Best Western New Albany

We come to new albany once a year and it's the place we always stay at it has higher ratings then Hampton and holiday inn! Best breakfast in town and rooms are very spacious and clean! Beds are very comfortable.

I booked a 4 day, 3 night stay with my husband for his birthday. We left before the second night was over. Our first room somehow reeked of wet dog, our second room was not cleaned or serviced beforehand, and then our third room had multiple bloodstains on the bedding! I found out about the bedding as we changed our sheets. We were told by a red-haired woman (night-worker) that we would be receiving a refund for our unused nights. We were charged in full. It has been 2 weeks & we are still fighting to get our refund! They're now seemingly dodging our calls after placing us on hold for a while. This was my husband's first vacation since his medical discharge from the USMC, and it was, unfortunately, a waste of time and money. I would recommend anywhere else.

Very nice rooms. Beds comfortable. The lady working in the breakfast room is very nice and keeps the area clean. Front desk people very courteous. Updated decor and quiet motel. Rate reasonable. We will stay there again.

We have stayed here many times before. I booked a total of 4 rooms for 2 nights - due to a funeral. The rooms were not very clean and the desk clerk was not very helpful. We had requested to rent a meeting room for a family gathering after the funeral and never got an answer. Holiday Inn Express down the road was happy to help us! Guess where we will stay in the future.

Up from Texas and got stuck for the winter storm here. The owner/manager and his family let everyone stay home and worked most the shifts until the roads cleared some for others to come in. No breakfast was available, but no one could get there so am not faulting them for that. I had bread and they let me use the toaster. Staff were amazing during this and specifically the owner who offered me a ride to get breakfast the day I decided to brave the iced roads to leave. All in all, was a great stay considering a lot of us just got stuck. They did an impressive job of keeping it going considering. Walls are a bit thin and some cosmetic stuff could be done, but overall the stay and staff earned a 5 star rating. Back in Texas now I really appreciate the outstanding service. I stayed from Thursday 11 Jan and checked out Friday the 19th. From us to you, thank you for the safe, warm and amazing stay!

The room impressed me with its quality, boasting fluffy pillows and efficient air conditioning. The shower provided ample hot water with a strong, invigorating pressure. The breakfast alone justified the stay, as everything was freshly cooked in the back. Both the night and day receptionists were exceptionally sweet.

I travel to New Albany, MS approximately 2x per year to bicycle on the nearby Tanglefoot Trail. This Best Western is my destination hotel each time. The hotel is clean, breakfast is first rate, service is wonderful and friendly. A great value.

When opening our room, one key would not work. When I went to have it reprogrammed, another guest was having to do the same. Once in our room, we found blood on the sheets. They were concerned and quick to give us the choice of fresh bedding or another room. We later discovered there was also no shower curtain in the bathroom and the bathroom outlet would not work. Those issues aside, the room and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard but IMO was low quality.

The carpets have dried out from cleaning. The potatoes and sausages were still not warm ☹️. I wake up with a stiff and painful back from sleeping in the bed. And yes, it's the mattress. This will be our last overnight stop at this hotel.

Blood stained mattress / Used soap bar in the shower / No Apologies from staff / Zero compensation. We paid almost $200 for this “king suite”. We got to our room and went to open the hide-a-bed for our daughter to sleep. There were urine stains and a 2 foot circle blood stain on the mattress. When we got staff to look, they confirmed it was blood. They did not have a spare mattress and found a sleeper cot in a closet. We asked to swap mattress, and they didn't want to touch it. We insisted it be removed. We called customer service to let them know about this particular best western. Hopefully management empowers their staff to make decisions - they didn't seem to have any power to switch us rooms or compensate for the situation.

The shower in room 115 is very small. Everything else is excellent. The room is very comfortable, the food is good, and the staff is attentive. I always come to this hotel when I work in this area……..

Clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was much better than most. I always enjoy staying here. There is a nice coffee bar that includes hot tea and cold water; available at all times. Just an enjoyable place to stay. I've been here multiple times over several years, and it is always a great stay.

Stayed recently at the Best Western New Albany. The hotel itself is not that bad at all, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Parking was okay as well. Close to gas station and food places which is a plus. I'd go 5 stars but there are a few things they do need to elevate or adjust. First the Pro's Pros: First is the price, great and friendly staff, pillows are of good quality, room size is standard, close to gas stations, eateries, parking, they do have a very basic breakfast that's free. Overall its a great spot and really great hotel, especially for the price. Cons: Beds seemed outdated but functional, toiletries and towels not replaced daily or even every other day, during recent severe weather outbreak no emergency plan and staff not educated in what patrons should do. Top floor evacuated to bottom floor restrooms and hallway for safety during Tornado siren based off news guidance. The last part is just education, not a complaint. Free breakfast was okay, its free-same thing every day, eggs tasted odd-breakfast needs to change and this place get's 5 stars. Besides the mentioned cons, it really was a good stay. Its significantly cheaper than the Hampton Inn across the highway. As mentioned the staff were fantastic, even when requested new towels that were not replaced or toiletries. If you have to stop after a long ride-stop here. DO NOT book at online sites, only use Best Western, saw multiple Priceline and Hotels.com folks lose out because those sites selected wrong stay dates or didn't book at all-just a little advice. All in all great stay!

We return to this BW every time we have to stay over night in MS. (Lately once a month). Staff are excellent in all ways. Breakfast is awesome you must try the waffles but don't forget to flip them over.

This hotel is a gem, surpassing all expectations. The staff and breakfast were truly gracious and top quality. This hotel was exceptional-staying five nights for a funeral. Front desk was hospitable and helpful, quite responsive to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable.Shout out to Deb, staff member who provided an outstanding free breakfast each day. Among top breakfasts we have had ever in hotel stays! Thank you, gracious staff! You made a difficult time more gentle.

Room was musty upon entering. Awoke at 6am to a cockroach crawling on my leg and countless ants in the bed. The staff was very apologetic and pleasant when informed of the issue. We chose not to eat and left quickly for fear of more cockroaches. Was not worth the $147 paid.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staff Hunter. The room was very clean and everything was ready for our stay. Breakfast and coffee were available at 6 a.m. and was delicious. We highly recommend this BW!!

Very friendly staff. Clean. Very dated facilities. Shower dripped / leaked 24/7 while there, all night long. Comfortable bedding. Prompt daily housekeeping. We unplugged the electric air freshener since we do not care for masked scents. Helpful front desk with coffee pod requests. Good location next to several local businesses. Easy beautiful drive to Oxford. Suggest management clean next door lot full of garbage, by parking lot. Or put up a fence.

When I walked in to the hotel it smelled so nice & clean. Check-in was easy. The room was clean & was much nicer than I was expecting. The staff was extremely accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great location to stay when going to an Ole Miss football game. Easy to find and options for dining close to hotel. Visiting football fans quick direct route to near stadium parking at much more economical price than staying in Oxford.

We did not eat or drink in our room, but on the second night we found ants all over our room - in the bed, surrounding both beds, trailing across the floor, and in the corners. It was 9pm and when we reported it to the front desk they advised that they were fully booked and had no where to move us to. They offered us a refund, but only if we checked out and didn't stay. Since we were over 600 miles from home and in town for a football weekend (all hotels within 40 miles were sold out), we had no choice but to have them spray the room with lots of any spray at 10pm. We were not offered a discount rate, and no apologies from the GM (on the phone with the front desk clerk). The fact that they had ant spray waiting at the front desk tells me this wasn't the first time and probably won't be the last!

We've stayed at this Best Western several times, and it is always a good experience. The young man at the check-in desk is always pleasant and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast variety is nice.

Our room (313) was huge and clean. We checked in without any problems and our room was clean and inviting after a long drive from Georgia. Shout out to staff members Cody and Alicia C for providing excellent services.

Toilet seat were broken.. Almost fell off.. The hallway had a wet stale smell. There weren't any linens on the sofa bed!. Could have been a bit cleaner. Customer service was ok. Price was decent so I guess you get what you pay for.. Breakfast was average at best.. I've never seen soggy eggs.

I cannot stress enough how well maintained and clean this property is, and how helpful the people were. The rooms were nice-sized, beds were comfy, the breakfast was better than most. I'm a little sorry I only stayed one night! lol

No problems at all, friendly environment, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, updated rooms equipped with a microwave, 50' tv, nice soft mattresses, work table, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

It was a great vacation went to a football game last Saturday. I enjoyed my self! Like to go somewhere else soon but it takes time. So it will be next year lords weel. It was a nice hotel room to so good

It been years we have been going to this place and this time it felt so different and welcoming and new rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable! Breakfast was one of the best we ever had since we been going there! Keep it up guys!

Clean and comfortable with a great service and good breakfast! We always stay at BW and been with them for over a decade this is one of the best BW we ever stayed at and the landscaping is beautiful as well! Keep doing this! We will be back!

Very clean and updated property! Excellent Hospitality at its finest from check in to check out! Interaction with the Manager was very professional. Breakfast was served fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back by at this location!

Staff accomodated my request X2 for a different room. We were so exhausted we accepted the 3rd room. Still smelled mold. I said "did you have a flood here?" desk staff mumbled NO in an unconvincing manner. AC did not work. Condensation on windows. Horrible! Our clothing was damp & smelly in the morning. Not clean. Crumbs on desk chair & dirty fridge. Will never stay here again.

Disappointing stay. The staff was kind but not all that helpful. No discount was offered. We had a large group. The occupants of the room with mold were moved to the only room they had left which was helpful, that room shouldn't have been rented at all. Others were stuck as there was no other room. A discount was asked for, requested owner to call and discuss, but never heard anything.

It's was okay it's was dog hair on the couch but other then that it was good just need to clean the couch a little better but everything else was great the breakfast was good the ac really cold the location good

We have been at this hotel when we were moving from Alabama and people that works here will take care of you with care! We highly recommend this place if yoh looking for in new albany area! Rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable! With an outdoor pool!

Untrained staff, cold shower, and reservation issues. No need to speak to general manager or owner of property. All they are concerned with is your credit card number! Best Western Reservations will not help resolve mistakes made by hotel

Reasonable prices. Clean, very friendly, free breakfast (and it was good), good service. No regrets trying it. Came back and had just as good experience! And will definitely stay again when in this area.

At first glance hotel looked great. But pool was not heated though website and front desk staff said it was so no swim after a long day's travel. Tap water contained gritty material and was undrinkable but front desk staff shrugged it off as recent "renovations". Despite being half empty, front desk put guests in adjoining rooms where the couple next door's arguing kept us awake most of the night. Front desk staff acknowledged the walls were paper thin in our room but that sure didn't help us after a night of no sleep and many miles to go. Very poor experience!

This was our first time staying at this location. Over all the stay was really good. a few. I would have like if the price for a two night stay would have been a little cheaper. The service as well food was good.

Stayed 2 nights. Very nice room, clean and roomy. There was a sitting area with a couch and side chair, very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. Deborah, the hostess, does a great job putting out the breakfast.

We stay her several times a year on our trips to and from Little Rock. It is always a pleasant stay. The motel is clean, has friendly staff, and is well located relative to our travel plans. There are many eating places close by.

Effective check in process. Clean premises. 100% clean rooms. Great breakfast, with plenty of hot and cold choices. Friendly staff. Great value for the money. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the rooms. Clean bathrooms and showers. Quiet premises.

We have stayed here several times while traveling between Florida ad Missouri and have always enjoyed this fine stop-over. We have always fount this to be a convenient stop. The staff ae always most helpful.

If you are traveling thru Mississippi you should stay at this Hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The price is right and the hotel is really clean and comfortable.I have stayed at a lot of hotels this last year and this is one of the best.

The room and even the stairways were exceptionally clean. The bed was very. comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location felt safe and was well lit. Breakfast was good and had great variety.

Very pleased with our stay. Cody at the front desk was extremely polite and a very nice lady working the breakfast area was just as sweet as can be! Very clean place and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was in our room the shower was really small. I'm 5 feet tall and 100 lbs and it was a challenge not to get my hair wet and to shave my legs.

Quiet hotel, very nice staff and super clean room. Right off interstate and close to a Walmart and many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. We were very pleased with this hotel and it was probably the best BW we have ever stayed in.

Other than this was the 2nd time in a few months that i was as this hotel and the smoke alarm battery woke me from a sound sleep, it was good. The first time, I was moved to another room, which meant packing up and then setting the a/c again. This trip, I choice to remove the battery myself and take to the front desk clerk, only to have trouble finding her as she was smoking weed in her car in the parking lot. She was helpful and nice, but took about 10 minutes to find her as I tried calling first then didnt see anyone outside at first.

We recently attended an Ole Miss game and usually stay in either Oxford or Batesville. The rates were so expensive this time in those areas, that we looked outside to see what we could find. We have stayed in Holly Springs, but the hotel we usually use is looking pretty bad and it was not very clean during our last stay. This Best Western is the best. My family slept well, rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfast was really good and the price was the topping on the cake. The staff was exceptional as well. If you are doing things in Oxford, the drive is a little out of the way, especially since it is a two lane road. The road between Oxford and Batesville is shorter and a four lane, which makes the trip much quicker. Other than that, we had no complaints and plan to stay again.

I love this hotel's location relative to Ole Miss. This place is a bargain! I was able to get out of Oxford after the Ole Miss game and be sleeping in about an hour. The room wasn't fancy but I just needed a nice comfortable place to sleep and that's what I got. The room was clean and had a comfy chair where I could clean up some emails quickly.

The stay was so pleasurable. The cleanliness of the room, the larger waste baskets in the room, the filled sanitizer stations, the friendliness of the whole staff……could not have been better. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Visiting grandson at Ole Miss and stayed 2 nights at Best Western in New Albany. Facility is clean and well lit at night. Room had comfortable bedding, 2 chairs in room and inviting decor. Appears to be fairly new furnishings. Enjoyed stay, will stay again and have recommended to other family members.

Clean room at a very nice price. We had a king suite and were very pleased with the room. Comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel. We stayed two nights over a weekend. This was the closest hotel to Oxford that allowed us to go to the Ole Miss football game.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Excellent breakfast bar, very clean and comfortable room. Stayed here for an Ole Miss football game. It was an excellent low cost option with a 25 minute straight shot drive to Oxford.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in this hotel. We were in the area to ride our bicycles on the Tanglefoot Trail. We were shocked that this hotel only performs housekeeping, to your room, after five days of your stay. That meant In order to get fresh towels, we had to carry the damp towels to the front desk and exchange them. We had to carry our trash to the front desk. Imagine standing in line, with damp towels/trash, so demeaning! The front desk staff were outstanding. There was plenty of hot water but poor water pressure. There is peeling paint above the shower and the wallpaper in the bathroom wallpaper is falling off. Our bed was decent, the pillows are very hard. The breakfast buffet was one of the best since before the COVID restrictions.

We had a late morning check-in to get ready for a funeral and a nap the bed was the best part then the shower lots of pressure, once we returned it was quiet had lots of time to reflect on the day and went right to sleep.

When we came to check into hotel I requested adjoining rooms…..they accommodated me ……but somehow the lock that you flip for extra safety on the door had been flipped and the adjoining door was locked…..after me and the receptionist used a hanger to finally get the room open I noticed mold along the ceiling where it meets the wall……I did keep the room but obviously it was locked from the inside of the room intentionally!!

Read many hotel ratings in the area and this hotel didn't disappoint me. Two things stuck out bit they weren't horrible. First, The ceiling above the bathtub had paint pealing and second, even though the room was non smoking it still had that smell. Fantastic employees. Would recommend and if back in the area would stay again.

Tomeka and her staff have always gone above and beyond for our company. We have stayed with her for weeks at a time and this is the only hotel that our guys will stay at when we are anywhere near New Albany!

Heading home after a long vacation on the coast this was our halfway point to stop. I've never been in this particular area. I was quite pleased with the hotel. The cleanliness, the staff, and the amenities. If I happen through this way again I definitely will check their availability.

We come to town twice a yr and after our say here will stay at Best Western from now on. It was great. We have been coming for the past 4 yrs and have stayed next door at Holiday Inn, but again we were making our reservation and found it was cheaper and. had a nice pool so we tried it and loved it. I have used Best Western about 20 or more times and never had a problem. This trip was horrible due to the conditions of my room. It held moisture, which caused the floors to be damp, and the tile to sweat. I had to buy house shoes to walk around in the room to keep my feet from getting wet and I had to hold on to something so I wouldn't fall while walking across the tile. There was still items in my room when I arrived that belonged to the guest before me and I was charged a different amount then what I reserved for online.

Traveling with my family we totally enjoyed our stay. Very clean, friendly staff, and actually had a hot breakfast option which is nice for a change with all the COVID-19 pro cautions. Or they also offered a grab an go bag as well. Overall excellent stay! If we ever are traveling through again in the future we will definitely stay here again!

We had issues at check-in and had to finish making the bed, requesting pillow cases, for one of the beds, upon arrival. Not something you want to do after a long drive. Sign posted that they only clean rooms every 5 days. This was a complete turn off. We will rethink our options in the future. Had we not pre-booked and it had not been non refundable, we would have walked out!

Apparently the only room cleaned and ready was a huge two room suite, which was really nice because the door to the hallway wasn't in the bedroom, making it extra quiet. Only 3 things were unsatisfactory. First, there was only one tv remote and there were 2 tvs. It worked on both though. Second, the pillows were horrible. Lumpy and hard. And finally, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom so to dry hair you have to use the vanity area in the living area.

This location was just ok, but the staff was great and flexible and responsive. The rooms were clean and quiet and tastefully appointed. The price was higher than expected, so the value was average overall.

Staff was great. Close to everything. Dominoes was close by and ordered Pizza. Couple other shops were close by. Need to get CNN off the lobby TV. Front desk staff were awesome. Plenty of pillows and that was nice.

Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Convenient location. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Though limited, breakfast was tasty and the coffee was good. Large room. We were warmly welcomed and bid a fond farewell.

Best Western New Albany is near Oxford Mississippi, home of William Faulkner's famed Rowan Oak plantation. The Best Western New Albany goes above and beyond standard hotel provisions in comforting guests.

Outside of hotel still had snow and ice 5 days after it snowed. Employees made no effort to make it safe for customers to come and go. Employees had time to go and smoke outside of hotel (we had to walk thru smoke) but did nothing to make things safer. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Very disappointing

Couldn't drive any farther and Best Western is always a good option, but we were suprised at the value of the hotel and its amenities. The beds were great! Roomy enough to accommodate 3 people and luggage. The room had no funky smells, insects, dirt or dust. The fitness center was closed due to COVID so that was disappointing, but staff let me have a pool towel to use on the floor in the guest room. While breakfast had grab-n-go, you had choices: apples, bananas, yogurt, cereal, juice, pastries, bagels, cream cheese, toast, etc. Staff was outstanding: proactively offering breakfast suggestions and casual conversation. The only negative was that the entire shower and bath faucet/handle was coming almost off the wall.

This was my first visit to the New Albany, Mississippi area. The Best Western New Albany was the nicest, and most affordable stay during my travels across the United States! The staff was more than accommodating, and extremely professional! The quality of the room was much more than expected, compared to the great price of the stay!

It's kinda hard to find a clean hotel with no weird smells at a low cost. This hotel is perfect. Check in was great. The checker was very nice and told me about all the benefits of being a member. The room was perfect! After a hard day of work, this gave me a good morale booster. This will be my hotel of choice until I find a house or apartment.

Best Western never disappoints and the New Albany Mississippi location held to our tried and true. From the desk attendants being so sweet and letting us check in really early, to the cleanliness of our room, our three night stay was enjoyable. The dining area was closed due to COVID, but grab and go breakfast items were provided and you could ask an attendant for sausage biscuits you could take back to your room and heat in the microwave. We stayed in a king kitchenette sweet and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have another television in the living area due to the half wall separating, but other than that we had no major complaints. Everyone was nice and personable. We would stay again when in the area.

From the lobby up, this interior is lovely. Our room was large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. We were only there overnight, but it is nice enough to make one want to stay longer.

We stayed here on our way to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and we thrilled to find this place. It is just off I-22 and was so clean and comfortable. We will stay here any time we are in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful, too.

Recently stayed at the New Albany, MS location for a night. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Stephanie. She could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and professional. I was very pleased with my stay there, and will definitely be back. Top notch customer service.

Everyone there made me feel like i was coming home. Best experience at a hotel ever! From making the reservation to checking in to breakfast and checkout everyone made me feel like i was welcome! If I'm ever in the area I will stop by and see Ms Tomeka and staff!

The room was so clean! The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. We loved the sack breakfast with lots of options- breakfast was delicious! The pool is not open due to Covid-19- sad. The price was very good.

You do NOT want to stay here. I am a Best Western Rewards member and stay at this chain all across the US. When I checked in, everything went smoothly. However, I then discovered that they were not servicing the rooms, or even emptying the trash. They did NOT explain this either when I made my reservation or when I checked in. I nicely asked the front desk agent if they would help me (I have a physical disability) and they sad "No, you have to talk with the owner." I was there for seven nights. No service, no fresh towels, no emptying trash, no clean bed linens. Nothing. I called the Corporate office and asked for their assistance. They filed a complaint and stated that the General Manager would respond to me in 2-7 days. Nothing. Zilch. I then talked with two other front desk agents asking for help. Both promised to talk with the General Manager. Nothing happened. Zilch. I checked out after 7 nights. No response, no discount, no offer for support. I will NEVER go back to that hotel. Restaurants in the area were mostly closed, so I had food brought to my room. So yes, there were 7 days of trash and food containers left in the room when I checked out. I felt bad for the cleaning person. But the management there is incompetent and unresponsive. Highly recommend that you avoid this facility, especially if you are disabled. I've never felt so neglected or ignored in all my years of travel.

Everything from the staff to the room and amenities was above great. If we are ever in the area again and have to stay it would be here. The price for our room was less than we would have expected which was excellent.

We were on our way back from Floridia and this turned out to be a perfect place to stay. The people were extradorinarly friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. And the room was also fantastic. Appears to be new. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted upon check in and very friendly. Our room was clean and ready, but smelled like it had been smoked in. We were offered to change rooms, which we did. My wife and I were on a mini vacation to see family members. Had planned on making it to New Albany to the Best Western for the night. Was and checked in easy and fast. Went to fast food for supper and back for a restful nights sleep. Breakfast was very good.

The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and the beds AND pillows were comfortable. There was no noises heard from the hall or adjoining rooms during the stay. Room thermostat was easy to adjust. The refrigerator and microwave worked well and were most useful.

This hotel was right off the highway which was easy to get back on the next morning. The front desk lady was very nice and she had us checked in in just a few minutes. The breakfast was outstanding and coffee was great. Couldn't ask for more.

We visited in March 2019 on our way to a spring break destination. This time it was Atlanta and the Peach Bowl. Since our first stay was great, we made New Albany our halfway point. The front desk was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and got us set up. The room was clean and well appointed and seemed to have been updated fairly recently. This will definitely be our stop in the future when traveling this way!

We enjoyed our visit and will return again. Staff and facilities rate a perfect five stars with our family. Price was one reason we return to Best Western, New Albany, MS over and over again. Great staff

Great option when visiting Oxford! Hotel is fantastic! Staff were pleasant and very helpful, rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was perfect, just what I needed for a great start to the day! Drive to Oxford isn't bad, ~40 min. Would highly recommend!

Perfect hotel to attend an Ole Miss game, however, there's no uber/lyft that will pick you up. They will only bring you back to the hotel from Oxford. Also, there's only 1 cab service. The charge was $80 for 4 people and there was a hour / 1-1/2 wait.

Great customer service. Rooms were great! My wife says the room was the cleanest and most fresh smelling that she had ever stayed in and the bed was the best hotel bed she ever slept in. Great value for the money.

This is a great hotel except for one employee named Audra if she answers the phone do not make reservations because she will say she made them but she didn't. This has happened three times now. The hotel is great friendly and helpful people great rooms and breakfast highly recommend just watch out for Audra

Checked in late and got to the room and no hot water. Called the front desk ( after several attempts cause the phone would not dial direct from the button.) was told there was none in the whole building. Then ask about ice and was told there was no ice either. Had I been told at check in about the Hot water and ice I would have stayed somewhere else. My daughter and I had drove for 10 hours and would have been really nice to be able to shower

Oh my word this was such an awesome Hotel everything was spotless impeccable and A number one. For $88 we weren't expecting anything but it was very very extremely nice,and had been remodeled in 2016.

We stopped her on our way from FL to STL. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway with restaurants, both fast food and sit down, close by. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Staff were great. When we called they had been experiencing a computer problem for 2 days. They took our name and had a room ready when we arrived. It was definitely stressful for the staff, but they had a backup plan in place and handled it professionally. They were friendly and apologetic for the issues. Recommend staying at the BW New Albany.

As I said the service, atmosphere and room was exceptional. We have been there last year and we were very pleased with the service etc. So we decided to stay there again. And as expected the same service as last year.

The receptionist was great, the breakfast was awesome and I over all loved the southern hospitality. We slept soundly and woke up refreshed, the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to checkout later.

This hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had never stayed at a BW before, and were hoping for a comfortable room, but not expecting it to be comparable to other high-quality hotels that we have paid much more for in the past.. The Priceline rating of 2.5 is very unfair.

We personally stopped to book rooms at this hotel earlier in the year on our trip through town and we weren't disappointed. Clean rooms, great rates, wonderful front desk personnel. Andrea has a pleasant personality and offered suggestions for several local eating establishments. Our breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and the usual continental offerings. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean. We will definitely stop again on our travels.

This is a great hotel for the money. Rooms are clean, functional, and updated. The outdoor pool is tucked behind screening foliage at one end. The staff is friendly and helpful. At least once a year, we make a drive where this is a good overnight stop. My only complaint this year is that the bathtub faucets need updating and/or maintenance. Breakfast is also pretty good, considering it's prepared ahead and sits out.

Do not go to new albany best western. They are very disrespectful and will over charge your credit card for random charges that arent even available at the hotel. Seriously do not recomend for anyone.

This hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The staff are friendly and ready to accommodate you. The rooms are fantastic and clean! The breakfast is worth staying for to enjoy before you get back on the road.

We previously stayed at the Holiday Inn Express just a block away (March 2019) but decided to try this Best Western this trip. It was $11 less expensive so decided to give it a try since we make this trip frequently. I can't tell you how glad I am we did!!! It's beautiful and very new. Check in was quick and she was very sweet. This will be our New Albany hotel from now on!!! Highly recommend it!!

We came to MS for our son's graduation for Ole Miss. We were at first disappointed that all the hotels in Oxford were booked full months in advance. But after arriving here, witnessing the congestion in Oxford, and enjoying this clean, friendly, awesome Best Western, we were SO GLAD to spend four nights in New Albany instead! It's a 30 minute drive away, but a beautiful drive, easy access and an enjoyable getaway.

The rooms are great. The workers here all care about you the guest from the moment you walk in they all service and helpful friendly. The rooms are always clean and well spaced inside. The breakfast in the morning is always on time and fresh with fresh coffee available around the clock. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were met with a very efficient and caring lady at check in. She was helpful with dining and directions. Our breakfast could not have been easier or more tasty for our taste. She kept the area very clean and refreshed the prepared items fresh.

We were extremely happy with our room and the whole experience ! Great customer service, affordable, easily accessible right off of I-22, and near restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is more continental in style, but nice for this type breakfast. The room looked more like a room found in higher priced hotels as far as appearance and cleanliness. We will stay again!!!

Stopped in late on my way to Disney. Got in very late and the desk clerk was cheerful and pleasant. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We had a great sleep and a speedy checkout. All in all, we will definitely stop on again when we are in the area!

Offered suggestions for dinner At nearby restaurant locations. Express checkout was an option. Saw front desk clerk even helping a couple with their luggage through the front door. So refreshing not to just see people standing around on their phones. They really wanted to make sure we had a good stay. Even the breakfast lady was so nice and wanted to know if we needed anything else. Very clean hotel and excellent value for our money. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Extremely clean. The rooms look like they were recently updated. Breakfast was good. The hotel lighting was very bright on the outside and felt safe going out at any time of the night. Customer service was amazing! Would absolutely stay again. Great value for a great stay!

We were traveling to Tupelo, MS, but it was a little later than we had hoped, so decided to find a hotel in New Albany instead. It was raining hard, and there was a chance for severe weather, so we felt stopping was our best option.... The room was large and clean, bed extremely comfortable, check-in and-out were a breeze. About 9 that might, we were notified by an alarm on our phones, and by the front desk that we were under a tornado warning and that we could stay in the room away from windows or come downstairs and they would get us into a safer room should it be necessary. We, and several other guests went down to the lobby area. The employees were right on top of everything, offered to make coffee, etc. we were under the warming for about 1 1/2 hours. Luckily, getting into a safer situation. Breakfast the next morning was probably the best we've had offered in a hotel stay...sausage, bacon, fresh made scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, extra cheese, salsa, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, bagels, other breakfast pastries, yogurt, granola, juices, coffee, tea, some fruit... If they wasn't enough, the staff was friendly, helpful, just down right terrific! I want this hotel on wheels and move it where I need it to be!!!

I used Best Western for an overnight stay for a friends wedding. When we arrived the girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome even as we came in and out through out our evening. Rooms were nicer than I had expedexp. I would recommend this hotel again.

We have been on the road visiting places for the last week. This was our 7th hotel in 7 days. It was updated and clean. The room was a good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint about the room was the tub/shower drained slow so each of us stood in water as we took our shower. Breakfast was good. Hot choices were waffle, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The other choices were fruit, cereal, oatmeal, boiled egg, bagel, bread muffins, and yogurt. Apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, and water to drink. Staff was nice. Lobby was welcoming and reflective of the hotel.

The bathroom door handle latch was installed backwards (the bevel was towards the inside) and it didn't latch because it didn't line up with the hole in the door jamb. The breakfast was just okay and the fitness center needed some maintenance on some of the equipment. The best part was the staff was awesome.

We stayed two nights at this hotel during the Alanama/Ole Miss football game on business. Our experience was great. Our room was immaculate. Stifling heat outside but our room air conditioner worked beautifully. The pillows and linens were great. The free breakfast was just fine with plenty of offerings from great fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, etc. The lady staffing the breakfast bar was delightful as was every staffer I encountered. We will be back whenever we need to travel through this area again. Someone is doing a great job at this hotel!

VERY impressed. The lobby smelled good, the entire place was spotless, and the front desk was very nice. Pool was clean. Room was spotless with large cloest and multiple big mirrors, wifi was quick, breakfast was AWESOME!

Our room, #101, had a broken TV (someone had hit the screen and it wasn't working), a broken curtain rod (so the primary curtain couldn't be closed), cobwebs along where the walls meet the ceiling, and mold on the fabric shower curtain and on the ceiling and wall near the tub/shower.We reported the TV since we noticed it first and the manager offered to let us change rooms, but we were already unpacked and our kids (12 and 21 months old) were settling in so we declined. It wasn't until later we noticed the curtain rod, cobwebs and mold. By then it would have just been too inconvenient to change rooms.

Stayed on route to Georgia. We like the best western chain and always stay there. It was clean and they upgraded us because were r a gold member. Room was amazing and huge. Bed was so comfortable breakfast was good as usual. Lots of choice.

It was a very nice place to stay with the grounds, rooms, lobby, dining room all being clean and in really good shape. The beds were very comfortable, the internet service was very good, the breakfast was a large selection and kept warm, ready, and filled. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, making check in and check out quick and easy. There is the fact that the closet is not easily found if you do not know where to look for it -- behind the full length mirror next to the bathroom, just push in gently and it pops open and then push gently back to close. The only other complaint is that the hotel does not accommodate smokers inside the hotel, which is fine, but there aren't any receptacles on the grounds outside to accommodate for smokers either. This was rather unusual for me. Overall, I do recommend the hotel as a great place to stay, a hearty breakfast to be had in the mornings, and the staff does their best to accommodate you the best and as quickly as they can.

We decided on this Best Western based on previous reviews while researching hotels in the New Albany MS area. We stayed for 2 nights. If memory serves, this location was recently renovated. Upon arriving, we were very pleased with the look from outside and upon entering the lobby. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful while checking us in. I had made our reservations by calling direct to the hotel - I ALWAYS do this - and requested a King first floor, and that is exactly what we got. We checked out our room and were very happy with the look, then left to eat. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and we were overall pleased with our room. We did have a loose toilet seat that my husband reported that was not fixed while we were there. Also, our tub drained very slowly while showering but we did not report this at the time and I forgot to report it upon checking out so it could be fixed prior to the next guests. Neither of these maintenance problems affect our rating and review. We are smokers. We have accepted the fact that most hotels and motels are now smoke-free. However, there is usually a bench and butt can on the properties where smokers can leisurely sit, enjoy the outdoors, have relaxing conversations and enjoy a cigarette. I did not see a seating area other than the pool, which was usually filled with families or closed due to the hour of the day. I asked the desk clerk if I was maybe missing this and he said no, they did not have a bench. I was really surprised at this, especially if the hotel was recently renovated, and relayed this to the clerk. I also told him I would be mentioning this on my reviews in hopes management would see it and place a bench and butt can somewhere. I will admit that I did not ask him about butt cans. No butt cans means MOST people - us NOT included - will just throw their butts on the ground, which makes for unattractive grounds, and of course, is littering. This was quite evident while walking around the property. I received a survey email from Best Western regarding this stay and mentioned the smokers' area and maintenance issues while completing their survey, and of course I'm mentioning it here as I told the clerk I would. All hotel staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful when we had questions. Breakfast was good, providing both hot and cold options. Pretty much your normal options: eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereals, sausage gravy, breads, biscuits, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, juices, milk, yogurt etc. We would stay here again if we ever travel to New Albany MS.

We chose this hotel even though we were visiting friends about 30 minutes to the west (only the casino's are out there). It was affordable, conveniently located to the highway and most importantly it met all our hotel needs. Front staff was friendly, the breakfasts were not great, but they were OK. (there's a Subway literally connected to the hotel). We had a room right off the elevator and didn't hear any noise. The 2 queen beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. There were a fair amount of outlets (some in the table lamps) for your electronic devices. With our family of 4, we always bring out own 6-outlet strip and we needed it but we're a bit over the top on electronic stuff. The TV was up to date and good. The bathroom was fine, but watch out as the hot water can get HOT. This definitely exceeded our expectations for a Best Western. If you are going to Louisville, this is well worth considering as the prices in-town were much more expensive.

Stayed here for one night, but would have been a perfect place to stay longer. Recently renovated it is very well appointed in the rooms and throughout the entire building. The staff was so very nice and helpful. Highly recommend as a perfect place to stay in New Albany.

We stumbled on this hotel several years ago on our trip to St. Louis and is a great half-way stop for us. We were extremely surprised and enjoyed our stop very much. The entire hotel is spotless and very welcoming. It is a smoke free and pet free facility which is important to us because my husband is allergic to cats and dogs. It has now become our favorite hotel and we've stayed here several times.

Entering the lobby, the place seemed and smelled like a brand new hotel. I don't know if it is new or newly renovated, but it's fresh and modern. The room was extremely comfortable and luxuriously decorated. I slept hard and long on that wonderful mattress. I also love the all white linens. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area and would, of course, recommend it to anyone else.

Perfect overnight stay close to interstate and restaurants. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

We only stayed 1 night. The room was clean with a huge comfy bed and a powerful hot shower. WiFi worked well. There was plenty of choice for breakfast including hot and cold food. There is a coffee machine in the room and also free tea and coffee in the lobby. Check-in was nice and quick with a very polite lady on reception. This is a really nice hotel which I would recommend.

Located a short drive from Ole Miss, we stayed here overnight to tour the campus with our daughter the next day. Junior Preview Day. The room was great. Everything was clean. No outside noise. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. WAFFLES!!

The staff make the New Albany BW my goto place to stay when I'm in the area. They are located near the highway so they are easy to find. The parking in area is well lite. There are several places to eat close by aswell as a walmart.

Overall a good hotel and good hotel chain. Only change for this hotel would be the make the pool an indoor pool if possible so it can be used year round regardless of weather or season. The hotel used coffee urns and the Best Western in Wichita used the actual coffee makes to supply hot coffee throughout the day and night. Would suggest this small change for the convenience of the staff. As a guest it didn't matter to myself. The grab and go breakfast service is a good idea, I don't remember this service from my other Best Western experiences.

The whole experience was pleasant & relaxing. The staff went out of their way to be helpful & friendly. The room was very nice & the breakfast, delicious .I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stopped at this Best Western on our way to the Gulf Coast. It's right off I-22, but set back away from the busy traffic. The property was immaculate and staff very welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was good, too.

This hotel was renovated a few years ago and still looks good. It's very clean and has nice decor. The rate is reasonable and we feel safe. This time the water pressure in the shower seemed insufficient so it took me awhile to wash my hair. Bed was comfortable, no outside noise. The breakfast was a little better than most free breakfast hotels (the eggs actually looked scrambled and not square), though the mini bagel I chose was too stale to eat.

This hotel looked brand new. Worker said it had been renovated 2 years ago. Checkin was fast and easy. Desk clerk & breakfast person were very nice. Only complaint was hot water was not hot enough. Everything else was top of the line for a modest price. I would stay there again.

This motel has been remodel in the past year. Staff were polite, very friendly & helpful w/questions. Room was very quiet (we were on the ground floor). Bathroom was clean & fully stocked w/towels, shampoo, toilet paper & hair dryer. Mattress was fairly new b/c it was firm. Slept well. Breakfast was the best...omelets, waffles, bacon, biscuits & gravy, HB eggs already peeled, fresh fruit, juice, coffee..... by far the best motel breakfast I have had on my 3700 mile trip. Highly recommend staying here.

I stayed for 6 nights this month. Service was excellent, breakfast had a wide variety, hotel was clean and up to date. The staff were beyond friendly, every time I entered the lobby I was greeted and reminded that If I needed anything, to let them know. Great location. Within walking distance of many restaurants(great sushi two doors down) overall, experience was great. Will stay here on my next trip to Mississippi!

Booked this hotel about 30-45 minutes before we got there after driving all day. Lobby was clean, updated. Front desk staff was friendly. Beds were comfy and everything seemed clean. GPS was a little confused about where it was, but it's easy enough to see when you get off the highway. Walmart and several stores and restaurants very close. Staff was friendly again on check out. Asked what they could do to improve and wished us safe travels. Breakfast was good. Had some premade omelettes, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles and the normal fair.

This is a great hotel. It is clean and bright and everything seems new. The desk manager was very friendly and helpful. TripAdvisor said this was a pet-friendly hotel, which is why I chose it. It is not pet-friendly, so if I have any gripe, it is with TripAdvisor, not the hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. They helped with suggestions for dinner and the morning staff was just as friendly. Will stay here again. We will also look for best western hotels in other cities next time we travel.

GPS kinda has problems finding this hotel, but it is a nice place to stay. friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice breakfast with plenty of parking. not to expensive, about what you would expect for a Best Western

The hotel was clean and comfortable and very nice for the price. If you like to use a washcloth you may want to bring one along. There seemed to be a shortage of those. The staff was nice and we will stay here again in the future.

Best Western nearly always delivers great customer service, but the folks at this location are over the top! Best customer service and best breakfast of any BW I have been to. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. Easy interstate access, nice area, close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants.The price was also much more reasonable than the BW hotels in surrounding areas.

Love the new look. Great customer service, rooms are clean. Had no problems checking in was able to grab coffee before heading to the room. Had to get three room on short notice, due to death in the family. Other hotels in the area, but I wanted one that wasn't close to congested area, this hotel was well lite.

An extremely pleasant surprise the Best Western in New Albany Mississippi. Very clean, modern, friendly/helpful staff. The room was very spacious. The only downside was the lobby had vaulted ceiling and our room was right over the lobby where the sound came right up to our room in the early morning waking us up.

We had a great time here, there was a College team that stayed here while we were here and you could not tell they were even here. Very well behaved. The rooms were very neat and clean, had all of the comforts of home and the breakfast was hot and good. The Employees set this place apart from other places, they were professional, courteous, kind and treated us as we were family.

Football weekend in Oxford. This was an easy drive and the hotel is like brand new!. It was spotless, very comfortable beds and modern decor. Very pretty. Fabulous for the price. Staff was super nice. I would definitely drive here and stay for this price again.

The front desk staff was very helpful giving information on local attractions and directions. The hotel was comvientlly located close to the freeway, restaurants and a Walmart. We were a little late getting to breakfast but the attendant assured us we could stay in the breakfast room as long as we wanted she was so nice! The property and room was very clean and well decorated.

I spend 100+ nights per year in all levels of accommodations and maintain status with Hilton and Marriott. This was my first experience at a Best Western in 6 years. The property, public spaces and rooms look clean and have had a recent re-freshening. Amply good quality towels and linens. That's about it for anything positive. Very expensive and not a star level 3 property has booked/described. Checking in and out was an issue with a prepaid reservation and not professionally handled. Lobby/first floor reeks of Subway sandwiches which it shares space with. Breakfast was below standard in quality and presentation when compared to a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. Work out room very dated/old with one broken down elliptical. Not enough lighting in guest room and no desk. TV/programming service was slow to respond/frustrating.

Overall the hotel was fine. The price was inflated due to a popular game. I felt is was a bit expensive. The water did not get very hot when taking a shower. The cleaning lady busted in on me when I was not dressed without knocking. The staff was very helpful in making sure I got my fire stick I left in the room returned to me.

Wow! What a great price, and way nicer than other, more expensive Best Westerns. Great breakfast. Bed linens are awesome, and the beds so comfy. People are so nice, too. Quiet and safe, lots of parking. Best shower I have had in a hotel! The entire place is squeaky clean!

We stayed one night at this BW on our way to Memphis, I was a little hesitant because I had only stayed at a BW years ago and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I couldn't be more pleased with this property, we were midnight checking in, we had three room, the clerk was so nice and professional, she explained the hotel amenities, had us checked in quickly and to our rooms. The rooms and property were very clean. I would highly recommend this property.

clean & comfortable rooms, lobby & breakfast area nice... staff was very welcoming. convenient to interstate... a little road noise, but not bad. Amenities not too fancy, but has what is needed for an overnight stay. Good selection of breakfast items.

We were greeted by two friendly ladies with broad welcoming smiles. Our request for a ground floor room was granted too. The hotel is quiet, shiny clean with every comfort we could ask to have after a long day of driving. The ladies I mentioned, Ya'Nique and Brittany made us feel valued and welcome from the front door to helping us get our laundry finished when the dryer became cranky. The breakfast was great with numerous hot dishes, including meat selections, omelets and fried potatoes. The breakfast lady kept things hot, stocked and cleaned up. We will be driving back from Florida to Alaska in about a month and will route ourselves to RE-VISIT the New Albany Best Western on our way home.

This was a very nice room with the standard amenities. There is a free breakfast, free Wifi, refrigerator and microwave. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was a little noisy. The hall chatter was quite loud and I heard toilets flushing and water running in the early morning hours. This probably would not be an issue if you had the T.V. on.

Great staff and clean rooms. We were so happy to see the cleanliness of the room, and to hear they had a hot breakfast. The professional as spot on. We were headed through the sate, from a vacation in Tennessee. If we would have known how bad the hurricane was going to be, we would have stayed at this hotel longer.

No matter why you visit this area, the Best Western is an exceptional facility. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but you will be treated like a Ritz guest at terrific prices. I can't recommend a better accommodation in this area.

Wonderful place. The staff here are so welcoming and well advised in Service Excellence. The breakfast is great. Needs a little more switch up. However the ladies that make your breakfast are so welcoming and make sure you have a great day kind of attitude. You can have breakfast in the dinning area or if you on the run the they have a :Grab and go bag breakfast, The rooms are always clean and always a small note from housekeeping that are welcome and make sure that you have everything you nee, Great rooms and comfortable beds. Did mention the staff are wonderful!!

Would recommend to this hotel to all. The staff was excellent, the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean and at a reasonable price. I have also stayed at Best Western hotels in California, Georgia and in France and have never had a bad experience.

Cleaning staff is no good. Front desk has to give you clean towels. We were given tissue for toilet paper. House keeping let someone in our room with us gone without permission. Front desk help very good. Price got changed by front desk after check in.

New Albany only has two hotels. Needed a place to stay when coming into town for a high school reunion close to the gathering. This place was aweful.. pool had so much clorine your eyes watered, front desk was slow and uninforming, the entire grounds was dirty, breakfast tasted awful right down to the coffee, rooms smelled so bad we had to ask for room deodorant. I recommend that you do not stay here.

Really nice hotel, quiet, clean room, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Just off the interstate, so good location. The booking web site didn't mention breakfast, but it does provide both hot and continental breakfast items.

I was pleased that this hotel was affordable and nice. The lobby was very nice as were the agents. The room was comfy and the breakfast was good. Overall good value. I noticed there were apple computers in the lobby too.

We stayed here on our way back from FL to AR. Reserved our room online with a confirmation. Got to the hotel after a 13 hr drive to find out we had no room, they overbooked. Told us this happens sometimes when the online reservations don't link with their computers. So, they gave us a king suite, all they had available & an "upgrade" according to them. Who wants to sleep on a pull out couch after traveling all day? So, my family of 4 shared the king bed. Not very relaxing, but really better than the hard pull out. Not an upgrade when you don't have the expected 2 big beds you reserved online. Bathroom floor was sticky & dirty, so girl working the counter mopped it, but then it was hairy so we used a towel to wipe it up. Loud kids running up & down halls after 10 PM didn't help us sleep. Room was otherwise clean, bed we had was comfy and breakfast was good. They gave us a small discount for inconvenience, but frankly it wasn't enough for the sleeping arrangements we had. I'd recommend calling early the day you expect to stay, make sure you actually have a reservation before arriving later in the day.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The facility appears very new with modern decor and is clean and neat. The only negative was that we were in a room facing the highway and could hear the heavier traffic.

This place was just amazing. Very nice staff and everything was very clean. The bed was the best part. After a week long traveling and sleeping in several hotels, this was the first bed we woke up rested and without back pain.

Our stay at the Best Western, New Albany, Mississippi was pleasant and restful. We enjoyed our stay at this motel after stopping on our way to visit relatives in New Mexico, so we chose to stay here again on our return trip home. The clerks at the front desk, the lady who took care of the breakfast area, and even the clean-up personnel we encountered in the hallway in the morning were cheerful, polite and efficient.

Our stay was pleasant. We came back through on our return trip home and stayed the night again. Couldn't beat the price or overall experience. Hot showers, swimming pool, and breakfast in the morning was enough for our family.

Great place to stay! Hotel was quiet with no loud noises or late night hall noises. Very friendly staff. Check in was quick and easy and checking out was a timely task. Very nice experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to be stopping anywhere even the littlest bit close to here. The hotel just opened in February so it is very clean and everything is still new. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of different options. The lady working the breakfast was nice and helpful. She even went out of her way to get me something that was not out. The internet was plenty fast for four of in the room to hook up to. The beds were very comfortable and the air was able to get down low enough for us all to sleep great.

Stayed at this hotel visiting family. What a great choice. Located close to everything including several food choices. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We chose to eat at Waffle House for breakfast. Will most definitely stay again!

On the road after a long drive, and decided to stay at this Best Western. The hotel seemed to be new and very clean. The room was big and very clean. I would recommend that the owner would had a 2nd comfortable chair to the room. Normally a king size rooms will have 2 people staying sorry but only 1 chair.

This was a highway stopover on our trip from Atlanta to Memphis. We didn't expect much but the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff friendly. We would recommend it. Had an issue with breakfast but apparently it was out of the ordinary. Amy, the evening desk clerk was exceptional. Quiet room and soft bed.

I called the hotel at the last minute due to a utility outage in my area. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The breakfast was delicious and they offered a variety. The room was clean and comfortable.

This used to be a Comfort Inn, and the renovation is awesome! The common areas and pool are clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The price is reasonable and the staff was great. Walking to dinner would be tricky, as any nearby restaurants would be across or down a busy road. The free breakfast was only so-so. The eggs were dry and crumbly. Will stay here again.

There was mold in the bathroom of our first room. It looked as if there had been a water leak from the room above. The host was very apologetic. They moved us to another room that was just fine. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I was very pleased with mu two-night stay at this motel. It's been ages since I stayed at a Best Western and I will not hesitate to book other Best Western properties in the future after this positive experience.

Based on quality of the facility, price and the outstanding staff, this is the best choice of stays in New Albany. The other two chain hotels are close by, but both are right on the highway interchange. The BW is set back a bit so you don't have to deal with the traffic noise and hassle. As others have mentioned, this hotel has been completely remodeled as of April 2017. Everything was done top notch. Topping it all off is a staff that truly cares about making sure your stay is enjoyable. No complaints whatsoever! Five stars!

The hotel is very well kept. Clean & decorated nicely. The staff went beyond their duties to be sure you were comfortable & welcome. As two ladies traveling alone, we felt very safe & secure. I have not stayed in a Best Western before but you can bet I will stay in them from now on.

We just stumbled on to the Best Western Motel in New Albany, Ms. What a lucky break! We have visited hundreds of locations in the US and 34 foreign countries. This place was superior in every respect. Every thing in the hotel is of the finest quality. Room décor was very professional and elegant. Lobby is stunning. 14 inch thick quality mattress and down coverlet to keep you warm. Premium carpeting in halls and rooms. Polished granite vanity in bath. All new toilet and tub of highest quality. Extended shower enclosure give you lots of room. TV is sharpest HD you have ever seen. Breakfast includes fresh waffles, bacon & cheese omelettes, premium coffee and dozens of quality choices The owners should be very proud of the fine accommodations they are offering the travelling public, and Kristian, the general manager has done a magnificent job of training the staff to give service that matches the quality of the establishment. If I ever spend a night anywhere near New Albany, Ms, it will be at this hotel. And, as if that is not enough, the prices are sooo reasonable. Frankly, if I owned the place, I would charge more. If you are going to stay in New Albany, don't even think of staying anywhere else. (And, NO, I do not know any of the owners or employees. This is a completely unbiased review)

Staff was very helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. It's also a freshly remodeled hotel (April, 2017), so everything was clean and brand new. Great Value for the money.

hotel took reservation knowing they would be closed for renovations on the dates given. No answer on the phone, hotel is dark, no cars. Clearly is NOT open. Why would they take a reservation, credit card, name etc. knowing they would not be open. 10,000 are in the area for a conference and no hotel room available. I booked two months in advance. I will think twice before contacting Comfort Inn for future bookings.

We arrived in New Albany very late and it was the only room we could reserve because of a furniture convention in Tupelo. The night attendant was very nice and professional. This property is undergoing some renovations but everything is out of sight. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the pillows perfect. The AC's in the room are good and the TV is larger than most. It is an older property but it has been taken care of. We will not hesitate to stay here on our next trip through MS. It was a really good experience.

Very nice hotel and room after a long day of travel. The people were helpful and very nice. It was an eat sleep and move on stay - breakfast was OK. The town itself was a bit sparse but finally found a nice Mexican restaurant where the food was good and I could have a cold beer.

We were driving from Little Rock to Carrollton, GA and stopped to spend the night in New Albany at the Comfort Inn. It is located right off Hwy 78 and was nice & clean for our one night stay. The breakfast was okay, enough to get us started on the road. For the price and the purpose, it was just fine for us.
