Best Western Hotel Germantown Inn, Germantown

Rooms smelled, internet did not work and when I complained the front desk gave me a number to call for tech support for internet. I am a guest and should not have to do there job. Someone was smoking marijuana heavily on hotel floor and room and it was terrible

The staff were extremely nice, welcoming and willing to help, very caring and accommodating I should say. This hotel was exceptionally clean and made me feel very safe. I honestly cant get over how welcoming all the staff were constantly asking how were things and offing there assistance, greeting us each time we were in the lobby. This has honestly great because hotel staff have been extremely rude this past year and i travel 1-2x monthly

Great hotel! Very quite and well-maintained. The lobby was lovely, very cozy and lodge-like. A nice surprise was opening our rear-facing window in the morning and seeing undeveloped land, grass and trees! Our favorite part was the pool area. The high vaulted ceilings made it so spacious and inviting. The pool was the perfect temp, not too chilly, and the hot tub was a nice size. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods.

check in was fast and friendly/ Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The décor was a little dated but everything was in good repair, well kept up. Breakfast was more of a continental style but they did have croissant egg and sausage breakfast sandwiches in the cooler case that you could microwave. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice BW. Very welcoming lobby. Rooms were clean, nice size pool. Had laundry facilities. VERY quiet - even rooms facing road were extremely quiet. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was the basics but had waffle-maker and breakfast sandwiches/yogurt/fruit.

I had a decent stay here. A few comments. The breakfast was decent as they had a waffle maker and other choices that were good for me. The pool area had a sign on the outside that the hours were 8-10 while on the inside the sign said 7-11. I am assuming that 8-10 was correct. If it had been until 11 PM, I might have used it at night instead of the next morning. I found the whirlpool to be a bit dirty, but otherwise good. My room was fine, but the door did not automatically close like you would expect. This hotel is on a long frontage road. So, it is a bit strange to get to. For restaurants, I went down the interstate a few miles to an exit that had a lot of choices. The price was rather inflated the weekend I was there. If that had not been the case, the value would have been a lot better.

Nice, clean room with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here. Nice exterior and nice lobby area. Breakfast was great, but that was mostly due to covid. Otherwise it was a nice stay

We knew we were in trouble when the smell of musty basement hit us as we entered the lobby. It didn't get any better has we entered our room. This was 4th of July weekend and the weather was very hot an humid but it was actually dryer outside than it was in our room. The air conditioner was cooling the room but not conditioning the air at all. The clothes we hung in the closet were damp when we got dressed in the morning. The ice machine was empty every time we attempted to get ice. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast area is very, very small with only 4 tables with 4 chairs each. Our room was not very clean. My white socks were black on the bottom after walking around in the room for one evening. The bathtub had a large crack in the floor. The beds were old and very uncomfortable and because the room was so damp you stuck to the sheets. The location was good for our needs and the room was quiet. This hotel is old and in serious need of updates.

The service desk was warm and friendly and they made recommendations for me to visit special attractions in the area, as well as making recommendations on where to eat. I was on business here, but throughly enjoyed my stay here. When I return to the state of Wisconsin, I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

Awesome clean whirlpool was off the charts fireplace was romantic room was big clean lobby was clean nice location kwik trip super close pool & hotel above the mark staff was amazing loved it will be back soon

Took my children here in lieu of celebrating Halloween. Pool wasn't even open even though we were told it would be. Couldn't leave our room because the entire hotel was off-limits. On a good note, the room was clean.

Very nice property. Large lobby with inviting fireplace. Fast welcoming checkin. The room seemed to be recently remodeled and was spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The heater worked great. Shower was powerful with plenty hot water. Good breakfast with fresh selections. Good location easy on off to hiway. I would stay here again.

ok, it is better than excepted. I will stay again soon. The rooms need a little updating . You can see the patch work being done which makes the room appealing, the restroom in rooms needs work. update

I have stayed at this property a couple of times for business and will go back. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast area is a good size with a nice selection of food. The family that owns the property are very friendly and work hard at keeping the place clean and smelling fresh. When the weather permits they open the windows to unoccupied rooms to allow fresh air to circulate. After staying the night before at a different hotel in a moldy/musty room this was a welcome relief.

After a morning flight and an unexpected delay in meeting my friend, I needed to check in early at the hotel. The lobby was a welcoming site with comfortable sofa and chairs in front of the stone fireplace. The owner recommended a nearby quick mart where I picked up lunch and enjoyed it on the sofa in the lobby. They were kind enough to quickly prepare my room for me while I ate. They were very friendly and hospitable to me.

I needed a hotel for an overnight stay near a company that I was presenting at early the next a.m., after attending a Brewer game the night before. The Best Western was a perfect choice. It was very close to the company (in Menononee Falls), quiet, easy to get to, with a tasty, hot breakfast in the a.m. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient.

I chose this hotel based on the Trip advisor rating. I was surprised that it was given such a high rating. The hotel is very dated. Vending area very limited. It does appear clean but the amenities that I would expect from a 4+ starred hotel are lacking.

I came into Milwaukee to attend my daughters graduation. Found everything in and around the hotel and room very clean. Enjoyed the peacefulness also. I will return with out question the next time I am in town to visit or if I am around for business purposes.

It's hard nowadays to find a hotel with confortable beds, good parking and hot breakfast, this hotel has it all and the front desk people are very professional and friendly, not to mention the great reward program they have.

We booked this hotel, knowing we'd wouldn't drive home following a Brewers game in Milwaukee. The hotel rooms were still being cleaned at 2:00 PM. We think the check in lady probably was the only employee, as we'd didn't see any housekeeping staff. Our room was ready however. The room was clean, but had a slightly odd smell. Not sure what it was. Possibly just a cleaning agent that we've never smelled before? Doubtful, but anyhow the room was clean. We slept well, following the game. The next morning I noticed what I'm hoping was water from the toilet tank, on the bathroom floor. Hoping they check into that, as a wax ring leak would be horrible. Breakfast bar was typical, but tastes fine. Again, it seemed as the owner was the only person working there. Food ran out often, as did coffee. She was working hard, but we didn't see employees. All in all, the hotel was clean, we slept well on a good bed, and they fed us. I wouldn't want to stay here for extended timeframes, but was fine for one night getaway.

hotel staff were very nice. hotel was clean,and the breakfast was very good!! The location was very nice. A kwick trip down the road, and milwaukee stadium a half an hour away. This hotel had everything we needed.

Well let's start out with a great greeting when we arrived, I was on business along with my family that was our spring break, they enjoy the pool, hot tub, when was working, after work I also enjoy the pool. Our room was super bed are so comfortable that give me good nights rest. My family enjoyed the breakfast items and choose between Hot or Cold. Well I stay a lot at Germantown wi. B/W or should I say few years. The owner's are first class the way there receive the customer, with a great set of employees from front desk to House keeping. Thank everyone making my & my family stays fantastic.

I had a super friendly girl at the front desk who was easy to talk to and get along with which set the mood for the stay. The room was super clean, the hotel was quiet even with the heated pool and the continental breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, safe location and a good breakfast selection all at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend as a place to stay just outside of Milwaukee. We will return!

Pretty awesome stop. Place was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and super cozy. Shower was clean, but the bathroom door seemed flimsy, like it wasn't thick.

The staff were friendly, my room was comfortable with a whirlpool tub, and I had additional towels already waiting for me. I also scheduled for a wake up call at 7:30 AM and they called twice to make sure I was up! Fantastic stay!

Very nice staff and quiet quarters. Room had a desk and work space. Very clean. Ample size refrigerator was in room with nice t.v.. Room was modern, upbeat and clean. Includes indoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast in the morn. Near gas station for easy fill up. Right off of 41. Would stay here again.

We liked the cabin look on the outside. We went in and they were friendly and helpful. Easy and fast check in. Our room had what we needed. Tall big refrigerator to keep our cold stuff from the store cold. Enough space for us both. Tv and a field view. The hotel was nice and quite. It also had a pool and hot tub. We had the hot tub to our selves. It was really pleasant. No screaming kids or loud people. That's what I like when I get away. We woke up and had a free breakfast Saturday and Sunday. They had a basic selection. Cereal, bagel, eggs, sausage, yogurt. It was something. Wish they had more room to eat breakfast. When there were people eating in there and the tables were full we ate in a different room. It was ok though. It was good exercise to get ice because from what I saw they only had one on the first floor and not both floors. The ceilings were nice and high and it was open. The hotel itself was nice and hidden. It was not to far at all from all the things we needed to get to. Like 5-10 minutes from Walmart. It was nice and clean.

Right off of 41, short drive to downtown Germantown for dinner. Very clean, and a very accommodating staff. Convenient to Milwaukee, Sussex and Lomira. If you are going to a Brewers game, this is a good hotel to stay at. Remember to get your cookie before heading to your room.

The staff was great! We had a family event in the Germantown area, and this location was very convenient. The front desk check-in was prompt and the room was spotless. The whirlpool was a special treat. We had an early check-out. The breakfast lady made sure we had food, even though we left a half hour before the scheduled breakfast time.

This hotel is top notch. Right off the freeway and close to amenities. The pool was clean and towels were offered. The free breakfast offered had plenty of options including hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles. Tea and coffee are always available no matter the time of day. Our room was always clean and the staff very helpful.

$150 for a whirlpool room. Ceiling coming down, layers and layers of dust everywhere, moldy breakfast. Emailed BW customer service on Wednesday and still haven't gotten a response. Disgusting. Never stayed at a BW before and don't plan on it again.

We stayed at the Best Western Germantown because we attended a wedding at the next door Florian Park event center. Check-in was very organized and fast. Our room was average, but clean and not at all objectionable. The breakfast room was nice, though not overly large. Love making fresh waffles on the waffle iron! Check-out was also very quick.

Came to town to see my three grandchildren. We were looking for a nice hotel to return to frequently for visits. Booked the hotel for Saturday and Sunday night. When we asked if my grandchildren could join us at the pool, we were told NO! They eventually let us pay an extra $30 to let them join us, but also said they would not allow it on future stays. There were like only two other people in the pool area on Saturday when we were there and nobody on Sunday when we were there. We obviously will not stay there again. They were accommodating in letting us check in early and use their meeting room for a short time. As far as the hotel goes, it is nicely updated. Our double queen room was very small. Sunday morning's breakfast included eggs and sausage which we appreciated, but on Monday morning there was no sausage or bacon offered - it was just eggs with a couple of little pieces of cubed ham in it. Only four tables in the breakfast area, but we had no trouble getting a table.

We did not have a reservation but had no problem getting a room at the price shown on Hotels.com. We asked for a room close to the door as my husband has some health issues and were assigned a room very near the door. The lobby is really nice, the room was clean and well decorated for a motel, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and they had a breakfast in the morning that included hot scrambled eggs and bacon. Would recommended this motel.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and service was acceptable. Any questions were handled promptly. Staff were congenial and pleasant to work with. Very quiet and had a relaxing good nights sleep. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Hotel was good, clean, staff were friendly. Enjoyed th pool and hot tub. The looby Is very beautiful and welcoming. However the breakfast choice was very limited. Some items did not taste good . I would still recommend this hotel.

Top notch hotel at a reasonable price. Very quiet location. Clean,! The owner takes pride in the hotel. Great value for the money! Hot tub was nice. Need one more computer in Business Center. Very nice lobby.

Decent outer suburban hotel. Fairly standard rooms and amenities. No real outside seating, although we brought our own chairs and picnic table and had a nice little picnic beside the parking lot. Grocery stores and restaurants about 2 miles away. Not convenient to downtown MKE, but good for road trippers passing through.

Wonderful experience and a great place. I would definitely refer friends and family back and will stay there during future visits. The breakfast was good quality - the laundry facility was clean - the fitness center was comfortable, it was easy to get to and had a great staff.

An excellent motel with quality personnel. It was an excellent time and we enjoyed every minute. In addition, there were many attractions in the area. Wisconsin has many good things to see and do. Besides that, it's a beautiful state.

Was very pleased with my stay. We came down for our son to go the MEPS office down the road for the Air Force. It was easy access on and off the many freeway. Our room was nice and clean and being so close to the freeway never heard a sound from it. Had a good night sleep for a long next day. would stay there again!!!

Amazing beds, extremely kind and trustworthy staff, delicious breakfast, very clean. Not a thing to complain about. Tv was great. Didn't use the internet or pool or fitness area. Very welcoming enxtrance area.

We were traveling through the area for our 28th wedding anniversary. We made a reservation just an hour or so before we arrived. Amber met us at the reception desk and she was the most helpful, knowledgeable, gracious and understanding person we could have hoped to have help us that evening. She did everything she could do within her capabilities to ensure my wife and I had a great nights stay. The hotel was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay there again. nice place to stay, outside the busy life of Milwaukee but close enough to enjoy the big city for day trips. pizza delivery was a chore both of the places we call had no clue were the hotel was an never new there was a Best Western in the area. besides that very nice place to stay. Both times we stayed the staff was very help full and enjoyed to help us out on different thing to do an places to eat. Very nice place i will be back

When traveling from Pennslyvania to Minnesota, we stopped in Germantown. Found this hotel online. The reviews were very good. Can see why. My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. When the owners heard that, they surprised us with a local bakery's delicacy ... two delicious, unique cakes. They took the time to get to the bakery immediately after we registered. Very special. Our room was clean and the breakfast adequate. Hope we get the opportunity to spend time there again.

Nothing bad to say about the place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. Located right off the Interstate, but the place is very quiet. I experienced no problems whatsoever during the four nights of my stay.

Best free breakfast ever. Hot & cold options. Staff was very friendly. No issues during the stay. Room had a larger size fridge to use. Clean hotel & rooms. Pool & hot tub were enjoyable. Would definitely go back!

Everything is pretty clean and new. Check in was frustrating and slow but the rooms were good because they were new. Breakfast is standard for best western which is marginally better than no breakfast but not by much.

Just average. The carpet in our room was dirty and neds to be replaced soon. Beds were sort of comfortable, stingy with toiletries, and the towels, both in the room and pool area, were small. Would never pay for the comp breakfast- arrived less than an hour after they put it out, and was not great.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the BW Germantown Inn, and our stay was very comfortable each time. Rooms are always clean. Staff is professional. The hotel lobby is very attractive. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The indoor pool is a great place to get some exercise.

Nice friendly staff at check in. Clean and comfortable room with a small refrigerator and microwave. Nice pool and hot tub area. Enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast which had tater tots,scrambled eggs with ham, danish etc.

I showed up on a Friday night late, 2 buses full of kids for were checking in and getting rooms. I thought I was in for a long night, to my surprise, I did not hear the kids at all and I was in a room on the first level very close to the breakfast area. Stayed 2 nights, will definitely come back. Would really like to see the Gym get upgraded, only had a treadmill, elliptical, and a broken bike.

We arrived after 9pm on a Wednesday and departed by 9am the following morning. The room appeared clean and everything functioned as it should. We were able to run down to the hot tub to unwind before turning in for the night, which was a welcome option. The breakfast selections were also as expected and the coffee was hot. This was a typical Best Western stay.

This was your typical Best Western. The staff was pleasant. The only real issue we had was discovering ants crawling around one of the pool tables, but staff addresses it right after we reported it. There was just a slight musty smell as you enter the building which could be because the pool is right off the lobby. So they might want to do something to eliminate that smell because some may think it is a reflection of the hotels cleanliness, but the rooms were clean and no signs of mold.

The heater in our room clicked at random intervals throughout the night so we didn't get any sleep. Also, the breakfast is hot, but disappointing. We were not even asked how our stay was at the end of our trip - we were simply told, "Ok, you're all good". No thank you, no receipt, nothing.

I walked in last Thursday night to get the room, and was greeted by DaVante. He welcomed me, introduced himself, and shook my hand. WOW! He explained things well, and the whole rest of the stay was enjoyable since it started on such a positive note. We spent the one night and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The morning breakfast was warm and filling. I complimented the manager first about the fine young man DaVante who worked for him. He graciously accepted the compliment and told me about how he valued his employees and how they worked together as a team to make travelers experiences positive ones. It sure was a great experience! The staff was pleasant and friendly. I was traveling with my 1.5 year old granddaughter and they were attentive to her as well. The room was a little small for three of us but it was clean and nicely decorated. So great to have a refrigerator and a microwave!

We try to stay at Best Westerns, and have not been disappointed. They are always good, clean, never had a bad mattress; staff always pleasant and helpful. This hotel in Germantown was perfect for us. Keep in mind that several roads in the area have 2 names, and can be confusing. Calll the hotel for explicit directions; they were very helpful for us.

We do Craft Shows and we either stay at a Best Western or Super 8 when there is no Best Western near the show. We like to book hotels close to the shows after a hard day setting up and tearing down for a show it is nice to relax in a nice clean room

The Lobby is a nice open area and the common areas are well kept. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable and a great selection of pillow! The breakfast was predictable but was all good. The coffee was not hot and almost gone and the hot water did not make the tea seep good as minor as that is, not complaining!. Great stay at a fair price.

We stayed because of the close proximity to my son's house. We'll stay again because of the unbelievably comfortable beds and great service we received. Early check in was no problem. The rooms are clean and have great beds. Breakfast is better than average for a chain hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. It was near where we wanted to spend the next day. It is right off the expressway and was easy to find. The hotel looked like it may have been newly renovated as the carpet, the fixtures, pictures... all blended together nicely. It gave it a nice, homier feeling. I loved that it was a suite with a separate seating area. The bed was very comfortable! They had an area in the lobby area for beverages which is very nice to have. We were directed to the vending area right away so we didn't need to ask. We were also told if we needed ice to stop by the desk instead of going to the vending area as they keep bagged ice for guests as it is more convenient. I had never had that happen before, and I think that is a great idea! We are always very happy with Best Westerns and try to stay at them exclusively when we are able. This one was a little pricier than some, but I would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this Best Western. We almost always stay at a Best Western. We have grown to like them a lot because of the cost, the value for your money is great and the availability outstanding.

If you're looking for a high quality place with a decent fitness center, this is not the hotel for you. The internet did not work well and the staff did not seem to know how to help. They do have complimentary breakfast which is nice.

The banisters looked and felt dirty. The room was clean but had a stuffy odor. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast very acceptable but needed directions to make waffles and there were none posted. Attendants were available and helpful. Check in was easy.

Older property. Lobby has been remodeled but room bathrooms have not. Our shower head is from the 90's...literally. The bathroom door know is literally falling off. Room smells strange odor, but not unbearable. Pool is nice as is hot tub. Front desk is not staffed appropriately...need to ring for help. Not a good value for $133. Would be a fine value at $89.

We spent 1 night at hotel and the night clerk was fantastic with helping with reservation, describing the property and even gave us football for grandkids could play in pool area (which is very nice). Rooms are outdated and carpets need GOOD cleaning as we could see dirt on feet when walking barefoot. No eating establishments within walking distance of hotel but luckily we weren't very hungry. Lower rate than other hotels in area and if you want nice pool, I would recommend. If you want nice room, pay the price for other hotels.

We stayed here in 2015 and we're happy enough to stay again in 2016. Very clean rooms, quiet rooms, both on first stay, second floor and this year on first floor. Breakfast is decent, pool and hot tub clean and the staff is helpful. Plan to go back again.

We found this place after looking all day for an apartment in Germantown, Menomonee Falls area. The check in process was really fast and smooth and the young gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and even replaces the remote control batteries. The price was really good. Most of the places around there are overly expensive and you get the same thing for much more money. We don't eat breakfast so I don't know how the breakfast was but they should change the coffee. We are heavy coffee drinkers and were a little disappointed .

Thanks to the staff at Best Western in Germantown Wisconsin my crew and I are very happy with your help. Asha gave us a great help and support all the time. I can highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Booked last minute as a overnight stop for Carroll collage and HD museum. Found hotel easy enough and check in was easy. Room was what you would expect and had no complaints for the money paid. Breakfast was not as good a choice as some we have visited but did have good items to choose from, the girls loved the waffle maker. Swimming pool was very good as was the hot tub. Our room faced a major road but we slept very well, good soundproofing and air con. Overall a good overnight stay for the cost of the room.

As artists we stay close to events and Best Western is very accomidating with our stays. We like a hotel that has a quiet hour at the hotel for swimming. It is nice after a long show for peace and quiet to wind down from being outside in the sun all day.

The property is very dated with little improvement, but that is the least of the ample problems it has. This hotel charges way too much for what you get. First off we had to wait almost an hour before we could check in before someone cleaned the room, that was a joke it looked filthy, and smeary on the sink the floor was sticky and the carpets omg, repulsive I had to keep my shoe next to my bed or my feet would need to be cleaned, it was tacky, then their is no closet a rack that is not even an inch long with a curtain on a rod!! lol then we had a neighboring that left their alarm clock run on and on that I could not sleep, the light fixtures and mirrors all has thick dust layers at the top of mirrors and on the toilet paper dispenser, I was so grossed out in this room, the furniture is beat up and the remote for the TV was some cheap crap that you could not even access anything easily, the ceiling above the shower/tub has small black mold specks in some areas and the air duck had a hugs collection of dust in it, like the stuffy stale air smell the whole place had...So, So So disgusting, do not be fooled by the so called old charm of this place, it is not at all....horrible place stir clear away...never will I ever stay their again, and if this is what the Best Western name represents, well I will not be staying at any of them ever...

Our Front desk agent had created the reservation as walk in guest and provided the option for the clean rooms but you have requested a particular room that was not clean at the time of check in. I am sorry that you had to wait till housekeeper can clean that room. Please accept my apology for not meeting your expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again when we are in the area. It's close to a ton of things, it's a newer area and has easy access from the highway. The rooms were very clean and quiet, the beds comfortable. Ask for an odd numbered room because they overlook a treeline in the back of the hotel and it will give you some added privacy and quiet. We never heard a sound! The pool was one of the best we've had in a while. The temperature was perfect and refreshing, the hot tub was relaxing and also the right temperature. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The owners checked us out and they were very kind and appreciative of out business. If you're in the area, check out this hotel. I am not usually a fan of the Best Western chain but this one has made me rethink that. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Property is clean, quiet, comfortable, and a short drive to nearby stores and restaurants. Nice size indoor pool and hot tub (open until midnight), spacious and comfortable lobby, and exercise room (open until 11pm) with one treadmill, one elliptical machine, and one recumbent bike machine. Nice to have included breakfast, a typical one for the price point. I'd be happy to stay here again if I were in the area.

This was the first time I stayed at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surpirsed with the overall experience despite the little higher cost. The breakfast and the fintess room are excellent. There are several wonderful parks nearby too.

For the money, I am giving an excellent because the beds where great, hotel was quiet. Not far from Milwaukee, maybe 20 minutes. Currently some renovation going on with the lobby entrance, but did not affect our stay at all.

The location is right by the highway, although you really can't hear it from the hotel. The staff has a little refrigerator filled with free bottles of water if you want any. The lobby is extraordinarily nice looking! The rooms themselves are okay. Nothing to complain about but not as nice as some of the more expensive hotels. But face it, if you're booking at a Best Western you're not expecting the Marriott or Hilton. I'd have no problem staying there again on my next business trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much. On arrival Amber was wonderful. She was efficient, helpful and funny. The lobby is beautiful - loved the fireplace. The pool and fitness center looked very inviting but didn't have time to use them - maybe next time.

Best Westerns consistently have good customer service and clean rooms at a reasonable price. This location did not disappoint. My only complaint is watching staff pour eggs into the hot dish from a bag in the dining area--not very appetizing.

Looking at the outside when I drove up I was unsure if I made the right choice. Not that it was bad I just was expecting more. But once inside the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and let us look at rooms to decide what we wanted (hanicapped or not). We decided on not. The breakfast was good hot and enough.The housekeeping staff was also very good. We stayed for one night. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the pool room was very nice. Both the ladies at the front desk in the evening and in the morning were very helpful and friendly.

We had a group of about a dozen people spend the weekend at this facility. Both the facility and the people were nothing but great. The location is a little out of the way, but the end result is that many destinations are but a short drive away.

Have stayed here before and liked it, but staff and ownership really seems to be settling in and improving the property. The room was very comfortable, extremely quiet, and the people at the desk could not be nicer or more welcoming! Pool is very enjoyable! Great place to stay!

This hotel is newly remodeled and looks like under new ownership judging by the old reviews. I was very pleased with the service. Friendly! One of the biggest it was extremely CLEAN! The beds are comfortable and clean. Some extras they offer here are free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Free hot breakfast every morning! The pool was clean. The water was a little cool for my taste, but they have a hot tub! Overall I was very impressed and will be back!

After staying in two other motels in past visits, we settled on this one. So glad we did. This was a very pleasant experience all around. Clean, comfortable, and friendly! We will be back on the next Milwaukee area visit.

Friendly and accommodating owners who run this Inn. Beautiful new remodel. This will be our "go to" place to stay in Germantown. Great price, breakfast and pool. They were flexible when we were unsure of how many nights our stay would be. Were initially unsure because most Best Westerns tend to be older but this one was redone with the upmost care - coffee pot and good size frig in the room.

Great place to stay!!!! The staff was very nice to everyone, we had no issues. The pool was great for the kids. The rooms were very clean......... Could use a TV in the lobby, to watch football/baseball games

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, too. We enjoyed the pool and liked having Internet access. It was nice and quiet, too. Great stay!

This is a quality hotel and a quality staff. Everyone who stays here shouldn't be surprised. This is my second stay at this hotel in the past 15 months and if i come here again, this is the only hotel that I will consider!

Personnel were very professional and courteous. Room was clean. Great location. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking lot was well lit. Very tasty waffles for the breakfast buffet. Hope we get to stay here again. Coffee in lobby.

A little out of the way, but quiet, room was spacious (2 queens), bathroom clean, table with chair. Not much hanging space. Had a room facing the street but it was very quiet. Breakfast was typical continental but they did have hot eggs and potato gems. Coffee is available in reception but we found it a little cold. Very close to the Harley Davidson Powerchain Assembly Plant for tours and relatively easy to get to the HD Museum. Walmart shopping centre very close.

Thank you so much for writing the review. We are close to Harley Davidson Manufacturing plant but little farther from Harley Davidson Museum. I am glad to hear that you acknowledge the cleanliness of the hotel. Our rooms are very quite even though we are close to freeway. We do make coffee just before breakfast starts so that it is hot at the breakfast time.I do want to apologize that you did not find coffee hot enough for you. Hope to see you again!!!!!!!!

I thought this property was great. The landscaping was in wonderful shape. Check In was quick. Internet was working and was fast. Full breakfast had many choices and tasted good. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious.
