SureStay Plus by Best Western Billings

MINA CRENSHAW (GENERAL MANAGER) WAS FANTASTIC AND THE HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE. FOOD WAS GOOD AND HOT. 3RD TIME WE STAYED THERE AND WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND THE HOTEL WAS FAIRLY QUIET. STAFF WAS HELPFUL. WE WERE. THERE FOY. A FUNERAL AND MINA WAS HELPFUL IN GETTING ROOMS CLOSE TOGETHER.

Heather and Brian are amazing, they showed so much kindness towards me. Having to leave home due to grandbabies and kids having influenza and having stage 4 cancer had me just stressed and very emotional. Brian also asked if he could pray for me due to my condition, it struck my soul, the world needs more people in it like thsse two. The breakfast was amazing I was so grateful due to the variety they had and what my body allows me to eat. The whole hotel was clean from top to bottom. I am very grateful for the Team you hve at the Billings mt Sure Stay. After running a local hotel the past 10 years (terminated due to my illness in November) I hope your Management team is very proud of you all. I no Iam

Helpful, courteous staff, clean and quiet, a little dated, yes but to be expected at this price point. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a good value. I'm sure that there are better places to be had, but for twice the price, just not worth it.

I had been saving my points for two years to redeem for my trip, and at the hotel was more than willing to work with me after the rewards program messed up my points I was redeeming and overcharged me, and the hotel was just polite and sweet and greet to my kids. Which I have three of and usually hotels are not too kid friendly. These guys were amazing. Thank you very much.

This stay was for a doctors appointment and shopping. The room was nice. All the staff was friendly and helpful when asked about anything. We have stayed here before and every time was a pleasant stay.

Was at the SureStay in early December. Hotel was clean. All of the equipment was in good working order (elevator, vending machines, ice machine). Bed was simple but comfortable. Staff is courteous and excellent and arranged for an extra lamp and pillow quickly. Breakfast is hot and tasty and included.

Absolutely the finest front desk check-in/check-out experience ever. In fact all of the staff we encountered were fantastic. And the value received for the dollar cost was excellent. As with most Hotels and Motels in Billings Montana, there will be some Rail Road noises, but that is totally beyond their control. It is a city with a busy Rail Road running through it.

Location was nice for me. Staff were cordial. Furniture is getting worn out and stained. Had some trouble with AC shutting down. Refrigerator froze everything. Could be very nice if some upgrades were done. Dining room was nice. Short hours for breakfast when travelling and coming in late the night before. The room size was great.

The carpet and beds were clean but the floor in front of the door was disgusting. Something had been spilled and they had not mopped. I took a washcloth and wiped some of it and the rag was black. Didn't look like they had mopped for awhile. Also bathroom floor could have been cleaner . I told them at the front desk but they didn't seem to concerned.

This establishment is definitely the kind I love to go to when i travel they are always kind and clean I have never had any issues and this specific one was also amazing the breakfast was great not the traditional bagel and cereal and coffee they had a larger variety and good food

The first issue was that we were only offered one key card for the room. I asked for a second, but there were issues trying to scan a second card. We didn't end up with a second card. The next issue was that the deadbolt in our room didn't lock. We called to report it, but they had no other rooms. We had to sleep in a room that we couldn't totally secure. We found a Coors Light Beer cap on the floor, but otherwise thought the room was fine. That was until we showered. Neither of us have long hair but when I showered I ended up with long hairs wrapped around my legs. When the water drained out there was more long hair stuck on the sides of the tub. Just gross! We were excited to see a real breakfast was being served. However, the eggs and sausage were both cold. The make-your-own waffles station looked great, but the irons weren't hot enough to cook the waffle totally through. So you ended up with burnt outside and slightly gooey middle or a brown outside and super gooey inside. Either way it just wasn't good. The one positive about the breakfast was they had the coffee creamer that we like.

Upon entering the room, it appeared the hotel cleaning staff was on strike. The room was filthy with the laundry of previous guests behind the TV stand. As soon as the refrigerator was opened, the room immediately filled with the odor of dead fish.

Room next door had tv loud until 2am. Desk was unable to contact guest who apparently unplugged their room phone . Desk did not try to knock on the door to raise the issue. I had to leave at 4am for my flight after getting only about 4 hours sleep. Will never stay here again. The bed was comfortable......

I love staying in these hotels. .the view is perfect. Not far from places you need to go. I recommend staying .easy to book .I love the swimming pools. Mayb have more snacks .lunch would be nice or places to have dinner

This place was a little off our path but wasn't too far. Located in an odd place for a hotel but not a bad location. I'd start here again if we were in the area. The grandkids loved the breakfast and pool. Staff was very friendly.

The property was easy to find and well located. It was easy to navigate to from the north side of Billings. It is well maintained and features some nice amenities including breakfast and a pool with a hot tub.

The room was spacious enough. The bathroom was big enough. The room was comfortable enough and clean enough. All that is good! The breakfast was not all that good for the kids. The pool was a bit small and the pool room too steamy. The location was not convenient to much. They were doing some renovations while we were there, too, which probably impacts this review. I would say 3.7/5.

The hotel has recently been refurbished. The beds, carpet and paint were all new. It was quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. It had the usual yogurt, breads and sausage and eggs. Overall it was better than others on our recent trip.

The pullout bed was dirty. Though it is a listed amenity, no attention had been given to it for some time. We requested pillows for using the pullout; when they came, one pillowcase had blood on it. Also, at exactly midnight, the TV signal was cut off.

The staff was incredible. The 2 ladies at the front desk in the evening were awesome. The food was great. The room exceeded our expectations. The safety of the hotel was a comfort. The convenience of restaurants and shops

The biggest issue was a lack of hot water in the entire hotel the morning I was checking out. I suggested at the front desk that I should be entitled to a rebate of part of my room rate for the inconvenience. I was told it was above her pay grade. I was given the managers business card and subsequently emailed her about the matter. I have recieved no response to date. Ice machines located every other floor. Neither the one above it below my floor produced ice. The whole property is due for a makeover. Way, way overpriced for what I got.

Hotel's hot water tank went out the morning of check-in; we were called immediately in case we needed to revise plans. We had hot water by the next morning. Cleanliness is 8/10, fitness room 9/10 (free weights+treadmill were great), breakfast 10/10 (potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, in addition to usual cereals, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, toast, bagels, coffee/tea/hot cocoa/cider/juice/milks (oat, almond, cow)). The dining area was exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub were basic, but enjoyed swimming there one night. We stayed at the very end and enjoyed using the stairs; it was quiet enough for a hotel (woke up 1x by other guests), and had no problems with internet on our cellphones. We stayed 2 nights to visit ZooMontana, Reef Indoor Water Park, and Fuddruckers. Our friends stayed at a different resort, but the fitness room and price tipped the scales toward this hotel; plus we were only looking at suites.

I'm from Billings and came to town for a sick relative. The carpet had stains, the room smelled very odd by the door/bathroom, and the sink backed up in the morning. I checked out after one night. It was quite disgusting. I checked out two nights early (had booked for four) and they charged me for two nights because I didn't give 24 hours notice. The manager has not gotten back to me regarding the second day charge. She seems quite difficult to get ahold of. I've been extremely polite about the entire situation, yet the staff seems reluctant to connect me with her.

Found a bed bug and the front desk denied it!!! Note: I was not asking for any compensation, just wanted another room for that night. There was a room across from us and next to us open. Avoid this place.

The staff is absolutely outstanding. Very empathetic, sympathetic, helpful, friendly, honest and made a stressful situation much more manageable. We had been in a car accident, totaling our vehicle, with almost every room in Billings booked, the staff helped us as best they could and got us their last available room at a reasonable price. Throughout the entire stay the staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful in every way possible.

Very nice and clean very friendly and helpful staff the breakfast is very nice pancakes sausage scrambled eggs also biscuits and gravy boiled eggs and cearel choices the room was comfortable and clean.

Recently we stayed at the Best Western right on King Avenue in Billings, MT. I frequently travel to Billings and never knew of it's convenient location to immediate shopping and dinning. Very affordable spacious hotel. It has it all swimming pool, fitness room, convention room, large dining hall, private internet computer center for guest to do business or pleasure just off the lobby. Knowledgeable and helpful staff and well managed facility.

The rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We had two rooms and they were both wonderful. It was nice to have a couch to sit on and enjoy visiting with family. The TV was nice because you could adjust it to be able to watch it from the couch or from the bed. The Fridge and microwave is nice to keep drinks cold.

This hotel was a nice older hotel. Staff was very friendly good breakfast options. Biggest complaint was that we went for a weekend getaway to swim in a pool and the pool area was absolutely disgusting mold on the hot tub, foam so thick you couldn't even see water if you were running the jets, rings of dirt around the top of the pool, stairs going into the pool were slick with slime And floor all around the outer area of the pool once it got wet was also slick and slimy and had mud like substance coming out of the texture in the flooring. The bathroom in the poolroom was also absolutely disgusting. So glad the rooms weren't cleaned like the pool area. If you don't plan on swimming this is definitely a decent place to stay

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Easy access from main highways and large, secure parking facilities. Check-in and check-out was speedy and efficient.

The rate for this room, $82, was good for a double queen, and other reviews were good. But my stay was marginal. When we first got in late the first night, we noticed a strange smell. One of the dresser drawers contained two plates of food that had been in there who knows how many weeks, and the food was moldy and stinking. They didn't have any more available on the top floor (which I asked for to avoid hearing footsteps from above). So I got rid of the food myself opened the outside window and hall door and aired it out. The next morning we wanted to sleep late as our flight has been delayed the night before. But since our front door was right across from the elevator, which went out of service that morning, many patrons were talking to each other loudly and woke us up twice. Everyone was taking the stairs instead and making a fuss about it. Then when we woke up, we found out that the valve on the tub spigot that needs to be pulled up for the shower water did not work well- only about 2/3 of water came out of the shower above so it was weak water pressure for showering. We asked for a room down the hall but none was available. We told the desk staff about the weak water pressure, the noise from the elevator area, and the stinky food left behind, but they offered no discount on our stay. We really needed our sleep so I did not want to change to a lower floor and I had a very full day of outside business. I would even have accepted a discount on a future stay at Best Western.

They are very friendly and help with ideas or if you need something for in your they have it there. They are very friendly. They have a pool and a hot tub you can use. They are close to a gas station if need something or they have three restaurants down two blocks and even walmart is close by.

We stay at this motel because of price, cleanliness It is NOT pet friendly. Good breakfast and Famous Dave's is just across the road We have stayed here multiple times when we have business in Billings

I was staying at the SureStay for business so I was literally there for less than 14 hours. The room was very nice, clean and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

My two night stay at this hotel was excellent. On check-in the desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and the cleanliness of my room was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was acceptable. I enjoyed yogurt and fresh fruit. My check out from the hotel was quick. My stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

Very nice staff and great room. Staff was friendly, sweet and helpful. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great for all ages. Kids loved the pancake maker. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Would stay again!

The hotel was clean. Inside and out. Hotel is close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was always warm and plenty for our family. Location to go sight seeing is great. Close to Zoo Montana and Rocky Mountain College.

The fan was to Loud the food was same thing over and over no variety potatoes eggs sausage biscuits and gravy The vending machines didn't work I would have to go out to the store late at night to get a drink

It is a nice hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast every morning. Our only complaint was that we stayed for four nights and the hot tub was out of order the entire time and the pool was very cold. Would have stayed somewhere else had we known no hot tub for four days

This is an excellent location for travelling both east or west. After a few very disappointing stays at other Best Western hotels recently I was very pleased with my stay at his hotel. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and the rooms clean and attractive.

Staff needs more people skills. Housekeepers need to keep quiet in hallway. Room was FABULOUS! Plenty of parking. Well lit area, i felt safe here. If you stay more than one night ask that your keys areworking for your whole stay.

This hotel provided an excellent stay for my 3 night shopping binge. The location was great for shopping.The location was great for quiet. Great staff, they made me feel welcome. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was great too.

The facility was clean and in great shape. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The food was fresh and the serving area was kept clean. Also they had my favorite, Donuts, which I have not seen at any hotel with a buffet.

We stay at here often. It is our go to place when we are in Billings. Clean and comfortable and good location for where we need to be while in Billings. But SHHHHHHHH! We prefer that no one knows about it, so there's a vacancy for us when we are in town.

Very clean room and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Heat and air conditioning work well. Vending machines. Pool is clean and well maintained. Nice fitness center. It's quiet at night for a peaceful rest. Bathroom is very clean. The price is affordable. I fully recommend this hotel.

The pictures are not a true picture of what it looks like. My husband hated the place!! Rooms were VERY small. Barley enough room for our luggage. The breakfast was like all other motels. The room could of been cleaned better, hair in bathroom etc.

We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants for dinner. The breakfast quality wasn't what we would expect from Best Western and were disappointed. I guess this is a lower tier of the Best Western Brand and probably won't consider staying ing Sure Stay again

I thought the rooms were small. They were not very clean bathrooms. They advertised gluten free food and don't have any. Recliner in the room was nasty, probably never been cleaned. The breakfast was good other than no gluten free product for my child's allergies. Overall I wouldn't recommend a stay here.

The front desk team is top notch, Chelsea is a Rock Star and makes checking in very quick and easy. Manager Kacy Keith is quick to handle any issues that arise. Enjoyable stay at a nice place and good value.

Overall, stay experience ok. No one was rude, but front desk had no knowledge of BWRewards program. I booked 2 nights to receive a free one and was told, "I wouldn't know anything about that. Call customer service." Room clean, but they never came to make up bed nor change towels put on floor. Trash cans full. Nice to have hot food items at morning b'fast! Asked for ground floor , got 3rd floor. Elevator helped.

We recently stayed at this hotel, in our past experiences I would have given a rating of excellent as we had no previous issues but this time there were some MAJOR ISSUES!!!! First off the staff in our opinion was down right RUDE and not courteous, I am currently recovering from a health issue and when it came to getting a room they put us on the 3rd floor and when we asked if there any rooms available on the 1st floor they said they didn't have any and DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK if there were any other rooms available . If you have a disability or you have issues getting around save yourself the trouble and money DON'T STAY HERE! This hotel does seem to care to accommodate people with disabillities. The room was nice the bathroom was dangerous to say the least the floor was EXTREMELY slippery and the shower floor was too. Here's a BIG SUGGESTION TUB MATS would be very helpful and raise the toliet. They also need to PROPERLY EQUIP the kitchen staff with mops and wet floor signs in case of spills so that no one gets seriously hurt!!! Unfortunely we will DEFINITELY NOT be staying at this hotel ever again!!! nor I am not going to be recommending to anyone I know that they stay here either!!!

We recently stayed at the SureStay Plus in Billings for three nights, on vacation. The hotel is located in a fairly central location, although the restaurant site that shares the parking lot, is currently out of business, so there are no restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a standard king room. There was a sofa bed, mini fridge and microwave in our room, as well as a large desk. The lower dresser easily fit two large, opened suitcases. The bathroom had a bathtub, and good quality toiletries. Our shower curtain had a dirty handprint on it, that we didn't notice upon arrival, but did notice when we later used the shower. This issue was quickly remedied by cleaning staff in the morning. Front staff were helpful upon check in and with any questions we had. Internet was not well connected, and would often drop connection, or not work at all. When we called down to the main desk, in the middle of our stay, they had changed the password. Breakfast was hotel-good. There was a pancake maker, 3 hot options, coffee, and a juice bar. There were three selections for cereal, plus porridge packages. There was often biscuits and gravy, as well. Yogurt was available some days, but not all.

I would recommend this place, the price was good. Customer service was very good, the rooms were in very good condition. Location is in a odd place but close to the Interstate; overall great experience!

The entire story is too long to put in this space. In short, hotel has sagged out beds, no hot water on 4th floor, and gives out card lock keys to the same room to two different families, TWICE. Front desk does not want to listen, management will not talk to you. We just wanted someone to listen, no one cared. Do not prepay, paid for 3 nights, hotel would not refund the two nights we did not use. No help from Expedia. No help from Best Western. You are on your own if you stay here.

Very nice hotel very good accommodations not so good at upgrading elite diamond members maybe in the future they will do better. Also staff are very nice in the rooms are well cleaned. Breakfast they have a drink with real boil eggs at the kind of the plastic bags

Our family vacation this year consisted of Northern States. Billings, Montana turned out to be a beautiful choices. Our stay at Sure Stay Plus was upgraded for free! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We felt very fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

I love this place! I am always greeted by name by the friendliest of employees. My room is always clean and the hotel sits back off the main road and it is quiet. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

Great stay and helpful staff regardless of shift. Would stay here again. Breakfast, indoor pool and close to highway (but no too close). Dining across the street. 10 minutes from downtown Billings. Overall very good stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times whenever we come to Billings, Mt. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying here for the convenience and comfort.

The hotel was very nice, quite, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best free hot breakfast we've had staying at any hotel. We had no complaints during our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We have stayed here multiple times and it has been amazing! The staff is so friendly, genuine and helpful. The pool/hot tub are great for kids and adults. Beds are so comfortable too! The location is prime, right in the middle of Billings with plenty of amenities and activities available. We will absolutely choose this hotel any time we pass through Billings.

This hotel is quite nice and has nice amenities. It is easy to get to and there are numerous restaurants not to far away. It was quiet the night we were there. The breakfast has good choices and the area was very clean and well stocked.

Among the best motels i have stayed in. I travel across the country two times each year, so i experience quite a number of motels. I will look for Sure Stay motels in the future. I fully recommend this motel.

Dirty, mold in tub. Carpets and sofa stained. It looked like someone had peed on the sofa. The mstress sagged. The airconditione was loud and turned off so the room heated up like an oven. Walls so thin I could join in he neighbors conversation and I am hard of hearing. Horrible.

Food left in fridge, dirty diaper behind curtain, peanuts on the edge of the bed. Phone plug in was broke and phone did not work all the time. Air conditioner didn't work the room was very hot. Wore out mattress that sagged in the middle for horrible sleep.

I called in to try to get a room booked for tonight for a friend whose husband is extremely ill in the hospital. Jen, the manager, answered the phone. When asked if they had a room available, she laughed, said I was the 15th person to call that day, and hung up on me. When we called back to report her to the manager, she said she was the manager. We told her that her behavior was extremely rude and she said she was sorry we felt that way. I will never do business with this hotel ever again.

This place is gross! In major need of a cleaning. I would give it 0 stars but I don't have that option. Ant infestation in the pool. Rooms are dated and gross. Tubs don't drain. Manager on staff was rude. We had a room booked for four nights and left after two and found a new hotel. Only received a refund for one night.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and they were polite to my kid and made him feel valued too. Other than leftover garbage from the previous guests and some debris in the pool I would stay there with my family again.

Breakfast was very good. Hot food to select and plenty of it. Rooms are clean and location is perfect for shopping in the area. Wifi a little weak but worked overall. Safe area. Will stay again when in the area.

This place has seen better days. It was like staying in a real live 1980's movie set. This hotel needs a remodel job and the rooms need refreshed including all new furniture. The furniture was old and tattered and the public areas also had that 1980's vibe. The owners definitely need to invest some money into remodeling this property.

Zero covid safety behavior by hotel staff. Zero masks. Maintenance entered my room with no mask. Likely unvaccinated person. Very dangerous to my party. Food typical mostly fat, old, nothing fresh. Powered eggs, breads full of preservatives and made weeks/ months ago. Too bad such poor quality management since room itself was fine.

We stay at this location whenever we need a hotel room. The rooms are clean and usually quite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with enough options to satisfy most everyone. The rates are usually reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Location, location, location. We usually stay here because of Doctor appointments. We can get across town to the offices we need very easily. Very easy to get to off of Zoo Drive from interstate 90. Very nice staff.

The Breakfast at this place was amazing, internet speed was good but the room we stayed in, wifi signal was great near the door but was none in the other end of the room, could be because of location of the room, so I had to use my smartphone as wifi hotspot leaving it next to the door and re distribute hotel wifi internet to the rest of the room and other devices. cleanliness was great.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to get me to the airport, personally driving me there for my flight. Hot nreakfast and great internet access. Will continue to use this hotel when staying in the Billings area

POOL IS FREEZING and management would not turn up temperature - I requested this to several staff throughout my 3 night stay. Hide-a-bed was broken. Bathroom had mold and mildew. Did not refill breakfast items when things were empty

We both about froze in the shower. Very cool water that wouldn't warm up. The hotel staff were excellent, but the plumbing is some of the worst ever. We won't stay there again and believe that the hotel is overrated.

Good value and great hotel. Very comfy bed and quiet. Only stopped for breakfast one day but variety of food that all looked good. Didn't get to try the auto pancake machine but it looked intriguing. Only down side was coffee machine wasn't working but they got on it and were trying to fix it. It worked the next day.

The hotel was Quiet, clean, friendly. You save money if you book online. Front desk staff friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Beds were comfy and enjoyed the king bed. I wish the window could open as I like it cooler in the room with a bit of fresh air.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it was very quiet….possibly due to the fact that very few guests were staying here. The elevator was out of order, requiring us to haul our luggage up to the 3rd floor, the bed was broken down and uncomfortable and the room was not clean: long black hairs in the tub and on the towels and a quarter sized ink stain on the comforter, which had been turned over to hide the stain. Definitely won't stay here again.

My stay at SureStay Plus in Billings MT was great! Check in and out was very easy and quick. They even let me check in a little early which was appreciated. My room (2 queen bed) was larger than expected and would have been comfortable for 2-3 adults +/- a child or 2 to stay in. Bed was comfortable and for breakfast, there were a wide variety of options, however I wish there were some more healthier options. (banana, hard boiled egg, and yogurt was healthiest available). There did offer flavored coffee syrups which I thought was a nice option for those interested. Internet was overall good but did experience a lag in the evening hours. Overall it was clean, quiet, and had the amenities I needed. No issues and I would stay here again for sure!

Overall, a clean hotel but not in the “pristine”league like some of the newer establishments. Our second floor room was bright and cheery. It contained a king size bed and, although not spacious, did not feel cramped. Signs of wear included a two-person sofa that had several fabric tears. Stains were visible on the dark blue carpet near the refrigerator/microwave. The bathroom, on the other hand was spotless and had a good strong shower. The commode, however, took over 5 minutes to refill after flushing and needs to have the innards replaced. The bed was comfortable but the fat overstuffed pillows placed a strain on the neck and made it difficult to find a restful sleeping position. The breakfast area was immaculate and well maintained. Front desk staff were pleasant and courteous. Probably the biggest frustration was the single slow cumbersome elevator in the vicinity of the front desk which resulted in long waits, particularly when cleaning staff were active. Modern hotels usually have at least two large efficient elevators which quickly whisk guests to their chosen floor. A potential negative for travelers unfamiliar with the area is that the hotel is not located close to an interstate but requires a mile or so jaunt and good directions (Google maps) to find. Overall, an above-average establishment that deserves a 4-star rating.

First time staying at this property. Comfortable room. Strong WiFi. No road noise. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Costco. Reasonable price basis the overall market inflation in 2021. We'd stay here again.

Good hotel.. Stayed while visiting relatives in the area.. Our room was over was over what sounded like a laundry, so a little noisy. Also the tub bottom was higher than the floor which made getting out of the shower very awkward for us older people with hip problems. Would stay there again but would request adifferent room.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit farther off the highway that I expected, but that gave us a huge choice in dining options as there are many good restaurants in the area. I only wish the front desk staff was more familiar with construction road closures in the area. We were on our way to Glacier NP and we were trying to get information on a road closure leading out of Billings that affected our route.

Room was not cleaned well with soiled furniture stains... The biggest problem was the management would not change our dates of stay, even while the BW website clearly stated that is was possible with appropriate change in room rate/fees/etc... Therefore we had to pay for an extra day we couldn't use... I called BW corporate, who contacted onsite management to assist, but this was a owner decision to not honor the BW website description and out of their control... I've spent >500 days at BW properties the last 10 years, this was the first and last debacle...

Very friendly and courteous staff, clean and quiet room. The location was perfect for my business in town. I appreciated having access to a hot tub and pool after full days of exhausting work. Having coffee AND tea bags provided in the room was a nice touch.

The front desk staff was very welcoming with a great sense of humor which was much appreciated after a long hot motorcycle ride. The room was clean and fresh. We will definitely stay at this location when passing through Billings.

Traveled to Billings on our way to Miles City. We went to deliver a horse to our granddaughter as a gift. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to walk our horse for a bit after our 9.5 hr. trip to arrive in Billings. Made for the best experience, living up to their name of Best Western.

By far the nicest and most accommodating hotel staff I've encountered in some time. Room was pleasant and clean. When I requested a room change due to a change on our part, they went above and beyond to make it happen seamlessly. Pool and hot tub were clean and uncrowded, and not over chemicaled. We will definitely be back.

Disgusting.....blood on my sheets, leftover food in fridge, dirty washcloth in floor.....clearly, the room had not been cleaned...beds just made up. Staff in no hurry to remedy the situation...... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Did not know what to expect, as this was our very 1st time to stay @ a SureStay Plus Hotel. Wow! What a pleasant surprise! We were on an extended road trip from Cleve. OH, enroute to Glacier Park. This was just a stop along the way, but ... what a terrific facility. Wish ALL of our hotel experiences along the way could have been so good. We also happened to have stayed @ 2 different Hampton (Hilton) hotels, one in Kansas City and the other in Denver, and both those experiences were really SUB-par experiences. Congratulations to the management and staff of this SureStay Plus. Hope you can stay at the top of your game in maintaining this place in the excellent category!

I expected a SureStay to be the forgotten and neglected stepchild of the Best Western chain. This property proved me wrong. Everything was clean and functioning, WiFi was respectable, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a great breakfast spread - plenty of hot and cold options, nothing ran out, everything was fresh and hot. We recently paid twice as much at a rival hotel, and had a much better experience here.

Nice big clean room! Whole hotel was very nice & clean. Smelled clean. Nice shower! Lots of good breakfast choices. Staff kept it well replenished & clean. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Would definitely recommend!!!

This hotel had the best service and room. Best nights sleep of my entire trip. Clean room with updated decor. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Even had a hot breakfast with all the fixings. A plus!

Overall a very nice stay. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the breakfast in the mornings was just not very good. My daughter and I ate one morning early in our 6 day stay and both agreed we would not eat again.

I say my first, let's say my first in over 10 years. Excellent choice with great amenities, great staff, and clean spacious rooms. All the staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and had a sense of humor when I needed it. Breakfast was great, fresh cooked and good (my hat off to the chef). Location had several restaurants close by, not in walking distance, but a brisk walk away, or a short drive. I felt safe and secure the whole time. I would stay here again.

This was my my first time at a Sure Stay and in fact had ‘t heard of it but glad I checked it out. The hotel looked new, the staff at check-in and check-out was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size king. Internet worked fine and the breakfast was great with a good selection of different breakfast items.

Vacation travel in Billings led to this location. Very nice hotel and a convenient location. Large room with a sizable seating area and very clean accommodations. Breakfast provided a nice hot and cold selection and internet service was fast. Safe parking and area. Would highly recommend this location if travelling through.

Many things were left un-maintained and obviously short staffed. Air Conditioner in our room was badly damaged and cosmetic repairs were made but air quality in our room caused health problems during our stay and we had to cut our vacation short due to health problems.

Great hotel all around. Very attractive public areas and nicely decorated guest rooms. Clean! Great in-room coffee - Seattle's Best. We rented a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed and it was spacious! Nice shower/tub. Very large vanity with lots of room to spread out items. Plenty of light in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast and very nice breakfast attendant. Price was VERY reasonable. I have no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again.

This was a clean hotel and I would stay there again, However, the rooms were very hot (it was very hot outside!) so it took several hours to get the room cooled off enough to get to sleep. Also, we were not able to check in by 3:00pm (we knew it was a 4pm check-in but hoped we could get one of our two rooms early) which made it very difficult to get ready for a wedding after a 6 hour trip with three young girls and four adults. Somehow the rooms all magically became available as we were exiting the hotel at 3:25pm which was frustrating. Breakfast was very good.

Staff were so very helpful, they smile, wished us a great day, ask sincerely how we were, were anxious to help if we needed. The bed was comfortable, shower was good, room was clean. I will stay there again and hope they keep the current staff! People that love there job and love meeting new people.

Check in was a nightmare! Initially1 person to check everyone in. Told me nothing was clean and said that it may well be long after 4:00 till we could get in. This was at 3:55pm. Long line of people with me to check in. Another staff member asked what the issue was and he assured her there were clean rooms. Finally we were able to get rooms. This one staff member tainted our entire stay.

While the staff was very nice, breakfast good (not great), overall very disappointed how unclean the facility was. When I asked for additional shampoo, I was told since Covid, they no longer cleaned rooms daily unless asked to. No one mentioned this at check in. The pool area only had pool towels one day out of three. The hot tub was not clean. While I understand the COVID concerns, it would have been a good time to deep clean this facility.

We stayed in May 2021. The hotel is very clean, breakfasts are very filling, and the employees are absolutely stellar! Made our stay very enjoyable!! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but very close to shopping.

We were out in a room with extremely loud heater noise. When we talked to the fresh, they finally offered at 10 that we could leave. Everyone blamed someone else for the problem and didn't care try resolve the problem.

I do love staying at BW properties - this property was great! Comfy bed, well-appointed room, great shower, and a relaxing stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again...thank you very much for a nice visit.

This hotel may not be in the middle of all the action but it is a great value and very nice. The rooms are very nice, very clean and modern, the front desk staff are most welcoming and there is plenty of parking for bigger vehicles. There are restaurants near by and the hotel has a decent assortment for breakfast. I have stayed here in the past with my family and now that my job will sometimes require me to stay in Billings, this is where I will stay.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean and well laid out. They served a REAL breakfast. You could sit down. Options included. Omelets with real cheese. Sausages. Potatoes. Pancakes. Biscuits and gravy. Cereals, pastures, breads, bananas, yogurt, coffee and juice. I would have gave 5 stars. But the pool was “closed”.

Very good customer service! Cleanliness was perfect which one would expect but I don't take for granted. All the staff was eager to accommodate us. The breakfast had a wide variety and I especially appreciated the juice machine. The dining area was very clean and roomy to accommodate for social distancing. Good job!

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here; it's a very nice hotel in the Best Western Family. Hotel is updated; and has a nice indoor pool. Our ground floor king room was very quiet and clean. The bed was perfect; very comfortable! And we enjoyed the extra large TV which we could view from the bed and the sitting area both. Good customer service at the front desk, too.

Stayed an extra night after 3 nights & was told by desk clerk, same rate would be guaranteed.However, was not case, even after the mgr. then said she would honor rate, but didn't. She charged $13 more & claimed that was lowest she could go on weekend, after we spent the extra night friday. Not pleased by being lied to twice!!!

We were comfy in our nice clean room for the 1 night stay. Only thing we missed during our first stay at any property in over a year due to COVID, was the complimentary breakfast and the warm cookies after check in but understand the circumstances.

I made reservation over the phone. The clerk was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable The beds/pillows very comfortable. The trash can liner in bathroom was not new. There was random paper things on carpet as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SureStay Plus. It was very easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Billings,MT. We will be back to enjoy this place again.

It was a another great stay at a Best Western facility. The staff was polite very helpful, the rooms were very clean and very nice. I will be back the next time business takes me to billings. That is why i stay at Best Western hotels.

Convenient location to freeway and restaurants. Big, clean rooms. Fitness center is better than most hotels. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. Only issue we had was that the grab-n-go breakfast had no low-fat options.

I had to be out of my home for repairs and chose this nearby hotel to “live” in. The room was nice, clean and smelled good. Housekeeping was maintained as I requested it (the days I chose). While no breakfast was being served (Covid restrictions), a sack breakfast was avaiable. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good stay at a decent price. Yes, I would sincerely recommend this hotel location.

After initially checking in, I noticed the room recliner was filthy with hideous stains and pet hair and other debris. I took a pic of the chair and showed the desk clerk who said she would leave a note for the manager in the morning. I spoke with the Mgr Kacy the next morning. She was not pleased that staff did not relocate me to a different room but she gave me a nice discount and upgrade for the next night. Its nice when a business takes ownership for a mistake/problem and commits to making a customer satisfied. Bravo Kacy! I will definitely stay there again.

I loved the hotel, when asked for a 1st floor room there were none available but the really nice lady at the desk upgraded us to a lower floor and bigger room. It was really really nice and so was she!!!! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable!

This is our preferred hotel when visiting family in Billings. The manager and staff are wonderful, rooms are clean and well appointed and it is centrally located for access to the west end of Billings.

Amazing find on our vacation roadtrip. The room, amenities and friendly staff made our brief stay a dream. The reception staff had great recommendations for local grub and sights for us to see on our trip. Would highly recommend a stay here.

During checkin, I stated that I had a couple questions about the room we were to be assigned. First, I asked how had the hotel's cleaning procedures changed since our last stay in August 2019. The person hesitated and then stammered that the hotel was cleaned. A nearby staff member then spoke up and said that more frequent use of "viruscide" was in use. Then I asked if our room had been unoccupied for a couple days. The receptionist said that it was unlikely since they had a very busy weekend. I replied,"today is Thursday." Then I said that I am not trying to be difficult, but that I just wanted to know how much cleaning we needed to undertake on our room for use to feel comfortable. The reception staff person then said that she could put us in a room that had not been used for a month, an upgrade. Overall, we did not have high confidence that this location was in tune with the seriousness of COVID19.

Stayed there with my family, the room was just fine and cleaned. The hallway did have that old smoking smell too it, and a little musty. The pool area was a little dirty, could see stuff at the bottom of the pool and on the stairs. The staff was great and always friendly.

The property is well kept. Our biggest problem was their opinion of people that book through your company. We booked online & told them there would be 3 guests. When we went to the room we found 1 king bed & one pull-out cot from a mini sofa with about a 4" thick mattress you'd see in prison movies. We told the receptionist this wasn't acceptable and we wanted a room with 2 queen beds. She said her hands were tied since we booked through a "discounter". In 40 years, no one has ever refused us this request. It wasn't that a room wasn't available. The parking lot was empty. We would have gone elsewhere had the room not already been paid for. Not surprisingly, cancellations are not permitted. The people at the front desk were friendly enough the next morning until we complained about the room. Then they got very defensive and told us, "That's what happens when you book through a discounter." Really. They weren't doing us a favor renting us this room for the night. They were paid for a room that would have been vacant that night. Someone should explain that to them.

Our 3 night stay was delightful. So clean, quiet, and restful. Great value. After staying the first night, we were happy to extend our stay and were glad we did. Despite the current COVID-19 issues, the hotel staff made an extraordinary effort to ensure we not only had a wonderful stay, but were protected and safe.

Broken parts in bathroom, horribly uncomfortable beds, awful bag breakfast with only sugary foods, slow TV response with hardly any channels, no maid service and snotty front desk workers, filthy pool and hot tub, ...need I say more? Don't waste your money or your time.

I have been staying with this motel for four years now for business trips. The staff is terrific! The rooms are always clean with super comfortabe beds and breakfast in the morning. You will not get better service than this. I do not remember any issues, but they were very quick and friendly regarding requests I had.

We stay here whenever we come to Billings. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. People are always nice and welcoming.. I recommend this to anyone coming thru Billings, Mt. Beds are very comfortable. Only downfall is the pillows are hard. I always bring my own pillow.

Stayed for New Years Eve with husband. Clean pool/hot tub area; nice, clean, large room. Staff was friendly, had fresh baked cookies on the counter when we checked in. Centrally located, next to amazing mexican restaurant. Will stay at again.

Other than slipping and falling in a very slippery tub and hurting my shoulder and cutting my heel on drain stop everything else was awesome. Staff esp. Lauren and Amber were amazing. Couldn't find a better location for me.

We needed a quick place to stay after our plane landed very late in Billings, and got a great price on this hotel, so decided to give it a try. We had stayed here before, but this was the first time since it became a Sure Stay brand. The hotel is wonderful. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The breakfast had several hot options including my favorite - biscuits and gravy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I wish we could have stayed here longer. The hotel is in a great location - near shopping, restaurants, etc., but a little off the regular hotel beaten path, so perhaps not a person's first thought to stay here, but it really is worth seeking out. We will be staying here again, especially if the prices remain competitive and reasonable.

Went to have family pictures and had to hurry to get ready. It was so easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The kids loved the heated pool and the big breakfast. The room was spacious for 4 and had a couple of guest and didn't feel crowded.

We had a short night in Billings. SureStay was a quiet and clean hotel. Close to all the shopping. We found it an excellent value, and we will use them again when we need to stay in Billings. The breakfast offered a lot of choices.

I reserved the best room in the hotel and paid the higher price. However, the hotel staff ignored the requests sent beforehand. And the sofa bed had no linens at 10 PM at night. The sofa bed also was at an angle between 10-20%, condition documented, resulting in a head downhill bed. The room heater fan also blows directly onto the bed. Horrible experience. The food at breakfast was all fat and manufactured, nothing fresh or local. I stay at Best Western 2-3 months a year and this place is low quality.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but the comfortable beds, and cleanliness was enough to make up for that. Will stay again. Much better than the Sure Stay Spokane experience.

What a great motel and the staff was wonderful. I will always look for them in my travels. We were on a 10 day travel trip from Bend Oregon to Mount Rushmore. Love Montana but it was not the best weather when we traveled through. Again, what a wonderful stay we had .

The SureStay in Billings is set back a bit off the street so could be difficult to find. We had no problem in the dark but they had told me ahead of time what to watch for. Their breakfast buffet is okay, the pancake machine was broke down but there was eggs/bacon/breakfast potatoes and a couple other choices so it was okay. Staff was helpful and friendly. On the down side, the beds are hard so I didn't sleep at all the first night, by night two I was exhausted and slept pretty well.

Very disappointing experience as a platinum rewards member. Uncaring and unsympathetic. The manager would not even personally speak to me, instead had one of their minions relay a black and white “solution” even though they were aware of my situation. Would not recommend. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from.

We stayed overnight in Billings, and I was glad to have chosen this hotel, which is easily reachable from the highway. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed- and bathrooms, and a decent breakfast. Ample parking, of course. Would definitely stay here again.

New, clean, up to the best standards of the Best Western brand. Good rest after a day on the road with excellent "hotel" breakfast to continue to journey. Due to set back of hotel building car I thought that it was wrong, however hotel building tall enough to be seen from the street with another drive by since I did not see street signage for entrance. Does not affect my good opinion of this hotel.

Comfortable accommodations but a bit off the interstate west of town. Clean (seems relatively new) and well lit. Breakfast was ample with wide selection of hot and cold foods. Room was large and pleasant.

Was in Billings for a business trip, booked at the Red Lion, but hat hotel was terrible. Surestay was available, so we booked there and we were glad we did. Right off one of the major arteries in town, was quiet, clean and the rooms were large. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I were just spending the night, so just looking for a no frills, clean place to stay for the evening. This place fit the bill completely. Room was VERY clean. The desk help checking us in was very professional and fun to deal with. I have only one concern, the selection of FOX news in the breakfast room was sort of off putting. I'm not politically inclined, and was on a vacation. I don't really want to hear Rush Limbaugh, or for that matter ANY political talking head yelling to start my day. I know I could ask to have the channel changed, but I didn't know if that would offend someone either. How about starting the day with the Weather Channel, or local station? Minor complaint. Sorry

Stayed 3 nights in Billings at the Hotel Lexington Sure Stay on 2 week vacation trip that covered 5 states and 4 thousand miles. This Hotel not only is well maintained, it is exceptionally clean with the friendliest service on the planet.

This hotel is quiet and rooms are very clean along witht he hotel. Desk attendants were very nice and curtious, maid service was accomadating, great breakfast with serveral different items to choose from. I would stay again.

We come from New Zealand every year for 5 weeks and begin our motorcycle holiday in Billings, and always stay before and after at the Surestay. Kacy ,Tracy (and this trip Amber ) and staff always super friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. From the cookies in the evening to the good selection at breakfast, to the great , clean and spacious rooms - everything is perfect for us. For motorcyclists-there is always a bucket of rags and a hose for bike cleaning , plenty of parking including under the veranda. Added bonus of an indoor swimming pool, laundry facilities and easy walking to major shops and eating establishments. Set off the main road ensures a quiet night and good sleep. Excellent stay again thanks -she you all next year.

we had a lg room with a desk it was clean and comfortable nice decor. lobby was nice and comfortable and easily meet people therre. The breakfST WAS GREAT PANCAKE MAKER OMLETTES POTATO YOGURT variety same parking lot as a nice looking mexican restaurnt not walking distance but very close is a Texas Roadhouse steak house easy parking lot free cookies at desk and u can purchase local ice cream by the pint at front desk that was a hit i would go back for sure

We were so impressed by this place that we booked a second night. We thought the place was brand new because the rooms looked that way. When we inquired, we were told it was between 7-10 years old. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and there were cookies in the evening! We also felt the price was very reasonable for a room with a king bed and a sitting area. Highly recommend.

Washington bound & needed a nights stay. I know BW is good & this place had the name attached at a reasonable price. Very nice place & seemed like a safe area but getting to it was very interesting, but in the long run was just fine. Never heard of em before

Great stay 3 nite stay at BW SureStay Hotel in Billings, MT. The service from all the staff was excellent. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for our itinerary. It was quiet and comfortable. Access to the hotel was relatively easy to locate to and close to all the major shopping areas, restaurants and highways, etc. Our room had ample space for the 3 of us and best of all it was comfortable, very clean and everything was in good working order. Appreciated the breakfast options offered -- especially hot coffee first thing in the morning. Used the pool and hot tub facilities and these were good for relaxing after a long day of shopping. Many thanks to all the staff at the SureStay Plus Hotel for an excellent stay – we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend this hotel to others.

Everything about the hotel reflected good upkeep and maintenance. I stayed in Rm. 130 which was an upgrade. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. I saved $30 over a fancier brand name hotel for the same quality and service. Will stay here again.

I rely on Trip Advisor reviews when I am getting ready to book a hotel. I read the excellent ones and the poor/terrible ones, and pay attention to the date when the reviews were written. I can vouch for the excellent reviews. They are spot on and praise an excellent hotel and staff. The poor/terrible reviews seem to be old and based on a one-off experience with a staff member. All that said, I spent a week at the Sure Stay Billings in late July/early August. As others have said, the room was quiet, well maintained and had all the up to date amenities one would want in a hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, signs of people who enjoyed their jobs and were well trained. The breakfast was typical hotel style- scrambled eggs, waffles/pancakes, etc. They were well presented, plentiful and always hot. The location was convenient to the freeway, and had lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay at this hotel anytime I was in the area.

First time staying in a SureStay and we definitely will be using them again. Room was very clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Very easy to get to and room for a vehicle pulling a trailer if that fits your needs. AAAAA is all we can say.

Pay at hotel option exercised, but the girl wasn't trained on how to do it. Had to put $ deposit. No greeting upon entering, her personal items were spread across the counter. Not made to feel welcome.

We could not check in until 6:30 pm, because the rooms were not cleaned. The staff just wanted to complain. My advice is use another Hotel while in Billings. The breakfast was out of most food choices so we ate elsewhere

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our 4th floor room was quiet. Our check in was fast (although some people commented that they had to wait for a room) we had booked through Hotels.com.. Hotel is in a good location for walking and driving for food & shopping. We chose to walk. The area was safe with sidewalks to local businesses. Hotel is a mile off I94 but in a great area.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast was ready early with a good selection of foods. Sausage or bacon and pancakes and eggs plus the usual things. The elevator was quite slow and could use some cleaning. My only complaint was that I didn't get my wake up call two of the three days. This could have really complicated my days if it wasn't for a friend giving me a call.

Even though my Priceline reservation was wrong, the front desk staff helped me through to get a full refund. My dad and I enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay here again when passing through the following week.

We drove into Billings from wrong highway exit and after an hour of search checked in into the first place we found. Very comphy beds & rooms, clean. No flexibility in check out timing. Cheaper alternates exist.

Check in was very efficient and staff very friendly. Even upgraded my room! No issues with parking my motorcycle under the front cover. Room was very clean and quiet and was larger than my first apartment!

Enjoyed our stay here, only negative thing was, sheets didn't get changed for days. We are here because of elderly parents were injured in car wreck and in hospital here. And room hasn't been vacuumed in days. Would like new plastic cups every day and shampoo accessories everyday, as we don't have it with us.

We spent an extra night in the area and decided on SureStay based on price and reviews. We often stay at BW Plus locations and this is every bit as nice. It was quiet and the room was very comfortable and attractive. I lived in Montana most of my life so Wilcoxson's ice cream is second nature but new to hubs. You can get it at the front desk! I took two fudge bars up to our room and hubs had to go back for a second!

When we arrived, the friendly desk clerk said that because of room occupancy problems they were giving us a free upgrade because of my wife's Platinum status with Best Western. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but see further below about light. Unusual for this traveler at least was the SureStay + which was located not only a couple miles from the interstate, but far back from the main road it was on. Its location made for a quiet 2 nights sleep for us. We did note a couple problems, however. One was an easy fix, but I forgot, and that was a squeaky bathroom door. I failed to report it. A little WD40 would have fixed it at once. The other problem was the great length of time it took for the water to get hot. A lot of cold water ran down the drain before we could shower. Other than that, the shower was fairly good. A cable box with two bright lights is attached o the back of the TV. You could almost read by them and there is no way to turn them off. I tried using a towel, but they still interrupted our sleep. There also were many other small device lights that could not be turned off and had to be covered. (We prefer total darkness when we sleep). Coffee at breakfast was too hot and too weak. They change eggs every day. During our 2-night stay it was cheese omelets one day and the ubiquitous scrambled the next. They have a pancake making machine and some really wonder pastries. Lots of parking space and walking distance to at least two restaurants.

My hu husband had to have surgery early in the morning. I called and they said to come in as soon as he was in surgery and I could check into. It was so seamless and help to take the stress off. Loved Tracie and Casey!

The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and was brightly lit. The place was quiet, and the price was reasonable. They had hot breakfast items, yogurt, bananas, as well as rolls, etc. I doubt we will stay at a better place on our road trip. If we were going home on the same route, we would certainly stay again.

I always stay at the Sure Stay when on travel. Clean rooms, mostly friendly staff, and an okay breakfast. The location is perfect if you want to see Billings. For the type of hotel in the price range there is little in Billings that comes close.

Every time I walked by the front desk, the gals were glued to their cell phones. Not once did any of them ever look up to greet me or ask how my stay was. When I left, I put the card key on the desk, and the gal did not even acknowledge that I was leaving.

A great place for the family. The rooms are very clean upon entry. My only bit of discontent were how thin the walls seem to be. The neighbors did not seem to be too loud, but I could certainly hear them easily - laughter was very audible.

While traveling from Indiana to Tacoma, WA, my daughter and I chanced upon this great place by searching for a hotel on our way. This hotel was hitting on all cylinders with excellent bedding (plenty of pillows and soft,but firm mattresses), wonderful bathroom with generous countertop, and great breakfast!

We were In Billings for the PBR bull riding. This hotel was priced right. Easy to get to on Kings Ave. The staff was more than helpful and nice. Several great restaurants located on Kings Ave and easy to get to from the SureStay Plus Hotel. Was quite in the evening and the breakfast was great. Liked that you could make your own pancakes.

This hotel is a nice basic hotel. We have stayed there for five night now and it is clean and serviceable. The breakfast is better than most hotels in this price range with hot choices such as bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy and a pancake maker, as well as, toast, cereal and danishes. There is a nice clean pool and hot tub available. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We will stay there again on our trips to Billings.

Staying at the SureStay Plus was a great experience. All of the staff were super helpful and accommodating, especially Traci at the front desk and Daniel in maintenance. The entire hotel was clean...even the pool area. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel, good central/west location. Wish we would have know they are NOT dog friendly. We would have selected a different hotel as we had our small dogs with us and had to board them! We had a non-refundable pre-paid room so we could not switch.

We are holidaying across the country, Picked this hotel because of location an price. This was one of the better places we have stayed, ( we have been in hotels for 10 days ) This was an excellent hotel with excellent staff. The stay was excellent with a great breakfast and excellent price point on hotel.

One thing we've learned travelling across the US recently on I90 - the BW's aren't the most glamorous, but they are dependable, reasonable value and clean, which when you are only staying for one night on a 5,000+ km drive is all you need.

Just to be fair I set my expectations really low so I'm not disappointed. But we checked into a room with hair all over the sides of the tub, and both trash cans were not emptied. So either the room was not checked by a team leader, or they just glanced at the room and marked it as clean. I did not go down to the front desk to complain or ask to switch rooms, as my rate was very low anyway. Plus I'm a front desk representative back home, and I hate when people give me grief, so I left it alone. The main thing I was concerned about was a clean toilet and sheets. Breakfast was pretty bland, but it's complementary so I didn't expect much out of it anyway. It was an ok stay for 1 night.

The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The bed was just right. The shower felt great. I did not get into the pool, but felt the water and it was just right for a swim. My daughter joined me in the hot tub and it was great. The fresh cookies were wonderful. We will stay here again.

Normally this location is quiet but this night thr were many kids who were loudly running up and down the hall and on the stairs, which our room was close to . And they were allowed to be disruptive after 10 PM

Excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price. I would give 5 stars, but the bed was super hard. They could use a soft mattress pad and that would help. I think there were kids above us. There was a lot of stomping until about 11:00 each night. I understand that is out of management's control, though. It was a weekend and two groups staying there.

Whirlwind trip to Oregon, we stopped here after calling to make a reservation. Travis had excellent customer service while making my reservation over the phone and checking me in. He even upgraded us to a suite! Clean and spacious room, nice breakfast. Walls a smidge thin, but not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend!

Given reviews listed on Expedia (4.4 of 5) I actually expected nicer. The room was nice but the heater was quite noisy, One really does get what they pay for. Need for maintenance was apparent. Slow elevator. Late snow plowing in the morning and no shoveling of sidewalks.

Great people great atmosphere they have really good breakfast (especially since it's free) and I don't normally let that affect a decision I believe you get what you pay for and I stay a lot of places and I prefer it over going out to eat at a restaurant in the area of Billings for breakfast and that says a lot cause I am very picky they seem to have a lot of variety to choose from for food . room was very clean the cleaning staff seemed very approachable nice always had smiles

pool broke, asked for partial refund they told me to "go call expedia if you want your money back". I thought this was very rude. In addition the facility looks unkept, walls with smudges and dirt, whole place was rather unimpressive. We won't be coming back

Weather conditions forced us to pull off the interstate. As we looked on-line for a place to stay in Billings, others in our party wanted specific hotels, which ranged in price from $135.00 plus dollars. I am about saving every penny I can. When 'the Top 10 Hotels in Billings' popped up and we saw this hotel, myself and another gal were all about booking SureStay. Others were skeptical. But, upon entry into the building, they were quite surprised that a low-price hotel likely out-did the hotels they would have preferred to stay at!

The Billings SureStay Best Western was clean, comfortable, reasonablely priced! Staff was accommodating and friendly! The location is quiet, the beds were comfortable! Staying there alone I felt safe!

We have stayed at this motel several times in the past and enjoyed it very much. This time we checked in late after flying all day and were placed in room 215. When we went to bed we noticed a low level humming sound but thought we could live with it for the night since we were so tired. That was a mistake, we did not sleep well that entire night. The next morning we reported it to the desk. We will consider staying here again because of never having a problem in the past just not in room 215!!! We have enjoyed the motel, staff and breakfast. I would have rated this motel 4 or 5 if not for the noise in this room.

Love this hotel. It is clean and has all the amenities for a stay away from home. Staff is great. Value is awesome. Always stay here while in Billings. It is also centrally located with a restaurant and convenient store within walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. This was our 2nd stay. The location is off the highway exit away from traffic. This is a nice quiet location. The breakfast was good and kept fresh right up until the end of service. We will be staying there again.

I've often had to use SureStay for various stays and Kacy Keith has gone out of her way to accommodate our needs. Regardless of late night check in, last minute changes or even the hanging out in the lobby waiting for a taxi the customer service and hospitality are always A+. We've always been treated fantastic no matter what the circumstance and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We came to Billings for a medical appointment and found this hotel on Expedia. The price was right and the reviews were good so we decided to take a chance. Check in was prompt, courteous staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with great pillows! The morning breakfast was tasty with most of the usual eggs, cereal and bread/muffin offerings. Staff could have done a better job at replenishment, as I found several things empty. The location for this hotel is great, close to lots of shopping, restaurants and local attractions.

I stayed here for one night while traveling in the area. Had a little difficulty finding the place and called a and Travis was super polite and helpful getting me there. When I got there Travis checked me in very efficiently. He was super friendly and helpful.. Found the room to be very clean and bed was very comfortable.. Hot tub was very nice after a long day on the road

It's not every day that you get a recommendation from another business that turns out to be awesome. I did. Check in and out was a breeze and the very helpful front desk even had very good fresh baked cookies. House cleaning was very good and dedicated. There's even a desk clock with a charger for an iPhone. And, plenty of outlets for other electronics. TV and Wifi were good. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety that was well maintained. You don't get a chance to see that much effective and dedicated results that often and in one place at one time. And, the price of admission was reasonable. Thank you!

We came to Billings for a medical emergency in the middle of the night and found hotels near the hospital to be full. The price was right at this hotel so we booked it. The lady at the front desk was quick and courteous. Without being asked, she put us on the top floor which always cuts down on noise. There's lots of eateries close by and the Mexican Restaurant our front was really great and affordable. We didn't get to use the pool or the fitness room but they both seemed very adequate and consistent with this type of hotel. We experienced a problem when another hotel patron decided it was ok to smoke their marijuana in a room adjacent to ours and the staff quickly offered a move to us and went looking for the source of the problem. We moved and the next room was just as nice as the first. Breakfast was right on par with most continental offerings and was staffed well too. All in all a great experience at an affordable rate.

Nice quiet hotel, sits off the main road so you don't hear any road nose, lots of places to eat close by. The staff are very nice and helpful. The WI-FI work great and fast. Very nice breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel Oct 26th, 2018. The staff was very friendly. In the afternoon they had available hot choc chip cookies for the guests. The rooms were spacious our room had a king size and queen size beds. Also had a table located in the center of the room which allowed the four of us to play cards. The beds and pillows were comfortable. In the morning we had a continental breakfast before leaving on our trip home.

We stayed here 4 nights while doing business in Billings. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were very clean & kept up. Pool was a little cold for our taste but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast is your normal hotel hot breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy. Pan cake machine. & a few cold items. My only complaints the WiFi is a little slow. My devices were faster on 2 bars of 4G than the Hotel WIFI. Plenty of parking for large vehicles with trailers. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is a little bit off the highway, but I was sent here from Hotwire. The rooms were clean and quiet (being away from the train tracks helps). The bed was super comfortable, which almost caused me to sleep through my alarm. Good thing I set a second one! Breakfast was continental, but above average.

Had training at the SureStay Plus Hotel and it was a great place to stay for the week of training. Nice rooms, clean and free breakfast with lots to choose from. Staff at front desk is very helpful with anything you may need or need to know.

My husband had surgery in Billings, Mt. we stayed at the Lexington and were greeted with nothing less than amazing hospitality. They changed our room to the first floor no questions asked, had a recliner brought to the room and a fan for my husband. Excellent room and service! Great location and parking options.

It had been a trying week and I made reservations for the wrong night. Travis was on the desk when I came in and he went above and beyond working with Expedia/Travelocity to get a supposedly non refundable reservation changed for me. This is a wonderful facility and the staff is great. This online site would not let me rate the cleanliness etc for some reason. I would have rated all 5 stars.

Stayed again at SureStay in Billings, Mt for a couple nights. Also called Lexington Inn. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Desk was handy. TV was good but cable system kept saying the channels we wanted were not subscribed for. No big deal. I found the Easyboy lounger chair was extremely comfortable. Had two naps in the chair. Free breakfasts were decent with good range of selections. Fresh pancake maker made smaller pancakes. Didn't try pool. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were great. Overall nice place, reasonable price and will likely stay again.

Emergency trip to Billings caused us to stay the night so we rented a suite at the SureStay Plus Hotel. The room was very nice and the price was a lot less than 2 rooms. There were 4 people. 2 of us stayed in the separate bedroom and 2 people stayed on the fold-out couch (queen bed). There was 1 bathroom in the suite with 2 doors. The room was very nice and we were all very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. One of the better breakfast's I have had. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

After reading trip advisor reviews we chose Sure Stay. Booked 2 rooms. Would recommend. Made reservations direct by phone. Front desk very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Try the Mexican restaurant that is at same location. Great margaritas were very good, priced right. Would go back.

This is definitely a hotel to return to. We were going to stay one day and decided to stay two. Travis at the Front Desk was personable and very helpful. Printed out a map of one of the scenic byways for us. The lobby was very clean and large so you didn't feel hemmed in when there were other people to check in. Our room was very clean and spacious. Very large sink area to accommodate all your stuff. Stayed on the 4th floor and our room was very quiet. Will stay here again! Thank you, Travis!

We stay at this property several times each year. We always find it to be very clean, comfortable and quiet with a great staff and service. We would recommend their 2 room suites which are large and comfortable. These suites are particularly convenient if a couple have different sleeping patterns as my wife and I do. It is a great hotel in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend it.
