Best Western Plus Fort Worth North

Great bed. Great breakfast. Took a while to get clean towels but other than that, it was a fantastic stay. The blackout curtains are awesome if you want to sleep in. I woke up at 9 thinking it was maybe 430 am. This is the place I prefer when I'm in town visiting family.

my wife, myself and my son, who was in the wheelchair recently stayed at best Western for two nights and three days and had a wonderful experience. We had no problem getting my son around in his chair and the breakfast was great

My original reservation was for 4 days. I stayed 1 night. Housekeeping was banging on my door in the morning ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported it to front desk Sam was useless and he basically called me a liar. I immediately cancelled the remainder of my stay there and checking into the Doubletree. This is the first time I have stayed at a Best Western in a long time, never again!

Great price, booked in a pinch, easy to deal with.. Bdub came in clutch!! Another chain we booked with gave us dirty , bug filled rooms. Bdub got us in at a moments notice and saved the trip. I would recommend to anyone anytime

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were really big and played out great. It is a great place to stay at. I would recommend here if you need somewhere to stay the night at.

Hotel was OK for the price. Location was good. Staff friendly. Room needed to be deep cleaned (Wood floors mopped, curtians cleaned - they were stained). 6 night stay, house keeping only came in on 2nd day to empty trash, make the bed and leave clean towels.

Can't complain at all about this hotel. It was very clean, beds were great, decor was just as you would expect in Texas :) The breakfast suited all taste buds. The front desk was fast and efficient, Would definitely stay here again. Safe location, very comfortable surroundings.

Not far from the stockyards, and in a great location. 15 minutes from Billy Bob's, which is why we made the trip. Room was clean, and modern. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Check in, and out was really easy.

When this hotel was under its previous name (before Sonesta), I would occasionally stop by just to eat at the lobby bistro and knew it to be a pretty nice hotel, so when I saw the price was cheap this past weekend I thought it was a good chance to try this place out. I walked into the hotel and saw that the bistro and bar were no longer there. When I was checking in there were other guests at the front complaining that their room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. I should have taken that as a sign. In my own room it looked like the floor under the desk had not been vacuumed properly. I just took this as an unfortunate oversight when the room was last cleaned. The fixtures in the bathroom looked clean, but there were some spots and holes on and near the ceiling. During some parts of the day there was a "funny smell" in the hallway. Speaking of which, when I opened the desk drawer in my room, there was a residue of ashes, like someone had been smoking there and tried to clean it out, but didn't do a great job. I must not have been the only person with issues since nearly every time I walked by the front desk someone was there complaining either about cleanliness or billing. Even with all this I might be willing to give a 2+ star review. I mean at least the AC worked and the price this weekend was pretty reasonable. But on the second night I noticed something I hadn't noticed before, as the skirting of the bed got moved a bit and I saw something bright pink peeking out. I went and lifted the skirting, and in addition to some trash and food residue was a bright pink "adult toy." Well that was it for me, even though it was around 2:30 am I checked out and drove home, and I'm writing my first 1 star review. Other issues (minor compared to the cleanliness): I had to get my key reprogrammed once, you can't charge items at the hotel pantry to your room number (you have to buy them), and the terrible state of the hotel grounds. I feel sorry for the employees working the front desk: they must have to deal with irate customers all day long. It's quite a shame how far downhill this place has gone.

This hotel is run down with amenities and common equipment not working properly. It's poorly cleaned and the website states breakfast is available, yet it's not. I would recommend looking for alternative options!

Stayed here due to massive power outages during a frigid cold snow storm. Asked what they were doing about breakfast which they used to offer. The guy replied “the company is still trying to figure that out”. Really? It's been a year. They didn't even offer coffee. I personally witnessed them turn two different people away because their system was down. These were people with paid reservations. They could have offered to let them at least shelter in the large unused breakfast area. They could have offered them a cup of coffee. But what did they do? They told them “sorry, I can't help you” and they sent them back into 7 degree weather. I hope they get sued

We had a four day leisure trip to Fort Worth Fossil Creek where we enjoyed the fitness center, business center and the Bistro/Bar (.great breakfast choices) Another nice amenity was the body wash , shampoo and conditioner pump bottles in the shower..I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible. I travel 2-3 nights a week for years I'm used to a certain quality of Courtyard. I realize none are great compared to JW Marriotts or AC etc but you expect a certain something. Not here. Very old, unclean , desk staff was rude. Took about 20 min to check in? No idea why he was on the keyboard forever. Room was dingy , hot, AC didn't work complained no one fixed it . Went and got drinks at the bar . Bartender was 19 she said she had never drank and didn't really know how to make them . She messed up an old fashioned and margarita . Went to dinner came home still no AC no one was at front desk at 11 we just packed up and went to another hotel. Seriously considering switching to Hilton had same problem at boston courtyard two weeks ago. So tired of poor service and quality businesses just don't care anymore
