Make sure room has air conditioning and refrigerator work before putting someone in room. Fix the elevator. At 71 it's hard to carry things up and down stairs. Not good for my illregular heart either. There is a 2x4 between toilet and sink. I stubbed toe and almost fell on floor. Should have ramp like side not straight up and down sides. The toilet needs repair when some one flushes it, its really load. And staying in a room with someone that is up and down you don't get much sleep because toilet wakes you up every time. Broke last night and would not flush, Was told will fix in morning. Bed slides off of frame. So much light gets in room its like sleeping in the day light. Phone in room does not work at all . By the way was told all problems were normal and deal with it. Stay in different city jets fly until 2 am and they are very loud. Stay here and deal with it is there saying. Can not see beach from hotel. Parking terrible,
so sorry that you ran into all these issues. our navy pilots do a great job on keeping our freedom the way the it is. the toilet issue was corrected along with the phone in the room, the transition strip between the toilet and the vanity has been looked at and is set in properly. be safe stay safe
The entire staff was friendly and knew I was there for a funeral. After having an accidental fall (not there) they made sure I had all the help I needed (extra pillows etc). The hotel rooms were clean and roomy and quiet. I'd stay there again if ever in the area.

Amazing staff! Very clean, comfortable beds, close to the beach. We would absolutely return! Thank you for a great visit! Staff was very helpful and accommodating to meet all our needs. Super short walk to the beach, would totally recommend staying here, great place for families.

Spacious, private,clean. All the amenities I could need. Staff and management were excellent. It was like home away from home if not even better. I wanted to stay and Bebe leave. Location is also right where everything is. Amy shop and anything desired is within walking distance. Ocean and beach is across the street

We are traveling for the holidays and needed a quick overnight before a second leg of the trip. We are so tired of the filthy broken down cheap places even if it's one overnight before traveling on. We decided to spend a little extra, only $20 up from the cheapest and we were not disappointed. It was about 15 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Virginia Beach. It was worth the few extra minutes. Check in was easy and a simple breakfast was included. Checkin was easy.
