Best Western Kernersville

I always stay at Best Westerns when I travel. This specific Best Western was the worst experience I've ever gad?! All of the Best Westerns are clean, comfortable, and convenient. THIS Best Western had a 2" GAP at the top of my door allowing all light and noise to pour into my room! Housekeeping never came and was not sent to my room after requesting Housekeeping to my room? The breakfast was shut down before it was time and a mother and child showed up 5 minutes before it was supposed to close and they were both denied food??!?!?! No fitness center or pool available. Water pressure with shower was weak. I would NEVER stay at THIS location ever again!

My wife and I stayed here one night in December, 2025, and found the accommodations to be very nice. The motel is clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is served in the lobby, and it contained omelettes, cereals, bread and bagels, sausage patties, yogurt, coffee and juices, and an assortment of other goodies that will help you get your day started. The person preparing the breakfast display did an awesome job. Thank you Carolyn!

Clean and very convenient location. Close to some very good restaurants in the area. Breakfast and coffee are provided in the morning.

Great price! Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean room and great customer service. Nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, peanut butter, yogurt, and muffins. Wonderful find! Would highly recommend!

This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at. It was so very clean and that is what is most important to me. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was good and the area clean. The staff was friendly. We will stay here again on our travels to the beach.

This Best Western is a renovated Holiday Inn Express property. Got cleaning without asking which was a real treat. Nice breakfast area and good hot selections. Lady doing the replenishment was on the ball. Front desk was very helpful. Room was well done and clean. Good sheets and pillows. Nice job with the renovation!
