"Pet friendly clean hotel"
We stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our Pug dog with us. Hotel very accommodating for pets, no extra cost for pet. Had a small incident with smoke alarm at night but staff handled it quickly and to our satisfaction. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Very nice"
We enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this facility The gym needed repair and that is why I did not give it 5 stars... Nice hot breakfast staff was exxtremely friendly. Swimming pool. Coffee 24 hrs

"Great Hotel"
Really liked this location. Staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome. I wish all hotels were like this. Even though right off the freeway, it was very quite. Very nice pool. Nice secluded location.

"Comfortable beds & friendly staff"
The queen beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were greeted kindly by the front desk staff and given complimentary waters and a soda for being Best Western gold members.

"Family Trip"
The room I was given at first was not cleaned properly due to dead roaches in the fridge and tub. I immediately called the front desk and it was addressed quickly with a room change. The breakfast is not the best with options. You can tell some corners are being cut on the utensils and choices of food. The best part is the location of the hotel.

We want to apologize for the Fridge, tub, breakfast, and cleanliness issues and to assure you that this inconvenience has been addressed. Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of roaches in any of our rooms. However, each room were still treated with a pest heater for precaution. I hope you will find your expectations to be far surpassed during your next visit!
"Disappointed"
We travel ALOT. We also stay at this best Western a lot. However, this time was shocking. The manger came banging on our door while we were sleeping +our 1 year old and called our room 3 times. Come to find out it was because the ONE luggage cart they have was missing and he thought we had it. The staff park all day everyday under the covered pavilion at the front of the hotel when we stayed it was Pouring rain and all guest had to run through the ran with their luggage because we could not park under it (including the manger) our room also smelled like bleach which was awful being pregnant. Our tv also was broke when we called to have them come and fix it, it took him two hours to do so, when we went downstairs to remind him he was on his phone and said “I'll be up when I get a second” We stay here about every other weekend, we love Louisiana but we're definitely finding another hotel.

"Great hotel"
Spent a total of 2 nights so far. We attend a volunteer meeting each month and our stay is overnight. We will be staying with our daughter and her teens during the summer at BW in Walker a few nights this summer The pool is lovely, the exercise room is great, the rooms are spotless, and the service is top notch. We have already recommender BW Walker to friends. ,

"Excellent overall"
Great staff, clean and quiet, around plenty of places to eat. Any and all problems are addressed almost immediately. All around a great experience, especially when traveling for work. Couldn't ask for better!

"An oasis on the road"
This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's convenient to I-12 but quiet. The room was large, well-appointed and clean. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I didn't get the name of the young woman who checked us in, but her smile and attitude were memorable. Then, not only was breakfast tasty, and with a lot of options, but the most wonderful woman, Sharon, is in charge of it. She was a delight to talk to -- what a fascinating life she has led. Sharon takes such pride in keeping the breakfast area clean and well-supplied. This hotel is lucky to have an employee like Sharon.

"Not as Pictured"
I've attached a photo taken by my son-in-law and his wife last night of the condition of their King size bed. They fixed it, but really? We paid $99/night plus taxes/fees through Hotels.com - definitely NOT what I would have expected. Very disappointed.

"Very quite room"
The room was extremely quite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again. Easy on and off the highway.

"Quiet relaxing hotel"
This is a great updated hotel in a safe area. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was fresh eggs and sausage with fruit. The coffee was the best of my whole trip. We would definitely go back. And the price was lower than in the big city.

"Terrible service the worst!"
The front desk staff were clueless about how to check us in the room was in my husband's name I had his ID and credit card and we are members , but I was told they had to see him and I said he is unloading our luggage but they would not let me check us in ,I told them he was coming right in but no was the answer . So I said I will give you my ID and credit card! But she didn't know how to switch it ,the other employee was angry because she needed his help . The absolute worst it was not clean and when we were ready to check out the front desk employee was no where to be found . My husband and two other guest waited for 10 minutes and no one came so we just put the key card in the quick check out and left. We have stayed there before and it was under new management so there goes the problem.. I could go on but … just be prepared…

"No internet service - system maxed outt"
Really, in 2021 you decide to save money on WiFi? When attempting to logon continually get message “Login Failed - the system has reached the maximum capacity of logged in users”. Room ok but no WiFi is a deal breaker.
