As stated across all online platforms, we are not a pet-friendly accommodation, and we only allow service animals to stay with us. During check-in, all guests are required to sign and agree to our terms, which includes a notice to all guests that a pet fee will be charged if a guest brings a Non-Service animal into their room. Because of your dog's behavior of jumping on the counter, as well as your own of throwing keys at our front desk agent during checkout, we, unfortunately, will not be able to host you in the future. While we agree that the situation could have been handled differently, our policies regarding incidentals are in place to help protect our guests as well as our accommodations. Unfortunately, if a room is not returned in the same condition it was received, guests will incur a charge for incidentals. This is standard practice for all hotels.
