Nikki the receptionist, was so professional and nice always greeted me with a smile and her customer service skills was outstanding. My room was clean everyday I came back to the room. They were so awesome. They kept the room with fresh towels. The night shift receptionist was very nice as well.

I had almost gave up on good customer service, until, I arrived at the Best Western Hotel, Nikki (receptionist) reviewed my options, and it warmed my heart the way she treated me as if I was family. Room very clean, sheets were white and Crisp!!!!!!

NIKKI was amazing she even talk me into joining the rewards program thank u for a fast check In.Thank you so much I will be coming back very soon , I will also make sure to tell my friends this is the best hotel on Crabtree to stay at very clean room.

Very good experience. I am in this facility on average 2 nights per week and I can truly say that my experience is not a one time event. The front desk (Ms Nikki ) and all of the staff that I interact with are superb. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone coming to the Raleigh,NC area.

I give it a 10000000 stars. Best hotel customer service I ever have. It was very clean. The front desk clerk was the nicest. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only thing that was bad was the breakfast. They didn't have that many options and the eggs tasted funny. Coffee set up was great I enjoyed that.

I really enjoy coming here each and every time! The customer service is great. Always kind and patient! The rooms are always clean as well!! The location is in a very nice area...I love to shop so the shopping center is a huge plus!!!!

We were experiencing an emergency and staff worked hard to find us the best room at the best price as well as providing information about local services. I would highly recommend this place for a friendly and informative place to stay!

Guest services were very nice, as well as the maintenance and housekeeping support staff. Other than that I had a very nice experience. The property was in a very central area of Raleigh, and was easily accessible by old major highways.

The hotel was clean. The hallway, elevator and workout room was not properly air conditioned. The cleaning staff did not do a good job replenishing items such as toilet paper, towels and coffee cups. The front desk staff was very nice and customer service oriented. Breakfast was good and had a variety of food to choose from.

This Best Western has been recently updated. The rooms have modern decor, nice tile floors and modern bathrooms. All have microwave, fridge (no freezer) and coffee makers. Breakfast is included in the stay and includes cold foods as well as fresh fruit, waffles, eggs and either bacon or sausage. It is conveniently located.

The first sign of a bad stay was opening my car door and smelling the stench of marijuana in the parking lot. Once checked in the next bad sign was one of the elevators is broken. We both gave each other the look of uncertainty once we saw that. Once we got upstairs to our room it was obvious that the room was not and has not been properly cleaned in quite some time. We always bring disinfectant wipes with us when traveling for the purpose of sanitizing everything that may have been touched or missed. Our cleaning cloths were dirty after only wiping down the sleeping and sitting area. When I got to the bathroom I was disgusted. It was hideous. The toilet would not flush. My friend tried to fix the problem but was unable to so we had to remove the lid to the bowl and pull the chain by hand after using. We requested an extra set of clean sheets. The receptionist couldn't find them at first but finally found a set. That set was too small and wouldn't fit the bed. We went back downstairs to ask for a different set and was given a sheet set but no pillow cases. She said she had find those either. We left out for dinner and waited for the one elevator that was working for 20 minutes then decided to just take the stairs. When we came back we smelled marijuana yet again in the parking lot. Later this evening we decide to get out for a bit. When we returned we smelled a strong stench of marijuana in the hallway. The floors need to be vacuumed not just in the rooms but also on your hallways. There was paper dirt and trash everywhere. Just gross! The vent that is in the shower was so covered in lint and dirt that I cleaned it too. As someone who has cleaned commercially and privately I must say you guys must do better. I won't be returning to this property due to uncleanliness and staff that does not handle their jobs in professional manners. Oh and the towel in the pictures was just that wrinkled and not clean.

Great hotel, fantastic location, excellent price. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Will definitely stay again. ***Would have given five stars, but room cleanliness could have been a bit better. Decided to have housekeeping come in after our second day there. The absolute minimum was done. Emptied a trash can, replaced towels, and made the beds. No surfaces were cleaned nor the floor swept. A pillow was on the floor when I returned to the room. ***Ceiling above shower desperately needed painting. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Not the "Best" Rooms were ok, clean enough but nothing exceptional. Breakfast was good, not great. As someone said before on a reiew, one woman at the front desk had a bit of attitude--dont know why. Noise went on late at night (past midnight). I will find another hotel next time.

We booked the hotel online because we were looking for somewhere to stay for our anniversary trip. When me and fiancé got there we checked in and they where very friendly they told us when breakfast was how to get to our room what the price that we paid was for and she gave us 2 room keys. Anytime that we had questions we called the front desk and they were very helpful. It was very clean and everything about the room was comfy from the bed to the bathroom it had everything you needed and we didn't have to ask for anything. They made sure that our stay was the best and it truly was!

I believe this facility is in transition from a Comfort Inn and still needs work. Glad hotel carpeting is gone, but the new vinyl floors have texture and seem to hold on to grit; bring slippers. Drapery is gone too and both light filtering and blackout blinds are on the windows. Bathrooms have been updated and are good, with a well-lighted mirror, but some rooms still have the old style wall-mounted hair dryer; now they are in a cubby, but still old and awful. The television in 209 had 6 white spots and needs replacing (I assume there are others).

By far the worst hotel experience I've had. Checked in to one room and there were 6 or 7 ladybugs on the walls coming from the window seal. They moved us to a different room on another floor and there were 4 more bugs in that room. Definitely would not recommend.

Stayed here on our four state, four haunted house trip. Hotel was in a very nice location and everything was very clean and easy to find and use. Was worth the amount for the room and would definitely consider again if in this area.

The one thing that needs work is when I tried to check in it took a while before anyone knew i was there and it was right at check in time. I had to holler for a while to get someone and later that night the same issue. We stayed 2 nights and the second night my husband went down to get another blanket and pillow at around 7pm and nobody was around he called me to ask me to call so I used the room phone and my cell phone and after over 20 rings on the room phone someone finally answered. You need to be able to reach someone at all times in the hotel your staying at. They had no extra pillows. I asked for house keeping service and they came but didn't leave any soap etc. We stayted in a king suite I notice some food on the floor after they came and trash that we must have left and they didn't clean it up. Hotel is nothing special but other than that it's good . Also wish they had ice on every floor and they need extra pillows.

Oct 21-23, we stayed this hotel and Friday and Saturday, they charged us 2 different room rates (the highest as possible). Night time, till midnight, this hotel is very noisy, and people were laughing, throwing things, moving things and screaming. So annoying. My husband is a veteran and hotel staff told us to give us 15% discount. When we received the hotel receipt before check out, it said way different calculation with high tax rate. Unbelievable!!! If you are going to stay in this hotel, make sure you have your receipt before check in. Their room rate calculation is cheating. Cleaning is OK. nothing superior and nothing dirty. in the morning breakfast is nasty. frozen potatoes, frozen egg with bacon looks like fake. Nooo!!! ...... So, yesterday I called to hotel GM as she requested and try to tell her what her staff told us, when we were going to register. GM name is Anne. Her staff said that a double-bed room rate is $154 per night and he gave to my husband 15% discount for veteran. then we changed our plan and decided to stay this hotel 2 nights. $154x2=$308-15%=$261.8+13.25%(occupacy and state tax)=$296.50. $296.50 is the amount we should pay. But we paid $349.61, when we checked out. It means we paid $53.12 over. They did not give us 15% of military discount as the staff told us. Hotel staff did not even tell us they would change our room rate on saturdays and sundays. Hotel GM tried to lie and told us that day we checked-in, all rooms were sold out!!! NOOO SORRY, we were there all night and next day. There weren't many guests at that hotel. If there were, we would be notice!!! If their rooms were sold out, why did they give us room??? What happened is, hotel staff charged us 2 nights with $154. But they put 2 different room rate ($143.10 first day and $165.60 second day) and charged their state tax and occupacy tax from exactly same amount of $308 (2 nights room rate). It means they did not cut the 15% discount from $308 as they said. So, people please check your payment receipt before you check-in!!! THAT'S HOW THEY TELL YOU A LIE AND LET YOU STAY THEIR HOTEL AND CHEATING THEIR ROOM RATE CALCULATION. BE AWARE!!! Every clients check the hotel rates before they make their decision to choose their hotel to stay first.

Had a Wonderful Stay at Best Western Plus on Gleenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC. Restaurants, Shopping, Airport, etc within 5 Min except for Airport(10-15min). Check In was Different than Normal Hotel Check Ins which I'll elaborate later on. My Room was Nice with a Comfortable Queen Bed, Chair w/ Ottoman, Swivel Chair at the Work Desk Section of Full Bdrm Counter. Coffee Maker, Refrige and Microwave. Bathroom was Good Size w/Plenty of Counter Space. Getting back to Check In Sam & Ann were at Front Desk and Ann Checked Me In. She was Professional and had a Warm Smile. She not only Checked You in but Asked Reason for Your Stay(State Fair) was Opening that Day & She was a Good Conversationest! Sam and I talked Sports. Once in My Room and Unpacked I Checked Out the Bathroom(asked fo Handicapped). The Shower/Tub had some Anti-Slip Flooring but I didn't Feel Comfortable with it. Went back down to Lobby and Ran into Ann. She had already Clocked Out and Had her Coat on Getting Ready to Leave. She Stopped and Asked if Everything was OK. I told Her my Situation and She Went Down another Floor and Came Back with a Brand Nrw Anti-Slip Mat still in Wrapping. She got the Mat Unwrapped and We Proceeded to Talk for the Next 10min. It May Not Seem Like It's Not that Important but Having Lived in Raleigh for 18yrs and Come Back Quite Often Sam & Ann made You Feel Like More than just an Hotel Guest. I can't Say Enough about Ann who Made Me Feel Like a Friend!!! Highly Highly Recommend if Staying iHere!!! I'll Give it ***********Stars.

The hotel is in a good location to easily access the airport. There were many restaurants in the area to choose from. Our stay was pleasant as the hotel was convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable and had good hot and cold breakfast choices.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Only reason for the lesser score is tub has no mat or anything for not slipping and hurting one self. Breakfast and coffee was poor at best. No fruit, no cereal no bagels, orange juice was sour. There site showed biscuits and OtisSpunkmeyer muffins in a bag to go, not available. This is a Best Western Plus we expected more.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The manager gave us several really good restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The room was very clean and had lvp floors instead of carpet. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and potatoes, as well as waffles. We only stayed one night and did not use the gym or pool. The area seemed very safe, so we were not concerned about having much of our stuff in the car overnight.

Very comfortable property! I've stayed here previously and it never disappoints. Very comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. Very close to a Panera Bread and other food options, as well as a major mall. Will return.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting NCSU. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great with good variety of options and we enjoyed the pool too! Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will plan to stay again in the future as needed.

My wife and I came to Raleigh to catch a play at the Duke Performing Arts Center. This Best Western provided us a location out of they inner city but very convenient to all services and stores in the northwest Raleigh area. Our room was very clean, the service excellent, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was the usual Best Western fare but well maintained by Jeff. We would recommend this Best Western.

This Best Western was the best hotel my family and I stayed at while traveling cross country. The staff was great, especially the GM Ann. I highly recommend staying there whenever you're in the Raleigh area.

We were in Raleigh for a funeral and spent one night here. We usually stay at Best Westerns and this one is top notch! The whole hotel is spotless, all the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful, the room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! 'Real' eggs and 'real' bacon were served along with fried potatoes and the usual cereal, waffles, etc. It was so nice to have such a delicious breakfast. The host in the breakfast area, Jeff, was outstanding! He was very friendly, helpful and continually asked everyone if there was anything they needed. As soon as I was finished eating, he was right there offering to take my plate, etc. to the trash for me. Breakfast was a wonderful ending to a great stay.

This is a Best Western Plus which has apparently been remodeled fairly recently (or it's another motel which has been remodeled and now is Best Western Plus). Clean, modernist design of rooms, good buffet breakfast, also has swimming pool and exercise facilities which we did not use. All in all, a good night's stay for a reasonable price.

The hotel is clean the room is spacious and cozy, shantelle was very helpful and welcoming i would defenitly recommend this hotel.the breakfast was okay. The working team and cleaness of the rooms is where this hotel shines.

Me and my best friend went to Raleigh, NC the first weekend of April for Dreamville Festival and it was for sure a trip from hell thanks to American Airlines. However, Marshall at the Best Western PLUS was a shinning light! We were supposed to land at 8pm instead we got to the hotel at 2am and Marshall was so helpful and nice checking us in. Upon finding out our return home flight was cancelled he was the front desk rep and made adding a night the easiest and simplest thing ever! He was also very down to earth and gave us good food/sight seeing spots.

Came for our granddaughter's wedding which was at the azalea garden. Many restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit tight. Front desk staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast area was well stocked.

The beds are extremely soft and very comfortable along with very fluffy pillows. The hotel was in a very well lit location to many retail stores and restaurants. Heard very little to no noise once I was in my room even though the hotel is located next to a busy road.

We stayed 1 night in Room 224 which has 2 queen beds, a desk 2 chairs, a microwave, and a refrigerator without a freezer compartment. The tub has a non slip surface and 1 handicap bar. The room seemed modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and potatoes.

hotel had a lot of odd people around we did not feel safe here seemed they tried renovating and the materials were nice but the finishing was off so it looked skanky rooms were very dark tub was disgusting linens were cheap and uncomfortable but bed was good

Well maintained facility, courteous and helpful staff, ample parking, convenient to restaurants and the NC State Fairgrounds. Hotel was fairly full during my visit, and yet there was little noise in my room nor from the hallway.

This experience has scared me! With so With so much racial unjust in the world, l did not sleep in my bed last night. I slept sitting up in a chair. Someone kept coming to my door yelling all hours of the night. Playing music loudly at my door last night, and banging on my door at 12:23 am, 2:36 am , 4:05 am and again around 9:30. The last time they banged on my door so loudly, I honestly thought they were going to break down my door. I think you all should incorporate cameras to catch individuals in the act. I will NOT stay at another Best Western Plus again. This was frightening especially with me traveling by myself. I pray you all make a few changes.. so people like myself will not experience this again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was very good. This hotel is far better than other hotels in have stayed in Raleigh. Housekeeping does good job with keep hotel and rooms clean.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Very close to lots of eatery, breakfast was nice. We will back in December. Staff goes above and beyond. Housekeeping was doing service and they kept hotel clean. I would recommend this hotel.

This Best Western is in a great location. And it has had a face lift, the furniture in the room was all newer, the lobby looked nice. It has light blocking blinds that really work, great if you are a late sleeper. But many things were not great. The bed was comfortable but made a loud noise when you moved. The television had bad spots in it making it hard to watch. shower valve was very difficult to use - could not get the water temperature adjusted. And on the 5th floor the water pressure was terrible. And the "hot" breakfast was marginal on all days but Sunday morning. We stayed here for 3 nights out of a 10 night trip and this was not as good as other Best Westerns.

This Best Western is conveniently located in Raleigh near the Crabtree Mall, and it is next to a Panera Bread, where you can get a decent meal. First the good: 1. Staff was very friendly and courteous. 2. Room was a decent size and the room was clean. 3. Good pricing for the room and area. 4. Very ADA friendly. Next the concerns/areas for improvement: 1. The washing machine leaked - reported it to management. 2. Breakfast was "COVID standard" - some hot sausage biscuits which seemed to be standard fare on my trip; breakfast items weren't replenished on one of the two days I came down, so if you didn't get there early, you were stuck with whatever was available. 3. Parking area is limited. It was also concerning to see all the security cameras around the parking area and signs warning about valuables, leading me to believe there had been problems there.

I wanted to stay close to the airport I had a early flight out. The parking around the lobby was pretty full but looks like they have underground parking. A few places close to eat you can walk to a few of them. I would stay again.

I searched for a pet friendly hotel on Trip Advisor and this location came up. When I got to the hotel, they informed me that they don't accept pets. Thanks a lot, Trip Advisor! We had to scramble to make new reservations somewhere else.

The Best Western Crabtree is a gem of a hotel. It is very economical, but offers amenities of a much higher priced hotel. It is kept very clean and everything is in great working order. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is above average in this COVID transition, the rooms are very nicely decorated, and the pool area is lovely. The location is very convenient to highways and there are restaurants and stores very close by. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful visit at my favorite NC hotel. We have stayed here for years, We keep coming back for the hospitable manager Yani and his staff's caring and thoughtful service. The breakfast is more than adequate and coffee available 24/7 is a plus; the clean room with comfy bed and the convenient location to all of Raleigh's roadways make this the perfect hotel.

Our visit here did not start out so well because they were sealcoating the parking lot and had no signage directing us to the parking area. Once we got inside the mood brightened because it was clear that this was a well maintained property. Everything works so well that it seemed incongruous when the shower spray came out so weekly to save water. Everything else had a luxurious feel, especially for the price paid. We did have a non-functional hair dryer, however. What was especially nice was having a return to a complete buffet breakfast.

Needed a one night stay after a late arrival at RDU.. Clean, quiet and convenient. Rooms have obviously been remodeled recently. Hotel is exactly what you expect in a midmarket property. Including the in-room sour drip coffee :). And yes, it has the typical noisy i-wall air-conditioning.

We had to get a room quickly due to a fire two levels up and we walked in and were immediately served. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and concerned for our comfort. The bed was super comfy. Cleanliness was A1. The Fitness Center was state of the art. We used the refreshing pool which was amazingly clean. There were fresh towels at the pool and fitness center. We enjoyed delicious breakfast choices in the laid out buffet. There were 2 waffle makers and even chocolate chips and whipped cream. Muffins, Other choices were sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, yogurt, milk, juices, cereals, granola, oatmeal packets, oranges, apples, hot chocolate, coffee and teas. We had a do not disturb sign on the door when housekeeping came around one day and later the nice manager brought us fresh towels. There were several handicap spots and parking shelters. Within walking distance was a Panera and First Watch. Otherwise it's a short drive to Casa Carbonne Italian which has eat in and carryout. There's also a burger place nearby and a steakhouse.

I checked into a room that did not have a tag saying sanitized I didn't know what it was all about. Long story short, my room was dirty, under the sink was an empty box of condoms. I took a picture. When I went to check out I shared the picture with the front desk. She apologized and asked me to send them the picture, which I did.... Nothing.... I was told what the tags meant & I asked why we didn't have one on ours. She informed me the supervisor probably ran out of time... But instead of checking us into a sanitized room I got into probably a room that was not checked for being clean. check back tracking we hit the 21 days of Covid,,,, My husband is in the ICU fighting for his life with the Delta strand, not saying it definetly came from there but a BIG possibility seeing that it was not cleaned, People be careful of dirty rooms, I have the picture but do not know how to post the picture and I should post a picture of my husband hooked up to the machines... Wear your masks and make sure the room is clean and be careful what you touch

The entire staff were exceptional, especially Tara. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The facility was clean, in and out. They have won my loyalty hands down. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

My experience that night was great, No issues at all, rooms look very nice. Wish more hotels had this nice of a environment, if I am ever in the area again this hotel will be the one I go to first, rate was reason. Decent breakfast.

I stayed at the Crabtree Best Western for two nights in May. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Bathroom was EXCELLENT. White, clean sink, lit bathroom mirror and great shower. Room was tastefully decorated and bed was nice.

My wife and I were guest at this facility from Friday 5/31/21 to Sunday 5/2/21. We had a very negative interaction with one of employees named Marshall.  Very early in the morning on 5/2/21 about 1 am. We arrived at your facility and asked Marshall for a late check in. He was able to accommodate. We went up to our room. I forgot something in my car so I came back down. While in the lobby I saw that the breakfast area had the cereal, bowls, and spoon out. I figured I would get some cereal now and eat it in the morning. I noticed that there was not any milk in the fridge. With the bowl in my had I came around to the check in desk to ask for milk . As i was approaching the check in desk. Marshall came out from behind the counter and accosted me. Marshall stated " You know your stealing right now". At first I thought he was joking maybe trying to be funny. Then I realized he was not joking. He continued " your stealing and you know that you are doing something wrong". I said I'm stealing the complementary breakfast cereal. He stated " Yes you are stealing". I stated I did see a sign that said don't touch and the fact that there were bowls and spoons next to the cereal I thought I could take some. He points to the breakfast sign on the wall next to the check in desk. He stated " it's only complementary during breakfast times you know that area is closed and knew that you were doing something wrong. That's theft." I stated so between 7 am and 10 am its fine but after that time its stealing. He said yes. He also stated that do I think I can just take things from the suite shop that would be stealing. I stated of course I know that the items in the suite shop are not complementary, but the items in the breakfast area are. I told him he could take back the cereal since I'm stealing. He said there's nothing he could do now but throw the cereal away. I threw away the cereal in front of him. I have never had an experience like that while staying at a hotel. I am extremely offended and insulted. If I was not supposed to take anything from the breakfast area he could have just told me that but to accuse me of stealing complementary items.

The hotel was previously a comfort inn and it was redone when it became a Best Western. For the money I found the room modern and welcoming. I did hear some noise from the Panera next door but not too much at night. The floor is not carpeted so the room does feel a little cold but at least you know its clean. The bathroom is updated and modern. I didn't find the bed overly comfortable but it wasn't too bad either. There are better hotels in the area by the mall but they are often much more expensive.

We recently stayed at your Crabtree Mall location in Raleigh NC. From the moment we walked end, each and every employee we encountered was professional and courteous. The decor was fresh, the towels clean and fluffy. The BEDS were superb! My daughters and I take 2 to 3 weekends each year to shop and just have fun. We will definitely stay here if we come to Raleigh again.

Traveling with my wife for leisure trip. Warm appearance, friendly staff, good value, clean convenient to local resources. Room was clean, bedding comfortable, tv stations have good options parking well lit. Panera next door was convenient.

This Best Western is right on the main road, not tucked back behind everything, so it was easy to find. Check in was a breeze with friendly, courteous service. The gentleman who checked us in and out (I can't remember his name) was pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and clean; very comfortable. The only thing I found a little odd was the hair dryer in the bathroom was actually a wall unit in the cloth bag under the sink. I didn't really understand why it wasn't mounted on the wall or why it wasn't a 'regular' dryer, but it worked fine! Breakfast was typical with COVID-19 limitations, but was filling and good. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

I'm a loyal BW customer and this was a newly acquired property that was remodeled/updated and the price was good. I was only in town for the night on business and it was the halfway point between downtown and the airport. I used to live in the area, so it was a perfect location for me and I know the area well. The updates are nice and new, but you can see where they skimped. Elevator doors, room doors and trim were not repainted, etc., but over all a nice remodel. The pillows were soft. The bed was kinda firm and there was a thin mattress topper. The water pressure in the shower was good. I was a little put off by dead roach in the bathroom though. My major complaint was the blackout shade. The sill or the shade is not level. There was a tiny gap on the one end and that was enough to wake me up. It was easily corrected by rolling a towel and blocking the light, but not ideal when you have jet lag. See the pics. I did not have breakfast, which I usually do, but decided against it. Across the street is a Starbucks. Next door is a Panera Bread and next to that is First Watch, which is an award winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant. Additionally, O'Malley's pub is just a stone's throw away and they serve breakfast daily till 2pm. O'Malley's has good food, live entertainment and outdoor seating. Across the way from them is the Peddler Steakhouse, which has been a Raleigh institution since the 70's. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

Always, Clean and neat rooms. The customer service was exceptionally good. Great location to stay. Always a great pleasant environment. I love having good Wi-Fi connections, so that I can continue to conduct my business.

Chris, Mgr. was exceptionally courteous and very helpful. Offered bagged breakfast which was very good. Staff was wearing mask and very courteous and helpful. Will plan on staying her on my next visit t Raleigh. Also, Located near Capitol Bldgs.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and Franklin was amazing . He answered every question I had and made me laugh while doing it. He made me want to stay with this hotel. I would highly recommend!
