Aiden by Best Western Stadtgut Hotel Steyr

We spent a pleasant weekend with my family at the hotel. I didn't think so, but none of the noise from the road could be heard in the room. Our room was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff (Olena) was helpful. The food was very tasty and plentiful. We met extremely hard-working servers (Edina, Zita and Ferenc) who also communicated in Hungarian, making it easier to stay in touch. They were also kind enough to offer leisure program options in case of bad weather. On Saturday evening, Heidi was the waiter, who also patiently and cheerfully answered the requests and questions of the guests.

Location in the middle between Vienna and the lakes. Excellent hotel. amazing and very helpful staff. excellent breakfast. It was exelent to stay.

It was a last minute decision but certainly not a wrong one. The hotel is located outside Steyr so car (or a taxi) is absolutely necessary, however, there is plenty of room to park the car. The rooms are moderate size but offer everything one needs for a short stay. There is a bar on the groundfloor (going for a drink to Steyr is not a realistic option, too far) where breakfast is served.

This is the most beautiful, modern Best Western I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many BW hotels. It is so clean and the beds are really comfortable. The shower was amazing. The lobby and breakfast were the best!! Breakfast is extra charge but so worth it!!! Free parking which seems to be rare in European hotels. The staff is amazing with the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Hard to find these days. I would like to mention Finny and Lucy..they are both rare gems that this hotel is lucky to employ. They are not only friendly and engaging but go above and beyond to accommodate hotel guests. Top notch customer service by these two ladies was very much appreciated. They made our one night stay perfect!!

We stayed in a standard double room during a trip through Europe. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very good service. The prices are ok: €16/person for unlimited breakfast in the morning. The simple beds were very comfortable. There rooms were in oristine condition upon arrival. The bathroom is equipped with soap, body wash, shampoo and hair conditionner. There was a coffee machine with cups and glasses in the room.

The hotel was a great value for money. We could book short notice for a fair price. Room was functional and clean. The location is not exceptional. We didn't try the restaurant and decided to skip breakfast as it was expensive. We had a room with open bathroom which was fine but big issue was the noise of the ventilation for the steam. Anytime we turned on the light for the bathroom or toilet, it started and made a lot of noise for 20 mins. Otherwise, perfect for a short stop on a long journey.

Top new hotel at very quiet location, very close to city center, between the nature. Very nice modern design, loft style. Very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. At the room there is tee & coffee, fresh water. Highly recommended!
