Best Western Halito Inn

Hotel was close to our venue. Room was clean and spacious.

They had Roaches very bad and they Gerenal Manager didn't care after I told them and show them pictures we could not even sleep in the room we went back and slept in the truck

Newly renovated. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. I didn't have breakfast, but there was hot food. EXCELLENT coffee maker. Quite. Ask for a room on the backside of the building.

Tv was broke , no elevators at this location. Close to the casino and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a perfect hotel for very comfortable stay and it doesn't break the bank account . The bed was very comfortable for a great sleep. The room size was big enough so you don't feel cramp . The breakfast was good amount so you don't leave hungry.

The second we walked in you could smell weed. Good likelihood the people at front desk were smoking. Also some rooms and other areas also smelled like weed. Our daughters H.S. powerlifting team stayed there. Not best for High Schoolers. Would hope management would realize this. Even though Oklahoma has medical marijuana it should not be like this.

We stayed for 1 night to play at Choctaw Casino. Paid a little more than I wanted, but then again it was a Friday night and the location can't be beat. The room was nice and clean. Bed was soft with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was basic, but had everything we needed. No issues. Did notice at 3am a train blasting its horn so be aware. They serve breakfast which is a plus. Overall I would definitely stay again if I visit this town again. Great job BW!

The first thing was when I walked in, I was very pleasantly greeted and the check in was very smooth. Very good energy at this location. The rooms are very clean. There are basic places to eat close and the Casino is within minutes. You can see the Casino from the road. The room prices are great. I highly recommend.

The bed was a bit softer than regular BW's. There is a train that runs at 3am across the highway. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs or sleep with tv on. I did not hear it buy my husband did. I wish just once a hotel would put adequate lighting in a bathroom so that I can apply make-up properly. Some hotels have lighted makeup mirrors. We stayed for a friday night. It was pricey. The price had dropped $10 a week before and we cancelled and rebooked at lower price. I think it was $157. Yes, that's high, but our choices were limited since the casino wanted $300. The breakfast room is small but the food is nice. Again no skim milk. Someday I'm going to jump for joy when a place serves that. There was a bit of a humidity musty smell when we walked in but that soon went away when we ran the AC. Make sure you make a right turn when exiting the hotel. Don't forget it's a one way street. Alcohol was expensive in Calera. If you want a little bottle of something get it before you arrive. No body lotion to put on my legs. I'm used to that at hotels and didn't bring any. Sock test. My white socks got a little gray walking on the room carpet.

The room was clean. Hotel was clean. Front Desk workers at check in were very kind. Just a quick overnight here for a concert. The doors are a little bit thin but no complaints. The breakfast was basic fair but filling. The coffee was delicious with options on the machine for a latte etc.

The room was clean. Bed was fine but the room smelled like smoke. When we told the front desk they said it was because upstairs rooms were smoking rooms and it crept into our room. They said the hotel was considering making it all non-smoking. Breakfast was really awful. We will not stay here again.

Terrible experience, I was falsely accused of breaking a window and I was treated like a criminal. After leaving the premises the manager charged my credit card $250 first for a broken window and then she called to tell me about it not even asking me if I had anything to do with it. I told her I did not break the window or had anything to do with it. They lied and said the window was broken from inside and send some inaccurate pictures, this must be a scam They do to take customers money, always check the premises before and after your stay. After she simply text me and said the maintenance checked and found out it came from outside and a simple sorry over a text. She did refunded the $250 for falsely accusing of broken window, only after I asked to speak to owner she then called to apologize, she lied and said she would give me a 2 night free coupon and she never sent it. Terrible experience, ruined my weekend gateway, Terrible way to conduct business. Do not stay here.

Listed as a non smoking hotel. As soon as you exit the lobby you are almost knocked down by the smell of cigarettes and pot. The room we stayed in was musty and smells like a wet dog. Not family friendly

Very nice stay. Quiet rooms, very close to Choctaw. Staff was friendly. They have breakfast every morning until 9am. Check out time is 11am. They also have a indoor pool. Only issue hard bed. But slept great. I would recommend this place for a night.

I really liked our stay for a recent concert at the casino. It was clean and quiet and very close. The front desk was very helpful and housekeeping was so attentive. The pool was temporarily closed, but the continental breakfast was good.

Booked a room here because choctaw was booked. We were told there was a handicap accessible 24/7 shuttle and elevators in the hotel. Neither of those things are true. We are trying to cancel right now and can't get a live person on any of the numbers. Now worried that we gave credit card info to these people.

The road to the property is like going off raiding This property needs renovating in the worst ways. I have slept on rocky ground in a sleeping bag that was more comfortable than their beds, it smelled old and musty the refrigerator didn't work, TV was old an hardly worked with just a few channels and the indoor pool and spa was not usable. Topped off by the fact that they ran out of prepacked donuts as the breakfast so that wasn't available either. We had booked a room for two nights but couldn't leave fast enough after the first night better still the desk person stated that Agoda travel service would need to give a refund then Agoda stated that the hotel won't give a refund so this gift just kept on giving and giving. Save YOURSELF and your money stay anywhere else
