Best Western West Lebanon- Hanover Hotel

I stay here all the time when I teach at the Dartmouth adult education program. The rooms rooms are comfortableand overlook trees, which I really enjoy. There is a lady who serves breakfast and clean.ms who is exceptionally nice and helpful. The lady at the front and their room cleanerscan be grumpy just saying.

Our room was clean and it looked like it had recently been renovated; however, the bathroom was in dire need of renovation too. There was water damage on the ceiling with pealing wallboard along with a shower pan that had lots of what appeared to be mold. The toilet looked like it had been caulked one too many times. The bathroom was clean, just a little on the gross side. Also, the guestroom across from ours had a hose running down the hallway and into the doorway along with two bath towels to cover the gap of the door. We assumed they were fumigating something in that room.

The Best Western in Lebanon is right off 89 and about 20 minutes from Lake Mascoma, our sailing destination.It's also close to Dartmouth CollegeL Love the garden in front of the hotel. Down the street is a pleasant restaurant, the Weathervane! As for the room? The room was exquisitely clean and up to date; the air=con was great, the TV was easy to use, and breakfast at 6:30 is a very convenient time. Loved the all-day coffee. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room - I will remember that for next time. I have to praise the management for the wonderfully smooth almost satiny sheets - percale I think. And the personnel at the desk are welcoming. IT was quiet - no barking dogs like in another hotel where we stayed in another city last week. I recommend L=the Lebanon Best Western as a giood value and a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great! Staff helpful, rooms and areas were clean and maintained. Breakfast had more than enough to choose from.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past month and the rooms are always immaculately clean and modern. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping, gas and convenience items. It's a lovely wooded area close to the main highway, yet quite serene. Easy access to parking. Had a nice, free breakfast available. The room was large and well kept, with a very large TV. I did find the mattress to be too soft for my liking. Nice property. We would stop here again when in the area and would recommend as a good place to stay.

We stayed in the Best Western in Lebanon during our recent visit to Dartmouth College. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel includes breakfast, but I can't speak to its quality since we had to et on the road super early and breakfast didn't start until 6:30. It is not in the downtown area, so if you want food from any of the restaurants in Lebanon, such as Cantore's Pizza, you will have to drive. All and all, the hotel was a great find, reasonably priced rooms that were clean and quiet.

It was good! The only thing I can think of is that the gym could use some more stuff! I get that is small but it can have bands in there and cups to drink water when working out. When you in the rooms the doors of other people slamming hard and I was next to the ice machine so u hear everything! But the breakfast was good the apple juice didn't taste like apples more water! But everything else was good loved that I get to park my car outside and is safe. And everything was clean in my room and it smells good and clean.

Efficient, Friendly, Clean and Comfortable. The breakfast provided had enough variety to meet everyone's needs.

I stayed there before and I was able to get the exact room I requested. Well done. The location was convenient for my purposes. The atmosphere was industrial with two tree removal trucks and trailers taking up an entire row of parking spaces. TV programming had greatly improved since my last stay. Cookies in the evening and breakfast in the morning were, as always. appreciated. Cleanliness was good and noise levels were low. Value was so so. As a points member I saved on the rate by using them. There was a catch however. I could not redeem points against the lowest possible member rate. If I paid roughly $17 extra for greater cancelation flexibility (at the time I booked), then I could redeem points starting at $25 off of my stay. So, I'm was really getting $8 off of a room ($25 - $17 = $8) that runs $125 and up. That's was not even enough to cover taxes and fees. I guess that works for the points obsessed or people who can't do math. The points system is "pointless".

We did not enjoy our stay there. The hotel in general seems run-down and dirty, and smells of cheap cleaning products. The elevator had no visible inspection sticker in it and felt kind of rickety, so we took the stairs. Our room was gross. The toilet, next to the handle, had some kind of red/brown smears on it. It was also on the wall. It looked like either blood and/or feces, and if it wasn't 9:00 at night and we weren't exhausted, we would have left right then. It was absolutely disgusting. The shower had a lot of pink and black mildew in it. My shower towel had stains on it. The walls to the room also appeared to be quite thin. We could clearly hear the conversation in the room next to us very late at night while we were trying to sleep. I was really disappointed that the fitness room wasn't open 24 hours. I was told it didn't open until 6-6:30, however the website states that it's open 24 hours. I was hoping to work out at 5am. The mattress was also really soft and flimsy. The breakfast was not great, and there were some questionable characters taking up most of the breakfast area. It seemed they may be living there. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We were really dissatisfied with the hotel and would never recommend it nor try to stay there again unless we had no other choice. On the plus side, the front desk people were friendly.

This was our second time staying here. First being a few years ago. I don't remember it being so dirty. The bathroom was very dirty - soap scum/old toothpaste in the sink. Dirty toilet seat. Poorly cleaned floors. Shower was dirty too. The body wash was empty. There were BUGS in the bathroom - all over floor, shower, climbing on the toilet, ceiling, vanity. I wish I took photos when we got there. Room felt cleaner. Although everything felt dirty after seeing the bathroom. Cobwebs on the ceiling. We looked under the bed in the morning to ensure we hadn't left anything. There was a straw wrapper and old floss pick on the ground (not from us). We will not be back.

The reason I stayd here was because our car broke down. I had a great night of sleep. But in the morning when I went to take a shower I noticed a little bug and mold. Housekeeping needs lesson on how to clean the bathroom and report bugs. Sorry but it had to be told. If you want 5 stars cleaning is top of the list. Another thing that needs to be noted is everyones tech / phones have pretty much gone to C charging cords so the old usb style doesn't work. All the hotel rooms the work out room, and breakfast area charging station need to be updated. I had a charging cord in the car but no block with me. So traveler beware. I would have had a blck with me if I were traveling. The Breakfast wass just ok. But nothing I would eat. Instant oatmeal, waffles, dry crereal, eggs you know the usual with sausage. Watered down OJ. Tea and coffee. I skipped breakfast here. Carbs, sugar and not really anything healthy. I might have had a waffle but they had fake syrup and no fruit. The staff was nice and pleasant to talk to. The work out room was clean.

I always am greeted with a friendly welcome back. My favorite place to stay when I'm in New Hampshire. The Best Western is always Immaculate! Extremely clean. The staff are all Phenomenal Jennifer, Anish, Lilah who cooks a wonderful breakfast and to Pate. Debra

I had seen mixed reviews but was only staying overnight so took the risk. The room was clean and well appointed. The desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was breakfast that I did not avail myself of but the coffee was good and hot. This is not a luxury hotel and not priced as one, but a good travel stop and most of all felt safe for a woman traveling alone.

This hotel was spotless. Loved staying here. Very quiet and slept well. Great breakfast included with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I might say is, the bathroom was very small. I'm an average sized, medium build woman and even I found it to be a bit small for myself. I would definitely stay here again.

Diamond Select member. I stay in a lot of Best Western properties. This was one of the most disappointing rooms I have ever occupied. Clearly the property owners needs to be more engaged in operations. I wouldn't have been shoehorned into this “ closet” with my wife. There wasn't enough space in my room to accommodate our luggage….two bags. The bathroom couldn't accommodate our modest toiletries. On top of the inadequacies in our room the cost was near the top of our two-week trip. I would never stay in this property again.

Impressed with how updated, incredibly clean, spacious and in a tranquil setting. Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean fitness center. Tasty Breakfast.

Enjoyable and comfortable overnight stay, from check in to check out. Refreshing ice water and cookies were available as we were checking in on a very hot and sultry day. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable - especially the beds and pillows! Breakfast was more than muffins and pastries. While not the same as eating a made to order breakfast of fresh eggs and bacon, the cheese omelet and bacon was appreciated before departing. We plan on another stay when visiting the Quechee, Vermont region as it is an easy and quick 15 minutes to the gorge.

The room was not very clean. Empty water bottles on the floor in the entry closet. Terrible artificial scent in the room that made us all sick. No screen in the window so when we opened it, bugs immediately got in. Scratchy sheets and a level of mold within the walls that we reacted to all night and made it hard to breath in addition to the deoderizer pumped into the room. Could not wait to leave in the morning.

I stayed in a 1st floor room that's bathroom walls were covered in black stuff. Best scenario they do a horrible job cleaning, worst case scenario its mold. Either way, its not a pleasant experience.

Our stay at the Best Western in West Lebanon was wonderful. We stayed with our basketball team. The hotel was clean, food was great and staff was very pleasant! I reached out to Anish for a group rate and he went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you Anish and staff. We will be back!

The King Bed is a bit lopsided with the left side kind of sunk in. This makes it difficult to sleep, and I have to move to the middle of the bed, crowding my husband. I wish the Best Western Hotel would turn the mattress or replace it. The staff is very gracious and accommodating, especially when they make up our room; they are also friendly to speak with.

Great hotel with free EV charging on site. It's super convenient to many restaurants and shops and close to Dartmouth and many ski areas. I will definitely stay here again!! Free breakfast was good too. We stayed 3 nights with another family and spent lots of time in the lobby over a cold weekend.

The convenient location of the hotel provides easy access to numerous winter sports destinations that I enjoy. The staff makes me feel at home every time I stay and is very attentive to any special requests that I may have as an elite member of their rewards program.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting my family who live in area. For a budget hotel, it was excellent. It was very clean, spacious, had amenities like a good sized fridge, and plenty of towels. We aren't early morning eaters but the breakfast was a nice plus for oatmeal, etc. The bedding was sufficient, parking easy, and coffee 24/7 is a plus. We used the little gym one morning and it's small but we had it to ourselves for an hour. I'll definitely stay here again for future stays in the area.

We had a nice stay at the Best Western Hotel in West Lebanon New Hampshire. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. The location was handy to the places we needed. The breakfast was adequate but not great. The breakfast area was clean and nice, and the attendant helpful. We also had pizza for supper with our tour group, and the hotel allowed us to use the breakfast seating area for that.

Overall the stay was ok. It's very expensive in this area in October. This is a great location for traveling in and around Vermont and New Hampshire during the fall. Give yourself 3 full days. The fall foliage was spectacular! Dartmouth, Woodstock, Apple farms, and the Madame Sherri Forest for hiking were our favorites.

We were not happy with the cleanliness of this Hotel. Especially the common areas. The first thing I noticed was the carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms. I had to look to see if the black area of the carpet was color or if it was dirty. It was actually both. The carpet was simply dirty, and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The tracks in the elevator door were filthy. Grime and dirt clogged them up. It would have been so simple for someone to take water and a brush to clean them. The floor of the elevator has foot spills on it and for our 2 day stay was never cleaned. The beds were ok, but were old. We paid $250.00/night for our room. we did not expect it to elaborate, but we did expect cleanliness.

This was my first time at this one but I will go back, we were there on business and did not use anything other than the gym a little, everything was as expected, very quite location, the place is surrounded by trees but they got enough lighting, I thpought it was a nice place

The airport is close by and the shopping area is as well . I felt safe parking my car over night. The gym is small but good enough. The pool is outside so effected by the weather. If you are visiting I'd stay there because people just don't happen to be around. It's a great hiding spot

We enjoyed our visit. The room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was well prepared. Although it is near the airport, it was very quiet. Our view was wooded. The cookies on arrival added a welcoming touch. We would stay here again.

A Quiet hotel nestled in a semi wooded area right up the hill from the main road where there is ample shopping and numerous restaurants. Staff were exceptional and the rooms were very clean. Great experience all around. Had a wonderful stay.

TV was defective & Nobody available to check me in for 15 mins making me late for my dinner reservation. I arrived at 5:30 PM and no one was at the front desk. I asked the maintenance personnel where the front desk personnel were and he said they would be coming along and I waited 15 minutes before someone came. I even tried calling the hotel main number to see if someone would pick up and it just would go to their voicemail.

They need to clean under the beds and check the filters in the air conditioner . Our room didnt have nice chairs to relax in , in seems like the hotel has been going "downhill" since we were there in the Fall of 2023. Clean the building gutters before they start causing building to leak !!

The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. It looked just like the ones advertised on priceline, which is usually not the case for other hotels. The lobby was very clean, the included hot breakfast was good and the staff was very polite and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Upon check in, there was a boy, giving service as if we are the ones to be punished for us selecting this hotel. He was way too rude and never welcoming. The walls were so thin and the isolation was so poor that, any of the conversations of the next room was like in your room. There was a notice in elevator saying, due to staff shortage, room cleaning is suspended and only if you specifically ask for it, they deliver the service because staff eas supposed to work multi-tasking. Elevator and the public corridors were way too much dirty, minibar was working too loud that I had to plug it off to take a sleep and I had to deal with adjacent rooms TV voice till 3 am. Stay away from this hotel. Very poor quality and service level.

nice room, great comfy beds however theres a huge crack around the door and then the pot smokers were smoking it triggered my asthma no reason a non smoking room has to endure that odd pool is outdoors which is not mentioned and of course its closed for the winter months kids loved the weight room

The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk workers very pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options to chose from. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the yogurt machine and the pancake machine was awesome! We hope to come back this summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. Many restaurants and shopping within very close proximity. Seconds from the airport. Would definitely recommend, and definitely stay here again!

Welcomed warmly by evening check-in staff. Morning staff was exceedingly kind. Our son came to visit before we checked out, and the attendant encouraged us to enjoy the sitting area and even provided the remote control for the TV so we could adjust volume during our visit. Incredibly thoughtful. We felt welcomed and care for. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared.

we have stayed in this best western more than 6 times while we visit our grandchildren. the staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is plentiful and on time, the room is clean and quiet. I look forward to coming again

Value with acceptable breakfast and good staff. Have stayed here many times and will continue to. Exercise room is just OK but at least available. They also keep coffee out even after breakfast which is a nice touch.

This property offers a very convenient location to major northern new england highways that is especially good for skiers like myself. The hot breakfast was as expected and unlike most Best Western hotels, this one offers pancakes instead of waffles. They were good and the fruit variety was good as well

Excellent comfortable linens and mattress. Bathroom towels a great quality. Spotless rooms. Updated recently and very nice decor. Fireplace at the foyer with a little library to borrow. Thank you for a great stay.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, Would like to see the vending machines working, but other than that it was a great stay. The Breakfast area was very clean and stocked with everything you would need for to great breakfast.

When was nice and clean, although I didn't have breakfast, I peaked in, and it looked better than I thought it was going to be presented. Only fair comment I had was the fact that the elevators smell like someone smoke some pot in there… It was really stinky.

It was a nice and quiet stay, The doors need to be adjusted to shut properly, the breakfast was like most hotel breakfast, for tasted good. Pool was outside, would have been nice if it was enclosed. The rooks were smaller than most Best Westerns.

We stopped over here for a quick overnight trip. We found this hotel and checked the rating. It had a good rating. We (my husband, adult daughter and 16 year old son) had a wonderful stay. It was quiet, clean and the staff were all helpful from check in to breakfast to check out. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

The room was so dusty I could hardly sleep. I could see the dust particles with my flashlight. I asked to be moved to a different room and they were unable to. They said we could give you an air freshner. There was also an insect in the bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical but good for a quick meal. Anish at the front desk was very helpful with our reservation as we arrived earlier than expected. Great Italian restaurant down the road a little bit - Lui Lui.

This is a repeat visit. We stayed overnight as we visited Dartmouth in the afternoon and then headed to the slopes in Killington the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the highway and in an area with many food options. Yet. it was quite and clean. The breakfast was included and was quite slim even by BW standard (the pancake machine did not work and somebody remarked that they did not see it working for several days). We will probably stay there again, taking in consideration the location and cost.

One of the cleanest, friendly and super awesomely fresh breakfast Best Westerns I've been too! Away from main road so no noise pollution. Great views from top floors and situated right on the NH / VT border!

We were there 5 nights and received no services for our room. If we wanted clean towels, we had to go get them. If we wanted more toilet paper, we had to go to the desk and ask. The trash in our room was not emptied for 5 nights. There was a door hanger you could put out asking for your room to be made up. It hung outside our room for four nights and finally disappeared the last day.

I had the worst hotel stay of my life this past week. On Thursday, 6/22, Around 11pm, I noticed that there were insects and spiders all over my room's ceiling. I went down to the front desk and the person on call immediately went and grabbed the manager, Victor. I told Victor I'd like a different room. Victor said that all rooms are fully booked. I then asked him about receiving a refund for the night's stay. He refused. He then said that the hotel is in the mountains and that insects were common. I told him that it isn't normal for there to be numerous spiders and other insects in a guest's room. Victor said that the hotel passed its pest inspection earlier in the day and that I could see the certificate if I wished. Victor then proceeded to tell me that my home likely has insects and spiders all over too. Victor then provided me with insect spray. I called him on 6/24 to again ask for a refund and Victor flat out refused and said that he spoke to Corporate and that Corporate told him not to issue a refund. I've never experienced worst customer service in my life. Mistakes happen, but the fact that Victor and Corporate refused to refund the room is beyond unacceptable. If you're coming to this region, stay far away from this hotel!

Not bad. Not awesome. Not the cleanest in common areas but adequate in rooms. Most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on in my life but the rest of the bed was fine. Not noisy at all. I can't speak on the breakfast- have to leave before it is available.

This hotel was booked through my place of employment so I did not pick it. The hotel itself is small, and easy to get in and out. When I arrived at my room there were several things I noticed, a dirty towel possibly a rag was over the sink, the door security lock was half off and held on with a single screw and the room was generally dirty. The floors had dirt in it, the toilet did not look clean and overall it just didn't look good. I spoke with the front desk attendant about the broken lock and he just said it's fine, and didn't even take down the room number or even want it. The parking lot when I went to pick up food reeked of marijuana, and several people including the employee who checked me in were seen smoking. The smell even lingered in my car. Every time I went out there was someone smoking at the front door. The shower was decent except the vent was barely hanging on and you could see In the ceiling. The entire time I was there (2 nights) there was consistent noise like someone talking, or a tv on I was the last room in the hall the noise made it very difficult and sleep, and was all hours.

Great service, beds were comfortable and room smelled clean. Shower was great, plenty of towels and washcloths. Very easy access to all of the surrounding areas. Many restaurants near the hotel. Shopping such as Target and Home goods close.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. Although we stayed two nights, we did not have a visit from the maid, which was disappointing. But there were enough towel and supplies to meet our needs.

We loved our overnight stay here. The room was super clean, roomy, & quiet. The bed very comfy too. The location is excellent for getting breakfast, and dinners. The staff was friendly. The warm cookies were a sweet touch.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here, as this is a very well run hotel. Our room was neat and clean, the breakfast was always enjoyed, and a plate of cookies was offered in the lobby every evening. Pretty flowers are planted outside making it very welcoming, and, although I didn't swim in the pool, I did look in and found it very clean and inviting. It is near an airport and a highway, but, that was known to me when I booked it. We did hear planes and cars, but we slept fine with the AC on. White noise is a help. I was happy we also had HBO. This was a good experience for us.

We spent one night here while visiting my son. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel. Nice breakfast with a good range of hot and cold options. Unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of the outdoor pool, which looked beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here on a family trip. The property has been updated and everything was clean and functional. The location was great for our exploration of Vermont. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. The bathtub had black hair in the drain and the sheets on the bed were not clean. The trashcan outside the lobby was over flowing and the general appearance of the hotel was dirty. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Check out had a $120 extra charge because I had a dog with me. I was never told about this charge at check in and when I disputed it, the manager got quite aggressive. When there are other choices in the area, I would not stay here again. Too expensive for the value.

I am a very warm sleeper. I hate it when I go to a hotel and all the have is a large and heavy comforter for a bed covering. This hotel gave me the option of having just a top sheet or a comforter. I finally got a good night sleep at a hotel.

Whenever we're in Vermont, we stay at this Best Western. It's always clean, the staff is courteous and helpful, and they remember us between visits! It would be nice if they could get the scrambled eggs and bacon back for breakfast; the mass-produced egg-disks aren't very appetizing. But overall, it's a nice place to stay!

Spent two nights at Best Western West Lebanon- Hanover Hotel. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and room clean. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast foods. Hotel is beautifully situated and it was nice and quiet there!

I stayed at this hotel before as well. The sevice was exceptional as last time. I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely send a friend there and recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel was clean, well maintained with nice, updated rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was on par with other hotels. They offered a nice selection of breakfast foods and it was very clean. Excellent coffee! Nice stay overall.

Great stay while we visited our daughter at college. Rooms are updated and clean, good quality towels, bed comfy with reading lights on both sides. Quiet with a view of trees on all sides of hotel. Breakfast station included scrambled eggs, sausage, a pancake machine plus the usual cold cereals, little yogurts, instant oatmeal, bread for tiasting etc. Love that there is an on-site washer and dryer for guests! Would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast choices. I tried to make an egg, sausage, muffin but it wasn't that tasty. I'm a huge coffee drinker and usually am not very fussy about the coffee but the coffee at the hotel was undrinkable.

Super nice and clean rooms. Rooms were updated nicely and bed was more comfortable than other hotels. Staff was very prompt in helping me with whatever i needed. Simple breakfast setup was thoroughly appreciated. Workout area was clean and private.

Rooms are dirty. Hallways are dirty. Loud, drunk guests with unruly kids and front desk did nothing to address it after complaining. This behavior went until 1 am. Breakfast was fine. Will not be back.

Nice place for business stay, very clean and very nice employees. I have always had great experience with the Best Western Brand. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay again. Also has a very safe secure environment.

Rooms were not ready after checking in after 4 pm, Rooms where dirty and not cleaned, smelled, dirty towels and beer bottles and sheets smelled like spoiled milk. I would never book room at this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for several days while enjoying skiing nearby. The location was very easy to find, off i89. We did not notice any noise during the night. When we left it was on the morning of a major snow storm, the parking lot and the access road had not been cleaned. The hotel was very clean and the room well equipped. We particularly liked how quiet the heater ran despite the extremely cold temps outside. There was no room cleaning due to COVID and you were told to leave the garbage out. To get amenities you could ask the front desk. We found this process cumbersome. The couple of times we asked for shampoo or soap it seemed to take a long time to get any, and we always had to ask for more. To our surprise, there was no safe in the room (to be fair, one was not advertised either, but it has been so long since we stayed in a room without one that we forgot to check). There was also some confusion in the breakfast area. Flyers throughout the hotel noted that breakfast was "grab and go". Yet some people were eating there anyway. I guess the "grab" referred to the fact that eggs and sausage were not heated (they were in the fridge). The pancake machine also was out of order for all but one morning. Overall, a pleasant stay that could have been even better.

Always clean, rooms are comfortable, front desk staff remembers us. Would like to see more of a breakfast selection, like back in August. May sound like a small thing, but we especially appreciate king-size pillows on the king-size bed.

Great hotel! Modern rooms with great decor. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Jennifer at the front desk gave me some great suggestions of places to visit in the area.

This hotel is pleasant, clean, quiet, and well-located with respect to Interstates and the airport. Even the free breakfast was good. Unfortunately the beds were terrible. In our room, both of the queen beds were saggy and worn down on the side facing the nightstand/telephone. I spent most of the night sliding downhill toward the saggy side, and did not get the best night's sleep. And a good night's sleep is the main thing I want from a hotel! Management needs to break down and buy some new mattresses, or at least flip over the old mattresses. I would not stay at this hotel again unless I called ahead and verified the mattresses were replaced.

I judge a good motel by my first impression when I walk into the lobby and this motel didn't disappoint. The receptionist greeted us as soon as we walked in - she was cheerful and polite. The lobby was very modern and laid out well. My room and bathroom were very clean and modern looking. I would highly recommend this motel.

The employees at the hotel are always very helpful thank you very much to the general manager for being so considerate. The breakfast choices and food were wonderful thank you for having tea and coffee and water out all day. I enjoyed your outdoor pool

On pay with the Best Western Brand. Convenient location near airport. Totally inflexible to my request to remain an additional hour. Didn't care, got a firm "no". Marriott works with us on this issue since we are a flight crew and rest is important. We won't be back.

A wonderful facility near air and land transportation Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Pleasant outdoor surroundings. Rooms open, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast both warm and cold with clean facilities. Caring desk staff giving willing assistance.

The hotel has a small out door pool it felt cramped with seven people in it. They had a filling breakfast with good options, The room had hair everywhere in the bathroom and a heavy layer of dust build up in corners with mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain.

We spent one night here. It was tucked away down a road, but had a lot of shopping and food options close by. The front desk person seemed bored. The first thing I noticed in the room was that the bathroom floor looked a little dirty. The shower floor was also dirty looking. The bed was comfortable. There was a chair with an ottoman which had wheels which was cool. The unidentified bright orange (flaming hot Cheetos?) on the arm of the chair was not so cool. The mini fridge was quite large. They had a grab and go breakfast. Overall, it could have used a little more housekeeping, but I did get a good night's sleep.

The bed, the bed, the bed. It's all about the bed! And the pillows! The room was lovely, no problems. I hope the breakfast area will be open soon, not a fan of eating on-the-run. Also, the "business" area - turn the computer screens around, or do something to shield them from anyone walking by.

This motel used to be owned by another chain and we liked it then. If anything, it has been spruced up a bit since becoming a Best Western. It has tasteful, subdued decor, sort of like a Courtyard by Marriott. It has good beds for a modest motel, and we slept well. The HVAC unit worked well and wasn't too noisy despite being a below the window unit. The motel was fairly quiet, but then there was hardly anyone there in the middle of winter. The two chairs and table were quite small, more like dining room chairs than sitting chairs, and not comfortable for extended period. It's hard to work in this motel. The room is too small for that. It does have a large flatscreen TV with about 40 channels. The shower is hot, but low pressure. There is a decent select for the grab and go breakfast, including warm breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately it closes at 9:30am, even on weekends, too early for me, so I missed it. This is basically an interstate motel for overnight sleeping, not much else.

We had concerns with the cleanliness of the room. It looked like someone had blown their nose on the shower curtain, the bathroom floor had hair on it, the rug had not been vacuumed and there was potpourri looking stuff in the drawer. The phone also didnt work.

My son had a serious leg surgery and is wheelchair bound. We got there in the dark and parked in the handicapped parking. As I pushed him 10 feet from the car, there was a deep rut I didn't see. The wheelchair fell into it and my son nearly went flying! That could have been bad!!! Why they have a rut cut out in handicapped parking is beyond me. If handicapped I wouldn't park there, use regular parking!

They have some outstanding people working there very friendly. Speedy check ins clean rooms, quiet location. Breakfast for now is a grab and go like any other place because of Covid. For the price and dynamic people working it's perfect

The bathroom was not very clean, not only did I clearly see hair without looking for anything. But there was what I believe to be throw up behind the toilet. I did report this to the Front desk. Clerk said she would mention to the boss.

The outside is kept up pretty good but they need to fire housekeeping! We had a hard time locating this facility to start with. It must have been a Choice Hotel at one time (I think the search was bringing it up as a Comfort Inn) and the GPS led us past the hotel and after turning around we figured it must now be a Best Western. There were several different things to rate it poorly. The outside pool door needs repaired. The staff does not stay at the desk often and we had to wait every time we needed something for them to come out of the back or in from outside smoking. The benches outside were always occupied with smokers (either workers or guests). I would recommend moving the benches away from the entrance so guests do not have to walk through smoke to get into the lobby. Our room needed vacuumed and there is no way they cleaned the bathroom. There was a dirty washcloth thrown over the shower curtain and hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. If I would have noticed all the issues when we went in I would have asked for another room but we were really tired from traveling all day. The next morning we opened drawers to find a pack of peanut butter in one and a pair of underwear in another drawer!! The beds seemed to be clean (they were made so I'm hoping we didn't sleep in dirty sheets). Who knows! I wish we would have asked for our money back but we were on a time schedule when we arrived and left so we did not have time to deal with it.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but the beds are very comfortable, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and taking appropriate COVID precautions, which I greatly appreciated having had a very unfortunate experience at another hotel in New Hampshire earlier in my trip. The location is very close to the main drag in town but set back a little so very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here next time I'm in the area.

You can have mixed results when going to a chain hotel, and I have to be honest that I came in expecting low standards at this hotel. But I was very surprised. It was clean, quiet and really just a standard nice hotel that you feel clean and safe staying in, no matter how well you might know the area or not. The staff was helpful checking us in and out quickly. We felt that our belongings where safe and the car was in a well lit parking area. While the amenities are what you would expect, overall I would stay here again to do some site-seeing in this area.

Very clean hotel, friendly and professional staff, nice clean outdoor pool. Located in a quiet area right outside of Vermont. Good for being closed to camping and tourist attractions. Prices are fair and includes complementary breakfast.

Pros and cons. Pros- location off the main drag so quieter. Nice looking lobby but not that big. Still managed to serve individual hot breakfast sandwich during Covid by blocking off the breakfast area and taking your order. That was nice. Pool available but not heated. Picnic table and grill available. Plenty of hand sanitizer each floor and in the elevator itself. Nice assortment of herbal teas for the evening. The beds, sheets and pillows super comfortable Cons- overwhelming nauseating perfume smell from an air freshener they put in the air system. So bad I couldn't stay another night. Fridge had food stains and freezer needed defrosting. Upon check in the women cleaning the lobby gives you mean dirty looks. Might be the owners wife. Poor supplies. There on an emergency and had a toothbrush but no toothpaste. Pool furniture is dirty and trashy. Front entrance and overhang constantly filled with heavy smokers hanging out there or in their vehicles. Shower had mildew. Water pressure not good. All in all I probably would not stay again mainly because the air freshener smell was so sickening. If they fix that I might return

This Best Western was our first time staying at one of their hotels. It was clean, up to date and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms have very good amenities- coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Beds are comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Location of the hotel to highway and shopping was very convenient.

We came to the hotel. No one was at the desk. After we rang the bell Mr Patel the GM showed up. He said we had requested a handicapped room which wasn't available for several hours. I hadn't requested handicapped, just a queen bed which was the basic option. BUT he said for $20 more he could get us a room. We passed. The pool was a plus but it had very strong currents so you kinda got buffeted each lap. There was a sign on the front desk saying towels where there. Of course no one was at the desk. Nor did anyone answer the bell. Then Mr Patel came to the pool while I was swimming I asked about towels , he said he'd bring them. Of course he didn't and wasn't at the front desk when I returned . Breakfast was minimal but I think that is a function of covid, though a few more choices would have been nice. Beds are a bit hard I would not go back to this place

I was in need of some high speed internet for a very crucial client call. We were getting heavy storms and as anyone who lives in the upper valley knows, storms often lead to loss of the internet. I called the Best Western in west Leb looking to get a room for this call and even though I expected to pay full price, the front desk staff was able to offer me nearly a 50% discount, allowed me to use the room as long as I needed and even let me check in early! I was floored, even in this current economy with Covid and all, they went above and beyond in my eyes to be accommodating and serve the community in which they are a part! So glad to have these guys here! The facility was spotless, the room was quiet and perfect for the meeting, which went beautifully, and the staff was all smiles! Definitely a fine representation of NH and our values here! Check them out!

I stayed at the best western with my twin grandbabies and the staff and owner are top notch. The room was very clean as the common area are also very clean..They go out of their way to make sure you don't need anything .I needed a pack and play and they had one waiting for me...Excellent staff and very clean hotel Thank you for everything..

We stayed here for a second time, and we loved it even more. The hotel is pretty tidy and the staff is very helpful. They take all necessary precautions related to the current COVID19 pandemic. In the future, we don't plan to stay elsewhere in the Lebanon area.

Great hotel. Ryan and the staff is accommodating, courteous and didn't hesitate to go out of their way to give us the best service. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and cheerful. The bathroom was super clean with all the amenities.

I was overall happy with this hotel. My wife, kids and I went to see family in NH and stayed here for a night. The hotel was clean and very updated. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but I wasn't expecting a honeymoon sweet. The breakfast was very ok...not the best and not the worst. The only small complaint I would leave is that the blankets are super loud. We had a 2 year old sleeping in a pack and play and every time we would roll over, the blankets would crinkle and make so much noise, he would start stirring and wake up. Besides that (nit picking). It was a very good stay.

I travel a few times a month and I have never had such a great bed and pillow. And the price was 1/4 of what I regularly pay so I was pleasantly surprised thank you to the best western staff. You guys are great

Speedy check-in, clean rooms,cookies for the kids and smiles from Ryan and Front desk gal whos name we aloods me at the moment. Recently renovated, and they focused their spending where it would pay off the most. Everything was immaculate. Our queen room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate --the bathroom really was big. The decor was modern and interesting enough to give the room some character. Plenty of outlets (not something you can count on these days). Not nearly a big enough place to have a real restaurant, but they invested in the facilities to provide a for-real breakfast. Omelets, fried eggs, bacon and sausages in chafing dishes, pastries, fruit, cereal, juices, good coffee, an automated pancake maker (!). Much better than we expected. There was a tray of cookies in the lobby when we checked in, and the clerk was cheerful and very helpful. I checked out the gym. Once again, they obviously went for "bang for the buck." Good-quality treadmill, elliptical, and exercise, a utility bench, a rack of dumbbells, and elastic bands. I.e., enough that 90+% of visitors are going to get all the workout they want. At under $100 (after taxes!) I'd say it was spectacular value.

They were super helpful when I called to book a room the night before. Due to my mothers medical issues having a walk in shower is a must and her oxygen tanks and concentrator. When I called and asked they went into each handicapped room to see if there was a walk in shower for my mother and the sizes of the beds.They had SUPER clean rooms,a very comfortable bed and it was at a great location. They get Five stars. I would definitely stay here again! And recommended to friends and family. Safe, clean and friendly!!!

We were in Hanover area to evaluate home sites for relocation and stayed here overnight. The hotel was spotlessly clean; room/ bed/ linens were wonderfully comfortable ; all essential amenities were available ; tv worked perfectly ; thermostat was accurate; room was quiet and the breakfast was ample , hot and fresh . Personnel at the hotel couldn't have been friendlier . This was the best reasonable overnight accommodation in the Hanover area that we have experienced in awhile and we have been frequent visitors to Hanover for several years .

Just revamped to a Best Western from a Baymont Inn in November 2019. Nice property! Breakfast was typical fare; could use some additional seating in the breakfast area. Lots of space in the room and bathroom.

Rooms were clean, lobby was nice. Room were spaciaous. The appliances were working as expected. Staff was attended and flexible and professional. Chocies in breakfast was really broad and quality of food was good.

My wife, baby, and I stayed at this hotel for a week due to an unforeseen circumstance at home. It was a great place. It was clean, with a great bedroom, and with great breakfast. An absolute recommended place here at the upper valley

Stayed one night. Somewhat confusing because we reserved with a different hotel and BW took over that operation after we reserved. Communication about that change was not adequate or effective. The facility was very nice. Staff was available and helpful. Breakfast was not comparable to other stays in similar hotels in the same price range. Over all happy with the room but not so much with the outside property or the breakfast. As an aside, Laquita, Sleep Inn, Red Roof Inn and others welcome our furry children at no extra charge. This hotel does not accept pets at all.

I was driving to Vermont to visit family and left late one evening. It was getting very late and I didn't want to drive further on account of getting tired. I book lodging online about 10:30pm and arrived about midnight. Check in was smooth, everything was clean, the room was quiet, and my stay is everything of what I would expect from Best Western.

This hotel has been completely renovated and what a beautiful job! The staff bends over to accommodate....especially night manager Karen! I was able to reserve the exact room requested.The breakfast area is very clean with something for everyone. Love the never ending coffee machine. Jan Rogers

The hotel was absolutely clean beautiful love the fireplace the staff was exceptionally very nice they didn't awesome job and expecially enjoy the company of Karen Davis she did amazing at her job and what she does my daughter absolutely adored her I would recommend anybody to stay there!

I had been staying at another hotel which was awful I needed to stay another night so I called Best Western, what a difference. The staff was awesome the person on the front desk went & checked the room because I needed a walk in shower due to my disability. Super nice staff the room was so clean, the bed was awesome. If I ever have to stay close to the hospital this is the place for me. This hotel is beautiful.

We arrived a little early and they were able to get us in a room. The hotel had been going under renovation. The remodeled rooms and area were very nice and clean. The breakfast area was also very organized. The hotel is located off the main road and is set in a beautiful and quiet area.

It would have been nice to know before we book here that they were under construction. It may be nice once it is done. But until that happens, I would stay away. the staff was nice, but could not make up for the mess.

Guest room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Great mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast to get us on the road in the morning. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable cost. Don't let the renovations prevent you from staying at this Baymont.

Like most of the Wyndham hotels, this did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and very clean and nicely appointed. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and free wifi. There are conference rooms for business meetings. The breakfast was quite nice. We stayed on the top floor and found it to be very quiet. Some remodeling in progress, but this did not bother us.

Room very clean with refrigerator, micro,.coffee, wifi, good tv and nice breakfast even tho the breakfast room still under construction and was served in a 1st floor hotel room. Staff works hard and very accommodating. Beds are new, and nice but not quite firm enough for me. We were NOT told that the hoteln was under construction, or that we were paying $12.95 for booking fee.
