"Amazing Costumer Service"

Our stay could have been awful as we showed up at 2am and had Wrong date booked, fixed instantly, room was not cleaned, moved right away. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she fixed the issues without any trouble. This meant we were able to get 3-4 hours of sleep before getting back on the road. The second room we got was cleaned well and was quite modern and nice. I liked that the bed had its own room.

"Weekend Trip"

Took a quick weekend trip to attend Hampton Seafood festival. Stayed Friday - Sunday. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. I got there early and they accommodated and gave us the room early. Convenient to shopping and the beach is less than 15 minutes away. Breakfast was great - full breakfast with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, but staff unfriendly. Breadfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Would stay at Best Western hotel again, but probably not this one, would stay at one closer to tge beacges that we like to go to.

Great hotel. Family or business. Cute breakfast area. Lots of different choices. And it's a HOT breakfast. The room was nice. It had all the amenities we required It was a quiet room. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restraints. It is set off the highway but we could t hear any noise.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay at Best Western. A couple of mishaps perhaps. The room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the remote didn't work properly. Can't wait to return next month.

Excellent accommodations. We were greeted by friendly staff. Facilities available were explained. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to get back on the road from BW to get to anywhere we wanted to go.

I came here because of the good reviews but was it wrong. The service and front staff was very friendly but as soon as I went to my room, it looked like I was walking in the hallway of the service side, the vacuums were right in the front door. (It was 7:30PM). I opened the door and it smelt like smoke, I had to double check my reservation to make sure I didn't get a smoking room. I looked into the bathroom and there was flies coming out of the drain. I was so disgusted. I settled in anyways as I travel for work and had to wake up at 4AM the next morning to my next office. I woke up to people fighting and screaming in the hallways until 2AM. On top of that, I heard my door handle as if somebody tried to open my door. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. Due to my job I stay in a lot of hotels but this one was by far the worst.

"Dirty room. Look elsewhere"

Tub full of hair, musty, in need of major renovation. Hallway reeked of chlorine from pool. "balcony" was dirty and unfit to go out on. Air conditioning could only be set in the 50's or 70's. Not worth the money.

No hot water all weekend. No warning of it to guests checking in. Staff and manager didn't care. All hotels in area were full or we would've checked out. No offer to make it right by at least offering a discount. When I inquired about that with the manager, he was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. The room was $197 with tax per night, and cold shower all weekend. By looking at some of the earlier reviews it appears there have been water issues in the past. It's just wrong to think people will stay there and pay full price and not be able to shower unless you can stand freezing cold water. Our granddaughter was with us, playing in a basketball tournament, obviously she needed showers. The staff could only tell us they “have a call in”, with no idea of when it would be fixed. It was like that when we checked in and still like that when we checked out. I told the manger over the phone that I was filing a complaint with corporate and would never stay there again. He said “ok” and hung up on me. Oh, and my card got charged for 3 nights not 2, so let's see if that refund gets processed since he said they can't issue any refunds….

nice clean hotel; rooms very clean, lobby dining area well kept and cleaned several times daily, friendly helpful staff ; Donna & Kathy are the best !!! , good breakfast, coffee 2 thumbs up . only complaint is don't put the magnetic key cards near your phone or they stop working.

"Great beds but not much else"

No hot water in the shower! Doesn't matter what time you take one-yet sink water got very hot. Strange. No premium channels or movies, bathroom had little flies in the sink that were coming up from the drain. Ew!

I've stayed there 5 times. This last time makes me wonder after trying to resolve issues with them. there was no tissues, no toilet paper after the first day of 5 days, had to ask for towels, no trash pick up, broken door, rude front desk clerk when asking for supplies. Tried to contact people and only got standardized responses...hoping I would go away. I have pictures of 4 days worth of rubbish, dirty towels and the broken door. The heat would alternate between hot and air conditioning. After staying satisfied many times why do they ignore me Now.

"Absolutely Filthy"

I stayed at the Best Western Hampshire Inn for one night. It was literally the filthiest hotel I have every stayed at. The check in process was terrible as well. I prepaid online, so I assumed all I had to do was go in and pick up the key. That process took about 20 minutes. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. She acted like all the guests were just taking away her time to stare at her phone. When we were checking in, there were two other groups who were each having issues of checking in as well. One group was actually on the phone with the manager because they weren't even given any room after they prepaid as well. Once we finally got our key, we went into our room and realized we made a huge mistake of booking here. There were crumbs all over the couch and carpet. There was even a coke bottle left on the floor. Obviously the maid didn't bother attempting to clean. When we opened up the hide a bed, it had food crumbs all over inside the mattress as well as what appeared to be a bunch of clumps of sock fuzz. In the bathroom, there was a bunch of hair on the floor. Gross! To make everything worse, we were freezing and discovered the temperature was set to 63 degrees. We tried to turn on the heater and realized it was broken. It only blew cold air, no matter how high we set the temperature. It was just making it colder. We never went back downstairs to complain about any of this because we didn't want to have to deal with the wrath of the front desk lady again. We just dealt with all the problems ourselves and couldn't wait until the next day so we could go to our next destination. One plus was that they did have a free breakfast in the morning. It was mediocre, but we were still very thankful that it was offered so we didn't have to go out and find our own breakfast. Also, for your information, we were charged extra because we had our son with us as a third person.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel, especially the pool (which we had to ourselves) and the variety of breakfast offerings. There is a shopping center nearby with restaurants and many shopping options.

This as are most Best Western Hotels was excellent. The staff was very friendly and hard working to make my stay wonderful. I have been staying at Best Western's now for two years and only once did I have a bad review of one. All the rest have be great. Sleep Quality was very comfortable but I wasn't home in my own bed which I think we all have problems there a little.

The hotel seems like it is brand new. It was immaculate and bedding was very comfy. It was nice to have a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes) as many hotels had pre-Covid. The drink cups and plastic flatware were individually wrapped in plastic--nice touch! The front desk manager was extremely patient and accommodating. Seabrook is a neat town with lots of amenities.

this hotel was very clean and the friendly and helpful staff. Junior is vey hard worker. You can tell he likes his job. He kept the breakfast area very clean wiping sown counters after people left the area and kept the food stocked. At check out, I had the pleasure of being helped by Donna. Front desk was unable to figure out how to charge a 2nd credit card for rest of stay. 2nd front staff ar check out assurred us all was well, then gace ys someone else's receipt. After traveling more than 50 miles back to hotel, I contacted both card companies and the the entire bill was still on both.

"Maintenance Person Refused to Wear Mask - Unacceptable"

AC in room was broken and the maintenance guy who came to fix it refused to wear a mask. This is unacceptable, irresponsible and unprofessional - 600,000+ COVID-19 deaths in the US. Take it seriously!

The worst stay ever . If I could give it a 0 I would. Left cell phone on breakfast table went back front desk said there was no cell phone. When we pinged it from computer we could here it at the desk pretty much front desk tried to steal it till they heard the loud ping and knew we were searching it. Couldn't trust or communicate with staff didn't speak English and packed our electronics everyday we left brand new box of allergy pills taken from the room. Will never stay here again!!!! Not to mention had to go to front desk to get towels and garbage bags replaced what a waste of money!!!!

First room I entered has smoking odor, exchanged for another room, it was fine, but still has air fresher smell, I preferred room without using any spay chemical. I reserved 5 rooms for this trip, but I was charged for six rooms. Manager did make correction on the billing. John at front desk was very friendly and cautious, very helpful. Room is large and clean, provide plenty shampoo, conditioner and soaps.

"Unhappy Customer"

I booked the room using my rewards points or so I thought. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in everything was fine. The next morning the front desk called and told me to stop by the desk to make final payment before I checked out. When I went to the front desk to explain that I paid for the stay using my points the manager was not pleasant. Basically I felt he did not want to hear me out and kept walking away. I did call Best western rewards and got everything straightened out. But I felt the manager was very disrespectful. He did not want to hear what I had to say and kept talking over me the more I explained. Also called the next day to inquire about something I left behind and could not get a straight answer. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

"Worst customer service ever."

When I say worst I mean it. We were in NH on business and called ahead to make sure Covid protocols were being enforced and was assured by the front desk that masks had to be worn in common areas. When we arrived there were signs requiring masks be worn. Things got weird at check in when we were talking about quiet time starting at 9. We were told that out of town high school sports teams stay there and if it gets noisy late we could call the front desk. At check in I mentioned that I did not want to be awakened late at night and were any sports teams currently checked in? She didn't know she just went on duty. I would have looked it up and shared the information. She did not. We were getting up early and went to bed early. From 9 PM until I checked out there were slamming doors, yelling, people running up and down the hall. I called the front desk and they pretty much told me that they couldn't monitor the entire hotel and thanks for your call. We had no sleep and were unprepared for the business part of our trip. I couldn't get to the front desk because the lobby was filled with people not wearing masks! I finally got to the desk and explained how upset I was. I felt lied to. What's the point of having mask rules and not enforce them. I told her how horrible my night was loud no sleep etc. I asked for a refund and was told only the manager could do that and he was not on duty. I was shocked. No one would take responsibility for the total failure of service! I asked her to call the owner/manager. She didn't want to but she did. As soon as she handed me the phone the owner/manager started yelling at me. Screaming at me. How dare I bother him on his day off. He actually called me names and before I could tell him how bad my stay was he screamed at me that all I wanted was a free night. He really didn't care or want to know what a guest thought because he was so annoyed that someone would interrupt his time off. His name is Ismail Pethania. Please ask for him by name. I'm sure he would love to yell at you too. I still can't believe it the owner of a hotel in a competitive market would raise his voice to a guest because I dare to hold him responsible on his day off. I will never stay here again obviously but people should know just how bad customer service or lack there of can be. We often stay at the Best Western brand. Never again we are done with BW. Ismail Pethania. Owner/manager. I still have not received any refund.

"Horrible stay"

I was originally told no room were available for early check-Ins but Donna took my info and said she will call me as soon as one came available. I never got that call but came back to check on things and witness another couple checking in early. She apologized and said she got busy and forgot to call. Hmmm. Also, I thought I was going to swim in pool until I saw another family swimming in pool with their dog.

This hotel refused to let a few cars park in their parking lot during a blizzard! These vehicles were transferring pets to their forever homes! Why??? Update your customer service policies! This is not acceptable.

Nice room, spacious, clean. Beds and pull out couch comfy. Kids enjoyed the pool, location was perfect, staff pleasant. Grounds well kept. They were willing to work with me on the rate as I had reserved at one rate and found it lower on Travelocity. They VERY pleased with this hotel. Only downfall was lobby noise in the morning but it wasn't horrible.

Uncleaned Room. Sheets were not washed. Just turned inside out. Old dried food on the comforter. A blood stain on the sheet. Long hairs all over the bathroom floor. I accidentally left a bag of clothes worth of $50 in the hotel. They stole it and said I never left it there. I left the first night and it's been 7 days and no refund yet. They will rob you. Sleezy, dirty hotel. Should be shut down. It was horrific.

I booked this room for a girls weekend for my friends birthday. The room was decent however there was a stain on the comforter that really grossed me out. She took that bed but it made me question the cleanliness of the room and especially the beds. The bedding was also very wrinkled. Due to Covid there was no breakfast unfortunately. Thankfully we were able to book the pool (only one room at a time). The front desk was super helpful and friendly but again, especially during a pandemic, the bed really grossed me out.

Very clean, updated recently. Bed was very comfortable. Front staff very helpful. Check in and out with ease. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good. Had a king sized bed very comfortable. Easy access to room from the parking lot, which was well lite. Also easy access to i95.

I stood there for 6 weeks on business and everyone from the front desk, the housekeeping and even the delicious breakfast cook were absolutely amazing to me and my coworker. They ALL made sure we were comfortable and did everything they could to keep us feeling welcome! Sorry for the late review but so worth the stay!

"Upgraded Hotel"

This was the second time I stayed here this year. Totally upgraded, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to shopping, good quality for the price. My room was uograded since they did not gave the room tyoe on the floor requested which was great but the TV in the bedroom did not work. I called the front desk ans they said they would send someone to fix it but since it was late and I was traveling alone and already ready for bed I declined. The cleaning service should check that the TVs are working when they clean the room. I would have rated this a 5 if not for the non working TV.

Check in was made very easy. Also very helpful in helping us fine a very good restaurant and a close place to buy some beverages. We had a suite with king bed with separate living room and bedroom. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Had a large screen tv in both rooms. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were extremely pleasant! Even upgraded our room to help accommodate my husband's disability. Breakfast was great, nice variety of items for those eating well or naughty. The room was beautiful and very clean. I'm a bit squeamish about rooms most of the time but, it's cleanliness pushed back any of those thoughts, it meant a lot to me. I swam in the indoor pool and it was beautiful. I would stay there again anytime!

This time is the second stay for us. This time we chose the suite.....nice choice. The staff was really the same team,good sign.Donna,John,Arlene and a lady on 3-11. Her name Shantel?.Very nice team. A Special Shout Out To Brianna:) :)! Must say she is a wonderful gal.Comfortable king bed and pillows.We were unable to use the pool this time as it was under maintenance no worries.We stayed for 5 days did what we wanted to do,Love the area we shall return,keep up the good work !

We were in the area visiting family for a few days. This hotel was very nice. Conveniently located to highways, shopping and restaurants. Helpful, courteous, friendly staff. Clean, large room, comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom, good breakfast included. Our room was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Very nice hotel with recently updated rooms - modern and clean look! Breakfast choices were ample with many hot/cold choices to select. Coffee/Tea choices as well. Check in was fast and efficient, as was check out.

We spent our first night in New England after a long flight into Boston and it was just what was needed. Welcoming place with large, comfortable and clean rooms with all the things you need after travelling. Fantastic buffet breakfast fuelled us up for the journey ahead and it is perfectly located for the coast, interstate and restaurants for dinner.

Phenomenal accommodations, staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and above average! Mattress is so good that we are replacing ours at home with exact same one! Breakfast is fresh, love the flavoured waffles! This was a business trip but I will definitely return with my family!

I had a really good time with my family, we enjoyed it all. Breakfast was amazing and we loved it. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool was also awesome. We will definitely be coming back.

I'm not one to write reviews, but after seeing some negative reviews and comments I have to say that the time my family and I stayed at the Hampshire Inn we had not but amazing service, rooms we're super clean and the General Manager made us feel like we were right at home. I'm guessing some people like to trash on places just to get a free ride. Shame on you people. The staff was very friendly, and we have all ready made plans to come back. Thank you to the General Manager and the Staff gor an amazing time.

This is a perfect location & reasonably priced hotel. The hotel and Rooms were very clean. The Bed was super comfortable too!! The breakfast was a nice treat and the coffee was excellent also!! Plenty of parking around the building.

We were visiting family in the area and needed a few nights to sleep out before flying back home. This location was ideal as it is near the beach area we were at. It is located right off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I have stayed here a few times. Great location. A short drive to the ocean with plenty of eating and shopping options close by. It's best offerings, is a spacey room at a reasonable price. Great choice for all seasons of the year.

We generally go to Hampton Beach a couple time a year so thought we would give this new place a try. I like it and want to go back. The pool was a little cold for me but I am a senior and we are always cold..lol

Very clean, great location! Close to everything, easy to find. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The only disappointment I had was with the breakfast. There were not enough tables to sit at, very limited seating...only one waffle maker, so it took a while to get one....and food wasnt restocked very quickly....we got down to the lobby with a half hour more of breakfast and there would be no danishes or muffins...other then that great place to stay for the price and the drive to the beach isnt to far!

Hotel is clean and room was wonderful. Room 106 is at the end of the hall has a lot of noise from fire door opening and shutting needed to have a softer door closer. But overall hotel is wonderful worth $600 we paid for three nights, Had eggs and meat full breakfast. We were close to our destination.

I booked a suite (2 beds and a sofa bed) a couple of months before our trip through New Hampshire. I informed them multiple times (at booking and again in the online check-in) that we would be arriving close to 2am, due to the timing of our flight into Boston. While checking in, I noticed we were assigned to a regular room, and when I pointed out the error, the front desk clerk moved us to "the last room available" and said it would have the sofa bed we needed. By the time we finished checking in, and dragged our 4 tired kids and luggage inside it was nearly 2:30am and guess what.... huge room, but no sofa bed. Given the time of day (night?), we knew we had zero other options so my husband took the floor and one of our kids curled up in the little chair. Thank goodness the rooms were at least freshly remodeled, so the floor didn't appear nasty! (That remodel is the only reason I'm giving the experience 2 stars instead of 1.) At check out, I mentioned the room did NOT have a sofa bed after all, and this news was not met with an apology but instead an eye-roll and quiet sigh, and then asking if I was a rewards member.I was flabbergasted, as was my 11 year old son whom was standing there with me. I've shared this story with Best Western as well, and have received zero response. Definitely don't recommend this location or brand.

We were just here for one night and overall it was clean, welcoming and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the pull-out couch to use as an extra bed, however, my daughter said it was not very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was good. It was a little crowded in the breakfast area but we were there at a high tourist time. The staff was friendly. My kids appreciated the pool.

· Poorly managed hotel. Website reflected check in time was 3:00 p.m. We got to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and was told by the front desk that they were running a little behind with getting the room ready but it would be ready in 30 minutes. We sat patiently in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready. Meanwhile we saw other couples arriving to the hotel after us and getting checked into rooms. I questioned the front desk personnel and was told that wasn't our room. I've booked hotel rooms for 30 years and have never booked a room by a room number, only by the type of bed. After also hearing the housekeeping staff tell the front desk that the hotel guaranteed their check in time as 8:00 p.m. not 3:00 p.m. as also posted on the hall behind the front desk I called Best Western's corporate number and they confirmed that the check in time for this hotel is 3:00 p.m. After letting the front desk know that corporate confirmed the check in time we finally got our room at 6 p.m. When we got to our room no towels in the room. We called the front desk and were told housekeeping knew what rooms needed towels and they would bring them by shortly. Went to dinner. No towels were delivered. My husband went to the front desk at 10 p.m. and was only given the bare minimum. TV only had one channel working and volumn was stuck on extremely loud setting. Tried to get front desk to help. Not sure if he didn't know how to fix it or didn't care to help. The next morning we inquired to the front desk and were told that the tv needed to be programmed. Day 2 the tv was fixed and sufficient towels were left in our room. After our horrific check in experience I would NOT recommend this hotel, nor will I ever go back!

My family booked a one week stay at this Best Western. Upon arrival there were cleanliness and other issues. We were ready to leave the hotel the next morning, but we were fortunate to speak with Donna, the hotel attendant at the main desk. She turned our vacation experience around for the better! Hotel has been newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean.The breakfast was the usual hotel free breakfast. The breakfast room was small, only seating 24 people so we had to bring the food back to our room. We asked for a room in the back, less noise from the highway exit. Hotel is very close to Seabrook Commons Shopping area and many restaurants. Also easy off and on to the highway.

Although the room wasn't too bad, the bed was comfortable,(but the sheets were scratchy), the servicing of the room was a problem. Towels were left, bed sloppily made and trash emptied and that's it. The toilet was not cleaned from Saturday to Wednesday and it needed it. Nothing was vacuumed. We walked over the same little piece of paper the whole time waiting to see if it would be vacuumed up. The thing was never touched. If we left a washcloth in the tub it was still there after they"cleaned". One day we were out from 8am to 3 and we came back to a room not yet serviced. The common areas seem clean but the rooms need attention. One drawer was so dirty I did not put clothes in it. Won't likely be staying again despite the perfect location

After many years we decided to return to the area. We were happy to see how lovely it has become! Our room was comfortable. Every staff member was very pleasant.Breakfast was okay wished it was hotter,good coffee and juices. In room coffee was also good. The loading area for luggage needs to be cleaned up,a trash can would be used surely if it were there.

Great place to stay,would definitely stay there again if we ever go back that way. All the employees were friendly and also went out of their way to give us directions on how to get where we needed to go. Easy access to shopping and restaurants The free breakfast was average sausage ,bacon, ham ,home fries cereals,waffles ,yogurts danish juices and the best coffee dispenser I've ever had The room was good.The couch was nice to have and the bed was comfortable .. We really enjoyed our recent stay. Everything looked and smelled brand new. The furniture, fixtures, and accessories (Frig, microwave) were top notch. Moreover, modernization of the suite to accommodate today's devices (iPhones, tablets, laptops) is apparent. Special shout out to how amazingly comfortable the bed was for us. Like sleeping on a mound of cotton. Ownership must've dumped a boatload of money into this re-imagination to have it looking, smelling and feeling so lovely. Guest service was impeccable, though admittedly our only direct interaction was with Donna. She's aces! And housekeeping's service tag in the room, in the shape of a cute little frog was an especially nice touch. The breakfast was perfect! Don't change a thing. The only criticism really was the weak water pressure from the shower and toilet. Though, from the vantage point of efficiency, it's certainly understandable and expected in a limited service facility. Oh, and in suite 209, the shower door doesn't stay shut. Gravity rolls it back into the open position. Overall, a wonderful stay, managed by wonderful people, in a wonderful location for a wonderful price.

Cant believe how nice this place came out, everything is brand new, its very clean and the staff is great. Donna at the front desk was amazing, that women was doing a little bit of everything front desk, helping with breakfast, helping the guest, hats off to her, Arlene the breakfast lady did a great job with breakfast, lots to choice from keep up the great work. The pool was awesome, Definitely be back.

What a nice hotel for the price! I was worried it would be dirty and uncomfortable, but everything was great. We were able to check in early, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman working the desk even helped us find a place to grab lunch in the area. The pool is very small, no hot tub, but hey there's a pool. There's a small work out room as well. Very quiet. Breakfast was good for being free. Nothing crazy just some waffles, eggs, and muffins. We had a great stay, would go back if in thhe area. Can't beat the price!

I was absolutely amazed when I walked into the front door of this hotel. It looked beautiful compared to the way it was before the renovations that were done . The breakfast was amazing the breakfast attendant was very polite she help me clean my table. The front desk staff smiled every time I saw them. My checking in and out experience was great. The gym was perfect for my workout. The manager was great! She was always walking around and I saw her actually cleaning the floors. Keep up the good work!

I am amazed at the amazing job that was done at this hotel. I have stayed here in the past . The breakfast was so good and hot and alot to choose from. I loved the room and the new decor. Nice staff, accommodating, great pool. Large group at the hotel was scattered and loud the first night - hotel staff felt with the situation accordingly. Breakfast options are good for regular diets - GF options are limited to bacon, fruit, hard boiled eggs and Cheerios.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel which has been thoroughly renovated recently. You would think it was brand new. Immaculate spaces throughout. I was traveling alone but as it was mid-week and not very busy the desk clerk upgraded me to a king suite at no extra charge. Mattress was a bit firmer than I like but I had a good night's sleep regardless. Breakfast buffet was adequate but by no means gourmet. Overall I was very favorably impressed by the cleanliness and integrity of the facility, friendliness of staff and convenient location.

this place was false advertizing right out of the gate! no hot tub that was advertized on multiple websites for this location, had to mess with the tv to get it to work, the phones in the rooms werent programmed correctly so you cant call the front desk to get help, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were scratchy, the internet was far from high speed... not even fast enough to do video streaming without lagging and buffering. was a horrible nights sleep.

Chantelle, the woman at the front desk absolutely made our stay! She showed us around the hotel and made us aware of the indoor heated pool, workout room and laundry. She was helpful, pleasant and professional. The facility has been recently renovated and is the perfect place to stay overnight or for extended business.

This is now a Best Western. I was extremely pleases with the Hotel. Everything is brand new. My room was spotless, Shower was hot. Amenities best I have found. The staff is extremely friendly and welcome you as family. Don't go by the current pictures online for the Hampshire Inn. This hotel was stripped to the bones and refurbished. from the ground up. Location is quiet considering is proximity to the Main Rd. Minutes from shopping and restaurants. Very Happy with my stay.

This property is a great value for the cost and a pet friendly place was a priority. We have both a cat and a dog. The pet policies accommodated two pets and were very reasonable. Many patrons seemed to chose this property for their pet friendly policies. The location was convenient to highway access north and south and area amenities included shopping, fast food, gas, and restaurants. only disappointment was not being able to use the pool while under construction and it seemed like construction had been on going for some time.

"Reasonable rate but......"

We booked this room on Expedia based on the rate. When we arrived we found most of the reviews were accurate - the cleanliness of the hallways, walls, and doors was terrible. The room we stayed in was a disappointment - the room was clean but visible damage to the walls, lampshades, and other areas. The TVs were first generation flat screens with poor picture quality. The bed linens were clean, however I was required to get an extra pillow as the ones provided were to thin. The door to the room had a considerable gap that used a key and could be easily cheated. Morning breakfast was average. The wifi signal was consistent and strong.

Wow, it is so nice to travel and find a good, clean, nice place to stay.. I highly recommend, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly.. Tanya was awesome to talk to you and breakfast was good.. I will be back again for sure.. Thank you so much for caring about your place and giving customers a good place to lay their head after long drives.. Great little town..

"Dirtiest room and bed - hair all over the bed, smelly bathroom"

When we checked into the hotel, it looked old and carpets were dirty, but i didnt care. The bathroom were smelly but I was like I'm not spending whole night in the bathroom, so its ok. I just wanted to sleep, wake early and leave. Then I pull the sheets and find hair all over the sheets. Not a few strand of hair.. but hair all over the sheets (attached pictures). Then I noticed there were some strands of hair on top of comforter, under the sheets, over the bed everywhere. I dont how so much hair can be on the sheet unless a bear rolled on it! We booked two queen bed room. So I thought ok lets sleep on the other bed. When I pulled the sheets, I found not only hair, but some insect poop or something (pic attached). And like the other bed, the hair were there on all three layer of sheet/comforter. So went to the reception to complain. The staff decided to attend another customer who came after us. The other customers were saying they had booked the hotel for the night and the staff was saying they didnt receive the booking. It was very late night and we were left there witnessing all the arguments going on, just waiting for the sheets that the staff could have handed to us before attending another customer. Not sure what the issue was but I was left wondering who had a worse night - the couple who missed staying in the dirty rooms or us!!! Finally we got new sheets (no comforter included) , no apology. And we had to change the sheets ourselves. Very very bad and disgusting experience ever!!! The breakfast was pretty good with more options than usual but that doesn't cover for the dirty bed/room. Oh and I found hair strands in the shower also before we used the bathroom. Cleanliness and hygiene is most important which is clearly lacking in this hotel.
