastly, the staff really make you feel welcome!

Very nice property. Can't beat the value and location. Property is easy to access and right where you would want to be to explore Palm Springs. The landscaping and pool area are very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is well situated to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums. It is clean with a hot breakfast provided in a covid safe manner. All staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Well kept gardens, patios and pool. We had a wonderful and relaxing first time to Palm Springs.

Ok I just love this hotel. The reception was great, I wish I could have written down the girls name who checked me in. I believe it started with the letter D and was a supervisor, anyways she was absolutely amazing. The customer service I received was great and very easy to understand the check in. A lot of people really need to understand that they make the check in experience go really easy and any requests I had on file was read back to me me and properly delivered. Management please take notice of this and I thank you for this type of service!! The property has a little bar at the pool and in next to the lobby. The grounds are top notch and super clean, the grounds crew was outside working on the mornings and I never saw any trash anywhere. Omg the rooms!! Beautiful, clean, SPOTLESS! I had a room with two queen beds, third floor, pool view. The mattress were so comfortable and omg the pillows were great. Truly had a great sleep. Water pressure, temperature was good too. Sat outside the room just to relax and also just to listen, I like to see if you can hear noise and it was crazy quiet to be honest. AC and heating unit worked great and wasn't loud at all. I myself work for Best Western and let me tell you this is a honest review, this is far higher then a plus. They make you feel welcomed and this location is in a SAFE AND PRIME LOCATION!!! I can't say enough and will be back for sure! Thank you Las Brisas team, you are a true gem! FYI my room was B306 which I loved!

We travel to Palm Springs often and decided to stay in this conveniently located downtown hotel. We were very pleased with the staff, amenities and location. The room was very comfortable and clean, a nice pool area, and the staff members were very enthusiastic and responsive. Best location to start your Thursday Village Fest stroll up and down main street. Definitely a hotel we'd recommend to friends and family!

This hotel is amazing. It is a jewel in Palm Springs. It is centrally located, and the rooms are excellent and worth the value paid. The staff is top notch and extremely helpful, friendly, and caring. We will stay here every time we travel this way.

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight . We loved the European feel with the lovely water fountains, courtyards and sitting areas. Checking in and out was quick and simple. We loved conversing with the very accommodating bar tender at the pool. If the price is right we will be back again.

Nice looking hotel in a good location for getting anywhere in town. Hot breakfast included is very convenient though is the same every day. Staff are friendly and polite. We had a room on the lower level by the pool. It was a high traffic area and there is little noise insulation. The walls are also paper thin between the rooms, and the air conditioning unit was very noisy too! Overall a good to average stay - probably would have been better to request a higher floor.

We love the location - you can walk to most places in downtown Palm Springs. The staff was excellent from the front desk to the breakfast room. The breakfast is always good with several options- we love the waffles! We also enjoyed the hot tub but even thought the pool is heated, it was a little too chilly for us in December. Our son used the exercise room and liked it. Overall, a great stay over the holidays!

The Las Brisas has always been our go-to in Palm Springs for the location, amenities ,cleanliness, protocols and friendly staff. This was our third time here this year and we will be back again as soon as possible.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay - wonderful grounds and room, delicious and generous hot breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, located in a lovely area, felt safe - and we will make return reservations on our way back to CA from AZ.

Bar is a little pricey and we had an adjoining room with some noisy neighbors. Excellent breakfast. Bill seemed to have multiple fees in addition to taxes. Convenient parking. Nice pool and hot tub and pool area had shades and comfortable lounge chairs.

We have stayed there in the past and always enjoyed it, so we stay there every time we go to visit our friend in Palm Springs. It is located near the center of downtown Palm Springs, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The rooms and grounds are well maintained. They offer a free breakfast which is quite good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Check in as quick. I had received an e mail with 2 $20 gift cards for Best Western. At check in I asked to use them and if I needed to print them out. The gentleman took a picture of my email and told me no problem. They were not applied to my stay. Room was fine Only a few quirks. Cabinet that holds the refrigerator and coffee maker. I pulled out the coffee maker, but you had to open both doors to open the refrigerator. Having stayed in 3 other Best Western Hotels this trip, I was happy to see the pump style shampoo, conditioner and Body wash. Only to realize you had to keep pumping them in order to get out enough to use. It was frustrating. I also was put off by the no coolers or wet things on the furniture. I understand being told at check in. The signs in the room was too much for me. It made me and my daughter uncomfortable to place anything there.

Our stay here was very restful for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well as the hotel courtyard area at Breakfast. (Make sure to avoid staying in the B building rooms facing the nightclub noise on the north side of the hotel. There is late night noise on that side and it would not be a restful evening.) We stayed in room A301 on the southwest corner of the property and it was ideal. Close walk to Palm Canyon and many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a hike through the Indian Canyons.

We have stayed in 4 different BW hotels on our California vacation and this one was by far the worst experience. Tiny rooms that desperately need update and repairs, extremely loud music from the adjacent bar ever day from 9PM till 1AM. This hotel is definitely not a BW Plus, should be downgraded.

I dont look to a best western for luxury but this hotel was at least as good as higher end brands. 1) Location: Perfect. Across the street from the "main strip." 2) Staff: Excellent. Friendly, attentive & very capable. 3) Rooms: Super comfy beds, very clean. Loved the hardwood floors rather than old dirty carpeting. Lots of great spaces to stow luggage, shoes, extra bags. 4) Pool/Hot Tub: really nice landscaping. Pool is clean & heated to the perfect temperature. There is a nice bar poolside, again staffed by very friendly, capable people. 5) Breakfast has nice options & a beautiful patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. 6) Free parking, wi fi & breakfast make this hotel a wonderfully affordable option in the heart of Palm Springs. We saw some reviews mentioned noise from the bar next door, but we found that, by midnight, it was much quieter. The bathroom fan worked well for us as a noise buffer. Our family will definitely stay here again.

There was a hot tub in the room which I think was unnecessary. The hot tub running from the next room could be heard clearly. The floors were wavy as if there was a flood. My key rarely worked on the first try.

My family was excited to stay in Palm Springs, but this place ruined our trip. We got very little sleep due to the absurdly loud music/thumping from the bar next door (it was at its worst from 1 to 2am). I had seen noise mentioned once or twice in reviews so had explicitly asked on three separate occasions for a quiet room, but they screwed my family (if they tell you a room on the third floor is "quieter" don't believe them). Otherwise, the exterior is pretty, the pool is nice, the cleaning staff didn't wear masks, our room was tiny and dark...but none of that really matters when you're a sleep-deprived zombie. If you want a convenient place to party all night, this would be a good choice; if you do want to get any sleep, don't stay here.

Las Brisas is a great location with a beautiful courtyard. The pool and poolside bar are nice to have and really added to the enjoyment of our trip. The rooms are good size and the amenities are great. The garden courtyard was very clean and the flora - beautiful.

Bar on the north side plays super loud music until midnight. the staff never told me about it. I had to leave the hotel at 6 pm and go find another place. they said they won't reimburse me unless they can resell the room. so don't get a room on the north side due to the music.

We were so pleased to discover this gem of a hotel. It's location one block off the main restaurant/shopping street was so convenient for a leisurely stroll, grabbing a meal, catching the Veterans Day parade or doing the Walk of Stars. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept, and private from the street. The pool is large enough to accommodate many guests without feeling crowded (depth 3ft - 5ft). Lots of lounge chairs both in the shade and in the sun. Lots of side tables for those orders of delicious nachos and drinks from the bar! (Food served 12-3pm). Misters over the chairs kept us cool. Fountains and flowers everywhere! Request a room not facing the bars; we did experience noise and were immediately moved to a quieter room upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is better than your standard continental, with hot options, but is the same each morning. I loved eating breakfast by the pool and not needing to leave the property first thing in the morning to get food! Lots of free parking. The rooms were clean. The rooms show their age and are due for a refresh, but I would rather pay lower prices for an outdated room anyway, as we spent so little time in the room! The location and pool area of this hotel are just wonderful. I am definitely hoping to return.

This is my favorite hotel in all of Palm Springs! There have been many changes in the hotel with remodeling and the covid virus. All for the better I must say. I always get my same 2 rooms since I have to take care of my partner with health issues. I drive right up and unload in a few steps. The new staff was very accommodating and professional. They went out of their way to help. The new manager Jason Villers is an asset to the property. Very kind and helpful. I cant wait to go next time for my birthday...I will be 70 and I wouldn't want to go or stay anywhere else.

The hotel was in a prime location, one block away from Palm Canyon Drive where all the restaurants & shops are. No need to use a car. The hotel appearance was the Spanish style with many fountains. The decor was not the modern style but has its own charm. The room had hardwood floor instead of carpeted. We were in the top floor, room 306, looking down to the swimming pool. Thanks god that we were not near to the bar where it was so loud until midnight. The bed room size was average and a bit cramp with many furniture. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was table order service style with limited menu. The same items were offered everyday. I would stay here due to the location and the free parking. Everything else were average. When we needed to change our reservation to accommodate our daughter at the last minute, we talked to Jessdyn at the reservation call center. He was extremely understanding and helped us to request a roll away bed to be added to our King room. He also requested the hotel to give us a microwave. We are seniors with special dietary needs. Having a microwave during the 4 night stay was very appreciated. We were thankful to Jessdyn.

Despite a glitch that meant four phone calls to straighten out my confirmed rate, this Best Western came through with its great location, nice pool, good breakfast and comfortable room. Staff served a hot breakfast – eggs, potatoes, waffles – rather than its traditional buffet style to be Covid safe. Bright magenta-colored bougainvilleas festooning the walls and the pool side bartender give the property a resort feel. It was an easy walk to several good restaurants and bike rental shop. Our room on the front of the hotel was quiet, but take note if you're booking a room on the Arenas street side -- you will hear the bass thumping from several nightclubs in this area.

After booking a hotel in desert hot springs that was not so savory, we were delighted with this gem of a place. The place was clean, easy to get around without getting lost and all of the staff were so friendly. The rooms aren't fancy but they are clean and the beds are super comfy. The blackout curtains let us sleep so great. The pool is not huge but the setting is quaint and charming. There's a bar by the pool and Addam with two D's was awesome. Made great drinks and was very funny and made us feel very comfortable. We were close to so many great shops and restaurants and the free breakfast was amazing! Don't forget to leave a tip for your awesome servers!

Las Brisas Best Western Plus is handy to downtown Palm Springs and offers some great amenities: hot tasty breakfast, beautiful pool, USA Todays in the lobby. Minor complaints: we had a first floor room which was noisy at times and our room keys stopped working twice during our 5-night stay. (We were accused of keeping them in our wallets, near our credit cards, which was never true).

I had to book a last-minute trip to Palm Springs stayed at the Best Western Las Brisas was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness service and the pool bar amenities Addam was an awesome host! If you have to make a last-minute booking to Palm Springs I do suggest Best Western Las Brisas for its price location and overall service.

We booked this primarily for it's location adjoining the gay bars located just to the north of the hotel. That proximity is a double edge sword, in that most nights, the noise from these very same bars could significantly impact rooms on the north side of the hotel, particularly in the B buildings. Even on the west side of the A buildings, there is a lot of morning noise from traffic on Indian Canyon Dr. There is also an active large construction project right now on the south side of the hotel. None the less, the room was comfortable, and the pool area was very nice. The morning breakfast was only OK. We did like that we could walk to nightlife and restaurant venues.

Overall the property surprised us. It beat our expectations on all counts. Location- very close the the Main Street activity area hence closer to all restaurants Ann's pubs. Staff-the staff were courteous and helpful Breakfast-decent spread Parking- parking is free Rooms- well proportioned clean. Highly recommended

I booked over a month ago, but I asked if I could get something on the 1st floor or need a parking space (I injured my knee, ACL). Our room was as far away as it could be. The front desk didn't even listen. Large room, but the floor was dirty, dust on lamps, some of the sockets didn't work, the shower needs HELP. Not enough parking spaces.

My husband and I stayed for our first night in Palm Springs and were impressed with the whole experience, especially given the price. While technically a motel, it did not feel like one. We received a warm welcome at the front desk and learned about all the amenities offered (free breakfast, beautiful pool and bar). Our room was spacious, clean, well air-conditioned and bright. Best of all was the location that allowed us to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to downtown Palm Springs, close to restaurants and shops. Fisherman's Market Grill is right across the street. Poolside Bar is fun while hanging at the pool and lobby bar was fun after a day of shopping and exploring. Free hot breakfast was a nice option to enjoy on the patio. Street noise could be an issue if your room is streetside.

The location of this hotel is excellent for waking distance to downtown where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Bathroom is small but adequate. Full breakfast with many choices. Lovely outdoor eating socializing area and pool!

The Staff were very helpful. Place was very nice and very close to everything. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, casino and clubs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel had a whole Spanish Hacienda feel and look to it. Beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub was very inviting and relaxing.

This hotel is located downtown close to restaurants and only a few minutes from the airport. Nice pool and spa tub area and the pool bar is a nice addition. I had booked a room on points for one night and was looking for an upgraded room and they had already done that for us. Great service and much appreciated. Room was extremely spacious and well appointed. All the staff were professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast selection was very good and there were lots of tables outside on the pool deck.

A lovely relaxing stay in Palm Springs. Staff & amenities are top notch. Right across the road from Center of Palm Springs. We had a lovely hot breakfast at the outside tables. Indoor ones are all new.. very nice.

Love, love, love, this hotel. It's centrally located so that you can park your car and walk to downtown for dinner or shopping. All staff at the hotel are nice and pleasant and the hotel itself is very clean. The hotel itself is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. We've stayed at this hotel many times and haven't had one bad experience.

The staff were very friendly. The morning breakfast included warm and cold options. The pool area is small but beautiful landscaping and relaxing sounds. The rooms were cleaned. Overall great experience. It's walking distance to restaurants and it felt very safe to walk at night.

We stayed here 3 nights and it was great. A large, well maintained property with nice and clean rooms. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. We loved sitting by the pool and ordering various drinks from the pool bar. There is also another bar just next to the lobby. It was so much fun! The hot breakfast was good also. The breakfast room has adequate seating or you could sit outdoors by the pool. This hotel is just a block away from all the entertainment and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive. We will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this property for a very long time. The location is PERFECT. Cross the street and you are in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! The hot breakfast was a nice change from the COVID restrictions. It was clean, well-stocked and delicious. The room was so comfortable and nicely updated and clean. We enjoyed the pool area and food and drinks from the bar. I never see my car when I'm there. It's the best spot to relax and unwind!

It was a great room! If you go get the room with the hot tub inside the room, it's huge!!! Worth it and the view is awesome, the food is great and it's right across the street from downtown Palm Springs which is great for bar hopping or going to explore!

Whether it is an all girls trip or a get-a-way with my husband, I prefer to stay at this hotel in Palm Springs. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and updated, the breakfast buffet is yummy and the pool is refreshing.

This is a great hotel in Palm Springs. The rooms are comfortable and the pool area is awesome. It's near enough to the center of town to walk but is still quiet. A full breakfast was being served and the staff is attentive & friendly.

Walking to the best Bars and Restaurants is the best way to go. Make sure you have the Happy hour at Sammy G's. The Street Bar is a nice way to start your weekend. Keep in mind the drinks there are free pour and use Uber if you lite it up.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere is awesome. Close to everything. Centrally located. Breakfast is a full breakfast, waffles amazing. Love it

This hotel is lovely with beautiful flowering plants and Mediterranean architecture. The pool area is very nice, the service was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was very good. We didn't use them, but there is a restaurant and bar at this location which is very convenient.

Great location. We stayed during the covid time. Very close to the Cactus to Cloud. hike. We enjoyed a very good breakfast. And we have lots of choices for dinner near restaurants. Couple of friends shared the room.

The staff is friendly and the location in downtown Palm Springs can't be beat. However, the room was cramped and dark -- hardly restful after a long day of driving. In retrospect, we should have asked for a different room. We were given a room near the stairwell, subjecting us to all the sound above from poorly-behaved guests. Around midnight, two guests a floor or two above us had a shouting breakup. Morning was broken with another guest on a phone call outside near the stairs. No, we didn't call the front desk, as they finally shut up.

We stayed three nights and the bed was so comfortable and the room was great. The location was fantastic with walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. The best part was the staff (Addam at their pool bar) and Joe at the inside bar. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this location to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for Mothers Day weekend and it was a wonderful visit. The hotel staff was friendly upon checkin, the room was clean and comfortable. It's equipped with a coffee maker and fridge! The hot breakfast was really good too. The highlight of the stay, without a doubt, was Addam! He was wonderful, kind, hospitable and an overall amazing person! The food and drinks didn't hurt either. Highly recommend! Already booked our next stay!

We spent 3 nights over Memorial Day. Very central location for downtown Palm Springs. Easy walk to great restaurants. The breakfast was good, especially the atmosphere sitting outside to eat. Great service from Scott at the front desk.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Las Brisas. Great breakfast and pool area. Within walking distance of Downtown Palm Springs. Restaurants, bars and casino. They have a great bar area by the pool. Lots of parking. Across the street there is a great seafood restaurant.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already and have recommended it to others who have also stayed there. We all love it. It is a very beautiful property and the staff is wonderful. I recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a great place to stay. It's nice and also like 5 minutes walking distance from the main strip.

What a great location in Palm Springs. That is just the start. The rooms in separate buildings were a huge plus as it adds a feel of “ not just another hotel”. After a long drive with the usual So Cal traffic delay of a hour and a half, we checked in, got settled, and went to the pool bar for an unwinding drink. The bartender was engaging, nice guy. Despite reviews of noice, we had a quiet night. Breakfast wast a good start to the day. This will not be the last time we come here on our overnight trips back home to Arizona.

Looks and feels like a southwestern boutique hotel in the middle of downtown Palm Springs with walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. Staff members were masked and socially distancing was practiced. Their pool and free breakfast was cool as well.

What I liked: * one block from downtown Palm Springs' major shopping and dining street - the "Palm Canyon Drive." There is also a free parking garage right across street from the hotel. Excellent location, perhaps the best compared to nearby hotels and hotels on the Palm Canyon Drive. * Modern room amenities * Great front desk and cleaning service * Wonderful breakfast What I disliked * The exterior building may need to be repainted in order to look "newer" Overall, enjoyed my stay there, 4.5 out of 5.

This hotel looks great online and based on the reviews thought It would be a great location to stay while in Palm Springs. Sorely disappointed the rooms were tired and in need of a refresh. The hotel overlooks bars which were loud the food was basic at best no imagination. The vents have dust on them doesn't look like there's any cleaning done above eye level. Disappointing as this hotel indicates its taking extra steps to clean in the Covid era we are living through. This was especially noticeable in the bathrooms. It's weird to have outdoor carpet everywhere it just looks dirty. The breakfast area felt more like a cafeteria was just expecting better sorely disappointed.

I've stayed in many hotels but this hotel topped them all ! From service, to room, to amenities everything was a 10/10! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful (and free) outside is beautiful and service made everything better. Only complaint was the noise from the room above at night but of course front desk fixed the problem right away ! So many asked me where I vacationed at and I was more than happy to recommend this hotel !

It was a nice place in downtown town Palmsprings good walking to the Donut shop. Space space it is hard to get 200 characters to write that is a lot of characters to write don't like to write that many characters

Las Brisas was an enjoyable end to my first travels since December 2019 (due to COVID). The hotel followed social distancing rules. Set up their Breakfast to include hot items that were served to you. The variety was very good and I thought the cleanliness of all public areas was superb. Would come back any time I'm in the area.

Nice and clean. Andrew at the front desk was great and welcoming at check in. The room was clean and spacious. Internet was an easy connect and was a great quality for a hotel. Pool area was clean and tidy. Breakfast was pretty good considering. I'd stay again!

Can walk anywhere downtown from here. Pool area nice and friendly. Great value over all. Request a room away frim the street as the street noise can be annoying (not the hotels fault, the price you pay for the location. Would defibately stay again.

I wish I did more research on this hotel/location. I thought asking for a quiet room away from the pool and elevator was smart. Little did I know this would put me in a room facing the busy street where cars/motorcycles with LOUD engines would interrupt my sleep. Accompanying the vrooms of the cars were the repeated sounds of bass loud enough to overpower my box fan that I use for white noise. Apparently the hotel calls the police when they get noise complaints from the guests. I understand it's out of the control of the hotel but this soured my stay and will not be a repeat customer. Everything else was great - location, breakfast which I ate by the pool, free parking, nice room (although the AC was a bit loud).

This stay was just as great as my last one a few years ago. It was nice and clean with friendly staff in the pool cantina. Movies on the tV for my grandson and great breakfast food in the morning. Big variety

My room was in C building, and close to the two bars that back on this property. It was very LOUD both nights (Sunday and Monday). Not able to block out the sound even with the TV and the AC on. Didn't sleep. Wasn't happy. When I called the desk the first night after checking in and hearing the music, I asked how late the music went. They said 1030 pm. But the music lasted much later -- the band stopped at 1030 but the in-house sound system inside the bar went on til wee hours. I asked the desk at hotel also if the same would happen Monday night and they promised it wouldn't. However -- it did. This hotel needs to invest in soundproofing the walls, doors and windows at a minimum. Liked the location, but its not worth the sound issue no matter what. Nice staff -- but they were not honest about the situation and what to expect. Will not stay here again.

Everyone is nice, but I would never stay here again. It's the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. 20-30% of the rooms overlook two outdoor bars that play unbelievably loud music and encourage crowds to scream all day and night. I was a professional musician for 15+ years, I'm fairly easygoing when it comes to noise, but this was insane. Don't expect to sleep until after 2am, even with earplugs, or to relax in your room at any point in the day. All of their food is cheap, store-bought junk, and there was a long black hair on the shower wall and sand on the floor when I checked in. Their gym is usable. The water cooler in it isn't connected to a water supply but, don't worry, there are $5 bottles of water waiting for you in your room. The pool is the only redeeming feature. It's like if a basic economy flight was a hotel. If you like to enjoy where you stay on vacation, don't stay here.

Best bar tender by the pool aka ADDam . He was so welcoming and made me feel like I was a resort down the Bahamas He's amazing and great attitude . Definitely will come back to see addam. He made everyone feel welcoming

I had a blast, everyone at the hotel was amazing! I will be coming back for sure next time I visit Palm Springs! I really enjoyed staying at the pool and having a drink at the bar. Try the nachos they are amazing!

Me and my friends recently stayed at this cute hotel, we pulled up and it was beautiful. When we checked in Stephanie helped check us in she was so kind and helpful with food recommendations. The pool was amazing. The rooms where just ok but the best part of our visit was Andrew the bartender he is top notch amazing, seriously one of the nicest people i have ever meet. He made our stay that much sweeter. Would definitely book again.

Relaxing stay in Spanish villa in Palm Spring! The blooming flowers were mesmerizing! Perfect location and convenient walking distance to downtown! We found this place after hours of investigation! Definitely will be back for more oasis experience!

This attractive hotel is located in the heart of Palm Springs within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops and gay nightlife.. The room was clean with Wifi and parking was provided. The staff is young and friendly. Stay here if you're looking for convenience.. Avoid connecting rooms since you can hear the people next door.

Great hotel, centrally located in Palm Springs. Has everything you need to stay and lounge or walk to stores and restaurants in minutes. The staff is wonderful and prices are reasonable. We use to stay in another hotel that we thought was close to the action. This place is literally in the best spot. A block off the main drag so that it's quiet but minutes from everything.

This hotel was within walking distance of all the shops and bars/restaurants of Palm Springs. It was so clean and set up beautifully. I felt like I was a queen! Andrew was one of the sweetest most accomdating people I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Location was great, very near main street with restaurants and shopping. This is an older hotel and not very sound proof! Well kept, we had a room in the A building, first floor. Very noisy with a lot of foot traffic going by our door, rolling their luggage on the Saltillo tile, like a small train going over train tracks at your room front door. Plus no sound barrier between the adjoining room next door. Awakened the first morning at 6:30 am by very noisy neighbors discussing what to wear for the day, etc. Sounded like they were sitting right by the door adjoining our rooms. We could very clearly hear them. Room clean, staff friendly, but the last night, 6:30 pm we were laying in bed, relaxing after long day, had a do not disturb sign on our door. Knock on the door, our reply, No!, Knock again, then male employee opens our door, we exclaim No!, He closes the door only to open it again, standing there with a microwave he says we requested. Again we say No! He stood there with the door open for about 30 seconds. Finally he closed the door...not good! Also, husband requested a 4:30 am wake up call upon check-in as he had a drive out to his job site. Did not receive the wake up call either. Had drinks the first night, they were good, but they charge for them, $13 each. Pool was noisy and busy the first night, but on second night empty and we enjoyed the hot tub. Price was reasonable, but sometimes you get what you pay for. We will try a different place to stay on our next trip.

Easy walking distance to restaurants. Older well kept property. Typical Best Western room. Good Internet. Worked well for us as it was also close to the golf course where we were participating in a tournament.

We just spent 3 nights here (see my review from Sept, 2018). Everything was just as good as the first. The staff was very good about serving breakfast (scrambled eggs, waffles) rather than self-serve. Lots of seating outside in a pleasant setting though they also did just open the inside breakfast room too. Comfortable room. Great location, easy to walk through Palm Springs (Fisherman's Market directly across the street is a great choice for dinner). The only con's...on the non-pool side, there are several outdoor clubs that can be noisy. We stayed on the poolside (which is much quieter) but, even from the 3rd floor, we had our share of loud, annoying people in the hot tub until 11 PM. So there really should be some restrictions around noise on the property after certain hours.

After a long day you want to relax and have a nice nights rest. Best Western PLUS does not only get you an amazing room. You get the best service you could ask for!!!! Thanks to Receptionist Andrew W.

This hotel was centrally located to get to restaurants, casino and shopping. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. If you are bothered by noise, I would recommend rooms on the south side as the north side has a bar/club next door. The pool area was larger than we expected and they had lounge chairs spaced out for social distancing. Michael, bartender at the pool bar, was very friendly and efficient, even when it got busy. Andrew provided top-notch service and while you can't see the smile behind the mask you could see the smile in his eyes and how much he enjoyed his job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

If you want to stay in downtown Palm Springs, this location is great. The hotel was clean; parking was easy and breakfast was adequate. We did not use the pool; however, it looked nice albeit a rather small area. Note that there are two bars on the north side of the hotel that are quite noisy at night. It was extremely loud the first night we stayed, so much so that we heard each and every cuss word from the event that took place all of Sunday afternoon and well into the night. I was traveling with my daughter and we had the opportunity to have a nice conversation about the use of language - teaching moment indeed. The next two nights were not bad. - just something to note, especially if you are visiting on the weekend and are sensitive to party noise.

We decided to go to Palm Springs after receiving both vaccine shots. Stayed at the Best Western as we have the last 4 times. Good hotel as one block from downtown and three blocks from casino. Nice pool with drink and limited food service. Stayed in the spa suite as it is larger. Wooden floor was a little warped and bathroom door had some water damage. Very friendly staff and hot breakfast included in price of room.

My stay here was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made it very welcoming and very pleasant that we opt to stay within the hotel instead of going into town. We also extended our stay due to the good time we were having.

This hotel is one block from the downtown Palm Springs area and has such a beautiful decor and landscaping that makes it such a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a breakfast buffet each morning with eggs, potatoes, and waffles. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Andrew gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Had a great time at this hotel this past weekend. Scott at the front desk was so helpful and it was so relaxing. Hot tub and pool were open and relaxing. Quiet atmosphere and right near everything - we walked to downtown several times. Also the quesadillas at the bar were amazing- you must try them. Great trip - will definitely be back.

We've stayed here often. This hotel is a wonderful gem in the downtown area. No car is needed as tons of restaurants & shops in walking distance. We love the pool area with an adorable little tiki bar and food available to eat poolside. The grounds are amazingly kept. Free full breakfast daily. The hotel itself is quaint & old style, but very comfortable & clean. The low price with the amenities it's the best place to stay in Palm Springs. And the staff is always on top of things & so kind!

Andrew was amazing. Be sure to ask for him when you book or when you need help. Alex is the grounds keeper and he does a wonderful job keeping the place looking great. The room was not up to par. The air conditioning leaked water on the floor, the floor was warped terrible from what looked like water damage but the worst thing was that the plumbing in the bathroom made loud banging noises all night long keeping us up.

Excellent value for palm springs. Hotel is in a prime location. Very nice rooms with view of mountains. Pool with an outdoor bar. Good hot breakfast in morning. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean room, good breakfast with cooked items. Only down fall was thin walls-we could hear people in the next room talking. Also, the hot water would not stay at a consistent temperature. Nice walking distance to restaurants.

The location here is ideal! It's a cute little Inn with friendly staff and a nice pool area. On this beautiful weekend in early February, Palm Springs had just re-opened and all restaurants were open for outdoor dining. The shops were open as well. We did not use our car at all and just walked to restaurants and shops which was great! Before staying here I checked with some of the larger resorts such as the Marriott and Double Tree and they had no restaurants open. Here, the pool bar was open and had a good menu too. In addition, at the Marriott I was told we'd have to wear our mask at the pool. After reading a review about the Marriott which described how a security guard was forcing people to wear masks even when there was no one else at the pool and even while they were sipping their drinks, I canceled my reservations at the Marriott. I am all for staying Covid safe, but, if you are outdoors and sitting far off to yourself, then, let's not go overboard. I am writing this because I know people want to know how places operate during Covid. This place is very clean and practices the needed protocols but it's very laid back. No one wears a mask at the pool except the bartender. This place was reportedly booked but the pool was not over crowded and we had plenty of space to social distance. The jacuzzi was open which I have not seen at other hotels. At times, there were large parties of people in the jacuzzi but I just went in when no one else was around. Most of the time my daughter had the pool to herself or there were one or two others in the pool. Eduardo at the front desk was great and so was the bartender. They were super friendly and went above and beyond.

Great Location! Very Clean Hotel! I stay at a lot of hotels while travel for work. The staff was super Friendly and the hotel grounds were very clean. Wish I had more time there to enjoy the pool. Due to Covid the gym was closed, but the fitness center looked great. I will definitely go back on travel or while on vacation.

I booked this hotel based on reviews of cleanliness. It absolutely lived up to my expectations! We drove up and immediately noticed the landscaping. Not a leaf was out of place! We walked in to check in and were greeted by Andrew. My husband and I agree that in all of our travels we have NEVER experienced such wonderful customer service from a hotel employee checking in. Andrew made us feel like we wished we were staying much longer than one night! He was polite, charming, and informative...going the extra mile. I hope the owners of the hotel know the gem they have in him! We believe he will succeed wherever he goes due to his positive attitude and the way he goes above and beyond. We booked a room with a hot tub inside for our one night getaway. The room was great. Very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The hot tub was huge! Best part, plenty of hot water to fill it up and it never got cold! So the room was a tiny bit dated and has some wear marks on the cabinets. But it was so clean and fresh smelling it didn't matter. (I am so tired of staying at even high end hotels and the carpet smells or is stained! The floors are laminate, so easy to keep fresh!) The room was very quiet. We visited the bar area and were served by Andrew again. And again he impressed us! It was very nice to be able to get a drink onsite. The Breakfast buffet in the morning is free of charge. The warm items were served by an employee, there were also many grab and go options. The food was great! There was plenty of outdoor seating with heaters. We didn't use the pool/hot tub area since we had one in our room and it was cold. But the pool was open and heated to 84 degrees and the hot tub was 103. Beautiful bougainvillea everywhere made the pool area look delightful! All in all, we were completely impressed by this hotel. We had 30 kid-free hours and were determined to enjoy it. I looked into many hotels around Downtown Palm Springs and the majority of places had mention of funky smells or uncleanliness. I hadn't looked at this hotel first because I thought of Best Western being a little “lower end.” I am so glad I read the reviews and booked. This hotel definitely stands out! Save your money and stay here! I don't do reviews very often, but they deserve this one 100%! Keep up the good work, and make sure you move Andrew up the ranks...he is an asset to your company!

I needed a mental health getaway during these crazy COVID times. I could not have asked for a better experience. The property was quiet, the room and beds were comfortable and I felt safe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants within walking distance and beautiful surroundings.

The gentleman who check us in was very helpful showing us around and made sure we were having the best experience. He went out of his way to check with me in passing to make sure we were having a good time and he went out of his way to show my kids and I a great time.

I would be wary staying at this hotel as the hotel manager appears to be a COVID conspiracy theorist based on their online postings. If they believe COVID is a hoax, they likely are not following procedures and sanitation standards to help keep guests and the community safe.

Great stay !! Andrew that works the front desk was lovely . The hotel is within walking distance to the Main Street. It's a very safe area . I didn't use the outdoor poor but did put in my toes and the water was good . The pool has great hours !

Hotel was clean, bright, updated, staff was nice, Bed was cozy, very comfortable as well as the pillows, very clean rooms and linens. NO CARPET ! Which is a plus for me. Breakfast was good and portions great. Breakfast area was clean and Server was very nice. I didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but the pool and pool area looked very clean.

Stood there for one neigth touring in the area. Rooms where very nice appointed with high quality bathroom. Overall good size of room and I had a good rest. Pool was a great refresher after a day in the heat.

Hotel is lovely with everything any traveler could need, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only problem is very loud club-type music right next to hotel property. Mostly heard at night, sometimes until very late. This will keep you awake! Earplugs + white-noise helped.

This property is beautiful. Mature plants provide privacy around the pool area. Many great restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Lots of free television channels, and free WiFi. Polite, professional and efficient staff - especially Scot at the front desk. Delicious complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we checked in til the time we checked out I can honestly say it was one of the most attentive staff and friendliest personnel I have encountered. Our room was spotless and spacious and well equipped with amenities. The pool was clean along with the Hot tub. The staff really took pride in this COVID epidemic to keep things safe for all. The pool area was beautifully kept and the surroundings beautiful. The front desk people Dominick, Danelle, Scott were so very helpful with information and kindness. The pool area had a small bar service and Zachary was a wonderful bar tender. I thought they had a great free hot breakfast too. They had plenty of items to choose from hot or cold. I look forward to staying here again. Plenty of parking, close to many Bars, restaurants, and shops. You really dont even need a car unless you want to visit other areas. The hotel is only 3 blocks from the Casino, 1 block from a grocery store and I could go on and on but I wont. Great Location and fair price!

If you would like to be staying at a very comfortable property, close to downtown Palm Springs, this may meet your needs. This has been our go to hotel when visiting Palm Springs. It offers all the amenities that we might be looking for and is close enough to everything that we have an interest in visiting the area. Walking distance to downtown and close enough to several good restaurants. Good parking and friendly staff.

Pros: *Central location, easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. *Free hot breakfast which was quite good for these Covid times. *Clean modern rooms and nice pool. Cons: *If your room is on the north side of the hotel, you will be next to the outdoor (Covid) bars. Expect a driving techno beat until about midnight on Fri/Sat/Sun. *Expect random charges to your credit card starting about two days before you arrive. By the time I checked out after 3 days, there were $1200 of random charges pending on my account (for a $400 bill). Keep this in mind if you are close to your credit limit.

This was a beautiful Boutique Hotel right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It was easy for my mom and I to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown. A hot breakfast with cheesy eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles was offered with an employee dishing the food out due to COVID-19. Dining was outdoors. Pool area was nice. The rooms were clean and updated with plenty of electrical outlets and fast free WiFi.

This location was perfectly located to all the things we wanted to do this trip. The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small compared to other hotels in the area within the same price level and star level. The 2 queen beds room was really cramped.

Came here to for a quick getaway for the wife's birthday. Had been here years ago and had a great experience. Was not disappointed and the wife loved it too. The breakfast is great for filling up for the day and many dinner are within walking distance. On this trip, we just relaxed and the pool area, as well as the table and chairs outside our mountain gfacing room were perfect. We will be back!

Just had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. Staff are friendly and accommodating, property is beautiful and easily accessed, rooms are big and the bed and linens were super comfy. I haven't even gotten to the great location right in the middle of downtown and all the action. Rooms have fridge and coffee and they have free breakfast and coffee. They are open and practicing safe guidelines and it was so nice to get away and have a place to go. Cant wait to go back.

Be careful there rooms may look clean but you must check to see if cockroaches are lingering around... notified the front desk clerk said it's not a big problem, that the cockroaches always find there way inside the rooms... he suggested that it wasn't a big issue and asked if I would see anymore cockroaches to just give him a call and he would personally take care of them but wasn't trying transfer me to a new room. He suggested I stay in the room..Once he did transfer me to a new room.. he had the audacity to try and make my night even more uncomfortable by not giving me a copy of the new room.. and disappeared went on break. Horrible weird experience I don't care what any hotel employee says. Follow your health code and proper procedure. Two thumbs down.

Rooms are terrific! Staff are tops! Location awesome! Service perfect! For a boutique moderately priced hotel this one is A+ #1 súper place to stay! Pool is gorgeous if you have time, just a wonderful spot to chill! Continental breakfast is just as good as most luxory hotels. Well kept secret, shhh, don't tell too many.

They don't track who is at the pool so it is packed with non-guests so you can't get a chair or space in the pool. The front desk didn't seems to care about it either. The mattresses seemed new and were comfortable which was a plus since I spent most of the time on it watching TV since the pool was not an option.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. Exceptionally clean room and grounds. The place was sold out Labor Day weekend and the internet worked great and the hot water didn't fail. Real comfy beds and nice towels. Hotel is downtown so we walked to everything for shopping and restaurants. Front desk Alex and Daniella were very helpful. The hotel is just beautiful and I really expected Frank Sinatra to come round the corner!!!

I wasn't expecting to get a reasonably priced room at a reputable hotel with a pool within walking distance of the main drag in Palm Springs, but that's exactly what I got here. Unfortunately the pool turned out to be too warm to be refreshing in 100+ degree outside temps in August, but I'm not sure that any amount of cooling could have defeated the devilishly hot air temp. Otherwise, rooms were clean, ice machines were up and running, breakfast was plenty hearty (although still a typical hotel breakfast) especially considering how much most places seem to be cutting back during Covid. Only thing they don't have right now is their grab and go breakfast (would start at 6:00 versus the other breakfast at 7:00), so if you're planning an early morning hike to beat the heat, just plan to have other food options ready. Overall, great place.

There is so much to love about this place. From the front desk, Daniella (wonderful gal-exudes great customer service), breakfast (even during Co-Vid it's still great), the rooms with the Jacuzzi (a must), this hotel is wonderful. It is centrally located, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Super clean and sanitized. The sheets, covers and towels smelled super clean. The floors were spotless, I don't like to walk barefoot but I could tell the floors were squeaky clean in the room and bathroom. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast, although they say limited during CO-Vid, we had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles (Awesome), toast, bagels, cereal and fruit. The only negative I saw is that there isn't a designated area for smoking. We saw a few people standing outside of their rooms and in common areas smoking. For someone who doesn't smoke and during this pandemic, this was not good although Palm Springs does allow it.

We always stay at this Hotel in Palm Springs and have never been disappointed. Good breakfast amenities and the pool bar is great for drinks and snacks. Front desk staff very friendly as are the housekeepers.

My wife and I thought this location was great next to really good restaurants, and the view on the third floor was beautiful! The front desk staff is amazing. Pool wasn't busy and they have misters to keep you cool when its really hot.

This hotel and staff are great and it is across from restaurants like a fish and Mexican restaurants. You can walk to other resturants and shops across the street as it is located downtown. Th pool area is heated and the breakfast is good. You can order lunch by the pool at noon.

After visiting Palm Springs for both business and leisure, this hotel by far is the best in the down town area. I look forward coming back for both business and leisure as my overall stay was GREAT. I highly recommend this property.

I have been to Palm Springs many times but had never stayed at this hotel. It is in the Center of Palm Springs so you don't need a car if you don't plan to travel out of Palm Springs. The room was clean and for the price exceeded my expectations. The hotel was packed with travelers. It was very quiet and must have been well built because we never heard the people in the rooms next to ours. I had read the reviews and knew not to stay on the north side of the hotel. There were several bars close to that side of the hotel. We had room 303 and it was on the top floor on the East side. Any of these rooms would be perfect. The breakfast was adequate and it was great to sit poolside and enjoy the morning.

Our stay was top notch! The location of Las Brisas is so convenient, I will only stay here when in Palm Springs. Just a quick walk to Palm Canyon, the casino, and amazing restaurants. The customer service was like no other. Upon check in, Scott was so accommodating and kind. Enrique was another staff member who made our stay worth while. He was always around keeping the hotel spotless, offering assistance with anything needed and has a wonderful attitude. He is someone who makes Las Brisas the best place to stay in Palm Springs. The whole staff was great! The pool was clean and quaint. The breakfast and coffee is hot and ready each morning. All precautions due to COVID-19 were thoroughly addressed and I felt safe. I definitely recommend Best Western Las Brisas!

I want to start this review by commending Peter Morales, General Manager of Best Western PLUS. He was so understanding and accommodating to me and my daughter and the noise problems at this hotel. He is a 5 star manager, no doubt about it. Now, here are the reasons I do not recommend staying at this hotel or at least this wing of the hotel. Rooms B 301, 303, 305, 307, 309 on the second floor and the rooms below these rooms should be closed and made into some other hotel venue that closes before 5pm. These rooms sit in the parking lot of two bars with outdoor music that blasts with a heavy base until 2 a.m. Monday thru Sunday. Not only do you have to listen to the blaring base, but that is joined by bar patrons screaming in the parking lot and as they leave in their cars they turn up their car stereos. Then the next morning at 8 a.m. the recycle trucks come into the parking lot and pick up the vats containing the empty bar bottles from the night before. Crash, boom, bang!!! It was an unbelievable miserable two nights in this hotel. If you want to stay in this wing of the hotel, I recommend that you be a partier that doesn't turn out the light until 2 a.m. and an early riser to avoid the recycle trucks. After two nights of these shenanigans, we checked out and stayed at another hotel and finally were able to get a good night's sleep.

Wow. What a pleasant surprise. Within walking distance of downtown. Great rooms. great ambiance, great location. Definitely will stay here again. A common breakfast. Outside pool and hot tub looked great. Front desk staff very professional and helpful.

Las Brisas has always been our "go to" hotel in Palm Springs. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, the pool area is gorgeous day and night, the gardens spectacular and the location is perfect. This was all true on our last visit as well, but we had an incident that may keep us away for future stays. We were watching TV at about 7:15 and suddenly someone was trying to get into our room! It started with the person pulling on the door and then violently rattling it back and forth. My husband looked through the peep hole and didn't see anything so he opened the door and there was a man in the hall that mumbled something about a "delivery". We had both dead bolts on, but I feared for guests that may not have their room as well secured if he tried another room, so I called the front desk to report it and I was fully expecting her to say "I will send someone to check" or the like but she just shrugged it off saying ""he probably had the wrong room." WRONG ROOM!!!! What is a delivery person doing with a guest room number and trying to break into a room??? Isn't it basic hotel protocol to have delivery people report to the front desk and have the receptionist call the guest room and give the occupant the choice to come down and pick up the delivery or agree to have the person be given the room number to deliver directly?? We wanted ice but we were afraid to leave our room since we didn't know what the "delivery" person was or what his agenda was. We love Las Brisas, but this incident will have us thinking long and hard about staying there again.

The Best Western Las Brisas was perfect in every way. Great location, super comfortable bed, heated pool, free breakfast, etc. The California Poppies were beautiful and the mountain backdrop serene. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

We stayed one night and we loved the heated pool and the hot tub, plus the view was amazing. Staff was friendly for sure! The only downside is that the lower levels facing the pool are LOUD. You hear everyone walking by and rolling their luggage on the tile walk way. The people above us were not only loud, but you heard every step they took, and they moved non-stop for hours on end. At one point I thought the cleaners were still in there. It did smell a little musty in our room. The nice part is that it is closely located to downtown. The breakfast is basic, nothing too showy.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Scott at the front desk makes the best Bloody Mary and provided the best customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last night. Fast check in. Excellent. Got a drink from the pool bar. Hotel is very nice. Room was perfect. Great beds and pillows. Breakfast starts at 6am ( good for us as my body is still on Fl time). Walking distance to every where we wanted to go. Great drinks across the street at the StreetBar. Definitely will stay here again.

For a mid to upper range hotel, this property has it all. Great staff, pool/hot tub, conveniently located, responds well to requests. We had a couple of special requests to which staff looked after immediately, as well as provided an upgrade because of frequent visits.

Unassuming hotel when you pull up but the grounds are fantastic with a really nice pool and poolside gazebo with bar and munchies. Free breakfast was really good with the usual hot and cold foods. It's more a motel style, with doors to exterior hallway instead of interior hallway. There is only one elevator that I could find and only on my second day! Can't beat the location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Rooms were nice and dark, hotel noise was minimal, but there was early morning street noise.

The room was a nice as I could hope with the best continental breakfast I could ask for. So convenient to the major strip of bars, restaurants and other hotel pool parties. Will definitely consider coming back

We have stayed here for the last 5 years in February when our Canadian cousins come to Palm Springs. We get together usually by the pool in the afternoons and then meet up again for dinner. We have stayed at all the Best Westerns along Highway 111, there are 4 I believe. This location is by far the best one of them, in terms of location and amenities. But of course you get what you pay for. I really like it because just across the street is a Palm Springs Public Parking Garage with free electric car charging. My Tesla is there right now. The posted signs say that there is a 2 hour limit and I am pushing it.

Great hotel that is centrally located and one block to downtown Palm Springs. Nice pool with bar and food and small spa that is open until 10:30. Good free breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit and cereals. They have a bar but usually not very busy. We usually stay in spa tub suite and have to remember takes 1/2 hour to fill if you want to take a bath. Secure parking and noise has never been a problem. One block walk to downtown area. No restaurant but dozens less than 15 minute walk away.

Let's begin with the positives...the location is within walking distance, there is breakfast if you eat high carbs and no protein, and it's clean. The building outside is in need of a renovation to bring the 1950 decor into the present. The building needs soundproofing and a pool larger than my backyard pool to acomódate more than 20 people. Also they need pictures that actually reflect the rooms which open up into an interior balcony walk and the window overlooks this walk. If you require daylight in this room or the ability to see in bed don't book here.

Well...upon check-in, the Lady I got was harried and quite perfunctory. (The hotel was sold out for Modernism week). I felt each question I asked was a bit of a burden..."everything is on your paper map" which she displayed to me upside-down. No, the wi-fi code was on my key-card holder (I later discovered). I booked our room in early November and wanted to confirm our room was quiet. She said yes. Well.. no, Palm Springs is quite noisy and your far better off getting a room on the other side of the hotel - poolside. And I only learned later you have to ask for bottled water at reception - which they ran out my 2nd morning there. Of course there's $5 bottled water in the room. And it's best to hurry to the crowded breakfast room. They ran out of potatoes and muffins our 1st morning there. Otherwise it was allright.

Let me start with the positive. The location is ideal. Walkable to the strip and our favorite Mexican restaurant. The beds were even ok. Not great but I've had way worse. So, now the problems! Noise!!!! Im not an early riser or a early to bed person. But, we got zero sleep! There is a club literally next door. The music was wall shaking. I did some investigating and there are 3 bars next door. Loud music and people til 2 am. It was a Monday and Tuesday night. Who goes clubbing then? Besides that the paper thin walls also let in the trash collectors, construction on the opposite side of the hotel. Add kids and complaining tourists loudly saying how awful this hotel is at 7 am!!! I will never stay here again. To add to the awful techno beat a car alarm has now been going on and off for the last few hours. I would laugh if I already wadnt so exhausted from last night that I might cry instead.

Girls weekend was so much fun and this hotel just added to it! The location was perfect as my daughter and I easily walked to shops and food each morning and night. We were in town for a cheer competition and didn't get to enjoy the pool, but will definitely go back to have a proper vacation. The room was bigger than expected, the office staff were very nice and the breakfast room was hopping each morning. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

This was our second year to stay at BW Inn Palm Springs. Location is great with easy access to downtown and surrounding sights. Room was clean and motel was quiet at night --- good sleeping! Good breakfast served poolside with gorgeous views. You can't beat it for value and convenience.

Located in center of Palms Springs, perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, good rooms and bar on site. Pool and Jacuzzi plus execise room all very nice. We plan to come back next year.

Our stay was most pleasant, and the location was perfect. Great Stay, Great Service , and Great Location. The front office was very accommodating. We came a few minutes late for breakfast, no problem. ES

Best Western las Brisas is a great little spot 1 block off the main strip - you can walk to the best restaurants/shops/night life. Staff is great - we loved the older architecture. Sun all day at the pool - great spot.

Nice Best Western in the center of Palm Springs, close to restaurants and the main attractions. We stayed there before our visit to Joshua Tree and it was very convenient. The pool/hot tub area is very nice and the free breakfast was good and organized.

Check in went very smoothly and the staff was friendly and efficient. We had some nice drinks in the little bar area by the front desk. Overall the hotel and grounds are nicely decorated and we enjoyed relaxing outside in the patio areas. The location is very convenient to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. We also walked to the casino, which wasn't far at all, but opted to take an Uber back to the hotel because of the late hour and a few cocktails. We were in building C. When outside we could hear the nearby nightclub, but didn't notice it inside the room. The shower has a dispenser for shampoo/conditioner/soap, just an FYI if you don't care for those you might want to bring your own.

Nice enough hotel and beautiful surroundings, but unfortunately it's adjacent to a dance club. The bass reverberated through the walls into the wee hours of the morning. Called front desk and they were well aware of the club. The thermostat in my room was also broken, so I couldn't control the temperature. Sound and temperature are two primary factors that contribute to a good night sleep, and I'm afraid I can't recommend a hotel that fails on these two points.

Any time we plan on a trip to Palm Springs we stay at the Las Brisas. It is clean, they keep up with the remodels and insure the guests are comfortable. Highly recommend this Best Western. It is across the street from downtown, so you can party and still walk home safely

We stay at Best Western exclusively because we are almost never disappointed by the rooms or the breakfasts. This time was an exception. I am a very light sleeper. When checking in I requested a very quiet room. Instead, I was given a room on a corner (two sides for noise) and was kept awake most of the night by raucous guests in the outdoor social area which was RIGHT OUTSIDE my room door. Promptly at 6:00 a.m. I was awakened again because guests were going in to breakfast in the breakfast room RIGHT NEXT TO my room. I felt like I was being punished for asking for a quiet room. I've been a Best Western member for many years and really think I deserve better than this. Also odd were the wooden floors in our room. No carpet? Is this a new thing? The grounds were beautifully tended, overall the property was attractive and enticing. I just wish I had had a better experience here.

The atmosphere of this hotel is lovely--unbeatable, in my opinion, and it's very conveniently located. It's been our go-to place for at least the past 5 years. However, they've instituted annoying little cost-saving measures: in-shower dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner (that operate stingily), failure to replenish one tiny bottle of body lotion and small bar of soap during a 3 night stay. Worst of all,, perhaps to avoid having to pay the person cleaning room overtime, the desk called us at 10:30 a.m. to indicated if we wanted our room cleaned, we'd better get out of it right then (this was not on our check-out day).

Rooms are clean. Good location. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. The hotel was great. Staff was very helpful. Would definately stay here again. Pool was a little cold for us but nice. Loved eating our breakfast outside with the birds.

This is a very well managed hotel. Very clean, very pleasant and helpful staff, some nice amenities....just an excellent travel experience!! The breakfast was an added bonus with plenty of food and enough variety to satisfy most people!

Wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. Great location and easy walk of two blocks to everything. Beautiful pool area and lobby. Breakfast included waffles and other choices. Best of all the staff. So helpful with things to do and the bar was amazing. Jeffrey worked hard to accommodate all of us and made us feel welcomed. Will stay here again because the service and rooms were impeccable.

I stayed at this hotel for a night. This was my second stay at a Best Western! My first stay was in Las Vegas 3 years ago and although I don't remember details, I have good memories of my stay in Vegas's BW. As another reviewer said, this hotel is a tired one. Things are only adequate and that's as far as it goes. The staff is ok and sometimes nice! The swimming pool is nice too, and the location is very good because it is a five minute walk to street fair. My biggest issues? Check in is at three right? When we arrived at 3:30, exhausted and run down, we had to wait for another 15 minutes because our room was not ready yet! Inside the room was adequately clean, but the bathroom was not! They seemed to have forgotten to clean the bathtub because there were stains. No shower caps, so I couldn't take a shower! Water, which is complementary in many hotels was sold for five dollars plus tax! The parking was full and I was lucky to find a spot. May be because I was there at a very busy time. Breakfast was average! I would have given this hotel 3 stars; however, comparing BW, Palm Springs, with my stay at other hotels and considering the money I paid, the service I received was not even close to what I expected! I will never return!

This Best Western has a lot going for it with one major drawback. First lets go over the great elements. First the hotel is in a great location just one street over from the main drag with all of the restaurants and shops. There is also a good amount of parking available. There is a swimming pool which people did use while we were there, but we didn't. One of the great things is the breakfast. First off it is served until 10:00 which is really great for late sleepers like me. They keep the food available until then as well which is important. The menu includes oatmeal, waffles, eggs, and a meat option each day. The breakfast room can get crowded, but there is seating on the patio outside as well. The room is pretty spacious. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink area. There are two nice chairs with a table near the window although I didn't find them comfortable to sit in for long. There's a nice TV, but a menu of channels would have been nice. The wifi is OK but not great. There were times it was glitchy and not connecting well. There are plenty of places to plug in to recharge your devices as well as for my C-Pap although only on one side of the bed. My biggest complaint is the thin walls and noise. We were in the back of the hotel and could hear when there was garbage dumped or picked up. But more of concern was that we could literally hear every word spoken by out neighbors. At one point they were on the phone with someone, and we could hear what the person on the phone was saying. We did have a connecting door (closed and locked) which may have contributed to the problem, but I don't think that was a big factor. There's a lot to like in this hotel. As long as you can deal with neighbor noise, it would be a great choice for a trip to Palm Springs.

This was our third visit to this hotel. We fell in love with it a couple of years ago and always stayed longer than intended. This time we felt it was a little tired. Breakfast room has been renovated like other areas but lost its charm . The shrubs and plants not as pristine as other years , and so many maintenance staff made us feel we were in the way! I can't fault the staff though, they were lovely as always and the location is perfect. It was just different this year and I'm afraid we won't return.

This is the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. It is centrally located to downtown, the breakfast is awesome and the rooms are beautiful. There is a fabulous fish restaurant across the street and the property is so pretty. this is my favorite Best Western ever, especially for the price you pay.

The hotel is great! Location is perfect. Right in Palm Springs so easy to walk to everything on Palm Canyon yet quiet in the hotel. Our room was so large and had a huge jacuzzi tub. I love having the plank flooring now instead of carpet.

There's much to like about this place, starting with a great location, helpful staff and reasonable prices. But the first job of a hotel should be to provide a good night's sleep. Sadly this one can't. A bar nearby blasts music until early morning. We learned the hotel has appealed to the city about this, to no avail. If you're in a room with an adjoining door to another room, you can hear noise in the other room perfectly. Our "suite mates" came in late and got up early, cranking up their TV volume and then talking above it. And there's an outside area with heat lamps where guests can sit and chat, but unlike the pool area, it never closes. At 3 am people were still out there making a racket, and the hotel only stopped it when another guest called the front desk and insisted. If BW can solve these problems, it is certainly worth a stay. As it is, I can't recommend it.

My husband and I were in Lake Tahoe for a wedding and stayed at the Best Western Plus, we earned points by staying 4 nights with our Rewards. Needed a little get away recently so went to Palm Springs and stayed at the Best Western Plus to use our FREE NIGHT stay. Ended up staying 2 nights. We were upgraded to a nice room with a Hot Tub and king size bed. Loved our stay will be back again!!!!!!:)

Great location for us. Not too far from the airport or downtown. As some of the others have said, with outside doors, guests coming and going, it can be a little noisy. They are going through a refurbishment at the moment. Updating the bathrooms and fixtures. The bedding and pillows are comfortable and the WiFi is strong and constant. It's all good!

This was a birthday surprise getaway for my husband. I chose this hotel because of it's location, free parking, no resort fee, and it was one of the "cheaper" hotels that is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Everything was going fine until another guest tried to enter our room and had it not been for the latch on the door. Luckily we were inside the room as this could have easily opened up a criminal activity for an unauthorized guest. If we were out, we could have returned to our valuables gone! Apparently the front desk checked in a new guest, programmed his key card wrong and provided our room number. In addition to this unacceptable mistake, there were other minor issues such as: a little noisy for our preference (take ear plugs to sleep), room smelled like strong hairspray (probably cleaning agents) and warm to hot water cut in and out while using the shower.

The Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel is & has always been a great place to stay. We have been going here for years and they have done a lot of very nice remodeling in the past couple years ,one of which was their breakfast room that took away the omelette bar we were shocked when we went to breakfast to find it gone-- bad idea Las Brisas because that has been one of the reasons travelers visit your property.

We are currently staying here for four nights, we are on night 3, we had requested a top floor corner room to have as quiet and restful stay as possible, we were given the exact room type we asked for which should be great! Unfortunately it's a nightmare for sleeping anytime. The noise level around here is ridiculous all night long, but especially until 2 am, after that you may get a few hours sleep if the roaring of the ice machine across the way doesn't bother you or the early construction that starts around the grounds. We've just purchased earplugs in hopes of getting a couple nights sleep of the four. The location is great for walking around downtown, the rooms are clean and decent sized and the price wasn't too bad, but we would never stay here again. FYI, the rooms have outside entrance doors.

We were beyond impressed with the grounds at this hotel. It was so beautiful with all the impeccable landscaping. Shout out to their efforts, it's appreciated!!! There was ample seating everywhere you looked... Even in the outdoor hallways, by the front lobby, tons in the pool area, as well as a tranquil courtyard area! There are also outdoor heaters everywhere so if you're cool then you can turn them on. The rooms were simplistic, but clean. I found the beds a bit hard but it was doable. The bathrooms were dated and could use some Renos. I'm a very light sleeper however I had no issues (although I did go over the hotel map and choose my own room that I thought would be most quiet- nice of them to accommodate). Some rooms will most definitely be louder as there are bars along one strip. The free breakfast in the morning was absolutely excellent, I read some reviews where people said there weren't many options and I have no idea what they are speaking about (two types of scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, porridge, muffins, juices, milk, coffee/tea, fresh pineapple, oranges and apples). Literally everything! Anyone who's complaining about this breakfast is crazy lol. Lobby and bar area is modern and cozy. There was lots of parking. We used the hot tub every night and it was very relaxing and private. The pool was heated however even as Canadians it was too cold for us, weather was chilly in general. Hotel location was ideal to walk around and my mom is in her 80s- we walked many places. 10 mintue drive from the airport. If I visit Palm Springs again I would most definitely book this hotel! Staff were excellent.

An awesome breakfast served by this hotel and thats the best to start your day. Staffs are very friendly and they are ready to know your queries any time. Checkin and Check out are very smooth. Also its in Prime location so other staffs are very close by and easy accessible.

The back of the hotel faces a very busy parking lot for a bar/restaurant that is open until 2am. Across the street was also very busy and noisy. It seems like the hotel is built so that half the rooms have doors and windows that face this area. The noise made it very difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel is really more like a motel. It was fine for the price. The room was clean and big enough for 2 people. Even though we asked for a quiet room- we ended up on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool. The music droned on at the pool until 10PM each day -even during a rain storm. You can hear the people above walking (the floors are laminate wood) and very easily hear people outside the room and, unfortunately many people do not have common courtesy. We wouldn't stay again but it's fine for the price.

It was nice to stay at a hotel that is within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean but noisy; as we could hear poolside conversations in the evening and people walking by the room. There was no cold water unless you ran the tap for several minutes so we filled cups and left them on the counter. The TV remote was one of those that you have to press the buttons several times to make it work. The breakfast was the same every day but that just gave us more reason to eat downtown.

Las Brisas is the best location to old town Palm Springs! Great resturants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. Beautiful grounds and pool area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Palm Springs.

The service by the people working at the Hotel was good. The need a total renovation. Exterior walls, floors, carpets felt very dirty. I found it to be be poor value for money. Breakfast was also fairly basic.

Very nice breakfast, small but nice pool hot tub, good staff, helpful, friendly. Do not stay in the first few rooms closest to the pool and office, very noisy from early early morning dragging suitcases , and late in the evening chatting and again checking in and dragging suitcases across the rippled tile .

Family vacation . Noticed more noise than before. Have been to this location 3 times. I hope it was the building we were in this time. We really want to to back again but may consider staying at another place.

It was our first time staying at BW Plus Las Brisas. The location was excellent. We were there for PS Pride and everything thing was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, shopping! The location was perfect! The only down side is that the room was a bit plain and we could near our neighbor talking while we were sleeping.

Can't give high marks because the breakfast was below what we expect from a BW Plus, The outdated window AC is really loud and guaranteed to wake you up every time it kicks on. Also, the TV remote didn't work.

Too bad I couldn't give this rating another star. This would be a real go-to location for an affordable stay in downtown Palm Springs were it not for the hotel showing signs of age. The location could not be better for folks wanting a place that is truly just a block or two from the center of the downtown shopping, restaurant and gallery scene. Easy walking and no parking fees. While the Best Western and our room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom and tub/shower were clearly a couple decades beyond their "best by" date. The fixtures and the look were dated and the shower drained so slowly that I was always standing in several inches of water while showering. Overall, this is not a bad place to stay. In fact I would probably stay here again. But it has a retro ambiance that is not entirely intentional or desirable.

Used to get an prepared meal, not any more, so so.. breakfast is now just ok, get one with a better breakfast. Location is nice, pool is great. Nice to be right downtown, saves a rental car. don"t go if you want more

Decent hotel and amenities, super clean, nice pool with a bar. Maid carts are very noisy, they need to replace wheels. was expensive for a holiday weekend - $300 per night. I would stay here again based on the location alone.

My husband and I just went on our honeymoon in Palm Springs and was extremely excited to discover this gem. The building, grounds and gardens were clean, well kept and cared for. You can tell that they really take pride in the hotel. This felt like a bouquet hotel with excellent service, amenities and gorgeous Spanish architecture. Throughout the property, there's little quaint seating nooks with its own unique private feel. The heated pool, hot tub, garden patio with heaters and pool side bar are open till 10pm! So that was amazing after a day of walking around. The rooms are retro-fitted with some older and newer furniture pieces and vanities however it was extremely clean. The breakfast is meh, but grateful it was there for a quick bite. The best part is that it's within walking distance to everything. Really a great find and we would come back!

Las Brisas Best Western has beautiful grounds especially the water fountains which adds such beauty to the hotel. This hotel is by far my most favorite place to stay. The location is great and close to the main strip. The rates are reasonable as I am retired,

Lack of empathy from manager due to complete inablity to stay in original room during the first night was truly disappointing. Check-in staff could have at least provided a warning that rooms on on this side of the hotel were exposed to outside heavy noise and base vibrations. Once again the current manager we spoke to at check-out seemed to have no interst in our plight, so no plans to ever stay at a Best Western again.

Went for pre-dinner drinks in the lounge. Inebriated guy (apparently a staff member) staggered in and began using filthy language. When we asked if he would mind curbing his language he became abusive. Staff did NOTHING to help us. Also, right next door to nightclub. Thumping base until 2am.

We arrived early to check and were greeted by a very nice young man. He let us know our room wasn't ready and gave us directions to a nearby restaurant. After checking in and getting to our room I had a friend stop by. She asked for directions to our room number and the front desk questioned her and what “business” she had at the hotel. She was obviously carrying a cake a birthday balloons. The next afternoon we went to the pool. Nick was on duty by the pool. He is terrible. He harassed me about my dry water bottle and insisted I put it away then bothered the older lady next to me about her water. I understand not wanting outside alcohol by the pool but I've been to plenty places with this policy and never been treated this way. I wanted to order a snack by the pool but was sure it would come with a side of spit courtesy of Nick.

This is not a flashy hotel. It has a charming, almost older European feeling, as the buildings connect around various courtyards...Little hummingbirds dove in and out of one of the fountains one morning. There is a "cushion" guy, who puts out the cushions on the sofas and chairs on the various seating areas every morning (some of these are on the 3rd floor)... The room is comfortable and well lit. I liked the early breakfast and the staff was very kind. My colleagues were all at boring (and far more expensive) convention center hotels, but using the back gate, I was able to have a nice walk every morning and evening to and from the hotel. At night, I was closer to some really good restaurants and the Rite Aide to buy sparkling water...all in walking distance.

Older design but very modern renovations. Great breakfast. Good checkin process and friendly caring staff. Located conveniently near many nice shops and restaurants. Better than the overrated Hyatt nearby.

We stayed two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed both. Rooms were very clean, well decorated, beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel had a very pleasant and relaxed feel to it. Staff was excellent as well. Breakfast could have been slightly better (eggs had no flavor), but there were plenty of other options to make up for this. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for what you get. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, free breakfast, and a good price.

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times over the past 6-7 years. As a former director of human resources, I am impressed with seeing the same employees year after year. Low employee turnover means this is a good place to work.

Stayed here for 1 night on a road trip. This is a typical Best Western Plus property within walking distance of shops/restaurants. Excellent location for the Thursday night Village Fest (street fair). Free parking, Wifi and breakfast (good selection). Room had hardwood floors (a welcome change; I have no idea why so many hotels in warm climates have carpeting) and was ok overall.

Two big pluses: (1) walking proximity to downtown shops, restaurants, (2) beautiful, lush property landscaping. Small, compact hotel with Spanish design and ambiance (not Mexican; truly Spanish). Room (with spa tub) was quite spacious, but bathroom/toilet/shower area was uncomfortably small. Nice pool/outside bar area. Inside bar area was not inviting. No restaurant on premises, but plenty nearby. Property was very clean and well maintained - looks like there have been recent remodel upgrades to lobby and connected areas. Convenient parking on site - with no additional fees for parking. Very good value - would stay there again.

Outstanding location in the heart of Palm Springs. Decent breakfast selection and had a pool bar & inside lounge for that after dinner drink. There is a patio that has several places for seating where you can read your newspaper or a book. Very courteous staff.

This lovely hotel is within walking distance to downtown and very convenient. It has a classic Palm Springs vibe. During the (very) hot summer months it is quite affordable luxury. It was a little difficult to find the ice machine, but the walk and views were delightful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful,

Mum and daughter road trip 2019!! Stopped here for 3 nights. Honestly Palm Springs is the nicest place but I think 2 nights would've been enough. The hotel was like an up scale motel. Clean as anything honestly the staff were so brilliant both the cleaning and reception staff were so nice. The room was a little small with not a lot of space. The wardrobe was in the bathroom!! The air con you can't have on at night because it's so loud!!!! The area is quite loud too being opposite moxies and the road is noisy. The WiFi is free but terrible drops out all the time. There's an on site laundry room which is good. The breakfast was terrible no gluten free veggie options no proper cutlery, paper and plastic cups etc!!! Didn't go in the pool but it looked ok. You get what you pay for. The area we didn't feel that safe at night but it's ok soon as you cross the street to the parallel street it's the busy street with all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were brilliant just not our kind of hotel.

This hotel is in a very central location, but slightly away from main noisy area, yet still safely walkable to/from downtown, and easy access to anywhere in the desert valley. Was surprised how nice a 'Best Western' could be. Big clean rooms, excellent pool and pool bar. Exterior hallways, so sometimes a little noisy, but very clean, secure, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Look lovely with Mexican feel to building. Rooms big bathroom small but functional. Great bed good WiFi. Breakfast serviceable but not bad - odd breakfast room modern out of phase with rest of hotel feel but nice. Pool area excellent with shade and good jacuzzi. Only complaint is the noisy aircon !!!.

We decided to go to Palm Springs for a quick 2-day/1-night trip the day after Labor Day 2019 (which meant the hotel wasn't crowded), and decided on the Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel mainly due to the location. And in this regard, it definitely fits the bill, it is one street over from nearly the middle of downtown Palm Springs (about 5 minutes walk). I had done plenty of research on TripAdvisor with this hotel and many others nearby, and was very aware that many folks mentioned potential parking woes along with noise issues. But, given that I was fairly certain it would be somewhat dead since it was after Labor Day, I didn't think I'd encounter these issues. One thing of note, as with most other Palm Springs "hotels", this place is designed as more of a motel than a hotel, in that all the rooms are directly accessible from the outside. After arriving at the hotel, it seemed to be more than half empty (as expected), by looking at the ample amount of parking available. The front desk personnel were very nice and efficient, no complaints there. So, where did things start to go wrong? Well, since the hotel was so empty, I'd assume they would put me in a room that's nice and quiet, unfortunately this was not the case. They put us in a room that directly faced a very loud street that had a bunch of bars. We were able to hear dance music pretty much until around 2 AM when I assumed it was closing time for those bars. Adding to this dance music noise, the A/C unit would run at full blast whenever it turned on (it was automatically thermostat controlled), there was no option to have the fan not run at max, and as you guessed it was extremely loud. Then, to top things off, the hotel was doing construction somewhat early in the morning, we heard some kind of electric saw go on and off from around 8 or 9 AM all the way until we left the room at 11 AM to check out. I really feel that hotels doing construction (while understandable as needed) should try to limit it to an hour before checkout time. Here's a summary of goods and bads for this place: * Good - location - front desk service - lobby bar - pool - clean room - decently designed room - quite good bed * Bad - noise from neighboring bars - noise from A/C unit - noise from construction - fridge slightly noisy - showerhead spray was terrible (weak pressure/flow) - body wash dispenser barely worked - bar near pool closed way too early Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, nor will I stay here again.

Had a lovely stay during Labor Day weekend here in Palm Springs. The landscaping is beautifully kept and the pool area is inviting. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. I always forget what incredibly deep sleep with black out shades feels like until I go out of town - so satisfying. The bathrooms are stocked with more towels than I remember a normal hotel having; as well as 2 towels for the pool. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the 'custom made for Best Western' line of soaps/shampoos and their dispensers. The dispenser is hard to use, doesn't put out a lot of product, and the soaps/shampoos aren't that great. However, if you brought your own shampoo, this isn't an issue. Complimentary breakfast is always appreciated, and gets packed around 9 am. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The best part about this hotel is the location. It's smack dab in the middle of everything you want to see in downtown Palm Springs. Walking distance to Lapperts, Rite Aid for water, Fisherman's Market, bars, restaurants galore. Overall, a really great experience at Best Western Plus Las Brias!

The overall accommodations we excellent. The jacuzzi suite was spacious and nice amenities. The pool was very relaxing with a convenient Pool side bar. The full American breakfast was excellent. I have decided that the value is a definite and all my needs were met and I have made this hotel my preferred hotel!

This place is a fab little find. There are many, many pros and extremely little cons. Pros Location - in walking distance of everything. Restaurants bars shopping you name it. Rooms are cleaned daily and promptly. Free breakfast is included, continental with scrambled eggs and sausage. Pool has a small bar attached which serves drinks until 8pm and has a happy hour. After 8pm you can take your own drinks down as long as they are not glass, but hotel will happily provide you plastic cups if you need them. Before 8pm you can take water with you but there is fresh cold water available so need real need to. Air con was freezing cold and with Palm Springs humidity was well needed. Maybe slightly noisy but I managed to sleep with it on and I'm a very light sleeper. Rooms are large and most have a fridge in them. All rooms are access via eternal doors and the balcony's in between have sofas or table and chairs for you to have a sit and drink or nibble. Cons The pool is slightly smaller than you would expect. I would 100% stay here again if I ever come to Palm Springs again. And would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I enjoyed my stay here at Las Brisas, It is in the heart of downtown near all the shops and restaurants. the staff was willing to help with any needs . I had the room with a hot tub. loved it, bed was very comfortable and the free wifi was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is older but redone in a updated way that it's very comfortable and modern. Love the intimate pool area with bar and food available poolside as well. Love the spanish architecture! Super close to walk downtown (only one block) and very close to all the restaurants and shopping. We will definately be back!!

Best stay ever, for the past 5 years I take my husband somewhere to celebrate birthday this one was perfect, couldn't of picked a more perfect hotel and the location was walking distance to down town palm springs restaurants, bars and shopping.

Stayed one night in las brisas. Our room was on ground floor, very bad air in room, smelled like mold And hard to breath. A/c was so noisy that we couldn't keep it on. Breakfast ok, it was nice to eat breakfast outside in the garden. In our opinion, Not worth the money.

Overall I am happy with this hotel and I would go back. The staff at the reception are nice and professional. Check out time is at 12, which is very handy. The room was spacious and well equipped. It was well-insulated from the heat in so far as possible. However the air-conditioning system is loud and, even if you switch it off at night, you can still hear your neighbours'. The swimming pool is a bit on the small side but the swimming pool area and the garden are very nicely decorated and pleasant.

Great value and location. Didn't realize how accessible of a location we were in before we arrived. Everything was right there. We walked almost everywhere. Food, sights and shopping! The hotel and grounds were lovely, staff was excellent. We had a second story room with a balcony overlooking the mountains! Couldn't have asked for a better room. (also got to keep an eye on our car the whole time)! Loved the gym, I used it both days and had it all to myself! Just the right equipment. The pool was perfect, we hopped in late right before closing and had it all to ourselves. The room was larger than I expected. Bed and linens were great. We look for a room that has the sink and shower areas separate so it allows for us to both get ready not wait for the other to go. This is always a plus for us! So much space we didn't know what to do with. Sound at night was great couldn't hear a thing from the other rooms. Breakfast was just what you need, simple and good. Would stay again!

What a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown! Didn't have to drive anywhere after arrival. It reminded me of an expensive boutique hotel. Beautiful bougainvillea vines everywhere! Staff was very attentive. So many areas to sit in the shade. Pool area was nice and clean. The pool bar was a real bonus (thank you Nick!). The pool temp was very warm for my taste, but enjoyed it none the less.

A really great hotel and good value for money, plenty to see and do in the area the cable car up the mountain is a must and if you like shopping there is an outlet mall 20 minutes drive away. For food you cannot go wrong by visiting the fish market across the street great food and atmosphere.

Las Brisas really has a perfect location if you're looking to stay within downtown Palm Springs. It's easy walking distance from Palm Canyon drive, where all the bars and restaurants are. From the outside, the hotel seems great. It has it's own flower-driven charm, a welcoming A/C filled lobby, and at times great front desk people. We stayed in room A209, one of those rooms with a hot tub in it. When we walked in, the room looked immaculate and it was incredibly spacious. The hotel definitely is not new, and with that there are several problems. The elevator is small and there is absolutely no A/C. When it's 99+ outside, and you're trying to move your luggage upstairs with an elevator, it makes the experience terrifying. The stairs are also incredibly poorly kept. Dirty carpets, tiles that are cracked or missing, bag os dirt, caution tape. Unless you're in the lobby or in your room, the hotel is in pretty bad shape. If you're elderly, or have small children, I would recommend asking for the first floor or choosing a differently location. The stairs are absolutely an accident waiting to happen. Now, the room really is well made up. Good looking furniture, a large TV, a kitchen sink, and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom is a little tight, and incredibly warm, so shower with the door open. But other than that, the amenities are just fine. Here are my two biggest issues, and both are a health concern. We got a room with a hot tub in the center, so we were so excited to try it out. We filled it up with water (which, if you're doing the same, know it'll take about 20 minutes to fill up), and we sunk into the warm water. Then, we looked around us. The entire water was full of floating, dead skin. Dead skin! I guess whoever cleaned our room before our visit didn't think to clean the hot tub. Seriously guys- dead skin floating around you, and I mean it was everywhere, is a major no-no. Serious health concern. The second no-no issue was a cockroach in our room. It's the desert, I get it, it happens. But the front desk said it was a water bug because the palm trees had been trimmed. I have a photo of the creature in our room- he was a cockroach. Denying it was a cockroach (which, your cleaning guy you sent to kill it confirmed it was a roach) makes you guys look really bad as a hotel in my opinion. Pros: Location, location, location. Cons: Run down, dead skin, denial of bugs

Hotel was clean and efficient and the grounds well landscaped. Our 3rd floor room was very clean, quite and comfortable. All of the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was as not advertised and just ok, it was much better last year. The Poolside bar had an awesome selection of foods and drinks. Prices are reasonable for the location, Not too expensive and definitely not cheap.

This hotel was in the perfect location. Everything you needed was walking distance. The hotel it self was comfortable and cozy. Well kept Hotel. The atmosphere was nice. The pool was small.Your unable to bring any floaties in the pool. They do have good music playing at the pool. Your unable to bring your own drinks to the pool. But they did have a bar tender taking drink orders. They have a nice Gym to workout in. The room was a nice size. Very roomy. It dose have a small refrigerator. The AC worked good. The towels were rough.The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Las Brisas hotel in Palm Springs is the worst now . I bent staying for over 20 years and I never complained , but this time my curling iron $100.00 disappeared, I had it and used it on one of the nights, and when I got home it wasn't in my luggage , I called and they didn't care. So if you want to loose your belongings, you can give it. Try .

We stayed here recently and had an excellent stay. The location is great and only a few minutes walk from the centre where there are loads of restaurants. The pool was lovely and just what was needed in the heat. There was a bar at the pool which was very reasonably priced. We had a good night's sleep in the comfortable room. Breakfast was included, however we chose to go somewhere locally due to only visiting Palm Springs briefly. An excellent stay over all.

Las Brisas Never Disappoints. Everyone at the resort is so welcoming . The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The only negative I can say. Is that they should go back to making fresh omelettes during breakfast.

You can't beat the location of this BW! The center of town is a block away. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and comfortable, although a bit dark. The pool setting is beautiful with a fun bar that sells snacks. Be prepared, however, that due to their alcohol license, you are not allowed to bring any of your own drinks - water, coffee, soda- to the pool area. The breakfast was generous and yummy. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back.

The hotel was great for our getaway weekend. Pool has bar and food service. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Loved that we could walk just a few feet away from all shops and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer. Highly recommended.

While staying in this hotel, for 4 nights, I found several things that I would have preferred to have improved. First, the whole place needs a good power washing, especially the stairs and landings. The breakfast, while complimentary, is meager and when I got there 15 minutes before the end time they were "out of eggs". Every thing else is continental but with the opportunity to make your own very good waffles. I was very annoyed that they would not allow you to bring your own drink cups into the pool area. This was a veiled attempt to make you buy drinks at the small bar. I prefer water during a full day at the pool. They even looked in my bag to see if I had my own cup which I did. The bar drinks are served in small plastic cups and in the heat they whole drink is hot very quickly. The pool is very small but pleasant. The proximity to downtown and the street fair is great. But don't expect a restaurant onsite. They really don't have one but tell you they have some food served at the BBQ. However, I never found them cooking anything and I would have preferred to have an onsite restaurant so I didn't have to go off site. I will not go there again mainly due to the lack of being able to bring my own drink for days at the pool and the meager breakfast and no restaurant.

Stayed here for just the one night with my family. The place feels a bit old but the room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was better than expected. Parking was a bit tricky due to construction work. Would stay here again.

I love this place and have stayed many many times. It is clean the grounds are beautiful. The pool is small but very nice. It is quite. Free breakfast. LOCATION is perfect. and it is affordable!!! The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I just always am very happy with my stay.

Spent three nights here during a very hot week this month. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a plus. When we first arrived, we were not told they were working on the water system, so after lathering to shave, I had no water pressure. When calling the front desk, they told us to use the bottled water in the room free of charge to finish shaving. The continental breakfast was one of the most complete breakfasts I have experienced at a hotel.

Chose this hotel as our stop in Palm Springs for our California trip. Great location to downtown restaurants - was able to walk to dinner at a different restaurant each night. Good breakfast and refreshing and relaxing pool and hot tub.

We always stay here when in Palm Springs . . . it is a very convenient location being within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc. This place is the best value in town and always clean and neat, and very affordable.

In a great location to walk to down town! Small pool area with expense (but really tasty) drinks. The rooms were clean, bathrooms small, noise - reasonable. The pool area was not blaring, no kids screaming, just heard people walking around in the hall and the occasional water running from a neighbor.

The staff was very pleasant and the facility was well kept and clean. The pool area was very nice although needed more cabanas/shade and the drinks are a little expensive. Location is amazing only a block from the downtown shops and restaurants. It was perfect for us and we plan to use it again next time we visit the area.

A good hotel for the cost, with nice service and clean rooms. Getting old but well maintained. Great location, just by the center, just 3 minutes walk. The bed, pillows and lined were quite good. I will probably stay there when I return.

Really close to everything downtown so can walk to restaurants and to the Thursday market that is held in winter and spring. The room was very clean with no carpet - which we really like and did have a good range of international plug points which was a real bonus. The pool area is nice - although quite small - but seemed to have plenty of beds. The common areas of the hotel were a little tired but what really let it down was the breakfast area. Very small and clinical area with a limited breakfast menu. Scrambled eggs were rubbery and overcooked. A real disappointment from other Best Westerns we visited on our trip.

Nice best western, good price, great location, easy walk to everything downtown. Was a little disappointed that they no longer offer the omelette bar, but the the rest of the food and coffee is still good.

We chose the Best Western Plus Las Brisas based on price and location and were very glad we did after considering other fine smaller inns and hotels near downtown Palm Springs. The BW staff were excellent, the room comfortable and clean, and grounds beautiful with small pool area. Location is walkable to Palm Canyon restaurants and Thursday evening VillageFest. Our stay was not during a high demand time period, so room rates were excellent considering a full breakfast was included. We were upgraded to a pool view room, which was perfect, the other buildings have city street views and there are quiet, landscaped courtyards to enjoy.

This hotel did not seem to live up to a Plus rating. Strong disinfectant smell in lobby at check in, not very friendly staff. Light switch situation in room lacking - once switch "near" door was found, it only turned on light over vanity in bath area!. Lighting is really lacking in whole room. Doors on cabinet where coffee supplies and frig are had to be all the way open (both of them) the get into frig! And the coup de grace - they changed the lock (not key cards- the whole lock type) on our room while we were out for the day! No notification at check in, the day of (like a note under the door), or a text, email or phone call. We come back at 10pm and think we're at the wrong room, drank too much wine, or got off the Tram at the Twilight Zone stop! No apology - nothing. Only good thing about hotel, is location for Thursday night Village Fest.

Las Brisas is our go-to Best Western. We are there at lease once a year and try to make it more. Due to a Promo we had received a free voucher - yeah! Palm Springs here we come! We had business in Indio that morning, went out to lunch and arrived early at Las Brisas around 1:30.. We were told that the only room available was on the first floor. Worked for us, Las Brisas is a big hotel so first floor, no problem. PROBLEM - we were right around the corner from the lobby/lounge and on the main corridor to the elevators and other rooms. After climbing into bed, we soon found out that guests are not very quiet on their evening returns. At one point a couple decided to have a fight outside our room F bombs were flying. We called it the non smoking, non sleeping room. I will still highly recommend Las Brisas. It is a lovely place, well kept, clean, nice pool/spa, great breakfast and professional staff. Just don't get caught in the main corridor, unless you plan on staying up most of the night.

Centrally located in Downtown so we barely needed to drive. Walked to a different restaurant for dinner every night. Moistly lounged by the pool which was very nice. Breakfast was good yet unimaginative. Same thing every day, and no fresh cut fruit except pineapple every day. No bananas or melon. They don't tell you that pool towels are available at the front desk or where ice machines are, so newcomers frequently wander around asking about those things. All in all the experience was very nice and we will go again.

Upgraded rooms and lobby.. Employees not able to greet us good morning or any other time. Management needs to have a meeting with employees to greet guests when passing and try to smile like you enjoy working at the Las Brisas Hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Las Brisas for 3 nights for our first visit to Palm Springs. We chose this hotel due to location and price. We stayed in a King Room with a Hot Tub. We chose this room because it is oversized not for the hot tub which we didn't use. All the front desk employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast for 2 mornings was well stocked but the last morning it seemed busier and several items were out. Our room faced Indian Canyon Drive but we didn't notice the road noise. The only noise problem we had was the first night (Sunday) with loud music from a local nightclub. We didn't hear it the last 2 nights of our stay. I think it may have been due to White Party in Palm Springs. I had purposely waited until after Coachella to visit and only found out about White Party after I'd planned everything. There is a laundry room with 1 washer and 1 dryer. I guess not many people use the laundry because I had no problem doing 2 loads. We would definitely chose this hotel again if we're ever in Palm Springs again.

Highly recommend this hotel right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Walk to any number of fine restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It is well maintained with beautiful flowers surrounding a nice pool. Service was good, room was fine, and plenty of choices for your complimentary breakfast. Also plenty of room to eat with indoor and outdoor seating. Only thing lacking was a microwave in the room, which I was able to get for 15$ per stay.

I loved this hotel! It was located right down in the downtown Palm Springs area. It has a great outdoor area with plenty of seating around the pool, in and out of the sun, and with a nice cabana bar. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely stay here again soon!

I really like this place - the grounds are very nice, the staff is friendly, and the location can't be beat. It's definitely worth it to get a room with a tub if you can. The management is great - Sal is an excellent GM and you can tell really cares about guests. Everything is done top notch with attention to detail, from the immaculate flowers to breakfast. This is nicest best western I've stayed at. I highly recommend this property

First time staying at a Best western. Traveling solo so wanted to save money. The grounds are very pretty and staff super friendly and accommodating. Most important the room was super clean and sheets, towels, etc were crisp and clean. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. Breakfast buffet was good, not a huge selection but more than enough choices. Great location- you can walk to town. CONS:Rooms are dark with not much natural light. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, literally. Don't book a room on 1st floor-especially near pool- where they put me. The towel & garbage carts roll by early and wake you and are LOUD. Kids are screaming all day by pool. Teens stay outside late hanging out. Great place to stay if you are here for 2-3 nights or less. Book a room on 3rd Floor. It's much quieter. I would have given this place 4 stars except for the noise.

Very clean and safe. The lounge has plenty variety of draft beer and drinks. Breakfast was free and had a good variety of items to choose from. Easy check in and check-out... I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay and convenient for everything I wanted to do in Palm Springs. Fair to good amenities; some changes in the breakfast menu could be helpful; I did not use that everyday because of the lack of variety although it was very convenient the few days I ate there.

The appearance of the hotel is fantastic. The flowers and outside landscaping and swimming pool are fantastic. The room was well appointed, clean, with good eye appeal. The bed was comfortable. The main function of a hotel--a good night's sleep-- was a failure. My room is one a hotel manager would give to a customer he hopes never returns. It is located near the entrance of the hotel, near the entrance of the swimming pool, on a primary corridor route that has stone rather than carpeting. While listening to the sounds of the night, I heard the rolling luggage carts frequently passing my room, operated by loud talking inconsiderate customers. I heard horns honking on the street, cars racing their engines, music from nearby night clubs, music and loud talking from the swimming pool area, ice being shoveled out of the ice machine, footsteps.... Note: I am not a light sleeper. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of numerous bars and nightclubs. Quite a few restaurants are within two blocks of the hotel. If one is in a party mood, one can have a great time at this location. I departed the hotel after the first night as I did not want a second night without sleep. I stayed on a Sunday night and cannot imagine what Friday and Saturday are like.

We have stayed here 3 times before. Usually a great relaxing holiday. The changes they have made are not for the better. Took all carpets out of the rooms. Now the rooms are like echo chambers. When the people next door were talking on their phone it sounded like they were in our room. Also a lot of space under door which lets in noise and and light. You are not allowed to bring anything to pool area. So no water bottles. Barman at pool is more like a drink watchman then a server. He has no problem telling you what you can't bring to pool.

I can honestly say this is one of the worst Best Western's we have stayed at regardless of the great location, professional landscaping, amenities and accommodating staff. This is basically a motel with no interior-open to the elements with stucco arches. Some rooms are much quieter than others-and many guests I talked to liked it -so select your room carefully. . Their standard room is a basic Motel –Style small room, The bathroom and closet were very small and there was not enough space in the closet to hold all our clothes for a week. I left half of my clothes in the suitcase. There was a gap under ½ the door my wife filled with a magazine. The air condition was an external unit located under the window with a wall thermostat. This unit was close to the bed and when it turned on blew ice cold air directly at the bed, was loud and very annoying. There was no adjustment to the vents. When cycling for a long time, I had to put on long sleeves and turn up the thermostat to stop the unit, silence the noise and stop the cold air. This contributed to a poor night's sleep over the entire 7-night stay. My wife called their standard room “terrible” but refused to change it in fear we would get something worse. I disagreed but was overruled. The location of the room was on the third floor of the “C” building. - back section street side. I requested a quiet room and got the noisiest room in the facility. There were no sound barriers in the walls and you could hear from each room, and even hear the people snoring in the next room. As it got later, you heard the motorcycles and loud cars going down the back street -making it difficult to go to sleep. What was really totally unacceptable were the two dumpsters-one on the side and back VERY close to the building. There was the clanging of bottles that went on all night long until 4 AM (Dumpster Divers?. If you didn't drink yourself to sleep or take an Ambien, you were going sleepless in this room. Then, three times a week the loud trucks would empty the dumpsters at 5:30-to 6:00 AM. No alarm clock required to wake up. And to top it off, there were one or two clubs next door and you heard the music until closing. There was no quiet time for 7-nights only during the day. I complained at checkout about the dumpsters and they told me Best Western tried to negotiate with the contractors a relocation many times but were not successful. OH REALLY? So you charge the customer the same price for a lousy room? Perhaps the best plan is to stay out all night partying and sleep during the day. After all it is Palm Springs. Based on this stay, this will be our last stay at a Best Western. I have shredded my Gold Crown Club Card.

Our experience at this hotel was fine. The room was a nice size and the bed comfortable. One word of caution - they do have a number of "adjoining" rooms and we were given one. The door between rooms is a conversation conduit. I needed to wear ear plugs when I went to sleep so I couldn't hear the couple in the other room talking (their conversation was quite clear). Also, we booked five months in advance with a request for top floor away from elevator. The room we were given was middle floor right by the elevator. Not sure what good it is to put in a personal request, which is what they told me to do in the future if I wanted a room without an adjoining room. Breakfast was typical fare, nothing special. Outside of hotel was lovely and great location.

My husband and I arrived late afternoon March 22nd, 2019 and checked out March 25th. Nick the pool bartender accused my husband and I of bringing in drinks into the pool area, two days in a row. This was not the case and we told him so. The first day my husband did have an empty beer can in our bag but that was all we had. We were drinking water at the time. We asked him if he would take our drink order and he said no and walked away. He was obviously annoyed that he was mistaken, and that we had not brought in any other alcohol as he thought. The next day we arrived at the pool and poured water into cups from the pool bar. Nick saw this and added the ice for us, then 30 minutes later he comes up to us while in the Jacuzzi and tells us once again there is not outside alcohol allowed, (mind you we have water cups) he provide. Nick did this in front of other guest. We are again shocked at his behavior and show him the water. I ask, what is he doing and why? He says "because I saw you pour something from your bag into the cups". He did not see this, as we had nothing to pour. Not only was this totally out of line, it was embarrassing. My husband and I were in P.S. to celebrate his 62nd birthday, do some hiking and relax. We are professionals that are not accustom to being treated this way. I asked for the manager, relayed the incident and asked for an apology. Well we never got an apology from Nick, but after sending off a detailed email to the hotel manger they are crediting us for one night, of our 3 night stay with a halfhearted apology. We usually stay at the Marriott, but were hoping to save a little money this time around. We will not be so short sighted again. I think in this case, you get what you pay for. It is curious as to why the General Manager would tolerate such behavior from his pool bartender Nick. It is not the first time this has happened and I doubt it will be the last. Nick will behave nicely if you order drinks from him from the start, but if you do not, take this as your warning.

As our usual mid century modern was unavailable we tried the BWP Las Brisas. BWP's are usually better than average and this one was close. The central location, just a few minutes walk from downtown is terrific. Once you figure out the front and back entrances, getting to and from places works well. The basic southwest motif works fine; the house is not new and could use some refreshing up, but in general it passes muster. With 90 units parking could be an issue, but we were always able to find a spot somewhere on the property. Our B- building room overlooked the pool and we did not experience exterior noise problems others have noted. The walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors they will "share" with you. Check in was efficient and friendly in pleasant enough lobby. The elevators get you up and down well enough and there are ice machines throughout the facility. The pool and bar/ bistro area, while not large, are plenty large to service the guests. Our room and bath were medium sized, with enough lights and outlets. The towels and toiletries were good to very good. The bed and linens were very good. The HVAC was good, with a large flatscreen and lots of channels, refer and good coffee service. The complementary internet worked well. We had trouble syncing up with housekeeping; their schedule and ours were not a match made in heaven. We were not serviced one day and got a limited late service another. The complementary breakfast was more along the lines of basic Best Western, not a Plus as we were used to. The quality and variety were ok ( excellent oatmeal!) but the offering was identical each of our 4 days. We did not eat at the bistro. Check out was efficient. While we were not in Palm Springs for the tennis tournament, we suffered from the dramatic increase in rates due to the event. This is a good enough house at its normal rates, it is pretty marginal stay at nearly $350 per night ( inclusive of taxes and fees). Average with a little plus.

The Manager Sal was so kind and professional. I felt as though I was staying in his home...he is the perfect host. Michael at the front desk was so funny and cute. And Nick at the toolbar was accomodating and charming. This hotel pays close attention to the details from the new pool funrniture to the umbrellas that match the fabulous blooming bougainvilla to the wonderful colorbowls around the fountain. They have built a sound wall to minimize the noise from surrounding restaraunts. The rooms are comfortable...best bed I've ever slept on (and I am well travelled!) This will always be my choice in the desert. Thanks Sal and staff.

If you want to sleep and don't want any noises, don't stay at this hotel. The location is great, but it is dead center where everything is happening. My room was directly facing 3-bar, which had music and screaming people 'till 3:00 am. The walls are paper thing, so you can hear everything in the next room and people loved staying in the balconies talking after 3:00 am. Pool is narrow and full of people and the furniture very outdated. Sorry, but we won't be coming back to this hotel. We wanted a hotel to relax and we didn't do it. People were great and very helpful.

What an excellent hotel!!! Beauty beyond expectation, and the rooms are safe and roomy. It is located in a great neighborhood and I would recommend it to anyone. From check in to check out, the process is extremely easy.

If you love flowers, this hotel is for you - simply gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location couldn't be better for shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The nightly Happy Hour is a nice touch and breakfast is excellent. Choose your room carefully though. Rooms in Building C (101-109, 201-209, and 301 - 309) are TERRIBLE! They overlook the parking lot so we could hear everyone coming and going at all hours of the night. In addition, there is an alcove in the hallway with tables and chairs, which is a nice touch BUT 4 couples continued their partying there until well after midnight and they were NOT quiet and they said the hotel doesn't have a policy about noise.

They refused to accommodate a night off our stay due to an emergency weather situation and the manager couldn't have been any more rude and unhelpful. This was our first stay at a best western and it will also be our last.

Do not expect too much. Things are ok. Cleanliness fine. Pool area looks more like the ones there are in motels. The same for the bar area, cafeteria (food is good enough ). The personal very helpful and polite. If there were people around the pool or outside, from our room we would have had to use earplugs. I read that often and it's true. The shower worked very well. However, You also hear water when people have a shaker. Walls are very thin.you can hear everything from your neighbour. lol. It's a bit expensive for what you get. But the location is perfect. Parking: They can accommode you. The internet works well but a bit slow. Not sure if we went there again. The cleaning ladies forgot to do or bring things 4 days out of 7. It's doesn't have the standards of a hotel. But we slept veru well.

My room was very small. The bathroom tiny. The windows are sealed shut and I won't stay at hotels where you can't get fresh air. It seems like a converted motel. The way it is designed, the rooms are very dark and get no direct sunlight. Parking is awful. There aren't enough parking spaces for all staying there, so people park at night on the driveway or in other bad places. I came back at 10 p.m. and there was NOT ONE spot anywhere to park on the property. Had to pay to park elsewhere. Really? To think they charge you $300 for this? The place is probably worth about $100 a night. The only good thing is the location and the sheets. The pool is tiny. Breakfast was mediocre and served on paper plates as I recall. For the same price, stay at the Hilton, or Renaissance, both about 2 blocks away, or anywhere but here. You can tell how bad ownership is with this place because with other bad reviews I've seen on here, the hotel responds with the "last word" and usually says, "We get great reviews and so you must be some kind of weirdo."

This is a terrific hotel right in downtown Palm Springs. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you! Restaurants, shops and bars are within a very short walk. My room was spacious, with several chairs and a workstation. I appreciate bare floors (rather than carpet) in a hotel, and the flooring here is perfect.

Good location and outside spaces at hotel. Noisy but bearable. You could hear people next door above people walking and outside noise. It is a pleasure to enjoy the outside areas of this hotel and location could not be better.

The outdoor decor was lovely and the rooms were basic. The breakfast was good. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great. The front desk staff was okay, but not outstanding. We had a room with a connecting door and could hear everything the guest in there said on her phone, which was a lot, including a call at 6am. But the location could not have been better - close to lots of restaurants and the downtown. We visited Joshua Tree twice which was about an hour away.

Stayed three nights here and enjoyed it very much. It's an easy walk from the hotel to downtown and all the shops and eateries. Room was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

You can't go wrong with this property. Centrally located and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast daily.

I and 2 other ladies attended a conference in Palm Springs, we spent 3 nights. Pros: location is great, hotel is clean, grounds are beautiful There are fountains and flowers and the pool is away from the public eye (yet available to guests) plenty of small spaces to meet up with people and be out of your room. Day staff were very friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Cons: walls are very thin, there is a nightclub near by and we could clearly hear words from conversations held in the parking lot above the loud thump from the club on Fri/Sat. We stayed in a room away from the thump but were still bothered by multiple disposals of glass bottles. The evening staff upon our arrival (particularly Jacob) were rude and had a very unpleasant demeanor. His colleague Michael tried very hard to be calm and friendly to balance Jacob's grumpy nature. In the end my colleagues were happy with their stay and the grounds, walking distance to the conference was ideal to allow one to experience Palm Springs and get some daily steps to balance being stuck in a chair all day. Personally the noise was a deal breaker, I wouldn't return as even on the sides of the hotel with no night club the bottles were very loud multiple times a night and even the quietest conversation can be heard through the walls.

Great staff and great hotel. The breakfast is wonderful every morning. We love being in such a central location to restaurants and other great attractions. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. A perfect getting away from home that makes you feel as comfortable as home.

It was our first time in PS so we let our friends pick the hotel and it didn't disappoint. It could use some sprucing up but the location can't be beat. We were able to walk everywhere. The rooms are fine. The pool area is cute. Free breakfast included and a fancy, hip bar area. Free parking and plenary of outdoor spaces. Refrigerators in the rooms. Nice toiletries. I'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, they were extremely accommodating. My husband is recuperating from back surgery and they made sure we had a ground floor room, the staff was great as always. The breakfast room looks wonderful and the fitness center is great.

Attractive exterior. Lovely pool area with flowers, a hacienda look. Lots of good choices for breakfast, hot & cold. Great location in downtown area. Many good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a suite in front with mountain views and a whirlpool tub. The room was set back from the street, not much traffic noise.

I was a little surprised when we woke up in the morning, we could hear the conversation in the next room. I thought the rooms were better insulated. I hoped that they were not able to hear our conversation the nicht before.

This hotel property is clean and well-located to downtown. Our room was below a room with a Jacuzzi and for whatever reason there were loud clanks and pounding sounds all night, every night for 6 nights. We rarely slept for more than 3 hours. When I reported the issue to staff, it was treated dismissively. There is something seriously wrong with the vents and/or piping above that room. No one deserves to have their vacation ruined like ours was. We were not given any discount or even an apology. How disappointing.

The pool and court yard was beautiful. Very well kept hotel. Loved all the places you could sit and relax. A big disappointment there was no microwave in our room and you weren't allowed to take your own drinks or food to the pool side seating. The rooms were very dark. One lamp. Very loud from the bars behind till 2am in the morning. So didn't get a lot of sleep. Was awesome to be walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Loved the thursday night street market. Great location and close to transit. Beds were comfortable but pillows sucked.

Good basic hotel with great, friendly, helpful people at the front desk. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and ease to walk to many things. Be aware of street noise if on 3rd floor on main street side. Advantage was a view of the hills. Comfortable bed and linens. Very limited toiletries.

We went round and round deciding on a good-value hotel and so happy with this hotel choice! This was our first stay in Palm Springs - other times just passing through - and we loved the location of this hotel - walking distance to restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, museums. Only disappointment was RAIN closed down the Thursday street festival. :( Beautiful views, comfy bed/rooms - and super friendly staff - this was a great deal for an upscale value chain hotel! Thank you!!
