First time i stay at here. Room was good, clean and comfortable for stay. Front office team very helpfull and fast response. Location very strategic near by famous mall breakfast was good. Next time will stay again

Overall oke. Menu breakfast lengkap, kamar dan bathroom bersih, staff ramah. Hanya saja no window. (Tapi sudah diinfokan di aplikasi). Untuk business trip or couples stay oke. Thnks bestwestern. Soon will be back here !

I love stay here, nearly panin tower that I have meetings there. Also near from shopping mall. You just need a cross and it's taking at least 5-8 minutes. The room is big and clean, for breakfast is taking to the rooms during covid19

I ended up at the Best Western Senayan after the other quarantine hotels were full on midnight New Years eve. First impressions were not great as it was 1:30 am and they had to check in two bus loads of quarantine passengers. The front desk were actually very efficient. Through my 5 day stay the staff and employees were fantastic. I regret not having a window in my room and the box food was mostly cold but those were my only negatives. The PCR testing was handled well. Lunch and diner we had choice of three meals. For a 3 star hotel they tried their best to make us comfortable. TV had enough channels and internet worked reasonably well considering the hotel was full. Special thanks to Rina and the front desk staff for their enthusiasm. They also managed my two Grab orders well. Four stars.

Checked in at midnight with confirmation Mr Dede the receptionist was very helpful, breakfast lots of choice of alacarte and friendly female waitress. Free vehicle parking, Wifi was smooth, Beautiful corridor interior.

It's located in business area, close to shopping centres and restaurants. Only 6 room has window but the service is excellent. The staff very friendly and they always make sure that the guest feel comfortable during stay at BW. I really enjoy my 6 nights staying at best western.

I spent six nights at Best Western. Bit upset at the beginning because the room without any window, but it compensated with the service from the staffs. The lady at the reception is so friendly , she always make sure if I feel comfortable during my stay. Not only her but the staffs at restaurant greeted me every morning . It's such a good experience staying at best western. Good service and the location close To the shopping centres. It's recommended

Love the location, so close to everything and breakfast options were decent too. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Perfect for my trip as a solo travel. Only wish that they have complete facilities in the hotel (eg. swimming pool) so i can stay here too when i travel with my partner and our kid.

Check in was fast, room size was ok. Location was good as it is within walking distance to 2 nice malls . Some points should be highlighted; there is no window in the room, the noice was so obviously coming from out of the room, AC was not that cold, and the bathroom is not safe as there is steps within the bathroom that need extra caution to avoid falling down especially after taking a shower. Definitely I will not consider this hotel during my next trip to Jakarta.

Hotel is conveniently located in nice ambience of neat ,and commercial hubs with shopping centers and restaurants around. Most rooms are not having windows that make difficult to know Rain or shine outside. It is worth staying if one is lucky to get room with window .

Super amazing stay at Best Western Senayan Jakarta. The staff is very attentive, excellent attitude, friendly and they always treat us like their VIP it's really beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member especially the Manager Mr Helmy was friendly professional and very service oriented. The housekeeping was PERFECT and the condition of the room public areas and grounds was exceptional The food is really good (great & best breakfast buffet), I'll be back again for sure!

Really nice view and also comfortable bed the hotel is recommended for the people who need a room with a best price and a good facility to. All the receptionist is really humble and helpful with all the guest

nice place to stay surrounded by commercial market and food court, quite place. Minus is tv channel is limited and bathroom clean is need to improve. The food is standard and variations is need to improve especially for snack which is more sweet than salt snack.

The first thing that I noticed is that this hotel is located at the back of an old building with an entrance on the side and a small lobby and reception area. However, we managed to get a good deal for our stay especially with lots of Agoda points and I think we paid around IDR620k for a superior twin room with breakfast. About a week before our stay Best Western sent us an email informing us that all the rooms in the hotel do not have windows. Normally this would bother me, but due to it's good location and the price we were paying I was not concerned. The hotel is located in STC Senayan, a small mall full of hobby shops that also has a very busy Mcdonalds restaurant. Just 2 - 3 minutes walk is Plaza Senayan shopping mall and directly opposite the hotel is Senayan City mall. GBK is a short taxi ride away too, so the location is very good. The room is a little old fashioned with no windows and dated old fashioned furniture but quite spacious. It was clean with comfortable beds that afforded us a good night's sleep, a large flat screen tv with lots of channels, fast WiFi and good airconditioning. There were coffee and tea making facilitates and a safe in the room. The bathroom was decent sized and clean and well equipped with a hairdryer etc and the shower had a standard shower head as well as a rain shower head with almost instant hot water. Our stay included breakfast and the hotel cooperates with a restaurant in the same building for breakfast and meals called Chill in Cafe. The normal cost for breakfast is Rp125k with children having to pay half price. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. The restaurant is quite nice with good views over the main street and there was a good selection of foods available and the food was fresh and tasted good with a selection of western and local hot dishes. The hotel allowed us a late check out at 1pm and check out was fast and smooth. I had paid a Rp100k deposit in order to have an extra room key card and that was returned back to me. In summary, this is a very well located hotel especially for those interested in shopping, eating or visiting GBK stadium. The rooms are comfortable and clean and quite well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was surprisingly good. There is no pool and I think no gym either so facilities are definitely lacking. But we paid a good price to stay here considering the location.

Stayed here October 1st to 5th. Reservation made through their website and was very easy. Mentioned that I'll be checking in really late at 1 or 2 AM on Oct 2nd due to arrival schedule. My flight got delayed and missed my connection at Narita so have to fly in through Haneda and didn't get to the hotel until 6 AM. They were very understanding and have kept my room, so it's ready when I got there. Hotel is located in a small mall right next to Plaza Senayan and across from Senayan City Mall. There is no sign of the hotel anywhere except a small sign at the driveway entrance of the mall. Hotel entrance is on the building's South side, and lobby is on your left. There is water, coffee, tea, and some local snack available for you while you wait at the lobby. Check in was quick and efficient. Elevator was fast. The ambiance of the corridor is dim and dark - with dark red swirly carpet pattern and dim lighting all around. Most rooms (like mine) in this hotel is windowless and doesn't have a view. Room size is medium, with tile flooring, a flat screen TV and electronic safe. It's curious that they still have an old fashioned glass door cabinet for storing your luggage - to give a "homey" feeling perhaps? Bed mattress is on the hard side. Not the best to get over my jet lag. The shower and toilet is on a raised area in the bathroom and with the dark tiles it's kinda dangerous and need to remember to step down from the area towards the sink and door. Perhaps a contrast color strip or even bumper guard should be installed at the step's edge to prevent people to trip over the step. Water pressure is good, and the shower has both regular and rain shower head. Breakfast is served at a restaurant at the back of the mall. You go down to ground level, exit the lobby and walk to the back of the building through the mall's shops, and take the elevator up one level to get to the restaurant. The variety of breakfast is really good for this small hotel. There is egg station, and several choices of Indonesian and Western style food. What delighted me was the choice of traditional Indonesian dessert (local cakes) that varies daily. Service at the restaurant was really good and they are very responsive to your requests. Most clientele is local so I have to ask for knives to eat my breakfast with. At one time the hotel's assistant manager came over and asked for my feedback about the hotel. I saw that they are doing the same to other guests. A good way for getting people's opinion so they can get honest feedback, and hopefully they'll act on it. The hotel's location is perfect. Steps to two of Jakarta's major malls, lots of options to eat and visit in the area within walking distance, and easy access from most main roads in South Jakarta. Check out was quick and easy and as expected. The Best Western Senayan is a very convenient place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action in Senayan area. With two prime malls around the hotel and lots of choices of shopping and dining in the area, the fact that the room has no view is not important, since people come here not to stay in the room and admire the view, but to rest after an all day shopping and exploring the area. It will even be better if the bed can have a softer mattress or mattress top to help guests rest and sleep better, and there is more safety precautions in the bathroom area.

Smell bad, no windows. Super noisy. Staff don't upgrade rooms. Bad TV channel.. Noisy air con... What else can I say? Don't go there I forgot they oblige you to leave 100 k deposit for the room. And they still us bottle plastic. Avoid!!

The hotel is quite new just past a year. The building is about 12 years old. The hotel has 167 rooms but only 7 rooms are with window views. If you don't mind no views, that is fine. Room is beautifully decorated. Breakfast at Chill cafe was great. Bathroom is spacious but the drainage system on the shower is not too good. There is always overflowing of water outside the shower area. Great location to all the malls surrounding this place. The hotel serve high tea at the lobby at 4pm evening everyday. Friendly staff. There is no mini fridge in the room.

The hotel seems 'old', located in STC, Senayan, surrounded by luxury mall and shops. Near GBK and various government office which allows you to walk there. Slightly expensive, but OK considering the area & location of the hotel. Interior design is ORANGE and seem dark. My daughter were a bit frightened but she got use to it. Elevator make 'worrying' noises sometimes and you have to wait for a while to get hot water running in the shower.

Small but very friendly hotel in central Jakarta,idea for business travelers to the city. Located just off the main highway network travel to and from key sites around the city is easy and relatively fast. although the rooms themselves are windowless they are large and well appointed, staff and extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet is varied and offer a wide choice of western and local items. In an area with at least four major shopping malls there is no shortage of choice for eating out in the area or catching up with some shopping. all in all a good deal that will not dig a hole that's too deep in your pocket if you're on a tight budget. Give it a try.

I was so blessed and lucky that i had booked a room here(best western senayan). I was desperately searching for a nearby hotel that was affordable for an university student. And this hotel really was not disappointing at all, in fact the room was quiet off of my expectations. The room was pretty comfy and huge and everything and clean of course.

Very friendly staff. All the staff gave us a very warm reception everyday from the moment we arrived till the day we checked out. They also offered to book a taxi or Grab car to the airport when we checked out. We arrived at 1.45pm & the room was available for us to check in immediately! This is the first time for us ever! It was so wonderful as we can take our shower & refresh after a long & tiring travel before going out to venture the city. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room as the other bad reviews written on Best Western Senayan doesn't do justice to this superb hotel! The room is clean, quiet & very spacious. The bed is cosy & comfortable - a home away from home. Cold air con, hot & strong water for shower. Basic amenities provided & they also gave us 3 extra pillows & additional bottled water when we requested. Wifi is strong. The breakfast from Chill in Cafe is good. Good location right at the city centre & walking distance to a few shopping malls nearby. Travelling around is convenient with Grab car. Though there's no fridge in the room, we were able to store our champagne at the front office. When we came back in the evening, they immediately asked us if we wanna collect the champagne then. They were really thoughtful & we were grateful. Some might have reservations that there's no window, but we can assure you that we didn't feel anything about it. It was a very pleasant, comfortable & memorable stay for us! This is our best experience staying in a hotel! 6 thumbs up from the 3 of us! Great job Best Western Senayan!

The hotel was in a semi abandoned mall in the middle of Jakarta, stone throw away from two modern shopping centers who have a lot to offer. You are about 10-15 min brisk walk from the new CBD area. That is it. Room has no windows, paper thin walls, no room service, was constantly interrupted by loud neighbours. Getting a taxi was a 20 min chore since nobody could find an entrance to the building.

Spacious room and bathroom, nice and cozy with all those amenities, just like a-4-star hotel room, but sad they have no window. If you just need for a good quality sleep, you just can stay here. The hotel is just right in the central of Jakarta. There are 2 big malls in front of /beside the hotel in fact the hotel its self is in a mall that selling all men needs (bycicle, computer, wardrobe, etc). Very close to GBK you can just walk straight less than 1km. I love the breakfast buffet, not superb but for me it's delicious with many choices, if you compare to other hotels BF this is more than average.

One of the worst hotel in Jakarta. Not recommended at all. I booked the hotel accommodation for my mother to stay a night. I had paid online via Trip.com for the accommodation. Upon checking in, Sha was asked to pay upfront for the hotel stay, why was she made to pay again? Despite her informing the staff at the hotel that is is prepaid and a confirmation charged was shown to them. The hotel insisted they did not receive payment. It is not right for them to be charging again. I had called trip.com to verify and they confirmed no payment needed to pay at hotel. BEST WESTERN SENAYAN lacks integrity and honesty. Very disappointed with both Trip.com and hotel. As it clearly shows both parties are not communicating and the guests “Suffers” at both parties lack of communication. I will not recommend both Trip.com and Best Western Senayan Hotel. My advise is to make sure if you ever want to book trip.com or Best Western hotel. Make sure you are not double charged. Hotel amenities minimum and when eating at hotel restaurant they do not allow you to charge to the room. Payment to be made cash or credit card at restaurant. It really inconvenient guests and my mother did not enjoy her stay at all. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH TRIP.com and best western Senayan hotel.

Good and cheap hotel in the middle of Jakarta, it is not difficult to find a place to shop for food and transportation. I stayed 2 nights and was satisfied with the friendly and attentive service of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Angelo who kindly served and drove me to the room and he told me about Jakarta and a good place for me to visit. the cleanliness of the room is good, it's just that the room I stayed in didn't have a window. the breakfast menu is varied and tasty. a good hotel for you to visit when you come to Jakarta

TL/DR : Don't stay! No windows, very noisy, sewage stench This place has the dubious honour of being the first hotel I've ever checked out from without even staying the night. That's saying a lot given than I spend upwards of 100 nights a year on the road. On arrival, you walk through a labyrinth of narrow corridors ( there are 60 rooms on a floor) to get to a room WITHOUT WINDOWS. But if the NOISE was anything to go by, you might as well be camping out in the streets — there is zero soundproofing... traffic, the constant shrilling of the traffic warden's whistle, renovation / drilling noises (at 9pm!), noise from the neighbouring rooms. The cherry on the cake is the STENCH OF SEWAGE coming from the dingy bathroom that pervades the room, exacerbated by the fact that of course, no windows therefore no ventilation. The shocking thing is, when I checked out an hour after arrival, the front desk staff didn't even seemed surprised or bother to ask what was wrong! Tried this hotel because it is newly opened and close to the office. Am now gladly back at the Century Park just 500m away and just £10 more a night. I've never done such a scathing hotel review on TripAdvisor but surely these standards are not acceptable even for a 3* accommodation.

The hotel has been reviewed before it is planned to be built in term of location and other aspects where Senayan area is a prime location where surrounded by corporate and government offices as well as famous shopping mall, the Asian Games just finished last month held in close area from the hotel where many overseas guests are looking for accommodation, just few hotels are available surround Senayan. On the above reason, we use of the shopping area for the hotel in order to welcome and support the Asian Games for Indonesia, in fact we were 100% of accommodation by Asian Games and other clients as well. We understand and feel so sorry you faced noise from sound on the floor of one of the mall tenant activities as well as you experienced stay in the room with no view, the reason why we have no view because the rooms are located not in the building side but it is located in the middle of the building / mall, therefore, we put in the internet booking channel that our rooms have no window, this is also we do understand how you feel. While the narrow corridors of the floor you experienced, we believe it has been fair with standard of the hotel because Best Western International will not approved for the narrow one, what we have now is 2,4 meters and on other floor of 7 and 8, they are in middle location is about 3,5 meter and it is more than enough space. we believe too you experienced in the 6th floor where we only have 1 corridors with 2,4 meters of width Dear Ms. Emily, Your feedback will be studied immediately for improvement and meet to your expectation in the future. The hotel has opened 2 days prior our arrival, so the rooms still smelled of plaster and working in progress - the staff speak a very poor English and even if they make sure to try understand but they don't, in a few occasions me and my colleagues asked to book a taxi and give directions to the taxi driver (has barely no taxi driver speaks English) and in multiple occasions the taxi driver got lost or got given wrong address. The hotel rooms they don't have windows so you will be in complete darkness during your stay in the room, so in the morning you will wake up and unless you check your clock you will not now what time of the day is (especially the first days when you body clock is still adjusting). The WiFi is a bit temperamental, if you are not using the device is automatically disconnected after 10 minutes and you will have to put password every time (even if you save it), the speed is pretty slow when other people are connected, but decent otherwise. The house keeping is around from 6am till 10pm and this means you will hear furniture moving etc since 6am. Wall are so thin that you can hear people walking in the corridor or even whispering. The company that I was working for booked this hotel for 18 days and I can definitely NOT recommend this hotel. From the picture posted you can clearly see that there are no windows, and the traffic outside the hotel is pretty bad during rush hour so the noise in your room will match the noise outside as the wall are also thin.

We do understand how you feel during stay with us concerning to the wifi, sound, room with no view The wifi, we have strongly complaint with the vendor of wifi of the happening wifi is down even they said it is their cabling issued and can be fixed within short time but we keep pushing them to fix where now it runs smooth and has good speed. The issue of no window, we could not do anything because the room is located in the middle but the lighting surely has been set with more than standard setting except the guest switch it off when sleeping, then we could not see outside if it has been in the morning, we have recommended any guest upon check in not to switch off the light when sleeping to avoid we miss the morning moment. From the time of reservation over the phone to the check-in, the front office staff, Aris, was amazingly very helpful. He went all out to ensure my reservations met my expectations. And he was extremely patient in answering all my questions as it was the first time I would be staying at the hotel. When I had to reserve a meeting room at his hotel at the last minute, he immediately referred me to his colleague, Banquet Sales Manager, Umri. Umri was also amazing. He too went all out to ensure I had everything in place for my training session even though my reservation was so last minute. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Front Office Manager, Effendy, took the trouble to chat with me, even after his working hours. When he heard the aircon in my room was not functioning cold enough to my liking, he immediately arranged his aircon staff to fix it. On my last day before I left for the airport, Umri introduced me to the General Manager, Junaidi. I was very impressed by his humility and hospitality and he took the time to chat with me and my business partner then. On the whole, the hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of service and quality. Will surely stay at this hotel again!
