This was by far the WORST place I have ever booked at. I booked my family and I a 5 day stay and it was the most bizarre experience. This place is infested with roaches we had to move rooms 3 times and each time I got worse and worse not only were there plenty of small roaches there were HUGE roaches as well in EACH ROOM. On top of mold, dirty sheets and a horrible smell. During my first two days the power went out 3 times and alarms were blaring. The shower floors were so sticky and I couldn't even let my 1 year old roam the room without his feet turning black. Once we arrived to the third room after complaining we had a DIRTY BED.They charged us a fee for breakfast and service eggs and pork sausage each day and it's supposed to be until 930am and they would run out wellll before then an told me to wait and never put anything else out. When we arrived the pool was completely drained! There are homeless people roaming the outside of the building and contestant cops pulling up to the hotel and surrounding areas for issues. I went to work out at the gym and I The machines were clearly not wiped down in ages completely covered in sweat and streaks. Overall such a highly disgusting stay. Oh and to top it off THE ELEVATORS were down the entire stay. We had to manage carrying our one year old and all of our belongings up and down with no dolly or elevator to assist. Such a disaster never again. Wouldn't recommend.
I stayed at Best Western Cy-Fair during a recent business trip this month, and it exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to focus and rest after long days. The entire staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location is very convenient-close to the freeway, restaurants, and shops-making it a GREAT choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
This place was a disaster. The first room smelled so bad, I asked to be moved to another room. It was just as bad, and the keypad didn't work. There was no furniture except a bed, small dresser, and chair, and a sad little dented mini-fridge sitting on the floor. The pictures on the website are NOTHING like the actual place. There were lots of personal items in many of the windows, and kids toys all around, so it looked to me like it was more a refugee camp than a business hotel. I was supposed to stay for 4 days and work, but after an hour I realized my health and sanity were at risk. I checked out immediately and while I forfeited the cost of one night's stay, it was a sacrifice I was happy to make. I moved just half a mile to another budget hotel with prices in the same range, and it was like night and day. This place need a major overhaul before anybody should consider staying there.
Don't go there! Although the staff was very friendly, the hotel was a mess. The front doors don't even work right! They are currently under construction and are doing a much needed renovation right now it is terrible. It is not in a good location and you hear cars going by all night. The breakfast and coffee were terrible. The bed was super hard and the room was very dark. The bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even glued to the wall. We usually give hotels 3 strikes until we go out but this one had like 10 so we left a day early.
Upon arriving 15 minutes early decided to go in and check in with my family. The front desk lady said it would be 100 extra dollars to check in that amount of minutes early so we went back to the car and waited. Upon entering again there were tarps, blocking off the entire, first floor, along with boxed toilets, lining the hallway Entering our room curtains are hanging up with the zip ties and the ceiling is peeling away. The couch is covered in black stains. Carpet is sticky so yall have to wear shoes in your room.Do not recommend staying here. 0/10
Stayed here for a few days for business in the area. Booked my room via phone, was trying to get a room at the Homewood Suites but that hotel was full. I was under the impression that this hotel was of similar quality. At check in the lady was on her cell phone on a personal call and was reluctant to end the call to check me in. This was a common scene throughout the week as I returned from my business obligations. The woman was a bit rude when I asked for a second key. She said the key card machine wasn't working well and I'd have to check back another time. The hotel was under renovation and the whole bottom floor was closed off. Our floor hallway was flickering with hallway lights that would shutter off and on. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Internet was fair. At night there were people hanging out and drifting in from the fuel station next door. Overall I wasn't happy with my visit and was glad to leave.
The staff was unwelcoming. They acted like it was a burden for them to help us and other guests. Not up to the usual Hilton standards the we have come to expect. First floor was under construction and it didn't look like guests should be staying there at all. Water was cold, amenities were missing. TV was not working. When we asked for a resolution to these matters we were told that nothing could be done and to call back in the morning.
