The hotel room was clean and fresh, fairly modern and simply decorated, with the amenities you would expect - ensuite shower room, television and even a safe. The room wasn't enormous, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a good quality. USB points AND electric sockets next to the bed were a nice touch. The shower room was also very clean, but being small got quite steamy when you took a shower and I noticed mold spots are starting to appear on the ceiling - maybe inadequate ventilation? I certainly didn't hear the VMC turn on and there was no separate switch to do so - however, the shower room and towels were spotlessly clean. Soap, shower gel and paper cups were provided. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the centre of Agen and so we took the car to go in to eat in the evening although there are a few restaurants (pizza) within walking distance. Overall, no complaints and good value for money. Well done.

Service is great. Food were delicious. The buffet has many varieties. The staff is very helpful and accomodating, very good and very friendly. Restaurants were very clean and a very nice view, best for taking pictures and for relaxation. If wpuld like to visit here again. I recommend this Le Passage Hotel! The best Hotel in Egypt.Thank you for the Restaurant Manager, for the dinner and all the staffs. A big thanks to you all.

Hotel food is excellent and well presented the staff Go out of their way to help you. The Staff are always kind and welcoming especially Mr. Zaxaria. I was left feeling that I was wanted and was grateful for the way I greeted

Excellent hotel. New from May 2016. Tasteful decoration, bed ultra comfortable, a choice of pillows. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was very attentive. Italian shower, no bath. French breakfast with more. We have nothing to complain about. A very good value. We'll return if in the area.
