Best Western Warren Hotel

Spent 3 days here, front staff were wonderful, breakfast person-friendly, kept items filled up, constantly checking, greeting everyone. It was a different, positive experience when some families were not present in the pool or hot tub area. It is our go to location when visiting the area! Will be back again in May and November.

Overall a clean, warm bed to stay the night. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but there were foods like bagels and cereal. There was an obnoxious group on our floor that was taken care of after complaints. It worked for the night, but I wouldn't stay much longer than that

This hotel was absolute havoc and chaos the entire time of our stay. There was children running everywhere, swinging on rails, playing hide and seek, all while there were no parents in sight. Our first room smelled like smoke, and after being moved to a better smelling room, the floor still had crumbs on them, the shower curtain was stained, the mini fridge was extremely noisy, and the AC unit sounded like it had rattling beads in it. My recommendation...stay somewhere else!

This hotel is well-managed, clean, modern, and conveniently located. The pool was clean and heated with plenty of seating, the rooms were clean and recently remodeled with comfortable beds and everything worked, the buffet breakfast had a waffle maker and choices for everyone, and the staff was friendly. Overall you can't beat the price for a hotel in this category.

This is a nice place with an even nicer staff. The night shift lady comes off as a mean woman but once you crack that hard candy shell she melts like butter! She has a face that you look at and just know that shes gonna be a biaaaatch. Lol but all and all our stay was ok and i only felt like i was in danger one time while i stayed there.

I will definitely be coming back to this hotel! Not only are they clean, professional, have great energy and personalities! They care about your safety. Super considerate staff ! I left my sons potty in the hotel bathroom. Didn't realize I left it until I got home. But 3 hrs had went by already. I called to see if they still had it. And they did. I just knew they threw it out lol. I'm glad they didn't. They're great ! Thank you BW !

I manages a hotel myself I have never seeing great hotel will maintained amazing friendly staff clean room i enjoyed very much the breakfast and the indoor pool. I will defiantly be back in the near future.

Room smelled like weed. When I told the staff they came up with air freshener. My smoke detector was also covered with a plastic bag & duck tape. There was a fight in the breakfast area. The breakfast worker stated yelling at a guest about stealing free coffee cream. The pool was over crowded with kids. There was probably like 3 birthday parties going on in the pool area.

Mid October of 2023 our hockey team chose to stay at this hotel while we competed in a tournament in Warren. Throughout the hotel there was always a strong smell of cigarettes or marijuana. There also seemed to be 'live in' guests. We didn't feel that the area around the hotel was safe, especially at night due to uneasy people constantly in and out of the hotel. There was one night that a woman was knocking on all doors of the third floor looking for her sister that was living there. It was a very unsettling stay for a team of young hockey players and their parents.

Treat guest rude, racist. Their Manger Mike of night shift was very unpleasant unprofessional. Made rude remarks about calling the police. I guess we're black it was suppose to scared us off. He never called him. He threw a business card at me when I told him I wanted corporate numbers. From the way he treated and talked to us. Would not recommend

I consistently find Best Western to surprise me as I travel across the United States in offering very good amenities and customer service for my money. Always my first go to! Comfortable mattresses in well appointed rooms and lobby's. Breakfast is a nice added bonus above and beyond typical Continental Breakfast.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and a great location, but the lack of cleanliness of the carpet, couch and wet bar ceiling could not be ignored. The carpet was full of stains. It must be replaced and I had to put a towel on the couch, it was full of stains.

Had to take a friend to the airport. It was a late departure so I planned an overnight so I could visit some old haunts and reminisce. I'm a fan of Best Western value and this property didn't disappoint. Would stay here again.

I walked into several other hotels in the area & walked out because they were dirty and smelled funny, mostly of pot. Then I walked into best western . It was clean, no foul smells & had a great breakfast! We'll be back!

Clean, friendly, warm atmosphere .From the time we entered to the time we left we felt that we were a valued customer. The breakfast was ok, however, it took the edge off of the hunger. Absolutely close to all the things we wanted to do ( shop)

The cost of the room and the amenities offered were excellent. I want sure what to expect because this was my first time staying at Best Western. I will definitely stay again. The quality and variety of the breakfast was excellent.

Absolutely disgusting. We started off by checking into a room, within 10 minutes had someone with a key try to enter our room, luckily the safety door latch was shut. So we asked to change rooms, which wasn't a huge deal. So we leave for dinner and a movie, when we come back we get ready for bed, only to find cigarette burn holes in our duvet. My family owns and operates a Best Western, so I always do a bed bug check before getting into bed. Luckily no signs, however, these nasty stains aren't much better. When walking through the halls I noticed tape along the bottoms of some doors, which after reading the hotel's reviews is likely due to bed bugs and roaches. Not to mention, the entire building reeks of cigarettes. If this were my family's hotel, I would be utterly embarrassed. As a Best Western employee, this is the first time I've ever had to check out and leave to get a room somewhere else. Under no circumstances would I recommend giving this place your business. Even paying the employee rate, is 10 times more than this hotels worth. There wasn't a manager on duty tonight, and conveniently won't be in until Monday. I will be calling. If I could rate this 0/5 I would.

Clean, quiet, neat place in a good location. friendly staff and good environment. They offer free breakfast which I have not yet used but it is a bonus. I have stayed in other surrounding hotels but chose this one for my future stays. amenities are not brand new but they are kept clean and tidy and you dont see very distressed items. room amenities all work in my case, not like some other places where the bathroom fan doesnt work or the heater/ac makes horrible noise.

There were cockroaches in our room, and a prostitute showed up at 3am looking for her John, as we had an entire hockey team staying there for a tournament. I would recommend you sleeping in your car vs ever staying there, it's safer.

The sweetest staff in the world you got to come and get in the whirlpool I'm blind and the manager mahir and the front desk lady dua help me get around and show me around and also naida was very helpful checking me in definitely will come back twice a month

Stayed here while in town for a show at the nearby Michigan Lottery Amphitheater, which is about 6 miles away. Room was clean. King bed was comfy. Everything worked. Turned the TV on long enough to find that the channel selection was not the greatest. Minor annoyance. Wasnt there to watch TV, anyway. Breakfast was good, and plentiful. Female attendant was nice, and helpful.

I have thoughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel establishment. The maintains a clean and orderly location. It is generally very quiet, as well. I also look forward to the ‘hot' breakfasts provided. The staff varies the egg selection on a daily basis.

If I could leave a zero, I would… Was really excited to stay here due to having a room with a jacuzzi tub…. Entered the room to take a look and immediately got a refund and left. The room was filthy. Bathroom mirror still had toothpaste on it, the carpet had stains everywhere, walls were chipped and so was the furniture. The smell was unbearable. Did not even look like it was vacuumed and the sheets were damp!

Since I found out that this hotel has a balcony, I was hooked. And ever since then, I've always chosen the Best Western . The rooms are clean and comfy. I can see all of the traffic from my hotel room. Great hotel and staff

not impressed overall with the facility or the number of people who just seemed to be hanging around it. There are decent food options close by but traffic on the main road is ridiculous. Pretty much everything in the room had a film on it as if wiped down with a dirty rag.

I was very disappointed with my at the warren Michigan Best Western hotel. There were bedbugs and the clerks were very disrespectful. The clerk push his way into my room he told be I would be charged an extra 250 dollars because the room floor had rose petals on the floor

I was charged more than my promised reservation total for my stay. When question about the additional charges, both Best Western Customer Service and the staff onsite at the hotel could not give me a reason why my final bill was higher than my promised total.

It was very awesome there have. Very fun love that you guys have indoor pool and Jacuzzi great a/c great breakfast love how kind your workers are❤️if I could stay here I would without any problems everyone there is. So respectful

The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome! Lots to choose from! However the shower curtain rod was bent and needs to be fixed. The front desk foreign lady came on a little strong about being in pool area before it was open. She could have handled it a little nicer. "Like I am sorry the pool area is closed and we just put chemicals in the pool that maybe strong, so could you please come back at 10 when it is open?"

The hotel was nice, breakfast staff was irritated by children being down there without their parents which is understandable but they probably could have been a little more quiet about ir… also the water was off for a full day and when asked they didn't offer a discount or any compensation

Will not be booking this hotel again. Hotel guests are too ghetto. Pool area and hot tub was way too crowded with kids. My overall stay was not enjoyable at all. Do your research before booking this hotel.

Came with my family from Nebraska for a couple days I liked the stay place was clean good breakfast enjoyed the coffee and tea staff was very helpful Nadia and Dua are very nice staff and me and my family will be back thanks

Very clean. Beds comfortable nice big room. There were kids in the next room and we did not hear a thing in our room. The hall way did smell like weed. I think they were short on housekeepers. When we arrived the hallway was clean. The next day some families come in with children and there were food crumbs up and down the hallway, the crumbs were still there when we left on day 3.

We stayed at the hotel Saturday night in a Jacuzzi room. The hotel was extremely busy.. There was no parking available because a lot of guests used the available parking.. Took over 5 minutes to find a spot when somebody finally left. We were checked in quickly and professionally. The room had a humidifier in it that was very loud and went off all night. The water that came out of the Jacuzzi was lukewarm at best and it was on hot. I went to call the front desk and realized there is no phones in the room so I had to use my cell phone. Because there was too many guests in the hotel the hot water supply was limited. The breakfast the next morning was limited and since the person in charge of it was also on the desk it was not well maintained. And check out they were willing to take my bill and reduce it by 50%.

Because the hockey tournament requires teams to stay in assigned hotels & charges $40 more per night than the hotel normally would, the amount spent on this hotel is not a good value. The rooms were not very clean, the toilet seats slide back and forth, light switches and door knobs were dirty and there were unnerving stains on the mattress. The staff was friendly enough, but I'm used to hotels that are cleaner and was not impressed with this one. I was moved to another room, since I was initially checked into a room outside of the team reservation block, and both rooms had similar cleanliness issues.

Was here for a 2 night stay. First night got woken up at 1:30am to being bit by bed bugs. Front desk had me send pics of the bedbugs and my arm where I got bit. They did give me a room next door but I really was ready to leave at that point. Just say a restless night. 2nd day I had to move to another room cause the room they put me in was a balcony and I guess someone had already booked it. Stayed 2 days and had 3 different rooms so unacceptable. Will never go back here again. Also balcony door wouldn't lock even with the safety bar at bottom of door. You still was able to Crack door open with it down

The staff was awesome and caring. They made sure that we were comfortable and assisted with the very serious issue that we had happen during our stay there. My daughter enjoyed her 16th birthday and my niece had to be rushed to the hospital. The staff was awesome with this and really made us feel special.

Hot tube smelled like sewage,noisy above us,carpet was slippery,cockroach crawling on bed.we ended up leaving around 2:30 that morning.notified manager but hasn't called us back.we would like compensation

Was on a trip for business....not a lot of hotels in the area that I felt comfortable staying at. For a few extra bucks it was well worth the great night sleep and safe environment that best western offered.

another great stay at Best Western, I travel all over the US and always try to stay at BW. To bad CV-19 had the normally fine breakfast service un available, the bag breakfast left much to be desired.

Hotel had a horrible smell and bad humidity in the hallway. Got into the room and there was a sticky substance all over the bedside table and hairs in the bed. You could hear people yelling in the rooms next door. Shopping cart parked in the grass outside the hotel. Checked out right away.

The room has sex hand prints on the mirror above jacuzzi. We were so disgusted we just booked a room at a different hotel and stayed the night there instead. Room smelled awful. Entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

There is a McDonalds and a nice grocery store right next door to make up for the measly sack breakfast picked up at the front desk. Picture this: one apple, one 1/2-inch thin plain bagel, 1 small container of cream cheese, 1 bottle of water. That's it. Everything else was good, including electric-charging at the back of the building. Positive thing is entire hotel is non-smoking. Cost us less than $100 per night with taxes.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. The staff was rude with no customer service. They blame everyone for another family mistake. I will never stay there again. They say you pay for your worth not worth it

We were registered quickly and the room was well prepared. We were especially pleased with the 90 minute “adults only” hot tub time in the pool. We were surprised there was no breakfast. Overall it was a very good experience.

The pool are area needs to be cleaned and maintained more. They also need to extend the adult only pool time. Room was very nice but one of the staff members needs an attitude check. She's rude over the phone and in person.

The staff was really nice but I would not stay here again. The hotel room was dirty the carpet was sketchy the wall had stains on it the ceiling in the bathroom was messed up as well. The hallway and the room smelled like smoke. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I would not stay here again.

I have to say Dua and Gloria handled every issue we had with speed and efficiency. Check in was fast and smooth, especially getting us all on the first floor. Additionally putting up with us when we locked keys in rooms, or the keys stopped working. These two ladies are special and I appreciate their hard work.

Filthy room. Uncleaned urine at toilet base. Stained shower curtain. Unfinished repairs under bathroom sink. Mirrors not cleaned. Bedding felt unclean and had burn marks. Floor sticky from spilled syrup (or something?) Entire hotel reeked of marijuana smoke.

My son was getting married and the group stayed here. The staff was friendly, however the carpet was disgusting. Everyone that stayed had some type of red stain and you could tell that they don't clean it. The curtains were nasty as well. They need to upgrade their cable you could only get about 2-3 stations. The lighting was horrible too. I turned every lamp on and opened the curtains. Also put some type of barrier up between the rooms that have balcony's. Anyone from next door could climb over the rail and stood on my side. STEAM CLEAN!!

No nighttime cleaners now so you have to clean yourself if anything's wrong with your room. And the lobby in the hallway from the lobby in the hallways on my floor were dirty food everywhere french fries pizza, My room wasn't clean properly, I ended up breaking out with a swollen eye and infection.

We were in town for the USA Weightlifting nationals. Good location, decent hotel, staff was nice, but keep in mind restrictions on the pool and apparently certain hours are for adults only. We did not have breakfast, not sure that it was even offered. Some staff said reservations for pool needed, other said not needed. Everyone did not seem to be on the same page.

The room was clean! The price of this hotel should reflect the lack of the buffet breakfast. COVID is no reason to not serve a health breakfast. There were fight in the lobby and obvious prostitution going on at night. This is very sad to see from a surb Best Western.

From the heated pool and jacuzzi. To the soft pillow top mattress. Our stay here was f- ing amazing. I was pleased with the friendly staff. Clean lobby and clean lobby bathroom. The best part was the non smoking environment. As I am a new non smoker. I loved my visit and I'll continue to die so.

The place was a zoo. I didn't realize it was a pool party destination for families with young kids. Lobby, elevator and hall floors wet. Kids running up and down the hallways in their swimsuits, swim floats yelling and laughing. Hotel room walls vibrating from music next door. Food debris, packages piled outside my hotel room door. Crying toddlers outside rooms. Avoid this hotel on the weekend. The hotel room wasn't properly cleaned. Stained carpets, no coffee amenities left. Towel rack in bathroom fell off when I reached for a hand towel. On the bright side, bedding clean, bed comfortable, clean towels, hot water, nice shower.

Really nice rooms had a excellent experience checking in with dua and monet they were very helpful and gave me excellent customer service hotel rooms look very clean I will come back for sure when I come back to Michigan

The room had all the amenities we needed and was modern, spacious. We also were glad to have a pool for the kids. However, the pool area was messy with wet towels all over the floor, the hallway our hotel room was in was a mess of trash and needed to be vacuumed badly. There was a cigarette butt in the carpeted stairwell! Ick. Our room was clean except for a dresser drawer with crumbs all over it. The front desk staff was friendly and kind upon check-in. We were quite disappointed that there was no breakfast in the morning! We had no idea that it wouldn't be provided. It would have been nice to make that very obvious with signage or tell guests at checkin.

It was relaxing, comforting, safe because mask was required and only hotel guest members was offered a one time disposable mask if did not have one. Shopping, restaurant, etc was nearby. My son loved to swim in the pool. My family enjoyed it.

Loaded with bed bugs unprofessional staff the place is ran down not taken care of they rent to anyone and let them do whatever they please when I approached them about the bed bugs I was told all hotels have bed bugs which is not true the hotel is so hot as in with the police we left the hotel 3 cars in a row and as soon as we pulled out we all got pulled over it is a very unsafe environment the police were in and out there all night due to problems

Our room was very dirty. The floor near the bathroom was sticky and the tables and t.v.'s were dirty. The blankets had holes in them and couch was disgusting. The carpets and hallways throughout the hotel were nasty and dirty. there was no pool towels and the pool area itsself was a disgrace of candy wrappers, fake eyelashes, food, and dirty diapers. They claim only 4-6 people per room but, many rooms had way more than that. Kids running up and down the hallways - knocking on doors and running. I would suggest you look around for another hotel before you book this one.

The room was very dirty and floors had sticky spots. Bathroom light switch was not functioning correctly. The paint was chipping in the shower. Other guests were very disrespectful. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels and had good experiences. I was hopeful for the same experience from the location.

Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, asked for a different room, second room slightly better but still smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel staff was not enforcing any COVID protocols and guests were not wearing masks in communal areas. My 7 year old daughter was so excited to swim in the pool and was so disappointed when we wouldn't let her due to zero social distancing and way too many people in the pool and the hot tub. Zero guidelines being followed, very disappointing stay.

I don't recommend this place to nobody false advertising stains everywhere on carpet no breakfast not friendly at all super small everything was not what it was supposed to be not a good experience for me

If you travel for business, stay away. Now, if you want to come to a place where you can bring the whole family and smoke pot in the rooms while the kids run up and down the halls unsupervised, this is your destination! Don't forget to slam every door you touch and holler obscenities down the hallways in your loudest outdoor voices!

It was very nice to get away in a relaxed environment with friends. Any concerns that came up were quickly and professionally handled by hotel staff. The rooms were spacious enough that we had no problem visiting with each other

Everything was clean and reasonably priced. Pool are was nice and clean. I loved the fact they had a whirlpool as well. I'm glad I chose this hotel and will be staying here again in the very near future.

While the decor of the lobby is beautiful and the balconies are spacious that's about where the positive attributes stop. Both employees during check in and out, were rude, short and unhelpful. We were given no information at checkin aside from after checking in being told the elevator is broken so we must walk to our 3rd room floor. I would have appreciated being called when I had preregistered and given the option of finding another hotel. Here are some of the qualities of our room, a giant red stain in the middle of the floor, some form of bodily fluid on the bedskirt, with similar spots in front of the tv, which did not work. All channels were static or mostly static. Large dark stains we found the next morning on both sides of the mattress, holes in the ceiling above the shower head, black mold in the sink, the bath products were used, the curtain to the balcony had multiple large red stains/bodily fluids all over it and the screws were falling out of the door causing it to not latch properly. Topping it off with no form of breakfast, not even a drink. No employees in sight to ask for. Upon check out, the girl asked what room I was in, said thanks and ended the conversation by walking away before I could say anything else. I am so disappointed and will never go back. Embassy Suites in Livonia/Novi is soooooo much better and will have my business from now on.

If you want to feel comfortable staying at any hotel best western has amazing rooms and and amazing front desk workers. Dua caught my attention helping my stay feel the most enjoyable and welcomed ❤️❤️

I RENTED A ROOM FROM HERE ONCE AND THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL BED WAS AMAZING BUT The second time the bed had a hole in it and the room smelled like smoke I don't know if I will try again maybe I will go to a different one

Had a great stay been here for a month very clean rooms friendly staff Dua and Gloria was very nice great customer service I will definitely be back so I give this hotel a 5 star really enjoyed my stay

Selected this hotel from previous experience and proximity to family event. We were greeted with the news that their elevator was down and would we mind using the stairs. We climbed 2 floors with luggage (masks on) to discover the room was not clean. We were reassigned to the lower floor only to discover when we returned later that there was a large group that was very loud and the strong odor of tobacco and marijuana permeating the hallway. I called the front desk who told me they would send someone up. The smell and the noise continued for a while. We opened our balcony door slightly to get some fresh air and discovered a large ash tray. Apparently they allowing smoking on their balconies. The TV reception was bad and many channels were barely visible. I will not be staying there again.

We paid $150 a night to stay at this hotel with a hockey tournament.  We had so many issues from our arrival it was really ridiculous.  When we arrived at 1:30am waiting to check in, we overheard the front desk agent tell another guest that masks are not really required, just "whatever".  Which made sense, being that she was not wearing a mask.  As someone who has had family members with covid and a sister who is a pulmonologist, I find it completely repulsive that a company would not protect their guests.  I never left my room without a mask to protect your employees - the fact that you could not ask your employees to do the same for me and my family is just horrible.  That fact alone will ensure that I never stay at a best western again.  It is clear that there is no concern for your guests. In addition to the staff not wearing masks or wearing them improperly (even while serving breakfast), the elevator did not work our entire stay, nor did I see anyone there to work on it.  The entire third floor reeked of cannabis and the first room we were put in, we could not even breathe in because it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke.  I had called the night before our arrival to change our reservation from one night in a 1 queen room to 2 nights in a king suite.  Upon arrival at 1:30am and carrying all of our hockey gear and stuff up 3 flights of stairs, we were put in the smokey 2 queen room.  When I inquired, it seems the woman I spoke with at the front desk the day prior was not authorized to make changes to my reservation. Overall the rooms and halls felt very dirty, some of the guests appeared to be there long-term and the rooms on the first floor had doors that opened completely, which left us feeling very unsafe. It felt like we were in a roadside motel. Very disappointing. I was glad to leave and go to the Homewood Suites down the road -they were beyond great with cleanliness and ensuring rooms were sanitized and clean. Such a drastic difference and they were the same price!!

Really nice place i been here for a couple months all the staff are very friendly especially Gloria Dua and Nadia very clean rooms and good prices i will definitely be back if yall looking for a clean this the place

If you are an avid pot smoker this is the place for you! If you detest the smell and the stoners that wander the hallways at all hours this is not the place to be! So before you decide to book a room at this fine establishment, ask yourself if you want to be high before and after you go to sleep, if you can. Door slamming and rude stoners make this place a joke! Oh well, Michigan now is a stoner's paradise especially this Bestwestern. It seems when grandma kicks them out of her basement this is where they flock to. Avoid this place if possible.

The check in/out process was very quick and efficient although every step was done in office (by choice). The staff was very friendly and helpful with all acommodations. We did not partake of additional services due to limits set in place due to Covid conditions in the state.

I was questionable about staying here. I ran in to some issues in the beginging and staff quickly addressed it. Very clean place and the staff if very nice and proffesional. Dua was great, maybe the best cutomer service associate that I have encounterd since I have been in Michigan.

For years I have always loved and stayed her every time I have been in town. I even chose to get ready for my wedding here. We just got home from a 2 night stay. I've never had a problem with the staff, I think they are great.I've had maint. Issues both this stay and the stay before and they have been handled so I have no complaints about this. However I feel as if the rooms are now being rented like apartments and maybe the steady income has taken away from the guests. I could be wrong but the last 2 stays have been horribly loud with people yelling at each other up and down the hallway, standing out in the hallway in large groups, yelling from the second floor to the first floor (the staff knew this was happening as it was right by the front desk). This went on both nights we stayed both last visit and this visit until well after 4 a.m. Our last visit was during a weekend and both my husband and I understand thing's happen so we tried it 1 more time, this stay was during the week and it was the same thing. This time I even booked a suite as I knew it had a bedroom in the back of the living room area. Even with the regular door living room/kitchen area and the bedroom door shut the noise was still very loud. This visit was also during covid-19 and only a few people including my husband and I wore masks, there may have been 1 or 2 staff members that wore a mask. I should also state that the hotel did take precautions like having a table in front of the desk so there was 6 feet, the shield at the front desk. Pool and exercise rooms were closed and no breakfast was served. I believe gloves were worn by staff when delivering our towels.

Blood on blankets do not go here! I waited 20 mins to be checked in. The place was loud banging at the front entrance to fix a door. The room seemed fine until I inspected the sheets and there was blood on them! Ewww! Don't visit this location, stay away, please!!!!

I Recently stayed at the best western hotel and it was very comfortable setting. I Love it and yes I will Recommend your hotel to anyone. The staff has a great attitude and the service was great as well

They smell bad And the security think he top flight of the world.! And the desk man was harassing us called 2times about music that wasn't playing . And I'm he hot tub was dirty like thy never clean it

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My husband and I have stayed 5 nights here. The customer service is excellent, it's very clean and breakfast is amazing Jennifer is so polite and makes sure your meal is so pleasurable, she's a real sweetheart!! I will be back to stay again!

Missed out on a good nights sleep due to the noise and horrible behavior of other guests. We stayed (six families) for a two day volleyball tourney and each and every family had issues with noise, people knocking on doors, running up and down the hallways and TONS of unaccompanied minors. Not a place to stay if you need to catch zzz's and be up early the next morning. While Best Western cannot be held accountable for the behavior of their patrons, they are responsible for quick response and actions to stop/remove that said behavior from disrupting other guests. We choose the location because it was close to our tournament location and the cost was great. Next time we will spend more to be able to sleep. You get what you pay for I guess. We won't be staying at this location again.

We had two rooms and was there for a hockey tournament in Detroit, so there was 4 adults and 4 children. Friday night the 6th and Saturday night the 7th we smelled marijuana. This was affecting my sinuses and I was getting a headache. We told the front desk, which they came down the hallway spraying a deodorizer. Security told us there is nothing they can do because the smell sticks to their clothes and assured us they wouldn't smoke in the rooms. What???? How could they know this for sure? This was very disappointing! On a positive note: the front desk was very cordial, and the gals running the breakfast were excellent.

Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff at check in. They call room after check in to make sure everything is ok. Breakfast in the am is always hot and fully stocked. Coffee hot and ready also. No complaints.

Had a nice three night stay on business; Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were appreciated after a few long days. Best hilites included the breakfast prepared with kindness by Janifer every morning...she made sure the place was spotless and provided a personal greeting and smile found in only the most bespoke of hotel chains. Like having a gym, pool, internet and breakfast all included. Staff were nice, TV could have been better and parking was tough with only a few handicapped spots. For the price, a great value though. I will stay here again.

The moment i walked in I was greeted by the front desk staff member Vivian with a smile on her face. one of the best greetings i've had in a long time. Thank you. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and the staff was amazing. Noor, and Nadia at the front desk were also amazing. Mike the Security/maintenance was also helpful and great, (thanks for letting me try that food it was great). Now for the Gm Karam Great guy very hands on, helped me become diamond best western member. Thanks man. Oh i can't forget the housekeeping team this hotel is very clean, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks guys

This is a clean and well maintained hotel, I frequently stay and I can tell you its services and comfort including decor and equipment, it well exceeds MOST of the Best Western Plus I have stayed with. Its close to many restaurants, close to shopping area, Close to Bars and business centers Including GM Tech center Global, Great breakfast, every employee in all departments are Great, knowledgeable, kind and professional; In Short Great Customer service, Great value

Nice pool, good breakfast and a friendly staff. Room was great, price for the room was excellent as I have stayed at many BW in the past and compared to others this was the best. The follow up from the front desk was better as they seem to take an interest in my well being!

It was clean huge room i loved the pool & gym. The breakfast was hot and great. The only thing i didn't like was the tv was to small...but when you at home looking at a 65in i guess it would be lol....but overall beautiful

I did not even know this place existed in the area. Very clean with prompt service. I always know what I am getting when I go to a Best Western regardless of where in the US it is. I also feel safe at these facilities.

Great rooms and service. I was having a hard time booking online but the receptionist Dua was very helpful with getting me a room. The room was great too I liked the view and amenities as well. Appreciate it, stay great!

My boyfriend and I stay was wonderful from the beginning. We had a recently bad experience with our car rental that morning so we were a little irritated but the front desk receptionist Duaa was a joy to meet. Great hotel, rooms were spacious. Pool was a little small and very packed but would be fine if it waant so busy. All the staff were amazing and friendly and made it feel like home. Breakfast was good and fresh

Room was clean and quiet, have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay again. Check in and check out was quick and hotel staff were very kind. Only had enough time for coffee in the morning but hotel offered a wide variety of breakfast food.

Came in with a wedding block. The entire team was wonderful, from Calvin at the front desk to the breakfast attendant. Rooms are in decent condition and location was very convenient. For a larger best western, it was still easy to access your room from all entrances. Thank you for making this weekend for us more enjoyable!

My friend warned me to not stay at a Best Western claiming it would not be as good as the Hampton Inn that she was staying at. However, the lower price fit my budget. To my surprise my room and stay ended up being great and my friend realized that I was getting the same nice hotel and service as she was at the Hampton Inn for a lower price! She changed her mind about Best Western and so did I! I will be staying at Best Western hotels from now on as long as they keep the same great prices, nice looking renovated rooms and good service.

The Hotel is clean and up to date. The staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the room is nicely appointed. I will stay here again on my next trip.

One of the best places I've stayed at in years. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Recommend a stay here for anyone that stays in the area.

I've stayed at this hotel for several MONTHS while working in the area. A lot can happen in that time. The entire staff greets you well and is helpful with any needs. Maintenance has immediately responded with the very few issues I've needed. Check-in and check out with required reservations for the following week is smooth and fast. If you are going to stay in this area this is the place to go.

Enjoyed our stay, happy that we could utilize the lobby for team parents to meet. Breakfast was ok but hotel value to price was good. I would stay here again. Good for sports teams because of the value.

I made last minute reservations and was pleased with the amenities and with the value of the facility . The facility was cleaned and up to date. This hotel is close to shopping and freeway access and dinning choices are plentiful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again .

My family comes to the Detroit area 2-3 times a year and this is the place we have stayed year after year. It is always so clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast can't be beat. The staff are always so considerate and attentive. There are so many places in the area to shop and eat, and all are within easy driving distance. No need to look any further if you're visiting the Detroit area.

This was the best Best Western I've stayed in a very long time the environment was very relaxing very soothing I enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to doing this at least once a month the jacuzzi was so soothing

We stayed here with our 2 young kids while visiting family in the Sterling Heights area. The location was easy to find and close to many restaurants and businesses, nicely remodeled and clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool area was great and we were grateful for the hot tub, the free breakfast offered was unlike any I've ever seen at other hotels- so many choices! Room walls were thick so our stay was quiet and peaceful. Very clean bathrooms, no issues at all with the room feeling anything less than sanitary. We had one minor noise problem our second night but we called the front desk and they must have handled it right away because it was quickly abated. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs, it well kept, staff was very friendly and always willing to help. My wife and I have been to a few hotels but this was far thee best and will return!!!!!

Clean facilities with ample parking. The room was average size but very clean. Breakfast was included in the price of room and had a good variety of items. The breakfast area is quite large and well designed. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff friendly and capable. The only drawback is that there was odor of smoked cannabis on the grounds and in the corridors. However, I did not witness anyone smoking nor was there any such odor in our room.

I stood at the check in desk for about 5 min before someone came. The lady that came to help me was some where else talking to someone and saw me standing there. ZI did not know you have to have pool passes to so in the pool area whether you swim or not. She asked how many people was staying and I told her 5 but she still only gave me 4. The staff also came into the pool area to enforce this process also. I have never been to a regular hotel and you had to have pool passes. It could at least state this when you make your reservations. It started raining and the cable went out. Sat there for at least 10 to 15 min. looking at signal lost.

The whirlpool suite was everything and then some. The property was very well maintained. Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. My husband and I have decided to stay here once a month just for some relaxation in the whirlpool tub.

The guest service was excellent. Dua, was very friendly, detail oriented and professional. I always appreciate the great service you have provided. The hotel it's self is very peaceful with great staff.

This hotel was very clean. Stay was overall very good, but having something besdies basic cable would have been nice. The phone app for showtime really isnt the same. The breakfast was good as well and didnt run out

We stayed Tuesday through Friday, and absolutely loved our stay! The fish pond in the breakfast area is too cool! The breakfast attendant Janifer, and the front desk attendant Nadia were super helpful. Janifer went above and beyond for to make everyone feel welcome and she is so friendly and kind! I will stay at this hotel again, just because of those two women! Thank you ladies for making my families vacation one of the best, yet!

I stayed here for 6 months. It was the best 6 months of my life so far in 2019. I felt like i was away in paradise on a private island!!! Spacious, spotless clean rooms! ALL of the FRIENDLY STAFF accommodated MY every requests with a SMILE. Free food, free wifi!!! This is a FAMILY orientated hotel, so everyone has children! rite! Let them have fun. OMG!! Clean pool, Clean Jacuzzi & private balcony with patio furniture. I even had a footrest. So as I sat on the patio, I was able to put my feet up on footrest ooohwee! I encourage & refer everyone to treat themselves to the BEST WESTERN PARADISE of WARREN. We felt very safe & secure! When I am in Michigan, I will only stay at this hotel, again ITS THE GREATEST IN THE WORLD!! The MANAGERS treat you like family. Juan & Jennifer are ANGELS sent from HEAVEN

Best western lobby and dinning area were very beautiful and the room was nice. Check in was super easy and smooth. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The pool was super cold but the hot tub "of course" make up for it.

First off the hotel was supposed to be smoke free it wasn't because walking the halls you could smell things being smoke. Second the pool suppose to be for guest only but it wasn't don't mind it but I was hounded about that upon checking in. Thrid I ask for more swimming pool bracelets because the ones me and my family had wore out they complain about that. And the breakfast was horrible. I would not be return next time.

The people that run the hotel are great and the place is nice and clean. I booked 2 King rooms with balcony and both smelled of cigarettes so badly, we asked to move. This was done quickly & the staff was very apologetic. Just be aware that if you are a non-smokers, don't book a balcony room.

I stayed at the hotel to best the heat.my children and I enjoyed all the amenities it's a very clean and comfortable environment and upon checking out we were helped by a young lady named Dua amazing customer service thank you she made us feel very satisfied we will stay here again.

No shuttle sever as was listed on web site This is not a Baymont it is a Best-western Have not changed any of their web site information. I have stayed at the Best Western Warren Hotel twice this year. The staff is hard working and friendly. The hotel is clean, breakfast and pool a great added value and very comfortable rooms. I'll be back.

Room not properly cleaned. Bandaid in our private hot tub in the room. Lobby reeked of chlorine. Will not be going back. It is a nice location. Staff was nice. Found rose petals under bed. So room wasn't cleaned.

Sign up with Expedia and the balcony rooms are 87$. This is the only hotel I know of with a balcony. Very nice. Good price. Would definitely stay her again. Pool has adult hours. Open from 8 to 11p adult hours ate 8 to 9 and 10 to 11.

These rooms are not worth 100 dollars a night. The pool is to cold,the hot tub to hot you couldn't relax in it.the toilet seats is so low to the ground and the toilet tissue roller was located under your arm pit.very uncomfortable they need to try putting it on the wall infront of the toilet.

There was a snake measuring about 16 inches just inside the rear entrance. Could not sleep because of hotel guests partying very loudly at night. Room was obviously not vacuumed before we got it. Bed sheets and covers for the two beds in our room had stains on them.

Fairly decent shower, room could be darker, but okay. Friendly staff throughout. Breakfast room is spacious and well lit. The Internet speed as checked by speedtest.net was over 70Mbps download and 60!! Mbps upload. Best I've ever seen except with my Spectrum connection at home.

I would be afraid to stay again as people were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in rooms around us. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is great. The hotel is easy to find and parking can be an issue if it is busy.

Just returned from our visit. Clean room..friendly staff and guests. Good complimentary breakfast. Quiet hotel that's great for family stay. Pool was a bit too cold for our daughter, was only slight drawback. Would stay here again.

The employees there was AWESOME, friendly and very respectful and kind and a pleasure to have conversations with and UNDERSTANDING as well as helpful and thoughtful. The way they made me feel was very comfortable for a mother that misses her own home for being in a house fire and haven't found a home and lost my employment due to that reason. So yess that stay for those two nights was AWESOME and the price was RIGHT. Thank you ALL

We were here for Valentines Day 2019 for 2 days!! Great, excellent, peaceful, very very clean & secure!!! Front desk staff 24 hrs exceptionally professional & courteous. I will be back. My 90year old granny & granddad came to visit us. They enjoyed the lobby with fireplace, & 70 inch flat screen tv in lounge area. We all felt like home. Very close to shopping, movies, hospitals. My granny wants to go back on her anniversary with granddad. The balcony has the covering so we sat in the rain & snow.. that's my favorite

Nice place, love the adult time pool hours. Low key not over busy! Nice bathroom great big mirrors for closet door. Not so great with cable tv options. Good location in between two Walmart's. Nice staff.

Very neat and clean, staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are very pleasant and the hot breakfast is a terrific deal. Everything you need is nearby...great restaurants, stores, and all kinds of services. I've stayed here for years and always love to come back.

Stayed here with family several nights. Everything was great until it was time to sleep 2 nights in a row unable to sleep because of loud parties. Made several complaints caught the guy at front desk at guest computer playing game and he ignored calls I was making to front desk. The hotel is in a great location. Staff is okay but could be more professional and courteous. Customer service was mediocre. Based on the area was a decent room and hotel for the price. Wasn't even able to enjoy In door pool or jacuzzi all of the kids everywhere there are adult hours but not enforced. Breakfast selection wasn't great all pork products but was able to eat other items. Overall the stay was bearable.

We loved it. Everything was amazing! Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had, the only Complaint I had the whole 3 nights we stayed was the slider door to the balcony was hard to open and close. But that was not a deal breaker the kids loved the pool and hottub. Other than the children who just jumps in and splashed water at them but that is not the hotels issue.

Love this hotel had a ball in my room in the swimming pool and in the jacuzzi they have an indoor pool an indoor jacuzzi and I was in there customer service was nice didn't have no problems they was helpful

Could not sleep reported guests crying, yelling, and slamming doors 12:30-2:30 am. Didn't get to sleep until 3:30 am horrible experience. 2 noise complaints 1st at 12:30 am and second after 1am it never ended!

The desk manager was upset my 18 year old son went to smoke at 3 am. He came back went to bed we all were waken at 4 AM by police pounding on the door kicking us out because he was walking around at 3am?!?!?! WTF?!?!?! NEVER AGAIN!! IT WAS BETTER AS A BAYMONT!

Initial room was on first floor the room smelled like wet pool towels and was freezing. Transferred to second floor and smell was gone. Still freezing as the air is turned completely off. Initial temp read as 56 degrees (my toddler had to shower and was shivering in this temp). It took 3 hours to get to 65. Next, there was food/crumbs from a prior guest right underneath the bed. The side door's (#3) key fob malfunctions and you have to swipe your card multiple times (sometimes 8 or more) to get it to work. This was not fun in 29 degree weather with a toddler and hands full. Often the door was propped open decreasing the security. Next, the parking lot was completely full on the Saturday night of our stay with multiple cars resulting in illegal parking and others sitting there waiting for an open spot. This is what I chose and just before midnight I got a spot. Also, the WiFi worked for 2 minutes of my stay. Last, it's a noisy hotel. We were however located on the second floor near the stairwell. Our room was spacious.

The exterior of the building look nice. There were people on the balcony and in the window sill. I didn't know what to think about all of this activity on a cold night. Once we were in the hotel things started to become more clear. They had a room with a little girls birthday party. I was worried that they were going to be too loud. That wasn't the case. We had to park in the back and noticed they had an electric car plug in. The pool was full of activity as well was the work out room. We went to the lobby and the fireplace was going and there was plenty of seating. We were offered a snack bag before we went to our room which was very nice. Once in our room it was spacious, clean, and had plenty of outlets. The bed was comfortable, clean and had two pillows for each of us. The heater was a little difficult to figure out but once we did the room was kept quite warm. The bathroom was well set up and the stool was a taller one which was nice for a person with a bad back. I think this is a little gem, not only price but quality and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh bagels, cheesy eggs and sausage patties. They had coffee, juice and water available.

The room looks just like the picture. It was spotless. Everything was attended to and when I asked the desk for some soap and Kleenex oh, it was given promptly. The pool and hot tub area were very clean too. My family had a great night sleep and everything is conveniently located. Would stay at this Best Western again.

We had our children with us and were traveling for our daughters gymnastics meet. We went early the day before to get a swim in. There was at one point 16 kids that basically had no one watching them except for one man. The hotel issued wrist bands to swim because they had apparently had people crashing rooms and the pool. An employee at one point came in after a report of a child getting sick in the hot tub. He did not clean anything and did not check to see that 0 of the children had their wristbands. The same guests were extremely loud and obnoxious in their rooms. After several unanswered calls to the front desk to complain, I had to go down and ask them to do something. The only saving grace was they sent someone up eventually and it got better.

There was suppose to be NO smoking however there was weed smoking and cigarette smoking so much so I had to keep my daughter in the room and put towels down to block the smell from coming in the room as she is asthmatic. Guests were in the Jacuzzi with their outside shoes on drinking liquor and beer. When all of this was reported to the Front desk it fell on deaf ears n o t h i n g was done. Kids out in the hall playing HOCKEY just a HORRIBLE experience. NEVER AGAIN

This hotel is located in quit area, the hotel is recently renovated, so everything is practically new,Its close to shopping areas and a bunch of restaurants around it, not far from express way.Staff are awesome, great service, nice warm free breakfast and 24 hrs coffee available.try it you wont regret, as value towards money is great.

As a frequent traveler this location is outstanding. From check in to departure the experience is wonderful. As a smoker this hotel offers the ability to have a balcony room that allows smoking outside on the balcony instead of going to a designated smoking area or personal vehicle. Will come back when in the area again and again.

This was a very nice clean hotel. I was worried that it might be dirty or run down (which is always a concern) but we were pleasantly surprised. Loved the rooms. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Will definitely stay again!!

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean. Vending machines on main floor only if you are looking for a snack. The staff was very friendly. Hotel is close to pretty much everything you may need.

Had a blast bringing in the New Year at Warren's Best Western! Staff and accommodations were top notch! A hidden gem in the heart of downtown Warren. If you're tired of the hustle and bustle of the larger metropolitan hotels, I would highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed for two days at BW Warren. Only good things to say about it. Check-in process was easy. The room is spacious and super clean and everything looks brand new. The breakfast is great and has plenty of options. It is a good and cheaper alternative if you don't want to pay for an expensive hotel in Detroit (only 20 minutes drive on the weekend).

We were very impressed with the staff, very friendly. Housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean and quite spacious. We didn't have the breakfast but we would bet it was good.

Very hard to find a way in to building to check in due to construction. Had to call hotel to ask how to get in. Was told to park car in lot and walk around to front of building, uhmm...no thank you. I was met at the back door and let in. After checking in and get into room, notice beds were not made and a half eaten apple on the floor. We were moved to another room which was much nicer. Beds were bigger than must hotels double beds. The noise from the construction woke us up earlier than we wanted to wake up. Also the clock alarm went off at 6am which we did not set.

Property is being updated still, there was no access to the pool which is closed for renovations, however everything else seems to be refreshed. Nadia from the front desk staff is wonderful and made this stay very pleasant. The staff overall is top notch, great service.

Really clean rooms and love how they are remodeling and update the hotel. Love the way to control the temperature really neat. Just overall had good stay. Never have problems. Can tell house keeping does their jobs and keeps the room and bathroom clean.

This place is renovating and the breakfast served is what you expect at a Super 8.Been here many times and usually have a decent breakfast.
