Best Western Toluca

Usually I stayed three nights in Toluca for bussiness trip, and this hotel is just the worst I ´ve ever been in Toluca. To sart with, it is too noisy, NOT HEATING in a ever cold city, Not elevator, the people in desk front are just two mean ladies that just say "that is all we can help you, we cannnot do anymore...". I was totally unsatisfied of their service. The rooms arw moisty and stingy. This is all true, but I really do not challenge you to try on...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a business trip. As I arrived I was told they could not find my company prenotation so I was given a dirty, cold room just above a garage, where I spent my first night. The day after I was moved to the actual room (they found the prenotation finally), which was a bit cleaner (don't want to talk about the towels), but still cold and where a loud noise was coming from the bathroom during the night. A the reception the girls were nice but none of them was speaking English, which is absurd in a hotel. When I left I asked a receipt and I was told they would have sent me via email, well after two weeks I'm still waiting. I will never go in a Best Western Hotel again in my life, I promise.
