La camera è spaziosa, ma la pulizia è decisamente scarsa. Sull'asse del WC fanno bella vista delle macchie di escrementi... La sala colazione non è molto grande, ma la scelta è sufficiente, sia per la componente dolce sia per quella salata. Da un Best Western Plus ci si aspetta molto di più.
Questo è un hotel che ha tutto ciò che un Best Western Plus deve avere; Wi-Fi ottimo, stanza ottima, bagno ottimo, colazione ok, staff cordiale! Aggiungo che, nonostante la posizione sembri sulla carta un po' scomoda e lontana da Salt Lake City, ci si potrà rendere conto che invece si tratta di pochi minuti, perché il Centro della Città con i maggiori punti di interesse (Capitol Building, Creek Center, Temple Square ed altri) si trova proprio dalla parte dell'hotel e quindi mi sono trovato benissimo anche in questo.

L'hotel è leggermente defilato dal centro ma purtroppo la vicinanza ad una via di grande passaggio non permette un riposo notturno gradevole. Forse le finestre potrebbero essere insonorizzate meglio. Wi-fi completamente assente, una volta fatto il log in, non è possibile aprire neppure una pagina web. Abbiamo purtroppo riscontrato anche la mancanza di alimenti base durante la colazione (pane e frutta fresca) perchè terminati. Quando abbiamo chiesto il rimpiazzo ci è stato detto che al momento erano terminati e non potevano essere rimpiazzati....

Hotel carino con camere moderne e abbastanza grandi, ha anche un vasto parcheggio gratuito sul retro. Colazione inclusa all'americana, buona e varia! L'unico difetto è la posizione, ci si mettono circa 15 minuti per arrivare al centro di Salt Lake City!
Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the spacious rooms, free parking, and the breakfast. I did notice that you had hoped we were a little closer to the downtown area. If we get the opportunity to have you back again soon, here are a few things we can do to help: 1- Parking downtown can be really difficult sometimes. It can often take just as much time finding a spot as it does to ride the train and enjoy downtown on foot. We can drop you off and pick you up from the Frontrunner train station using our shuttle. This will allow you to enjoy everything downtown has to offer without the worries of finding parking, moving your car around, etc. 2- If you need to drive your own vehicle, there are places we can help recommend for parking that are more likely to have spots open. Between the time saved not having to look so much for a spot, and our easy access to the main highway it should help save you a lot of time. I will personally help you with this on your next stay. Hotel con tutti i confort........Piscina al coperto ma con accesso all esterno per prendere il sole inoltre ha una piccola vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda.....colazione abbastanza varia ma comunque Buona. ....Personale gentile e simpatico ( come tutti gli Americani ) e stanze grandi con tutti i confortevole .....la nostra era la camera 122.....assolutamente da scegliere se si è in zona.....
