Best Western Okmulgee

We chose this location on our travels east, because of the good reviews and a decent room rate, even though it is about 16 miles off of I-40. We requested a 1st floor room and we received that. It was small but fine. The temperature knob in the bath tub/shower was not working properly--staying in a very hot position. I was able to twist it and got warm water, but my husband couldn't get it to work. I forgot to mention that problem when we checked out. Also smoking was allowed in some of the end rooms, but we could smell it in the hallway. Otherwise we had a comfortable and quiet stay.

The hotel staff were amazing. The rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The GM was very friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our weekend here. We were not impressed with the breakfast, or the Mexican Restaurant. Our waiter could not speak very good English. My sister had an issue with her food and wanted to talk to a manager and he said there was not one there.

We love this hotel for its friendly service, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. There is also a great Mexican restaurant on premises. If you stay here you can count on a clean and comfortable stay. The staff really seem to care about meeting your needs and will go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied.

I recently had an extended stay with the Best Western in Okmulgee. The staff are awesome people! They are extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The rooms are clean and it felt a little like home away from home. I most definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

I had a great time at this hotel. The bed were clean warm and very comfortable! The shower was super high pressure with luxury soaps and moisturizer. I was in a double room and it was extremely spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave as well as a writing desk. I also had a killer workout in their top notch gyms! I stay in a lot of hotels and this place is amongst the best of them. I highly recommend!

I had another enjoyable visit in Okmulgee, staying at the hotel I learned to appreciate very much. Again, I felt welcome like a friend, in a comfortable and safe surrounding. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, most of all Raj!

Recently stayed two nights at the Best Western off US Hwy 75 in Okmulgee. Reservation was made through booking.com a couple weeks ahead of my visit. Payment was processed upon arrival, check-in was relatively quick. Check-in staff were very friendly and conversational several times when I stopped by to say Hello in the mornings. That was nice. Location is roadside, there is an attached Mexican restaurant and a breakfast room, breakfast comes with your room. Standard biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage and waffle station setup, cereal and oatmeal, coffee and juice. Otherwise, you need to drive a mile or two into Okmulgee for more restaurant, convenient store and supermarket options. Plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. Room is basic but sufficient for purpose. Plenty of space for luggage, bed and pillows were ok. Rooms included work desk, TV, bathroom, ok shower water pressure. Enough lighting, A/C, TV and wifi were all fine. There was aironing board, iron, microwave, fridge and small coffee pot. Pretty much what you need for a night or two sleeps in the Okmulgee. Would have no problem staying here again based on my recent experience.

The staff is very friendly & the hotel room is very clean. However, the front lobby reeks of pot when you walk in...it's dreadful. The beds are rock hard & need a major overhaul. Breakfast biscuit was frozen when I took a bite. If they could address these issues, it would be a much better place to stay.

Stayed 1 night passing thru. Reserved online. Good price for the room. Pets accepted. Breakfast included. Very nice desk attendant and breakfast staff! Breakfast was minimal - waffles, pancakes, Link sausage, eggs, cereal, biscuits and gravy. Not the best but not bad. It's from 6:45-9am. Room was spacious. Bathroom is small. Seemed clean. Cons but not a dealbreaker - door doesn't seal well but there weren't many staying so not an issue with noise. A/C wouldn't run fan and cool at the same time to help with white noise. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable although large. Tub faucet dripped. Only 2 washcloths and towels. Would like more washcloths without having to request them. The one thing that was inconvenient was the sign was right in front of a restaurant. Of course we turned in that driveway and had to back out. Not a big deal unless you're pulling a trailer like we were. Otherwise it was a decent stay for a decent price.

We always come here in July during the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival, and after trying a few other places, we think this motel is the best. The staff are always friendly and do their best to make us feel welcome and to be sure we are comfortable and our needs are met. The outdoor pool is an oasis on a hot summer day, with a little garden nearby and flowerpots with beautiful blossoms around the pool area. Birds and butterflies add to the ambiance. The morning breakfast is a plus. They have the usual cereals snd breads, but they offer hot items as well. There is a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages and potatoes. They also provide fresh fruit and juices, yogurts, and of course, hot coffee and teas. Another feature that was new to us this year is the on-site Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed a great meal here and the service was good too. They offer vegetarian options as well as gluten-friendly choices. For all these reasons, we think it is worth the extra little drive to stay at the Best Western in Okmulgee.

This property was one of a couple recommended by our family who we were visiting. The property was nice, the rooms were clean and beds comforable, however the hotel rooms were very very humid. Both our room and a friends rooms both were so humid that damp cloths would not dry and dry cloths felt damp when you put them on. The Temperature of the room was fine, it was just very humid each of the 3 days that we stayed there. The Breakfast buffett was also very disapointing. Eggs and Sausage were hardly warm, the coffee was in the hot water pot and the hot water in the Coffee dispenser. The Pancake machine was out of orderm but the Waffle machine worked great and was what I ate each morning

Excellent place! The hotel located in a small town. I really enjoyed staying there with my cat. They provided a king bed room and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet there. They had full breakfast and it was very good! The people are very friendly and helpful! They really care about their guests! I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms, hot breakfast, kind staff and pet friendly! The best hotel stay we have had in a long time. They were able to get us in when the power was out in Tulsa. So glad to have a safe and clean place to stay with staff that cared about us, spoiled our kids and even had treats for the dog!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was 2-1/2 years ago when we came to Okmulgee as a group for a funeral. The staff was so helpful and caring then. This last visit the staff was just as caring and helpful. The hotel is clean, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast is awesome! It is definitely worth checking out. We will be back!

Both rooms were very clean and beyond comfortable. Great interactions with staff. Breakfast was fun and delicious. We made our own waffles and pancakes. Fresh juice and kitchen staff were great. Highly recommended

I did a twelve-state road trip and stayed at a variety of hotel brands. In fact, I was getting depressed at the state of hotel options in this country as most are run down. This place was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and kept up. The staff was friendly. There was a connecting restaurant. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the connecting restaurant only served Anheuser-Busch beers, which, as a female, I can not support. I ordered a margarita instead. :-)

Any hotel (or Best Western for that matter) can ensure clean sheets, workable bathroom, and functional A/C. Some hotels even go so far as to provide a free breakfast (which can range from your choice of muffin to "how would you like your eggs?" As a person who travels frequently and for long periods of time, I come to expect no more and no less than that from where I stay when I'm away from home. This place was different. This Best Western was run by small family who treated you like you were a part of theirs. Throughout the time there, they shared with us tea from their private cupboard, let us take our cats to an unused wing to stretch their legs, and gave cookies to my mom for her 86th birthday. During our time there, we sat with the staff and talked about the news, our lives, and our past. I cannot be more greatful to them. I didn't feel as though I was staying at hotel, but staying with a friend in their home. I don't know what happens to these reviews, but this seemed like a good of a place as any to reach out to them to thank them for their kindness. If they are ever in our part of the world, our home is open to them as well.

My second stay here, and again I was welcomed in a pleasant and quiet ambience, served a rich and tasty continental breakfast in the beautiful Muscogee Room. It was the exceptionally accommodating and helpful staff, especially Raj and her daughter, the manager, that made my stay a most memorable one - in a home away from home.

Even though we had to drive a little further to find a decent hotel, we could lay our heads down in peace and quiet. Rooms clean, furniture in good con, not dusty or scratched up. Excellent cust serv.

I am appalled that I was accused of staining a sheet on my last stay and charged $20 for it. I was NOT offered an opportunity to see the sheet prior to my arrival, who knows if it was indeed stained during my stay or not. My company spends thousands of dollars staying there and it will be brought up to have this hotel removed from our lodging option and stay at the much, much cleaner, nicer Holiday Inn Express up the road. They claim to be a smoke free hotel but each and every time the 2nd floor reeks of cigarette smoke.

Rooms were clean the hotel was quiet. Warm food breakfast in the morning! Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish the pool and hot tub would of been open but it wasn't. I always look for hotel with this feature so that is only thing that I didn't like. There was a nice little workout room if you like that.

Marijuana and nicotine smoke permeated my non smoking room from the hallway. Train tracks next door kept me awake!!! Last guests leftover food still in my fridge! Check in staff abrupt and visibly annoyed at having to be there. I was an inconvenience! I am a rewards member and this was my worst Best Western experience ever!!!

I originally booked the hotel for 2 nights but I was grossed out as soon as we walked into the room. The blankets had stains and there were bugs on the bed and carpet. The front desk clerk said I would be refunded but the Manager Raj wouldn't authorize the refund. I called Raj for days while she dodged my call. When she finally did talk to me, she put her desk clerk on the phone (maybe it was her daughter) and she continued to yell at me and called me a liar. I have pictures but they didn't want to see them. They were very unprofessional and rude! will not recommend this hotel. The advertisement pictures were not what their rooms actually looked like.

I stayed here for business. I only stayed one night, but the staff were very nice and helpful. I had all of the amenities that I needed. Clean sheets, towels, travel sized shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and coffee were provided. The only complaint I had was that the hallway smelled like smoke because there are smoking rooms on that floor, but the room that I stayed in did not smell like smoke, so I was overall satisfied with my stay.

This hotel is my home away from home. I come for business and usually for an extended stay. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The manager made me sandwiches for lunch and even fed me dinner. These people are so nice. With my job I have literally been all over the country; and I must say these are the friendliest people/staff that I have encountered thus far. I will continue to stay here every time that business or travel in general brings me here. My dogs love it too. Way to go Best Western Okmulgee! Keep up the good work. See you next time.

My family was moved into three separate rooms due to prior issues in the rooms. When asked for any type of DISCOUNT, the manager began raising her voice and pointing the finger at my family. Screaming and being extremely unprofessional. We had to walk away from the situation because $8.00 isn't worth it. I will never stay at this Best Western nor any of my family or friends. We will spread the word on Facebook and google reviews. These people need to realize you cannot treat your customers like this.

Stayed only one night. Friendly front staff. Pet friendly so be prepared for pets barking and crying in the middle-aged of the night as the hotel has poor sound insulation. People walking the calls and banging on doors could be heard very clearly as if they were standing in the room. Some amenities were already ripped open in the room. Wifi was good.

The breakfast is very good and everything is so clean! Super nice manager! Very nice! The beds are very comfortable changes sheets often pillows are so comfy. There is no smell definitely a sign of a clean motel! Also a nice fitness room! Nice and homey.

The rooms are quiet, comfortable and most important, this is a pet friendly motel. The staff is very friendly and appeared truly eager to make your stay as comfortably as possible. Great place to stay!

We rented a conference room for a 5 hour meeting. Rate quoted by a new staff member was $150 plus tax. Was told that all Audio Visual was included. When the final bill was emailed, we were charged a 5% convenience fee for using a credit card to pay. A $100 cleaning fee that was NOT disclosed anywhere. And were charged a $40 fee for AV when it was told that it was included. When I called the property, the manager didn't seem to care that she happily overcharged. She was the ultimate example of poor customer service. Avoid this place. The meeting room was also a storage room. Table laying around the room, the seating didn't all match. Random chairs in the room. The room was not prepped but left as a storage room. Very very poor experience. If they do this to a local business, imagine how they treat their regular customers. Be careful, they may charge you a cleaning fee after you leave, even though it should be included in the rental price.

Both concierges that we worked with were extremely kind and helpful. Easy access to the hotel and entrance into our room. It was very well cleaned and maintained, and everything was exactly as advertised. Great find for a great price!

Shower curtain smelled bad of mildew and used bar of soap on counter. Changed rooms and had dirty towel for drying hand and was stained and never changed. Would not give receipt since I booked on line.

What a great gem of a hotel. We were travelling along highway 40 but could not really find a hotel we liked near the highway, so we decided to drive the few miles to the Best Western Okmulgee! Let me tell you it was well worth the few extra miles. What a great hotel. Nice, neat, and clean. Great decor and furnishings. Good sized rooms, comfortable bed, nice desk to get some work done AND a large, large sink area to store all the traveling/beauty necessities. Both rooms had a nice view of the pool and a green grassy area. Nice and quiet and just lovely... I don't remember name of the lady at the front desk but when we met her, we felt like we had been longtime family friends. How nice to feel welcome and at home when traveling... The whole experience was wonderful and I would very highly recommend staying here...

Easy access to road and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Requested a quiet room on the second floor, very accommodating. Plenty of parking available as we were towing a long trailer. Plan to stay here again in the fall!

But, we were immediately and gratefully surprised when the front desk clerk, Raj, offered us the “Manager Apartment” accommodations for our stay at no change in price for us. Because she saw that we were a family, she expressed her deep desire that we would stay together during our time there. Additionally, we immediately felt at home there as her friendly demeanor was so genuine. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was quite accommodating as the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary appliances which worked well, including the microwave and spacious fridge/freezer. We also enjoyed the nice beds and very comfortable showers in both bathrooms. Further, all the TVs were 37in. flat screens all with good channel selections. My only strong disappointment was the troublesome wifi service. In every other BW in which I have stayed, the wifi has been superb, but, here, when the wifi connection was good, it was quite slow. Additionally, while using the wifi, I experienced many dropped connections. Consequently, I was forced to rely on my cell service during most of my stay there. However, I did not report these problems as I should have, but I normally don't see a big change in service at hotels after reporting Internet troubles. Aside from wifi troubles, we did enjoy a decent breakfast, though the biscuits could have been a bit softer. However, more than any of the great amenities, we left this BW with such gratitude with the extremely friendly staff. For example, Raj came through for me again by insisting that she help me cross a busy highway to get to the nearby Burger King as I am blind. Though I could have crossed it independently, I had no trouble allowing her to help me due to her sincere pleasantness and because I crossed it more efficiently with her assistance. Raj, my parents and I thank you sincerely for your deep kindness to us. I also thank BW once again for providing such exemplary service for me, stay after stay, and I know that BW Okmulgee will work to resolve the wifi issues to make future residents' stays even better! Go Best Western!

The girl the 1st night told us the only restaurant she knew was KFC. She also said there was nothing she could do because our room stunk because there is no manager and the owner lives in Tulsa. There was a nice young lady day 2 who was very helpful and kind about trying to get us a later checkout to work around baseball.

I found this gem of a hotel earlier this year, and both of those stays were fantastic. I am currently checked in, and wanted to share my review. This hotel is reliable, consistent, and spotless! It is the people who work here that take it over the top for me. They remember you. Read that again, They remember you. In all of the hustle and bustle of traveling these days, to have a place that knows you, and bends over backwards to roll out the red carpet for your stay, well folks, it doesn't get much better than that. A particular stand out is Sabrina at the front desk. Each of my stays, she has gone above and beyond to get problems solved when they arose, and follwed up to ensure my satisfaction as a guest. You just cannot put a price tag on that level of service, IMO, and this place is very lucky to have retained that talent. In addition, the Hosekeeping staff here is wonderful. They are so nice and friendly, and will happily bring you extra towels and blankets with a smile! Yes, I said it, a smile! As I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, I can honestly say these ladies know how to deliver spotless rooms. Again, rare in today's day and age. I have yet to try the breakfast room or the pool, (in season,) but since I will be traveling back to this location, I am sure I will find even more compliments for this place. This motel was like a home away from home! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always caring. Especially Raj! She gave me a room close to the front desk because I was travelling by myself. The room was not only very clean, but very beautiful, with huge buffalo and horse paintings. A tasty breakfast, which offered choices for every taste or appetite, was served in the Muscogee Creek Room, also decorated with paintings.The business center was always available. I will be back on my next visit to Okmulgee for sure!

A very good motel all the way around the staff was very helpful. The breakfast selection was tasty. There was hot coffee 24 hours a day. We slept like babies. I would strongly recommend this motel for it value.

We stopped here on a visit through the area. The check in was easy and quick. The room was large. Breakfast was good with hot food served and fresh waffles. Non smoking rooms are available. It's about 15 miles off the interstate..

Took a bit to get registered, even though we'd already supplied appropriate information before arriving. Nice lobby, and had an elevator, which not all two story motels have. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable, but all the pillows were the same, so if you didn't like them, too bad. Bathroom was a bit small. Towels were not top quality, thick enough, but scratchy. Only had two bath towels, and one bar of bath soap. Don't know why hoteliers do not understand that women need a towel for their hair, and another with which to dry. Also, I don't share my bath soap with anyone. If there are two people in the room, you need two bath bars. Breakfast was standard fare, coffee was lukewarm. This was quickly remedied when I informed them, but it had been that way for quite some time, because hubbs brought me coffee to the room, and it wasn't hot. For the price, pretty good overall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when the key system was malfunctioning. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom was spotless. There were no strange odors. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were actually decent. Breakfast was hot and plenteous. Parking was convenient and close to the doors. Would definitely stay here again.

I reserved a room online approx 1 week in advance on the BW website. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. Upon check in, we were given a smoking room. This was evident by the ash trays, air humidifier, and strong smell of smoke. I returned to the front desk and notified the clerk. She offered to spray fragrance in the room. I declined. The smell of smoke plus some unknown fragrance was not a risk I was willing to take. The next day, I spoke with someone regarding changing to a non smoking room. I was told they had to wait to see what new reservations were coming in. If there was a room available after, I would be switched. This didn't go over well. I spoke with the manager. The manager pulled up my reservation and insisted i booked my reservation through a 3rd party. I showed her my confirmation directly from Best Western. She agreed to change my room but insisted i booked a smoking room. I contacted Best Western customer service. The rep accessed my reservation and confirmed I booked a NON SMOKING room through the website and my reservation should have been honored as such. It was later discovered that my initial room was given to a large group. On a lighter note, the staff was nice, breakfast was pleasant, the hotel is right on the highway for easy access, and the beds are comfy. The room doesn't get very dark due to an odd space between the door and door frame allowing hallway light into the room. This is an ok hotel, but with my experience, it'll be Holiday Inn from now on.

Staff was great (as always). Room was fine, lobby very welcoming. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. We always stay here, as it is convenient for visiting friends. We have stayed here four times already.

Very nice rooms. Bed extremely comfortable. Was a smoking room but with the in room air freshener you couldn't tell. Everything in the hotel is very clean. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and everything was very fresh.

Enjoyed our stay here for 1 night in November. Convenient location for this trip. Very comfortable bed and loved the pillows. Breakfast was good with several choices. We enjoy staying at Best Western Hotels and appreciate how clean they rooms are when we arrive. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The new owner has made great improvements. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything we might need. The breakfast is fabulous, fresh eggs, sausage and potatoes, biscuits and gravy , waffles, cereal , milk , orange juice, coffee and much more. Just a wonderful hotel.

During our stay at BW Okmulgee, OK, at breakfast, my husband fixed himself a waffle and another guest opened the pan and ruined it. The attendant immediately corrected the situation by fixing the next one and serving it to my husband himself. I say that's service!

Stayed in Okmulgee to participate in my husband's class reunion. This is an older property but has kept up nicely with the newer properties. The beds were comfortable, rooms nice sized and clean. The staff is awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. We'll definitely stay here again!

Every time I have to stay in a hotel I always choose best western. Anytime I go to okmulgee I always stay at best western. Thank you for always having great service. Everything is always perfectly set out!!!!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very quite too. The hot breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the waffle maker.

Our stay was great! Rooms are clean and comfortable, services are top notch and the staff is friendly and very courteous; an excellent place to rest up an recharge for whatever comens next. Their location provides easy access to the main highway and is easy to get to major shopping in the town and a very short trip to Tulsa. OVer a great place to stay the night or longer.

This Best Western is clean, the beds are super comfortable! The staff are super friendly & helpful! They actually go out of their way to make sure any of your or your pets needs are met! They welcome pets, literally! Free treats, & welcomes the pet as they do people! This is the ONLY place we will stay at while visiting Okmulgee! Service has been consistent over the last 4 years and I believe it will continue when I visit next!

Easy access off the main highway, no eating facility so I ordered in Pizza, Was clean and comfortable. The showers were clean, though the towels were really small and not soft. what else do I need to say that's all I have to say

My travels took me to Okmulgee, OK, for reasons best left unexplained. This Best Western is a bit of a stretch off I-40, but it's pet friendly, and I wasn't interested in staying at any place closer. This property is a treasure. it's new(-ish), well maintained, and very clean. Pets don't stay free, but they are welcome. Our room was well laid out, with the most comfortable task chair I have ever sat in. I wanted to take it with me and replace the chair in my car. The property has a guest laundry, and there are three pizza places within the area. I wound up choosing Mazzio's, whose online interface is not worth trying to use. The pizza, however, was great. I realize this is turning into a pizza review, but if you order a pie (and please, call the store directly), a small isn't quite big enough for two people. Larger than average TV (37"), with HBO. Summary: if you are traveling east-to-west and can't quite make it to Oklahoma City, consider staying here. I know the next time I'm in the area, I will.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Hotel is fairly new and well appointed. Staff is attentive and always very friendly. Hotel is clean,rooms nice, comfortable bed, and a fair price. No complaints. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles or and the normal toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc.

I was very pleased with a speedy check in, friendly staff, and a very clean hotel. Express checkout was nice. Great breakfast options for people who are health conscious. The entire staff went above, and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

Great value newly redone convenient cozy comfortable! Will stay here again Best Western's are good value this is my second stay recently. Clean, good service too. Parking was close to rooms other amenities close as well.

This place will work for you, but has seen better days. The workout room was definitely lacking. It is past time for a face lift. But if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay for a night this will work.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff was very helpful and they breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at. They came out and turned the lights on for us in the pool and let my kids swim past the close time since we were being quite. I will stay here again when I go back in 3 weeks.

On site manager, Raj, provides truly exceptional customer service and attention to detail. She made the 4 day stay excellent! There were large events ongoing in Okmulgee and the hotel was very busy. Raj is really a great manager. Rooms were clean and comfortable, linens changed daily, and nice amenities.

I tried to book a room for Saturday night, June 24th, and called the hotel directly. They had one King suite available which I would have loved to book. However, the lady taking my reservation said they refused to hold the room with my credit card because I might cancel. I assured her I was coming and would love to book the room, but she said that because they were full for that night, except for this room, she would only accept a Cashier's check and had to have it within 4 days. I passed on the room as I would have had to pay the Cashier's check fee and a Fed ex fee to get it to her. My credit card should have been accepted as the hotel has a cancellation policy and I was not going to cancel regardless.

The motel was nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities were good! Great fitness center, and breakfast! The staff with their friendly caring attitude will make your stay wonderful! Should you have any problems the staff made sure to help in any way possible to ensure you have a great trip!

We stayed four days, and every day we had a clean room, decent breakfast, and nice conversations with everyone who works there. For people traveling through, this is comparably inexpensive for BW Plus hotels. Bargain.

I stay at many BW for Business and for this small-town this was a decent Hotel. Although the hotel appeared a little dated and the Decour wasn't to my liking it was clean and the staff was very nice. Even with a few hick ups with things that didn't work the service was good in the goody bag given is very nice.

We travel thru here one weekend every month every year and here you get the Best nights Sleep Ever for being away from home . We always look for the quietest place to stay on our trips that doesn't let kids run up and down the halls all hours of the night or people slamming doors .. This place is very professional ... Thank you ..

This is an extremely wonderful hotel for your stay in this area of Oklahoma. The rate is reasonable, the room is clean and comfortable and the hotel is equipped with excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean comfortable and friendly. We have had bad experiences with the front desk at HI across the street so we now chose this BW for all our guest needs! If you are coming to Okmulgee this is definitely the hotel of choice for the people who live here and are in the know.

I've been staying at this hotel for several week now. I love it. The housekeeping staff is on top of cleaning the rooms to perfection everyday. It's nice after working outside all day to come in to a clean, nice smelling room and relax. The Hotel faces away from the highway and I never hear traffic noise ever. Raj is a very sweet Host. You will enjoy your stay here. Close to South Tulsa, Bixby and Glenpool.

Rooms were clean, lots of room Staff was very friendly and helpful as to where we could eat The breakfast bar was fair, the biscuits were hard and the gravy cold, even the eggs were soggy All in all , a very nice place to stay

The front clerk desk was short with me and not very friendly at all. At check out time when I turned in my keys, the clerk on looked up to see who was at the counter and had no acknowledgement what so ever.

Staff is extremely helpful, and courteous I've been going there for years and they are a great bunch of people I have rented banquet rooms from them in the past also and they've always been more than accommodating to my friends and family. They have made some family get-togethers a lot better by taking a lot of the work out of it. I do a lot of traveling I have seen a lot of motels but this one rates right at the top! If you ever have problems they are more than quick to solve them thanks for a good job, so they get five stars in my book every time

Enjoyed our stay at Okmulgee,Ok. The rooms were very clean and even with a wedding and reception going on, our room on the first floor was quiet. The breakfast was advertised as continental,but also had choices of eggs, sausage and waffles. We plan to stay there in the future, because of the good experience!

Everything was good to very good except for the tv Chanel's. It is definitely in need of some up grading. And you can even hook up anything to the tv so you could stream movies to it. Everything else was good, the staff, rooms, cleanness, etc. I only had the breakfast one time because I leave before it is served.

I travel with my dogs to many events and it is always nice to find a hotel that excepts pets, we were given dog biscuits at check in. I would suggest adding a pick-up bag container and disposal trash can for the used bags to be deposited in.

This place has went down hill since the last time we stayeed. The bed was horrible. Lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. The door to the hallway had a huge crakc and the bathroom door would not shut. The air cleaner in the room is nice.Rooms are not too small. Looks nice and clean. Air cleaning machine in room. Breakfast has warm eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Pool was green whole stay, biscuits at breakfast were hard, they did not attend to the breakfast bar like in the past, bathroom door did not close, bed was the worst I have ever slept in.

We were completing the last leg of this road trip on the old Route 66, when we decided to stop in Okmulgee, OK. Staff friendly, knowledgeable.Told us about all amenities in hotel and where to find eating establishments in the area.Bed most comfortable of the 3 previous hotels of this trip. Breakfast needed a little bit of help. We had to search for our plates. Food lukewarm. we decided to go to McDonald's instead.

My son was graduating from OSUIT and this Best Western had good reviews and decided to give it a try. Hotel looked well kept on the outside and the lobby and my room was very clean as well. If traveling thru Okmulgee in the future this will be the hotel I'll stay at. Front desk clerk and housekeeping were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Breakfast was plentiful, hot, well-stocked, and nicely laid out. The dining room was large and clean. The outside of the hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was very nice, with nicer linens and plenty of nice big pillows. Although I didn't request anything, I heard a staffer be very helpful in trying to find a Best Western room in another town for a guest continuing his travels. The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner was more than adequate on a 100 degree day. Would be pleased to spend more nights at this hotel.

I love this hotel and the staff, I also appreciate that this establishment care about all of their guest including those of us who smoke cigarettes by having smoking rooms available. It bothers me when I need a hotel to sleep in and there is no smoking rooms, after all, I am paying guest so I should at least have a smoking room and not have to go outside to smoke as it is dangerous to be outside at night, anything can happen when you are alone in a hotel parking lot. It is unfair of hotels to treat their smoking guest as second class citizens.

The room was very clean as usual. The staff is great, very personable. Love the breakfast always hot and fresh. This is the place my wife and I always stay. If you are in town this is the place to stay. Check in and Check out very easy and fast. Thanks for a great stay.

We had 4 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, the beds slept well, the staff was nice, the lobby and building looked great. We enjoyed the stay. If your going to be in Okmulgee this is a great place to stay.

It was just as I would expect from a BW. If there were any missteps, it would be the lack of hot water (lukewarm) at breakfast but otherwise there was eggs, sausage and grits along with toast and more. Great exercise room.

In town on business and decided to stay at this hotel. I'm glad I did. This hotel is very clean and has spacious rooms. Looks like it had been renovated no to long ago. Check is was fast and easy. The lady at the front desk was helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here when back in the area.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel many times. The employees are always very helpful. Great place to stay for the value. If you are ever in Okmulgee Oklahoma this is the place to stay. I will be staying there again about two weeks.

The manager of this property makes you feel like one of the family. I have stayed here on trips three years in a row. I would not even think of staying else where as long as the current management is in place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful always smiling and nice Raj was very helpful, she acted as she had known us her entire life and treated us like we were family instead of just guests. They made my stay very delightful and i will stay there again. They really went out of their way for us.

The staff was willing to help with whatever you need. The room was clean and well organized and had nice home feel to it. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, iron and ironing board, a nice television and the bathroom was spacious.

From the time we entered the doors of Best Western in Okmulgee we were greeted by very friendly and helpful employees. I have a 90 year old mother that was traveling with me and getting around can sometimes be a problem. Ms. Raj. gave me a room on the ground floor, close to the breakfast room and close to the entrance of the motel which made it very convenient for my mother. I really appreciated her concern for my elderly mother. Our room was cleaning, spacious, and very comfortable. The ladies that cleaned our rooms were very polite and helpful. They made sure we were taken care of and that we had everything necessary to make our stay pleasant. It was very quiet all the time we were there. We definitely will return to this Best Western Motel. again.

I have stayed at this Best Western before and chose this one for an overnight stay due to an early meeting. The free room coupon stumped two employees--including the manager. I know that it will be resolved but couldn't understand why one of the two couldn't process it. The room was fabulous for the price--king/regular room but someone had unplugged the refrigerator! Will stay again because of the friendly staff--mistakes happen to all!

Only thing I would consider for this place, is for them to keep up the food and replace the eggs and biscuits & gravy on the breakfast items. Stay was nice, no outside noises or noisy guests and I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again.

This was a trip to take my daughter to move into her new apartment in Van Nuys Ca. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful. The breakfast, was excellent. We arrived late, but it was easy to check in, and get out the next morning.

This hotel has recently been upgraded and is very clean. The décor is bright and beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a large walk-in shower which was very clean and comfortable..

Stayed two different weeks at this hotel, once in May, again in October. It is recently, during Oct 2015, going through a complete upgrade (rooms, furniture, carpet, paint). Staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful, including the manager Raj. Great value for the money, great city location and helpful staff for any questions I asked. Very clean. blood on the sheets of both beds and on towels when asked to change, put on two sets of new sheets, also with blood on one of the sheets. hung dirty towels back on the rack thinking we wouldnt notice asked for sheets to be changed and new towels, never changed them. awful service and disgusting

Nice clean room and I was given an extra hour on checkout time due to My morning sleep being interrupted by a yapping dog staying next door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in a clean and caring environment.

Clean, comfortable and nice. The location is ideal, close to casino, the loop and Creek Nation. Great pool and conference area also. Business center and workout room available. Well lit and clean parking lot.

Housekeeping was good, very friendly. Front desk girl was nice but not overly friendly or informative. Clean rooms!!! Breakfast was bad, eggs were green and gross, presentation was poor. Lobby was attractive and the hotel is undergoing renovations. The renovations being done were not disturbing. Did not use the pool or fitness area but appeared to be clean and adequate.

I have stayed often at the Best Western in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. I always come to visit my daughter and her family, who live in Morris, Oklahoma. I never stay at any other Hotel. The Best Western, is the best! The staff is friendly and always quickly handle any of my requests. This visit was as wonderful as all the rest over the last 8 years. Plus they have just tastefully renovated all of the rooms. Always a pleasure to stay there.
