Ein sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und auf einer Bar/Club Straße, deshalb ist es sehr laut in der Nacht. Leider kein Parkplatz vorhanden und schwer zu finden. Ansonsten war alles top!

So far, the City of Katowice has not allowed us to subscribe to these platforms, so guests decide on their own whether to use this parking lot. Habe bisher noch nicht in einem Best Western Hotel übernachtet und wurde positiv überrascht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt, sogar einen früheren Check-In ohne Aufpreis ermöglicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was 1 Mann so braucht, sogar eine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta lagen im Bad bereit. Ich war überwältigt von dem Frühstücksangebot und wollte diesen Raum eigentlich nicht verlassen. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr Stilvoll und hat etwas vom Vintage/Lounge/Bar-Charakter. Die Kirche, der Bahnhof, Einkaufszentrum sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Man wird nicht vom Autoverkehr an der Straße belästigt, auch die andere Hotelseite, wo mein Zimmer lag (Bahn) erlaubte einen Schlab bei offenem Fenster.

Zentral gelegen, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, größtenteils sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück machen dieses Hotel zu einer definitiven Empfehlung. Leider gab's nicht die gebuchten King-Size Betten, aber es fand sich schnell eine gute Lösung. Brauerei und Restaurant sind auch eine Empfehlung. Alles in allem komme ich gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Einchecken um 14 Uhr funktionierte nicht auf Anhieb. Wir bekamen jedoch eine nette Aufmerksamkeit als Entschädigung. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig trotz der Lage (die Straße Mariacki scheint die Feiermeile in Kattowitz zu sein), weil schallgedämpfte Zimmer. Das gebuchte Frühstück ist Bombe: reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich, lecker! Ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kämen gern wieder bei Bedarf! Daumen hoch!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, freundliches Personal und recht neu. Die Zimmer sind zwar kompakt aber für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend. Für korpulente Menschen ist das Bad jedoch zu klein. Das Frühstück ist und war toll; großes Angebot. Für die Party-Lage kann das Hotel nichts. Da muss man durch, wenn man inner City wohnen will. Daher - gerne wieder.

Personal einfach super Freundlich, ein klasse Frühstück Zimmer auch super ich würde sagen Rundum nur ein super Hotel und auch Zentral gelegen man ist sofort in der Einkaufsstraße Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden

Das Hotel befindet sich umgeben von diversen Bars und Restaurants (dadurch kann es nachts schon leider sehr laut werden, ich war zwar in der 6. Etage, dennoch konnte ich bei verschlossenen Fenstern relativ viel hören, somit sollte man Ohropax mitnehmen). Mein Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte auch eine sehr moderne stylische Einrichtung. Frühstück hatte ich nicht inclusive, insofern kann ich hierzu nicht viel sagen. Ich fand hier sehr störend, dass das man sich ständig immer wieder neu für das Internet anmelden musste, kaum hatte man das Handy 5minuten beiseite gelegt, kam wieder die Anmeldemaske, das sollten die mal ändern. Ansonsten aber ein gutes Hotel, das sich fußläufig ca. 15 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt befindet. Von dort gibt es auch einen Bus zum Flughafen (Nur als genereller Hinweis: der Flughafen ist leider etwas spärlich mit Informationen bestückt, es gibt einen Bus der fährt max. 1mal die Stunde und leider gibt es nur am Hbf eine Abfahrtzeit, ich habe meinen Bus vor mir abfahren sehen und musste dann nachts ein Taxi nehmen für 195 PLN = 46€, auf der Rückfahrt konnte ich dann den Bus nehmen für nur 27 PLN = 6,35€)

Schönes Hotel, nahe zur Innenstadt, gutes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, eigene Brauerei mit wirklich gutem Bier. Ich würde diese Hotel sofort wieder Buchen wenn ich wieder in Katowice bin.

Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Best Western Hotel Mariacki. Gute Lage im Zentrum mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Eigene Brauerei! Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Hauptbahnhof ca. 500m entfernt. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt, man hört etwas die Züge. Aber noch OK. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein bisschen Luxus zum kleinem Preis. Bügeleisen und Brett im Zimmer sind ein Segen. Das ersparte kann man an der bar ausgeben. Da kann man nämlich nicht mehr sparen. Gut für Leute, die sich gerne in einer vom angenehmen und schlichten Design betonten Umgebung aufhalten.

Hotel Lage und Zimmerausstattung absolut top und sehr gepflegt. Mit dem Qualität des Service von den Mitarbeitern waren wir während unseres Aufenthaltes jedoch alles andere als zufrieden. Vielleicht waren es einfach zwei ungünstige Tage oder der Service ist verbesserungswürdig.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel fuer jedes Reiseziel. Es gab sehr gute Ausstattung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und super Lage im Zentrum! Es gab auch sehr leckeres Fruehstueck und Abendskarte.
