"Amazing spot."
The hotel is at a great location near to all needs. My destination is the k lounge where you can find the great atmosphere besides a great service by super all staffs leading by the manager Mr Maroof. From indoor to outdoor is wonderful service

Comfortable rooms, nice view, safe , good location , testy food , very much friendly staff , especialy the local Bahraini Staff in the reseption and the girl in the all day dining restaurant (especially breakfast time).

"Terrible Hotel Don't book"
Terrible Experience!! I have only one thing to say if you are going to book this one "Don't do this mistake". Stayed in this place for 3 days, except early check-in, nothing was good. Sh**ty food, they serve rotten meat. I was super embarrassed in front of my guests. We paid 50BD for 4 people for such super low quality food. Breakfast anyway is a disaster. It is set menu and no buffet, no fresh juice, horse p**s in the name of coffee. They don't know how to cook. The amount of time they take and quality they prepare for that price, they should better order from some better restaurant using Talabat. Room service is also pathetic. Requested iron and iron board, attached is what I got. HK said nothing would go wrong and I can use it as many customers have used it earlier. Though i didn't use the board but with the iron i burnt 1 shirt. Biggest disappointment is the restaurant staff especially 2 cold ladies at restaurant entrance. I doubt they ever attended any hospitality classes. Pathetic, filthy hotel..

The location & room very nice ,free parking for customers as well ,,easy to find shops,restuarants etc by walk however,,it is little expensive comparing to others ,,so i recommend try it once ,,most special thing that its the only hotel with this name ,,no confuse with hotels with similar name like other hotel groups , and signboard with location very clear,,all taxis know it

5 out 5 nice and customers care are well planed and provided. Reception was nice and understanding when services are needed. Seek for other opportunities. Look forward to stop by for such a great price for an astonishing well service……………..

Would give it a zero if I could. Hostess stand was rude. Bartender was rude. Sleepy service, poor food and drinks quality for the price. Terrible to say the least! Wine is incredible expensive. Service was terrible. Food just average. So overrated. Come here if you want attitude.

Disappointed from start to finish. Dirty room when arrived so had to be moved, breakfast option was boiled eggs only and then they tried to charge when it was part of the room. No pool bar and no option to get beer beside the pool. I won't visit ever again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel now, maybe it was when it option. Much better hotels in juffair for the same cost.

The service at this hotel is the best in Bahrain! Shout out to Martada and the Lounge staff for their hard work, great service and and delicious drinks! The rooms are also well kept, and the housekeeping staff is incredibly friendly!
"Solo Traveler"
The hotel was very clean and the customer service was amazing!! Everyone was very friendly and eager to help you any way they could. They have multiple restaurants where the food was never disappointing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
"14 Day stay standard very high would recommend to others"
Stayed for 14 days, Safety is paramount in the hotel with regular temperature checks ,masks and santizer available. Used all the amenities including restaurant, gym ,pool and bar all were of a high service with excellent service. Special mention to the Kolors restaurant team including Alizei the Manager who leads an excellent team including Hajar ,Nazrui,Mahesh and Hasnai , all a credit to the team, the hotel should be very proud they have such great people working with them ,Also not to forget the chef team Kuldeep and Beth who prepared the very tasty food ( omelette is a fav) I would recommend the hotel as a great base to visit Bahrain ,I will be back .

The hotel staff is the friendliest you will ever meet. Kind, caring and professional. From the front reception, restaurant, lounges, to the hospitality and housekeeping staff, you could not ask for anything better. Their service is the best and the smiling staff illustrate the warmth in their welcome. Always ready to answer questions and respond to your request. The beautifully designed K Lounge offers a relaxing environment with entertainment matching the lounge that allows you to enjoy music as well as talk to your friends inside. The K Colours restaurant offers great value for meals, a splendid Seafood and also a BBQ buffer dinner and and the staff in the restaurant and Lounge are second to none. For those wanting more live entertainment, the Kenza lounge offers a live entertainment also and worth the experience. The hotel itself is well laid out, an excellent place to isolate and is located ideally close the American Alley, Juffair Mall and the NSA. Bus service to Manama dowtown Souk and City Centre is EASY and you can walk around very safely. Watch the cricket opposite on Fridays and hear the stories from the staff. Definitely a hotel to visit and experience Juffair. There is the pool and gym and a games room with pool also.
