SureStay Plus by Best Western Tulsa East

I'm a WiFi engineer,and I measured the hotel WiFi. The hotel has the best commercial WiFi equipment, made by Cisco, and it was properly provisioned. The WiFi system can stream video to every room of the hotel. I measured 170 Mbps WiFi at the far edge of my room, and only needed 5 Mbps to stream video. Recently remodeled hotel felt new.

We stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds. One bed was so close to the opposite wall, we had difficulty accessing the bathroom. Prior to check out, I was questioned several times if I registered and paid the pet fee, upon check in. I did not appreciate the insinuation that I did not. I asked for a printed receipt, and there was hesitation in giving the receipt. I'm not sure why. The paid pet fee was specified on the receipt. The room was clean and the check in process was good.

None of the jet tubs work if that's why your getting a king size. You will be recommended not to use the jets because they leak but still charged the full price. I had to pay my pet deposit in cash even though I paid for the room with a card. Shady

Staying at the Best Western Sure Stay in Tulsa Oklahoma was definitely a rewarding experience! I was able to have a peaceful overnight stay! The Breakfast Selection was good! The coffee was delicious! Just a Wonderful time!

The staff are very friendly. The front desk/foyer is deceptive though. Very new and updated… super clean. Then you get to the hallway to your room and you begin to realize the rest was not as updated. My hallway had a slight odor to it… then I got to the room… the room smelled awful like really old musky mildew… old wet carpet smell. Their were snot boogers blown on the wall near the bed (not kidding) and the sitting chair looked like someone had either given birth or possible been murdered… it was disturbingly gross. The bed was a full size that felt like it was made from layers of plywood and it was set up with a king backboard and night stands fixed to the wall so you almost had to get out of the full size bed to reach the night stands. I will say the maids cleaned daily of you wished and the smell wasn't so bad after a can and a half of fabreez. They did have decent internet and surprisingly large 4k tvs. This was paid for by Melton Truck Lines for training otherwise I would have left the moment I saw the room and the smell… oh that smell.

Excellent Staff,Good complimentary services such as gym,laundry and breakfast no complaints there.The Rooms are really nice and the bath tubs are huge only thing that could be improved is the Mini-Fridges they turn off automatically sometimes.

Shower was broken, moldy bathroom walls. Security issue with the hallway entrance doors being broken so anyone can potentially come in. As a young women traveling alone I find that very alarming. Signs say no smoking but everything smells like cigarette smoke. Plus area seems kinda shady. The stay wasn't terrible but it definitely was a waste of money and would not book there again.

Honestly a nice place to stay. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. It's one of the best Best Western's that I've stayed in. The owners are awesome and are very helpful with any and everything that you may need.

Hotel is nice, pool was closed so that was a disappointment, Room is recently remodeled and very clean. Especially liked the door opening to the outside. Breakfast was a little more than the bags other hotels are offering so that was nice. Lady at the front desk very helpful

The property is worn and needs serious remodeling! The bedspread is stained and dirty. The gentleman who checked us in was very respectful, however, the woman who checked us out could take some lessons in customer service! She was so busy talking and laughing on the phone, I felt like I bothered her by asking for a copy of my receipt, which she refused to give me because I made the reservation with the National reservation desk! Which I have NEVER had happen before.

The jetted tub was broken and breakfast was disgusting. The biscuits were frozen and uncooked. There were no pastries. The sausage was cold and greasy. They were out of yogurt. The cereal was stale. Definitely not what I was expecting from a BW property.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Best Western brand. Have stayed at many other Best Western Hotels and Surestay although more basic compares very favorably with the other levels and exceeds many other Hotel chains we have utilized.

Everything about my stay was satisfactory... up until right before I left and went to the lobby to get coffee during breakfast hours. There really was a poor selection and I ended up with cold disgusting coffee, a front desk employee that did nothing about it, Sunny D, and a biscuit. You delay me drinking coffee in the morning and you get a bad review. Fail. 2 stars because everything else was up to snuff... for what it's worth?

The place was alright for the price but not worth the stay. The pillows, the tub, and the breakfast left us not very satisfied. The pillows were very flat and small. The tub didn't drain for the shower. The jacuzzi jets didn't work which we really wanted to try out.

The bed was comfortable, the gravy for breakfast was very runny. Would stay again. The traffic was very bad to get in and out during rush hour. The staff was friendly and helpful. Could stand to put a few more towels in the rooms.

Every thing was very clean. Very helpful on check in. Didn't use any of the aminities. But pool towels were available if we needed them. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Easy access in and out to arrive or leave.

Had to put my vehicle in the shop for repairs this the only super 8 near by . the weather was turning bad and they would not give me a room until after 3 . Had to wait in the sitting area for 4 hrs . no hot water for my shower . breakfast was horrible the biscuits was as hard as a rock . ( the gravey couldn't soften them up ) Won't be back

Never heard neighbors. Enterance from room is in the interior. Bathroom seemed updated and clean. TV worked well. I didn't try the internet. Breakfast was typical but I was very happy about not hearing people all night which is typical for a cheap hotel. This was inexpensive and awesome. Also pet friendly $10 a dog which I always travel with my dogs.
