This hotel was a choice on a recent overnight trip to the Lakeland area. Upon check-in, the staff was courteous and helpful. My room was on the 4th floor, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, had a mini fridge and a nice sized, sparkly clean bathroom. One staff member was able to troubleshoot the internet at the business center for me, the manager on staff was lovely and the breakfast host was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, with lots of options from fruit/yogurt/cereals to eggs/protein, to oatmeal and more. It also has a gym, which I wish I had time to use, but alas. Highly recommend this hotel in the Lakeland area.

Out of the mainstream area, appears newly constructed, plenty of parking, drive in theatre acress the street. Personnel friendly. Extended our stay additional night. Coffee could be stronger. Beds comfortable.

No pool. Remotes are not.original to tv so no ps5 playing or other consoles. No kitchen. Over priced. I decided not to stay and although i didnt use the room just walked in saw it and choose to walk out i was charged a whole nights stay.

Very good property. Good location in Lakeland only 10 minutes from most places, very nice employees, clean, everything you could ask for. Only con is the train that is nearby! Besides that 5/5 stars. Would come again

We stayed just one night while visiting Bok Tower Gardens and Winter Haven area. First impression was how good it smelled in the spacious lobby. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room. John, who manned the breakfast area, was very personable and helpful. Nice breakfast with lots of options. It wasn't close to where we were going but worth the short drive for such a nice hotel for a good price.

Stayed here for one night on our journey from Orlando airport. Quick check in and nice room. Lots of space and clean. WiFi was the quickest I've had in a hotel. (We were at the front of the hotel and could hear road noise as well as the train horns so I suggest asking for a room at the back) Breakfast was really good. The man working was friendly and helpful and explained what everything was for us. We had sausage, scrambled egg, Bagels, muffins, fresh pancakes as well as cereal, porridge and fruit. Plenty of free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice clean facility. What you'd expect from a Best Western. My wife and I have stayed at several Best Westerns on this trip and this location was by far the best. Based on our experience, you will not be disappointed.

Checking in to the hotel was very easy and the hotel clerk assisting me was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They have washing facilities on site. The breakfast provided is filling and kept in a clean environment and the hot foods are properly kept heated for everyone's safety.

I took forever to decide what hotel to book for this trip, and chose here, and i'm so glad! This place is extremely clean, the staff is great - friendly and helpful, and breakfast is amazing. The reviews were right when they said it's a nice clean place. that was my #1 factor in choosing a hotel. the 2nd was a good breakfast, and this BW Plus has the best one i've experienced at any hotel. and the gentleman who runs it? he is awesome! It's a bit out of the way, but it's quiet (except for the trains, which seem to run more on some nights than others). and the trailer park next door is actually very nice; my GPS took me thru it… it's quite quaint, really. Looks more like a retirement villa than a place to be wary of. I would have liked to pay a little less per night, but then again, wouldn't we all and we DO get what we pay for, so i'm very pleased with my stay and will stay there again, no doubt.

This hotel is very clean- it's fairly new too, so everything is very nice. The breakfast area had plenty of room, and if it's full there is seating in the front lobby (several different areas). There is coffee and tea available 24 hours. The breakfast had several hot items during my stay-breakfast potatoes, eggs, two types of sausage and sausage gravy with biscuits. The rooms at Best Western Plus are called plus because they are a little bigger than average rooms- this was true of my 2 queen bed room. There were plenty of towels supplied and the beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms come with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and a small storage area in this “kitchen area”. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. The night staff, cleaning crew and morning desk clerk all spoke to me and other guests. There is small shop near the front desk for drinks, snacks, etc. To get to fast food you'll have to drive about 2-2.5 miles, but the night clerk reports that the gas station next door actually has decent food and it's owned by the same folks who own the hotel. There are train tracks near the hotel but I did not hear any trains overnight. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

its a new built hotel so it was very well maintained, some of the staff is friendly. loved our stay. they were very cooperative too. Breakfast time could be little more. Also it would be nice if they can have more vegetarians friendly items.

Staff was very good and friendly. Rooms were very good, big and clean.Had excellent shower in bathroom Hallways and elevators were also clean.Breakfast was excellent and hot. Only problem was lack of restaurants and shopping nearby

If you are traveling with babies , bring pack n play, hotel states they offer cribs.. however upon checking in we found out that's false! Even in their rooms, it states they offer cribs. The night staff didn't seem like she wanted to bother with it, so it was a no when I asked! However, the morning staff was great!

fantastic, everything was great! We Had 3 rooms; Our Friends just love everything. The rooms and Breakfast were the best. Will always stay a Best Western Plus. Will tell everyone we know about out steady.

After I had already checked in and was in bed asleep, I was awakened by two people walking into my room. They were mistakenly assigned keys to my room by the desk clerk. I mix military and sleep with a pistol, and I almost shot to innocent people.! They would not refund me for my room, although they admitted the error. Mr. Patel, the private owner is not very customer friendly in that respect of financial compensation.

My stay was almost a total disaster. Once I arrive at the hotel I did not have a room. I had to wait until the nice gentleman Jordan get things straightened out. My confirmation/reservation was not showing properly. My room rates had changed from my ORIGINAL booking.

First time in this hotel but many times at Best Western. I am a rewards member and I do appreciate the program. This hotel is clean and breakfast was very good for a continental. The location is fine if you drive to other places but not a hotel with other places within walking distance. The hotel is new, nice, but not fancy. I would recommend.

I like to swim. This Hotel has no pool, but is new and clean. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a rural area with no close by restaurants. I like the Best Western Rewards Program.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room were extremely clean and over hotel was spotless. The fitness center was a bit small but got the job done and loved that it was open all day. I would stay here again if I am back in town for business.

The hotel is in a great location between Orlando and Tampa. The breakfast was exceptionally good, made great by the people working the area. Every morning started off great because they were there. The room was clean. The Internet service was very good. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

New property hence all the good reviews. Nothing very special and high rates. Like everyone they are trying to make up to the COVID closure fiasco. No self serve laundry. Didn't even look as they almost always have them. Quiet and comfortable. Disconnect your clock it start making static noises in the middle of the night. Clean and friendly staff

I stayed for 2 days days/nights during hurricane Ian. I booked a couple days before the storm was to hit, knowing it would quickly fill up. My room was super comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was pristine. The complimentary breakfast had a wide array of foods to choose from. A nice surprise! I used the gym..2 treadmills, a bike, weights and a bench. Vernice, at check in was professional and very friendly and knowledgeable, although she was so busy. Initially, I thought the location was odd but my opinion changed once Ian wobbled and it's path changed, coming toward Lakeland. Great place. Possibly a bit more expensive than some other hotels. I didn't check around, I needed a place close, and was willing to pay the price. Grateful it is there! I recommend staying here.

Great!! Very Clean rooms lovely lobby and friendly service. The complementary free Breakfast was also yummy and amazing!! Free parking and free Wi-Fi was included. This place is a gem, definitely recommend!

This hotel was so clean, the room was very updated and cozy. No stained sheets, no funny smells. The TV had a lot of great channels. Even the staff was friendly, checking in and checking out. I would definitely stay here again, even if it was out of the way.

Upon entering this hotel, we were stunned by its beauty and cleanliness. And it only got better after that. We had anticipated staying for 2 nights as we were awaiting the closing on our new home, but after delays after delays, we ended up staying 36 nights! While we were frustrated with the delays, the incredible staff at Best Western Plus lifted our spirits every day. Beginning each day with the complimentary hot breakfast, John and Theodore made us feel more like friends rather than hotel guests. Ray was very personable and helpful in every way possible, and his housekeeping staff did the same thing. Vernice and the entire front desk staff always had a smile and kind words for us. Even Kosh, an owner, was professionally kind and polite. In summary, every staff member from the owner throughout the entire hotel employees were so much more personable than any hotel we've ever stayed in. A big thank you to all!

The hotel was excellent. Very clean. Staff was professional and caring. The locale of the hotel was great, it put me 5 minutes from my destination and close enough to stores and restaurants without being in the hubbub.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a long time! When we arrived Vernice greeted me at the front desk, she was so helpful and nice! We stayed in the hotel pretty much from the time of check in until we checked out the next morning. The hotel was very clean and well kept. In the morning we had breakfast and John Henry greeted us there, he was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank you Vernice and John for making our stay so great!

We stayed here for college move in weekend. It was located close to everything we needed - the college, shopping, and dining. The facility seemed brand new and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was Ironing in the Bedroom space while watching Bed area TV (it swivels) While My Husband was watching in Living room area. Shower was spacious and good showerhead. Beds were very comfortable and cozy.

We were traveling between the coasts, part business, part leisure, and decided to stay here as a mid point - the staff was fantastic, everything spotless, fresh breakfast, it felt like a vacation. A wonderful respite to catch our breath. Highly recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights in July 2022. The hotel is new, clean and cozy. Staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. The only issue we had is the fan in the room keep running all the time even if you turn it off. So it was so noisy at night for no reason. We told the front desk and they said that they have order to be fix and waiting for parts or something like that. We didn't get an offer to change the room so I am not sure if this in all units or just ours. After all experience is very good. I recommend this place.

We stayed for a quick over night. The front desk staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful., even recommending a nice restaurant downtown. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a hot breakfast.

This hotel is a get what you pay for stay. The view is perfect and you are on the beach. The pool and activities for children are awesome but overall the floor of room was very dirty like it had not been mopped. Couple steps on the floor and your feet were black. The staff in the evening time were not pleasant. I do feel as though this hotel is good if you don't plan to spend anytime in room other than to sleep and shower. Breakfast was good and bad depending on the day. Don't have any complaints about noise from surrounding rooms but our door to get outside to balcony was very loud and hard to open.(could be for safety reasons, maybe)

I arrived in a large vehicle and had issues finding a place to park. Beverly and Ciera went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and helped me get parked. It was very much appreciated. Thank you! The hotel is clean, housekeeping does an excellent job, and the lobby is a great place to hang out and work during the day. Exceptional hotel, I would book again!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was above average. Everything looked and smelled clean. We didn't think the area was the best, but the hotel had good security (cameras and lots of lights).

Clean, newly build, modern and comfortable hotel. Location is kind of boring in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast assortiment is typical but was fresh and satisfactory. Personal is polite and attentive. No pool in this location.

We stayed only one night because we were there for a baseball tournament. This was an Excellent choice, is a new hotel, rooms are very nice and the front desk ladies are very cordial. We will come back for sure.

I had a terrible night's sleep at this hotel, the pillows were tiny and the AC would make a horrible clicking sound every 2 hours which would wake me up. I also was granted late check-out but of course the housekeeper started banging on my door at 11AM and every 5 minutes thereafter. I had to tell the housekeeper I had late check out so she would stop. When I was checking out, they told me that I did not have late check out on my room and that I actually had to call in the morning and ask for late check out...then why on earth didn't they explain this to me when I was first checking in, why do they automatically say I can do late-check out? I have no idea. Horrible communication from this hotel that doesn't even know about their own policies. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for a youth sport tournament with about 10 more families. The rooms and hotel were super clean, nice and comfortable. The staff super attentive and professional. Excellent value for the money. Overall a great experience and definitely will come back when in the area.

Went for sun n fun expo! Brand new everything was clean and fresh! Staff was polite and quick drive to the airshow. Also if not going to airshow but traveling during that time you could see the airshow from our room!

I hit it lucky because this was a new hotel. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, bagels...etc. Nice selection and not just one day. I wasn't thrilled with the television channel selection only because you need to scroll the whole menu but I'm not a big television person anyway. It was just annoying that you can selection a channel and go to it..

Wife and I went up to Lakeland for Sun-N-Fun airshow. Spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Was not your normal hotel breakfast, they obviously cared about the preparation....

Amazing hotel just opened 2 weeks ago. Staff was all super great. Everything is super clean and nice. Breakfast area was fantastic with great selection of juices, cereals, fruit, pancake maker, breads, eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. Reasonably priced great hotel.

Hopefully the surroundings will improve over time. The hotel itself is shiny new and staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Seems like only one of the two elevators are operating. Fridge in room. There's a place for a microwave but maybe they didn't get them yet. There was a little road, train, hallway noise but not awful. Not much in the way if restaurants in the surrounding area.
