It's a good hotel، staffs are very helpful. Special thanks from front desk they are super helpful. (Sakshi,Adarsh,Harsh) Dining room was good too… Only thing, gym was very small Totally it was good I hope you enjoy your trip in India All the best

The hotel is good at good location but the staff is unhelpful. When we call for an early check in they say it's subject to availability but they will not give the rooms just to charge extra early check in . They say that the rooms were sold out last night because of which it is taking time. Where as on all dates if we see the rooms were available. But if we are ready to pay early check in cost the rooms are ready. I do agree that check in time it 2 pm but in hotel industry it's very important to serve the guest. If the rooms are available then a chain like best western shouldn't do this to earn extra money.

Excellent food and service, service provided by Mr.ajay varman was in particular excellent. Ajay and gora chef sudip haldar was very courteous and fast. Would like to visit again with family and friends. Location is also convenient to us, we came for the first time and would like to visit again.

Once again my choice was this hotel. Coming here again n again. So neay and clean. Beautiful reception area. Helpful staff. Neat n clean room. Excellent room service and food quality. the breakfast served is too gud. Take anything excellent presentation and taste. Worth it. Will select this again. Gud going guys n management.

I checked in on 30th April in this hotel while on a business trip to Indore. The location is excellent, on AB road near Medanta hospital in Vijaynagar. Connectivity is excellent with all parts of the city. The property is comparatively new and interiors are nicely done. The hotel is divided into A & B wings. The rooms on A wings are near to the AB road and hence less quieter. The rooms are not very large but cozy. The bathrooms are small and not very comfortable. The toiletries are banded and well stocked up. The room service is quick and polite. The food spread in the buffet breakfast is impressive but not very tasty. The same applies for room dining too. The hotel seriously needs to train its staff properly. The staff is disinterested, cold, unresponsive and sometimes plain annoying right from the security guard at the gate, reception desk and at the restaurant. When I checked into the hotel at around 7:30 in the evening, I requested the staff at the reception to extend my stay one more day. The staff checked and informed me that four rooms were available and my stay will be extended. Imagine my surprise when the next morning i.e. on 1st May, when leaving for a meeting, I was informed that I have to check out because the staff in the evening shift had not extended my stay in their computer system and the rooms had been sold out. They even had the audacity to sermon me that I should have checked with the reception staff in the morning itself. Overall a good building, great location but very poor & substandard service. Recommended only if one can put up with cold & unhelpful staff and low standard of service but with good building & location.

Coming here past 5 years and experience is just excellent. Take it food or hygine or service be it in room or at dining hall. Best breakfast with different varities . Located in middle of city and all good area are nearby. Over all good experience.

Hotel is centrally located with an easy access to the most places. One may find taxis or auto rickshaw easily by just stepping out of the hotel. Room and washroom was very clean, hygienic. Room was spacious. I didn't dine in for the breakfast as I was getting late but I checked breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast spread was looking great and tempting. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Small rooms, clogged bathrooms, electricity issues, Worst hotel Worst hotel I have ever experienced, A hotel with very very small rooms and clogged bathrooms, they don't even have a proper electricity system, in case of powercut you will end up spoiling your nights as their Generator hardly works. Very very poor management

We, four of us stayed in your hotel Best Western Plus Indore from 15.4.23 to 18.04.23 i.e. 3 days booking online paying Rs 23520/ including tax having King Bed Non-Smoking Superior Room no's 316 & 312. Also paid Rs 5036/ for food and breakfast. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received at your hotel. The room was far below standards and the staff was unhelpful and the food was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had hoped to enjoy our stay at your hotel, but instead we were left totally frustrated and disappointed. The wait staff were unprofessional and did not seem to care about their jobs. We called your reception to find out whether breakfast was included in the room and was told yes. We only then had buffet breakfast for two days and then suddenly the staff calls us up and says we have to pay for breakfast. This was cheating and thoroughly disappointing behaviour. There was no room number checking at the hall entry for eligible boarders for breakfast either as standard procedure anywhere in the world. Your hotel staff are not trained to handle this. We requested them to consider but they denied and we paid. Listed below are the services you denied and failed to deliver even after several verbal complaints to your various staff Heavy sound of constant repair and renovation work went on outside the room and passage during our stay causing major disturbance even at night. Work not stopped even after complaint. Unsatisfactory room service – very very slow. Had to remind twice after request. Wi-Fi connection does not work – they kept on saying we are refreshing but never worked TV Connection does not work – no channels could be seen Room bell out of order – never got rectified during our stay Mini fridge not available – taken out for reason not known. Could not use in such summer heat Low quality spongy bouncy soft foam bed worst for spine alignment causing severe back pain. Suffered waist and leg pains in absence of coir mattress with soft padding. Unthinkable. Behavioural issues with the hotel staffs. Attitude issues taking own time to register and deliver. Bad food on a la carte order – absolutely spicy, oily and tasteless food served. Does not conform to hotel standard claimed and money taken. This hotel looks good from far but it is far from good. You have built a machinery to cheat customers as they are meant to pay online in advance and then you don't listen and address any complaint during our stay. We will take this to appropriate authority so that other customers are not duped throughout. The hotel is good and well-furnished. Location is also central. But services are extremely bad. It takes them ages to get a simple order. Food served was cold. Sometimes they would serve food, but will forget to send cutlery. Once we asked for a towel which came after an hour. The reason they gave was that they had a shortage of towels. Just a night before the check-out, my 10-year-old daughter suffered a nose bleed while sleeping. Though I could have silently checked out, I informed them upfront. They made me pay 1500 extra for the soiled linen. I requested them for prints of my boarding pass while leaving. Their computer belonged to pre-historic era and the prints never came. Pathetic pathetic services! Avoid like the plague!
