L'albergo è proprio sulla route 66. In parte ristrutturato. Buona la posizione. Le camere sono pulite e comode anche se non particolarmente grandi. Carica cellulari presenti con classiche prese USB. Colazione non particolarmente ricca. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Condivido in pieno l'esperienza di altri viaggiatori prima di noi, odori terribili sia nella reception e peggio ancora nella camera, per non parlare delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani che emanavano un odore nauseante, volevamo cambiare hotel ma ci siamo adattati per una sola notte solo per non perdere i soldi.

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio nel wild west degli Stati Uniti, odori strani d'appertutto, in camera e sugli asciugamani. Pulizia della camera pessima, trovato capelli di altri ovunque e polvere, eravamo tentati di cercare un altro hotel se non fosse che ormai avevamo già pagato e non volevamo perderci soldi, per fortuna abbiamo dormito una sola notte! unica cosa positiva la colazione che è stata discreta.
Thank you for your recent stay and feedback. From what I understand, it appears your room did not exceed expectations. We have very stringent cleaning standards, so it is with disappointment that we learn there were was an issue. There was also recent construction going on which may have contributed. When alerted to any room concerns, the team will get started looking for a solution. I'm very sorry we were not able to turn your experience around! Your comments are appreciated though, and will help us improve. Thankfully, the complimentary breakfast was a highlight. It is our most popular amenity! Un hotel classico di passaggio (abbiamo soggiornato per una notte di ritorno dal grand canyon), molto comodo come posizionamento se si sta facendo un tour in 4 ruote dei parchi nel deserto. Il personale molto cortese, sia durante il checkin che nella sala per la colazione. Le camere pulite e molto spaziose ( con ben due letti king size anche se noi eravamo solo in due)

L'albergo si trova nella graziosa cittadina di Flagstaff lungo l'antica Route 66. Facile da trovare e comodo per parcheggiare. La hall dell'albergo davvero ben curata e accogliente. La stanza, al secondo piano (comoda per trasporto valigie-auto), era grandissima e non potevamo credere di avere un salottino e due bagni! Il letto comodissimo e ampio, la stanza enorme e spaziosa. Pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Addirittura al mattino viene lasciato il Daily Time (giornale locale) davanti alla porta della stanza! La piscina non l'abbiamo usata, visto che si trova in uno stabile accanto al parcheggio (uscire in accappatoio non era nelle nostre idee). La colazione è abbondante e i pancakes si possono fare in autonomia. Comodissimo per arrivare al Grand Canyon, a un'ora e mezza di macchina.

Darei un 2 e mezzo. Camera molto piccola e non pulitissima a mio avviso. Gli asciugamani non avevano l'aria pulita, erano grigi. La camera decisamente poco insonorizzata, era vicino al dispenser del ghiaccio e sembrava di averlo sul comodino. Siamo arrivati tardi e ripartiti presto fortunatamente. Colazione nella media. Accettabile solo per una brevissima tappa.

Personale scortese. Camere vetuste. Moquette polverosa. Bagni datati e per nulla accoglienti. Struttura da dimenticare. Direi che si può tranquillamente evitare anche perché si fa pagare come altre soluzioni ben più confortevoli.

Buon albergo appartenente alla catena best western, in periferia (5 minuti di macchina dal centro città). Camere abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. Bella piscina coperta e riscaldata aperta anche in bassa stagione. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con scelte adatte anche alle persone intolleranti al glutine! Servizio gentile e attento .. l'albergo si trova vicino alla linea ferroviaria di Flagstaff ma il rumore dei treni è comunque abbastanza limitato. Quando abbiamo alloggiato qui erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione per l'installazione di un nuovo ascensore. Dobbiamo fare i complimenti al management perché nonostante il cantiere aperto, l'albergo era comunque molto pulito e i disagi per gli ospiti ridotti veramente al minimo! Ottima gestione!

L'hotel non è provvisto di ascensore. Le camere sono spaziose ma decisamente vecchie, nelle nostre camere un bagno aveva lo scarico rotto e l'altro una doccia che non permetteva di miscelare acqua calda e fredda. Molto rumoroso per via della vicinanza ad una ferrovia.

Hotel in posizione strategica per chi ha intenzione di visitare il grand canyon e la monument valley. Stanze comode e spaziose con tutto l'occorrente compreso il frigo per un soggiorno piacevole, personale cortese e disponibile. Cosa importante è compresa la colazione ed il parcheggio.

Hotel sito lungo la route 66, comodo per l'arrivo o la partenza da/per il Grand Canyon. Rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Staff gentile e disponibile nel dare tutte le informazioni utili per i percorsi di zona. Camera grande e con tutti i confort

Ho dormito solo una notte in questa struttura lungo la "route 66" di ritorno dal Grand Canyon, la posizione è buona dato che è di passaggio se come noi si fa il giro dei Parchi e anche perchè nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato aperto fino a tardi per qualche acquisto serale dato che dopo le venti la cittadina è quasi deserta. La struttura è praticamente un Motel americano quello che siamo abituati a vedere nei film, la hall si presenta bene il personale cortese e disponibile ma non basta dato che a mio parere le camere sono di dimensione giusta ma molto polverose soprattutto le poltrone presenti in esse, il bagno molto piccolo e dalla pulizia discutibile nella mia vasca erano presenti dei capelli, sicuramente io non ci ritornerei. Se come me siete allergici alla polvere evitatelo, è vero che a Flagstaff non è Las Vegas ma sicuramente c'è di meglio. Sconsigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo albergo lungo la Route 66, siamo arrivati tardi e le ragazze in reception erano pronte al nostro arrivo ma le camere sono vecchiotte e i bagni scadenti...colazione compresa accettabile ma lontano dal paesino dove alle 22 non abbiamo trovato nessuno che ci facesse cenare. Non ci tornerei....l

Un Hotel accogliente e pulito!!ha tutti i confort che si cercano,ed è comodo raggiungere i posti vicini!!!le attrazioni più famose da li distano pochi km!!consiglio questo hotel come sosta per una o due notti...e dato che ha la piscina,potrete anche pensare di passare mezza giornata a fare un bagnetto!!!

L'hotel è molto carino, stanze pulite e spaziose. Colazione molto abbondante e davvero buona, si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall'old town di Flagstaff, molto bello da visitare! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la receptionist non è stata del tutto gentile e sembrava quasi scocciata delle mie domande. Nonostante questo, è comunque un buonissimo hotel

Ti aspetti un buon hotel essendo direttamente nella historical route 66, ma come entri la stanza è un buco ma dico buco perché entri in una piccola stanza quadrata con letto e tavolo e poi un bagno.. Uno dei più piccoli da quando sono in America.. Va bene per dormire una notte e via ma nulla di che

L'hotel è carino, le stanze pulite e abbastanza grandi! Il bagno anche, non grandissimo, ma accettabile. Anche la colazione abbondante con buona scelta tra dolce e salato! Per arrivare a Flagstaff occorre prendere la macchina perché è un po' fuori, vicino comunque, circa 5 minuti in macchina, ma non è comoda da raggiungere a piedi!

È una catena abbastanza famosa quella dei Best Western e devo dire che questo è un buon hotel comodo per chi arriva dai Canyon o lungo la Route66. Camere non molto grandi ma comode e pulite. È presente una piscina. Consigliato per massimo 2 notti o tappa veloce. A poco più di un'ora dal Grand Canyon.

Ottimo hotel nella bellissima cittadina Arizoniana di Flagstaff lungo la Route66. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere non molto grandi ma accoglienti e pulite. Consigliatissimo per chi è di passaggio per questa città.
