SureStay Studio by Best Western Conroe Downtown

Dirty bed sheets like someone had slept in them. Extremely humid and hot in the room. Child running around upstairs could be heard clearly in our room. King size bed had an indent on my husband's side like it had been slept in too many times. Mind u my husband only ways 170 pounds due to his cancer. Terrible experience.

Staff was professional, always available, friendly, kind, and the like. As a Registered Nurse of 36.5 years I enjoy working my three 12 hour sh ifts together (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Surestay was an excellent way of rewarding myself. I work nights and this hotel and location was conducive to my sleeping during the day. It is surrounded by CVS, Walgreens nearby, 5 fast food restaurants are in walking distance, and a beautiful Veteran Park for meditation.

Get a elevator have better breakfast. Make a laundry room on 1st floor. Room was excellent. I was here for 11 nights for my granddaughtes wedding. It was a large wedding wish there was a room we could have to have a gathering.site was great to for the venue.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The room also had all the amenities I needed such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. The location of the motel was also convenient, as it was close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet and I was able to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast that was served in the morning. The overall service was exceptional. The staff were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary water bottles in the room and the daily room cleaning service.

Room was dirty. Nail clippings on floor. Breakfast was a sack of junk food with a small bottle of water. TV didn't work and no one came up to check it out. Was given another cable box that I had to change myself. Was not offered a discount. Stay somewhere else.

Arrived around 8:30 pm, after dark. People roaming around carrying plastic bags, obviously not hotel guests. Unsecured parking area. Hotel does not have an elevator. The television did not work. The room was clean though and the staff were courteous.

Really impressed exceptional customer service checking in, very clean rooms the bed was nice and cozy, the parking lot was not extremely crowded like most places. Fair price beat the places around the area with much better quality as well. I will be recommending and returning to this location.

Very nice place to stay. Was in town for LagerFest hosted bt FASS brewery. Distance to everything is with in a mile. Very helpful staff. Parking was easy. Beds and pillows are very nice and clean. Bathroom was extremely clean! Will be staying there again.
