This was an excellent room at a very reasonable rate! I plan to stay here every time I am in the Greenville area. Most comparable hotels in the area charge nearly twice as much. The housekeeping staff is a very friendly group.

"Nice hotel , tough left off interstate"

Arrived late ,missed the left off the interstate its a quick one as we had to do a U-turn .We got fast check-in with front desk Room clean but we did find clothes from previous guest in one of the drawers Very nice bathroom with it appears granite walls in shower although the pressure in the showerhead terrible The largest tv I think I have seen in any hotel it must have been 50" or better and clear, The ceiling I think was like 10ft , nice I did not like the beds as they were uncomfortable . The stairways also clean The breakfast was ok , They did have sausage and eggs included and they were hot My daughter enjoyed the oreo waffles. I like kellogg's cereal and I think they serve general mills --not a fan This was a nice stay and nice employees and I would go back

I stayed at the BW Plus Piedmont for a long weekend. I had high expectations after reading the reviews before arriving, and overall it did not disappoint. The property looks really nice on the outside. It is in a great spot, set off a main road with restaurants, Walmart, gas stations, etc all a short drive away. There is a Cracker Barrel and Bojangles within walking distance. Frankly, this does not look like your typical Best Western; more like a Holiday Inn Express, and that theme continues into the large rooms. I had room 314, a king room. There was a lot of extra room, so much so that the area next to the bed seemed empty (not a complaint!). There is a full-sized desk and a real easy chair with ottoman. And there is a 49" flat screen in the room - the largest screen I've seen in any hotel other than the W chain. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good aside from a wonky shower head that spewed water everywhere. Noise level was surprisingly low, although I could hear the person in the room above me walking around in the middle of the night. And everything was spotlessly clean. I was surprised at check-in they did not ask for a credit card. So I inquired about it, and specified I wanted to use a different card to pay the bill than the one I booked with online. No problem, the front desk said - just present that card at check-out. Well, not 30 seconds later I got a text from my bank indicating the full stay was charged on the original card (not the one I wanted to use). I should have known better, but just a FYI if you want to use a different card than you booked with. I heard two guests complaining that the pool does not open until Memorial Day weekend - this being the first weekend in May, it was in the mid-80s in SC. They might want to open the pool earlier, or at least make sure the property's website is updated if the pool is closed. The people I overheard said they specifically chose this hotel because they had kids that wanted to swim. Final thoughts - really nice property, relatively quiet, and a good location. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed in which was nice. Went to the room and had no linen for the pull out. I called and they brought them to me. The pull out is in need of a replacement. The mattress was stained and overused. The staff was nice and friendly. The place was clean. The breakfast was good and the person that prepared was nice. On my way out I did mention about the mattress and he just shrugged his head. All pull outs aren't bad because I have been sleeping on them for about a month.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All of the ladies at the front desk were wonderful!! Breakfast area and the food was good. Could have gone to the Cracker Barrel next door but it had all you will need. One of the best Best Western's!

"Expected in a nice location"

This is a typically Best westerns. Clean but not a lot of frills. staff were friendly, and treated us well. Check in and out were speedy and we like the various restaurants within 5 minutes drive from the hotel in many directions.

The hotel was excellent! Everything was clean, well kept, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Check in was super fast. We used the washer and dryer and they worked perfect for washing six peoples clothes.

"Smoke smell"

First time staying at a Best Western and last. They advertise non smoking. When arriving girl is getting off elevator with lit cigarette and our room smelled like smoke. Called the front desk but they said no other rooms available. Never again would I stay here.

Nice. Roomy. Quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure. Decent breakfast. Convenient to interstate and dining...Cracker Barrel easy walk. I read the reviews prior to my stay and cannot agree with any of the negatives except for the fact I couldn't run the fan on a.c. without it being on. Corporate rate was good but rates advertised seemed steep.

The hotel is very clean and kept up with. However, the juice machine was completely broken and awaiting full replacement. The hotel staff was not terribly concerned with how long it would take to receive the replacement. Thankfully, the front desk clerk on duty helped us out and gave us bottled juice complementary to let us feed our child. Also, the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable at this specific location. We woke up every morning with our necks and backs hurting. The most uncomfortable bed I have been on in all of the many Best Western locations I have stayed at throughout the US. The staff was always very courteous and professional! Great location immediately off of the interstate!

"Everything was terrible!"

Do not stay here. Not worth the price or your sanity. Sleep somewhere else. The beds are old, hard and springs are worn out. No water pressure. The room smelled rancid. The staff was unattentive and my keycard would deactivate every night.

It was a nice stay. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff were friendly in the morning. The evening staff needed training. In general they had too many people in the morning. At one point there were more people than guests. All and all it was a good experience.

"AC did not work, very uncomfortable night"

We had two rooms at the hotel. One room was fine. The other, the AC did not work. Called the front desk and they said they would send somebody up. They sent the desk clerk up, who didn't know anything about air conditioning, beyond changing the thermostat setting (I wouldn't have expected them to know). We asked for a second room and were told nothing was available. I would have expected a discount for the room, one given.

My overall experience with this motel was very good except for two things: There was no desk attendant at check in or check out. I had to call, knock, and wait for some one to come. When they came, they were helpful and friendly.The breakfast was good except for the coffee. The Constant Coffee machine that pours syrup into hot water and calls it fresh coffee is behind the times and cheap in a day when people are paying big bucks for good coffee. Brew it and I'll give you 4 stars. The room, the lobby, and the outside were all nice and well appointed.

We wanted to break up a long drive home late at night. The Best Western Plus Greenville South was close to our halfway point so we pre-registered online. The location is very convenient to the interstate. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was tasty with good variety. We will remember them for future trips.

We have stayed in an occasional very nice Best Western Plus hotels. But it has been a while and this one was not very nice. The room wasn't too bad except for the tiny non HD TV. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom ok except no tissues, tiny and little counter space. Tiny, lounge area with worn chairs. Breakfast pretty much like everything else. Instant coffee from a machine, raisin bran with no raisins and plenty of nats. Staff mostly disinterested except for the lady in the breakfast area on Saturday morning. She was nice and hard working.

"Rooms need a little TLC"

Our TV did not work after multiple attempts to be fixed by staff, bless their hearts. The sofa needs a deep cleaning, toilet clogged, saw a bug run behind the bathroom mirror. Their breakfast was good except they leave their apples out all night!! Sorry, not a fan of warm apples. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and it was nice having the gazebo outside.

"Super Convenient and Everything You Need"

This hotel is remote from beautiful downtown Greenville. but it is super convenient to get to off the highway, and it is a few minutes drive to Greenville where I was able to find parking quickly. In fact, the Greenville City Garage waived parking fees the Friday night I was there. I have enjoyed staying at many Best Western Plus hotels across the country and they are a step up. They are refreshed and super clean. The rooms are spacious whether they are a double beds or a King. I am typically not a sound sleeper, but I will say on this trip at Best Western locations, I have slept 7-9 hours without waking a single time. Super comfortable!

We stopped at the Best Western Plus Greenville South on our return trip from Williamsburg, VA. A nice hotel conveniently located to the interstate. The hotel was clean, well kept, and modern. The front desk staff was awesome! So friendly and professional. Our room was large, clean and well maintained. We were on the third floor. We did not hear any noise from other rooms or in the hallway. The ice maker was conveniently located near the elevator on the third floor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

the hotel is good in itself and it was in strategic place for our travels coincidently there was a bad odor in the room as we arrived this was fully booked (due to eclipse!) and therefore we had to endure the smell...the receptionist was nice enough to bring a odor remover machine but it didn't do much...

Wanted to explore Greenville but not pay Downtown prices the weekend before the Eclipse. This hotel is 15 minutes away and a very pleasant stay. We arrived early and our room was ready! It was a soothing and serene setting at the reception desk. Complimentary breakfast offered an array of choices that would satisfy most guests.

When we are in the area, we always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel is well maintained, and their breakfast is delicious. It is close to I85 with easy access. Cracker Barrel is close by too.

The staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) went out of their way to make our stay better than perfect. Very genuine people in South Carolina. It was close to some local restaurants and the Greenville airport (no airport shuttle) Also a short drive to the beautiful downtown Greenville

"Me time getaway"

There are vacations then there are getaways...those short jaunts to remove yourself from the normal everyday things. The area is growing in Powdersville, Easley, and Greenville. I expected construction, delays, interruptions etc....but not at the place that is supposed to be your haven for a few days. The owner of the Hotel is constructing (per hotel front desk) the building next door. Contractors blocked one of the driveways into the hotel, trash dumpsters in the parking lot that blocked the view to navigate the entrance, the pool was filthy and it was 98 degrees or better both days. The smell that hit me when reaching the floor I was on, concerned me, but the hotel must have been aware as the windows were open and a fan placed in it. When asking the front desk if it was a temporary smell, or should I change rooms, said it is just a little repair project and will probably go away soon, besides I booked online, so no changes could be made.

"Hopefully not the standard"

The room we stayed in was awful. First it smelled as to someone smoked in it before and they used air freshener to try and cover it up. The room overall was dirty. The kids found garbage, old hair ties, and an old bottle of face wash right under where the bed skirt falls. So housekeeping didn't really clean the room. The carpet had holes and a rip in it. The bathroom had wall repairs that were just joint compounded, not finished with paint or textured like the rest of the wall. The pool was small, enough for maybe a couple of people to be in and be able to swim. There were people outside seen and smelled doing drugs. The part of town the hotel was in was not the best, not much to do at all. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident and not the standard for a Best Western Plus hotel.

"Bed bugs room 306"

Stay away. Bed bugs. The manager moved my family to another room. The bugs were there for a while, I saw what looked like eggs, juviniles, adults and dead ones. My child was bitten and left blood on the sheets. In the replacement room, the sofa was sticky with maple syrup, the edges of the carpet has dust, lint, food particles, and the shower rod was falling down. Had to ask for shampoo and soap 3 times at the desk. I stayed here 4 years ago and it seems they did little to maintain the place. Fixtures were worn and carpets stained.

I work nights driving and have to check in quite early , usually before others have checked out . The staff coordinated with housekeeping to get a room ready ASAP , so I could get some sleep . Then the lady at the desk (I wish I could think of her name ) went into the room first to make sure everything was suitable for me . I will certainly be staying here on my next trip to Greenville .

";BW Experience Ever"

On arrival - admittedly late (10:45pm) during holiday travel peak - lobby was full of adolescents attending some nearby "Christian camp", reasonably well behaved, but a lot of them all over the lounge area furniture. And, per the front desk, had been there a while already and pervaded the property. Desk staff were preoccupied with changing shifts, slowing service. Porters' trolley/baggage carts were all deployed with no return time estimate or known whereabouts. Checked in to room to find (1) filthy carpet and bathroom floor with visible debris; (2) one of two queen beds with rumpled linens, suggesting it was not changed; (3) radio still playing from previous guest; and (4) message light still blinking from previous occupant - all suggesting the room was not serviced before we checked in. When I asked at the front desk for housekeeping services, the night auditor (who was alone on duty and is not normally tasked with performing housekeeping services), replied that he would "see what he could do". I observed for a bit while he fetched extra blankets for some of the "kids" - then asked to borrow the vacuum to take care of the egregious filth myself. (He was the only staff on duty and was slightly mobility impaired - not a problem when performing as a night auditor.) Returned to use business center to document this experience for management staff - completed my missive to be told that the (one of two) computers I used was not on the network and I could not print! Breakfast the following morning was very poor - "omelettes" that looked like they came straight from plastic wrap, breakfast attendant and front desk staff chatting casually and serving themselves in the dining area while guests fended for themselves in the poorly organized space. I would avoid staying here again.

The hotel does not have trained child care providers on staff. While most travelers who stay with us comment positively about the cleanliness of our rooms and the nice complimentary breakfast: That does not seem to be what you experienced. We are sorry for your experience. This report is very disturbing to all of us and we will redouble our efforts to provide a superior lodging experience.

My 7 year old grandson found a lighter made up under the sheet that was very dangerous then I found a medican serenge under the bed when I was checking to see if any of his toys was under the bed then my grandson was that people where asking for the bag they give out and we where not members so she told him no now come on he is 7 the only people that was nice was house keeping

"Terrible hotel for the price"

First, this hotel has NO cribs, so don't stay there with an infant unless you have your own pack and play. Secondly, the carpets were beyond dirty. There was red (looked like maybe cool aid) on the floor in the TV "room" and the floors had stuff stuck to them otherwise. It was obvious that they had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Room otherwise was OK. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight. I would have liked to have had oatmeal packets (which would be an easy addition), but the hot breakfast was appreciated. Hotel was $139 total. For that kind of pricing, I'd expect a better room.

Stayed here a year ago and really enjoyed our visit. Friendly staff, clean room, Wifi access. No complaints or problems. Unfortunately, not so on our visit this year in May. Had to call the desk for linens on arrival and on our second day. Wifi was intermittent at best.

Incorrect reservation. No late check out . I had to empty my own trash and make my own beds . Very unfriendly staff. Rooms dark . For a new hotel you would expect brighter rooms. Too much competition for sub par service .

Cons: 1. Had 2 general encounters with a particular front desk clerk(7-8-20 @ 5-6 pm)...each time, I detected her as being a unwelcoming and cold person. 2. Room 413: bathtub was dirty inside; it clearly had a reddish stain area about 6 inches from the drain, and a dirt ring around the lower side. 3. Room had no complimentary writing-pad, ink pen, "do not disturb" door card, or a nearby retail and attractions information sheet. 4. Room door deadbolt lock does not extend into slot. Pros: 5.On the plus side, the room rates are reasonable, our room was okay overall, breakfast was good, and maids were courteous and friendly. Hotel is just off I-85. Also, there are various restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast selections made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is listed as continental, but they had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy every day. They also had a waffle maker. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

"fridge froze our drinks"

The fridge froze our drinks and made a mess. Housekeeping came very early in the morning and ignored our do not disturb sign. We sent her away and Housekeeping never came back. Our room was never serviced.

The staff was nice, the breakfast person is the real STAR. She really took the time to make you feel at home. The breakfast was spotless and th she make you feel you were a guest at Grandma's house with REAL cracked eggs that we nicely scrambled, and a assortment of pasties. No one cares if your smoke alarms chirping! We contacted front desk and they told us to dis connect! We did because we wanted to sleep....but standing on the bed was pretty awkward...not safe, and the room was just not clean enough. Won't go back.

We stayed here last week to attend the Tuskegee vs. Newberry game. The room was nice and clean. Since we had such a great experience we decided to book again since Tuskegee moved on in the Div. II playoffs to play North Greenville. This week, the room was not clean (dust everyone from the floor to the table top) bedding thin and dingy and it looked like the beds were rushed to be made. The tv was snowy and the tub had two strings of hair. This is not what we expect from a Best Western PLUS.

Staff helpful, easy check-in, clean comfortable room, good internet, good breakfast. This is what I need in a hotel. They met my expectations. We stayed two nights. They are close to Cracker Barrel where we met friends for dinner. Their breakfast was more than adequate for our breakfast each morning.

"Staff Did The Best They Could With An Inferior Product"

Be careful when you read the Trip Advisor reports on this property. I'd say it's just ok but that wouldn't be accurate. The staff was friendly and helpful to the extent they could but the property leaves much to be desired. The location is quite convenient to Greenville and Clemson but the beds are hard and the bedding bare minimum. As a Best Western Plus you expect a certain standard and I can't see how this hotel qualified. I would look at other options before staying here in the future.

Greenville, South Carolina-(its website says "Yeah THAT Greenville)-not to be confused with its sister city, Greenville, North Carolina is a wonderful world class city with history, a vibrant art scene and beautiful spaces. The hotel is in Piedmont, but this is a suburb of Greenville so only 1 exit south of downtown. The hotel shares a parking lot with a Cracker Barrel restaurant which was very good and accessible without going onto the main road. There's a lot of construction here so drive slow between the parking lots, we just stumbled onto the connecting driveway to the restaurant. The hotel is a real hotel with inside rooms, elevator, ice machine-snacks in lobby and the third floor. We got the double room and the space was sized for a suite. Plenty of room for us, our 80 year old mother and all our gear. Staff was very accommodating. There is a lot of local construction going on so you may be sharing breakfast with some construction roughnecks but everyone was nice and pleasant. Hot Breakfast is served from 6:30 am-9:30am and they had bacon when we stayed there. The meat choices change according to the attendant so you may get those hockey puck sized sausage patties. The eggs are formed like small omelet sand were tasty and hot. The worse that can happen is you can go to the Cracker Barrel which serves breakfast all day. Beds were comfortable and according to our mother she slept all night for the "first time in ages". That may be because we wore her out walking the Falls Park on the Reedy and the Liberty Bridge, 1 exit north to downtown. The beds are very comfortable, linen was clean, shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Didn't see an in-room safe. Has all the stuff we love- Microwave, single cup coffee maker, fridge and flat screen TV with all the channels including free HBO. They even have all the trendy soaps, shampoos, comb and toothbrush standard in the bathroom. To me that, and the room size bring this hotel up to FOUR STARS. We stayed on the 3rd floor and Internet was fast even though the hotel was pretty solidly booked. Getting in the parking lot was a little challenging with all the construction and construction worker's vehicles but this should be temporary. Check out was easy and the staff were extremely helpful and delightful. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Greenville!!

Nice clean new and friendly! Oh and great cookies 24/7! Beds were new and well made with great sheets and lots of pillows. Very quiet. It's near hwy 85, but was very quiet. And there's a Cracker Barrel only 100 yards away. Good breakfast.

Overall excellent. More time could be spent in cleaning the room but it was cleaned, just needed a few final touches. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lobby very neat. Snack area could provide coffee during day. Rate was expensive and too high due to home Clemson football game. Breakfast was average. Sausage could be cooked and not microwaved. Breakfast area could be rearranged to be more efficient. Instead of hot gravy, could use a pot of hot COOKED oatmeal and not instant.

Clean property. Courteous and helpful staff. Too pricey for the weekends. Plenty of places to eat surround this hotel. Easy access to highways. Ice machines are only on 2 floors. Complimentary breakfast is very good and area is well stocked. Coffee available all day.

Had to evacuate from Charleston because of Hurricane Matthew. Booked this hotel in a hurry for one room with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Matthew happened to be the name of the person who took my reservation and was so kind and sympathetic to our situation. After we arrived I asked him if he had another room available, maybe next to each other. He was able to find two rooms together. All the employees here were so nice and thoughtful. The lady(Susan or Sandra) in the breakfast room was very quick to assist you and replenish the breakfast area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast food was good, coffee was really good! I would highly recommend this hotel for it's accommodating staff, clean comfortable rooms and nice area. Cracker Barrel and Burger King within walking distance and the city of Greenville about 15 minutes away.

Stayed here while attending a football game at Clemson. Sandra's breakfast bar was really good! Eggs, biscuits, sausage, fresh coffee. I told her that she saved me a trip to Cracker Barrel (across the parking lot) The room was fine. Nothing fancy, but clean. a/c worked fine, comfortable bed. wifi was free and worked good too.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Greenville,SC for business. It is a very nice place with a wonderful staff. They have always been accommodating with excellent service. The smoking rooms are refreshing compared to most. Smoking areas/floors have a certain smell to them. They must deordorize this area often enough to keep that smell to a minimum. That is nice for us smokers. I love this place.

"Too expensive for room"

We visited this hotel on our trip to Greenville. We were on the 4th floor is a locked corridor because we requested a smoking room. We did not know that they would only clean our room the day we got there and one other day. One day we handed out the dirty items and they gave us clean supplies for the next day because we had gotten back early and were getting ready to go out again. We stayed for 8 days and our room was fully cleaned only once. Most of the time when we got back from our excursions we had to go down to the front counter and get our own supplies for the next day. The room was big and had a nice sized bathroom and we were facing the woods. In the evening on the first few nights a group of men would sit outside of the hotel at their work truck with a grill and play music...sometimes it went on until 10 or 12 PM. Towards the last few days of our trip they had to dig up the sidewalk in front of the hotel to make repairs and this included digging up around the pool we were not able to use the pool. The hotel is about 6 miles out of Greenville and there were only about 3 restaurants and a distillery within walking distance, for everything else we had to get in the car. We paid more for this hotel than some of the hotels in downtown Greenville so I expected much better service from them.

We were on motorcycles. Tired and wanting to get in a room. Room was ok, nothing fancy. Room was clean and adequate. A/C was good. Bathroom was clean had to get extra towels. Breakfast was OK. Hotel had a odd odor in the common areas. We probably would not stay there again.

Hotel was clean and modern. Bed was OK, but a bit hard for my taste. Overall, a very good experience. Requested a non-smoking room, but upon check-in someone had smoked in the room I was assigned. Hotel switched me to another room without question. Breakfast was pretty typical.

"Extremely nice staff. Except......."

The lady that checked me in was one of the nicest front desk staffers that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The same should be said of Ms.Kim and the maintenance guy, Jay. My only issue was with the cleanliness of my room. Whomever the person was that was supposed to clean my room, has to be the worst EVER! She NEVER changed my sheets. Never cleaned my bathroom. And I don't think the room has been vacuumed in weeks! I even found crumbs on my bed that definitely were NOT there when I left that morning. Today...my last night at the hotel, I found that she hadn't even bothered to clean up the room at all. When I asked the front desk why? They told me that the woman has written on her room list sheet ... That I had the do-not-disturb sign on the door. THIS WAS/IS a lie. I came here to train and take classes for my job. I have no choice but to come here again , because I have four more classes yet to complete. I will have to see if there are any alternatives. The maintenance guy "Jay", actually cleaned my room today. He's the BEST! P.S.....I even found a blood stain on my sheet!

"Excellent Hotel"

Our pleasant stay began at the front desk as we checked in. Staff was most accommodating. As medical personnel, we had to leave very early the following morning - before the kitchen opened for breakfast. The manager made certain that there was yogurt, fruit, bagels and coffee available for us to before we left. The hospitality was above and beyond!

"Customer Service Needs Help"

Thought they wood have a crib or pack n play did not have one. Went to breakfast at 9:15 did not realize it ended at 9:30. Way to early on a weekend by the way 10 or 10:30 would be better. But the big issue was the attendant starting putting up the breakfast early while we were making what was left of the food and then shut off the juice machine as I had a cup in my hand, like I was not even there. Did not say hey we are about to close up would you like to get anything. I can wait a minute etc. Just very rude. The front desk is in view of this and the girl at the counter was watching, I went up and said can we finish getting the breakfast that was out, and she just said sorry it ends at 9:30. Not to mention most of the food is perishable which was probably thrown away anyway. Just no common sense from this staff. Also the wifi was down. The night time manager and check in was very nice and helpful.

We reserved a room thru a third party online, and when we got to the hotel at 1am to check-in they had given our non-smoking room away. There was only a smoking room left. The front desk was not very helpful. He said there was nothing he could do and went to the breakfast eating area and started watching TV. We called the third party site we used which was very helpful in giving us a refund and helping us find a different hotel.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We had booked to stay for a family event...all our experiences seemed the same. Rates were not comparable to other hotels for the quality of hotel room. Front staff seemed friendly, but didn't tend to the dirty sheets or comforter at our request. Promised to come in and change sheets...did not! Tears and stains on carpet. Breakfast was good and average compared to most. Our hotel rooms were not up to standard. Not clean, unsanitary conditions. Outside appearance and lobby were inviting, but rooms were very bad.

"Great Stay in Piedmont"

We arrived to a clean parking lot right off of the interstate, which was a plus because I was ready to stop for the night. The desk clerk was very positive and helpful. The elevators are a little hard to find, but if you look hard enough you can find them. The room was extremely clean (which I expected anyway), and the bed was medium to hard - slept great! The internet was a little slow but it's ok, wasn't trying to download a movie, just surfing and phone backup.. The shower water was a perfect temp. The breakfast was amazing! The biscuits tasted as if they were just baked (a definite plus!) Hot eggs and ham were available as were pastries and cereal. Quick check-out and we were on the road again. Would love to stay here again!

Great staff. Nice accommodations. Shower pressure a bit on the weak side. Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Convenient to I-85. Comfortable bed. Clean! Pillows a little too high. I like a much flatter pillow as I sleep on my stomach to the left. Would stay here again as it's 2min. From my job especially on early a.m. pours of concrete.

Hotel is tucked behind the Cracker Barrel restaurant. Needs sign by the road. Convenient - right off of I85. Very comfortable queen beds, beautiful, spacious room and bathroom, fast WIFI, delicious hot and cold breakfast choices - biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffles, greek yogart, fresh fruits, etc. We enjoyed our stay while attending our daughter's college graduation from BJU.

"Don't use cash. They bill your debit card anyways!"

I was so stressed last night because we used cash to pay for our hotel. They insisted on taking our credit card information. Well, they ended up withdrawing $250 from my bank account! That left me with only $50 in my bank, and I have my car payment and health insurance set to come out today! The funds did show back up again when I woke, but I spent my entire trip coming home making phone calls to my bank once I realized what happened. If you don't have enough in your bank account to pay for the night, then don't stay here, unless you like to stress yourself into anxiety. The room on the other hand was clean and roomy. Bathroom was nice, up to date TV and decent breakfast. The bed was a little hard. I learned my lesson. If you don't have enough in your bank to pay for the night, then go camping instead.

We found this to be a great place to stay while visiting family in the Easley, SC area. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with the things we needed, the breakfast was great. An over-all great experience! We'll definitely be returning!!!

Newer Hotel, nice room, friendly staff, and clean ! The breakfast egg was COLD as was the bacon. The sitting area in the lobby was too ultra bright at night, felt like the YMCA. Ok seating. Outside in sitting areas , poor seating or lack thereof. The pool new, looked like a cesspool and was breading either clouds of gnats or mosquitoes. It could be more than a stopover for a business traveler. It could have a coffee bar and dispense adult beverages.

Yes indeed they did...the hotel was overbooked and I had to accept 1 of the 2 remaining rooms that were smoked in. I slept very badly in the ashtray of a room. Even smokers said they wouldn't stay in those rooms.

Clean, quiet, and staff was very helpful. Several fast food restaurants were close by - within walking distance. Very close to the highways and main roads. But tucked back from the road making it nice and quiet.

Great location!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good variety of choices for breakfast. We stayed in a king room and it was clean but the couch was rather worn.Our friends had a damaged area in the carpet outside of their bathroom door. There are several restaurants located near the hotel for both breakfast and dinner choices. If you need to pick up an item you may have forgotten, there is a Walmart right down the street.

I would recommend this Best Western Plus to travelers. We had a very good stay here with a very nice breakfast, clean breakfast eating area. Our room was very comfortable, with a very, very clean bathroom. Staff was very friendly and fast to help. I also like it because it was right off I85 with super easy on and off this highway. Very close to Greenville. And I did not use it this time but Cracker Barrel was right in front of this hotel.

My husband and I make a monthly visit to this Best Western location for activity, plays, concerts, etc. at the Peace Center in Greenville. It's a great location interstate nearby but no road noise in the rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful plus friendly. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in that area.

This hotel is very convenient to I-85, but you can't hear the highway noise from inside the hotel. The staff is always courteous, rooms always clean, beds comfortable and nice selection at breakfast. WiFi is free.

I'm not sure what a Best Western 'PLUS' is all about, but this hotel surprised me. The price was decent and location was very easy and convenient for what I needed. The room was extremely large, I thought, and comfortable. Very nice premium sheets on the bed. I was extremely pleased with the amount of space in this room. And clean!!! The area is right off the interstate, so you get what you expect. Cracker Barrel, Arby's, etc. The reception folks were awesome. I was there to run a race in the morning and needed some courtesies around check out time. They were very helpful in accommodating me.

"Clean, modern, and affordable"

We stayed here for one night only and were extremely pleased. The front desk staff was very courteous and let us check-in early so that we could rest up before heading to a 3 pm wedding. We received a second floor room with a King and the room was very spacious and clean. All of the amenities felt up-to-date and my husband was excited about the well-stocked coffee machine. While we didn't use it, I was pleased to see a microwave in the room. Additionally, and also a plus for my germaphobe spouse, the television remote had been disinfected and placed in a "fresh remote" package! The bathroom was quite large and well stocked and there was a roomy closet tucked away behind a big mirrored door. Free breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal (instant), and an assortment of breads and pastries. The only drawback we had was the noise level. Evidently there were a few sports teams staying in the hotel and we were on a corner room next to the stairs. We heard folks stomping up and down all night and talking loudly in the hallways, which kept us from having a great night's sleep on the very cushy bed (did I mention the pillows? Squishy and wonderful!). All in all, we'd definitely stay there again!

okay stay but was not able to charge my boat batteries based on this being the host hotel for a major fishing event held in the area. accommodations were good and staff pleasant. Had I the ability to charge my batteries as anticipated, everything would have been tip-top.

"Average at BEST"

We were driving from Atlanta to Asheville. After fighting a downpour the whole way in the dark we decided to stop for the night. We were given a King Suite on the 4th floor. It was close to 60 degrees and damp from the rain. We decided to turn on the heat to take the chill out of the room. After turning on the heat the unit started smoking and set off the fire alarm system. We turned it off and called the front desk. Are you ready for this answer? We were told that it only smokes for about 10 - 15 minutes and just open the door to the hallway. Needless to say we didn't turn the heat back on. I couldn't recommend this place after our experience.

I found the staff very unwilling to help with problems in the room. My room had not been cleaned as of 3PM on the day I was there. A problem I reported with the closet was never fixed. The staff was no help with information about the surrounding area. Find you another bed if you aare in the Greenville area!

Very nice comfortable room, very clean. Someone had taken the batteries out of the TV remote, and I had to call the front desk. He came up right away. Normally I don't like to pay so much for a bed, but this was very comfortable. Too bad the internet didn't work so well.

Was told I had booked a smoking room. Never had that happen before in all my travels. I asked for a non-smoking room and was told they were booked solid. It was not easy sleeping in a room that smells like smoke. If you are not a smoker the smell is magnified. I can't feeling like the smell was going to be in my hair and clothes. The location is not that far from Greenville. About 10 minutes up the road. Would not stay here again because I don't smoke and I like having a choice of whether I take a room or not.
