Called last minute for a work trip. Great rooms, great service and very accommodating when the trip was extended with no definite end date. All of the staff were pleasant and sincerely wanted to help if needed

Couldn't have chosen a better place. A family friendly hotel that has a games room or entertainment lounge including the virtual sports simulator. You can go for business in the morning and come back in the evening for some games. And the staff, are one in a million. Very friendly. Enjoyed my stay with the family.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, got a welcome gift bag with some goodies. The room was spacious and clean, laundry for long term stay. Room had lots of towels, coffee & tea so didn't have to ask for extras. Overall very impressed! Would 100% recommend!

Great place to stay. Staff were all exceptionally professional, friendly and accommodating. Price point was fantastic for the quality of the room. Rooms were clean and if you wanted to cook for yourself they were fully equipped.

Great staff, room was exceptional, easy location to get to, restaurant out front, quiet. After staying at many hotels over the last few years, this one stands out as a great value and very nice facility.

Great service and very clean rooms. Reception staff was inviting and friendly. The rooms were very clean, even the halls which in the evening were covered in mud from the rude oil field workers. These ladies deserve much more credit than they deserve as they kept the hotel super clean

Such caring, happy employees who genuinely care about your stay. I had a dog with me, and they were so kind to him. He was so excited to go to the front desk daily to get his treat. I left my car door open when unpacking my belongings, and one of the front desk ladies notices immediately, and closed it for me. She called my room to let me know. The staff are the best.

Drayton Valley residents said; this is the coldest April they have for.as long as they can remember!Weather changing at timea during the day. Windy and we had a bout of snow as well. We are from Vancouver and glad to stay at Best Western Plus at Drayton each time we visit relatives in Buck Creek. Hotel accommodation always great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast( food is great) is now in dining room. Place is clean. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the BW Plus Drayton Valley for just over two mos for work. The Staff are all wonderful, the rooms are great, kitchenettes, laundry faciities on each floor, nice gym and games area, full breakfast that has more than enough choices, the location was great, easy access, lots of parking. The most quietest hotel I have ever stayed in hands down.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff to all people!! Welcoming of everyone!! Had a hot breakfast to go with many options. Lots of parking. Rooms were very nice and clean! Loved the welcome bag they gave out at checkin! The pre checkin was very quick and easy! Great hotel, will stay again if in the area!

After staying in several hotels during a recent road trip, we stayed at the Best Western in Drayton Valley. This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever had staying in any hotel! The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Staff very friendly and accommodating. All other areas of the hotel (lobby, elevators etc.) very clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Clean rooms no carpet!! Easy access to get pets out side. Amazing breakfast and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. The massage chair is exactly what you need after a long day. Definitely recommend this hotel

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great rooms, breakfast was good also. I have been coming here since it opened 3-4 years ago and the terrific service has been consistent every time! I use the business centre quite often as well.

We have stayed in Drayton Valley often over the last year as a hockey family and this is our first time at the Best Western but it won't be our last. My stay was short only overnight, I was here for business and could say that the staff was very professional, courteous and efficient. Rooms were organized, clean and cozy. The beds were soft and were very comfortable.

I travel and stay at a number of hotels with business. I also rate other hotels to the BW-DV. The hotel is fully out fitted and the staff are awesome. After a few days and they know you by name, which makes the time away from home that much more bearable.

All the staff is professional and make you feel welcome when you enter the building and are willing to help with any concerns that you may have. The breakfast is made very well and a good selection. The rooms are very clean and the beds are the most comfortable. Enjoy your stay wont be disappointed.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Looks brand new. Hotel has a great games room that kept the kids and adults entertained. Even has a golf simulator. Nice hot breakfast with a good variety of food options. Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchenette is nice with a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher

Close to coffee and not far from grocerys. short distance from highway and truck parking avaialble. close to card lock. there is a great restueruant in parking lot . they also have a games room if you need some time to burn off some steam

We stayed in the family suite. Clean, friendly, well equipped. Overall a great experience! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the games room. Fun for kids and adults!

The rooms are spacious with a fridge. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are upgraded products over most hotels. The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty amazing compared to the lesser fare of other establishments and it's included.

Very friendly front desk, nice room, clean property with lots of parking. Fitness center was small but ok. Breakfast was decent as well. Beds comfortable and quiet room, small bathroom. Place was virtually empty, a sign of the times in oil country!

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. One of the cleaners, Joan, could not do enough for us. She was so kind and made sure that we always had fresh towels and anything else we needed for our stay. The place was immaculate, the beds extremely comfortable and the entire staff that we had an opportunity to interact with were all great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in that area.

I think that all rooms are suites. The hotel was just as bright and clean as when I stayed there 2 years ago. A lot of amenities to explore and the best breakfast choices I have had at any Best Western. Lemonade in the lobby, with free fruit in the morning and a glass cookie jar in the afternoon. Friendly happy staff who want to be helpful.

I visted Drayton Valley with 2 of my sisters and my Daughter, we stayed at the Best Wester Plus in Drayton Valley - when they say they treat you like your the only one they mean it. The hotel was spotless and so quiet. The breakfast was amazing - everything you could want for a breakfast. The beds were also very comfy - best beds I've slept on at any hotel. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly - Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying the the area... its only about an hr from Edmonton.

The Best Western in Drayton Valley was a great experience! The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the welcome gift was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and was hot and delicious with many options. Overall our stay was pleasant and we will be back next year!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in and my family and I have traveled a lot. The service was outstanding!! Very happy with the entire stay, will definitely return to this hotel The only bad thing was the bed was a little lumpy, but it was clean and otherwise comfortable

I alwways have a great stay at the BW in Drayton. Love the fact that its close to the edge of town and close to the Tim's;) Great staff and they are very accomodating. Nice that there is a restaurant right in the parking lot as well.

Best Western in Drayton Valley is terrific every time. Staff are fantastic, rooms are spacious, clean and very sound proof. Breakfast is great. Never had any issues with the hotel. My wife and I love staying there when we visit Drayton.

By far the best hotel in Drayton. The price was very similar to the Holiday Inn and the Ramada but it is lightyears ahead. Wifi was better, food was better and the gym was a gym you could actually do a proper workout with. Highly recommend.

We booked two nights at this hotel as part of a group booking for our son's hockey team, who were playing in a tournament 30 minutes away in Evansburg. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The room we had was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also blocked off the games room for a team party Saturday night, and allowed us the use of the spacious breakfast room for the team's meal. There was nothing they wouldn't do for our group, and did everything with a smile. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the fact that I will likely not find myself again in Drayton Valley anytime soon, and I am now spoiled in terms of expectations o whenever I have a stay in a small town hotel. It's very easy to see why the travelers' rating is so high as of the time of this review.

Super clean modern hotel with large fully equipped suites. Tim Hortons across street for coffee! Great amenities including huge games room and fitness room. Restaurant in same lot convenient . Great service and clean.

Guest rooms were amazing. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room layout was fantastic easy to grab a coffee did not feel congested. Great location easy to get to with lots of parking and close by amenities.

I was surprised how nice this place is. Rooms are modern and spotless. Much nicer than any other Best Western I've stayed at (and I'm a Platinum member who stays often). Good breakfast area with free & hot meal in the morning. There's also a Mr. Mike's Restaurant about a 1 minute walk out the front door which is perfect for drinks and dinner. Nothing to complain about here!

Stayed here while in town for work. This hotel definitely lives uo to the standard set by Best Western Plus. The hotel and room were immaculate. Great shower, very comfortable beds, tasteful decor. Very comfortable setting. The breakfast provided is excellent, and is a step up from what most hotels offer. This will now be my go to when I am in town for work.

Booked the King Suite. Compared to other BW Hotels at this price level, was an awesome room for the money.Free Breakfast was well stocked and fresh, even 2.5 hours in (about 8:30am). Hotel Staff addressed problems brought to their attention.

Everything in this hotel is run on the top level, there isn't one thing to complain about. Highly recommend! Rooms are super clean, great breakfast, if you're in need of any necessities you forgotten home front desk will have them for you.

Excellent clean and spacious rooms. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is one of the best I've had. Games room is fantastic. I stay at hotels 200 days a year and this one is one of my favourites, highly recommnd.

My husband and myself spent a very enjoyable evening at this Best Western. We were made to feel very welcome by Cathy upon arrival...she was very pleasant and helpful. Marla, the manager, was assisting and you could tell she was making sure we had everything we needed...we which did. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen....a wonderful room...wish we were staying longer so we could really appreciate the room. The breakfast was very nice, a great selection of hot and cold items. Jen was very friendly and efficient as we were checking out. We would definitely stay here again.

It's literally an oasis in the middle of nowhere. If you find yourself anywhere near this area of Alberta, this is the place to stay for at least a hundred kilometres in any direction. It seems brand new. Very clean throughout and well-maintained. It's beside a gas station/convenience store, liquor store, and there's a steak house in the parking lot. It's right beside Highway 22. The free breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, 3 kinds of bread for toast, waffles, a selection of yogurt and fruit, pastries and more. A real added bonus. They gave me a bag with 2 free bottles of water and a bag of chips upon check-in. The rooms also seem brand new. My room came with a condo-size kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and spa-like. They have a great games room and BBQ patio but I never had time to use either. Free WIFI. Great cable TV. It was a great stay and it exceeded my expectations!

Clean, great amenities, friendly staff, good size room, great breakfast. Highly recommended . The only thing that let the hotel down was the view out my window, which was looking right out to the back of a company who rented port-a-loos.

Great place to stay! Very clean and great games room! We booked with trip advisor, but the deal was through, “get a room”. When we got to the hotel they said they were not able to put our cc through with the number that was given to them. So they charged us and said the other charge would not go through. I double checked a week later and realized my card had been charged from the hotel and get a room. I immediately contacted get a room and they cancelled their charge right away! I was very happy with the service they provided. I think the hotel didn't realize that get a room takes your info and charges your cc. Then they pay the hotel.

I frequently stay here (1-2 nights a week) for business and I have never once thought of staying anywhere else. Debra, Cathy, Jen, Marissa, Robin, Lanie, Maria and all the members of the hospitality staff always ensure that my visit is better than the last. From the personal greeting at the front desk to the "thanks for staying" note on the desk, this hotel really is a home away from home for me. Have never had the continental breakfast but if its anything like the staff here, I have no doubt it is above your highest expectations. Keep up the great work and can't wait to stay again soon!

For the past three plus years I have been staying at the Best Western in Drayton Valley for business about 4 to 5 times or more per month. The great service and amenities at this hotel are absolutely the best I have been provided with in all the years I have been staying in hotels whether for business of leisure. Everything is this hotel is welcoming with the friendly management and staff down to the very clean parking lot and entrance to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful with almost soundproof walls that really helps one get a great nights rest. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Drayton Valley Alberta area. when I returned to my room after a day of work I was pleasantly surprised with a small gift waiting for me. I had the cleanest room of the day. I've been at many hotels with my line of work and no one has left me a gift just for keeping my room neat. I came in durung a rain storm and noticed instantly the hotel has issues with oil field wirkers bringing in mud so they have not only boot scrubbers but also booties.... wow what a great idea. Anyway I got disturbed by my credit card company when my card didnt work and after driving 450km in the mud rain and slop i was tired and grumpy.... the staff was so nice, understood and said for me to go on up to room relax and then later we will sort this out.... thats first class service. Now, when I walked in and saw a full kitchenette I Was thrilled.... after 6 weeks on the road I wanted to cook something and I did that night after the cc got fixed. The room was great. Large bath room, comfortable bed with big pillows, dark and quiet except for loud pipes out on the road but nothing earplugs didnt handle. The breakfast was the same sysco stuff but the big eating lounge was great. I never git to see the arcade room but i did use the laundry room and that was really good... in my own floor too. 5 nights here and i will be back and although there is a Mr Mikes in the parking lot next time ill bring more food to cook...... The staff made this a excellent rating.

To be honest I didn't have super high expectations and I am pleased to state that I was very pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my overall experience at this location. The staff were incredibly welcoming upon arrival and made us feel as if our business was truly appreciated and valued. It is a clean hotel and it was handy to have the kitchenette in our suite - especially staying there for three days (although would be nice to have a few other basics in the kitchen such as a strainer, scissors, etc). The entertainment lounge was great, however the virtual reality room (golf, soccer, etc) - while awesome in theory - the sensors didn't work very well and it was a bit frustrating and disappointing. The virtual race car one wasn't operational either, which was unfortunate as it would've been really nice to try (they should have more staff trained in this regard). But the rest the lounge with the pool table, foos ball, ping-pong table, large TV, etc. was great. While don't foresee another trip to that area for quite some time, if I do return we definitely would stay there and do recommend others to check it out.

The staff were super friendly. I have not stayed in a cleaner hotel. The games room is fantastic and great to hang out in as a family. The hot breakfast was delicious. The wifi was surprisingly fast! Overall great hotel!

My wife bought me a one night stay so I could play virtual golf. Well machine is so out of calibration that I quit after 2 holes. Waste of money and won't stay again. Definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone

In town for Christmas eve celebrations and required a room. As this was the first Christmas for my fiance and I we were looking for a quite, private space. The king room was spectacular! Great kitchen amenities as well. We both loved the huge shower! Very clean and upscale accommodation - fit the bill perfectly!

I was not impressed on dec 23 not having hot breakfest the front desk ladie told us ya no hot breakfast today there is cereal in the if you want . I didn't know it was okay to advertise hot breakfast “which there usually is here I've stayed here a lot” and then All of a sudden son as it slows down a bit shut hot breakfast down that was my only concern

The staff here is always nice and they try and accommodate for everyone. If you get the opportunity I recommend the race car simulator as well as the sport simulator both are wicked fun. They also have a nice big games room with plenary of things to do. They are very accommodating werher your travelling with the family or for business. There's lots to do and lots of good places to eat close to the hotel. There's even a good restaurant right across the parking lot.

Hotel staff where very accommodating and friendly during our hockey tournament stay. They handled several teams very well and kept the hotel fairly quiet at a reasonable hour. The games room was excellent, every kid found something to entertain themselves. The room was clean and in excellent working order. The kitchenette was great, everything you need was there. The sofa bed was used and found to be comfortable. Breakfast was great with options to suit a variety of eaters and those who sleep in - open until 10am.

A great place to stay....the people, the rooms and the breakfast are all top notch. Kathy and Marla always make you feel welcome. The rooms are big with lots of space for getting work done. The pillows are the best I have ever seen at any hotel. Breakfast is always delicious with lots of variety. One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I am working.

i was up in Drayton Valley for business and stayed at this Best Western. What a great Hotel, the room I had was huge! Very clean, bright and new. The service at the front went out of her way to make sure I knew where to eat and the amenities of the Hotel. There is no pool but with all the things to do like the golf simulator, hockey table etc. there is lots to keep you occupied. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great as well. The room is well laid out and my room had a great kitchen with everything you need to make make a meal or snacks. Its not the lowest priced hotel in Drayton Valley but when you consider the size of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast and the great service that you receive its definitely worth every cent. You really get what you pay for. I would like to thank Marla and her staff for making my business trip to Drayton Valley so much more comfortable for me. I would definitely stay with them again on my next trip.

This was our 5th time staying in this hotel over the last three years and we'll never stay anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast varies a bit every day which is great for longer stays. The staff are very friendly and remember us each visit.

We had no booking when we dropped in to check prices in Drayton Valley. The girl at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us and to find the best fit for our needs, so we didn't even try anywhere else. Our room was spacious, and clean. Having a suite was wonderful, a real treat, and the price was very reasonable. We had company drop in and really appreciated the extra room. The bathroom is well supplied with a traveler's needs too. The breakfast offerered a variety of cooked and cold foods which allowed us plenty of choice. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel which made it so easy to grab supper without having to search for a place to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not only is this place over the top fancy but the breakfast will totally knock your socks off!! They served everything from delicious fresh fruit to nice, crisp bacon, an array of muffins and cresants, pancakes, waffles...even warm tomato beans...anyways you get the drift, too many items to mention. The room was beautiful and comfortable too!!

We were recommended this hotel by our co-workers. I was on a business trip with a co-worker. The hotel had a great breakfast and awesome rooms for a decent price! We were very happy with it. They also have a race car simulator, which was cool but the graphics made me feel dizzy/sick. If I hadn't felt sick, I would have raced longer! I'd totally stay here again, just next time I'd play foosball! :-)

We recently stayed here when we did the DV100 Event. Although this hotel was not one of the event hotels, it did have the best Trip Advisor ratings...so we booked! Check-in was fast and easy - although the clear did not mention anything about the breakfast that was included, we had to find that out from some friends who were also staying there. Room was clean and modern. We were surprised how clean they've managed to keep everything given it appears they have a lot of rig-type clients. Breakfast was disappointing. Their oatmeal machine did not work. And the granola was stale. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but we've stayed at similar type places and had better breakfast experience. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here if we ever go back to DV.

Really nice place. Very clean and friendly. Breakfast was good - loved the healthy choices they had - especially the pancake batter. Even though lots of workers stay at the hotel there were boot covers and cleaners provided for them at the front door.

The breakfast offers salsa and little green onion rings! (bingo for me!). At first my kids were disappointed because there is not pool at this hotel but once they try the sports simulator room and all the games at the game room they forgot about it! The lady at the front desk gave goodie bags to each of my kids at the check out... my kids were soooo happy and I was very impressed!. They upgrade our room without hesitation because my husband as Diamond Select Level (I mentioned this because very often in other locations they do not care about your level). Overall, awesome experience! Thanks!

We stayed here during our evacuation from Williams lake due to wildfires. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Lots of room to park even with a trailer The front desk staff very friendly . Would stay again.

Staying in Drayton Valley for business, stayed at the Holiday Inn for a few weeks and then changed over to the Best Western. Huge difference. The Best Western is the only place I will stay when I am in Drayton Valley. Rooms are very nice, staff is excellent!

Great hotel with very clean rooms, helpful staff and free hot breakfast. Instead of a boring evening in the hotel or going for "wobbly pops" I spent hours on the golf simulator,. The race car simulator looked like great fun and it is on my list of things to do on my next trip.

The attention to detail at this hotel was phenomenal!! All BW are not created equal and they could all take a lesson from this location. From the Games room to the Breakfast to the staff - All superior!! Most places i visit i think I will check out a different chain next time - not here - will definitely stay here when back in Drayton Valley. If I had to offer any constructive criticism it would be that I missed having bacon at the breakfast buffet :) (there was sausage and ham - just no bacon)

Love this Hotel. Every detail was superior. Thought we might miss the pool - but we LOVED the Game Room and the Breakfast was better than most. CLEAN, Friendly staff, attention to details, wonderful experience. I usually feel that I need to check out other hotels on my next trip - not this time! Will def return. Really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and the beds were very comfy. The Breakfast was really good and lots of options. The staff are very friendly. Late checkout can be an issue - but I understand why. It would be great if they had a pool but the games room is a very good way to unwind after a tournament.

A very nice hotel. The décor is so nice. The staff are very friendly and informative. My daughter and I were staying there the night before her wedding and staff made sure we had everything we needed and we had a check out time extended 1 hour which was so helpful. This hotel is 2.5 years old. We arrived to a very pleasant receptionist. Our suite was excellent with a good bed, many pillows, and all amenities working. The best advice for anybody staying at this hotel is ask for a room on the backside. Being at the front, there was noise from trucks starting up early in the morning. The fitness centre was adequately supplied with machines and even a massage chair. Though there is no pool, the games room was a really great idea that we had never seen in any BW hotels we had visited in the past. The breakfast room had a great selection of both hot & cold items & the sitting area was very well laid out. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is more than excellent value for the money. The suites are large and furnished very nicely. The internet is pretty quick. A short walking distance out the front door to a steak house and a liquor store.

The suites in this hotel feel like a second home. They are comfortable and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best of all the games room is a great place to spend the evening. I can also recommend the restaurant across the parking lot. The food is great and the management and staff care. I'm up in Drayton Valley on business quite often and this has become my home away from home.

We've stayed at the Drayton Valley Best Western four times now and wouldn't ever considering staying anywhere else. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable with everything you need. I usually grab a complimentary cookie from the lobby and there is always coffee available in the breakfast area. The breakfast itself is extensive and there are different hot selections everyday.

This hotel by far exceeds any hotel in Drayton Valley the staff are very helpful and eager to help you. The hotel is in a great location and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also there is a great games room and fabulous simulators to keep you entertained.

Great stay, fantastic breakfast. No pool or hot tub. Great exercise facility and the best games room. Close to Tim Hortons and gas stations. Busy during the week with the oil companies in town. Next to Mr. Mikes and the liquor store.

Stayed here for work again and there is no where else I would stay in Drayton Valley. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, check in is impossibly fast and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was even thoughtful enough to let us know what channel and what time the NHL playoffs were on when we walked through the lobby after a long day of work.

The bed in this hotel was worn out already with the hill and the valley. The room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Window didn't open wide enough. All the rest of the amenities were fine. Might want to sweep the parking lot too.

Newer very clean hotel , we had a two bedroom that was nice. Great games room. We enjoyed our time here , no rooms are more or less convenient or desirable for quietness etc... . The only off putting thing about the hotel was oilfield workers that were staying there were doing drugs in the parking lot , completely not hotels fault but still very off putting. My son and I were there for a Hockey Camp and besides the oilfield worker thing found the Hotel great.

We stayed there this past weekend for a hockey tournament. From the time of reservation to check out we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff always had a smile on their face and were always friendly and answered any questions we had. For those travelling with a dog they have doggie treats. There were fresh cookies at the front counter at check in...and filled all weekend. The rooms were large and spacious. We didn't realize our rooms had a mini kitchen which was a bonus. It was nice to have a bigger fridge with freezer. There's two burner stove top and microwave. The microwave actually is like an oven as well. There isn't a bath tub but stand up shower in the large bathroom. The games room is awesome for teams, families or individuals. The work out room is fantastic with a nice variety of machines and weights. The bonus is the massage chair! This is a must do thing! The breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The lady working both mornings ways greeted us with a friendly smile and good morning. The food selection was huge...from fresh fruit, eggs, meats (they rotate but we saw sausage/ham then bacon/ham, waffle maker, a pancake waffle maker with lots of toppings, cereals, breads/bagels & pastries! Seriously probably the nicest breakfast selection. The breakfast sitting area was large as well. We sat after breakfast and socialized which is as nice. We would absolutely stay there again in back in the area!

Very nice kitchenette room, private bedroom, friendly staff, breakfast & coffee could use some improvement, fruit basket a little weak, lots of parking, overall I felt we got good value for the rate we paid.

By far the best hotel has ever offered in way of amenities and entertainment. Cheaper to book night here and play virtual golf then it would be to play 3 hours in Edmonton!!! Oh and the rooms had 50inch flat screens...amazing standup showers.

When travelling for business or pleasure the stay at the Best Western in Drayton Valley is a must, the room and hotel is super clean and inviting, the staff are very friendly and outgoing and make you feel like part of the family. Mr. Mikes right in the same parking lot makes it convenient to grab a nice dinner and the complimentary breakfast buffet the hotel provides has numerous choices and is constantly refreshed.

Excellent hotel and super staff. Mini suite room with full fridge, counter top stove, dishwasher, microwave and walk-in shower. Hot buffet breakfast includes was great. Do not recommend Mr.Mikes restaurant beside hotel ... expensive and only average food and staff.

I have been staying at this hotel during work since april. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and have kitchens in them. The beds are comfortable and the maid service is great. The hotel is nice and quiet at night and even in the daytime when im sleeping due to night shift at work. There is a free breakfast included. There is everything there; oatmeal,cereal,yogurt. Coffee tea juice. There is also plenty of hot food like eggs bacon sausage ham and hash browns. There is also a games room and state of the art sports simulator which is a great feature. The front desk staff are amazing. Its always nice when you come back from a long day at work to see the big smiles on the girls at the front desk. They are very helpful with anything you may need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a one night stay or long term.

Stayed here with my family for a couple of days. We saw it didn't have a pool or water slide but had a games room and sports simulator so we thought we'd check it out. So glad we did! The Queen Suite was very nice with lots of space and a pull out sofa bed for our two kids. The free breakfast was the best I've had at any Best Western in Western Canada. Lots of selection including an Instant Oatmeal machine. The games room had a Foosball table, Pool table, Ping Pong table and my kids fav a Table Top Hockey Game. But I loved the simulator. I played Golf with the supplied clubs, football, hockey, baseball & soccer until my arm hurt from throwing footballs & baseballs. The only thing I didn't get to try was the race car simulator in a separate room. You need to be trained on it by the manager so I'm guessing it's not your typical arcade game. I will go back and check it out. I recommend this hotel for anyone who's travelling in the area.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating, they strive for perfection and customer satisfaction. Hot Breakfast was good and the selection was plentiful enough. Very impressed with the sports center and the massage chair including the cleanliness on this property. I highly recommend this location.

I have been staying at this Best Western whenever I would come to visit my family; in particular, my mother. I've always been impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, but never more so than when I booked a stay this past Thursday for two days to attend my mother's funeral. I had suggested to other family members to stay here and they were all super impressed with everything. When my husband and myself got to the room, we found a Sympathy card had been left for us. The General Manager, Maria Wile, had signed it and so had ALL of the staff! An incredible step above and beyond in customer service!

Very nice hotel, with great staff, amenities, internet, and comfortable bed. There is also a great fitness facility in the main floor and a shop with snacks and food. This location would also be perfect for families who have kids.

What an amazing hotel. I only had the pleasure of staying 1 night but it was amazing. I stay in about 40 hotels a year and this one has been my favorite. Travelling alone sucks but when you can unwind after work with a round of golf or throw a football at a screen, it makes the stay that much better. The staff were amazing as well from check in to check out.

This was our second time staying here and we will come back again. The rooms are clean and spacious; the beds comfortable. Jennifer on the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is standard but totally adequate. There is a new restaurant right beside the hotel that's very good for lunch or dinner.

What an amazing Hotel, very high quality and service a must visit. The Hotel employees where friendly and accommodating. This location has an awesome cardio & weight training gym. The family game room includes Foosball, Air Hockey, Driving simulator for those young newbies and best of all a professional golf simulator that converts into soccer, baseball & cricket. All the required sports equipment is provided. Looking forward to my next visit. :-)

Stayed for 2 nights with a Peewee hockey team. Hotel staff were amazing! Completely catered to our team. The games room was far better than a pool. Kids had so much fun and were entertained the entire weekend. Parents had a blast as well! Hotel was incredibly clean, hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Our extended stay here has ended and I can honestly say I am so very impressed with this hotel. Our kitchenette was roomy and clean (and, bonus, a dishwasher and convection microwave!!!!) and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We had our dog stay with us and this is the first hotel we have ever stayed at where she was not barred from any area except, of course, the dining area (she was even allowed to join me in the exercise room ). Tasty breakfast with a great selection, the Nascar simulator is awesome and I could go on ......but, in a nutshell, they really seem to have thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend this property :) :)

I generally rate this hotel at a 5, however I'm only rating it at a 4 this time. It seems the "new" novelty of this hotel is wearing off. The staff is still fairly friendly but the atmosphere seems to have changed, maybe with the ups and downs of the economy? Upon check in, my room was clean however the couch was pulled out from the wall and one of the night stands was in the middle of the bedroom; I guess the cleaning staff forgot to put everything back.....at least I know they were cleaning the room. The hallways, corridors, elevators, etc., seem to be dirty, like nobody has vacuumed or cleaned anything in a long time. Fairly disappointed with the breakfast; every single morning, all of the breakfast items were cold (eggs, sausage, ham, etc.). The breakfast area wasn't very clean; dished stacked up in the dish pan, tables not wiped down after somebody eats, etc. This "is not" typical of this hotel; Marla and the staff do an exceptional job at keep this place "top notch" and making you feel at home. It just felt like none of them really cared anymore; like I mentioned, the "new" novelty has maybe worn off.

I love staying here because the staff are so friendly. The front desk is always helpful and made sure that a package I was expecting got to me quickly and they even offered to help bring my bags to my room which is above and beyond I would ever expect. I had an extended stay and the person running the breakfast in the morning was kind enough to make suggestions to make a more customized breakfast.

I was surprised at how clean and well kept the hotel was,the night shift, Robin and Marissa were absolutely hysterical, they tried to quickly tell me about the amenities the hotel had to offer but were understanding that I was ready for bed. Breakfast wasn't ready by the time I left but Tim Hortons was right across the street.

Very nice new hotel, rooms are very spacious, and the kitchen facilities in each room are great. Spend alot of time here due to work. Staff is very freindly and helpfull. I was very surprised to see how nice this hotel was. The rooms are large and very well appointed. Fully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher and the walk in shower was an extra special treat. Downstairs for breakfast was great ! Very large buffet to choose from. If I could find a downside to this hotel it would be the lack of nearby restaraunts. There is a Mr Mikes being built in the parking lot that should help a lot tho. Tim Hortons and a small strip mall are just across the street .

Very nice hotel, the hotel was very clean the staff was superb and very friendly, it had great amenities-work out room, pool table, foosball, and even a fantasy golf range, very good breakfast., best coffee I can remember having in a hotel. Very near Tim Horton's, very easy to find.

I have to say this is in the top 4 hotels we have stayed in . Right from check in with the front desk person Felicia who gave us a welcome bag of goodies to the tour she took us on to know the hotel . The hotel is trendy , new , clean , staff awesome , rooms meticulous , good breakfast , virtual games room , billiard room with bubble hockey , darts etc..and best of all quiet and a good nights sleep . You can't go wrong here !

Great place to stay, highly recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. The recreation rooms are unreal with the NASCAR and sports simulators. Pipeline crew stayed here for a week and we will be back when we are in the area again. A shout out to Robin at the front desk/breakfast bar.

Had a crew of 30 guys that spent a few days and nights. Great breakfast great reck room for the guys in the hotel and great staff. Thank you Felicia and Kathy for your great hospitality. I would recommend this place if you are in the Drayton valley area.

WOW...I can not say enough about this Wonderful Best Western. This hotel is top shelf. I find the staff are always so helpful and so very friendly. You are always greeted with a smile and they are all willing to stop what they are doing to lend you a hand if needed. They are interested in your day and they stop to ask how things are going or they may remember from previous days what you may having been looking for and ask how you made out. The room we are staying in is amazing. The beds are so comfortable. Everything is at your finger tips and if it is not they will make it so. Oh and the complimentary breakfast bar is unreal..so much to choose from.. I will tell everyone about the great service here.

A new property and a pretty nice facility to boot. A real good gym for a hotel gym. Lots of "entertainment" options on-site for your stay. A bit of a TV lounge with a few activities to send your free time (if you have any). There will soon be a restaurant right beside this faculty so you will be able to walk over and have a steak sandwich and a bevy!!

During the week I have been living in the drayton best western for work, personally after staying at most places in the area it is by far the best. From their games room, bbq area, sports simulator, oh and a race car simulator. Furthermore the customer service is outstanding, no matter how many times I lose my room key Cathy greets me with a smile and a new card.... Marisa is ok to.

This newly established hotel has a great location, just off the highway into Drayton Valley. There are convenient amenities located within walking distance and we had a great view overlooking the valley. Lobby and hallways were clean considering the amount of traffic unable to take off their dirty footwear. One staff member in particular stood out during our visit; Marissa really helped us settle in for the night after a long drive cooped up in the vehicle.

If you want luxury, fun, comfort and something special, look no further. Opened in January, 2015, still smells new. BBQ's for those that want to live large away from home. An enormous, well equipped games room, pool table, golf simulator, darts, foosball. Breakfast is the best I've experienced ever at a Best Western. Great place to,stay on a work trip. Two thumbs up. This is the best hotel we have stayed in. The customer service is like no other. Marla and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the hotel has so many extras like free breakfast, games area, workout room etc.
