SureStay Plus by Best Western Humble

This hotel was basic but felt clean with a decent size room. The furniture is very basic but appeared to be in good shape. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which we appreciated. The cons were constant road noise and for us personally the bed was not the most comfortable. Biggest disappointment was the wheelchair accessible room we requested. The placement of the shower door had the door opening next to the toilet which prevented a wheelchair from reaching the shower opening. The shower was not accessible to anyone using a wheelchair. We had requested a wheelchair accessible shower which the hotel had said they could provide but this one clearly was not usable

The room is very spacious and the bathroom as well. My room has a walk-in shower, no bathtub. Check in was quick and easy. The dining area appears small, but I'll check it out tomorrow. The only noise I hear is from the highway nearby. There's a Velaro next door if you need gas or snacks.

We had a good stay in room 302 which is on the quiet back side of the building. The staff was friendly but couldn't recommend a nearby BBQ restaurant since she didn't live in the area. We ended up Googling and found Pappas up the freeway. The bed was comfortable, the windows have black out shades. Everything was in good shape and very clean. The shower was hot and towels very soft. The included breakfast was good but it closes already at 9.00 am so don't get there late! Besides the regular toast and bagels and cereals they have make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, lots of yogurts, oranges and bananas, and even granola bars to take with you. After 9.00 am they don't refill the coffee thermoses or anything so take everything you need before then. It's very easy to drive to the airport car rental return using backroads from there and avoiding busy roads, but the road is full of potholes. The drive is just 10 minutes and there is a gas station almost beside the hotel to fill up your rental car along the way. We'd stay there again - we thought the price we paid was excellent for what you get.

I stayed here for 1 night with my girl friend since we were visiting for a concert in the Houston area. Surprisingly the room was very very nice. The room was very clean and bright (which a plus since I dislike the yellow lights). The bed were also comfy. There were free breakfast which is even great. My friend and I checked in very late due to our flights being delayed and the front desk were friendly and nice. I'll definitely come back again in the area :D

The room was very clean and fresh, but the elevator was not and smelled strongly of pot! The beds were a little hard, but not the worst I've slept on. The breakfast was not that great mostly all gone when we got there at 8:00! The front desk was mostly deserted and was rarely staffed and if you needed anything you had to ring the bell and wait, doesn't make you feel very welcome.

Stayed here in October 2024 and again in November 2024. Incredibly clean and well-kept hotel with modern, comfortable room and sumptuous breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Close to large roads so very convenient. Staff here are absolutely LOVELY! ALL staff I met were very polite, professional and helpful. The friendly front desk staff couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful and the room cleaning ladies are so obliging and kind. Also very professional and kind lady in breakfast. Would LOVE to stay at this hotel again. Absolutely perfect! Thankyou very much!

The cleanest hotel I've stayed at in years. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Staff member was there to help and to get anything you needed. I will be staying here again. Not in a bad location. Many eating establishments 4-5 miles away. Close to Bush Intercontinental Airport.

This place is VERY CLEAN, safe and friendly staff. I love the extra dark curtains. The beds are a bit hard for me and that is one thing I really wish they would change but that is the only negative thing to me. I will definitely will return and highly recommend!

Clean, cool room. Bedding was clean, bed not super comfortable but was better than the floor. Staff wasn't very welcoming, I felt like I was bothering her. As a diamond select member I don't expect a lot, but I really would've appreciated at least an offer of water and try a little harder to find a double queen room on a Tuesday night instead of immediately saying it wasn't possible.

Very nice, clean, and new hotel. I was totally surprised. The price made it even better. The breakfast was OK too. All in all, it is a place I would stay anytime I come to the north of Houston. The GM and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The place was a complete surprise in a part of town you don't expect to find a clean and nice hotel to stay.

I stayed here for one night, Tuesday, 4 June 2024. I paid with 12,000 BW Points inc tax but believe the rate is around $70. The best things about this hotel are that it is only 5 miles from IAH on the east side of Houston, so ideal if you are going to the airport or travelling east and that the General Manager appears to take great pride in cleanliness. My King room was generously proportioned and the furniture was in reasonable condition. There is a coffeemaker, fridge and microwave. There is a large walk in shower in the bathroom but the water pressure is low. Four bath towels were supplied but strangely only one hand towel, which was so thin that I quickly gave up using it in favour of one of the bath towels. However, there are a number of downsides. The hotel is on a double highway with large volumes of noisy traffic all night and day. The hotel appears to be in an industrial area and most of the road from the airport is single lane each way with no central line marking, which could be dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants and the [45 minute] order in service stops at 8.30pm. So, if as I did, you arrive after that time your only choice will be the vending machines which only take $1 and $5 notes but give you change in quarters necessitating repeat visits to the external cashiers window. I found the check in person and cashier both quite surly. The breakfast [6.00am to 9.00am] was perfectly acceptable with coffee, various juices, 3 cereals, bagels, muffins, bacon and sausage but the eggs were obviously made from powder, which is a false economy in my opinion. The small area can only seat 24 but I had no difficulty getting a table at 7.30am. Check is early at 11.00am. On balance this is a reasonable value hotel that's convenient for Houston George Bush Airoport but I wouldn't stay here again for more than one night.

Great value for money hotel.Clean rooms,staff went above and beyond and by the way,a great breakfast included in a very reasonable room charge.Not far from Houston International Airport with easy road links for your onward journey.Gas station/Shop next door for your essentials, if required.I highly recommend this location.

The hotel was nice and updated. Room was super clean and well maintained. Breakfast and breakfast area was clean and stocked. Staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely recommend hotel to family and friends. Didn't break the bank and is with your money.

CONVENIET and CLEAN! I had a business meeting and didn't want to drive early in the morning, so i booked a last minute stay. This was perfect! It's conveniently situated off East Tex, near BW8. The hallway was quiet, but had several vending machines, clean icemaker and (a gym I didn't get to use.) My room was had everything needed - comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, large TV, free wifi. The free breakfast was terrific! Hot/cold food options for dine in or on the go including fresh fruit, eggs w/cheese & salsa, TURKEY sausage and waffles. Check in and out was a breeze!

Everything about this hotel was so clean. Breakfast was fantastic and refilled as soon as anything was taken. A large variety of food and lots of options for on the go. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. There is a truck stop next door for dinner options but only a short drive to plenty more

You can park next door for free. Great Bed, Very Clean Rooms, Staff is Great and the Hot Great Breakfast is so Delicious! Every Truck Driver deserves a good rest! Really great value and clean, fresh hotel. Everything was clean. I saw no bugs. The breakfast was quite impressive and a good quality. We will definitely stay here again. It's a fairly new hotel which definitely helps.

I was pretty impressed by this property. Overall pretty clean and I felt safe. Its up to date and the check in is good. Breakfast was pretty good for a budget place and a super quick drive to the airport. I would consider staying here again.

We were stranded in Houston and were having a hard time finding a hotel. Finally landed on this one, which is near the airport and a great value for your money. I didn't expect much, but the hotel was actually pretty nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was way better than it needed to be. The room was good and the place felt safe (except maybe for the extra safety features in the entrance and lobby areas). It's nothing fancy, but you get what you need. A good choice for a quick stay.

I travel frequently and rarely leave a 5/5 rating, but this hotel exceeded my expectations with a sparkling clean, well maintained room and super friendly staff. I chose the hotel due to needing a place to stay overnight to catch an early morning flight. The location is about 5 miles from IAH Airport. It's a little farther out than some other hotels and the property is next to a truck stop, but it was quiet and probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and a great value. If you're looking for a quiet, basic, clean place to stay at a great price, this is a great option. If you need to use a ride share to get around, you may want to book in advance since it is a little off the beaten track.

Motel grounds are excellent, The staff was helpful through the entire stay. The breakfast had a great variety and food quality was very good. We were pleased with out stay and will plan to stay again when traveling through Houston

i could not be any more impressed by the hotel staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and overall stay at this motel. i am going to recommend the motel to all my friends. i would return to the motel the first chance or trip to houston.

Indian/Arab man threatened me at 10am to rush out and no late check out even though Im an elite select diamomd member. Something is very wrong with these best westerns Like a cell of ingels owns them all Be very wary of bedbugs, broken toilets and they will RETALIATE if you dare to complain. Best Western website blocked me wouldnt let me use my rewards points after the covid exposure at PEARLAND BEST WESTERN ON MAIN STREET. GHETTO HOTEL AND CORPORATION. THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SO CUTTING CORNERS IS WHAT THE DO BEST.

Rooms very clean and smelled really good. Internet was working 100%. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The staff is amazing and helpful. Check-in is fast and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hesitant on the noise from the freeway the site faces but, room was quiet and got a really good night's sleep regardless of the noise as, wasn't too bad after all. Certain if you ask for back side of the Site your stay will be very enjoyable, food in the arm was great and area clean and bright. VERY easy access to amenities around the Hotel.

Excellent hotel, with caring staff. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast consisted of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, bacon) as well as cereals, pastries yogurt, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, etc. The breakfast hostess is wonderful! She assists everyone and keeps the breakfast space spotlessly clean!!!

The staff are very attentive, friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean. Good location from the Houston International Airport (IAH). Excellent for the price. The only thing that would it makes it better is a shuttle from the airport.

I enjoyed my stay at SureStay Plus. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were very good and tasted great. I also like that they have a workout room, even though I didn't have a chance to use it.

I'm on a 3-month road trip around the country and this is the best hotel I've stayed at. It's essentially new, very modern, and super clean. No carpets in room are a big plus. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. It was a joy to stay at this hotel.

We stayed here while attending an event in San Antonio. It was a nice and clean hotel. There was an issue with our room but they were so quick to fix it. The breakfast was good and it worked for what we needed. I would recommend and stay here again!

I will not recommend staying at this hotel. I've stayed here once before and I had a great experience but the last time I stayed here was not so great. First off we couldn't get the air condition to work and when I called the front desk they told me they couldn't do anything and they would not move us to another room. So we had to sweat and sleep through out the night. My mom who is on medication woke u sweating. After paying $100 I felt like we should've at least had some air condition. Ok so I let that part go. But what really did it was when they took my $100 deposit because they said I had towels missing. Which I didn't have any towels missing. I called and asked for new towels because we had used the ones that were in there already and they told me to put the dirty ones outside which I did and the manager and front desk lady saw me do it. So when I went up there to see what was going on with my money the front desk lady name Monica was no help at all saying the manager had to refund my money but it was so strange as soon as I left she called and said she did the refund. So she was just lying. This was going to be my go to hotel but I will never go here again after my experience here. They try to keep your deposit for no reason so be careful everyone. Too many other hotels to stay at.

This is a really good hotel only about 6 miles from Houston International Airport. Although situated just off the Freeway, our room was on the back of the building and was very quiet. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. The room itself was spotless and the towels and bed linen were of good quality. There were masses of plugs and charger sockets. Breakfast was just right …. good choice, plentiful and, again, everything was very clean. We used the Fitness Room and were very happy with the clean and modern equipment. We would certainly stay here again.

SureStay Plust Hotel--Humble was clean, great price and the staff were awesome! Staff was friendly, welcoming, responsive, kind and attentive to my needs. The breakfast bar was clean, quickly restocked and the staff assigned to the area was great. Every single team member was smiling throughout the day and simply very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff was very hospitable all the way from the making of the reservation to my check-out. Was very impressed with how well I was treated at this hotel. The traditional breakfast was closed due to COVID but they made the best of it and it was just fine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wasn't as comfortable as my bed at home, but it was just fine for the night. The area surrounding the hotel didn't have much to offer, as far as eating establishments, so make sure to plan for that, but other than that, it was an excellent stay.

We stayed for 6 nights. On arrival we were greeted well. The room was very clean, everything was in working order. Manager and staff very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. excellent experience.

We stayed here to meet up with family who came in from Taiwan. The room was very clean and spacious for two adults and a teenager. It's a great value for your money as it included breakfast and wifi. However, customer service is what sets this hotel apart from others. The general manager Ashesh greeted us every time he saw us and was friendly and accommodating. Our cousin was flying out late at night and he allowed them to check out late and kept the luggage for them so they could take advantage of another day in Houston. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we are in town.

The hotel was beautiful, new, smelled great, great customer service. The rooms were clean. Quiet. The manager was nice and very communicative, he showed me there was breakfast and the night staff helped as well.

All in all the stay there at sure stay was a good day when I checked in I had a few little issues but I guess they will eventually be resolved doubt and the people at night were a little bit stand office a little not so customer related but during the day the breakfast was alright The manager or guy there during the day was very polite and business oriented so good was a good overall.

The staff was wonderful, polite, and very friendly. They were very helpful and informative. They got us everything we needed and even helped find places when we got turned around. They even suggested food places.

We recently stayed at this hotel and have only good things to say about the staff and hotel. The staff was friendly and always helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasurable one. The hotel itself was sparkling clean - from the rooms to the lobby. This was extremely important to us, especially considering the ongoing pandemic. The location was the only aspect of the hotel that I would not rate as excellent. Although there was a gas station beside the hotel which was fine for grabbing snacks at, it was not in a location where one would want to take the family out for an evening stroll. That said, if you want to get out and walk there are plenty of areas in Houston you can simply drive to and enjoy the scenery. For our purposes, the hotel was excellent. It was clean, economical and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who values those things in a hotel.

This place deserves all of its wonderful reviews. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, the hotel is new and modern, and the rooms were clean and inviting. The hotel is right next door to a gas station for those travelers who need to gas up their rental or obtain a few forgotten items. The only downside is that the area is rather seedy but the hotel made me feel super safe with a huge wall of cameras and a nice, brightly lit parking lot. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

Very friendly person that checked us in. Hotel is clean. I like the bright colors. I really enjoyed the modern sleek look of the decor and rooms. The inside of the elevator is stainless steel and it was so shiny. My family and I only needed one night so I liked the price I paid and the value surpassed that price. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my brother. One thing that may bother some people is the noise from the highway if your room is at the front like mine. Ask for a room away from the highway if you need more quiet.

This was my first stay at this location. Everything was perfect. The staff was extremey friendly and helpful. I was happy that the gyn was open and things are getting back to normal. I will definatley stay here again when I am in town.

This hotel surprised me how clean and safe it was. I rarely frequent this hotel chain but I was looking for an affordable place for a basketball team. The rates could not be beat. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond with their friendly customer service. To top it off, they have top grade security and gated as well. Best hotel ever!!! , We got in wednesday to TX & our past hotel was horrible. Looked online and this hotel had 4.5 stars. We asked if we could check in a couple hours and he made it happen. Staff is super nice & you can tell it's clean just from the smell. Breakfast was also amazing!

This hotel has good customer service, nice room except for hairs on the floor, and a safe environment. The hairs weren't many but was easily taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to stay for the price you pay.

Convenient clean hotel. Staff went out of their way for my family during an unprecedented winter storm in Houston. I was nervous when I booked online due to the low price. They were literally the only hotel with a vacancy during this storm. I was ecstatic when I pulled up to a hotel that wasn't even a year old. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family that will be visiting Houston in the future.

They took a photocopy of my credit card! Not cool! My credit card number is in their file for who knows to access. I've been a victim of credit card fraud and will be glad to pay more and stay somewhere else that do not make a photocopy of my credit card!

I went into Best Western, just as an overnight sort of stay-cation. I enjoyed the nice, cool, clean room, the free wifi and the breakfast in a bag. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning soon.

Loved this Hotel and the customer service. There is a valero near with a truck stop which was awesome to get gas and my friend was able to park his truck. I had peace of mind and would really like to revite!

Great new hotel by Best Western that is literally brand new. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms, with a great shower head! The hotel's continental breakfast was great, eggs fluffy, bacon crispy, plus a good selection of other items. The beds were a little firm for me but pillows were soft and made for a good night's sleep. Ashesh Shah, the General Manager, and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. I thank you for the pleasant stay and look forward to staying there again on my next trip.

Hotel was immaculate, all team members were amazing, manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent . Breakfast was excellent. price was very affordable. We stayed in 2 other hotels before we found this one, they did not come close to the cleanliness or service of Surestay in Humble
