SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sevierville, Sevierville

This bathroom was appalling. The shower curtain was stained and moldy. The bed was soggy. The breakfast was woefully inadequate. I want expecting a palace but this place is a dump. It should not carry the Sure Stay name.

Worse Best Western I have ever stayed at. Conditions are not good. All front desk clerks, except night auditor, were unfriendly, argumentative, disrespectful and totally unprofessional and should be fired immediately. I requested early checking. I called 12 times over 8 hours and NO ONE ever answered the phone. When asked, clerk said never heard the phone ring. Even had customer relations call with no answer. I addressed to clerk working that night, she denied it. Hallways on 2nd and 3rd floor no ac. I asked front desk, he told me maintenance for cleaning because there was a mold problem. He later denied it. I got sick from this. Had to go see a doctor. I told them front desk cameras don't lie. I requested a call/face to face with General manager. They never knew how to call Patel. Did not know how to contact him. Gave me his card with email. I sent email and he never responded. I asked medical protocol and he said he had worked front desk for 2 years and he hadn't established one. Clerk from Caribbean country. Since GM is not present on property, clerk boys and house keeping do whatever they want. Cameras don't lie. I had to leave a day early due to illness and notified the night auditor and showed medical documentation to prove illness. He wrote a note to cancel last day and for credit. I never received a call or a copy of final bill. Called customer relations. They called hotel. They refused to cancel my last day and to not charge me. I am a diamond plus member and previously a platinum member. Never been treated in a Best Western this badly, EVER!!! Will never stay there again.

Go to Sevierville quite often. Stayed in a lot of different hotels some good some terrible. I know what to expect at Sure Stay. Friendly staff, an adequate breakfast and easy access to Pigeon Forge and the Smokie Mountains. Fair price for a great room.

The room/bathroom are poorly designed. Standing from the toilet results in hitting your head on the towel rack. You can't watch TV with the lights on because of glare. The line for the waffle maker blocks access to the other food choices. The front desk lies to you to get out of the hard parts of their job. The manager lied to B W about resolving my problem. I will never stay here again.

Enjoy staying there. Conviently located in parkway. Breakfast in morning is good and you could not find a better staff anywhere. Staff is helpful. Several resturants very close by and two major grocery stores in the mall behind. Place is very clean. Stayed there many times and would recommend it to anyone.

This property has nice for the price. The rooms are a little small and the breakfast is a little weak. But overall it's clean comfortable and friendly. If you are traveling on a little budget, this is a excellent property to stay at.

We have stayed here multiple times. Never a problem from check in to check out!! Great staff, bed, the room is great… We especially appreciate being recognized from previous stays by the dear, front desk attendant.

It used to be an econo lodge which should set the tone for this review. I knew it was gonna a disaster the day I was to check in. Had issues couldn't make it that day. Called literally all day absolutely no answer. Got 800 number involved. They couldn't get a hold of them. That got resolved the next day. Checked in and I'm just giving an honest review. The walls are paper thin and there is about an inch at the bottom of each door from the floor. Every single sound in the hallway is like you had your door open and could hear everything. If you're ok with all that then the cheap price is good for you. I won't be back. I got zero sleep

First time staying in this new Best Western property. Very nice, clean, located close to Dollywood. We have stayed at all the other Best Western properties from Kodak to Pigeon Forge and this one is just as great as the others! We will definitely stay again.

I don't like writing bad reviews but we had such a bad expierience here I want to save other families so you can enjoy your vacation. We had a reservation here for 3 nights. We drove all day and we're exhausted and got to the hotel at 2am. When we got there no employee was anywhere to be found. I looked around called out and rang the bell they had. There was a sign on the front desk saying No vacancy if you need front desk help call this phone number. We called the number and got the message that this phone number was disconnected. We called several and after 30min of no one showing up to the desk I called corporate to see if someone could help us get into our room. After being on the phone for another 20min this lady came out of the back room looking like she just woke up! She was comepltly out of it when speaking to us it seemed like she was just sleeping in the back. I've never had this happen at any hotel. It is now after 3am and we finally are able to get into our room. In the morning when we wake up I tried to take a shower and not only did the plumbing not work but the room was dirty and bathroom was very dirty! The drain for the shower was clogged and part of the drain was broken off. I went downstairs but yet again no one was at the front desk again! My family and I had plans that day so we just left and drove to our destination. Later in the day I called to cancel the rest of our reservation and management told us we cannot cancel. I explained our room and experience to the manager who was very rude and he didn't apologize or help us out at all. Not only did they not give us any type of refund but I got an alert from our credit card company saying they tried to bill us for an additional 50 dollars after we said we were leaving after being there only a few hours! While I was at the desk trying to cancel there was another guest having problems with plumbing and a different guest leaving early like us as well. Please don't stay here! We lost $400 and had the worst experience. Don't ruin your vacation trying to save a couple $$ like I did by staying here.
